通过盆栽模拟栽培试验,研究了节节草生长对铜尾矿砂重金属形态转化和土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,节节草生长显著提高了尾矿砂中有机物结合态重金属比例(P0.01),降低了交换态和残渣态重金属比例(P0.05)。土壤过氧化氢酶、脲酶、多酚氧化酶和蔗糖酶活性均随着节节草的生长而不同程度的升高,其中过氧化氢酶和脲酶活性均与植物生长时间呈显著正相关(r过氧化氢酶=0.911,P0.05;r脲酶=0.957,P0.01),多酚氧化酶和蔗糖酶活性在植物生长旺盛期达到峰值,分别是对照组的2.40和2.02倍,随后迅速下降;而磷酸酶活性却显著下降(r磷酸酶=-0.923,P0.05)。土壤酶活性与节节草地下部分干重的相关性大于地上部分;且与土壤有机物结合态重金属的含量呈显著正相关,与交换态和残渣态重金属含量呈显著负相关。节节草生长不仅促进了铜尾矿砂重金属朝螯合态方面转化,有效降低重金属的生物有效性,同时还显著地改善了铜尾矿砂的基质环境和土壤肥力。因此,节节草在铜尾矿废弃地恢复实践中具有较大的应用潜力。  相似文献

硅藻是水生生态系统健康的指示生物之一,对环境变化极为敏感,某些典型硅藻已应用于指示水体重金属污染.本文围绕地表水重金属污染,从毒性效应、生物吸附和累积、生态适应机制及生物指示与生态修复作用等方面,综述了硅藻重金属污染生态学研究进展,阐述重金属污染下硅藻的生长趋势和硅壳形态的变化,硅藻对重金属生物吸附和生物累积的差别,硅藻对重金属的表面络合和离子交换等生态适应机制,以及硅藻对水体重金属污染的指示作用和生态修复作用,为水生生态系统的重金属污染防治与预警技术提供科学依据.  相似文献

选择尾矿砂裸地和4个五节芒(Miscanthus floridulus)定居地(RI、RII、RIII和RIV)为样地, 分别研究了五节芒定居对尾矿砂重金属形态转化和微生物功能参数的影响。结果表明: 五节芒自然定居显著地提高了尾矿砂碳酸盐结合态和硫化物-有机物结合态重金属比例(p<0.05), 降低了尾矿砂残渣态重金属的比例(p<0.05)。土壤微生物群落的纤维素分解作用、酚转化作用、固氮作用、氨化作用、硝化作用、有机磷转化作用、功能多样性、4类不同碳源(碳水化合(CH)、聚合物(PL)、胺类化合物(AM)和杂合物(ML))均随着五节芒自然定居显著提高(p<0.05)。而氨基酸(AA)的利用强度却显著下降(p<0.05)。典范相关分析(CCA)表明: 土壤微生物功能参数的总体变化与土壤碳酸盐结合态和硫化物-有机物结合态重金属的含量呈显著正相关, 与残渣态重金属含量呈显著负相关。该研究结果表明, 五节芒定居不仅促进了尾矿砂重金属朝着沉淀态和螯合态方面转化, 而且还显著地改善了尾矿砂微生物群落的功能发挥。因而, 五节芒在重金属矿业废弃地恢复实践中具有较大的应用潜力。  相似文献

重金属镉和铅胁迫对海洋微藻的毒性效应研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
设置不同浓度的重金属Cd2+(0、0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8和1 mg•L-1)和Pb2+(0、0.1、0.2、0. 4、0.8和1.6 mg•L-1)胁迫处理, 检测米氏凯伦藻(Karenia mikimotoi)的生长生理情况, 分析重金属胁迫对海洋微藻生长的毒性效应, 探讨超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)等对重金属胁迫的缓解作用。研究结果发现, 重金属Cd2+和Pb2+对米氏凯伦藻具有较强的毒性, 随着重金属浓度的提高, 细胞生长受到毒害作用增强; 而米氏凯伦藻对重金属Cd2+和Pb2+胁迫具有一定的适应性。重金属Cd2+和Pb2+胁迫导致米氏凯伦藻细胞的叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量下降(1.6 mg•L-1 Pb2+胁迫除外), 类胡萝卜素含量提高, 最大光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)下降, 表明重金属胁迫抑制藻的光合作用, 影响藻的生长繁殖。丙二醛(MDA)随着重金属Cd2+和Pb2+浓度提高而升高, 说明重金属引起藻细胞膜透性增加, 藻细胞遭受破坏。SOD活性整体呈现先升高后下降(或与对照持平)的趋势, 提示海洋微藻的抗氧化酶系统在低浓度重金属胁迫下产生应激性反应, 酶活性增强; 而CAT活性上升, 也对藻细胞起到保护作用, 推测两者共同反应, 以缓解藻体遭受的重金属毒害作用。结果可为了解重金属胁迫对海洋微藻的毒性效应提供参考。  相似文献

海南东寨港红树林沉积物中重金属的分布及其生物有效性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
对东寨港红树林湿地沉积物中7种典型重金属元素(Cr、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Cd 和Pb)的有效态含量和全量进行测定,并讨论了红树林湿地沉积物中重金属元素的分布特征及其生物有效性.结果表明: 7种重金属在东寨港红树林湿地的含量大于亚龙湾和三亚湾的红树林湿地,但与中国南方和世界各地的典型红树林湿地相比仍处于中等偏低水平.东寨港红树林湿地光滩、林缘、林内表层沉积物的重金属含量存在差异;在柱状沉积物中重金属伴随沉积明显,表现出较强的同源性.经EDTA萃取出的有效态金属在表层沉积物中含量依次为Cu>Cr>Zn>Ni>As>Pb>Cd;垂直梯度重金属有效态含量占总量的比例的最大值(除Ni外)均出现在表层或中上层;目标重金属元素有效态和总量在空间分布上具有明显正相关性,元素总量指标能较好地评估该元素的生物有效性  相似文献

利用生态系统研究了白银有色金属冶炼矿区周围环境中重金属的分布及生物有效性。结果表明 ,工厂在冶炼过程中已造成 Pb、Cd、Cu、Zn对周围环境不同程度的污染 ,其含量与距工厂的距离呈负相关 ;重金属在各种生物体内均有不同程度的吸收和累积 ,其吸收累积量随重金属和生物种类的不同而有差异 ;土壤的污染 ,使农作物和牧草中 Pb、Cd含量超过动物的最大耐受量和中毒的临界值 ;动物研究发现 ,肾脏、骨骼和肝脏是机体内重金属蓄积的主要器官。因此 ,放牧动物可作为环境重金属污染状况的标识 ,对评价重金属环境污染对当地人群的危害也有重要意义  相似文献

在浙江三门尾矿砂堆积地上按定居程度选择4个五节芒(Miscanthus floridulus)定居样地,同时以尾矿砂裸地为对照样地,分别研究了五节芒定居对尾矿砂重金属(铅、锌、铜和镉)形态转化、尾矿砂微生物参数以及二者之间关系的影响。结果表明:五节芒自然定居显著地提高了尾矿砂碳酸盐结合态和硫化物-有机物结合态重金属的含量(P<0.05),降低了尾矿砂阳离子交换态、铁-锰氧化物结合态和残渣态重金属含量(P<0.05);除了微生物呼吸熵显著下降(P<0.05)、生物量碳熵不规则变化以外,其他尾矿砂微生物参数均随着五节芒自然定居而显著提高(P<0.05);典范相关分析表明,尾矿砂微生物参数的总体变化与尾矿砂碳酸盐结合态和硫化物-有机物结合态重金属的含量呈显著正相关(R2=0.9874,0.9939),而与尾矿砂阳离子交换态、铁-锰氧化物结合态和残渣态重金属含量呈显著负相关(R2=0.9972,0.9964,0.9949)。  相似文献

利用微生物方法去除污泥中重金属(生物淋滤法)具有成本低,去除效率高,脱毒后污泥脱水性能好等优点,近年来在国际上备受关注,生物淋滤法采用的主要细菌为氧化亚铁硫杆菌(Thiobacillus ferrooxidans)和氧化硫硫杆菌(Thiobacillus thiooxidans),在其作用下,污泥中以难溶性金属硫化物被氧化成金属硫酸盐而溶出,通过固液分离即可达到去除重金属的目的,污泥的生物淋滤效果受温度、O2和CO2浓度,起始pH、污泥种类与浓度、底物种类与浓度、抑制因子、Fe^3 浓度等的影响,较为详细地介绍了生物淋滤法的作用机理及高效去除污泥中重金属的操作程序,并对其在环境污染治理方面的应用前景作了分析。  相似文献

随着工业化进程不断加快,重金属污染日益加剧,尤其是水体的重金属污染,已严重威胁人类健康,迫切需要进行有效的污染修复。相比传统物理和化学修复,生物修复具有绿色环保和可持续性的特点。因为微生物生长繁殖迅速、生物被膜具有动态可调节和环境适应性好等特点,使其能更好耐受胁迫环境,在环境修复中有重要作用。合成生物学改造微生物及生物被膜用于环境污染生物修复近年兴起,成为未来重要的发展方向。主要概述了重金属污染的微生物修复机理和方法,结合可编程微生物被膜的最新研究成果,重点介绍了合成生物学改造微生物及生物被膜的分类与功能应用,以及在重金属铅、汞和镉等污染修复中的研究进展,讨论了重金属污染生物修复的发展方向。  相似文献

Understanding the natural revegetation of forests disturbed by the dumping of mine wastes is vital for the success of reclamation strategies. The Gunnar gold mine tailings pond in southeast Manitoba has remained largely unvegetated since the mine was closed in 1942, with limited vegetation developed on one side of the pond. We examined the natural Picea mariana/Larix laricina forest that has developed on the pond to determine how the plant community develops and what changes in the tailings are associated with this development. Vegetation sampled along transects showed a consistent pattern of succession from Equisetum palustre to Salix spp., and Populus balsamifera, to Larix laricina and finally to P. mariana. Larix laricina and P. mariana are moving into the site at the rate of 1.5 m per year with L. laricina invading 4 years ahead of P. mariana. Both tree species show a similar pattern of annual growth, showing positive correlations with spring precipitation, a pattern also occurring on L. laricina growing on a nearby site. The establishment of E. palustre was accompanied by initially rapid decreases in compaction and conductivity of the tailings, and an increase in inorganic nitrogen. Surface organic matter depth, coarse organic matter mass, and soil organic carbon increased at a constant rate, whereas subsurface coarse organic matter had an initial rapid increase followed by a gradual increase. As fern allies (and specifically members of the Equisetaceae family) have a number of properties that facilitate succession on mine wastes, their use should be explored further.  相似文献

铜尾矿是一种矿业废弃物,堆积于尾矿库内形成尾矿废弃地,铜尾矿废弃地表面具有沙质疏松、稳定性差、移动性强和易于干旱等特点,类似于沙漠表面。以海藻酸钠和牛粪浸提液为改良材料对铜尾矿进行改良,观察不同改良方式对尾矿表面藻类结皮的形成和生长的影响。结果表明:海藻酸钠和牛粪浸提液都能促进藻类结皮的形成;随着结皮生长时间的增加,结皮厚度和叶绿素含量增加,不同改良方式对结皮中有机质和总氮含量具有显著的影响。  相似文献

Abstract

Geochemical characteristics of As contamination in the Myungbong gold mine area in Korea were investigated, and the mine tailings were found to contain high concentrations of As (2,500–6,420 mg/kg). The mine tailings are an obvious candidate for the source of contamination in the study area. From the sequential, and oxalate, extraction analyses the majority of the As in the tailings was found to be associated with Fe oxides produced when sulfide minerals are oxidised. Mineralogical examinations showed the formation of poorly crystalline Fe oxides on a rim of pyrite, onto which the As was retained. The sediments of two ponds affected by the tailings also contained significant levels of As. High concentrations of dissolved As were also found in pond and stream waters. It has been suggested that the mobility of the As was increased by the reductive dissolution of Fe oxides under reducing conditions in the pond. Agricultural fields, located beneath the tailing dumps, have been contaminated by the continuous use of contaminated stream water and groundwater for irrigation.  相似文献

通过盆栽实验,分析了铜陵铜尾矿对小麦生长发育和生理功能的影响。结果表明,小麦种子能在铜尾矿上萌发,但发芽率和发芽速率均小于正常土壤中播种的小麦,高比例尾矿抑制小麦的株高,尾矿降低叶绿素含量,但对叶绿素a/b无影响,与对照组相比,尾矿组根系表现为变短变粗,须根数减少,尾矿能增加小麦根和茎叶部分生物量,且能明显提高根冠比,在尾矿胁迫下,小麦叶片的细胞膜透性和游离脯氨酸含量随尾矿比例增加而增大,可作为鉴定植物相对抗性的指标。  相似文献

Elevated inorganic phosphate (Pi) concentrations in pore water of amended tailings under direct revegetation may cause toxicity in some native woody species but not native forbs or herb species, all of which are key constituents in target native plant communities for phytostabilizing base metal mine tailings. As a result, Pi sorption capacity has been quantified by a conventional batch procedure in three types of base metal mine tailings sampled from two copper (Cu)-lead (Pb)-zinc (Zn) mines, as the basis for Pi-fertiliser addition. It was found that the Pi-sorption capacity in the tailings and local soil was extremely high, far higher than highly weathered agricultural soils in literature, but similar to those of volcanic ash soils. The Langmuir P-sorption maximum was up to 7.72, 4.12, 4.02 and 3.62 mg P g-1 tailings, in the fresh tailings of mixed Cu-Pb-Zn streams (MIMTD7), the weathered tailings of mixed Cu-Pb-Zn streams (MIMTD5), EHM-TD (fresh Cu-stream, high magnetite content) and local soil (weathered shale and schist), respectively. Physicochemical factors highly correlated with the high Pi-sorption in the tailings were fine particle distribution, oxalate and dithionite-citrate-bicarbonate extractable Fe (FeO and Fed), oxalate-extractable Al and Mn, and the levels of soluble Cd and Zn, and total S and Fe. Large amounts of amorphous Fe oxides and oxyhydroxides may have been formed from the oxidation of pyritic materials and redox cycles of Fe-minerals (such as pyrite (FeS2), ankerite (Ca(Fe Mg)(CO3)2 and siderite (FeCO3), as indicated by the extractable FeO values. The likely formation of sparingly soluble Zn-phosphate in the Pb-Zn tailings containing high levels of Zn (from sphalerite ((Zn,Fe)S, ZnS, (Zn,Cd)S)) may substantially lower soluble Zn levels in the tailings through high rates of Pi-fertiliser addition. As a result, the possibility of P-toxicity in native plant species caused by the addition of soluble phosphate fertilizers would be minimal.  相似文献

Mineralogical and geochemical characteristics of tailings from a gold mine in northeastern Thailand were investigated in relation to acid mine drainage (AMD) and the release potentials of toxic elements. The tailings can be divided into upper tailings and lower tailings. The upper tailings usually contain pyrrhotite, pyrite ± chalcopyrite, calcite, quartz, andradite and diopside. The lower tailings mainly contain goethite, quartz, chlorite, muscovite, calcite and hematite ± pyrrhotite. These assemblages clearly relate to the original types of gold deposit prior to mining and mineral processing. The upper tailings are defined as potential acid forming (PAF), whereas the lower tailings are classified as non-acid forming (NAF). Regarding heavy metals, apart from high Mn level, the other heavy metals appear to have low concentrations in the upper tailings. On the other hand, the lower tailings contain high contents of As, Cu and Pb, which appear to be higher than the National Total Threshold Limit Concentrations. Goethite, the main mineral assemblage in the lower tailings, reveals characteristic of arsenic adsorbent. As a result, the tailing pond is recommended to be covered to prevent the oxidizing processes of the upper tailings; otherwise, AMD generation may take place soon after the mine closure. Land reclamation and monitoring plans must be planned very well and carried out with great care since arsenic contamination has been reported in steam water close to the tailing dam.  相似文献

The bioleaching experiment was conducted for the removal of heavy metals from mine tailings. A fungal strain was isolated from the gold mine tailings and it has been identified as Aspergillus fumigatus based on its 18S rDNA analysis. Bioleaching using A. fumigatus was carried out in bioleaching step processes (one-step and two-step) at various tailings concentrations (1%, 2%, 4%, and 8% [w/v]). In the one-step bioleaching process where fungi were cultivated in the presence of the tailings, concentration of oxalic acid was the highest among the organic acids produced. On the other hand, in the two-step bioleaching process where the metabolic products of fungal growth, which have been separated from its biomass, were used, citric acid was dominant. In the one-step process, the highest As (62%), Fe (58%), Mn (100%), and Zn (54%) removals were observed at the lowest tailings concentration (1%). The removal of Pb at 1% tailings concentration in the one-step process was 56%, whereas 88% removal was achieved in the two-step process where citric acid was dominant. In general, heavy metals removal efficiency decreased with increased tailings of the concentration in both bioleaching processes. This study shows the possibility of using A. fumigatus to bioleach hazardous heavy meals from gold mine tailings.  相似文献

Sediment and tailings samples were collected from sites with a contrasting physicochemical gradient to investigate microbial squalene-hopene cyclase (sqhC) composition and distribution in terrestrial environments. Acidobacteria (66%), Alphaproteobacteria (96%) and Gammaproteobacteria (55%) were found to dominate sqhC communities, respectively, at the acidic Dajiuhu Peatland, the alkaline Heshang Cave and strongly acidic tailings of Tongling copper mine in China. Statistical analysis confirmed that pH was the important factor impacting the geographical distribution of sqhC at phylum level. sqhC gene abundance is comparable at the three sites. However, the total amount of hopanoids in per gram total organic matter content (TOC) is 1.75 times higher in the acidic peatland than that in the alkaline Cave and it is below the detecting limit in tailings of Tongling copper mine, inferring the potential impact of pH in regulating the hopanoid production.  相似文献
