概述害虫预测预报领域的最新动态,包括理论基础:非线性动力学、景观生态学、生物地理统计学、异质种群和生态系统链接理论,以及应用技术:地碉诱捕、雷达监测、地理信息系统、全球定位系统、遥感、可视化技术和决策支持系统,对于害虫不则报的基础理论研究和害虫管理的生产应用都具有重要的指导意义。  相似文献

害虫综合治理(Integratedpestmanagement,IPM)中的"Integrated"除了综合的意思,其实更多表述的是"整合"。在进行害虫防治时,不能将各个措施简单地综合应用,而应在充分了解各种措施之间相互作用的基础上,将其整合成一个系统(整体),更好地服务于害虫管理。本文基于国内外害虫管理的进展与实践,论述了近年来害虫管理发展的4种理念更新、4项策略演变和3大技术革新,提出了害虫管理优先方案5个步骤,指出了整合过程的5个层次及11个科学问题,强调害虫管理应本着"预防为主、生态优先、综合治理"的植保方针,秉持"生态、有效、经济、简便"技术原则,重点从综合走向整合,构建我国不同区域特色的害虫管理生态工程,开展害虫整合治理,达到经济可行、生态可持续、社会可接受的目的。  相似文献

大多数农作物害虫都是高度活动的,它们的数量和造成的为害在时间和空间上都大不一样,季节活动型和造成的为害率也因地域和年份而异.要预测害虫在一个区域范围的出现、数量、种群趋势和潜在为害,就要建立完善的监测体系.多年定点观测记录对于区域害虫预测来说是最基本的资料条件.与此同时,通过数学方法把害虫的发生与相关因子以数量化的形式表示出来,并在此基础上建立中长期预测模型是至关重要的.为了及时处理和传递虫情信息,计算机数据管理技术和网络技术将为此提供最重要的技术支撑.本文通过一些典型的应用实例,讨论了监测技术,预测模型,GIS技术,数据管理技术以及网络技术在区域害虫预测中的应用.  相似文献

森林昆虫种群表现出多样的时空模式,空间同步性是其中最常见的。回顾了森林昆虫空间同步性的特点、形成机制及研究方法方面的进展。森林害虫发生的同步性是广泛存在的,但不同昆虫种类的同步性大小不同。空间同步性常随距离的增大而下降,还与时间尺度有关。Moran效应和扩散是解释空间同步性的两种主要机制,通常Moran效应的影响要比扩散大。从虫害发生数据的获取、同步性的度量及成因3个方面介绍了空间同步性的研究方法方面的进展。利用树轮生态学原理重建森林虫害发生历史的方法可在事后获取可靠的数据,很值得国内研究者借鉴和应用。在空间自相关度量上,空间统计学方法和地统计学方法都是非常有力的手段,但由于不能处理多时间点数据而限制了其在同步性研究中的应用。在同步性成因研究中,利用变异分解将基于距离的Moran特征向量图(dbMEM)作为空间变量研究害虫发生的驱动力是比较新颖的研究方法。  相似文献

害虫行为调节剂是一种以嗅觉系统为靶标的绿色农药,在害虫的田间管理中发挥着重要的作用。然而,其先导化合物的发现通常依赖一系列生物测定的方法,不仅费时费力,且发现效率低。近年来,随着昆虫嗅觉功能数据的积累和结构生物学的飞速发展,以机器学习技术和分子对接为代表的2种基于计算机的药物虚拟筛选方法在害虫行为调节剂的先导化合物研究中发挥着重要的作用,极大地促进了先导化合物的发现效率,减少了筛选的盲目性。本文系统综述了2种虚拟筛选方法及其在害虫行为调节剂先导化合物研究中的应用,并对2种筛选策略在实际应用中存在的问题及应用前景进行了讨论。  相似文献

本文综述了近年来有关地上部植物信息化合物在植物一害虫一天敌三营养级关系中的信息联系,分析地上部植物信息化合物在植物一害虫、植物一天敌、植物个体内和个体间信号传递的生态学功能,阐明地上部植物信息化合物在害虫治理中的应用潜力,包括害虫诱捕和诱杀、昆虫种群监测、植物拒避剂、干扰害虫对寄主搜索、“推一拉”策略和植物内源激发子的应用等,讨论了地上部植物信息化合物与其他控害手段的协同作用,以及在生产实践中可能存在的相关问题,旨在为地上部植物信息化合物在害虫持续治理中的应用提供科学指导。  相似文献

本文以中季稻区稻田主要害虫稻飞虱、稻纵卷叶螟和捕食天敌蜘蛛的田间系统调查资料为基础,以害虫—天敌—农药系统为研究对象,应用害虫管理系统工程的原理,处理害虫、捕食天敌与农药三者之间的关系。建立了稻纵叶螟—蜘蛛—甲胺磷和稻飞虱—蜘蛛—甲胺磷两系统优化管理模型,绘制了它们的优化反馈控制策略图,利用微机对系统进行最优监控。使用时输入当前田间害虫与天敌数量,就可对系统作出即时的预测和最优决策。该策略确立的控制害虫的最优性能指标,是使害虫对农作物的为害所造成的损失与防治费用之和最小,并且使害虫和天敌的数量处于系统平衡状态。文中比较分析了该策略与基于经济阈值的常规害虫管理策略,指出了新策略在害虫综合治理中对天敌数量进行控制和管理的作用及其意义。  相似文献

农业害虫综合防治是昆虫学的一门应用科学,旨在明确农作物害虫的发生危害与暴发成灾规律,提出害虫监测预警和可持续治理的理论与方法。在2012-2016年的5年间,我国提出了基于生态系统服务和多尺度空间管理的害虫生态调控新理论,发展了害虫行为调控技术和化学防治新技术,并在棉铃虫对Bt棉花抗性治理对策、稻飞虱的监测预警和综合防控技术、小菜蛾抗药性诊断及治理技术、青藏高原农牧害虫发生规律和分区治理等防治实践中取得了重要进展。根据国际上害虫综合防治学科发展趋势和我国的研究现状,将来还需要在害虫灾变机制研究、害虫绿色防控技术创新研发以及集成应用等方面进行深入探索,为我国农业害虫可持续治理以及化学农药减量使用提供有力的科技支撑。  相似文献

应用地学统计学方法分析了柑橘园主要害螨柑橘全爪螨Panonychus citri(McGregor)种群的空间格局及其动态。结果表明,柑橘全爪螨种群具有空间相关性,变程介于1.10~21.0m,其半变异函数主要符合高斯模型,表现为聚集分布,其中3月、8月和9月的聚集强度较大;种群空间格局动态显示,4月、10月为该种群的两个发生高峰期,柑橘全爪螨种群数量快速上升扩散。地学统计学方法能够应用于柑橘全爪螨种群的空间格局分析,并有助于对该害螨进行发生预测与控制处理。  相似文献

Tomato crops (Physalis ixocarpa Brot.) are produced in almost all Mexico, part of the United States and Central America. Recently the tomato production has suffered economic losses of 70% to 80% due the presence of yellowing and floral abortion, whose causal agent has been attributed to the presence of phytoplasma; an insect vector of these phytoplasma is Bactericera cockerrelli Sulc. Alternative control of this psyllid has lacked effectiveness because their spatial distribution is unknown within tomato plots. This study aimed to determine the spatial distribution of populations of nymphs of B. cockerelli in four tomato plots, the determination of the spatial distribution was performed by means of geostatistics. The experimental semivariogram was determined to adjust to a theoretical model (spherical, exponential or Gaussian) through the program Variowin 2.2, the adjustment was validated with the method of cross-validation and aggregation maps of the pest were obtained through Kriging with Surfer 9.0 program. The short-term time-space stability of the pest was determined through the tests Crámer-von Mises. The results showed that populations of nymphs of B. cockerelli have a distribution of aggregate type, which was corroborated by density maps. Infestations are not present in 100% of the surface of the experimental plots, which helps to direct control measures on specific areas of infestation.  相似文献

评述了转Bt基因抗虫棉的生态风险及治理对策。其生态风险主要表现在目标害虫的抗性和对非目标生物群落的变化。目标害虫与转基因抗虫棉的互相作用和抗虫棉杀虫毒素的时空表达方式是目标害虫抗性发展的主要途径。在转基因抗虫棉田中,虽然对目标害虫的防治次数大为减少,但害虫和天敌群落的稳定性仍不如常规棉田,某种次要害虫大发生的可能性较大。认为将转基因抗虫棉纳入综合防治体系并培育更加高效的抗虫棉是治理目标害虫抗性和防止次要害虫上升的重要措施。  相似文献

Genetically modified cotton that produces a crystalline protein from Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. kurstaki (Berliner) (Bt) has been widely deployed to manage lepidopteran insect pests in cotton growing areas worldwide. However, susceptibility of different insect species to Bt protein varies, which may affect lepidopteran pest populations in the field. Studies on effects of two transgenic cotton lines (BG1560 and GK19) carrying a Cry1A gene on common cutworm Spodoptera litura F. (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae), were conducted during 2002-2005 in the cotton planting region of the Yangtze River valley of China. Results showed that common cutworm larvae had low susceptibility to Bt cotton. There was no significant difference in larval population densities in conventional and Bt cotton fields. However, the larval populations of the insect on conventional plants treated with chemical insecticides for control of target pest of Bt cotton were significantly lower than that in Bt cotton fields. These results indicated that the common cutworm was the potential to become a major and alarming pest in Bt cotton fields, and therefore efforts to develop an effective alternative management strategy are needed.  相似文献

Cotton is an important cash crop and a means of survival for Zimbabwe’s smallholder farmers who are located in the semi-arid areas. However, it is plagued by a wide variety of pests. The cotton industry in Zimbabwe came up with sustainable pest management strategies which include within the season rotation of bollworm pesticides, a closed season and acaricide rotation scheme. The land reform programme brought new players in the cotton industry and it was critical to determine their knowledge on the pest management strategies. A survey was conducted to determine farmer knowledge, practice and perception on the resistance management strategy. Responses indicated that both communal and new farmers based their spray on egg counts. Communal farmers knew when to use pyrethroids compared to new farmers. Farmers observed the acaricide rotation scheme although they use some non acaricide pesticides. More than half of the new farmers could not say which acaricides were in the acaricide scheme. The majority of the farmers reported that they adhered to the closed season although field observation revealed otherwise. A significantly higher number of new farmers knew when to slash cotton compared to communal farmers. Knowledge of acaricides was not common among farmers. Use of pyrethroids was not limited to 1 February onwards as stipulated in the cotton pest resistance management strategy. The results suggest the need for training among the cotton farmers especially the new farmers or refresher courses among the communal farmers.  相似文献

以转Bt(Bacillusthuringiensis)基因棉品系R93-6为试验材料,以中棉所16号为对照,研究了在麦套夏播条件下转基因棉对昆虫群落的影响。结果表明,转基因棉田昆虫群落、害虫和天敌亚群落的多样性指数和均匀度指数均低于常规棉田,而优势集中性则高于常规棉田,所以转基因棉田昆虫群落、害虫和天敌亚群落的稳定性不如常规棉田,某种害虫大发生的可能性较大。对季节性变化格局的研究表明,转基因棉田昆虫群落可以划分为前期(6月初至7月下旬)、中期(7月底至8月底)和后期(9月份以后)三个发展阶段,根据不同阶段害虫和天敌发生的特点, 提出了害虫综合治理的策略。即前期害虫的防治应以生物生态调控为主;中期以化学防治为主,以生物生态调控为辅,协调好生物防治和化学防治的矛盾;后期应以生物生态调控为主,并加强农业防治。  相似文献

Bt cotton has been gradually released and adopted by Australian growers since 1996. It was initially deployed in Australia primarily to control the polyphagous pest Helicoverpa armigera (Hübner), which in the 1990s became increasingly difficult to control due to widespread resistance to synthetic chemical insecticides. Bt-cotton has become a key tool in a program of integrated pest management for the production system that reduces pesticide dependence and the problems associated with its use. Herein we overview the deployment of Bt cotton in Australia including its performance and the approaches used to prolong the evolution of resistance to it by H. armigera. An integral component of this approach is monitoring resistance in this pest. We outline resistance screening methods, as well as the characteristics of resistant strains of H. armigera that have been isolated from field populations, or selected in the laboratory. We then highlight the successes and challenges for Bt cotton in Australia by way of discussing adaptive resistance management in light of potential changes in resistance.  相似文献

The mealybug Phenacoccus gossypiphilous (Stanley) played havoc with the cotton crop in Pakistan during 2005. To control this pest, insecticides of different groups were evaluated in both the laboratory and in field conditions. In the laboratory, bifenthrin, profenofos and chlorpyrifos proved to be the best insecticides for mealybug control, based on their susceptibility with the leaf dip method for their LC50. In field conditions, the recommended application rates of methomyl, profenofos and chlorpyrifos provided the best control: the lethal time studies proved their efficiency for better and timely control of this sporadic pest. The present study has shown that the insecticides tested, in particular profenofos, chlorpyrifos, methomyl and bifenthrin, provide satisfactory control of the cotton mealybug. The control of the insect pest complex throughout the cotton crop predominantly depends on wise and justified use of these chemicals, and necessitates development of an integrated pest management strategy.  相似文献

It is well known that pest populations can evolve resistance to pesticides. The bollworm complex (Heliothis spp.), which attacks cotton plants, is a particularly good example of a highly adaptable pest. To achieve long-term success, genetic engineering projects for the production of 'insecticidal' crop plants, including cotton, need to take account of the adaptive potential of pests. Using the bollworm complex as a model, it is possible to show how an integrated approach to pest management, involving genetic engineers, evolutionary biologists and ecologists, could lead to the development of safe and effective transgenic cultivars.  相似文献
