A review of the Banchus-group of ichneumon-flies, with a revision of the Australian genus Philogalleria (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae)

ABSTRACT. The composition and relationships of the Banchus genus-group are discussed. A key to the genera is provided and for each genus a diagnosis and notes are given. A new genus and species are described. The genus Philogalleria Cameron is revised: six species (five of them new) are recognized, described and keyed. Rhynchobanchus is newly recorded from Britain and a key is given to its European species.     

Cretaceous and Paleogene Bourgueticrinina (Echinodermata,Crinoidea) of the USSR

The theca and the columnals of twenty-two lateCretaceous species of the genus Bourgueticrinus (including two new species), of one species of the genus Democrinus, of four species of the genus Conocrinus (including one new species) and of one species of the genus Paleobathycrinus known from USSR are figured and shortly described. Biometric reconstructions of stems for B. aequalis, B. bellus, B. danicus, B. fischeri and C. tauricus nov. sp. are given. A new index is used to suggest the relative flexibility of stem. Decrease in dimension and flexibility of the arms in several species take place simultaneously with an increase of stem flexibility. This fact seems to be closely related to environmental changes.     

New Discoveries of the Genus Hippophae L. (Elaeagnaceae)

This paper represents new discoveries of the genus Hippophae L, including two new sections: i. e. Sect. I. Hippophae and Sect. II. Gyantsenses Lian, a new rank species H. gyantsensis (Rousi) Lian, as well as a new record of H. rhamnoides L. subsp. turkestanica Rousi in Gansu. Besides, a key to the sections and species is provided and an account of the new classification scheme on the genus is given.     

A synopsis of the genus Mysidopsis (Mysidacea, Crustacea) with a key for the identification of its known species and descriptions of two new species from South African waters

A list of the species now included in the genus is given with notes of their geographical distribution and (where possible) details of their ecology and a key for their identification. An amended diagnosis of the genus is given to include two new species, hitherto unnamed and known only from damaged and inadequate material, which are now named and fully described and figured.     

Review of the genus perama (Rubiaceae)

The nomenclatural and taxonomic history of the genusPerama Aubl. (Rubiaceae) is discussed. The major trends of evolution within the genus are characterized, and the sections of the genus are delimited. A new section,Diperama Kirkb. & Steyerm., is described. The distribution of the genus is updated, and centers of species concentration are indicated. A complete synonymy is given for the genus, and the type species cited. An artificial key to the species is given ; a new combination,P. parviflora (Standl.) Kirkb. & Steyerm., is mads; and three new species are described,P. harleyi Kirkb. & Steyerm.,P. irwiniana Kirkb. & Steyerm., andP. sparsiflora Standl. ex Steyerm. & Kirkb.     

Revision and checklist of the species (other than lecudina) of the aseptate gregarine family Lecudinidae.

A checklist is given of the 89 named species of the gregarine family Lecudininae, exclusive of the 42 named species of the genus Lecudina (phylum Apicomplexa, class Sporozoea, subclass Gregarinia, order Eugregarinida, suborder Aseptatina). The list includes also the synonyms, host names, locations in hosts, known geographic distributions of the species, as well as key references. Another list is given of synonyms, lapsi calami, nomina nuda, etc., associated with the genera. A new genus, Paraophioidina g.n., with type species, Paraophioidina haeckeli (Mingazzini, 1891) and a new species, Lankesteria ormieresi sp. n., are described. There are also new combinations in the genera Bhatiella, Ancora, Monocystella, Ascocystis, and Paraophioidina.     

A generic revision of the Dorvilleidae (Polychaeta), with six new species from the deep North Pacific

The Dorvilleidae are divided into eight genera: Dorvillea, Schistomeringos (new name), Protodorvillea, Meiodorvillea (new genus), Exallopus (new genus), Ophryotrocha, Parophryotrocha , and Apophryotrocha (new genus). Periodic maxillary replacement is found to occur in a manner which makes many often cited maxillary characters taxonomically unreliable. Therefore, the pharyngeal characters of all the type-species are redescribed or newly described. The discovery of new forms and the present interpretation of hard jaw parts permit construction of a phylogenetic scheme with Dorvillea as the most primitive genus containing living species. Suggestions are given for the advantageous use of the phenomenon of maxillary replacement in autecoiogical investigation.
Evidence is presented against the cosmopolitan distribution of Schistomeringos rudolphi , a species often noted in nearshore pollution studies. Newly described species are Dorvillea batia, Schistomeringos mediofurca, Meiodorvillea apalpata, Exallopus cropion, Ophryotrocha profunda , and Apophryotrocha mutabiliseta , all from the deep North Pacific. A key to the genera is provided, as are listings of all the known species within each genus.     

中国波翅青尺蛾属分类研究(鳞翅目:尺蛾科:尺蛾亚科)

波翅青尺蛾属Thalera世界共记录6种和5亚种。中国已知3种和3亚种,本文记述5种和3亚种,其中包括采自四川巴塘1新种淡波翅青尺蛾Thalera simpliria sp.nov.和1新纪录种。文中给出了中国波翅青尺蛾属分种检索表和新种的成虫及外生殖器图。淡波翅青尺蛾,新种Thalera simpliria sp.nov.(图2,3,6,7）新种与Th.lacerataria Graeser,1889相似,但有以下不同：新种前翅外缘在M1与M3之间的缺刻极浅;前后翅外线较圆滑：♂外生殖器抱器瓣基部的三角形骨化片细尖,囊形突较细,钩形突较短粗;♀外生殖器后阴片有一方形弱骨化区域。     

海南果实蝇属分类研究及二新种记述(双翅目,实蝇科,寡鬃实蝇亚科)

以2000～2004年间海南省实蝇监测和野外采集的标本为材料,对海南果实蝇属Bactrocera Macquart进行了分类研究.除记述下列2新种:二条果实蝇B.(Bactrocera)bivittata Lin et Wang,sp.nov,黄盾短条果实蝇Bactrocera (B.)flavoscutellata Lin et Wang,sp.nov.并附特征图外,还提供海南果实蝇属分种检索表.新种模式标本保存于海南出入境检验检疫局,海口.     

管茎叶蝉属分类并记一新种(半翅目,缘脊叶蝉亚科,脊翅叶蝉族)

记述中国脊翅叶蝉管茎叶蝉属1新种Fistulatus rectilineus Shang＆Zhang,sp.nov.并给出本属所有种的检索表,新种模式标本分别保存在中国农业大学和南开大学.新种与Fistulatusluteolus Cen＆Cai,2002的区别为：1）尾节侧瓣具1个突起而不是2个;2）阳茎干不背向弯曲;3）阳茎干背缘两侧各具一凸缘,近端部有一窄三角形凸缘.     

Two new termites (Isoptera) from the United Republic of Cameroon

Abstract Two new termites (Isoptera) from the Apicotermes branch of the Apicotermitinae (Termitidae) are described. One, Phoxotermes cerberus , is the type-species of a new genus and the other is a species of Machadotermes Weidner, namely M.rigidus . The affinities and habits of the two species are discussed and a key to the three known species of Machadotermes given.     

A taxonomic revision of the genus Tordylium L. (Apiaceae)

The four related genera: Ainsworthia Boiss., Tordylium L., Synelcosciadium Boiss. and Mandenovia Alava are revised. Data are presented from detailed gross morphology, mericarp surface features and anatomy, and palynology.
The results show: (1) Ainsmorthia and Synelcosciadium are congeneric with the genus Tordylium, and that Mandenovia is a good monotypic genus; (2) Tordylium persicum is synonymous with 7. cappadocicum and 7. aegaeum with 7. pestalozzae; (3) the genus Tordylium is best divided into subgenus Tordylium (including Synelcosciadium) and subgenus Ainsworthia (Boiss.) Drude. The latter is divided into section Condylocarpus (Hoffm.) DC, section Hasselquistia (L.) Boiss. and section Univittata Drude.
A new species of Tordylium is described, and two new combinations made. A taxonomic treatment of the genus 'Tordylium', together with a key to the species, is given.     

中国毛罗甲螨属及一新种记述(蜱螨亚纲,甲螨目,罗甲螨科)

毛罗甲螨属Vepracarus在中国已经记录有3种:库毛罗甲螨V.cruzae Corpuz-Raros,密毛罗甲螨V.hirsutus Aoki,点毛罗甲螨V.punctatus Hu et Wang。本文记述采自江西井冈山1新种:井冈山毛罗甲螨V.jinggangshanensis sp.nov.。记述了3个已知种分布及采集纪录;详细描述了新种的形态特征并绘制了整体特征图,比较了新种与其近似种点毛罗甲螨V.punctatus Hu et Wang的区别特征,提供了该属中国已知种检索表。研究标本保存于贵州大学昆虫研究所。井冈山毛罗甲螨,新种V.jinggangshanensis sp.nov.(图1～2)浅褐色,体表具有不规则刻点,筒形,体长437μm,体宽236μm。新种与点毛罗甲螨V.punctatus Hu et Wang相似,其主要区别特征如下:后背板从c系列毛后开始着生增生毛;感器后外毛较吻毛、梁毛、梁间毛及感器前外毛长;吻毛、梁毛、梁间毛及感器前外毛等长;基节板毛式为8-7-3-4。正模,江西井冈山,2008-08-22,谢丽霞采。副模2头,采集信息同正模。词源:新种以采集地点井冈山命名。     

世界圆织蛾属研究（鳞翅目： 织蛾科）

在检查所有模式标本的基础上系统研究了世界圆织蛾属Eonympha Meyrick共6种,其中记述2个新种： 梵净圆织蛾Eonympha fanjingshana sp. Nov. 和突圆织蛾Eonympha basiprojecta sp. Nov.; 报道了1新组合 Eonympha hesperanthes (Meyrick);提供了新种和新组合种的成虫和外生殖器特征图;给出了该属世界已知种的分种检索表。新种的模式标本保存在南开大学生物系。     

中国地衣新记录属─小腊肠衣属(英文)

在进行《中国地衣志》的编写中,作者从采自我国新疆阿尔泰山哈纳斯湖附近的地衣标本中发现了北极小腊肠衣［Ｂｒｏｄｏａｏｒｏａｒｃｔｉｃａ（Ｋｒｏｇ）Ｇｏｗａｒｄ］（茶渍目,子囊菌门）。小腊肠衣属（ＢｒｏｄｏａＧｏｗａｒｄ）是中国新记录属,因而,也是中国地衣区系中已知的第２３４个属。本文对于该属、种在形态学、结构学、化学及地理分布等方面进行了描述与讨论。对于它和邻近属的区别也做了简要的对比。     

A revision of the genus Paradoxostoma Fischer (Crustacea; Ostracoda) in British waters

Species of the genus Paradoxostoma Fischer are an important component of marine and estuarine ostracod faunas throughout the world. This revision of the genus in British waters deals with 17 species of which six are described as new. Each species is diagnosed and illustrated in detail, and comments are made on their ecology and distribution. The specialized mouthparts which characterize the genus are illustrated by means of the scanning electron microscope for the first time. A key to the genus is given.     

中国玉蕈甲属一新种一新纪录种(鞘翅目,大蕈甲科)

记述中国玉蕈甲属Amblyopus 1新种,宽胫玉蕈甲A.planitibialis sp.nov.和1新纪录种,纵带玉蕈甲A.vittatus(Olivier,1807).新种与A.csikii Ch(u)j(o),1964在外形上相似,其区别于后者的主要特征是:体背面极度隆起;鞘翅基斑从外缘伸达第3刻点行;胫节宽三角形.提供了我国已知种目录及其检索表.模式标本保存于河北大学博物馆.     

Genus Autosticha Meyrick (Lepidoptera: Autostichidae) from Taiwan,China

Fourteen species of the genus Autosticha Meyrick,1886 are recorded from Taiwan,China.The genus Cynicocrates Meyrick,1935 is proposed as a new synonym of Autosticha,and its type species A.tachytoma (Meyrick,1935) comb.nov.is transferred to Autosticha.Autosticha cordiformis sp.nov.is described as new,and A.tachytoma is redescribed with male for the first time.A checklist of all the described species in Taiwan is given.Photographs of the new species and the newly combined species are provided.
