<正>樟科(Lauraceae)隶属于被子植物木兰亚纲(Magnoliidae)木兰超目(Magnolianae)樟目(Laurales)(RevealChase,2011)。该科的化石记录可追溯至白垩纪中期,现存50属2,500–3,000种,泛热带分布(李捷和李锡文,2004),是被子植物分类中最困难的科之一(Paton et al.,2008)。根据分子系统学研究(Chanderbali et al.,2001;RohwerRudolph,2005),樟科包含最基部的Hypodaphnis Stapf分支、厚壳桂属(Cryptocarya R.Br.)群分支、檬果樟属(Caryodaphnopsis Airy Shaw)–新樟属(Neocinnamomum  相似文献

对我国6种重要药用真菌的名称进行了考证,按照国际命名法规及《真菌、地衣汉语学名命名法规》对这些种类的拉丁和汉语学名进行了讨论。建议下列汉语名称和拉丁名称为规范的汉语学名和拉丁学名:樟芝Taiwanofungus camphoratus (M. Zang & C.H. Su) Sheng H. Wu et al.,桦褐孔菌Inonotus obliquus (Ach. ex Pers.) Pilát,木耳Auricularia auricula-judae (Bull.) Quél.,刺槐多年卧孔菌Perenniporia robiniophila (Murrill) Ryvarden,滑子蘑Pholiota microspora (Berk.) Sacc.,冬虫夏草Ophiocordyceps sinensis (Berk.) G.H. The limited capability to regenerate new neurons following injuries of the central neural system (CNS) still remains a major challenge for basic and clinical neuroscience.Neural stem cells (NSCs) could nearly have the potential to differentiate into all kinds of neural cells in vitro.Previous studies verified that exogenous transplanted NSCs are capable of differentiating into neurons and projecting onto the host neurons in the rat brain (Tabar et al.,2005;Dong JR et al.,2012),which could lead to behavioral recovery from neuronal damages such as spinal cord injury (McDonald et al.,1999),Parkinson's disease (Gonzalez et al.,2015;Kim et al.,2002;Lindvall,2001),and stroke (Zhang et al.,2016).  相似文献

Candicidin/FR-008, a potent broad-spectrum anti-fungal agent, is produced by several Streptomycetes, including Streptomycetes sp. strain FR-008 (Chen et al., 2003), S. griseus 3570(Campelo and Gil, 2002) and S. albus J1074 (Olano et al.,2014). A sensitive method for the detection of small quantities of hydrophobic antioxidant free radical scavengers such as butylatedhydroxytoluene (BHT) and butylatedhydroxyanisole (BHA) in aqueous samples is described. The procedure involves extraction of the hydrophobic free radical scavenger into an organic solvent phase, followed by the subsequent reaction of an aliquot of this extract with the stable cation radical tris(p-bromophenyl)amminium hexachloroantimonate (TBACA). In experiments with BHT and BHA, the loss of TBACA absorbance at 730 nm was found to be linearly proportional to the amount of antioxidant added, with quantities of BHT as small as 200 pmol being easily detectable. In aqueous suspensions of dimyristoylphosphatidylcholine vesicles, assays of the aqueous BHT concentration showed that BHT partitioned strongly into the membrane phase, achieving very high BHT/phospholipid ratios. For a given concentration of BHT, partitioning into the membrane phase was greater in large, multilamellar liposomes than in either small, single-walled vesicles or in purified rat brain synaptic vesicle membranes. Direct assay of BHT and BHA in phospholipid membranes, however, was complicated by a nonspecific interaction between TBACA and the phospholipid.  相似文献

通过对6种藓类植物,即褶叶青藓(Brachythecium salebrosum(Web.et Mohr.)B.S.G.)、湿地匐灯藓(Plagiomnium acutum(Lindb.)Kop.)、侧枝匐灯藓(Plagiomnium maximoviczii(Lindb.)Kop.)、大凤尾藓(Fissidensnobilis Griff.)、大羽藓(Thuidium cymbifolium(Doz.et Molk.)B.S.G.)和大灰藓(Hypnum plumaeforme Wils.)嫩茎和老茎的石蜡切片和显微观察发现,同一藓类植株的嫩茎和老茎,茎结构稳定,不同种藓类植物茎横切面具有不同特征.植物体茎横切面形状、表层细胞的层数、细胞大小和细胞壁厚薄、皮层细胞大小和形状、中轴的有无以及比例等特征可以作为藓类植物的分科分类依据之一.  相似文献
