Dysregulated wound healing after burn injury frequently results in debilitating hypertrophic scarring and contractures. Myofibroblasts, the main effector cells for dermal fibrosis, develop from normal fibroblasts via transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF-β1). During wound healing, myofibroblasts produce extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins, modulate ECM stability, and contract the ECM using alpha smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) in contractile stress fibers. The antifibrotic pirfenidone has previously been shown to inhibit the initial differentiation of fibroblasts into myofibroblasts in vitro and act as a prophylactic measure against hypertrophic scar development in a mouse burn model. To test whether pirfenidone affects differentiated myofibroblasts, we investigated the in vitro effects of pirfenidone treatment after three to five days of stimulation with TGF-β1. In assays for morphology, protein and gene expression, and contractility, pirfenidone treatment produced significant effects. Profibrotic gene expression returned to near-normal levels, further α-SMA protein expression was prevented, and cell contraction within a stressed collagen matrix was reduced. These in vitro results promote pirfenidone as a promising antifibrotic agent to treat existing scars and healing wounds by mitigating the effects of differentiated myofibroblasts.  相似文献

The sphingolipid, ceramide-1-phosphate (C1P), has been shown to promote the inflammatory phase and inhibit the proliferation and remodeling stages of wound repair via direct interaction with group IVA cytosolic phospholipase A2, a regulator of eicosanoid biosynthesis that fine-tunes the behaviors of various cell types during wound healing. However, the anabolic enzyme responsible for the production of C1P that suppresses wound healing as well as bioactive eicosanoids and target receptors that drive enhanced wound remodeling have not been characterized. Herein, we determined that decreasing C1P activity via inhibitors or genetic ablation of the anabolic enzyme ceramide kinase (CERK) significantly enhanced wound healing phenotypes. Importantly, postwounding inhibition of CERK enhanced the closure rate of acute wounds, improved the quality of healing, and increased fibroblast migration via a “class switch” in the eicosanoid profile. This switch reduced pro-inflammatory prostaglandins (e.g., prostaglandin E2) and increased levels of 5-hydroxyeicosatetraenoic acid and the downstream metabolite 5-oxo-eicosatetraenoic acid (5-oxo-ETE). Moreover, dermal fibroblasts from mice with genetically ablated CERK showed enhanced wound healing markers, while blockage of the murine 5-oxo-ETE receptor (oxoeicosanoid receptor 1) inhibited the enhanced migration phenotype of these cell models. Together, these studies reinforce the vital roles eicosanoids play in the wound healing process and demonstrate a novel role for CERK-derived C1P as a negative regulator of 5-oxo-ETE biosynthesis and the activation of oxoeicosanoid receptor 1 in wound healing. These findings provide foundational preclinical results for the use of CERK inhibitors to shift the balance from inflammation to resolution and increase the wound healing rate.  相似文献

IntroductionPiper crocatum Ruiz & Pav (P. crocatum) has been reported to accelerate the diabetic wound healing process empirically. Some studies showed the benefits of P. crocatum in treating various diseases but its mechanisms in diabetic wound healing have never been reported. In the present study we investigated the diabetic wound healing activity of the active fraction of P. crocatum on wounded hyperglycemia fibroblasts (wHFs).MethodsBioassay-guided fractionation was performed to get the most active fraction. The selected active fraction was applied to wHFs within 72 h incubation. Mimicking a diabetic condition was done using basal glucose media containing an additional 17 mMol/L D-glucose. A wound was simulated via the scratch assay. The collagen deposition was measured using Picro-Sirius Red and wound closure was measured using scratch wound assay. Underlying mechanisms through p53, αSMA, SOD1 and E-cadherin were measured using western blotting.ResultsWe reported that FIV is the most active fraction of P. crocatum. We confirmed that FIV\(7.81 µg/ml, 15.62 µg/ml, 31.25 µg/ml, 62.5 µg/ml, and 125 µg/ml) induced the collagen deposition and wound closure of wHFs. Furthermore, FIV treatment (7.81 µg/ml, 15.62 µg/ml, 31.25 µg/ml) down-regulated the protein expression level of p53 and up-regulated the protein expression levels of αSMA, E-cadherin, and SOD1.Discussion/conclusionsOur findings suggest that ameliorating collagen deposition and wound closure through protein regulation of p53, αSMA, E-cadherin, and SOD1 are some of the mechanisms by which FIV of P. crocatum is involved in diabetic wound healing therapy.  相似文献

Xanthones C-glycosides are plants secondary metabolites with diverse biological activities. Among the C-glycoside xanthones, the mangiferin (MF) is of widespread occurrence in plants while isomangiferin (IsoMF) is not very common. For the present study mangiferin (MF) and isomangiferin (IsoMF) were isolated from Dryopteris ramosa. The antibacterial potential of MF and IsoMF was evaluated by using agar well diffusion method while cytotoxic properties of MF and IsoMF were assessed by brine shrimp lethality test (BSLT). The antibacterial potential of MF and IsoMF increases in dose dependent manner. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) indicated strong antibacterial potential of MF against Salmonella setubal (125 µg/mL) and Bacillus subtilis (125 µg/mL) while MF showed weak antibacterial potential against Escherichia coli (500 µg/mL). On the other hand the IsoMF showed better antibacterial potential against all the tested strain including Escherichia coli (MIC = 250 µg/mL). The MF and IsoMF showed poor cytotoxicity towards Brine shrimp nauplii as indicated by their LD50 (969.77 ± 0.67 and 768.92 ± 0.81 µg/mL respectively). The present study has highlighted the antibacterial potential of MF and IsoMF. Further evaluation of these two isomeric compounds may prove to be the future remedies for various bacterial infections and other human ailments.  相似文献

The effect of organic (poultry and cattle manures) and biological (effective microorganisms, EM) fertilizers on growth, essential oil yield and its compositions, endogenous phytohormones content and antibacterial activity of peppermint plants grown in pot over 12 weeks was studied. Application of organo- and bio-fertilizers greatly affected on growth, essential oil production and other estimated parameters of peppermint plants. Slight stimulation effect was happened due to soil application of organic manures. Soil application of EM alone or in combination with organic fertilizers significantly increased growth, yield and components of essential oils, endogenous hormones of peppermint as compared to other treatments. Using disc diffusion method, the extracted oil of peppermint plants amended with organic and biofertilizers recorded the highest antibacterial activity against tested pathogenic bacteria like Klebsiella pneuumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus.  相似文献

Tumor-promoting inflammation is one of the hallmarks of cancer. It has been shown that cancer development is strongly influenced by both chronic and acute inflammation process. Progress in research on inflammation revealed a connection between inflammatory processes and neoplastic transformation, the progression of tumour, and the development of metastases and recurrences. Moreover, the tumour invasive procedures (both surgery and biopsy) affect the remaining tumour cells by increasing their survival, proliferation and migration. One of the concepts explaining this phenomena is an induction of a wound healing response. While in normal tissue it is necessary for tissue repair, in tumour tissue, induction of adaptive and innate immune response related to wound healing, stimulates tumour cell survival, angiogenesis and extravasation of circulating tumour cells. It has become evident that certain types of immune response and immune cells can promote tumour progression more than others. In this review, we focus on current knowledge on carcinogenesis and promotion of cancer growth induced by inflammatory processes.  相似文献

NDM-1 can hydrolyze nearly all available β-lactam antibiotics, including carbapenems. NDM-1 producing bacterial strains are worldwide threats. It is still very challenging to find a potent NDM-1 inhibitor for clinical use. In our study, we used a metal-binding pharmacophore (MBP) enriched virtual fragment library to screen NDM-1 hits. SPR screening helped to verify the MBP virtual hits and identified a new NDM-1 binder and weak inhibitor A1. A solution NMR study of 15N-labeled NDM-1 showed that A1 disturbed all three residues coordinating the second zinc ion (Zn2) in the active pocket of NDM-1. The perturbation only happened in the presence of zinc ion, indicating that A1 bound to Zn2. Based on the scaffold of A1, we designed and synthesized a series of NDM-1 inhibitors. Several compounds showed synergistic antibacterial activity with meropenem against NDM-1 producing K. pneumoniae.  相似文献

Recently, we reported high antibacterial efficiency of Loranthus acaciae (LA) against different standard strains of bacteria including Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). Therefore, this study aimed to confirm the effectiveness of LA against clinically isolated Staphylococcus aureus (SA) including β-lactamase producer (Blac) and MRSA. Forty-eight SA isolates collected from various clinical samples were used in this study. Antibiotics susceptibility profile was determined for twenty different antibiotics using automated Microscan Walkaway 96 Plus system as recommended by Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) guidelines. This system also identified β-lactamase producers and MRSA. In the meantime, LA ethanolic extract was fractionated using liquid–liquid fraction method to hexane, dichloromethane DCM and methanol 80% fractions. Antimicrobial activities of LA extract and fraction were performed with agar well diffusion method for all SA isolates, MIC and MBC were also recorded. Phytochemical screening for various phyto-constituent classes of LA ethanolic extract was determined. Out of 48 SA isolates, Cefoxitin-positive MRSA represent 31 (64.6%), Blac 17 (35.4%), and 41 (85.4%) were multidrug-resistant SA, which was resistant at least to one antibiotic from three different categories. All isolates were resistant to ampicillin and penicillin. Antimicrobial activities of LA extract and fractions revealed that ethanol extract was active against all isolated SA with inhibition zone ranged from 33 ± 2.00 to 25 ± 3.05 mm. While DCM exhibited the largest inhibition zone range from 37 ± 3.00 to 33 ± 2.00 mm. This study is first of its kind conforming the high antibacterial activity of LA against SA isolated from a different source of infection. The study concluded that LA extract and fractions are active and give positive result for all isolated SA. Therefore, suitable pharmacological formulation of LA extract as a promising antibacterial agent for the treatment of SA infection should be given extreme priority.  相似文献

Proguanil, a member of biguanide family, has excellent anti-proliferative activities. Fluorine-containing compounds have been demonstrated to have super biological activities including enhanced binding interactions, metabolic stability, and reduced toxicity. In this study, based on the intermediate derivatization methods, we synthesized 13 new fluorine-containing proguanil derivatives, and found that 7a,7d and 8e had much lower IC50 than proguanil in 5 human cancerous cell lines. The results of clonogenic and scratch wound healing assays revealed that the inhibitory effects of derivatives 7a,7d and 8e on proliferation and migration of human cancer cell lines were much better than proguanil as well. Mechanistic study based on representative derivative 7a indicated that this compound up-regulates AMPK signal pathway and downregulates mTOR/4EBP1/p70S6K. In conclusion, these new fluorine-containing derivatives show potential for the development of cancer chemotherapeutic drugs.  相似文献

The plant faces different pedological and climatic challenges that influence its growth and enhancement. While, plant-microbes interactions throught the rhizosphere offer several privileges to this hotspot in the service of plant, by attracting multi-beneficial mutualistic and symbiotic microorganisms as plant growth-promoting bacteria (PGPB), archaea, mycorrhizal fungi, endophytic fungi, and others…). Currently, numerous investigations showed the beneficial effects of these microbes on growth and plant health. Indeed, rhizospheric microorganisms offer to host plants the essential assimilable nutrients, stimulate the growth and development of host plants, and induce antibiotics production. They also attributed to host plants numerous phenotypes involved in the increase the resistance to abiotic and biotic stresses. The investigations and the studies on the rhizosphere can offer a way to find a biological and sustainable solution to confront these environmental problems. Therefore, the interactions between microbes and plants may lead to interesting biotechnological applications on plant improvement and the adaptation in different climates to obtain a biological sustainable agricultures without the use of chemical fertilizers.  相似文献

Marine ecosystems are highly dependent on macroalgea in providing food and shelter for aquatic organisms, interacting with many bacteria and mostly producing secondary metabolites of potent therapeutic antibacterial property. Screening of marine microbial secondary metabolites of valuable biotechnological and therapeutical applications are now extensively studied. In this study, Bacillus spp. identified by DNA sequencing and found associated with Turbinaria ornata, was screened and characterized for its cell free supernatant (CFS) possible antimicrobial and antibiofilm applications. Among the 7 microbial isolates tested, CFS greatly affected Bacillus subitilis (12 mm) and inhibited equally the yeast isolates Candida albicans, Candida tropicalis and Candida glabrata (10 mm) and had no or negligible effect on S.aureus, E.coli, P. aeruginosa. As for the CFS antibiofilm activity, no difference was revealed from the positive control. Algal crude extracts (methanol, acetone and aqueous), on the other hand, were similarly tested for their antimicrobial activity against the seven microbial isolates, where highest activity was observed with the aqueous crude extract against Staphylococcus aureus(10 mm) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (9 mm) compared to the negligible effects of methanol and acetone crude extracts. Chemical analysis was performed to reveal the major constituents of both crude algal extracts and Bacillus spp. CFS. FTIR spectrum of the bacterial CFS indicated the presence of bacteriocin as the major lipopeptide responsible for its biological activity. Whereas, methanol and water crude algal extract GC–MS spectra revealed different chemical groups of various combined therapeutical activity mainly Naphthalene, amino ethane-sulfonic acid, pyrlene, Biotin and mercury chloromethyl correspondingly. Thus, the present study, demonstrated the moderate activity of both crude algal extract and the bacterial CFS, however, further investigations are needed for a better biological activity.  相似文献

The rise of antibiotic resistance has increased the need for alternative ways of preventing and treating enteropathogenic bacterial infection. Various probiotic bacteria have been used in animal and human. However, Saccharomyces boulardii is the only yeast currently used in humans as probiotic. There is scarce research conducted on yeast species commonly found in kefir despite its claimed potential preventative and curative effects. This work focused on adhesion properties, and antibacterial metabolites produced by Kluyveromyces lactis and Saccharomyces unisporus isolated from traditional kefir grains compared to Saccharomyces boulardii strains. Adhesion and sedimentation assay, slide agglutination, microscopy and turbidimetry assay were used to analyze adhesion of Salmonella Arizonae and Salmonella Typhimurium onto yeast cells. Salmonella growth inhibition due to the antimicrobial metabolites produced by yeasts in killer toxin medium was analyzed by slab on the lawn, turbidimetry, tube dilution and solid agar plating assays. Alcohol and antimicrobial proteins production by yeasts in killer toxin medium were analyzed using gas chromatography and shotgun proteomics, respectively. Salmonella adhered onto viable and non-viable yeast isolates cell wall. Adhesion was visualized using scanning electron microscope. Yeasts-fermented killer toxin medium showed Salmonella growth inhibition. The highest alcohol concentration detected was 1.55%, and proteins with known antimicrobial properties including cathelicidin, xanthine dehydrogenase, mucin-1, lactadherin, lactoperoxidase, serum amyloid A protein and lactotransferrin were detected in yeasts fermented killer medium. These proteins are suggested to be responsible for the observed growth inhibition effect of yeasts-fermented killer toxin medium. Kluyveromyces lactis and Saccharomyces unisporus have anti-salmonella effect comparable to Saccharomyces boulardii strains, and therefore have potential to control Salmonella infection.  相似文献

CXCR4 is involved in various diseases such as inflammation, tumor growth, and cancer metastasis through the interaction with its natural endogenous ligand, chemokine CXCL12. In an effort to develop imaging probes for CXCR4, we developed a novel small molecule CXCR4-targeted PET agent (compound 5) by combining our established benzenesulfonamide scaffold with a labeling component by virtue of click chemistry. 5 shows nanomolar affinity (IC50 = 6.9 nM) against a known CXCR4 antagonist (TN14003) and inhibits more than 65% chemotaxis at 10 nM in vitro assays. Radiofluorinated compound 5 ([18F]5) demonstrates a competitive cellular uptake against CXCL12 in a dose-dependent manner. Further, microPET images of [18F]5 exhibits preferential accumulation of radioactivity in the lesions of λ-carrageenan-induced paw edema, human head and neck cancer orthotopic xenograft, and metastatic lung cancer of each mouse model.  相似文献

Mangifera longipes and Quercus gomeziana both is an ethnomedicinally important Asian herb that has been known for numerous healing activity of tribal people. The present research aims to investigate the phytochemical analysis with in vitro, in vivo possibilities of the soluble ethanol extract of M. longipes root (EEMLR) and Q. gomeziana leaves (EEQGL) by an experimental approach. The plant extract of EEMLR and EEQGL was found secondary metabolites, notably steroids, glycosides, tannins, flavonoids, saponins, gums, and alkaloids. Additionally, the extract showed significant activity in antioxidant, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, membrane stabilization, cytotoxic, thrombolytic, and analgesic activities while no response in antibacterial activity. Our findings reveal that soluble ethanol extract of EEMLR and EEQGL is safe, which can be an effective source for exploring new medicinal products. This research's outcomes may provide potentials for mitigating pyrexia, inflammation, pain, cellular toxicity, and coagulation.  相似文献

In healing tissue, fibroblasts differentiate to α-smooth muscle actin (SMA)-expressing contractile-myofibroblasts, which pull the wound edges together ensuring proper tissue repair. Uncontrolled expansion of the myofibroblast population may, however, lead to excessive tissue scarring and finally to organ dysfunction. Here, we demonstrate that the loss of low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein (LRP) 1 overactivates the JNK1/2-c-Jun-Fra-2 signaling pathway leading to the induction of α-SMA and periostin expression in human lung fibroblasts (hLF). These changes are accompanied by increased contractility of the cells and the integrin- and protease-dependent release of active transforming growth factor (TGF)-β1 from the extracellular matrix (ECM) stores. Liberation of active TGF-β1 from the ECM further enhances α-SMA and periostin expression thus accelerating the phenotypic switch of hLF. Global gene expression profiling of LRP1-depleted hLF revealed that the loss of LRP1 affects cytoskeleton reorganization, cell-ECM contacts, and ECM production. In line with these findings, fibrotic changes in the skin and lung of Fra-2 transgenic mice were associated with LRP1 depletion and c-Jun overexpression. Altogether, our results suggest that dysregulation of LRP1 expression in fibroblasts in healing tissue may lead to the unrestrained expansion of contractile myofibroblasts and thereby to fibrosis development. Further studies identifying molecules, which regulate LRP1 expression, may provide new therapeutic options for largely untreatable human fibrotic diseases.  相似文献

Myeloperoxidase (MPO) is a heme peroxidase found in neutrophils, monocytes and macrophages that efficiently catalyzes the oxidation of endogenous chloride into hypochlorous acid for antimicrobial activity. Chronic MPO activation can lead to indiscriminate protein modification causing tissue damage, and has been associated with chronic inflammatory diseases, atherosclerosis, and acute cardiovascular events. Triazolopyrimidine 5 is a reversible MPO inhibitor; however it suffers from poor stability in acid, and is an irreversible inhibitor of the DNA repair protein methyl guanine methyl transferase (MGMT). Structure-based drug design was employed to discover benzyl triazolopyridines with improved MPO potency, as well as acid stability, no reactivity with MGMT, and selectivity against thyroid peroxidase (TPO). Structure-activity relationships, a crystal structure of the MPO-inhibitor complex, and acute in vivo pharmacodynamic data are described herein.  相似文献

Though social insects generally seem to have a reduced individual immunoresponse compared to solitary species, the impact of heat stress on that response has not been studied. In the honey bee, the effect of heat stress on reproductives (queens and males/drones) may also vary compared to workers, but this is currently unknown. Here, we quantified the activity of an enzyme linked to the immune response in insects and known to be affected by heat stress in solitary species: phenoloxidase (PO), in workers, queens and drones of Africanized honey bees (AHBs) experimentally subjected to elevated temperatures during the pupal stage. Additionally, we evaluated this marker in individuals experimentally infected with the entomopathogenic fungus Metarhizium anisopliae. Differences in PO activity were found between sexes and castes, with PO activity generally higher in workers and lower in reproductives. Such differences are associated with the likelihood of exposure to infection and the role of different individuals in the colony. Contrary to our expectation, heat stress did not cause an increase in PO activity equally in all classes of individual. Heat stress during the pupal stage significantly decreased the PO activity of AHB queens, but not that of workers or drones, which more frequently engage in extranidal activity. Experimental infection with Metarhizium anisopliae reduced PO activity in queens and workers, but increased it in drones. Notably, heat stressed workers lived significantly shorter after infection despite exhibiting greater PO activity than queens or drones. We suggest that this discrepancy may be related to trade-offs among immune response cascades in honey bees such as between heat shock proteins and defensin peptides used in microbial defence. Our results provide evidence for complex relationships among humoral immune responses in AHBs and suggest that heat stress could result in a reduced life expectancy of individuals.  相似文献

Circulating lymphocytes infiltrate into local foci at the inflammatory phase of acute wound healing for activation of the immune system and express an immune checkpoint protein programmed cell death 1 (PD-1) at the resolution phase for inactivation of the immune system. Conversely, the PD-1 expression was still found even on circulating lymphocytes of the elder patients with chronic tonsillitis at the palliative stage. Recently, an adhesion G protein coupled receptor 56 (GPR56) was reported to at least work as a proliferation factor for infiltrated lymphocytes into local foci at the resolution phase of acute wound healing. To preliminary examine a similar role of PD-1 and GPR56 at local foci at chronic inflammation, palate tonsils were prepared from small amounts of patients with chronic tonsillitis and tonsillar hypertrophy. A positive relationship of RNA expression might be observed between PD-1 and GPR56 in the elder patients with chronic tonsillitis. In regard to immunohistopathological findings, there were huge and small amounts of PD-1 and GPR56 expression at the marginal zone of lymphoid follicles of palate tonsils with chronic tonsillitis. Moreover, the positive relationship of RNA expression between PD-1 and GPR56 confirmed in large numbers of the elder patients with chronic tonsillitis. Probably, GPR56 participates in a supplement of PD-1+ lymphocytes to circulating bloods of the elder patients with chronic tonsillitis through a lymphocyte cell maintenance system at the marginal zone of the lymphoid follicles of palate tonsils.  相似文献

In two previous studies, we identified compound 1 as a moderate GroEL/ES inhibitor with weak to moderate antibacterial activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria including Bacillus subtilis, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumonia, Acinetobacter baumannii, and SM101 Escherichia coli (which has a compromised lipopolysaccharide biosynthetic pathway making bacteria more permeable to drugs). Extending from those studies, we developed two series of analogs with key substructures resembling those of known antibacterials, nitroxoline (hydroxyquinoline moiety) and nifuroxazide/nitrofurantoin (bis-cyclic-N-acylhydrazone scaffolds). Through biochemical and cell-based assays, we identified potent GroEL/ES inhibitors that selectively blocked E. faecium, S. aureus, and E. coli proliferation with low cytotoxicity to human colon and intestine cells in vitro. Initially, only the hydroxyquinoline-bearing analogs were found to be potent inhibitors in our GroEL/ES-mediated substrate refolding assays; however, subsequent testing in the presence of an E. coli nitroreductase (NfsB) in situ indicated that metabolites of the nitrofuran-bearing analogs were potent GroEL/ES inhibitor pro-drugs. Consequently, this study has identified a new target of nitrofuran-containing drugs, and is the first reported instance of such a unique class of GroEL/ES chaperonin inhibitors. The intriguing results presented herein provide impetus for expanded studies to validate inhibitor mechanisms and optimize this antibacterial class using the respective GroEL/ES chaperonin systems and nitroreductases from E. coli and the ESKAPE bacteria.  相似文献

Disruption of epidermal barrier is an important trigger in abnormal cutaneous inflammation. Phospholipase C epsilon (PLCε), a Ras/Rap1 effector, is essential for regulating cytokines production in different types of skin inflammation. Our previous studies have demonstrated that elevated expression of PLCε participates in the psoriasis-like inflammation in PLCε overexpressing transgenic mice model, while the reduction in PLCε expression attenuates inflammatory responses in either TPA- or DNFB-induced cutaneous inflammation. Here, we determined the role of PLCε in cutaneous inflammation induced by acute abrogation of epidermal permeability barrier. In comparison to wild type controls, PLCε KO mice exhibited reduced ear swelling and infiltration of granulocytes after tape-stripping. Moreover, expression levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1α, IL-1β), chemokines (CXCL-1, CXCL-2, CCL20), and antimicrobial peptides (S100 proteins, MBD3) were lower in PLCε-deficient versus wild type mice. Likewise, expression levels of cytokines and chemokines were also lower in PLCε deficient keratinocytes and fibroblasts following IL-22 stimulation in vitro. Furthermore, knockdown of PLCε with its siRNA decreased expression of IL-1α, CCL20, and S100 proteins, and MBD3 in HEK cultures. Collectively, these results suggested that PLCε mediated cytokine cascade induced by acute barrier disruption. IL-22 is likely the upstream of PLCε-mediated cytokine cascade following acute barrier disruption.  相似文献
