中国西北地区飞虱科四新记录种

作者于1987和1988年对中国西北地区的飞虱种类进行了初步调查和采集,经整理鉴定,发现4种中国新记录种,均属于飞虱亚科(Delphacinae)、飞虱族(Delphacini),其中绿飞虱属Chloriona 2种,黎氏飞虱属Ribautodelphax和古北飞虱属Javesella各1种,而且黎氏飞虱属为我国首次记录。     

隆脊飞虱属分类并记一新种(同翅目,蜡蝉总科,飞虱科)

记述采于中国海南省的飞虱科隆脊飞虱属一新种:海南隆脊飞虱Carinodelphax hainanensis sp.nov,并对该属的属征进行了修订,编制了目前已知2种的检索表,模式标本保存于西北农林科技大学昆虫博物馆.     

艾地飞虱属在中国首次发现及模式种重描记

记述了采自中国吉林的飞虱科1新纪录属:艾地飞虱属Idiobregma Anufriev,1972 ,并对其模式种Idiobregma unicarinata Anufriev,1972作了重新描记,研究标本保存在西北农林科技大学昆虫博物馆。     

古北飞虱属中国三新记录种

在整理鉴定东北地区飞虱种类时,发现古北飞虱属Jave sella Fennah,1963三个中国新记录种,其中古北飞虱J.pellucida已有文献报道在瑞典传播燕麦不孕矮缩病(Oat sterile dwarf),在欧洲、以色列传播玉米粗缩病(Maize rough dwarf),是一个值得注意的种类。 古北飞虱属全世界已知13种,均分布于古北区,其中有2种分布到新北区。本属种类体色多有变异,形态特征和雄外生殖器构造极为相似,很难确切地区分开来,故本文将其属种特征报道如下,以供鉴定时参考。     

中国奇臀飞虱属一新种记述（半翅目：蜡蝉总科）

记述采自中国云南省的奇臀飞虱属MiranusChen et Ding一新种:齿缘奇臀飞虱M. serrulatus,sp. nov.,对其特征作了描述,提供了成虫形态及雄性外生殖器特征图及该属已知种的检索表。研究标本保存在西北农林科技大学昆虫博物馆。     

中国帕飞虱属分类研究(半翅目,蜡蝉总科,飞虱科)

Fennah(1978)根据分布于越南的标本建立了帕飞虱属Palego,仅包括其模式种Palego simulator Fennah,1978;葛钟麟(1982)根据分布于中国南部的标本建立了披突飞虱属Parathri-ambus,并指定刺披突飞虱Parathriambus spinosus为其模式种,该属现在包括2种.作者在整理研究保存于西北农林科技大学昆虫博物馆的该属标本时,发现帕飞虱属Palego的模式种;根据葛钟麟(1982)对披突飞虱属Parathriambus的属征描述,作者发现该属与Fennah(1978)建立的帕飞虱属Palego的属征吻合.据此,作者提出:披突飞虱属Parathriambus Kuoh,1982应为帕飞虱属Palego Fen-nah,1978的新异名.文中对该属属征进行了重新描记,原来隶属披突飞虱属Parathriambus的2个种同时被移入帕飞虱属;帕飞虱属Palego的模式种Palego simulator Fennah也是在中国的首次报道.文中还给出了该属已知种的分种检索表.     

叉飞虱属(同翅目,飞虱科)分类研究

研究了叉飞虱属Garaga Anufriev的种类,共记述6个种,其中包括1新种G. trifurca Guo et Liang,sp.nov和中国大陆1新纪录种G.pallida Yang,补绘了已知种荻叉飞虱G.miscanthi Ding的特征图,并编制了叉飞虱属的分种检索表.     

中国飞虱科二属分类概要及三新种记述(半翅目,蜡蝉总科,飞虱科)

对分布于我国南方的飞虱科两个属:细突飞虱属Neoterthrona Yang et Yang及等胸飞虱属Paraconon Yang et Yang进行了分类概要,修订了2属的属征,并记述3个新种:直茎细突飞虱Neoterthrona recta sp.nov.,具瘤细突飞虱Neoterthrona tubercularis sp.nov.和中华等胸飞虱Paraconon sinensis sp.nov..文中分别给出了2属所有种的检索表.新种模式标本保存于西北农林科技大学昆虫博物馆.     

特里飞虱属在中国的首次发现及卢氏特里飞虱的再描记(半翅目.蜡蝉总科,飞虱科)

记述采自黑龙江三江平原的飞虱科中国1新纪录属:特里飞虱属Trichodelphax Vilbaste,1968及中国1新纪录种:卢氏特里飞虱T.lukjanovitshi(Kusnezov,1929),并对卢氏特里飞虱作了重新描记,提供了成虫外形照片及雄性外生殖器特征图。研究标本保存在西北农林科技大学昆虫博物馆。     

黑带艾尤飞虱的重新描记及美伽飞虱属中国一新纪录种记述(半翅目,蜡蝉总科)(英文)

重新描记了采自宁夏六盘山自然保护区的艾尤飞虱属模式种:黑带艾尤飞虱E.nigrolineata Scott,1875,该种国外学者曾报道在我国新疆有分布,但目前未见国内学者的研究报道;同时记述美伽飞虱属Megadelphax一中国新纪录种:科尼美伽飞虱M.cornigera(Kusnezov,1929),提供了美伽飞虱属中国已知种的检索表.所有研究标本均保存在西北农林科技大学昆虫博物馆.     

中国扁足瓢蜡蝉属订正及一新种记述(英文)

对瓢蜡蝉科Issidae扁足瓢蜡蝉属Neodurium Fennah进行了订正。记述中国扁足瓢蜡蝉属4种,包括1新种,钩扁足瓢蜡蝉Neodurium hamatum sp.nov.,提供了形态及雌雄性外生殖器等特征图。制作了本属分布于中国的7个种的分种检索表。钩扁足瓢蜡蝉,新种N.hamatum sp.nov.(图1~24)新种与Neodurium postfasciatum Fennah相近似,其区别主要在于:前翅有爪缝,但端部较模糊,肛节端部不弯曲,阳茎具1对钩状突起。新种模式标本保存在西北农林科技大学昆虫博物馆。正模♂,云南勐仑,2009-07-23,张磊采。副模1♀,云南勐仑,2009-07-12,张磊采。词源:新种种名据其阳茎具钩状突起而定名。     

The delphacid genus Sogatella and related groups: a revision with special reference to rice-associated species (Homoptera: Fulgoroidea)

Abstract. The delphacid planthopper genus Sogatella Fennah is redefined and a key provided to males of the fourteen included species. The type-species of Sogatodes Fennah, S.molinus Fennah is considered to be a Sogatella species and consequently Sogatodes becomes a junior subjective synonym of Sogatella. The remaining species of Sogatodes are transferred to Tagosodes gen.n . (type species T.cubanus (Crawford) comb.n. ). Latistria Huang et al. or Sogatellana Kuoh. A key is provided to distinguish the four genera. A check list of species in each genus is given. Several species are important rice pests and information on biology and pest status is summarized.     

A new species of the genus <Emphasis Type="Italic">Rhinogaster</Emphasis> Fennah (Homoptera,Fulgoroidea, Caliscelidae) from Southern Africa

The genus Rhinogaster Fennah, 1949 is recorded from the Afrotropical Region for the first time. Rhinogaster stilleri sp. n. well distinguished from other species of the genus by the shape of process of abdominal tergite V is described from the Republic of South Africa. A key with illustrations to all species of the genus is provided.     

中国象蜡蝉科(半翅目,蜡蝉总科)一新纪录属

记述了中国象蜡蝉科1新纪录属平象蜡蝉属IndrivalFennah,1978及该属的模式种泥润平象蜡蝉Indrival nerinusFennah,1978.研究标本保存于中国科学院动物研究所动物标本馆.     

Three new bamboo-feeding species of the genus Symplanella Fennah (Hemiptera,Fulgoromorpha, Caliscelidae) from China

Three new species of the Oriental caliscelid planthopper genus Symplanella Fennah, S. hainanensis sp. n., S. recurvata sp. n. and S. zhongtua sp. n., are described and illustrated from South China. A checklist and a key to species of genus Symplanella are provided.     

中国颖蜡蝉科一新纪录属及一新纪录种(半翅目:蜡蝉总科)

记述了中国颖蜡蝉科Achilidae1属:埃颖蜡蝉属EpiramaMelichar及1种:弗氏埃颖蜡蝉E.francescoides Fennah,1965。同时提供了该属属征及该种雄虫与雌虫的鉴别特征图。研究标本保存在中国科学院动物研究所(IZCAS)动物标本馆。     

The plam-feeding planthopper genus Ommatissus (Homoptera: Fulgoroidea: Tropiduchidae)

Abstract The tribe Trypetimorphini, the genus Ommatissus , and its two subgenera and eleven species are redescribed or described as new. Evidence for the monophyly of both the genus and of the tribe to which it belongs is examined; it is concluded that while the genus is monophyletic, the monophyly of the tribe is in doubt. Keys for the separation of the three genera of the tribe and for all of the known species of Ommatissus are presented. A new subgenus of Ommatissus is described: O.(Opatissus) , with the type-species O.vietnamicus . Four new species are described: Ommatissus magribus from Morocco, O.kamerunus from Cameroon, O.natalensis from South Africa and O.vietnamicus from Vietnam. The 'Dubas bug', Ommatissus lybicus Bergevin, formerly regarded as a variety of O.binotatus Fieber, is raised to full species status. Trichoduchus is synonymized with Trypetimorpha resulting in the new combinations Trypetimorpha biermani Dammerman, T.china Wu and T.japonicus Ishihara. Trichoduchus japonicus Fennah is synonymized with Trypetimorpha japonicus Ishihara.

Multiple cave invasions by species of the planthopper genus Oliarus in Hawaii (Homoptera: Fulgoroidea: Cixiidae)

Although geologically young, the Hawaiian Islands harbour a rich and remarkably diverse fauna of terrestrial troglobites: more than 70 cave species are known from Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, East Maui, and Hawaii Island. Among the more speciosc groups that have invaded the subterranean biome are the planthoppers (Homoptera Cixiidae) of the genus Oliarus. Five new obligately cavernicolous (troglobitic) Oliarus species which differ in their degree of troglomorphy and male genital structures, are described from lava tubes on the Hawaiian Islands: O. lorettae sp. nov. and O. makaiki sp. nov. from Hawaii Island, O. gagnei sp. nov. and O. ivaikau sp. nov. from Maui Island, and O. kalaupapae sp. nov. from Molokai Island. Short diagnoses of the two troglobitic species already known, 0. polyphemus Fennah, 1973 from Hawaii Island and 0. priola Fennah, 1973 from Maui are provided. Notes on the ecology and distribution of all cavernicolous species are given. Morphological evidence suggests that each of the seven cavernicolous Oliams species from Hawaii represents a separate, independent adaptive shift to underground environments. Potential relationships to the extant epigean species are discussed.
