UV—B及红光对大棚番茄品质的影响   总被引:30,自引:4,他引:26  
冬季蓝色无谪膜塑料大棚内有效光合辐射(PAR)和紫外B(UV-B)都比棚外低,给大棚番茄补充照射UV-B和红光。结果表明,红光可提高番茄果实糖、酸含量。高剂量UV-B(0.95kj.m^-1.d^-1,0.71kj.m^-2.d^-1)降低番茄红素C(Vc)的含量,低剂量UV0-B(0.54kj.m^-1.d^-1,0.65kj.m^-2.d^-1)可提高番茄红素和Vc含量。低剂量kj.m^-2.  相似文献

采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测52例手术切除乳腺癌组织c-erbB-2蛋白和HSV-1、HSV-2表达情况。结果发现癌组织中c-erbB-2阳性34例(65.4%);HSV-1阳性38例(73.1%);HSV-2阳性15例(28.8%)。癌旁组织32例,阳性分别为3例(9.4%);12例(37.5%);2例(6.3%)。乳腺癌中c-erbB-2阳性率明显高于癌旁组织。乳腺癌及癌旁的HSV-1阳性率明显高于HSV-2,乳腺癌c-erbB-2阳性组中HSV-1和HSV-2的表达有显著差异,而在阴性组二者无差异,提示乳腺癌的发生可能和HSV-1感染密切相关,c-erbB-2表达也可能和HSV-1感染有关。  相似文献

凤尾鸡冠(CelosiacristataL.cv.Plumosa)的营养成分分析表明:干品中花序、茎叶及种子的蛋白质含量分别为19.40%,24.60%及27.04%;氨基酸种类齐全;VB_1、VB_2、VC、VE和β-胡萝卜素等多种维生素含量较高;膳食纤维和无机元素含量丰富;种子脂肪含量为10.10%。说明风尾鸡冠富含多种营养成分,是一种值得开发利用的食物资源。  相似文献

用聚丙烯酰胺电泳分离并测定了大鼠左室肌凝蛋白ATP酶活性依次降低的同功酶V_1,V_2和V_3的百分比(MI谱),从乳头肌力-速度曲线读取心肌最大缩短速度(V_(max)),观察到:(1)正常大鼠出现增龄性V_1向V_3迁移和V_(max)下降,与8周龄组(S_0)相比,16周和24周龄组(S_8和S_(16))的V_1/V_3比,分别下降38.9%和61.0%;V_(max)下降8.3%和13.3%。(2)高血压肥厚心肌MI谱的迁移和V_(max)下降的程度大大超过增龄效应:高血压8周和16周组(H_8和H_(16))的V_1/V_3比值较术前对照S_0分别下降84.4%和93.5%,较同龄假手术对照S_8和S_(16)组也分别低74.5%和83.3%,而V_(max)则比S_0组下降33.3%和48.3%。(3)6组48只大鼠结果相关分析表明,V_(max)与V_1%高度正相关,与V_3%高度负相关。(P均小于0.01)。上述结果提示:高血压肥厚心肌收缩速度明显下降,其主要生化机制似与同功酶谱由V_1优势向V_3迁移有关。  相似文献

对香蕉束顶病毒(BBTV)中国分离株DNA组份I(DNA-1)、外壳蛋白(CP)和运转蛋白(MP)基因进行了克隆和序列分析。BBTVDNA-1含有1103个核苷酸,与南太平洋和亚洲分离株分别有87%-88% 96.9-98%的核苷酸序列同源性。由DNA-1编码的复制酶含有186个在酸残基。与南太平洋和亚洲分离株分别有84.4%-95.8%和97.6%、98.0%的氨基酸序列同源性。外壳蛋白基因由5  相似文献

广西壮族自治区HIV-1流行毒株的基因序列测定和亚型分析   总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12  
使用PCR技术对14份广西HIV-1阳性感染者外周血单核细胞(PBMCs)样品进行扩增,获得HIV-1膜蛋白(env)基因的核酸片段,并对其C2-V3及邻区350-450个核苷酸序列进行了测定和分析。结果表明,14份样品中9份为泰国B(B′)亚型,5份为E亚型毒株。其中B′亚型毒株的基因离散率为4.2%,与A-E参考亚型及部分B亚型代表株序列相比较,与包括泰国、缅甸及云南德宏在内的B亚型毒株序列十分接近,相互之间基因离散率在3.0%-4.4%的范围内;而E亚型毒株的基因离散率为2.1%,与国际E亚型毒株的基因离散率最近,为5.6%,与其它国际参考亚型基因离散率很远,在21.1%-27.3%。根据以上数据及其它资料提示,广西存在B′和E两种亚型的HIV-1的流行,且其B′亚型毒株的传入,与流行在云南德宏州的相同亚型HIV-1毒株密切相关,而E亚型毒株则可能是由泰国经越南传入广西的  相似文献

采用固相法合成HIV-1和HIV-2两个多肽,建立了用混合多肽为包被抗原检测HIV-1和HIV-2感染的间接酶联免疫吸附法。检测46份抗HIV-1和HIV-2抗体阳性血清标本以及94份对照血清标本,与UBI试剂比较,其阳性符合率为97.8%,阴性符合率为100%,总符合率为99.3%。实验结果表明,此法可用于HIV-1和HIV-2感染的检测。  相似文献

含前S蛋白乙肝疫苗免疫人群效果观察   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
为考核含前S蛋白乙肝血源疫苗的人群免疫效果,对968名HBV标志阴性的少年人群以10μg×3的免疫剂量及0、1、2月免疫程序进行接种。全程免疫后一月采血检测其抗-HBs免疫应答。结果表明抗-HBs阳性率达96.6%。并对另291名抗-HBc及HCV阳性的少年人群以同样的剂量、同样的免疫程序进行免疫接种,免疫后抗-HBs阳性率为94.16%,且有23.98%的人接种后抗-HBc由接种前的阳性转为阴性,全部观察对象无一例检出HBsAg和其它异常指标  相似文献

两个水稻品种CK46和Dular生长在人工气候箱的条件下,在0.0和13.0kJm^-2day^-1下进行4周的照射处理,研究UV-8对水稻体内内源IAA和ABA含量的影响。结果表明:随着UV-B处理时间的延长,CK46和Dular叶片内的IAA含量下降。相反,UV-B辐射增强使两个品种叶片内的ABA含量上升。  相似文献

绿盲蝽已在棉区爆发成灾,并逐渐向枣树等北方果树转移危害,已对我国北方果树生产造成严重威胁。绿盲蝽刺吸危害后,能诱导植物产生一系列生化反应。通过生物化学方法研究绿盲蝽不同危害程度对枣树叶片生化指标的影响,探讨受害枣树叶片对绿盲蝽危害的应激反应的变化规律。结果表明,受害枣树叶片内可溶性糖含量随着危害程度的加重先升高,后降低;蛋白质含量随受害程度的加重而呈现降低趋势;游离氨基酸含量随受害程度的加重逐渐升高。受害后枣树叶片内3种防御性酶随受害程度的加重发生不同程度的变化,超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)的活性随着危害程度的加重先升高后下降;过氧化物酶(Peroxidase,POD)的活性总体升高;不同受害程度枣树叶片内过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)的活性之间以及它们与未受害枣树叶片内过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性之间均未达到显著性差异水平。总之,随着绿盲蝽危害程度的加重,枣树叶片内可溶性糖、蛋白质、游离氨基酸含量以及防御性酶活性发生了不同程度的变化,枣树叶片内除过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性变化外,可溶性糖、游离氨基酸和蛋白质的含量变化以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性变化与绿盲蝽危害胁迫有明显的关系,说明枣树叶片对绿盲蝽的危害胁迫产生了应激反应,且叶片内除过氧化氢酶(CAT)外的其他生化指标与绿盲蝽的不同危害程度有一定的相关性。研究结果为理解枣树受绿盲蝽危害后的应激反应机制提供了材料,对绿盲蝽可持续治理具有重要指导意义。  相似文献

In order to study the effect of grazing pastures with a different botanical composition on rumen and intramuscular fatty acid metabolism, 21 male lambs were assigned to three botanically different pastures: botanically diverse (BD) (consisting for 65% of a variety of grass species); Leguminosa rich (L) (consisting for 61% of Leguminosae) and intensive English ryegrass (IR) (with 69% Lolium perenne). Pastures were sampled weekly for 12 weeks for analysis of their fatty acid content and composition and on nine occasions to determine the botanical composition. Ruminal and abomasal contents were sampled at slaughter and muscle and subcutaneous fat 24 h after slaughter. All samples were prepared and analysed for fatty acid composition. The L pasture showed a higher fatty acid content (29.8 mg/g dry matter (DM) v. 18.5 and 25.5 mg/g DM, for BD and IR pastures, respectively), but the sum of the proportions of the major polyunsaturated fatty acids, C18:2 n-6 and C18:3 n-3, were similar for the three pastures (69.9, 69.4 and 71.1% of fatty acids methyl esters (FAME) for BD, L and IR pastures, respectively). The BD pasture was richer in C18:2 n-6 (18.2% of FAME), while IR pasture had a higher C18:3 n-3 content (57.2% of FAME). Rumen data showed that animals grazing the BD pasture presented higher proportions of biohydrogenation intermediates, mainly C18:1 t11, C18:2 t11c15 and CLA c9t11, suggesting an inhibition of biohydrogenation. These changes were associated with shifts in the rumen microbial population as indicated by differences in the rumen pattern of volatile fatty acids, microbial odd- and branched-chain fatty acids. In L pasture animals, the content of C18:2 n-6 and C18:3 n-3 in the abomasum and subcutaneous fat was higher. Finally, higher proportions of C20:4 n-6, C20:5 n-3 and C22:5 n-3 and higher indices for elongation and desaturation activity in the intramuscular fat of BD grazing animals suggest some stimulation of elongation and desaturation of long-chain fatty acids, although this also might have been provoked partially by reduced fat deposition (due to a lower growth rate of the animals).  相似文献

采用现代分析技术手段对黄粉虫Tenebrio molitor(L.)蛹的营养成分进行分析,结果表明:其蛋白质、粗脂肪、碳水化合物及灰分含量分别为鲜重的16.8%、7.6%、1.2%、1.4%,其氨基酸和胆固醇含量分别为18.7mg/g和0.4mg/g;含有7种人体必需氨基酸,其必需氨基酸占总氨基酸含量的44.40%,必需氨基酸与非必需氨基酸含量的比值为79.8%,第一限制性氨基酸为含硫氨基酸,即蛋氨酸和胱氨酸;同时,其不饱和脂肪酸与必需脂肪酸分别占总脂肪的73.9%和24.1%,特别是油酸和亚油酸含量较高,分别达49.8%和23.4%:另外,该昆虫还含有K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn等多种矿物质和微量元素。  相似文献

We previously reported differences in protein and carbohydrate selection patterns in post-weanling rats fed beef tallow or soybean oil-based diets. Two experiments were designed to determine the characteristic of the dietary fat which mediates the selection behavior. For each experiment, dietary fat was 20% (w/w) of diets and fatty acid profiles were obtained by blending fat sources. Rats were randomly assigned to diets (24% protein, 40% carbohydrate) which varied only in fatty acid composition. After 2 weeks, rats selected from 2 diets with the fat composition previously fed, but varying in their protein and carbohydrate composition (55% protein, 4% carbohydrate and 5% protein, 61% carbohydrate). Experiment 1 was designed to test the effect of relative (omega 6: omega 3 ratios of 1 and 20) and absolute (15% or 4% omega 6, 0.7% or 0.2% omega 3) differences in essential fatty acids on macronutrient selection patterns. Differences in dietary essential fatty acids had no effect on energy intake or the proportion of energy consumed as protein and carbohydrate. Experiment 2 examined the effect of differences in the level of saturated fat (3-10% diet (w/w] on protein and carbohydrate selection. Animals selecting from diets with higher levels of saturated fat consumed more energy as protein and less as carbohydrate than rats selecting from diets with lower levels of saturated fat (p less than 0.0001). Regression analysis was used to examine the relationship between percent protein or carbohydrate energy and classes of dietary fat. The strongest relationship existed between percent dietary saturated fat and percent protein or carbohydrate energy (p less than 0.0001). Polyunsaturated:saturated fat ratio was also weakly associated with percent protein and carbohydrate energy (p less than 0.05). Polyunsaturated, monounsaturated, omega 6 and omega 3 fatty acids were not significantly related to percent protein or carbohydrate energy. These results indicated that protein and carbohydrate selection patterns are altered in response to qualitatively different dietary fatty acids, and that the amount of saturated fat in the diet is the important characteristic of dietary fat mediating the behavioral alteration.  相似文献

在饲养条件下,赤腹松鼠(Callosciurus erythraeus)每天摄入干物质为7.06—9.91克/只,摄入能最为525.4—562.2千焦耳/千克~0.75每天每只摄入蛋白质:1.26—2.00克,脂肪0.69—2.79克。松鼠对能量、干物质、蛋白质和脂肪的消化率分别为85.7%—89.3%;84.7%—87.0%;75.9%—82.7%和79.1%—94.0%。赤腹松鼠喜食含脂量高的食物,对脂肪的消化能力高于蛋白质。营造种子含脂量高的多种树种混交林,提供松鼠足够的食物,是防止松鼠危害的有效途径。  相似文献

采用现代分析技术手段对鞭角华扁叶蜂Chinolydaflagellicornis(F.Smith)幼虫的主要营养成分进行分析,结果表明其鲜虫浆的蛋白质、氨基酸、粗脂肪、糖类及灰分含量分别为17.1%,13.5%,6.7%,1.0%和1.5%,胆固醇含量为0.3mg/g;含有7种人体必需氨基酸,其必需氨基酸占总氨基酸含量的43.0%,必需氨基酸与非必需氨基酸含量的比值为75.3%,第一限制性氨基酸为含硫氨基酸,即蛋氨酸和胱氨酸;同时,其不饱和脂肪酸与必需脂肪酸分别占总脂肪的61.3%和24.3%,特别是油酸和亚麻酸含量较高,分别达37.0%和18.4%;此外,还含有K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn等多种矿物质和微量元素。最后在分析其营养价值的基础上,对鞭角华扁叶蜂幼虫的开发利用价值进行了评价。  相似文献

对2002年在湖南澧县澧水尾闾、洞庭湖区边缘化的封闭型湖泊——北民湖发现的洞庭青鲫(Carassius auratus var.dongtingking)(n=15)的含肉率和肌肉中的生化成分、比能值及氨基酸测定分析。结果表明,洞庭青鲫的含肉率为52.18%;其肌肉生化成分(鲜重百分比)为:水分78.14%,蛋白质18.63%,脂肪1.51%,灰分1.22%,比能值5.09kJ/g及E/P值27.32kJ/g。肌肉中含有17种氨基酸,总量为866.12mg/g(干重比);其中9种人体必需氨基酸含量占氨基酸总量的48.21%(盐酸水解法);支/芳值达2.81,接近人体正常所需;4种鲜味氨基酸占氨基酸总量的50.39%。根据氨基酸评分(AAS)和化学评分(CS)标准,洞庭青鲫的第一限制因子是甲硫氨酸和胱氨酸,其次是缬氨酸、苯丙氨酸和酪氨酸。即洞庭青鲫氨基酸含量与组成与彭泽鲫(C.a.var.pengze)、异育银鲫(C.a.var.allogynogeneticrp)、萍乡肉红鲫(C.a.var.pingxing red)相比,均存在差异。  相似文献

Fruits of Broussonetia papyrifera from South China were analyzed for their total chemical composition, and antioxidant activities in ethanol and aqueous extracts. In the fruit of this plant, the crude protein, crude fat and carbohydrates was 7.08%, 3.72% and 64.73% of dry weight, respectively. The crude protein, crude fat and carbohydrates were 15.71%, 20.51% and 36.09% of dry weight, respectively. Fatty acid and amino acid composition of the fruit were analyzed. Unsaturated fatty acid concentration was 70.6% of the total fatty acids. The percentage of the essential amino acids (EAAs) was 40.60% of the total amino acids. Furthermore, B. papyrifera fruit are rich in many mineral elements and vitamins. Total phenolic content was assessed using the Folin-Ciocalteau assay, whereas antioxidant activities were assessed by measuring the ability of the two extracts to scavenge DPPH radicals, inhibit peroxidation, and chelate ferric ions. Their reducing power was also assessed. Results indicated that the aqueous extract of B. papyrifera was a more potent reducing agent and radical-scavenger than the ethanol extract. GC-MS analysis of the ethanol extract showed the presence of some acid-containing compounds. The changes in total phenolic content and antioxidant capacity in B. papyrifera from four different regions grown under normal conditions were assessed. The antioxidant activity of different extracts was positively associated with their total phenolic content. These results suggest that the fruit of B. papyrifera could be used in dietary supplement preparations, or as a food additive, for nutritional gain, or to prevent oxidation in food products.  相似文献

测定了6尾白斑狗鱼(Esox lucius)的含肉率和营养成分,并与部分淡水优质经济鱼类进行了比较.结果表明:白斑狗鱼含肉率为64.8%,粗蛋白含量和脂肪含量分别为19.1%和1.4%,17种氨基酸总量为17.38%,其中7种必需氨基酸总量为8.14%,鲜味氨基酸总量为6.36%.必需氨基酸总量占氨基酸总量的45.73%,低于鸡蛋蛋白模式,但明显高于WHO/FAO模式.必需氨基酸指数为76.35,根据化学评分计算结果,得出第一限制性氨基酸为缬氨酸,第二限制性氨基酸为蛋氨酸,第三限制性氨基酸为异亮氨酸.结果提示,白斑狗鱼是一种营养价值较高的鱼类.  相似文献

测定了黄鳝的含肉率及其氨基酸含量 ,对其营养价值进行了评定。该鱼 (鲜样 )含肉率 75 .12 % ;水分 6 2 .9% ;肌肉粗蛋白 (g/10 0g干样 ) 74.5 6 % ;水解氨基酸总量 5 6 .11% ;其中必需氨基酸 2 0 .83% ;占氨基酸总量的 37.12 %。认为黄鳝是一种营养价值和养殖价值都比较高的淡水养殖鱼类 ,具有良好的开发利用前景。  相似文献
