高寒草甸不同草地群落物种多样性与生产力关系研究   总被引:33,自引:3,他引:30  
生态系统的结构和功能、生物多样性与生产力的关系问题是近年来群落生态学中研究的中心问题,其中,生态系统生产力水平是其功能的重要表现形式,用4种不同草地类型探讨自然群落的物种多样性与生产力关系.结果表明,矮嵩草草甸、小嵩草草甸和金露梅灌丛群落中物种多样性与生产力的关系呈线性增加关系,藏嵩草沼泽化草甸群落中线性增加关系不显著,这表明群落生产力除受物种多样性的影响外,也受物种本身特征和环境资源的影响.不同的环境资源和环境异质性是形成群落结构特征、物种多样性分布格局差异的主要原因之一.  相似文献

植物群落中不同“功能身份”物种的多样性与特定生态系统功能之间具有何种关系及其作用机制尚不明确.通过在高寒矮嵩草(Kobresia humilis)草甸为期5年的刈割(不刈割、留茬3 cm、留茬1 cm)、施肥(施肥、不施肥)和浇水(浇水、不浇水)控制实验,研究了刈割与土壤资源获得性梯度上不同“功能身份”物种(群落中所有物种、响应物种、作用物种和共有物种)的多样性变化与群落地上净初级生产力和稳定性的关系以及稳定性机制.研究结果显示:群落中响应物种、作用物种和共有物种数分别占全部物种数的36.6%、18.3%和64.8%,物种多样性对生态系统功能具有不同的效应,净初级生产力主要受响应物种和作用物种的多样性变化影响,而稳定性则主要由共有物种的多样性变化决定;群落稳定性的维持主要依赖于共有物种的多样性增加,其作用机制是投资组合效应,而超产效应和异步性效应对稳定性并无作用;刈割和施肥对物种多样性、稳定性和净初级生产力具有相反的影响,前者能增加物种多样性和稳定性,并降低净初级生产力,而后者的作用正相反.这与群落中全部物种的多样性变化受刈割影响较大,而作用物种的多样性变化受资源获得性影响较大有关.上述结果表明高寒草甸生态系统地上净初级生产力主要由少数影响生产力的作用物种的多样性决定,而稳定性则由大量共有物种的多样性所掌控.投资组合效应是物种多样性导致稳定性的机制.由于群落中不同物种的多样性效应具有分异性,对于特定的生态系统功能而言,物种的“功能身份”可能比物种多样性本身更重要,不加区别地笼统定义物种多样性与生态系统功能的关系可能欠妥.  相似文献

采用8种1年生植物,利用室外盆栽方法构建的植物群落对物种多样性与群落生产力、杂草入侵性之间的关系及其潜在的作用机理进行了研究.结果表明,各物种单播时其生产力和抗杂草入侵能力都有较大差异.物种多样性与群落生产力之间不存在线性关系,而呈现单峰格局关系,即在一定范围内(本研究为4种),物种多样性对生产力增加有促进作用,超过该范围,物种多样性增加,群落生产力不再增加.但群落生产力和物种多样性均与杂草入侵量之间呈显著负相关关系.相对产量总和(RYT)分析表明,资源互补效应是本研究中所观察到的多样性-生产力、多样性-入侵性及生产力-入侵性关系的主要作用机理.  相似文献

多尺度分析物种多样性格局能够为有效保护生物多样性提供重要信息.利用物种多样性的加法分配法则分析了样方-坡位-坡面等级尺度系统辽东栎林植物物种多样性(gamma多样性)的alpha多样性和beta多样性在各尺度上的分配关系.结果表明以物种丰富度为指标的区域物种多样性的最大贡献来自坡面尺度,表明坡面尺度是维持辽东栎林物种多样性的有效尺度;而对Simpson多样性和Shannon多样性的最大贡献则来自样方内,这决定于群落物种优势度和稀有度格局;各尺度间beta多样性组分随尺度的增大而增大可能是环境异质性和扩散作用的综合结果.各尺度间Shannon多样性对总体多样性的贡献大于Simpson多样性的贡献是偶见种在各尺度间分配的结果.物种多样性分配的加法法则为物种多样性格局的多尺度分析提供了理论框架,是检验物种多样性格局形成机制的有效方法.  相似文献

栖息地毁坏是物种多样性丧失最重要的因素之一.通过多物种竞争共存的非自治动力模型,利用香农多样性指数,研究并比较了不同结构集合种群群落的物种多样性对不同程度和不同速度的栖息地毁坏时间异质性的响应.结果表明:在栖息地瞬间毁坏下,物种多样性先快速下降,之后得到一定程度的恢复,最终在下降中走向平衡;在栖息地持续完全毁坏下,栖息地毁坏速度对物种多样性随累积栖息地毁坏率变化的影响,只有在最强物种多度 (q)较小时比较明显,而在q较大时较小;对于栖息地持续部分毁坏,栖息地毁坏速度只影响物种多样性振荡的幅度,而不影响其变化的最终结果,并且速度越快,物种多样性振荡幅度越大,越不利于群落的稳定.  相似文献

丛枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)是自然界分布最广泛的一类植物共生真菌,能够与大部分高等植物的根系形成共生关系.由于它们在农林、环境等领域的巨大应用潜力,国内外关于AMF物种多样性的研究一直受到较高的关注.然而,AMF专性共生的特征以及研究方法不够理想等因素长期阻碍了AMF物种多样性的研究进展.近年来,研究方法的改进与新技术的应用为AMF物种多样性的研究提供了极好的机遇.简述了AMF的最新分类系统及全球物种数量、AMF物种多样性影响因素以及AMF物种多样性研究方法三个方面的研究进展,并分析了今后在AMF物种多样性相关领域值得关注的研究方向.  相似文献

Beta多样性度量不同时空尺度物种组成的变化,是生物多样性的重要组成部分;理解其地理格局和形成机制已成为当前生物多样性研究的热点问题。基于Alwyn H. Gentry在美洲收集的131个森林样方数据,采用倍性和加性分配方法度量群落beta多样性,检验beta多样性随纬度的变化趋势,并分析其形成机制。研究表明:(1) 美洲森林群落beta多样性随纬度增加显著下降,热带和亚热带地区beta多样性高于温带地区;此格局可由物种分布范围的纬度梯度性和不同粒度(grain)下物种丰富度与纬度回归斜率的差异推论得出;(2) 加性分配方法表明beta多样性对各个温度带森林群落gamma多样性的相对贡献率平均为78.2%,并且随纬度升高而降低;(3) 美洲南半球森林群落beta多样性高于其北半球,这可能反映了区域间物种进化和环境变迁历史的差异。此外,还探讨了不同beta多样性计算方法的适用情景,首次证实了森林生态系统群落水平beta多样性的纬度梯度性,这对研究生物多样性的形成机制和生物多样性保护都具有重要的意义。  相似文献

寒温带牧林交错区生境复杂度对啮齿类物种多样性的影响   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
采用铗日法对嫩江流域牧林交错区5个生境梯度中啮齿动物的多样性水平进行了研究,以探讨栖息地复杂程度对地面啮齿类物种多样性的影响.结果表明,黑线姬鼠、黑线仓鼠和大林姬鼠是嫩江流域牧林交错区中的优势种和常见种,不同物种在不同生境类型中呈明显的不均匀分布,反映了它们对不同生境的选择倾向性.同时,地面草本植物的覆盖度和丰富度对地面活动的小型哺乳动物的物种组成和群落结构具有较大的影响,啮齿动物的捕获率和生物量与草本植物的多样性水平呈现出显著的相关性关系,其物种丰富度随草本植物多样性指数的增加呈递增的趋势.此外,各生境中啮齿动物的物种多样性指数与草本植物多样性的相关关系并不显著,可能是因为灌丛区和林-灌交错区内大量的低矮灌丛与萌生丛改善了生境的隐蔽条件与食物资源,为更多物种的共存创造了良好的微环境,使得两生境中啮齿动物的物种多样性水平尤为突出.研究表明,小型啮齿动物的物种组成与栖息地的复杂程度有关,但地面植被对小型兽类生物量和物种多样性的影响力度并不是等同的,对地面小型兽类物种多样性影响的研究,统计生境复杂度或异质性时应考虑不同植被型/生境类型距地面的高度,不同植被型对小型兽类物种多样性的贡献程度随其距地面高度的增加而降低.  相似文献

特有植物是生物多样性保护的重要对象,对其分布格局的研究可以为生物多样性优先保护区的确定提供重要参考.研究人员利用多种测度和分析方法,在不同地理区域对特有现象的分布格局开展了大量研究.随着分子系统学方法的不断完善及一些空间统计分析方法的引入,新的生物多样性测度方法应运而生.本文介绍了生物多样性测度方法的类型及其特点、应用现状与前景.这些测度方法的发展经历了从单一的时间或空间格局到时空格局统一的过程,具体涉及物种丰富度、谱系多样性、进化特异性以及这3种测度方法整合空间分布加权的算法.其中,谱系多样性指数(phylogenetic diversity)、谱系特有性指数(phylogenetic endemism)以及空间加权的进化特异性指数(biogeographically weighted evolutionary distinctiveness)尤其值得关注.中国特有植物分布格局的研究需要在以下4个方面进一步开展工作:(1)完善特有物种的分布格局研究;(2)加强物种的测序工作,完善谱系多样性格局的分析;(3)结合系统发育信息,揭示谱系多样性及进化历史的分布格局,进而深入开展物种p多样性和谱系p多样性的研究;(4)加强物种分布区变化的模拟,在时间维度上探讨特有现象的变化格局,为生物多样性保护提供更完善的理论支持.  相似文献

We isolated and characterized 11 microsatellite loci for the Chinese yew, Taxus chinensis var. mairei, an endangered tree species in China, by constructing a (CA)(12)-enriched library. The number of alleles per locus ranged from 5 to 10. The observed heterozygosities ranged from 0.2500 to 0.8333 and the expected heterozygosities ranged from 0.5196 to 0.8680. No significant linkage disequilibrium was detected at these loci. However, four loci significantly deviated from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The null alleles were found to be present at locus Tach9 and locus Tach11 by the Micro-checker test (P < 0.001). These polymorphic loci could be employed in research of gene flow and spatial genetic patterns of T. chinensis var. mairei.  相似文献

Lycoris radiata is a perennial herb that has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for a long time and has two main medicinal components in its bulb, lycorine and galanthamine. However, the original microsatellite loci have not been developed for any species of Lycoris. Total genomic DNA was extracted from fresh bulbs using a modified CTAB protocol. We isolated 10 microsatellite loci from 21 L. radiata individuals of a natural population from Yellow Mountain in Anhui Province, China. The number of alleles ranged from two to nine. The observed and expected heterozygosities ranged from 0.238 to 0.952 and from 0.455 to 0.784, respectively. One locus significantly deviated from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium and no significant linkage disequilibrium was found between pairs of loci. Cross-species amplification of these microsatellite loci was characterized in additional five species (L. sprengeri, L. anhuiensis, L. albiflora, L. longituba, and L. chinensis) of Lycoris. The results suggest that these microsatellite markers would contribute to the population genetic studies of L. radiata and other related species.  相似文献

Determining the spatial genetic structure within and among cold-water coral populations is crucial to understanding population dynamics, assessing the resilience of cold-water coral communities and estimating genetic effects of habitat fragmentation for conservation. The spatial distribution of genetic diversity in natural populations depends on the species’ mode of reproduction, and coral species often have a mixed strategy of sexual and asexual reproduction. We describe the clonal architecture of a cold-water coral reef and the fine-scale population genetic structure (<35 km) of five reef localities in the NE Skagerrak. This study represents the first of this type of analysis from deep waters. We used thirteen microsatellite loci to estimate gene flow and genotypic diversity and to describe the fine-scale spatial distribution of clonal individuals of Lophelia pertusa. Within-population genetic diversity was high in four of the five reef localities. These four reefs constitute a genetic cluster with asymmetric gene flow that indicates metapopulation dynamics. One locality, the Säcken reef, was genetically isolated and depauperate. Asexual reproduction was found to be a highly important mode of reproduction for L. pertusa: 35 genetic individuals were found on the largest reef, with the largest clone covering an area of nearly 300 m2.  相似文献

Asexuality is an important mode of reproduction in eukaryotic taxa and has a theoretical advantage over sexual reproduction because of the increased ability to propagate genes. Despite this advantage, hidden signs of cryptic sex have been discovered in the genomes of asexual organisms. This has provided an interesting way to address the evolutionary impact of sex in plant and animal populations. However, the identification of rare sexual reproduction events in mainly asexual species has remained a challenging task. We examined the reproductive history in populations of the plant parasitic nematode Xiphinema index by genotyping individuals collected from six grapevine fields using seven microsatellite markers. A high level of linkage disequilibrium and heterozygous excess suggested a clonality rate of 95–100%. However, we also detected rare sexual reproduction events within these highly clonal populations. By combining highly polymorphic markers with an appropriate hierarchical sampling, and using both Bayesian and multivariate analysis with phylogenetic reconstructions, we were able to identify a small number of sexually produced individuals at the overlapping zones between different genetic clusters. This suggested that sexual reproduction was favoured when and where two nematode patches came into contact. Among fields, a high degree of genetic differentiation indicated a low level of gene flow between populations. Rare genotypes that were shared by several populations suggested passive dispersal by human activities, possibly through the introduction of infected plants from nurseries. We conclude that our method can be used to detect and locate sexual events in various predominantly asexual species.  相似文献

Dandelions (genus Taraxacum) comprise a group of sexual diploids and apomictic polyploids with a complicated reticular evolution. Apomixis (clonal reproduction through seeds) in this genus is considered to be obligate, and therefore represent a good model for studying the role of asexual reproduction in microevolutionary processes of apomictic genera. In our study, a total of 187 apomictic individuals composing a set of nine microspecies (sampled across wide geographic area in Europe) were genotyped for six microsatellite loci and for 162 amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) markers. Our results indicated that significant genetic similarity existed within accessions with low numbers of genotypes. Genotypic variability was high among accessions but low within accessions. Clustering methods discriminated individuals into nine groups corresponding to their phenotypes. Furthermore, two groups of apomictic genotypes were observed, which suggests that they had different asexual histories. A matrix compatibility test suggests that most of the variability within accession groups was mutational in origin. However, the presence of recombination was also detected. The accumulation of mutations in asexual clones leads to the establishment of a network of clone mates. However, this study suggests that the clones primarily originated from the hybridisation between sexual and apomicts.  相似文献

Using the magnetic particles method, we isolated six polymorphic microsatellite loci from the pea aphid, Acyrthosiphon pisum (Harris), which feeds on a wide range of legume species. The isolated loci were polymorphic, with three to six alleles in 40 aphids. Expected heterozygosities ranged from 0.12 to 0.65. These loci can be used to quantify clonal diversity and compare genetic population structure between sexual and asexual populations.  相似文献

Eleven polymorphic microsatellite loci were developed from an enrichment library of the roman, Chrysoblephus laticeps, and characterized for 40 individuals collected in Africa's largest and oldest Marine Protected Area (MPA), the Tsitsikamma National Park. The number of alleles per locus ranged from three to 19, and heterozygosities ranged from 0.20 to 0.85. A significant departure from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium was detected for one locus, and linkage disequilibrium was identified among three pairs of loci. The markers will be useful to detect whether populations resident in MPAs along the South African coast are genetically connected, and whether there is spillover of recruits into adjacent exploited areas.  相似文献

One population distributed in Yunnan of China was regarded as a new species based on mitochondrial cytochrome b sequences. However, the usefulness of mitochondrial sequence data in determining species boundaries is not universally agreed upon, the frequency data from multiple nuclear gene loci is necessary in determining species boundaries. So, we describe in this paper the isolation and characterization of eleven microsatellite loci in the South China field mouse from genomic DNA-enriched libraries. The eleven loci were tested in 24 individuals from two populations in Southwest China. These loci were highly polymorphic with numbers of alleles per locus ranging from 9 to 24 and expected heterozygosities from 0.898 to 0.967. Eight loci followed Hardy–Weinberg expectations after Bonferroni correction for multiple comparisons. No significant linkage association was found among all these loci. The eleven polymorphic microsatellite loci will be useful in determining species boundaries of the South China field mouse.  相似文献

Maintenance of genetic diversity in eukaryotic microbes reflects a synergism between reproductive mode (asexual vs. sexual) and environmental conditions. We determined clonal diversity in field samples of the planktonic marine diatom, Ditylum brightwellii, during a bloom, when cell number increased by seven-fold because of rapid asexual division. The genotypes at three microsatellite loci were determined for 607 individual cell lines isolated during the 11 days of sampling. Genetic diversity remained high during the bloom and 87% of the cells sampled each day were genetically distinct. Sixty-nine clonal lineages were sampled two or more times during the bloom, and two clones were sampled seven times. Based on the frequency of resampled clonal lineages, capture-recapture statistics were used to determine that at least 2400 genetically distinct clonal lineages comprised the bloom population. No significant differences in microsatellite allele frequencies were observed among daily samples indicating that the bloom was comprised of a single population. No sexual stages were observed, although linkage equilibrium at two loci, high levels of allelic and genotypic diversity, and heterozygote deficiencies were all indicative of past sexual reproduction events. At the height of the bloom, a windstorm diluted cell numbers by 51% and coincided with a change in the frequency distribution of some resampled lineages. The extensive clonal diversity generated through past sexual reproduction events coupled with frequent environmental changes appear to prevent individual clonal lineages from becoming numerically dominant, maintaining genetic diversity and the adaptive potential of the population.  相似文献

Obscure puffer (Takifugu obscurus) is an anadromous fish species in China. Here, we reported 10 polymorphic microsatellite loci isolated from a dinucleotide-enriched genomic library of T. obscurus. The number of alleles, observed and expected heterozygosity per locus in 30 individuals ranged from four to 10, from 0.57 to 0.86 and from 0.68 to 0.90, respectively. Three loci significantly deviated from Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium after Bonferroni correction and no significant linkage disequilibrium between pairs of loci was found. Cross-species amplification of these microsatellite loci in additional three fish species was performed. These polymorphic microsatellite loci would be useful for investigating genetic population structure and construction of genetic linkage map in T. obscurus.  相似文献
