新疆西天山峡谷海拔梯度上野核桃种群统计与谱分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1

为了掌握国家Ⅱ级渐危植物新疆野核桃种群的现存状态、预测未来种群的发展趋势,在野核桃自然保护区4条沟谷的不同海拔分别设置样地进行大样本调查.以胸径级结构代表年龄结构,采用匀滑技术编制野核桃种群静态生命表,应用谱分析方法分析野核桃种群的波动周期.结果表明: 野核桃种群的胸径级随着海拔的升高逐渐减小,海拔1241~1380 m (H1)为19个龄级,最大胸径91.7 cm,海拔1381~1490 m (H2)为18个龄级,最大胸径82.8 cm,海拔1491~1670 m(H3)为13个龄级,最大胸径58.9 cm.不同海拔梯度生境同一龄级及同一海拔梯度不同龄级野核桃的期望寿命均存在波动.在3个海拔梯度生境,野核桃种群的存活曲线均趋于Deevey-Ⅱ型,呈增长型年龄结构,有3个死亡高峰,最高死亡率H1和H3均为9龄级,分别为55.9%和89.8%,H2为12龄级,最高死亡率为79.4%.种群的数量动态变化明显受野核桃种群整个生命周期生物学特征的基波影响,并具有大周期内多谐波迭加的小周期波动特征.野核桃为长寿命树种,是野核桃自然保护区植被的主要优势种,现时种群自然更新良好,若无强烈人为干扰或严重自然灾害,将在群落中长期保持优势种地位.  相似文献

目的:确定乌鲁木齐南山地区新疆圆柏总黄酮含量最高的时期及其季节变化。方法:采用溶剂法萃取不同季节新疆圆柏叶、果实与枝干的总黄酮,以芦丁作为标准品,用比色法进行含量测定。结果:新疆圆柏的果实中黄酮含量最高,为0.62%~1.13%,以10月份的含量最高;叶中黄酮含量变化为0.28%~0.83%,4月份最高;枝干中的黄酮含量最少,变化不明显。结论:新疆圆柏黄酮含量的季节变化与其生长习性及乌鲁木齐南山气候有关。  相似文献

自20世纪80年代以来,我国农业土地利用方式和农田管理发生了巨大变化,由此引起的土壤有机碳(SOC)含量、密度及其垂直分布发生了相应的变化,研究不同土地利用方式和管理对土壤有机碳的影响对于探讨农田生态系统的固碳作用具有重要的意义.以北京市延怀盆地为典型研究地区,选择6种农业土地利用和管理模式,共计42块样地,在1m深土体内分层采集197个土壤样品.研究结果表明:(1) 不同农业土地利用和管理方式对SOC含量的影响主要发生在0~25 cm土层中,剖面中SOC含量自上向下明显降低.(2) 通过对6种土地利用和管理方式下土壤SOC含量进行比较,结果发现果园和高投入的玉米地土壤在0~100 cm土层中SOC含量均较高,变化范围分别为4.16~10.00 g kg^-1和4.73~9.31 g kg^-1; 菜地土壤在0~40 cm土层中SOC含量较高,变化范围为6.42~9.67 g kg^-1;大豆地、中、低投入玉米地土壤在0~100 cm土层中SOC含量较低,变化范围分别为3.27~7.73 g kg^-1、3.14~8.33 g kg^-1和1.83~7.67 g kg^-1. (3) 不同农业土地利用方式对SOC密度影响的趋势与对SOC含量影响的趋势基本一致,在0~100 cm土壤中,SOC密度的顺序为果园>菜地>高投入玉米地>中投入玉米地>大豆地>低投入玉米地,变化范围为4.15~8.22 kg m^-2.  相似文献

目的:通过分析六种新疆陆地棉棉籽脂肪酸成分与含量的变化,为更好的开发,利用丰富的棉籽资源提供实验数据.方法:采用索氏提取法提取了6种新疆陆地棉棉籽油,其棉籽脂肪酸经甲酯化后用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行分析.结果:不同品种棉籽油所含脂肪酸成分基本相同,但各脂肪酸成分的相对含量差异较大,其中亚油酸含量变化范围为50.30%~57.25%,棕榈酸、油酸含量的变化范围分别为22.24%~30.98%和12.93%~16.84%.不同棉花品种棉籽的多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)与饱和脂肪酸(SFA)相对含量比值也不同,变化范围为1.66~2.59.结论:不同品种棉籽,其营养价值及经济价值存在较大差异,其中,新陆早27号棉籽具有相对更好的开发利用价值.  相似文献

在研究地区 ,囊果碱蓬 (Suaeda physophora)分布在表层 (0~ 2 0 cm)盐分含量为 3.0 %~ 6.0 %的盐土上。囊果碱蓬群落为多汁木本盐柴类荒漠中的一个群系 ,本区记载有 9个群丛。群落总覆盖度为 6%~ 2 5% ,种类组成稀少 ,群落结构简单。囊果碱蓬株高 45~ 60 cm;当年生小枝长 1 2 cm;叶肉汁、条形。侧根发达 ,主要分布在由表层往下土壤中的盐分含量大量减少、水分含量大幅度增加的 2 0~ 60 cm的土壤层内。以冠幅 (长以 X1 表示 ,宽以 X2 表示 )和高 (以 X3 表示 )为参数建立了单株地上部分生物量多元回归模型为 :Y=31 2 .0 0 3.44X1 4.85X2 - 2 .1 6X3 。囊果碱蓬叶有较高的 Na、S含量 ,Na含量高达91 2 55μg· g-1 (9.1 2 6% )。植物不同部位元素含量不同 ,叶和花穗中 K、Na、Mg、S和 P含量最高 ,老枝中含量最低。嫩枝叶水浸出液的盐分含量为 2 3.1 7% ,高于花穗和老枝。植物不同生长季节 ,元素和盐分含量都有所变化  相似文献

本研究旨在比较高寒草甸草地不同退化演替阶段下植物地上部氮磷元素含量、吸收速率以及单位面积累计重量.结果表明:植物生长季内 5~9月 ,3个样地植物地上部N、P含量都是在生长初期最高,随植物生长季节的推移以及地上生物量的增加,其含量逐渐稀释直到生长季节结束,全氮含量范围为36.90~14.90g/kg,全磷的含量范围是2.22~1.06g/kg.不同退化演替阶段由于植物组成的不同,其N、P含量有明显的差异,P的含量中度退化样地最高 1.91% ,重度退化样地最低 1.51% ;N的含量则恰恰相反,重度退化样地最高 26.40% ,中度退化样地最低 18.60% ;原生植被样地介于两者之间,其生长季P的平均含量为1.63%,N的平均含量为20.80%.植物N、P的吸收速率和单位面积累计重量都是随退化程度的加剧而降低,即原生植被样地>中度退化样地>重度退化样地,并且植物营养元素吸收速率与地上生物量生长速率呈正相关关系.  相似文献

红松阔叶混交林凋落叶、土壤动物、土壤的微量元素含量   总被引:13,自引:2,他引:11  
对小兴安岭凉水国家自然保护区红松阔叶混交林的凋落叶、土壤动物、土壤中微量元素含量进行了分析.结果表明, 3种微量元素在凋落叶、土壤动物和土壤中含量排序均为Mn>Zn>Cu.不同环境组分中的微量元素含量不同.其中,Mn的含量为土壤>凋落叶>土壤动物;Zn的含量为土壤动物>凋落叶、土壤;Cu的含量为土壤动物>土壤>凋落叶.阔叶凋落叶中微量元素变化幅度大于针叶凋落叶.不同土壤动物对不同元素的富集能力不同,蚯蚓体内Mn含量最高,蜈蚣体内Zn含量最高,而马陆体内Cu含量最高.土壤动物体内微量元素的含量均与环境本底值、凋落物分解速度、土壤动物食性以及对微量元素的选择性吸收和富集作用等有关.3种微量元素在土壤中的含量均是土壤层(5~20 cm)大于腐殖质层(0~5 cm),不同土层中微量元素的动态变化不同.  相似文献

该文采用HPLC法,分析测定一年生罂粟植株体开花后不同生育期根、茎、叶、果壳中的蒂巴因含量,研究了罂粟体内蒂巴因的变化规律和水氮耦合对蒂巴因的影响。结果表明:一年生罂粟植株体的蒂巴因含量的变化范围在果壳中为1.81%~4.54%,成熟期达到最高;叶片中为0.30%~0.68%,膨大后期最高,采收期最低;根中为0.03%~0.28%,膨大前期最高,采收期最低;茎秆中为0.23%~0.60%,呈递减趋势,采收期最低,茎上、中、下部的蒂巴因含量的变化范围分别为0.42%~0.97%、0.15%~0.60%、0.13%~0.37%。滴灌量和施氮量对一年生罂粟果壳中蒂巴因含量的影响差异显著。罂粟壳质量最佳的水氮偶合条件为I_(130)N_(14),即滴灌量为130 m~3·667 m~(-2),施氮量为14 kg·667 m~(-2)时,蒂巴因含量达最高。  相似文献

为探讨西藏飞蝗对环境的适应机制,本文采用全光照(24L/0D)、全黑暗(0L/24D)与5 ℃低温相结合的试验处理,研究了低温和光照胁迫对西藏飞蝗体内物质含量变化的影响.结果表明: 西藏飞蝗虫体脂肪含量以未经低温胁迫的全光照处理最高,达到11.8%.经低温和黑暗处理的西藏飞蝗虫体脂肪含量最低,为4.7%.经低温胁迫处理后虫体的海藻糖、甘露醇以和山梨醇含量显著高于未经低温胁迫处理.虫体糖原含量以未经低温胁迫的全光照处理最高,达6.40 mg·g-1.低温和黑暗处理还诱导丙氨酸、谷氨酸、赖氨酸和苯丙氨酸累积,促使西藏飞蝗体内多种氨基酸、甘油、小分子碳水化合物积累,糖原和脂肪含量降低.  相似文献

在饲养条件下,赤腹松鼠(Callosciurus erythraeus)每天摄入干物质为7.06—9.91克/只,摄入能最为525.4—562.2千焦耳/千克~0.75每天每只摄入蛋白质:1.26—2.00克,脂肪0.69—2.79克。松鼠对能量、干物质、蛋白质和脂肪的消化率分别为85.7%—89.3%;84.7%—87.0%;75.9%—82.7%和79.1%—94.0%。赤腹松鼠喜食含脂量高的食物,对脂肪的消化能力高于蛋白质。营造种子含脂量高的多种树种混交林,提供松鼠足够的食物,是防止松鼠危害的有效途径。  相似文献

The wild edible plants form an important constituent of traditional diets in the Himalaya. In the Sikkim Himalaya a total of 190 species have been screened as edible species out of which nearly 47 species come to the market. The present paper deals with nutritive values of 27 most commonly consumed wild edible plants in the Sikkim Himalaya. Of 27 plant species that were analyzed for their nutritive values, 22 were edible for their fruits and five for leaves/shoots. Among different plant parts, generally higher nutrient concentration was recorded for leaves, followed by new shoots and fruits. For different species the crude fiber content ranged between 2.15–39.90%, and the total soluble salts between 4.66–21.0%, and the vitamin C content from 6-286 mg/100 g. The fat content was determined high in the fruits of Castanopsis species, Machilus edulis, and Cinnamomum species, while the protein content was highest in Hippophae rhamnoides, Cuc-umis melo, and Eleagnus latifolia. The total carbohydrate content ranged from 32-88% in the fruits of various wild edibles, the reducing sugar from 1.25–12.42%, total sugar from 2.10–25.09%, the lignin content varied from 9.05–39.51%, the hemicellulose between 25.63-55.71% and cellulose content varied from 9.57–33.19% in different species. Among the various mac-ronutrients estimated in the plant samples of different wild edible species, nitrogen was present in highest quantity, followed by potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and sodium. Mi-cronutrients, such as iron, zinc, magnesium, and copper contents were analyzed in different plant parts of various wild edible species. The iron content was higher in leaves and new shoots. The study shows that wild edible plants are good source of nutrient for rural population, and also well comparable with various commercial fruits. It is suggested that a few wild edible species need to be grown for commercial cultivation and adopted in the traditional agroforestry systems, which will lead to reduced pressure on them in natural forest stands as well as producing economic benefits for poor farmers.  相似文献

本研究对在张家口地区进行试种的4份藜麦材料进行了农艺性状与品质性状评价。试种藜麦株高范围为119.27~180.51 cm,生育期范围为103~118 d。子粒饱满,产量可达3 637.32 kg/hm2,蛋白质含量为14.79±0.72%,脂肪含量为7.57±1.17%,天冬氨酸、赖氨酸和精氨酸含量分别为1.37±0.06%、1.00±0.03%、1.47±0.08%,皂苷含量为2.12±0.50%。以上结果与文献对比结果表明,藜麦富含多种营养成分,且蛋白质含量丰富、氨基酸比例平衡、增产潜力大等特点能够充分表现,适宜在张家口地区以及生态条件类似的地区种植。  相似文献

为研究异色瓢虫Harmonia axyridis自然种群耐寒能力的季节性变化,测定了其过冷却点、体内含水量及总脂肪含量和低温存活力。结果表明:异色瓢虫成虫低温存活力呈现出明显的季节性变化,越冬前成虫的耐寒性显著强于夏季成虫和越冬后成虫。冷驯化(5℃, 5 d)可以显著提高夏季成虫的低温存活力。雌雄成虫过冷却点和体内含水量随气温的降低而降低,升高而升高。过冷却点7月份最高,分别为−7.6℃和−8.0℃;越冬中期(2008-01-15)最低,分别为−18.1℃ 和−16.9℃。雌雄成虫体内含水量9月份最高,分别为66.87%和68.01%,10月份显著降低,越冬后期(2008-02-19)最低,分别为52.94%和51.53%。越冬期间过冷却点和体内含水量显著低于其他时期。而雌雄成虫体内总脂肪含量在越冬开始就达到最高,分别为50.07%和47.93%,随后又逐渐降低,越冬期间显著高于其他时期。由此可知异色瓢虫自然种群的耐寒性呈现出明显的季节性变化,文中还就异色瓢虫自然种群耐寒性影响因素及其越冬策略进行了讨论。  相似文献

西伯利亚白刺是华北沿海地区仅有的一个白剌种,在冀东滨海地区有一定的野生群落分布。研究结果表明,西伯利亚白刺具有极强的耐盐能力,0—50cm土体平均全盐含量最高达到1.97%,极端最高值达到3.99%。其果汁含有非常丰富的维生素C,高达444.07mg/100g,仅次于酸枣,排在各类蔬菜、水果的第二位,是开发功能饮料的上好原料。果实成熟后的嫩茎叶含粗蛋白28.80%,粗纤维8.86%,粗脂肪2.24%,是优质的饲料。种子脂肪含量17.2%,其中油酸含量25.02%,亚油酸含量69.02%,是生产优质保健食用油的好原料。所以,西伯利亚白刺是开发利用重盐碱地和沿海滩涂的优良植物,极具开发价值。  相似文献

Though widely employed for clinical intervention in obesity, metabolic syndrome, seizure disorders and other neurodegenerative diseases, the mechanisms through which low carbohydrate ketogenic diets exert their ameliorative effects still remain to be elucidated. Rodent models have been used to identify the metabolic and physiologic alterations provoked by ketogenic diets. A commonly used rodent ketogenic diet (Bio-Serv F3666) that is very high in fat (~94% kcal), very low in carbohydrate (~1% kcal), low in protein (~5% kcal), and choline restricted (~300 mg/kg) provokes robust ketosis and weight loss in mice, but through unknown mechanisms, also causes significant hepatic steatosis, inflammation, and cellular injury. To understand the independent and synergistic roles of protein restriction and choline deficiency on the pleiotropic effects of rodent ketogenic diets, we studied four custom diets that differ only in protein (5% kcal vs. 10% kcal) and choline contents (300 mg/kg vs. 5 g/kg). C57BL/6J mice maintained on the two 5% kcal protein diets induced the most significant ketoses, which was only partially diminished by choline replacement. Choline restriction in the setting of 10% kcal protein also caused moderate ketosis and hepatic fat accumulation, which were again attenuated when choline was replete. Key effects of the 5% kcal protein diet – weight loss, hepatic fat accumulation, and mitochondrial ultrastructural disarray and bioenergetic dysfunction – were mitigated by choline repletion. These studies indicate that synergistic effects of protein restriction and choline deficiency influence integrated metabolism and hepatic pathology in mice when nutritional fat content is very high, and support the consideration of dietary choline content in ketogenic diet studies in rodents to limit hepatic mitochondrial dysfunction and fat accumulation.  相似文献

本研究基于10年耕作措施的定位试验,利用湿筛法研究了不同耕作措施和秸秆还田条件下农田土壤水稳性团聚体的分布规律,并利用平均重量直径(MWD)和几何平均直径(GMD)评价了不同处理水稳性团聚体的稳定性。研究结果表明,不同耕作措施处理的水稳性团聚体在0~10cm,10~20cm和20~30cm土层表现出不同的分布趋势,随着土层的加深,各处理水稳定团聚体的分布呈粒径逐渐减小、分布范围逐渐扩大趋势,0~10cm土层的水稳性团聚体多集中于2~5mm粒径范围,10~20cm土层水稳性团聚体多集中在0.5~5mm粒径范围,以0.5~1mm最多,而20~30mm,则广泛分布在0.25~5mm粒径范围。通过MWD和GMD值可以看出,免耕、耙耕和旋耕措施更能有效地保护表层(0~10cm)土壤水稳定团聚体的稳定性,常规耕作和深松处理则显著降低了20~30cm水稳性团聚体稳定性。秸秆还田显著增加了土壤有机碳(SOC)含量,且显著影响了土壤表层水稳性团聚体的稳定性。作用力分析结果表明,在0~10cm表层,秸秆作用在土壤表层显著影响了水稳定大团聚体的数量及其稳定性(P<0.001),多元回归分析说明其与土壤有机碳含量达到了极显著水平(P<0.01),且同时也受到来自耕作和秸秆交互效应的影响(P<0.01);但在10~20cm土层,影响其数量分布的主要因素是不同的耕作措施及耕作和秸秆的交互效应(P<0.001);而在20~30cm,耕作措施、秸秆和两者的交互效应共同对水稳性大团聚体数量产生重要的影响,但主要作用力来自耕作措施(P<0.001)和两者的交互效应(P<0.001)。免耕秸秆还田措施能显著提高土壤的水稳性团聚体的比例和稳定性。  相似文献

In rats, dietary protein is known to influence brain tryptophan (TRP) concentrations and serotonin (5HT) synthesis. However, few studies have examined this relationship in primates (including humans). We therefore studied the effect in monkeys of changes in chronic protein intake on plasma and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) concentrations of TRP and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5HIAA), the principal 5HT metabolite. Juvenile male monkeys (Macacca mulatta) consumed for sequential 4-week periods diets differing in protein content (~23% ~ 16% ~10% ~6% protein [%-energy/day]). Each day, food was presented as a morning meal of fruit, and an afternoon meal consisting of a pelleted, commercial diet and fruit. During week 4 on each diet, blood and CSF were sampled diurnally via indwelling catheters. Plasma and CSF TRP varied diurnally and with dietary protein content. On all diets, CSF TRP declined modestly in the morning, and increased in the afternoon; the magnitude of the increments varied directly with dietary protein content. Diurnal variations were absent for CSF 5HIAA; however, CSF 5HIAA varied directly with chronic dietary protein content. We conclude that dietary protein content can chronically influence CSF TRP concentrations in monkeys. The variation in CSF 5HIAA suggests chronic protein intake may influence serotonin synthesis and turnover, perhaps via changes in TRP concentrations.  相似文献

以来自华北夏谷区、东北春谷区、西北高原早熟春谷区、西北高原中晚熟春谷区等4个主要谷子生态区的270个品种为材料,包括育成品种220份和地方品种50份,测定了籽粒千粒重、蛋白质和脂肪含量。结果表明:270份谷子品种平均蛋白质含量(11.18±1.14)%,脂肪含量(4.00±0.42)%,千粒重(2.87±0.28)g。育成品种的蛋白质含量显著低于地方品种蛋白质含量,而育成品种和地方品种的脂肪含量、千粒重差异不显著;不同生态区品种之间蛋白质含量、千粒重差异显著,但脂肪含量差异不显著。西北早熟春谷区品种蛋白质含量平均最高、千粒重最大,华北夏谷区品种蛋白质含量平均最低、千粒重最小;蛋白质含量和千粒重显著正相关,蛋白质含量、千粒重和生育期显著负相关。本研究报道了近30年来我国谷子主产区谷子品种的蛋白质、脂肪含量和千粒重的差异,对于谷子品质育种具有借鉴意义;研究认为谷子籽粒的蛋白质、脂肪含量和千粒重应作为品质育种的重要指标加以重视。  相似文献
