大气CO2浓度升高影响植物光合作用过程和生物量积累,改变植物地上和地下生物量的动态分配.土壤有机质的形成和周转依赖于植物组分的输入,因此,CO2浓度升高所造成的植物生理和代谢的变化对土壤碳库收支平衡具有重要影响.采用稳定碳同位素(13C)技术研究土壤-植物系统的碳循环可阐明大气CO2浓度升高条件下光合碳在植物各器官的分配特征和时间动态,明确光合碳在土壤中的积累、分解与迁移转化过程以及对土壤有机碳库周转的影响.本文综述了基于13C自然丰度法或13C示踪技术研究大气CO2浓度升高对土壤-植物系统碳循环的影响,主要包括:1)对植物光合作用的同位素分馏的影响;2)对植物光合碳(新碳)分配动态的影响;3)对土壤有机碳新老碳库动态以及微生物转化过程的影响.明确上述过程及其调控机制可为预测CO2浓度升高对陆地生态系统碳循环及源汇效应的长期影响奠定基础.  相似文献

以桂林丫吉村岩溶试验场为例,研究了湿润亚热带峰丛洼地表层岩溶带生物量碳库、凋落物碳库、土壤有机碳库(SOM)及其活泼性、有机碳分解速率、土壤中CO2浓度和土壤呼吸CO2排放,表明岩溶系统中丰富的碳库提供了系统中CO2的来源,并用δ^13C证实春夏岩溶活跃季节中岩溶输出C约60%来自土壤CO2。由此认为,驱动岩溶作用的CO2并非直接来自大气CO2,而是大气-植物-土壤-水碳素转移的结果,因而揭示了土  相似文献

大气CO2浓度升高和氮(N)添加对土壤碳库的影响是当前国际生态学界关注的一个热点。为阐述土壤不同形态有机碳的抗干扰能力, 运用大型开顶箱, 研究了4种处理((1)高CO2浓度(700 µmol·mol-1)和高氮添加(100 kg N·hm-2·a-1) (CN); (2)高CO2浓度和背景氮添加(CC); (3)高氮添加和背景CO2浓度(NN); (4)背景CO2和背景氮添加(CK))对南亚热带模拟森林生态系统土壤有机碳库稳定性的影响。近5年的试验研究表明: (1) CN处理能明显地促进各土层中土壤总有机碳含量的增加, 其中, 下层土壤(5-60 cm土层)中的响应达到统计学水平。(2)活性有机碳库各组分对处理的响应有所差异: 不同土层中微生物生物量碳(MBC)的含量对各处理的响应趋势基本一致, 各土层中的MBC含量均为CN > CC > NN > CK, 其中0-5 cm、5-10 cm、10-20 cm 3个土层的处理间差异都达到了显著水平; 10-20 cm与20-40 cm两个土层中的易氧化有机碳处理间有显著差异; 而对于各土层中水溶性有机碳, 处理间差异均不明显。(3)各团聚体组分中的有机碳含量的响应也有所差异: 20-40 cm与40-60 cm土层中250-2000 μm组分的有机碳含量存在处理间差异; 40-60 cm土层中53-250 μm组分的有机碳对各处理响应敏感, CC处理和NN处理都有利于该组分碳的深层积累, 尤其CN处理下的效果最为明显; 在各处理10-20 cm、20-40 cm及40-60 cm土壤中, < 53 μm组分中的碳含量间差异显著。大气CO2浓度上升和N添加促进了森林生态系统中土壤有机碳的增加, 尤其有利于深层土壤中微团聚体与粉粒、黏粒团聚体等较稳定组分中有机碳的积累, 增加了土壤有机碳库的稳定性。  相似文献

植物凋落物碳输入显著影响陆地生态系统土壤CO2排放和有机碳(SOC)形成,然而,针对不同质地土壤添加不同化学结构外源碳去向依然不清楚。本研究将13C标记的葡萄糖、淀粉和纤维素添加至红壤和风沙土,比较2种质地土壤添加不同化学结构外源碳在土壤释放的CO2、SOC、可溶性有机碳(DOC)和微生物生物量碳(MBC)库的净累积量、回收率及贡献比例上的差异。结果表明: 添加外源有机碳显著提高了CO2、SOC、DOC和MBC的δ13C值,且随着外源有机碳化学结构复杂性的增加,CO2的δ13C峰值依次延迟出现;外源有机碳种类、土壤类型和培养时间均显著改变外源碳去向及其在各碳库的贡献比例;在风沙土中,外源有机碳更多被矿化为CO2,且CO2库的外源碳净累积量和回收率大小依次为葡萄糖>淀粉>纤维素;红壤添加外源碳转变为SOC的累积量和回收率显著高于风沙土,且红壤SOC库的外源碳净累积量和回收率大小顺序也为葡萄糖>淀粉>纤维素。可见,外源有机碳化学结构和土壤质地共同调控外源碳去向及累积贡献。  相似文献

生物结皮是土壤表面具有光合活性的致密复合层,是土 气界面CO2通量的影响因子之一.本文采用改进的Li-8100土壤碳通量测量系统,研究了黄土丘陵区退耕地上不同演替阶段生物结皮对土壤CO2通量的影响.结果表明: 光照条件下,生物结皮土壤CO2通量较除去生物结皮显著下降,其中藻结皮和藓结皮分别下降了92%和305%;生物结皮对土壤CO2通量的降低程度与其生物组成和生物量有关,深色藻结皮和藓结皮土壤CO2通量较裸地分别降低了141%和484%.生物结皮土壤CO2通量的日变化呈降低-升高-降低的趋势,而裸地CO2通量日变化趋势为单峰曲线,藻结皮、藓结皮的碳吸收峰值分别出现在8:00和9:00前后,其CO2通量分别为0.13和-1.02 μmol CO2·m-2·s-1;藻结皮24 h CO2通量排放总量较裸地增加7.7%,而藓结皮减少了29.6%.生物结皮对土壤CO2通量的影响显著,在评价退耕地土壤碳循环时,应考虑生物结皮的影响.  相似文献

设置光强分别为全光照的100%(不遮荫)、75%、50%和25%的4种光照处理,比较了不同光强下1年生黄檗幼苗主要药用成分小檗碱、药根碱和掌叶防己碱含量的变化.结果表明,全光照有利于小檗碱、药根碱和掌叶防己碱在茎外皮和根中的合成和积累,总体上随光强减弱,3种生物碱含量降低.相对光强为75%时黄檗幼苗生物量最大,而75%相对光强下黄檗幼苗3种生物碱的单株产量(生物碱含量与生物量之积)最高.  相似文献

Amur corktree (Phellodendron amurense) is one of the important associated species in broadleaved-Korean pine forests, and in the pharmaceutical resource plants of famous Chinese traditional medicine, named cortex phellodendri. Berberine, jatrorrhizine and palmatine are the main alkaloids to which high attention is paid by the researchers. In the present study, water stress treatments with four conditions, that is, mild drought, severe drought, waterlogging, and control (soil water potentials were controlled in the ranges of-40—-20 KPa,-80—-60 KPa, <-80 KPa and-20—0 KPa), were performed using the technique of root-sphere osmotic irrigation in a soil pond. The changes in the main medicinal compositions of berberine, jatrorrhizine and palmatine contents under different water conditions were discussed. As for the annual growing of amur corktree seedlings, mild drought was generally beneficial to the synthesis and accumulation of the three above-mentioned alkaloid contents. The three alkaloid contents did not show great changes under severe drought whereas those contents had significantly reduced under waterlogging compared with controls. Meanwhile, the growth of amur corktree seedlings was inhibited by the treatments of drought and waterlogging. The height, diameter and biomass of amur corktree seedlings were significantly lower than those of the control seedlings, which meant that the three alkaloid contents in a single seedling still kept the highest in control seedlings. Stem cortex was the medical part in Chinese traditional medicine and also kept the most abundant of the three alkaloid contents in amur corktree. Results indicated that short periods of mild drought could improve the berberine contents in the stem cortex, which might have reference value for the cultivation of amur corktree seedlings to obtain alkaloids.  相似文献

We carried out a seed germination experiment using two thrush species in captivity. We compared the number of germinated seeds and germination time of control seeds (manually removed from fruits) and ingested seeds of Miconia prasina by two bird species, Turdus albicollis and T. amaurochalinus, and also compared retention times of seeds by both thrush species. Control seeds germinated more frequently than those ingested for one species, T. albicollis. The germination time of ingested seeds by T. amaurochalinus was similar to the control seeds but seeds ingested by T. albicollis took longer to germinate than the controls. Both thrush species had a similar seed defecation pattern. The cumulative number of defecated seeds increased by 2 hours after fruit ingestion. At the end of the first 30 minutes both species had already defecated approximately 50% of the seeds ingested Our results suggest that both species could act as disperser agents of M. prasina.  相似文献

采用典型抽样法和生态群落学调查法对黑龙江凉水国家级自然保护区紫椴(Tilia amurensis)红松(Pinus koraiensis)林、蒙古栎(Quercus mongolica)红松林及白桦(Betula platyphylla)次生林的植物群落结构特征和物种多样性进行了研究。结果表明,紫椴红松林有维管束植物31种,隶属21科,25属;蒙古栎红松林有维管束植物32种,隶属25科,28属;白桦次生林有维管束植物31种,隶属20科,28属。白桦次生林乔木层和草本层的物种丰富度S指数显著高于2种阔叶红松林,而其灌木层的物种丰富度S指数最低;3种林型乔木层的Simpson物种多样性指数无显著差异,紫椴红松林的灌木层Simpson指数显著高于其他2种林型,3种林型草本层之间的Simpson指数差异显著;紫椴红松林乔木层的Shannon-Wiener物种多样性指数显著低于其他2种林型,白桦次生林灌木层的Shannon-Wiener指数显著低于2种阔叶红松林,蒙古栎红松林草本层的Shannon-Wiener指数最高;此外,蒙古栎红松林乔木层的Pielou均匀度指数显著高于其他林型,而3种林型灌木层的Pielou指数无显著差异,紫椴红松林草本层的Pielou指数最低。  相似文献

小兴安岭是东北虎的历史分布区之一,近年来东北虎数次重返小兴安岭,预示了小兴安岭东北虎种群恢复的可能性。为了探明小兴安岭作为东北虎栖息地的适宜程度,本文以我国小兴安岭及俄罗斯联邦阿穆尔州、犹太自治州为整体研究区域,利用该区域内东北虎出现点数据,采用Maxent模型,以植被、气候、地形、积雪4类环境数据为基础,分析自然环境条件下小兴安岭东北虎潜在生境的适宜性及空间分布。结果显示:小兴安岭东北虎潜在适宜生境面积为0.96×104~1.03 ×104 km2,主要位于小兴安岭北部和东部,中部、西部和东南部有少量分散适宜生境;次适宜生境面积为2.46×104~1.76 ×104 km2,主要位于适宜生境周边区域;叶灌层差异、蒸散量、归一化植被指数、叶面积指数等植被相关因素及降水季节性、最冷季降水量等气候因素是影响东北虎栖息地适宜程度的主要环境特征变量。小兴安岭仍具备东北虎种群生存的自然条件。  相似文献

Abstract.  I studied the distribution and density of three thrush populations, blackbird Turdus merula , song thrush T. philomelos and mistle thrush T. viscivorus , in an urban and contiguous rural area, totalling 2636 ha, in eastern England. Populations of these species are declining and I found 826, 85 and 30 territories of blackbird, song thrush and mistle thrush, respectively. Significantly more territories of all species than expected were within the urban boundary. Significantly more territories than expected were found of all three species in the built environment (residential housing, factories, schools, etc. with their associated gardens and green-space), urban and rural areas combined. Farmland occupied 67% of the study area but held significantly fewer blackbird and mistle thrush territories than expected, associated mainly with the small amount of grass; song thrushes were not recorded on farmland. Rural woodland and scrub held more blackbird and song thrush territories than expected. Song thrush was significantly associated with scrub within the urban boundary. With all three species largely absent from farmland, residential habitats can be considered as habitat refuges. The consequences of this for conservation and planning are discussed.  相似文献

Amur honeysuckle (Lonicera maackii) is an exotic invasive shrub that is rapidly expanding into forests of eastern North America. This species forms a dense forest understory, alters tree regeneration, negatively affects herb-layer biodiversity, and alters ecosystem function. In a second-growth forest in central Kentucky, we examined the timing and production of leaf litter and compared litter chemistry, decay rates, and microbial community colonization of Amur honeysuckle to that of two native trees, white ash (Fraxinus americana) and hickory (Carya spp.). The distribution of Amur honeysuckle was clumped, allowing us to compare differences in decomposition under and away from Amur honeysuckle shrubs. Amur honeysuckle leaf litter had significantly higher nitrogen, lower C:N, and lower lignin than the other species, and decomposition rates were greater than 5×?faster. Despite the much higher rate of Amur honeysuckle decomposition compared with the native species (p?<?0.0001), decomposition of all species was significantly slower (p?=?0.0489) in sites located under Amur honeysuckle shrubs. Nitrogen concentration increased through time in decomposing Amur honeysuckle litter; however, total mass of N rapidly declined. We found the initial microbial community on leaf litter of Amur honeysuckle was distinct from two native species and although all microbial communities changed through time, the microbial community of Amur honeysuckle remained distinct from native communities. In summary, a distinct microbial community that may originate on Amur honeysuckle leaves prior to senescence could explain the rapid decay rates.  相似文献

The evolution of fleshy fruit size, in particular in bird-dispersed plants, is believed to be influenced by the size of seed-dispersing vertebrates through gape limitation. Also, it has been demonstrated that seed size correlates positively with fruit size, especially in single- or few-seeded fruits. However, there is little evidence of current selection pressure by disperser birds on fruit and seed size within populations of a particular plant species. In the present study, this aspect was investigated in guelder rose Viburnum opulus (Caprifoliaceae) fruit consumption by birds in an area in NW Spain. Guelder rose fruits are sub-globose drupes that can exceed 11 mm in width, with a single hard seed of up to 8.5 mm in width. Most of the seeds were dispersed by the robin Erithacus rubecula (gape width < 8 mm) and a small thrush, the song thrush Turdus philomelos (gape width < 11 mm), which swallowed the fruits whole, and some were destroyed by the bullfinch Pyrrhula pyrrhula. Most of the seeds were regurgitated rather than defecated by disperser birds, probably because seed size limited gut processing. The mean size of the ingested seeds was smaller than the mean diameter of Turdus droppings, which in turn was smaller than the mean size of the seeds of the fruits available on the plants. As winter progressed, only larger fruits and seeds remained on the plants (seed and fruit size were positively correlated), and the size of ingested seeds increased. Thus, the largest fruits were consumed less by seed-dispersing birds and were exposed to seed-predators (bullfinches and climbing rodents) for longer. Selection pressure on smaller guelder rose seeds must therefore be effective in the dispersal stage in the study area.  相似文献

为对哲罗鲑(Hucho)的引种放流和土著物种的保护提供科学依据, 研究采集了数尾来源于天然水域的哲罗鲑(Hucho BHB和Hucho BEJ), 与引进的哲罗鲑(Hucho HLJ)一起进行了形态特点观察描述, 同时对COⅠ基因扩增测序并从GenBank下载哲罗鲑属COⅠ基因构建系统发育树、计算遗传距离进行分子生物学比较研究。结果显示, Hucho BEJ和Hucho HLJ形态特点相一致, Hucho BHB与其他两种来源的哲罗鲑在体色、斑点大小等均有差异。基于COⅠ基因的系统发育树显示几种不同来源的哲罗鲑均与太门哲罗鲑(H. taimen)聚为一个大的分枝, 但在这个分枝下, Hucho BEJ和Hucho HLJ与俄罗斯阿穆尔河(中国称黑龙江)的哲罗鲑聚为一枝, 而Hucho BHB单独形成一支。基于COⅠ基因的遗传矩阵显示, Hucho BEJ和Hucho HLJ与俄罗斯阿穆尔河的哲罗鲑遗传距离较近(0—0.0044), 而Hucho BHB与Hucho BEJ、Hucho HLJ及俄罗斯阿穆尔河的哲罗鲑遗传距离较远(0.0057—0.0082)。这说明Hucho BHB在形态和基因序列上与Hucho HLJ及俄罗斯阿穆尔河的哲罗鲑具有较大差异, 可能是不同的生态地理类型, Hucho BEJ和Hucho HLJ在形态和基因序列上基本一致, 我们推测Hucho BEJ是放流或养殖场逃逸的哲罗鲑。  相似文献

The failure of seeds to arrive at all suitable sites (seed limitation) greatly affects plant distribution and abundance. In contrast to tropical forests, the degree of seed limitation in Neotropical savannas is unclear because empirical studies at the community level are scarce. We estimated seed limitation of 23 woody species from annual seed rain measurements along a tree density gradient in the savannas of Central Brazil. These savannas differ in tree density and canopy cover, from closed to open savannas, and are located along shallow topographic gradients. We also studied post-dispersal seed predation and removal of 17 representative woody species, and seed viability loss over time of 12 common woody species under dry-storage conditions. Annual seed rain was lower in open (410 seeds/m2) than in closed savannas (773 seeds/m2). Average seed limitation across woody species was higher than 80% along the tree density gradient. More than 60% of seeds of the studied woody species were predated or removed within 30–45 days in all savannah types. Seeds of most common woody species (66%) lost their viability in less than 12 months of dry storage. This study shows that Neotropical savannah woody plants are strongly seed-limited because of low and poor distribution of seeds among sites, post-dispersal seed removal, and short seed longevity. The high seed limitation of tree species in Neotropical savannas, particularly in open savannas, also may contribute to maintain their relatively low tree densities and help to explain the spatial variation of tree abundance along topographic gradients.  相似文献
