为探讨三峡库区大尺度、反季节水位变化对消落带狗牙根种养元素吸收和分配特征的影响,分别测定了三个样带的营养元素含量。结果表明:根、茎、叶中大量元素含量顺序为NKP,中量元素含量顺序为CaSMg,微量元素为FeZnCuMn。根系对K、Mg、S、Fe、Mn、Zn的吸收均被促进,而对P和Ca的吸收被显著抑制,低水位根系对N、Cu的吸收也被显著促进。高水位茎和叶中N、P、K、Mg、S、Cu的含量呈降低趋势,Ca、Fe、Mn含量呈显著增大趋势,且茎中Zn含量也呈增加趋势。随着水位的降低N、P、K、Mg、S、Zn含量显著增加,在叶片中的含量显著大于根、茎,而Fe、Mn、Cu表现出主要向茎分布的趋势,且Ca在叶中的分配显著被抑制,而在茎中的分配被促进。随着水位降低新叶中N、P、K、Mg、S的含量明显高于老叶,而Fe、Ca、Mn、Zn和Cu则相反。随着分枝级数增大N、P、K的含量呈递增趋势,Ca、Cu、Fe、Zn呈递减趋势,而Mg、S含量呈"∨"形变化。因此,库区水位已导致消落狗牙根种群营养特征发生显著的变化。  相似文献

ICP-AES测定广西巴豆不同部位中的十种微量元素   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
高压密封消化罐消解法将晒干的广西巴豆的根、茎、叶、种子壳及种子进行消解,ICP-AES同时测定其中K、Cu、Fe、Zn、Ca、Mg、Mn、Al、Sr、Na元素的含量,该方法的加标回收率在90.2%~114%之间,RSD<5.57%,测定结果符合分析要求。结果显示,Mn、Mg、Ca在巴豆叶中含量最高,种子中则富含Zn、Cu、K、Na,在种子壳中Sr的含量最高,根中含量最高的是Al,而K、Cu、Fe、Zn、Ca、Mg、Mn、Al、Sr、Na十种元素在茎中分布均匀。  相似文献

采用马弗炉干法灰化消化样品,火馅原子吸收法连续测定白木通Akebia trifoliata var.australis (Cieli._Kehd、三叶木通A.trifoliata(Thumb.)Koidz、木通A.quinata Decne.果实中微量金属元素,检测出K,Ca,Na,Mg,Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu等8种元素含量。3种植物果实中K,Ca,Mg含量较高(>0.1000mg/g),其中K元素远高于其他元素,Na,Cu含量较低(<0.0100mg/g)。Fe,Zn,Mn的含量处于中等水平。白木通果实中K,Me,Zn,Mn 4种矿质元素高于三叶木通和木通。木通果实中Ca,Fe两种元素稍高于白木通、三叶木通。Na,Cu两种微量元素在3种果实中含量基本相拟。  相似文献

采用微波消解法处理旱芹根、茎、叶,并用火焰原子吸收法测定其中的Na、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu 8种金属元素的含量。结果表明:旱芹中富含人体必需的Na、K、Mg、Fe、Ca等元素,各元素在不同部位含量有一定差异。Fe元素在旱芹根中含量为883.57μg.g-1,明显高于茎和叶;Ca、Zn和Mn元素在旱芹叶中的含量分别为11 103.74,214.04,88.07μg.g-1,明显高于茎和根;K、Na和Mg元素在旱芹茎中的含量高于根和叶中,Cu元素含量在各部位差异不大。方法的加标回收率为96.8%~105.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤3.36%。  相似文献

为评价刺三加这一药食两用植物,对刺三加叶中的粗灰分、粗纤维、粗蛋白、粗脂肪等部分营养成分与K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、P、Zn、Na和Cu等部分矿质元素及活性成分(绿原酸和总黄酮)进行了测定分析。结果表明:刺三加叶中的粗灰分、粗纤维、粗蛋白及粗脂肪的含量分别为:2.75%、2.34%、4.63%和4.13%,与6种常见蔬菜相比较,是6种常见蔬菜的2~10倍;K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、P、Zn、Na和Cu等矿质元素含量分别为:516.00、1061.00、86.58、8.13、4.18、156.12、9.61、8.27和0.044(mg/100 g);与6种常见蔬菜比较后发现除Na和Cu元素含量略低于6种常见蔬菜外,其它成分均相当或高于6种常见蔬菜,其中K、P、Ca、Fe、Mn、Zn是6种常见蔬菜的4~15倍;刺三加叶还含有丰富的药用活性成分黄酮和绿原酸,黄酮含量为4.06%,绿原酸含量为3.72%,证明刺三加是一种极具开发利用价值的药食两用植物。该研究为刺三加这一植物的开发利用提供一定的理论依据。  相似文献

采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)检测红花不同部位和时期以及栽培土壤中K、Ca、Na、Mg、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Cr、Cd、Pb、Ba、Ni和Al元素的含量。结果表明:红花各部位矿质元素含量差异明显。在红花各不同部位中K、Fe、Zn元素在幼苗中含量最高,Ca、Mg元素在成熟叶中含量最高,Cu元素在种子中含量最高;而K和Ca元素在种子中含量最低,Mg、Fe、Cu和Zn元素分别在花、茎、成熟叶和茎中含量最低。红花的幼苗和花对K元素吸收积累明显,幼苗和种子对Cu元素吸收积累明显,Ca元素在成熟叶中积累较多,相应元素含量远比土壤中相应的元素含量高。红花对土壤不同矿质元素的吸收利用差异较大,在长期栽培红花的土壤中应注意对吸收利用多的元素结合施肥进行补充。  相似文献

毛果苔草(Carex lasiocarpa)湿地地上部分积累量小于地下部分的积累量,在地上几个构件中,叶片比叶鞘积累量大,而穗的积累量最小;地下部分中细根比根茎的积累量大.土壤分室营养元素贮量在系统的各分室中占绝对优势,毛果苔草湿地土壤中各种营养元素总贮量的顺序为K>Fe>N>Ca>P>Mg>Mn>Zn>Cu;它们的吸收系数的排序是Mn>N>P>Zn>Mg>Cu>Ca>Fe>K;几种营养元素的利用系数的排序是Mn>N>P>Zn>Mg>Cu>Ca>Fe>K;几种营养元素的循环系数的排序为Ca>K>Mg>N>P>Mn>Zn>Cu>Fe;因此,该系统中钙、钾的存留比例最小,而流动性较大,而铁则相反,存留比例大,流动性较小.  相似文献

对棘茎楤木不同器官养分进行分析,结果表明,棘茎楤木叶片中可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量分别达60.40,15.41 g/kg,是茎皮的3.4和2.9倍,是根皮的4.5和3.0倍.叶片齐墩果酸含量最高,达179.42 mg/kg,分别是茎皮和根皮的1.6和1.7倍.棘茎楤木不同器官营养元素平均含量总体表现为K>Mg> Ca >Mn >Zn> Fe>Na> Cu.根皮中K、Ca、Fe、Cu含量较高,而茎皮中的Mg、Mn、Zn含量高于根皮和叶,Na的含量以叶片为高.  相似文献

利用盆栽接种试验,探讨不同水肥条件下AM真菌摩西球囊霉Glomus mosseae对丹参幼苗生长和微量元素的影响,为丹参水肥合理施用提供理论依据。结果表明,不同水肥条件下,接种AM真菌显著提高了根系侵染率和生物量。40%相对含水量、不同施P水平,接种株丹参酮含量升高,总黄酮、丹参素及地下部总酚酸含量降低,植株Zn及地上部Ca、K、Mn、Fe含量升高,而对植株Mg、Cu和地下部Ca、K、Mn、Fe无显著影响;接种效应随施P量不同而变化。70%相对含水量、不同施P水平,接种株药用成分含量显著升高,植株Ca、Mn和地上部K、Cu及地下部Fe和Zn含量升高,而对植株Mg、地下部K、Cu和地上部Fe和Zn含量无显著影响。不同水分和同一施P水平,接种株丹参酮含量升高,地上部Ca、K和地下部Zn含量升高,接种效应因土壤含水量不同而变化,其中以70%含水量时效果最好。说明AM真菌能促进宿主植物根系对水分和矿质元素的吸收与利用,提高水分和P肥利用率,降低水分和P胁迫对丹参的伤害程度,其中以70%相对含水量,施P量为0.16 gP/kg土时AM真菌对丹参的接种效果最佳。  相似文献

对浙江及邻近地区产的蛇足石杉(Huperzia serratct)7个种群的自然环境进行野外观察,测定了土壤含水量、电导率、有机质含量、pH值,植株和土壤中K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、Na、A1、Pb、Cd 11种元素的含量,以及植株中石杉碱甲(HupA)含量。结果表明,蛇足石杉种群多分布于海拔350-1700m的山地密林下或沟谷阴湿土中,郁闭度、年均降雨量、空气相对湿度均较大:环境中土壤含水量为10%-30%,pH值4.57—5.31,电导率0.061—0.385mscm^-1,有机质含量6.18%-9.75%;蛇足石杉对K、Ca、Zn和Na的需要程度较高,对Pb、Cu、Cd3种重金属元素的富集能力较强,在人工栽培中应注意协调各元素的合理配给:蛇足石杉较适宜生长的环境条件为:土壤电导率以及pH值相对较低;郁闭度高,年均降雨量和空气相对湿度较大。基于土壤理化性质,对7个种群分布点进行除趋势对应分析,表明石杉碱甲含量高的磐安种群分布点具有特殊性,提示环境条件对蛇足石杉中HupA含量有较大的影响。  相似文献

Mineral elements are important components of medicinal herbs, and their concentrations are affected by many factors. In this study, Ca, Mg, Na, K, Fe, Mn, Cu, and Zn concentrations in wild Saposhnikovia divaricata and its rhizosphere soil collected from seven locations at two different times in China were measured, and influences of rhizosphere soil on those minerals in plant were evaluated. The results showed that mean concentrations of eight minerals in plant samples decreased in the order: Ca > Mg > Na > K > Fe > Zn > Mn > Cu, and those in the soil samples followed the following order: Na > Fe > Ca > K > Mg > Mn > Zn > Cu. Mean concentrations of Ca, Na, Mg, and K in plants were higher than those in soils, while higher mean concentrations of the other four minerals were found in soils. It was found that there was a positive correlation of Mg, Na, and Cu concentrations in the plant with those in the soil respectively, but a negative correlation of Mn concentration in plant with that in the soil. Except Ca, K, and Mn, the other five minerals in plant were all directly affected by one or more chemical compositions of soil. The results also indicate that pH value and concentrations of total nitrogen, Mg, Mn, and Cu in soil had significant correlations with multimineral elements in plant. In a word, mineral elements uptake of S. divaricata can be changed by adjusting the soil fertility levels to meet the need of appropriate quality control of S. divaricata.  相似文献

Since most experiments regarding the symbiosis between arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi and their host plants under salinity stress have been performed only under greenhouse conditions, this research work was also conducted under field conditions. The effects of three AM species including Glomus mosseae, G.?etunicatum and G.?intraradices on the nutrient uptake of different wheat cultivars (including Roshan, Kavir and Tabasi) under field and greenhouse (including Chamran and Line 9) conditions were determined. At field harvest, the concentrations of N, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, and Mn, and at greenhouse harvest, plant growth, root colonization and concentrations of different nutrients including N, K, P, Ca, Mg, Mn, Cu, Fe, Zn, Na and Cl were determined. The effects of wheat cultivars on the concentrations of N, Ca, and Mn, and of all nutrients were significant at field and greenhouse conditions, respectively. In both experiments, AM fungi significantly enhanced the concentrations of all nutrients including N, K, P, Ca, Mg, Mn, Cu, Fe, Zn, Na and Cl. The synergistic and enhancing effects of co-inoculation of AM species on plant growth and the inhibiting effect of AM species on Na(+) rather than on Cl(-) uptake under salinity are also among the important findings of this research work.  相似文献

Summary twenty seven field experiments were conducted to determine if there were differences between five barley cultivars in their ability to utilize soil nutrients. There were significant differences among cultivars in yield of grain and in concentration of all macro and micro nutrients examined in both the whole plant and grain.Gateway ranked the highest for the concentration of Na, Mn, and Cu in the whole plant and was among the cultivars with highest concentration of Ca, Fe, and Zn. Centennial had generally the lowest concentration of all the nutrients determined in the whole plant. For the concentrations of Na, Mg, and Cu in grain Gateway ranked highest, but ranked third for the concentrations of K, Ca, Fe, Mn, and Zn in grain. Galt had the highest K and Mg concentration and lowest Mn, Cu and Zn concentration in grain. Except for K concentration in grain, Centennial had the lowest concentrations of all other cationic nutrients in grain.Yield of grain rather than nutrient concentration was the most important criteria in determining the ranking of nutrient yields per hectare. Because of its high grain yield, Bonanza produced the largest yield of micronutrient cations and was second to Galt in production of macronutrient cations, although it was lowest in macronutrient cation concentration. Similarly, Bonanza and Galt had the lowest protein concentration, but produced the highest yield of protein per hectare.The implications for animal nutrition of different levels of nutrients between cultivars are discussed.  相似文献

Summary This experiment was conducted in a greenhouse to study the influence of 2 soil-oxygen levels and 4 irrigation levels on the plant response, root decay, concentrations of 12 nutrients, as well as on total amounts of nutrients per avocado seedling (Persea americana Mill.).Reduced soil-oxygen supply to the roots significantly reduced the amount of dry weight per seedling, increased percentage of root decay, and reduced the concentrations of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, and B in the tops, while Na and Fe were increased. Concentrations of K, Mg, Na, and Cl in the roots were decreased, while N and Ca were increased with decreased soil oxygen supply to the roots. Total amounts of N, P, Ca, Mg, Na, and Cl per seedling were decreased with the low soil-oxygen supply to the roots.Only slight differences in dry weight of the tops of seedlings were found. The highest degree of root decay was caused by the irrigation treatment where a water table was present. In the tops, concentrations of N, P, K, Mg, Na, Zn, Cu, Mn, B, and Fe were significantly influenced by differential irrigation treatments; in the roots, concentrations of P, K, Ca, Mg, Na, and Cl were also significantly influenced; and total amounts of N, P, Mg, and Cl the whole seedling were likewise significantly influenced.Significant interactions were noted between the soil-oxygen and irrigation treatments on the dry weight of tops, roots, and total amounts of dry weight produced per seedling. The lowest amount of dry weight of roots and the highest degree of root decay were found in the avocado seedlings grown under low soil-oxygen supply and the irrigation treatment where a water table was present. Several significant interactions between soil oxygen and irrigation on the concentrations of N, P, K, Ca, Zn, and Mn are discussed.University of California, Citrus Research Center and Agricultural Experiment Station, Riverside, California. Barley seedlings (Hordeum vulgare L. cv Herta) were grown in N-(2-hydroxyethyl)ethylenedinitrilotriacetic acid-buffered nutrient solutions with or without adequate Zn supplies. Fifteen-d-old Zn-deficient seedlings contained higher concentrations of Mn, Ca, Mg, and P in their shoots and more Fe, Mn, Cu, K, Ca, and P in their roots than did similar Zn-adequate seedlings, confirming results reported in our companion study (W.A. Norvell and R.M. Welch [1993] Plant Physiol 101: 619-625). Zn-deficient roots leaked greater quantities of K, Mn, Cu, and Cl than did roots supplied adequately with Zn; they also leaked significant amounts of Zn even though the seedlings were not supplied Zn during growth. Calculated uptake rates of P, Mn, and Na were sharply reduced, but uptake rates of K and Mg were stimulated by increasing the Zn2+ activity in nutrient solutions. Intact roots of Zn-deficient seedlings contained lower concentrations of 5,5[prime] -dithio-bis(2-nitrobenzoic acid) reactive sulfhydryl groups in comparison to Zn-adequate roots. Apparently, Zn is required for the uptake and retention of several mineral nutrients by roots, possibly by playing a protective role in preventing the oxidation of sulfhydryl groups to disulfides in root-cell plasma membrane proteins involved in ion channel-gating phenomena.  相似文献

The seasonal dynamics of the accumulation, distribution andredistribution of dry matter and 12 mineral nutrients by a weedyspecies of gladiolus (Gladiolus caryophyllaceus) were studiedat Perth, Western Australia, where it has colonized the nutrient-poorsandy soils. Parent corms sprouted in autumn, and the plantshad completed their growth cycle by early summer. The maturereplacement corm had 15-25% of the plant's P, Ca, Na, Zn andCu, 5-15% of its K, N, Cl, Mg, S and dry matter, and < 5%of its Fe and Mn. Seeds had 26% of the plant's dry matter, 60%of its N and P, 21-33% of its S, Mg, Cu and K, 5-20% of itsFe, Mn and Zn, and < 5% of its Ca and Na. The mature vegetativeshoot had 47% of the plant's dry matter and over 40% of eachnutrient, except for N, P and Cu. Phosphorus, K and N were redistributedfrom the parent corm with over 85% efficiency, S, Mg, Zn andCu with 60-70% efficiency, but there was < 10% redistributionof Ca, Na, Cl, Fe and Mn. The efficiency of redistribution fromthe leafy shoot was over 70% for N and P, 29-52% for K, Mg andCu, 16-20% for S, Zn and Cl, but negligible for Ca, Na, Fe andMn. Redistribution from the shoot could have provided the replacementcorm and seeds with 53-98% of their Cu, Mg, N, P and K, and29-38% of their S, Zn and dry matter. Seeds contained over 60%of each nutrient in a capsule, except for Ca, Na and Fe. Redistributionfrom the capsule walls could have provided 13-19% of the P,Cu and Zn, and 3-7% of the N, K, Mg and dry matter accumulatedby seeds. Each plant produced an average of 520 seeds. Removalof flowers and buds at first anthesis resulted in a larger replacementcorm containing a greater quantity of most nutrients, indicatingcompetition between the replacement corm and seeds for nutrients.Redistribution from parent to replacement cormlets in the absenceof shoot and root development was high, with over 50% of thedry matter and each nutrient, except for Ca, being transferred.Concentration of nutrients were low in all organs of G. caryophyllaceus,especially the replacement corm. Summary Concentration of N, P, K, Ca, Mg and S in summer groundnut crop was higher than in kharif while Zn, Fe, Mn and Cu contents were higher in summer crop. Kernel's N, P and Zn; Leaflet's Ca and Mn; Stem's K and Fe; Root's S and Cu and Petiole's Mg contents were highest. Shell's N, P, K, Mg, S, Zn and Cu; Kernel's Ca, Fe and Mn contents were the least. N, P, K, S, Zn and Cu concentrations decreased linearly as the crop grew. Ca, Mg, Fe and Mn concentrations did not display any distinct pattern. Ca concentration was positively correlated with pod yield in both the seasons.  相似文献

应用分解网袋法 ,对暖温带落叶阔叶林主要优势树种辽东栎小枝进行连续 5a的分解研究 ,测定了 Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn和 Mn5种元素在凋落物分解过程中的含量和剩余百分率的变化 ,发现这两个指标在这几种元素之间既有一定的相似性 ,又有一定的差异。相似性表现在这几种元素在分解开始时 ,其含量都有一个不断上升的过程。但有的表现为不断上升( Ca和 Zn) ,而有的则在分解阶段的中期 ,已开始明显下降 ( Mg,Cu和 Mn)。从丢失速率常数上看 (根据 Olson的失重率常数 k) ,由于 Ca和 Cu在分解过程中的大量增加 ,因而用 Olson指数方程的拟合效果较差 ,而其它 3种元素用 Olson指数方程拟合结果相比较 ,发现 Mn的失重率略高于 Mg,而超过 Zn的 2倍。但这些元素的失重率都明显低于一些大量营养元素如 N、P、K的失重率  相似文献

The nutrient concentrations and contents of the under-storeyspecies were estimated for a series of Pacific North-west Douglas-fir[Pseudotsuga menxiessii (Mirb.) Franco] stands ranging in agefrom 9 to 95 years. Analyses were carried out for ash, N, P,K, Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe, Zn and Na and significant differences innutrient concentrations were found to exist between species;species rejecting certain nutrients and accumulating others.General trends for mean concentrations of some nutrients areassociated with stand maturity in that ash, K and Mg decline,P and Mn increase and N and Ca reaches a peak at 20–30years and then declines. The nutrient contents (kg ha–1)of the under-storey component of the stands are presented andtrends discussed. 陆生盐土植物在生长过程中吸收积累了大量的Cl和Na;从海向陆随着土壤和植被的生态演替,植物中Cl和Na的浓度逐渐降低;N与Cl、Na有相似的水平分布规律;植物种类是影响元素吸收积累的主要因素。在盐地碱蓬中N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Na、Cl、Mn和Zn的含量均是生长前期较高,随着其生长老化逐渐降低,大穗结缕草、白茅与盐地碱蓬相比,Ca的含量前期低后期高,Na、Mn、Cu和Zn的季节变化不明显。参加盐地碱蓬系统生物循环的元素中,Cl和Na的比例最大,在大穗结缕草和白茅生态系统中比例较小;由于白茅被收割利用,一些元素从此生态系统中流失。  相似文献
