【背景】鬼针草属白花鬼针草和三叶鬼针草原产于热带美洲,入侵我国后给生态环境、农业经济等造成严重的危害和影响。目前,关于它们的研究主要针对单个物种。为了更好地理解这2种外来鬼针草的入侵能力和入侵机制,本文开展了这2种入侵种与近缘本地种之间的比较研究。【方法】通过盆栽试验,设置低肥和高肥2个养分水平,测量和计算2种外来鬼针草与近缘本地种金盏银盘在不同土壤养分水平下的形态和生长参数、生物量及其分配、繁殖持续期、单株种子产量以及表型可塑性指数等。【结果】在低肥条件下,除了繁殖持续期和种子产量外,2种外来种和本地种的大多数参数均无显著差异。但在高肥条件下,外来种白花鬼针草的总叶面积、比叶面积、叶面积比、繁殖持续期和种子产量明显高于本地种,而三叶鬼针草总叶面积、比叶面积、总生物量、相对生长速率却显著低于本地种。在对土壤养分的可塑性方面,白花鬼针草在株高、总叶面积、比叶面积、总生物量、叶面积比、相对生长速率、平均叶面积比和种子产量方面的可塑性均高于其他2种植物;三叶鬼针草与金盏银盘相比,大多数参数的可塑性指数较接近。【结论与意义】白花鬼针草是一种入侵能力很强的外来种。长的繁殖持续期和高种子产量是白花鬼针草和三叶鬼针草有别于本地种金盏银盘的重要入侵性状。本研究可为揭示三叶鬼针草和白花鬼针草的入侵机制和影响因素提供依据,并为入侵预测和控制提供基本资料。  相似文献

Cellular fatty acid analysis was employed to differentiate three varieties of Rhizoctonia circinata ; var. circinata , var. oryzae and var. zeae . Eight fatty acids including myristic (14 : 0), pentadecanoic (15 : 0), palmitic (16 : 0), palmitoleic (16 : 1  cis 9), stearic (18 : 0), oleic (18 : 1  cis 9), linoleic (18 : 2  cis 9,12) and linolenic (18 : 3  cis 9,12) acids were present in isolates of all three varieties of R. circinata . Heptadecanoic acid (17 : 0) was detected in isolates of R. circinata var. zeae but not in isolates of R. circinata var. circinata or R. circinata var. oryzae . Palmitic, oleic and linoleic acids were the major fatty acids found, comprising 94–98% of the whole-cell fatty acid content. The remaining fatty acids were present in small amounts. Based on the composition (%) of fatty acids, isolates of R. circinata var. circinata , R. circinata var. oryzae and R. circinata var. zeae were clearly differentiated into three groups as shown by principal component and cluster analyses. This finding agrees well with the grouping of R. circinata into three varieties based on differences in colony morphology of the vegetative state. In principal component and cluster analysis, isolates of R. circinata var. circinata from Japan and Alaska were indistinguishable.  相似文献

产自湖北神农架的狭叶三脉紫菀Aster ageratoides var. gerlachii (Hance) Chang一直被各种文献和有关标本馆误定为小花三脉紫菀A. ageratoides var. micranthus Ling。我们对二者进行了野外采集和形态学、细胞学的比较研究,分析了导致错误鉴定的原因,重新确定了二者的界限。小花三脉紫菀无横走地下茎,这一性状具有重要的分类学价值。核型研究发现,小花三脉紫菀为二倍体,2n=2x=18=18m,核型属1A型;狭叶三脉紫菀则是四倍体,2n=4x=36=32m+4sm (2SAT),核型属2A型。二变种的染色体数目、核型均为首次报道。狭叶三脉紫菀在湖北为新分布记录。  相似文献

龙骨星蕨(Microsoriummembranaceumvar. carinatum)是新近发表的一个变种,从形态特征看,它与原变种膜叶星蕨(M. membranaceumvar. membranaceum)可以很容易地区分。但将龙骨星蕨与另外 3种国产星蕨属 (Mi crosorium)植物叶绿体基因组中rbcL、rps4基因和trnL trnF、rps4 trnS基因间隔区进行PCR扩增和序列分析,并与已经发表的真蕨类的相应序列进行比较发现,龙骨星蕨与膜叶星蕨在所研究的 4个DNA片段中均未表现出序列差异(除了trnL trnF区的一个 2bp长度差异外 ),而所比较的其他真蕨类变种间的相应DNA片段均存在一定的差异。因此DNA序列证据不支持龙骨星蕨变种的成立。  相似文献

Voriconazole (VCZ), a new wide-spectrum antifungal triazole currently in development, was tested for activity against Cryptococcus neoformans (CN) var. gattii and var. neoformans in RPMI-1640 (RPMI) or RPMI plus human serum. In RPMI VCZ was 10-fold more inhibitory than FCZ for both varieties of CN. In the presence of human serum neither VCZ nor FCZ had enhanced activity against CN var. gattii. By contrast, both VCZ and FCZ had significantly increased activity in the presence of serum against CN var. neoformans. The lack of serum-enhancing activity for VCZ or FCZ against CN var. gattii may reflect the in vivo situation and predict less efficacy in CN var. gattii infections. Inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) banding patterns were used to examine genetic diversity within and among populations ofMonarda fistulosa var.brevis, a rare taxon restricted to several populations in limestone glades and barrens in eastern West Virginia and Virginia. More than 34% of the total ISSR diversity in var.brevis occurred among populations, which is high when compared to the few other rare species that have been examined for ISSR variation. Prior studies demonstrated that var.brevis is morphologically distinct from the more widespread var.fistulosa, and that the differences are maintained when the two varieties are grown together in a uniform environment. The present study utilizing ISSR markers indicated that the two varieties are distinct, though quite similar genetically, and this is concordant with prior investigations documenting their morphological and habitat differences. However, the ISSR results suggest that the two varieties have diverged relatively recently and/or there is a low level of gene flow between them.  相似文献
