研究了云南萝芙木(Rauvolfia yunnanensis)种子吸水及内源萌发抑制物特性,探讨了赤霉素浓度、温度和光照对种子萌发的影响。结果表明:云南萝芙木新鲜饱满种子28℃和31℃/22℃光照或黑暗下1个月内不萌发,种子胚已分化发育完全,种皮透水,种仁含有萌发抑制物,GA可促进种子萌发,说明云南萝芙木种子具有浅度生理休眠。400-1800mg·L-1是打破云南萝芙木种子休眠的适宜GA处理浓度范围。云南萝芙木种子的适宜萌发温度范围为22~2822和31℃/22℃变温,28%发芽指数最高,1023种子不萌发。云南萝芙木种子在周期性光照和全黑暗下均可萌发,但31℃和31℃/22℃下周期性光照促进种子萌发。  相似文献

采用不同浓度赤霉素(GA3)处理臭椿种子,在不同温度及不同光照条件下,研究了GA3、温度及光照对臭椿种子萌发的影响。结果表明,40 mg.L-1的GA3质量浓度、30℃温度以及自然光暗交替处理为臭椿种子萌发的最适条件,臭椿属于喜高温型种子。  相似文献

研究外源GA对NaCl胁迫下黄瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果显示:(1)0和75mmol·L-1NaCl处理可促进种子萌发,浓度为100mmol·L-1及以上时,随着浓度的增加,种子萌发受抑程度越严重;(2)150mmol·L-1NaCl胁迫下,添加外源GA可显著提高黄瓜种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数和a-淀粉酶活性;促进种子萌发,以100和150mg·L-1GA处理效果较好;(3)外源GA显著提高幼苗生物量,提高SOD和POD活性,降低MDA含量,以100mg·L-1GA处理效果较好.研究表明一定范围的外源GA可缓解盐害对黄瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制作用,诱导其耐盐性的提高.  相似文献

对温度、光照、植物激素(GA3、NAA)条件对獐牙菜(Swertia bimaculata)种子萌发的影响进行了研究。结果表明,獐牙菜种子萌发的适宜温度为15~20℃,低温贮藏可促进其萌发,而有无光照对獐牙菜种子萌发没有明显影响,GA3处理可提高其萌发势和萌发率,而NAA处理仅提高其萌发势。研究认为:獐牙菜种子具有休眠现象;激素及低温贮藏对打破种子的休眠具有重要作用。  相似文献

采用超声波、赤霉素、超声波和赤霉素相结合的方法处理种子,研究3种处理对川西獐牙菜种子萌发能力影响的结果表明:超声波超声20-40min对种子的萌发均有促进作用,其中以超声35min的效果较好,种子发芽提前1-2d;浓度为1000-2000mg·L^-1的赤霉素(GA3)对种子萌发有一定的促进作用,其中以1500mg·L^-1GA3浸种24h的效果较好;超声波和赤霉素共同处理对种子发芽有协同效应,其中以超声35min和赤霉素浓度为1250-1500mg·L^-1浸种22h的效果较为明显。  相似文献

研究了不同浓度硝酸镧对黑麦草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响及其生理生化变化。结果表明,低浓度硝酸镧(1000mg·L^-1)处理能够提高黑麦草种子的活力和萌发种子的淀粉酶、蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性及IAA、GA和CTK含量;促进幼苗光合速率提高和干物质积累,这可能与硝酸镧提高幼苗叶片叶绿素含量和叶绿体希尔反应活力,促进光合电子传递和磷酸化反应及激活Rubisco羧化活性、PEP羧化酶活性有密切关系,其中以30mg.L^-1浓度处理的效果最佳;高浓度硝酸镧(70-100mg·L-1)处理则降低种子活力和抑制幼苗生长。而10-100mg.L-1硝酸镧对种子的萌发率、ABA含量和Rubisco的加氧活性影响不大。由此可见,低浓度硝酸镧可通过参与萌发和光合过程的调控提高黑麦草种子的活力,促进幼苗生长。  相似文献

以多脉报春Primula polyneura、钟花报春P. sikkimensis、桔红灯台报春P. bulleyana 和粉被灯台报春P. pulverulenta 的种子为材料,研究其形态及光照、GA3 对种子萌发的影响。结果表明,4 种报春花种子形态各异,钟花报春种子质量最大,千粒重达0.458 g,粉被灯台报春种子质量最小,千粒重为0.192 g。光照处理及不同浓度GA3 处理对4 种报春花种子萌发的影响存在差异。光照对多脉报春的萌发效果最好,其次为钟花报春与桔红灯台报春,对粉被灯台报春无明显促进作用。光照条件下,400 mg·L^-1 GA3 处理对桔红灯台报春和粉被灯台报春的萌发效果较好,发芽率显著提高,发芽持续时间缩短;钟花报春萌发适宜的GA3浓度为200 mg·L^-1。  相似文献

用10、50、100、150和200mg·L-15种浓度赤霉素(GA3)溶液处理于10℃冰箱中贮藏5年的花椰菜老化种子。结果表明,100mg·L-1GA3浸种22h的效果最佳,老化种子的发芽率、发芽势、活力指数、根长均有提高,畸形苗率下降;过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和脱氢酶活性提高,可溶性蛋白和叶绿素含量也提高,种子浸出液的电导率和丙二醛(MDA)含量则下降。另外,100mg·L-1GA3处理后的种子在温度为25℃条件下贮藏时间不宜超过25d。  相似文献

为研究赤霉素(GA3)浸种时长和施用浓度对重度干旱和盐胁迫下膜荚黄芪种子萌发的影响,使用5个浓度(0、50、100、200、400 mg·L-1)的GA3将种子分别浸泡5个时长(6、12、24、36、48 h)后置入渗透势为-0.6 MPa的PEG和-0.9 MPa的Na Cl溶液中进行发芽试验,测定最终发芽率和平均发芽时间。结果表明:膜荚黄芪种子在两种胁迫下的发芽率均随GA3浸种时间的延长和浓度的上升呈逐渐增高的趋势,处理间差异显著(P0.05);Na Cl胁迫下,100 mg·L-1GA3浸种36 h处理发芽率最高,达到83.33%;而PEG胁迫下,100mg·L-1GA3浸种48 h处理发芽率最高,达到80.00%;使用200 mg·L-1以上浓度的GA3浸种超过24 h开始对萌发产生抑制;GA3浸种能促进种子萌发可能与改变种皮透性和促进胚的活化均相关。采用Design Expert软件通过响应面模拟得出,100 mg·L-1GA3浸种36 h为整合重度渗透胁迫下较为适用的处理组合。  相似文献

以香圆(Citrus wilsonii Tanaka)种子为实验材料,通过测定种皮透水性、种皮机械障碍、发芽温度等对种子萌发的影响从而探讨种子萌发特征;通过切割种子、热水浸种、赤霉素浸种、低温层积等处理方式探索种子的催芽方法。结果显示:香圆种皮不存在透水性障碍,但其机械障碍对种子萌发具有抑制作用,且内种皮对萌发影响较大;种子在15℃、25℃、35℃恒温及15℃/30℃变温条件下均可萌发,其最适萌发温度为25℃;采用低温层积、热水浸种、切除1/3种子等方法均可一定程度上促进种子萌发。生产中宜采用始温60℃热水浸种24h的方法对香圆种子进行催芽。  相似文献

Daily alternating temperatures or a short exposure to low orhigh temperatures were necessary for the germination of eggplantseeds at the initial stage of after-ripening. But requirementsbecame less strict with the progress of after-ripening, andafter 4 to 8 months of afterripening, germination occurred easilyboth at constant (20 and 25) and daily alternating temperatures(30 for 16hrs and then 20 for 8hrs). With further progress in after-ripening, however, daily alternatingtemperatures or a short exposure to low or high temperaturesbecame again indispensable for attaining a high percentage ofgermination. The progress of after-ripening was greatly influencedby the degree of seed ripening, that is, by the period beforethe seeds were sampled from fruits after anthesis (ripening). Germination studies were carried out with seeds of Spergularia marina L. Griseb produced over an interval of six months (June-November). The response of the seeds to light and dark, various constant and alternating temperature regimes, and salinity were determined. In addition, the effects of soil moisture status at the time of seed production on the subsequent germination response of seeds were also determined. Light was an absolute requirement for germination. While a constant temperature regime did not generally favour germination of seed of any month, alternating temperature greatly enhanced germination with an optimum at 5/15°C in all seeds. When imbibed in solutions of different salinities, seeds collected in July and October behaved like true halophyte seeds whereas those collected in June. August, September and November behaved like glycophyte seeds.
High concentration of gibberellic acid (3 000 μ M ) stimulated dark germination in the June and November seed lots, but in light, low GA3 concentration (300 μ M ) stimulated germination most. The addition of kinetin (30 μ M ) plus gibberellic acid enhanced germination in the dark in contrast to GA3 alone; kinetin alone stimulated a very low percentage germination.
The moisture status of the soil at the time seeds were produced did not affect the germination response of an early seed crop (July) but affected that of the later seeds (August).
Judging from the different germination responses, it appears that the seeds belong to at least two physiological groups, one which appears to need either a dark-wet or cold-wet pretreatmem for high germination to occur; and the other group which does not need pretreatmem. The ecological significance of these varied responses is discussed in relation to the survival of the species in its habitat.  相似文献

The effects of 4 chemicals on the germination promotion of stratified and unstratified seeds of loblolly pine (Pinus taeda) and baldcypress (Taxodium distichum) were studied. The chemicals used were gibberellic acid, kinetin, potassium nitrate and thiourea, each at 3 different concentrations. Stratification promoted the germination of both seed species. Certain concentrations of gibberellic acid, potassium nitrate and thiourea improved the germination of unstratified loblolly pine and baldcypress seeds while kinetin had no stimulatory effect. All 4 chemicals at specific concentrations promoted the germination of loblolly pine seeds stratified for a short period of time. Considering both speed and completeness of germination, best results were obtained when 21-day stratified seeds were treated with either gibberellic acid (100 mg/1) or kinetin (10 mg/1). In baldcypress, on the other hand, none of these chemicals had any stimulatory effect on the germination of stratified seeds. Germination of both species of seeds was either partially or completely inhibited by the highest concentration of thiourea (30,000 mg/1) used.  相似文献

通过显微结构及不同处理条件下种子萌发率的观察,对早春短命植物小拟南芥(Arabidopsis pumila)种子萌发特性及影响因素进行了研究,并对其生态适应性进行了讨论。结果表明:(1)温度和光照变化对自然生境和温室收获种子的萌发率影响均不显著,说明此种群在前期萌发阶段对光、温不敏感;(2)自然生境中采收的小拟南芥种子萌发率显著低于温室收获种子,说明环境条件的变化对短命植物种子的发育具有重要作用,可显著改变种子的萌发行为;(3)赤霉素使自然生境收获种子胚活性增强从而对萌发有较大促进作用,可使萌发率增加50%以上;(4)对种皮进行各种机械损伤处理使得种皮松弛或透气,可以显著提高自然生境种子的萌发率(超过70%);(5)盐和干旱胁迫对种子萌发均具有明显的抑制作用,但复水后部分被抑制种子可重新萌发,显示盐和干旱胁迫可导致种子产生浅度休眠。结合小拟南芥自然生存环境及本研究的结果,显示其种子萌发特性与生境具有高度适应性。  相似文献

Seed germination of Nicotiana tabacum L. cv. Havana 425 is determined by the balance of forces between the growth potential of the embryo and the mechanical restraint of the micropylar endosperm. In contrast to the gibberellin GA4, the brassinosteroid (BR) brassinolide (BL) did not release photodormancy of dark-imbibed photodormant seeds. Brassinolide promoted seedling elongation and germination of non-photodormant seeds, but did not appreciably affect the induction of class I beta-1,3-glucanase (betaGLU I) in the micropylar endosperm. Brassinolide, but not GA4, accelerated endosperm rupture of tobacco seeds imbibed in the light. Brassinolide and GA4 promoted endosperm rupture of dark-imbibed non-photodormant seeds, but only GA4 enhanced betaGLU I induction. Promotion of endosperm rupture by BL was dose-dependent and 0.01 microM BL was most effective. Brassinolide and GA4 promoted abscisic acid (ABA)-inhibited dark-germination of non-photodormant seeds, but only GA4 replaced light in inducing betaGLU I. These results indicate that BRs and GAs promote tobacco seed germination by distinct signal transduction pathways and distinct mechanisms. Gibberellins and light seem to act in a common pathway to release photodormancy, whereas BRs do not release photodormancy. Induction of betaGLU I in the micropylar endosperm and promotion of release of 'coat-enhanced' dormancy seem to be associated with the GA-dependent pathway, but not with BR signalling. It is proposed that BRs promote seed germination by directly enhancing the growth potential of the emerging embryo in a GA- and betaGLU I-independent manner.  相似文献

 太白红杉(Larix chinensis)是太白山的高山林线树种。通过在人工气候室内的试验,研究了太白红杉种子在6种不同的光照与温度组合处理条件下的萌发特性。结果表明:在恒温和变温两种条件下,交替光照对于种子吸胀后的脱落酸(ABA)和赤霉素 (GA)有刺激作用。在恒温条件下,持续光照对于种子吸胀后的生长素 (IAA)有刺激作用,而变温条件下交替光照对生长素有刺激作用。细胞分裂素(CTK)的变化情况与IAA相反。光照条件相同时,恒温条件下的植物激素含量要高于变温条件下的含量,说明恒温对于各种激素有刺激作用。在25 ℃环境下种子的萌发率高于在12 ℃环境下的萌发率,说明温度对于种子的萌发有重要作用。太白红杉种子的萌发受交替光照(12 h光照/12 h黑暗)的刺激;恒温(25 ℃)条件下的种子萌发率高于变温(12 ℃/25 ℃)条件下的种子萌发率。实验结果反映了内源激素在太白红杉种子萌发过程中起着重要作用。  相似文献

Seed dormancy release and germination of Corispermum lehmannianum Bunge were tested using various treatments: temperature, cold stratification, gibberelins (GA3), dry storage and sand burial. Results showed that temperature and light did not affect the germination of fresh seeds, cold stratification and GA3 could improve seed germination, whereas dry storage and sand burial did not. The germination percentage was highest at 35/20 °C after the cold stratification and GA3 treatments. Corispermum lehmannianum seeds were classified as non-deep, Type-2, physiological dormancy (PD), whose seed dormancy could be released by cold stratification and GA3.  相似文献
