内蒙古5个民族12对性状的基因频率 总被引:30,自引:2,他引:30
报道了内蒙古地区鄂温克、鄂伦春、达斡尔、蒙古族和汉族12对遗传性状的基因频率,并进行民族间基因频率的比较。结果显示:内眦褶性状的民族间差异较大,叠舌性状次之,利手和鼻梁侧面观性状的民族间差异较小。Abstract:The gene frequency of 12 characters was reported in Ewenki,Oroqen,Daur,Mongol and Han nationalities in Inner Mongolia,and compared among these nationalities.The result indicated that the difference of Mongoloid fold among nationalities was significant,followed by the Folding tongue,while the difference of Handedness and Nasal profile was relatively insignificant. 相似文献

在调查新疆维吾尔、哈萨克、柯尔克孜、塔吉克族8对遗传性状的基础上分别计算出8对遗传性状在上述4个民族中的基因频率, 并进行了4个民族之间基因频率的比较。比较结果表明:塔吉克与其他3个民族之间基因频率的差异显著,而哈族与柯族之间的差异不显著。Abstract:Acoording to the investigation of eight pairs of genetic traits among four minorities in Xinjiang (Uygur,Kazak,Kirgiz and Tajik),the gene frequencies of these traits were respectively calculated and compared.The results indicated that the difference of gene frequencies between Tajik and other three populations significant,while it is insignificant between kazak and Kirgiz. 相似文献

兴安盟3个民族7种不对称行为特征的研究 总被引:30,自引:1,他引:30
于1998年9月对内蒙古兴安盟的汉、蒙古、朝鲜族调查了1852例(男875例,女977例)中学生的7种不对称行为特征(利手、扣手、叠臂、叠腿、起步类型、利足、利眼)。结果显示:(1)3个民族中多数不对称行为特征的右型出现率过半。(2)扣手、叠壁、起步类型的出现率存在一定的民族间差异,而其它4种行征的出现率无此差异。(3)多数特征的出现率男女间差异不显著。(4)不对称行为特征间具有相关的数量较多,程序较高,所有存在相关的特征间均表现为同侧组合特征类型为其亲合特征。 相似文献

中国17个人群中的耵聍基因频率及干型基因地理分布图 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
报道了中国17个人群的干型耵聍基因频率,其中汉族人群8个,少数民族人群8个,还有一个未识别民族,即西藏聂拉木县的夏尔巴人。发表了我国汉族人群中以及汉族与少数民族中干型耵聍基因频率的地理分布图。干型耵聍基因在17个人群中的频率及两张基因频率地理分布图都进一步证明,中国汉族与少数民族 (新疆信仰伊斯兰教的少数民族除外)之间有许多基因流动、干型耵聍基因起源于东北亚。中国人群中干型耵聍基因的Fst应在0.1057与0.1602之间。Abstract:Gene frequencies of serumen type of 17 populations in China are reported,including 8 Han subpopulations,8 ethnic minorities and 1 un-identified ethnic group,the Sherpas in Nyalam County,Tibet.Gene-frequency-distribution maps of dry serumen in Han,as well as in Han and ethnic minorities of China were also published.The gene frequency data of 17 populations and their distribution maps once again showed that there was a large-scale gene exchange between Han and ethnic minorities,my be,with the exception of Moslem ethnic groups in Xinjiang,and that the dry serumen gene originated in Northeast Asia.The Fst of dry serumen gene in Chinese populations as a whole was estimated to be between 0.1057 and 0.1602. 相似文献

本文对湖南汉族、侗族的16对遗传性状进行了调查.计算出了每对性状的出现率及除扣手和交叉臂外的14对遗传性状的基因频率,分析了民族间和性别间的差异,同时还分析了惯用手、扣手、交叉臂之间的关系。Abstract:Sixteen genetic traits were investigated in Han and Dong nationalities of Hunan Province.The frequencies of all the sixteen genetic traits and the gene frequencies of fourteen genetic traits except hand-clasping and arm-folding were calculated.The differences between two nationalities and those between male and female were ana-lyzed.The relations among handedness,hand-clasping and arm-folding were also analyzed. 相似文献

基因的染色体定位对我们研究基因相互关系、基因的组织与进化及理解基因与疾病关系具有重要的意义。本文采用RH-PCR方法及生物信息学方法对PP3898、PP1158、PP753、SP260、HC56等5条人细胞生长相关新基因进行染色体定位,并分析了其基因结构。PP3898及PP1158定位于19p13.3,PP753及SP260定位于1q21.1,HC56定位于17p13.3。PP3898含有19个外显子和18个内含子,可读框为2565bp;PP1158含有7个外显子和6个内含子,可读框为1218bp;SP260含有10个外显子和9个内含子,可读框为690bp;HC56为单外显子,可读框为3141bp。另外,对染色体定位获得的信息进行了分析。Abstract:Five novel human genes related to cell growth control were newly isolated and identified by high-throughput functional screening.In this paper,the chromosomal localization of these five genes is reported.Radiation hybrid mapping and in silico mapping,and their genomic organization were analyzed respectively.PP3898 and PP1158 were assigned to chromosome 19p13.3,SP260 and PP753 to chromosome 1q21.1,and HC56 to chromosome 17p13.3.PP3898 contains nineteen exons and eighteen introns,PP1158 seven exons and six introns,SP260 ten exons and nine introns,and HC56 only one exon.The implications of chromosomal localization are discussed. 相似文献

This paper investigated a random sample of 316 Hui nationality (166 males, 150 females) and 542 Han nationality (253 males, 289 females) in Ningxia, aged from 17 to 23. The results showed that hair existed on the proximal phalangeal segments in all people except two females in Hui nationali- ty. The frequency of middle phalangeal segments' hair (MPSH) has no significant difference between males and females in the same nationality, and between Hui and Han nationality (P >0.05). The fre- quency in order of MPSH was found 4 >3 >5 >2. Hair distribution on both hand in same individual was fundamentally symmetrical. The gene frequency of existence of the MPSH in 13 populations was compared and analysed. 相似文献

HLA typing of HLA-A and -B loci for 118 individuals of She nationality in Ningguo County was carried out. 9 antigens of A locus and 13 of B locus were detected. The gene frequencies of A1, A3, B5, B7, B12, B13, B17 and B22 were 0.0084, 0.0170, 0.0708, 0.0041, 0.0284, 0.1670, 0.0494 and 0.0972 respectively.<br>The results show ed that the HLA gene distribution of She nationality of Ning guo County is consistent basically w ith the characters of Southern Chinese populations. 相似文献

世居云南的少数民族中。壮、傣、水、布依、布朗、德昂、佤、彝、白、怒、哈尼、傈僳、拉祜、纳西、景颇、阿昌、基诺和独龙18个民族是由“羌”、“濮”、“越”3大部落群体演化而来,是云南的土著居民。利用PCR-RFLP方法对这18个土著民族进行Y染色体上13个双等位基因位点进行基因分型。结果显示,不同历史族源的民族群体在Y染色体双等位基因单倍型分布上具有一定的差异:在百越后裔民族群体中以单倍型H11、H12为主要分布;在氐羌后裔民族中以单倍型H5、H6和H8为主要分布;在百濮后裔民族群体中主要单倍型分布为H6、H8和H11。进一步主成分分析表明,百越后裔民族群体和氐羌后裔民族在主成分图上聚为两组,提示父系基因库有不同的来源,与历史记载相印证。 相似文献

目的:探讨贵州侗族健康人群MICB等位基因的分布特点。方法:收集100例健康无亲缘关系的贵州侗族人新鲜血液样本,采用世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐的标准盐析法从样本新鲜血液中提取基因组DNA,并用PCR-SSP、PCR-SBT两种方法对样本DNA进行MICB等位基因分型。结果:在贵州侗族人群中,检出7种MICB等位基因,其中MICB*005:02等位基因频率最高,其频率为58.50%,其次为MICB*002:01等位基因频率22.00%;而MICB*003及MICB*005:03等位基因频率最低,两者频率分别为1.50%。结论:贵州侗族人群MICB等位基因具有高度的多态性,该数据为研究MICB基因在同种异体器官移植和疾病易感性中的可能作用奠定了实验基础。 相似文献

Random sample including 500 persons has been taken for investigating the distribution of ABO blood group in Shui nationality in Sandu county, Guizhou Province. The results show that the distribution of ABO blood group are A =29.41 %, B=22.05 %, O =44.12 %, AB=4.41 %; O >A > B >AB.The gene frequency for ABO blood group are p =0.1871, q =0.1430, r=0.6699, The index of nationality in Shui is 1.278. Conclusion: A higher O gene frequency exists in Shui nationality of Guizhou province, so they are similar to other populations living in South China. 相似文献
