内蒙古5个民族12对性状的基因频率   总被引:32,自引:2,他引:30  
报道了内蒙古地区鄂温克、鄂伦春、达斡尔、蒙古族和汉族12对遗传性状的基因频率,并进行民族间基因频率的比较。结果显示:内眦褶性状的民族间差异较大,叠舌性状次之,利手和鼻梁侧面观性状的民族间差异较小。 Abstract:The gene frequency of 12 characters was reported in Ewenki,Oroqen,Daur,Mongol and Han nationalities in Inner Mongolia,and compared among these nationalities.The result indicated that the difference of Mongoloid fold among nationalities was significant,followed by the Folding tongue,while the difference of Handedness and Nasal profile was relatively insignificant.  相似文献

本文对湖南汉族、侗族的16对遗传性状进行了调查.计算出了每对性状的出现率及除扣手和交叉臂外的14对遗传性状的基因频率,分析了民族间和性别间的差异,同时还分析了惯用手、扣手、交叉臂之间的关系。 Abstract:Sixteen genetic traits were investigated in Han and Dong nationalities of Hunan Province.The frequencies of all the sixteen genetic traits and the gene frequencies of fourteen genetic traits except hand-clasping and arm-folding were calculated.The differences between two nationalities and those between male and female were ana-lyzed.The relations among handedness,hand-clasping and arm-folding were also analyzed.  相似文献

中国17个人群中的耵聍基因频率及干型基因地理分布图   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
报道了中国17个人群的干型耵聍基因频率,其中汉族人群8个,少数民族人群8个,还有一个未识别民族,即西藏聂拉木县的夏尔巴人。发表了我国汉族人群中以及汉族与少数民族中干型耵聍基因频率的地理分布图。干型耵聍基因在17个人群中的频率及两张基因频率地理分布图都进一步证明,中国汉族与少数民族 (新疆信仰伊斯兰教的少数民族除外)之间有许多基因流动、干型耵聍基因起源于东北亚。中国人群中干型耵聍基因的Fst应在0.1057与0.1602之间。 Abstract:Gene frequencies of serumen type of 17 populations in China are reported,including 8 Han subpopulations,8 ethnic minorities and 1 un-identified ethnic group,the Sherpas in Nyalam County,Tibet.Gene-frequency-distribution maps of dry serumen in Han,as well as in Han and ethnic minorities of China were also published.The gene frequency data of 17 populations and their distribution maps once again showed that there was a large-scale gene exchange between Han and ethnic minorities,my be,with the exception of Moslem ethnic groups in Xinjiang,and that the dry serumen gene originated in Northeast Asia.The Fst of dry serumen gene in Chinese populations as a whole was estimated to be between 0.1057 and 0.1602.  相似文献

内蒙古三个民族舌运动类型的遗传学研究   总被引:28,自引:3,他引:25  
调查了内蒙古汉、蒙古、回族舌运动类型(卷舌、翻舌、叠舌、三叶舌与尖舌),共716例。研究结果显示:各种舌运动类型出现率性别间均无显著性差异;卷舌基因分别与叠、翻、尖、三叶舌基因间存在着互相作用关系,卷舌基因对叠舌基因是隐性上位基因,对翻舌、尖舌、三叶舌基因是修饰基因;内蒙古3个民族间卷、叠、尖舌出现率接近。本文首次调查并研究了尖舌性状。尖舌在过去国内外文献中未见报道。 Abstract:The tongue moving types(including tongue rolling,tongue twisting,tongue folding,clover-leaf tongue and pointed tongue)of 716 cases of Han,Mongol and Hui nationalities in Inner Mongolia were investigated.The results showed that no difference in the frequencies of various tongue moving types between male and female and that the frequencies of rolling,folding and pointed tongue were close to each other among the three nationalities of Inner Mongolia.However,some interactions between genes were revealed,that the rolling gene is a recessive epistatic gene to folding gene and a modifier gene to twisting,pointed and clover-leaf gene respectively.The research on pointed tongue in this paper has never been reported in China and abroad.  相似文献

中国南方汉族群体MPSI型Kpn I酶切位点的遗传多态性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为研究中国汉族群体IDUA 基因Kpn I 酶切位点的遗传多态性以及该位点等位基因片段传递的规律, 采用PCR-RFLP技术, 对162例无血缘关系的健康中国汉人的324条 染色体进行检测,另又对5个家系16位成员进行同样的检测,然后用χ2检验进行统计学处理。结果表明,等位基因A1 频率为0.17,等位基因A2 频率为0.83,杂合率为29%;A1 、A2 的传递规律与理论上预计的完全符合。认为中国汉族群体IDUA 基因 Kpn I 酶切位点也具有遗传多态性, 并且与国外报道的无显著性差异;A1、A2 在世代中的传递完全符合孟德尔遗传规律。 Abstract:To investigate the genetic polymorphism of the Kpn I site in the α-L-iduronidase(IDUA) gene from a Han population in southern China and to study the mode of transmission of alleles, PCR-RFLP was used to analyze 324 chromosomes from 162 Chinese unrelated healthy Han individuals, and the analysis of the genotypes of 16 members in five families. To compare the frequencies and heterzygosity between Chinese Han population and Caucasians in Western by using χ2test. The frequency of allele 1 (450bp) was 0.17,allele 2 (390 plus 60 bp) 0.83, the heterozygosity was 29%.The genotypes of each member of all families detected was completely agreement with the theorical assessment. The locus of Kpn I in the IDUAgene from Han population has polymorphism. There is no significant difference between Chinese Han population and Caucasians in Western countries. The transmission of alleles was agreement with the Mendelian genetic law.  相似文献

作者于1996年在内蒙古调查了汉、回、蒙古族5项人类遗传学经典指标(拇指类型、环食指长、扣手、交叉臂、惯用手)。研究结果显示:(1)3个民族间拇指类型、扣手出现率存在显著性差异,交叉臂、惯用手出现率则无显著性差异,环食指长出现率蒙-汉、蒙-回间存在显著性差异;(2)拇指类型、扣手、惯用手出现率无性别间差异,环食指长出现率男女间存在显著性差异;(3)惯用手与扣手、惯用手与交叉臂间存在明显的相互关系,交叉臂与扣手之间则无关;(4)与国外人群比较,3个民族环指长出现率高,交叉臂R型出现率较高,扣手R型出现率较低,惯用手L型出现率高于印度的一些群体。 Abstract:Authors in vestigated 5 general indexes of anthrotogical genetics including pollical type,palmar digital formula,hand clasping,arm folding and handedness in Han,Hui and Mongol nationalities in 1996.The results showed as follows:(1)There were significant differences in the frequency of pollical type and hand clasping in 3 nationalities,but those of arm folding and handedness showed nosignificant difference and the frequencies of palmar digital formula between the Mongol and the Hui revealed significant difference.(2)There were no significant sexual difference in the frequency of pollical type,hand clasping and handedness while the long type (R) of ring finger revealed significant sexual difference.(3)There were obvious correlations between handedness and hand clasping,handedness and arm folding but no relation between arm folding and hand clasping.(4)In comparison with foreign ethnic groups,the 3 nationalities showed higher frequencies of long type (R) of ring finger and right-arm folding but the frequence right-hand clasping revealed slightly lower.The findings showed higher frequence of Left-Handedness than that of Indian population.  相似文献

研究广东少数民族群体GALNS基因StuI位点的遗传多态性以及该位点等位基因片段传递的规律,为今后的连锁分析打下基础。采用PCR-RFLP方法,对72例无血缘关系的健康广东少数民族个体的144条染色体和3个家系9位成员的18条染色体进行检测,然后用χ2检验进行统计学处理。等位基因片段D1的频率为0.70, D2为0.30,杂合率为29%,D1、D2的传递规律与理论上预计的完全符合。广东少数民族群体中StuI位点具有多态性,其基因频率(D1和D2)与国外高加索群体的有显著差别,与日本群体及中国南方汉族群体的则无显著差别;而杂合率与高加索群体及日本群体的均有显著差异,但与中国南方汉族群体的则无显著差异。 Abstract:To investigate the genetic polymorphism of the StuI site in the GALNS gene from a national minority population in Guangdong and to study the mode of transmission of alleles,PCR-RFLP was used to analyze 144 chromosomes from 72 Guangdong unrelated healthy national minority individuals,and the genotypes of members in three families.To compare the frequencies and heterzygosity between Guangdong national minority people and Caucasians,Japanese and Chinese Han people by using χ2 test.The frequency of allele D1(295bp) was 0.70,allele D2(138 plus 157 bp)0.30,the heterozygosity was 29%.The genotypes of each member of all families detected were completely agreement with the theorical assessment.The site of StuI in the GALNS gene from national minority population in Guangdong has polymorphism.There is significant difference between Guangdong national minority population and Caucasians in Western countries,but no significant difference was found between Guangdong national minority population and Japanese and Chinese Han population.In addition,there is significant difference between Guangdong national minority population and Caucasians and Japanese in the heterzygosity,but no significant difference between Guangdong national minority population and Chinese Han population.The transmission of alleles was completely in agreement with the Mendelian genetic law.  相似文献

Principal component analysis of gene frequencies of Chinese populations   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
Principal components (PCs) were calculated based on gene frequencies of 130 alleles at 38 loci in Chinese populations, and geographic PC maps were constructed. The first PC map of the Han shows the genetic difference between Southern and Northern Mongoloids, while the second PC indicates the gene flow between Caucasoid and Mongoloids. The first PC map of the Chinese ethnic minorities is similar to that of the second PC map of the Han, while their second PC map is similar to the first PC map of the Han. When calculating PC with the gene frequency data from both the Han and ethnic minorities, the first and second PC maps most resemble those of the ethnic minorities alone. The third and fourth PC maps of Chinese populations may reflect historical events that allowed the expansion of the populations in the highly civilized regions. A clear-cut boundary between Southern and Northern Mongoloids in the synthetic map of the Chinese populations was observed in the zone of the Yangtze River. We suggest that the a  相似文献

中国汉蒙两族人群MTHFR基因热敏感性多态性分布的比较   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
为比较中国蒙汉两族人群MTHFR基因第677位核苷酸多态性的分布情况,获得该位点多态性的群体遗传学数据,本研究应用PCR扩增技术, 其扩增产物用限制性核酸内切酶Hinf I消化后进行非变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,分析蒙汉族人群中MTHFR基因第677位核苷酸基因型(野生型、杂合型和突变纯合型)的分布频率。结果表明,蒙族人群基因型构成以野生型为主,占45.6%,突变杂合型占39.2%,突变纯合型仅占15.2%,汉族人群基因型构成以突变杂合型为主,占55.7%,野生型仅占17.9%,突变纯合型占26.4%,明显高于蒙族人群。经χ2检验,两组基因型构成比具有显著性差异(P<0.001);蒙族人群MTHFR 677T等位基因频率为34.8%,经u检验显著低于汉族人群(54.2%)的频率。据此认为,中国蒙族人群MTHFR热敏感性基因突变频率显著低于汉族人群,提示该基因多态性分布在中国不同民族人群中存在差异。 Abstract:The purpose of this study is to compare the genetic polymorphism distribution of the 677th nucleotide of MTHFR between the Mongolian population and the Hans of China,and to obtain the population genetic data of this polymorphism.Using PCR-RFLP method,the authors analyzed the genotypes of the 677th nucleotide of MTHFR in Mongolians and Hans.Results show that in Mongolian population,the proportion of wild type is 45.6%,proportion of heterozygotes is 39.2% and that of homozygotes is 15.2%; While in Hans,proportions are wild type 17.9%,heterozygotes 55.7% and homozygotes 26.4%.The ratios of genotypes are significantly different between Mongolian and Han populations(χ2-test,P<0.001).The 677th allele frequency in Mongolians is 34.8%,lower than that in Hans(54.2%,u-test,P<0.001).This suggests that the mutant MTHFR gene frequency is significantly higher in the Han population than in the Mongolian population in China.  相似文献

于1998年9月对内蒙古兴安盟的汉、蒙古、朝鲜族调查了1852例(男875例,女977例)中学生的7种不对称行为特征(利手、扣手、叠臂、叠腿、起步类型、利足、利眼)。结果显示:(1)3个民族中多数不对称行为特征的右型出现率过半。(2)扣手、叠壁、起步类型的出现率存在一定的民族间差异,而其它4种行征的出现率无此差异。(3)多数特征的出现率男女间差异不显著。(4)不对称行为特征间具有相关的数量较多,程序较高,所有存在相关的特征间均表现为同侧组合特征类型为其亲合特征。  相似文献

从413人朝鲜族(男236人,女177人)268人吉林省汉族(男170人,女98人)的头面部体征的分析,作者认为朝鲜族与吉林省汉族体征之差别主要表现在前者具有比后者更宽而扁平的面形。两者在头面部特征上与蒙古族、满族、以及东北三省的汉族同属一个体质类型。他们体征的形成主要受到来自古代华北居民的影响。  相似文献

侗族九个红细胞血型系统和ABH分泌型的分布   总被引:12,自引:4,他引:8  
报道了广西侗族的ABO、MNSs、Rhesus、Duffy、Kidd、P、Diego、Lewis和Xg等九种红细胞血型系统和ABH唾液分泌型的分布。共调查了201名父母均系侗族而彼此无血缘的学生,其中男116名,女85名。结果表明,广西侗族中ABO系统的r基因(0.6286)、MN系统的m基因(0.6294)、Duffy系统的Fy~a基因(0.9651)、Kidd系统的JK~a基因(0.4628)和Rhesus系统的CDe染色体(0.7532)等频率都很高,ABO系统的q基因(0.1672)、P系统的P_1基因(0.1333)和Lewis系统的Le~a基因(0.3232)等频率较低。MNSs系统的S基因(0.0124)频率很低,而MS染色体连锁率却为零。Xg系统的Xg~a基因频率(0.3746)与汉族和维吾尔族一样,处于低水平。Lewis系统的Le(a )表型者中发现八例是ABH唾液分泌型,但分泌的物质不是A便是B,而分泌H物质的唾液分泌型者全部都是Le(a-)型。六个民族间遗传距离分析表明,侗族与壮族在血缘上最近,其次是与朝鲜族、蒙古族、汉族相近,而与维吾尔族最远。  相似文献

分析了宁夏回族 390 例 (男 :189 例 ,女 :201 例) 、汉族 425 (男 :217 例 ,女 208 例) 指纹白线的分布特 征。结果表明 : 宁夏回族指纹白线出现率为 : 19103 % (男 : 17109 % ,女 : 20185 %) ; 汉族为 : 17155 % (男 : 16122 % ,女 :18194 %) 。同一民族指纹白线出现率女性高于男性 ,有显著性差异 (回 :χ2 = 81916 ,P < 0101 ; 汉 :χ2 = 51434 ,P < 0105) ;回、汉族间指纹白线出现率无显著性差异(χ2 = 21956 ,P > 0105) 。  相似文献

本文报道了内蒙古呼伦贝尔盟达翰尔族485例、鄂温克族322例、鄂伦春族100例的13项形态特征的调查结果。X^2检验结果显示,鄂温克族与鄂伦春族之间形态特征相差较远,而鄂温克族与达翰尔族之间比较相象。多数形态特征无性别差异;少数有性别差异的形态特征在3个民族中表现不一;没有一项形态特征在3个民族中均表现出有显著性别差异。13项形态特征绝大多数具族间差异。  相似文献

对湖南苗族、侗族共648例的5项人类群体遗传学特征(利眼、足趾长、起步类型、耳耵聍、指甲型)进行了调查。结果显示:1)两个民族的多数人属于右利眼、拇趾长于二趾、左起步、干型耵聍和长形指甲;2)两个民族的左利眼出现率和拇趾长于二趾的出现率高于国内多数人群;3)足趾长出现率存在明显的民族间差异;苗族利眼和方形指甲出现率均表现出明显的民族内性别差异;4)5项特征间的相关关系不明显。  相似文献
