(2R,3R)-2 3-Dihydro-2-(4′-hydroxy-3′-methoxyphenyl)-3-(hydroxymethyl)-7-methoxy-5-benzofuranpropanol 4′-O-β-d-glucopyranoside [dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol glucoside], (2R,3R)-2 3-dihydro-7-hydroxy-2-(4′-hydroxy-3′-methoxyphenyl)-3-(hydroxymethyl)-5-benzofuranpropanol 4′-O-β-d-glucopyranoside and 4′-O-α-l-rhamnopyranoside, 1-(4′-hydroxy-3′-methoxyphenyl)-2- [2″-hydroxy-4″-(3-hydroxypropyl)phenoxy]-1, 3-propanediol 1-O-β-d-glucopyranoside and 4′-O-β-d-xylopyranoside, 2,3-bis[(4′-hydroxy-3′-methoxyphenyl)-methyl]-1,4-butanediol 1-O-β-d-glucopyranoside [(?)-seco-isolariciresinol glucoside] and (1R,2S,3S)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-7-hydroxy-1-(4′-hydroxy-3′-methoxyphenyl)-6-methoxy-2 3-naphthalenedimethanol α2-O-β-d-xylopyranoside [(?)-isolariciresinol xyloside] have been isolated from needles of Picea abies and identified.  相似文献

Alkylation of benzyl 2,3,6-tri-O-benzyl-β-D-glucopyranoside in N,Ndimethyl formamide with (R)-2-chloropropionic acid gave crystalline benzyl 2,3,6-tri-O-benzyl-4-O-[(S)-carboxyethyl]-β-D-glucopyranoside. After hydrogenolysis of the benzyl group 4-O-[(S)-D-carboxyethyl]-D-glucose was obtained which lactonized very easily. Treatment of benzyl 2,3,6-tri-O-benzyl-4-O-[(S)-1-carboxyethyl]-β-D-glucopyranoside with diazomethane gave cristalline benzyl 2,3,6-tri-O-benzyl-4-O-[(S)-1-(methoxycarbonyl)ethyl]-β-D-glucopyranoside, which was reduced with lithium aluminium hydride to crystalline benzyl 2,3,6-tri-O-benzyl-4-O-[(S)-1-(hydroxymethyl)ethyl]-β-D-glucopyranoside After hydrogenolysis of the benzyl groups 4-O-[(S)-1-(hydroxymethyl)ethyl]-D-glucose was obtained. A similar sequence of reactions was performed with (S)-2-chloropropionic acid.  相似文献

Chemical studies on the constituents of Eranthis cilicica led to isolation of ten chromone derivatives, two of which were previously known. Comprehensive spectroscopic analysis, including extensive 1D and 2D NMR data, and the results of enzymatic hydrolysis allowed the chemical structures of the compounds to be assigned as 8,11-dihydro-5-hydroxy-2,9-dihydroxymethyl-4H-pyrano[2,3-g][1]benzoxepin-4-one, 5,7-dihydroxy-8-[(2E)-4-hydroxy-3-methylbut-2-enyl]-2-methyl-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one, 5,7-dihydroxy-2-hydroxymethyl-8-[(2E)-4-hydroxy-3-methylbut-2-enyl]-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one, 7-[(β-d-glucopyranosyl)oxy]-5-hydroxy-8-[(2E)-4-hydroxy-3-methylbut-2-enyl]-2-methyl-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one, 7-[(β-d-glucopyranosyl)oxy]-5-hydroxy-2-hydroxymethyl-8-[(2E)-4-hydroxy-3-methylbut-2-enyl]-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one, 9-[(O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-d-glucopyranosyl)oxy]methyl-8,11-dihydro-5,9-dihydroxy-2-methyl-4H-pyrano[2,3-g][1]benzoxepin-4-one, 8,11-dihydro-5,9-dihydroxy-9-hydroxymethyl-2-methyl-4H-pyrano[2,3-g][1]benzoxepin-4-one, and 7-[(O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-d-glucopyranosyl)oxy]methyl-4-hydroxy-5H-furo[3,2-g][1]benzopyran-5-one, respectively. The 4′-O-β-d-glucopyranoside and the 4′-O-α-l-rhamnopyranoside of 2,3-dihydro-7-hydroxy-2-(4′-hydroxy-3′- methoxyphenyl)-3-hydroxymethyl-5-benzofuranpropanol have been isolated and identified. Also isolated were two d-glucosides and an l-arabinoside of (+)-isolariciresinol and a l-rhamnoside, a d-xyloside and a d-glucoside of 1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)- 2-[4-(3-hydroxypropyl)-2-hydroxyphenoxy]-1,3-propanediol.  相似文献

Three previously undescribed chlorophenyl glycosides, (2,4,6-trichloro-3-hydroxy-5-methoxyphenyl)methyl β-D-glucopyranoside ( 1 ), (2,4-dichloro-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)methyl 6-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 2 ) and 4-chloro-3-methoxy-5-methylphenyl 6-O-(6-deoxy-β-L-mannopyranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 3 ) were obtained from Lilium regale. The absolute configurations of these new finds were elucidated by comprehensive analyses of spectroscopic data combined with acid hydrolysis derivatization. (2,4-dichloro-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)methyl 6-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 2 ) can inhibit the proliferation of lung carcinoma A549 cells with an IC50 value of 29 μΜ.  相似文献

The trunkwood of Machaerium kuhlmannii contains methyl palmitate, 3-O-acetyloleanolic acid and sitosterol; the benzene derivatives 2,3-dimethoxyphenol, 2,6-dimethoxyphenol, 2-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenol, 2,3-dimethoxybenzaldehyde and methyl 3-(2-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-propionate; the isoflavonoids formononetin and (6aS,11aS)-medicarpin; the neoflavonoids (R)-3,4-dimethoxydalbergione, (R)-3,4-dimethoxydalbergiquinol, kuhlmanniquinol [(R)-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-3-(5-hydroxy-2,3,4-trimethoxyphenyl)-propene], dalbergin, kuhlmannin (6-hydroxy-7,8-dimethoxy-4-phenylcoumarin) and kuhlmannene (6-hydroxy-7,8-dimethoxy-4-phenylchrom-3-ene), as well as the cinnamylphenol kuhlmannistyrene [Z-1-(5-hydroxy-2,3,4-trimethoxybenzyl)-2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-ethylene]. Five of these compounds, in addition to (R)-4′-hydroxy-3,4-dimethoxydalbergione, were also isolated from a trunkwood extract of M. nictitans. Structural assignments were confirmed by chemical interconversion and by the synthesis of (±)-kuhlmanniquinol.  相似文献

2-Deoxy-2-[(2R,3S)-2-fluoro-3-hydroxytetradecanamido]-3-O-[(3R)-3-hydroxytetradecanoyl]-4-O-phosphono-D-glucopyranose and its (2S,3R)-isomer were respectively synthesized from allyl 2-[(2R,3S)-3-(benzyloxycarbonyloxy)-2-fluorotetradecanamido]-2-deoxy-4,6-O-isopropylidene-β-D-glucopyranoside and its corresponding (2S,3R)-isomer. Both target compounds did not activate macrophage, but the (2S,3R)-analogue strongly inhibited the binding of LPS to macrophage.  相似文献

The ethyl acetate extract from the whole plant of Crinum biflorum Rottb. Showed a moderate activity against Enterococcus faecalis. Its phytochemical investigation led to the isolation of a new flavan-3-ol derivative namely (2R,3R)-3-hydroxy-7-methoxy-3′,4′-methylenedioxyflavan, together with (2S)-7-hydroxy-3′,4′-methylenedioxyflavan, (2R,3R)-7-methoxy-flavan-3-ol, (2S)-7-hydroxy-3′,4′-dimethoxyflavan, 3′,7-dihydroxy-4′-methoxyflavan, 4′,7-dimethoxy-3′-hydroxyflavan, farrerol, β-sitosterol, β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, oleanolic acid, kaempferol, pancratistatin, lupeol, aurantiamide acetate, Narciprimine and 2,3-dihydroxypropyl palmitate. Their structures were elucidated mainly by extensive spectroscopic analysis and comparison with published data. The absolute configuration of the new metabolite was determined by electronic circular dichroism (ECD) analysis and comparison of optical rotation. Some of the isolated compounds were tested for their antimicrobial activity but no inhibition was observed.  相似文献

Addition of 2,2′-anhydro-[1-(3-O-acetyl-5-O-trityl-β-D-arabinofuranosyl)uracil] (1) to excess 2-litho-1,3-dithiane (2)in oxolane at ?78° gave 2-(1,3-dithian-2-yl)-1-(5-O-trityl-β-D-arabinofuranosyl)-4(1H)pyrimidinone (3), O2,2′-anhydro-5,6-di-hydro-6-(S)-(1,3-dithian-2-yl)-5′-O-trityluridine (4), and 2-(1,4-dihydroxybutyl)-1,3-dithiane (5) in yields of 15, 30, and 10% respectively. The structure of 3 was proved by its hydrolysis in acid to give 2-(1,3-dithian-2-yl)-4-pyrimidinone (6) and arabinose, and by desulfurization with Raney nickel to yield the known 2-methyl-1-(5-O-trityl-β-D-arabinofuranosyl)-4(1H)-pyrimidinone (7). Detritylation of 3 without glycosidic cleavage could only be effected by prior acetylation to 1-(2,3-di-O-acetyl-5-O-trityl-β-D-arabinofuranosyl)-2-(1,3-dithian-2-yl)-4(1H)-pyrimidinone (8) which, after treatment with acetic acid at room temperature for 65 h followed by the action of sodium methoxide gave 2-(1,3-dithian-2-yl)-1-β-D-arabinofuranosyl-4(1H)-pyrimidinone (10) in 45% yield. Detritylation of 4 in boiling acetic acid gave 5,6-dihydro-6-(S)-(1,3-dithian-2-yl)-1-β-D-arabinofuranosyluracil (12) and 3-[(S)-1-(1,3-dithian-2-yl)]propionamido-(1,2-dideoxy-β-D-arabinofurano)-[1,2-d]-2-oxazolidinone (13) in 10 and 90% yields, respectively. When 12 was kept in water or methanol for 7 days, quantitative conversion into 13 occurred. Acid hydrolysis of 12 afforded arabinose and 5,6-di-hydro-6-(1,3-dithian-2-yl)uracil (14), which was desulfurized with Raney nickel to the known 5,6-dihydro-6-methyluracil (15). Treatment of 13 with trifluoroacetic anhydride-pyridine yielded 77% of the cyano derivative 17. Similar dehydration of 3-(R)-1-methylpropionamido-(1,2-dideoxy-β-D-arabinofurano)-[1,2-d]-2-oxalidinone (18), obtained by desulfurization of 13, gave 60% of the nitrile 19. Hydrogenation of 19 over platinum oxide in acetic anhydride gave the acetamide derivative 20 in 95% yield. Nitrobenzoylation of 13 gave 3-[(S)-1-(1,3-dithian-2-yl)]cyanomethyl-3,5-di-O-p-nitrobenzoyl-(1,2-dideoxy-β-D-arabinofurano)-[1,2-d]-2-oxazolidinone (22), which was converted in 37% yield by treatment with methyl iodide in dimethyl sulfoxide into the aldehyde 24, characterized as the semicarbazone 25. The purification of 5 and its characterization as 2-(1,4-di-O-p-nitrobenzoylbutyl)-1,3-dithiane (27) is described.  相似文献

This study investigated a set of new potential antidiabetes agents. Derivatives of usnic acid were designed and synthesized. These analogs and nineteen benzylidene analogs from a previous study were evaluated for enzyme inhibition of α-glucosidase. Analogs synthesized using the Dakin oxidative method displayed stronger activity than the pristine usnic acid (IC50>200 μM). Methyl (2E,3R)-7-acetyl-4,6-dihydroxy-2-(2-methoxy-2-oxoethylidene)-3,5-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-3-carboxylate ( 6b ) and 1,1′-(2,4,6-trihydroxy-5-methyl-1,3-phenylene)di(ethan-1-one) ( 6e ) were more potent than an acarbose positive control (IC50 93.6±0.49 μM), with IC50 values of 42.6±1.30 and 90.8±0.32 μM, respectively. Most of the compounds synthesized from the benzylidene series displayed promising activity. (9bR)-2,6-Bis[(2E)-3-(2-chlorophenyl)prop-2-enoyl]-3,7,9-trihydroxy-8,9b-dimethyldibenzo[b,d]furan-1(9bH)-one ( 1c ), (9bR)-3,7,9-trihydroxy-8,9b-dimethyl-2,6-bis[(2E)-3-phenylprop-2-enoyl]dibenzo[b,d]furan-1(9bH)-one ( 1g ), (9bR)-2-acetyl-6-[(2E)-3-(2-chlorophenyl)prop-2-enoyl]-3,7,9-trihydroxy-8,9b-dimethyldibenzo[b,d]furan-1(9bH)-one ( 2d ), (9bR)-2-acetyl-6-[(2E)-3-(3-chlorophenyl)prop-2-enoyl]-3,7,9-trihydroxy-8,9b-dimethyldibenzo[b,d]furan-1(9bH)-one ( 2e ), (6bR)-8-acetyl-3-(4-chlorophenyl)-6,9-dihydroxy-5,6b-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-[1]benzofuro[2,3-f][1]benzopyran-1,7(6bH)-dione ( 3e ), (6bR)-8-acetyl-6,9-dihydroxy-5,6b-dimethyl-3-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-[1]benzofuro[2,3-f][1]benzopyran-1,7(6bH)-dione ( 3h ), (6bR)-3-(2-chlorophenyl)-8-[(2E)-3-(2-chlorophenyl)prop-2-enoyl]-6,9-dihydroxy-5,6b-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-[1]benzofuro[2,3-f][1]benzopyran-1,7(6bH)-dione ( 4b ), and (9bR)-6-acetyl-3,7,9-trihydroxy-8,9b-dimethyl-2-[(2E)-3-phenylprop-2-enoyl]dibenzo[b,d]furan-1(9bH)-one ( 5c ) were the most potent α-glucosidase enzyme inhibitors, with IC50 values of 7.0±0.24, 15.5±0.49, 7.5±0.92, 10.9±0.56, 1.5±0.62, 15.3±0.54, 19.0±1.00, and 12.3±0.53 μM, respectively.  相似文献

Three new dinormonoterpenoid glucosides, rel-(3R,4R)-3-(1-hydroxypropan-2-yl)-3,4-epoxypentane-1,5-diol-1-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (1), rel-(3R,4S)-3-(1-hydroxypropan-2-yl)-3,4-epoxypentane-1,5-diol-1-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (2), and rel-(3R,4S)-3-(1-hydroxy-2-propen-2-yl)-3,4-epoxypentane-1,5-diol-1-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (3), were isolated from the edible pericarps of Myriopteron extensum (Wight & Arn.) K. Schum. (Asclepiadaceae). Their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectroscopic methods including HRESIMS, 1D and 2D NMR. Dinormonoterpenoid glucosides were reported from Asclepiadaceae for the first time. Compounds 13 were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against five human cancer cell lines HL-60, SMMC-7221, A-549, MCF-7, and SW-480, but they did not exhibit cytotoxicity on the tested cell lines.  相似文献

2-[1-(5,8-Dihydro quinoxalino[2,3-b]indoloacetyl)-3-(1-benzofuran-2-yl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-5-yl] phenyl derivatives were synthesized from 2-(5,8-dihydro quinoxalino[2,3-b]indol-5-yl) acetohydrazide and (2E)-1-(1-benzofuran-2-yl)-4-phenylbut-2-en-1-ones derivatives using microwave-assisted route. The structures of all the compounds have been established on the basis of analytical and spectral data. Among the 14 compounds IPB-1, IPB-5, IPB-10, IPB-11 and IPB-12 were found good antibacterial activity and MICs were found bellow 10 μg/mL against Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Streptococcus aureus, which can compared with sparfloxacin and norfloxacin.  相似文献

A novel series of 2-cyclopropyl-4-thiophenyl quinoline-based mevalonolactones were synthesized from the substituted anilines by several reactions. Among them, (4R,6S)-6-[(E)-2-(2-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-4-(4-fluoro-thiophenyl)-quinoline-3-yl)-ethenyl]-3,4,5,6-tetrahydro-4-hydroxy-2H-pyran-2-one (1d), (4R,6S)-6-[(E)-2-(2-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-4-(3-methoxy-thiophenyl)-quinoline-3-yl)-ethenyl]-3,4,5,6-tetrahydro-4-hydroxy-2H-pyran-2-one (1f) and (4R,6S)-6-[(E)-2-(2-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-4,7-di(3-methoxy-thiophenyl)-quinoline-3-yl)-ethenyl]-3,4,5,6-tetrahydro-4-hydroxy-2H-pyran-2-one (1q) showed potent HMG-CoA reductase inhibitory activity comparable with pitavastatin.  相似文献

Two new dammarane-type triterpenoid saponins, 3β-(α-l -arabinopyranosyloxy)-24,25-dihydroxydammar-20-en-12α-yl 6-deoxy-β-d -glucopyranoside ( 1 ) and (24R)-3β-[(4-O-acetyl-α-l -arabinopyranosyl)oxy]-25-hydroxy-20,24-epoxydammaran-12β-yl 6-deoxy-β-d -glucopyranoside ( 2 ), and fourteen known triterpenoids were isolated from the 70 % MeOH extract of the leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus. Their structures were established based on analyses of spectroscopic data. All compounds were tested for their inhibitory activities against the 11β-HSD1 enzyme. Hederagenin ( 13 ) exhibited moderate inhibitory effect for mouse 11β-HSD1 with an IC50 value of 0.16±0.04 μM.  相似文献
