基于耳石形态的鱚属鱼类鉴别   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
利用9个耳石形状指标对我国鱚属鱼类少鳞鱚、多鳞鱚及斑鱚共78个个体的矢耳石形态进行了多元统计分析,同时对3个群体的74个少鳞鱚矢耳石形态进行了判别分析。单因子方差分析结果显示,少鳞鱚与多鳞鱚矢耳石的9个形状指标均存在显著差异(P<0.05);反映耳石长、短轴差异程度的第1主成分与反映耳石三维特征的第2主成分解释了85.943%的形态差异;9个指标在种间判别分析中的综合判别正确率为93.6%,种内判别分析中的综合判别正确率为93.2%。研究表明形状指标法可以作为中国鱚属鱼类鉴别的有效手段。  相似文献

基于矢耳石形态特征的中国鲚属鱼类种类识别   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
分析了中国鲚属鱼类七丝鲚、凤鲚、刀鲚和短颌鲚共4种205尾2龄鱼矢耳石的32个形态特征。对9个可量性状的主成分分析表明,反映矢耳石体积和基叶大小的第1主成分,以及与反映翼叶大小的第2主成分共同解释了总变异的91.2%,是种类判别的主要依据。对10个比例性状的逐步判别显示,4个种的平均正判率达95.6%,但交互验证结果却显示,刀鲚与短颌鲚间存在着20.1%的误判率,表现出与传统的依据外部形态分类和线粒体DNA控制区全序列分析的相似结果。这表明,短颌鲚并非有效种,而是刀鲚的淡水生态型种群,也预示着耳石形态分析在近缘种判别方面的良好应用前景。  相似文献

为了了解伊犁河鱼类群落结构和多样性特征, 于2012—2014年连续3年对我国境内新疆伊犁河上、中和下游不同河段进行鱼类资源调查。获得27种鱼类样本, 隶属于6目9科23属。伊犁河中、上游河段主要以斯氏高原鳅、新疆裸重唇鱼、新疆高原鳅和伊犁裂腹鱼等土著鱼类为优势种, 下游河段的优势种主要有鲤、草鱼和鲫等外来种。伊犁河中、上游河段鱼类种类稀少, 大中型鱼类资源稀少, 鱼类群落多样性低。梯级水电站的开发、过度捕捞以及外来种入侵对伊犁河鱼类鱼类群落造成了很大的影响。  相似文献

鳞头犬牙南极鱼为南极最为重要的底层鱼类,具有重要的生态作用和极高的商业价值,鱼类耳石形态随着生活史过程的推移有所差异,故耳石形态分析可用于推断鳞头犬牙南极鱼的生活史过程。本研究利用采集自南极罗斯海、阿蒙森海、威德尔海及拉扎列夫海120尾分属4个生活史阶段的鳞头犬牙南极鱼耳石,结合传统测量分析与椭圆傅里叶分析两种形态学研究方法,对其各生活史阶段耳石形态的差异进行研究。结果表明: 鳞头犬牙南极鱼各生活史阶段耳石形态存在差异,随着生活史过程的推移,耳石的变化趋势为整体上由轮廓平滑、复杂度较低向轮廓曲折、高度复杂化转变,且纵轴方向增长速度低于横轴方向,翼叶等特征部位变化显著。针对耳石形态的线性判别分析结果显示,椭圆傅里叶分析判别值较高,为85.4%,而传统测量分析判别值较低,为71.9%,表明相较于传统测量分析,椭圆傅里叶分析更具优势。  相似文献

研究于2018—2021年在西沙群岛海域采集鹦嘴鱼样本,通过传统形态测量法选取的19个耳石形态指标和椭圆傅里叶分析法选取的77个椭圆傅里叶系数对其进行鉴别分析,探究耳石形态在鹦嘴鱼科物种鉴别中的可行性。结果表明,仅使用耳石形态指标鉴别鹦嘴鱼时综合判别率为56.8%,低于仅使用椭圆傅里叶系数的63.1%和两种参数结合的75.7%;而结合两种参数对其4个属的综合判别率为88.6%,其中绚鹦嘴鱼属的判别率达到100%; 15种鹦嘴鱼的耳石形态聚类结果与已有研究的进化树结果基本一致,特别是属层面的聚类,呈现高度一致,证实了耳石形态具有遗传的属性,也说明了耳石形态学用于鱼类物种鉴定的可行性。研究结果将为西沙群岛鹦嘴鱼的基础研究提供科学资料,为鹦嘴鱼资源的保护与开发提供理论依据。  相似文献

拉萨河流域外来鱼类的分布、群落结构及其与环境的关系   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为揭示当前拉萨河流域外来鱼类的现状及其主要影响因素,于2010、2012及2014年对该流域的鱼类群落结构及水体环境进行了调查。共捕获4目6科17属25种鱼类,包括13种外来鱼类和12种土著鱼类。在42个采样点中的19个发现了外来鱼类,包括12处的湿地、6处的河流及1处水库采样点。外来鱼类基本都分布在下游,除了鲫(Carassius auratus)分布到了上游,鲤(Cyprinus carpio)、鳙(Aristichthys nobilis)和泥鳅(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus)分布到了中游。分布最广、数量最多的土著鱼类是拉萨裸裂尻鱼(Schizopygopsis younghusbandi younghusbandi)、东方高原鳅(Triplophysa orientalis)和西藏高原鳅(Triplophysa tibetana),最常见的外来鱼类为泥鳅、鲫和麦穗鱼(Pseudorasbora parva)。典范对应分析表明,该流域的鱼类群落同时受局域和区域环境因素的作用,二者对鱼类群落变异的总解释量为33.9%。海拔、圆石的比例和沙的比例与鱼类群落结构的关系最为紧密。今后应当开展外来鱼类的监控和清除工作,减少人为活动对河流生态系统的干扰,以促进该地区外来鱼类的防控工作及土著鱼类的保护。  相似文献

次南极电灯鱼矢耳石形态特征具有多样性.为了深入研究其形态特征,利用南设得兰群岛外侧水域采集的456尾次南极电灯鱼(体长范围6.0~8.8 cm)样本,对其矢耳石形态进行分析和判别.根据形态特征将次南极电灯鱼耳石分为4种类型,并采用椭圆傅里叶分析法选取表征耳石类型的77个傅里叶特征系数进行了分析.结果表明: 对4种耳石类型两两比较后发现,具有显著性差异的傅里叶特征系数最多及最少分别占总体的61%和28.6%;对77个傅里叶系数进行主成分分析,前22个主成分解释了总变异的76.6%;选取了17个傅里叶特征系数进行判别分析,建立判别函数,总体判别率为87.2%;根据椭圆傅里叶分析重建的耳石轮廓反映了4种耳石类型间的差异.4种耳石类型在不同体长及体质量的次南极电灯鱼中皆有出现,表明耳石类型具有随机性,且左右耳石类型不一致,表明其左右耳石外形具有差异性.4种耳石类型中,Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型占总体的72.6%,为次南极电灯鱼耳石的主要形态;Ⅲ型和Ⅳ型占总体的27.4%,为次要形态.  相似文献

本文应用分支系统学原理对鳅(鱼它)鱼类的鳔囊、鳔及相关结构进行了特征分圻,并以(鱼句)亚科作为外类群。解剖结果表明,鳅(鱼它)鱼类的鳔分四种类型;分析结果进一步证实鳅(鱼它)鱼类是一个单源群,作为一亚科可分为异鳔鳅(鱼它)属和鳅(鱼它)属,后者又分为原鳅(鱼它)和鳅(鱼它)二个亚属。  相似文献

中国西北河西阿拉善内流区,主要含石羊河、弱水、疏勒河三个分离的内陆水系,为一独立的水文单元,面积逾50万平方公里,天然分布了鲤科2属2种、鳅科条鳅亚科2属10种。组成鱼类区系的这12个土著种中,有7种/亚种为本区特有。10种无鳞条鳅和河西花斑裸鲤表征了本区和中亚山地及青藏高原的共同鱼类区系特征:区系组成简单,裂腹鱼类和无鳞条鳅类占优势,很少凶猛种类,适应高寒水体严酷环境的种类特化,和局限分布的类群分化。鲫的存在体现了本区处在青藏高原和中亚内陆干旱区边缘的特点。这些鱼类在本区也表现出水平和垂直分布的差异。 平均动物区系类似性(AFR)判别和数值聚类分析,从表相学全面相似性上阐明,本区三水系形成以弱水为中心的独立鱼类地理学单位,与柴达木盆地的区系关系最密切。特有性俭吝分析(PAE)和俭吝性种系发生分析(PAUP)产生了基本一致的区域支序图,从分替论的鱼类地理亲缘上揭示了:疏勒河与弱水,它们与石羊河,河西与柴达木(和河曲区即黄河上游),它们与青海湖是一系列姐妹群关系,一起组成一个大的区域单系群;而陇中与河套,它们与内蒙古高原,又依次为姐妹群关系,一起组成另一大的单系群;两大单系群作为姐妹群,形成更高一级区域单系群。 进而结合有关的鱼类种系发生和区域地质历史资料,叙述了河西  相似文献

硬骨鱼类的矢耳石在物种间存在明显的形态差异, 常常被用来进行鱼类的分类研究13。例如, 张国华等通过形态的观察与描述对鲤科鱼类的耳石进行了区分4; 潘晓哲等采用耳石形状指数方法对 属鱼类进行了鉴别5; 王英俊用傅里叶方法研究了多种鱼类耳石, 并记录了它们之间的形态差异6。因为耳石坚硬不易被消化, 所以在水生动物的食性研究中, 利用耳石进行胃含物内种类鉴定可大大提高工作效率与准确性。此类研究也并不鲜见, 如张波等对黄海重要饵料鱼类的耳石形态做了较为详细的描述7, Fitch, et al.依据鲸类胃含物中的鱼类耳石形态鉴定了捕食鱼类的种类进而对其食性进行了研究8。另外, 不同生活环境能够导致耳石生长和形态的差异, 这也使其成为了群体差异研究的有效手段912。    相似文献

赤水河是目前长江上游为数不多的仍然保持着自然流态的大型一级支流, 同时也是长江上游珍稀特有鱼类国家级自然保护区的重要组成部分, 在长江上游珍稀特有鱼类保护方面发挥着至关重要的作用。文章基于2007—2016年连续十年的渔获物监测数据, 对赤水河不同江段鱼类群落结构的年际变化特征进行了分析。调查期间, 赤水镇、赤水市和合江县3个调查江段共采集到鱼类7目20科84属133种, 其中包括长江鲟Acipenser dabryanus和胭脂鱼Myxocyprinus asiaticus2种国家重点保护野生动物以及36种仅分布于长江上游地区的特有鱼类。鱼类物种数量呈现出随河流梯度向下游延伸而逐渐增加的趋势, 其中赤水镇江段采集鱼类47种, 赤水市江段采集鱼类90种, 合江县江段采集鱼类120种。聚类分析和排序分析显示, 赤水河不同江段鱼类群落结构均发生了较为明显的年际变化。主要表现为部分大中型鱼类在渔获物中的比例持续降低, 其中赤水镇江段中华倒刺鲃Spinibarbus sinensis和白甲鱼Onychostoma sima的相对丰度由2007—2011的12.19%和14.26%降低至2012—2016年的0.66%和3.25%; 赤水市江段中华倒刺鲃的相对丰度由2007—2008年的8.21%下降至2009—2013年的4.31%和2014—2016年的3.47%。此外, 部分特有鱼类在渔获物中的比例逐年下降。合江县江段张氏?Hemiculter tchangi的相对丰度由2007年的8.41%下降至2008-2012年的7.98%和2013—2016年的1.51%; 圆口铜鱼Coreius guichenoti的相对丰度由2007年的2.08%下降至2008—2012年的0.10%, 2013—2016年则完全从渔获物中消失。造成赤水河鱼类群落结构变化的原因是多方面的, 不仅包括流域内高强度的商业捕捞和日益增强的人类活动, 而且还与整个长江上游的水域生态环境变化密切相关。为切实保护好赤水河鱼类资源, 建议加强渔政管理, 实施生态修复, 同时加强科研监测。  相似文献

两观测者独立观测了分别采自洪湖的175尾和洞庭湖的168尾鲫样本的鲜片和耳石,结果显示鳞片适于鉴定年龄组成简单、生长较快的洞庭湖鲫种群的年龄,两观测者年轮读数的总吻合率可达90.5%,与耳石上年轮读数的吻合率也可高达91.7%;但用鳞片鉴定年龄结构复杂、生长缓慢的洪湖鲫种群年龄,两观测者总吻合率只有50.9%,各龄组吻合率随年龄上升而迅速下降。与耳石上年轮读数总吻合率也仅为56.6A%,存在比耳石低估高龄个体年龄的问题,用耳石鉴定鲫年龄具有易于识别、精确度高的优点,用之鉴定洪湖和洞庭湖鲫种群年龄,两观测者年轮读数的总吻合率都很高,分别为92.7%和97.0%,且随年龄上升,依然可保持较高的精确度,对洪湖鲫种群应用耳石为宜。  相似文献

Connectivity between fish stocks is fundamental to the understanding of population dynamics and the implementation of sustainable fisheries management. Otolith microchemistry is a promising tool as it can provide information on the continuous growth of otoliths and the environmental effects on otolith composition. Such elemental fingerprints can help distinguish different stocks or life history stages, identify the origins or nursery areas of fish, and assess population structure. In this study, we examined the stock discrimination and spatial connectivity of cage-cultured and wild stocks of yellowfin seabream (Acanthopagrus latus) from the coastal waters of Shantou, Yangjiang, and Zhanjiang in China southern province Guangdong during 2012–2014, based on otolith trace-elemental signatures using multivariate statistical analysis and machine learning approaches. The concentrations of 13 elements (7Li, 23Na, 24Mg, 40Ca, 55Mn, 56Fe, 59Co, 59Ni, 64Cu, 65Zn, 88Sr, 122Sb, and 137Ba) in the natal spot of fish otoliths, representing the embryonic and paralarval stages of fish, were analyzed using laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS). Stepwise discriminant analysis and random forests were used to distinguish the cultured and wild stocks of yellowfin seabream, and non-metric multidimensional scaling (NMDS) and cluster analysis were used to determine the spatial variation and connectivity of yellowfin seabream stocks. Overall, the cultured and wild stocks of yellowfin seabream could be identified with classification accuracy of 80.7% and 99.2% by using stepwise discriminant analysis and random forests respectively. When we compared site difference between cultured and wild stocks (site × stock interactions), the classification success was 60.4% for stepwise discriminant analysis and 85.7% for random forests. The misclassification of cultured and wild stocks within the three sites suggested the spatial connectivity between stocks and among sampling locations. Our findings suggested that the three wild stocks of yellowfin seabream from Guangdong coastal waters could be considered as one unit for management, and the difference between cultured and wild stocks was significant for yellowfin seabream from Shantou and Yangjiang, but less significant for yellowfin seabream from Zhanjiang. This study demonstrated that otolith elemental fingerprints can help improve our knowledge on the spatial connectivity, population structure, and life history of fish stocks, and random forests can be a useful tool for identifying cultured and wild stocks compared to the traditional stepwise discriminant analysis.  相似文献

为确认茜素络合物对鲫(Carassius auratus)耳石进行有效标记的可行性,以便为鲫甚至其他鲤科鱼类标志放流技术的开发及效果评估提供一定的借鉴,本研究以孵出后90 d的鲫幼鱼为研究对象,设置单一浓度(100 mg/L)的茜素络合物浸泡标记5 d,分析茜素络合物在耳石上的沉积情况以及不同耳石在不同后续饲养天数的动态变化。结果表明,矢耳石、微耳石和星耳石上在可见光、绿色和蓝色激发光下都检测到了良好的茜素络合物标记环,标记率和存活率均为100%。但不同耳石的茜素络合物标记效果不同,荧光下,星耳石的标记效果最显著,微耳石次之;可见光下,微耳石的标记效果最好,星耳石次之。随着后续饲养天数的延长,可见光下标记逐渐减弱,至20 d时基本消失,而在绿色和蓝色激光下标记环荧光强度无减弱迹象,能长久保持,且在蓝色激发光下标记环更易被观测到。上述结果结合鲫生长、存活和行为正常等情况综合显示,在100 mg/L茜素络合物溶液中浸泡标记鲫幼鱼5 d,其耳石可以获得满意的标记效果。  相似文献

Chrysichthys nigrodigitatus and C. auratus are important, highly valued and threatened freshwater species. To contribute with their ecological knowledge, the condition factor and diet of these two congeneric species were studied between April 2005 and April 2006. Food items of fish were evaluated by occurrence and numerical abundance methods, and the possible changes among sexes, seasons and sizes were considered. Results showed that generally C. nigrodigitatus were better conditioned than C. auratus. The males of C. nigrodigitatus and females of C. auratus were in better condition than their respective opposite sex throughout the year, and during the wet season compared to the dry. The food items of C. nigrodigitatus and C. auratus were similar and comprised twelve species belonging to five groups: Insecta (three species), Crustacea (five species), Arachnida (one species), Rotifera (one species) and Mollusca (two species). Other food items included fish scales, unidentified green eggs, plant parts, detritus and sand. Insecta and Crustacea dominated the food items in both species. For C. nigrodigitatus, insect consumption increased with fish size, while Crustacea items decreased (from 89.59% for 8.1cm - 12.0cm size class to 1.58% for 20.1cm - 26.0cm size class). However, while C. auratus smaller sized fish preferred Crustacea (98.72% for 8.1cm -12.0 cm size class), larger sized fish had both groups in relatively similar amounts. Schoener Overlap Index for both species and between seasons is 1.00. Diet breadth ranged from 0.00-1.47 for C. nigrodigitatus and 0.00-1.32 for C. auratus. Food Richness ranged from 0.00-1.44 for both species. Gut Repletion Index for C. nigrodigitatus and C. auratus are 76.39% and 76.27% respectively. Although, there is considerable similarity and overlap in the utilization of food resource for both coexisting species, condition factor and feeding behavior suggest strategies to reduce intra- and interspecific competition.  相似文献

Otolith chemistry was used to study the stock structure of Channa punctata collected from the River Ganga and its tributaries, the rivers Yamuna and Gomti. Whole sagittal otoliths were subjected to acid digestion to analyse the trace elements (Ca, Na, Mg, Sr, Mn, Ba, Fe and K) using ICP‐AES. Data were subjected to appropriate statistical treatments, such as univariate anova , ancova , manova and DFA in order to delineate the fish stock(s) accurately. Mean concentrations of Ca, Mg, Sr, Mn, Ba, Fe and K in the otoliths of the fish from selected sites of the different rivers were significantly (P < 0.001) different from each other, while the mean Na concentrations were comparable (P > 0.05). In classification statistics, 96% of individuals were correctly classified to their original groups. The scatter plot of DF‐I vs DF‐II depicted the presence of different stocks in the River Ganga and its selected tributaries. Variations in the microchemistry of the otoliths showed the presence of four C. punctata stocks in the three selected rivers.  相似文献

根据2013—2014在皎平渡圆口铜鱼产卵场的定点亲鱼收集(n=206)和2006—2014年在金沙江中下游金安桥至巧家干流江段的流动亲鱼采集(n=70), 对圆口铜鱼的繁殖生物学进行了初步研究。定点亲鱼收集的结果显示: 圆口铜鱼雌性最小性成熟个体全长330 mm, 体质量441.0 g, 年龄4龄; 雄性最小性成熟个体全长352 mm, 体质量396.6 g, 年龄3龄; 50%个体达到性成熟的年龄和全长分别为雌性4.32龄 406 mm, 雄性4.44龄 412 mm; 繁殖群体雌雄性比为1.37﹕1, 繁殖群体中雌性年龄为4—7龄, 雄性年龄为3—7龄; 雌雄个体的性成熟系数平均值均以6龄个体最高, 分别为10.55%和3.45%; 平均卵径为0.16 cm, 卵径分布呈双峰型。定点和流动亲鱼收集的雌性性成熟个体的结果表明: 圆口铜鱼绝对繁殖力变动范围为4055—137900粒/尾, 平均值为22817粒/尾; 相对繁殖力变动范围为5—73粒/g, 平均值为20粒/g, 75.68%个体的绝对繁殖力在10000—30000粒/尾之间, 70.27%个体的相对繁殖力在15—20粒/g之间; 绝对繁殖力和相对繁殖力均随着体长和体质量的增加而增加, 其中全长、体质量与绝对繁殖力呈指数分布函数正相关, 而与相对繁殖力呈二次项函数正相关。研究结果可为长江流域圆口铜鱼资源的保护提供重要的基础数据支撑。  相似文献

Six harbour seals, ages 4–8 years, were held as pairs in a 10 times 20 times 2 m tank filled with sea water, and on 60 occasions were fed a meal of a specific species of fish or cephalopod of known size. The tank was drained periodically, and harbour seal faeces were collected on a 0.5 mm sieve. Number and size of otoliths and beaks found in faeces were determined. Fifty-eight percent of 670 fish and 37% of 36 cephalopods fed to harbour seals were represented by their otoliths or beaks in faeces. Estimated number of prey consumed was determined from the greatest number of left or right otoliths or upper or lower beaks collected in faeces. Estimated length ofprey was determined from measurements of otoliths and beaks recovered in the tank and relationships of otolith and beak measurements to prey length. Estimated number of fish eaten was not significantly different among pairs of harbour seals, but was different among species of fishes. Only 24–35% of fish species with small otoliths were represented in faeces, whereas more robust otoliths from other species were less apt to be completely dissolved. Estimated length of fishes was significantly less than lengths of fishes fed to harbour seals in 39 (76.5%) of 51 trials. Cephalopod beaks were not affected by passage through the harbour seal digestive tract. Amount of otolith dissolution was not related to species of fish; estimated fish length was underestimated by an average 27.5%. Although some (7.4%) of the otoliths were collected within 100 h after the fish were ingested, more than 90% were recovered within 24 h after the fish was eaten. Correction factors were developed which will allow researchers to estimate more reliably number and size of fish and cephalopod prey eaten by harbour seals.  相似文献

Morphological changes in otolith shape with age, of young (<age 3) red snapper were examined through shape analysis and tested as an objective method for age determination. Otoliths from two collections of juvenile fish (hatchery and wild) were used in the study. First, shape analysis was applied to a series of known-age otoliths from hatchery-reared age 0, 1 and 2 fish. Multidimensional scaling and non-parametric analysis of similarities showed significant shape differences among the three age classes of fish. Discriminant function analysis and cross-validation classification showed 65.6% correct age classification based on shape variables alone, and 86.7% correct age classification with inclusion of otolith weight in the discriminant function (n?=?90). Subsequently, the method was applied to otoliths from a series of age 0, 1 and 2 wild caught red snapper. Otoliths from wild fish showed a similar age classification success rate of 68.9% based on shape variables alone and 86.7% correct age classification with the inclusion of otolith weight in the discriminant function (n?=?90). Ageing of juvenile red snapper through otolith increment counts has been difficult in past studies and this study provides an alternative, objective method of otolith shape analysis for ageing young fish of this species.  相似文献
