国产13种鸢尾属植物的核型研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
对中国产13种鸢尾属Iris植物进行了核型研究。其中中甸鸢尾I.subdichotoma、长葶鸢尾I.delavayi、大锐果鸢尾I.cuniculiformis为中国特有。大锐果鸢尾的染色体数目及核型为首次报道,核型公式为2n=22=4m 6sm 12st(2SAT)。长管鸢尾I.dolichosiphon的核型为首次报道,核型公式为2n=22=4m 12sm 6st。中甸鸢尾的染色体数目为新报道,核型公式为2n=42=20m 22sm。矮紫苞鸢尾I.ruthenicavar.nana的染色体数目为新报道,3个居群的染色体数目均为2n=42,核型公式分别为中甸居群2n=42=30m 12sm(2SAT),丽江甘海子居群2n=42=28m 14sm(2SAT),中甸尼西居群2n=42=36m 6sm(4SAT)。结合以往的细胞学研究结果,显示尼泊尔鸢尾亚属subgen.Nepalensis是一个染色体数目变化较大的类群,其中的中甸鸢尾可能是联系野鸢尾属Pardanthopsis与尼泊尔鸢尾亚属的重要类群。已报道的紫苞鸢尾I.ruthenica染色体数目为2n=84,与我们所研究的变种矮紫苞鸢尾(2n=42)呈倍性关系,通过与相邻类群的分析比较,认为紫苞鸢尾应是由二倍体类群演化而来。还对鸢尾属内染色体数目的变化和核型进化的趋势进行了探讨。  相似文献

采用植物染色体常规压片技术,报道了中国柴胡属(Bupleurum L .)13种5变种24个居群的染色体数目,其中4种5变种为首次报道,同时报道了5种1变种的细胞核型.除天山柴胡两个居群、紫花鸭跖柴胡一个居群和北柴胡一个居群是多倍体外,其它均为二倍体.主要结论如下:(1)秦岭柴胡和细茎有柄柴胡处理为独立的种更为合适;紫花阔叶柴胡作为大叶柴胡变种的处理是合理的;黄花鸭跖柴胡处理为紫花鸭跖柴胡的变种是不合理的.(2)紫花鸭跖柴胡和北柴胡可能都是还没有被完全认识的复合类群,需要进一步研究.(3)x=7可能是柴胡属的原始基数.  相似文献

以四川康定和稻城两个居群的无心菜属(Arenaria)雪灵芝亚属(A. subgen.Eremogoneastrum)的雪灵芝(A.brevipetala Y.W.Tsui et L.H.Zhou)、西藏八宿业拉山和安久拉山两个居群的八宿雪灵芝(A.baxoiensis L.H.Zhou)、西藏当雄和工布江达两个居群的瘦叶雪灵芝(A.ischnophylla Williams)以及西藏拉萨居群的藓状雪灵芝(A.bryophylla Fernald)为研究材料,采用植物根尖常规压片法,对它们的细胞分类学特征进行研究。结果显示:7个居群中,4种植物的染色体数目均为2n=22,为二倍体,核型公式为2n=2x=22=22 m,核型不对称性属于Stebbins's-1A型,AI值在1.75~0.32范围内变化。结合无心菜属已有细胞学资料,推断雪灵芝亚属核型特征原始,染色体数目及倍性稳定。本研究中4种植物的染色体数目和核型资料均为首次报道,补充了青藏高原无心菜属的细胞学资料。  相似文献

对青藏高原平车前(Plantago depressa)18个居群和大车前(Plantago major)2个居群的染色体数目、核型和C-值进行了研究。结果表明:西藏亚东县和林芝县的平车前居群染色体数目为2n=4x=24;其它平车前和大车前居群的染色体数目均为2n=2x=12;染色体基数均为x=6;核型类型均为1A型,核型组成和前人的研究结果不尽相同。平车前的2C-值为首次报道,随着倍性水平的增加1Cx-值降低。大车前的2C-值和前人的研究结果存在着差异。平车前和大车前不同居群的2C-值发生了变异。流式细胞仪不能用来估测车前属植物的倍性水平。  相似文献

首次报道了华南地区兔儿风属(Ainsliaea DC.)(菊科-帚菊木族Asteraceae-Pertyeae)3种植物共4个居群的染色体数目和核型。其中长穗兔儿风(A.henryi Diels)的染色体数目为2n=24,核型公式为2n=16m+8sm;三脉兔儿风(A.trinervis Y.C.Tseng)的染色体数目为2n=26,核型公式为2n=16m+10sm;莲沱兔儿风(A.ramosa Hemsl.)2个居群的染色体数目均为2n=26,核型公式为2n=26=22m+4sm。所有居群的染色体由大到小逐渐变化,核型没有明显的二型性。这些结果表明兔儿风属植物确有x=12和x=13两个基数,其中x=13可能是该属的原始基数。  相似文献

参照植物根尖细胞学研究的方法标准,对香薷属3种(5个居群)植物进行核形态学分析。结果表明:(1)从染色体数目看,密花香薷2居群染色体数目2n=16;野苏子2居群染色体数目2n=20,染色体数目和倍性与前人报道的一致;毛穗香薷染色体数目2n=10为首次报道。(2)聚类分析结果显示,3种(5居群)植物中野苏子和密花香薷亲缘关系较近;结合现有报道数据分析表明,该属植物仅有2种倍性(二倍体和四倍体),且二倍体占主导地位。(3)核型参数分析表明:密花香薷的稻城无名山居群1核型公式为2n=2x=16=14m+2sm,居群2为2n=2x=16=16m,着丝粒指数(CI)分别为39.57和42.32,不对称系数AI值分别为2.75和2.87,核型不对称性都为1A型;毛穗香薷的核型公式为2n=2x=10=10m,着丝粒指数(CI)为41.76,不对称系数AI值为5.25,核型不对称性为1B型;野苏子的昆明西山居群核型公式为2n=2x=20=14m+6sm,聂拉木樟木沟居群为2n=2x=20=16m+4sm,着丝粒指数(CI)分别为38.49和40.97,不对称系数AI值为4.20和4.30,核型不对称性为1B型和2B型。  相似文献

研究了野牡丹科国产野牡丹属(Melastoma L.)4种植物和从国外引种的蒂牡花属(Tibouchina Aubl.)2种植物的染色体数目,并对4种野牡丹属植物的核型进行分析。结果表明, 野牡丹属植物的染色体数目为2n=24,为二倍体植物,蒂牡花属的蒂牡花(T. urvillean)和银毛野牡丹(T. heteromall)的染色体数目为2n=36。核型公式为:野牡丹(M. malabathricum) 2n=10m(2SAT)+14sm;毛稔(M. sanguineurn) 2n=10m+12sm+2st;地稔(M. dodecandrum) 2n=12m+12sm;细叶野牡丹(M. intermedium) 2n=12m+10sm+2st。核型分析表明国产野牡丹属植物染色体为小染色体,绝对长度为0.43~1.79 µm;核型不对称系数为59.47~62.91,均属2B型。野牡丹属植物的核型为首次报道。  相似文献

对伞形科前胡属(PeucedanumL.)2个种以及羌活属(NotopterygiumH.Boiss.)1个种3个居群的染色体数目和核型进行了研究。研究表明,它们的染色体数目均为2n=22,核型公式可分别表示为长前胡:2n=2x=22=22 m(1 SAT),属1A型;松潘前胡:2n=2x=22=20 m 2 sm,属2A型;宽叶羌活的3个居群分别是:马边大风顶居群1为2n=2x=22=6 m 12 sm 4 st,属2A型;马边大风顶居群2为2n=2x=22=12 m 4 sm 6 st,属2B型;屏山老君山居群为2n=2x=22=4 m 14 sm 4 st,属2A型。其中长前胡和松潘前胡的染色体数目和核型为首次报道。  相似文献

本文以根尖细胞为材料,观察了石蒜Lycoris radiata(L′Her.)Herb.三个不同居群植物的染色体数目和核型,发现石蒜为一复合体,包括两种不同类型:(1)三倍体类型,主要包括一群以鳞茎无性繁殖的园艺栽培植株,其染色体数目和核型为2n=33=33t(st),属“4A”核型,且极其稳定。(2)二倍体类型,主要包括一群野生植株,变异较大,我们发现有下列几种情况:一是芜湖产石蒜(L.radiata)的野生材料,其染色体数目和核型为2n=21+1B=1m+12st+8t+1B,属“3A”核型,在石蒜种内迄今未见有类似报道;另一是黄山产野生材料,观察到两个细胞型,绝大多数细胞为2n=22=12st+1Ot,极个别细胞出现2n=22+1B=6st+14t+2T+1B的情况,均属“4A”核型。芜湖和黄山野生材料的染色体数目和核型均为首次报道。石蒜(L.radiata)的二倍体类群也是首次在安徽发现。  相似文献

采用压片法对中国姜花属十八个分类群进行了体细胞染色体计数,对白姜花减数分裂终变期I的染色体数目和形态进行了观察。结果显示:包括白姜花在内的十九个分类群中有六个二倍体,一个三倍体,十二个四倍体,其中十二个分类群的体染色体数目为首次报道,显示中国姜花属植物具有较高比例的多倍体类型;姜花属的染色体基数为n=17,染色体组可能是多倍体起源的。  相似文献

香茶菜属(Isodon)由于富含二萜类化合物(Diterpenoids)而具有较高的药用价值,本研究根据其所含二萜的骨架和氧化状态,对该类化合物在香茶菜属植物中的分布规律进行研究。UPGMA聚类分析结果显示:含二环和三环二萜为主的植物种类聚在一支上,含四环二萜为主的植物种类聚在另一支上。进一步将二萜分为二环、三环、四环三大类绘制到分子系统树上结果显示:三环二萜主要分布在较原始的类群中,如:线纹香茶菜(I.lophanthoides)和小花线纹香茶菜(I.lophanthoides var. micranthus);而四环二萜主要分布在较进化的类群中,如:旱生香茶菜(I.xerophilus)和腺花香茶菜(I.adenanthus)。本研究通过对二萜类化合物与香茶菜属系统发育之间存在的联系进行探讨,有助于对香茶菜属植物中的二萜类化合物活性成分进行筛选与研发。  相似文献

The cytological studies were performed in 11 populations of Dicranostigma lactucoides, Dleptopodum, and Derectum and one population for Galucium fimbrilligerum. All three species of Dicranostigma possessed chromosome number 2n=2x=12, of which chromosome numbers for Derectum and Dlactucoides are reported here for the first time. Glaucium fimbrilligerum presented the number 2n=2x=10, which is not only new to the genus but also the known lowest number for Glaucium.  相似文献

Somatic chromosomes were observed in 661 individuals of 14 taxa, nine species and five varieties, of Damnacanthus (Rubiaceae). Chromosome numbers are reported for the first time for 13 taxa. Diploid (2n = 22) and tetraploid (2n = 44) counts were obtained. Distyly is reported for the first time for four species, D. angustifolius, D. henryi, D. labordei, and D. officinarum. A strong correlation exists between chromosome number and occurrence of distyly. Regardless of taxa in Damnacanthus, distylous populations are diploid, and monomorphic populations are tetraploid. Flowers of the monomorphic populations observed have a long style and short stamens with few exceptions. Polyploidization may have caused the breakdown of distylous to monomorphic flowers. In D. indicus, leaves from the tetraploid populations tend to be larger than those from the diploid populations. Populations of tetraploid D. indicus were distributed in more northern areas than those of the diploid. Three types of sympatric distribution were found for the varieties of D. indicus in Japan: diploid and tetraploid, two diploids, and two tetraploids. Based on the present chromosome number study, the taxonomy of the varieties of D. indicus should be revised.  相似文献

In order to gain better knowledge of the number and morphology of chromosomes in Aconitum subgen. Lycoctonum in China, 60 populations belonging to 20 species were cytologically studied. Chromosome numbers of six species (A. apetalum, A. finetianum, A. fletcheranum, A. longecassidatum, A. umbrosum and A. wangyedianense) are here reported for the first time. One species, A. fletcheranum, has 2n = 12, and thus is a diploid based on x = 6, a new base chromosome number for the genus Aconitum. Most of the remaining taxa are diploid (2n = 16) based on x = 8, but five taxa (A. angustius, A. brevicalcaratum var. brevicalcaratum, A. brevicalcaratum var. parviflorum, A.chrysotrichum and A. crassiflorum) are tetraploid with 2n = 32, and one species (A. apetalum) is hexaploid with 2n = 48, the highest ploidy level currently known in the subgenus. Disregarding differences in the presence or absence and number of satellites, the karyotypes of all the 2n = 16 species are quite uniform (2n = 2m + 6sm + 8st), but A. novoluridum, the only species of A. section Alatospermum, has an intrachromosomally less asymmetric karyotype (2n = 2m + 14sm), which lends further support for the primitive condition of its section as inferred from gross‐morphology. Chromosomal variation in the subgenus and the relationships of some of the species are discussed.  相似文献

A total of 61 chromosome counts from 11 taxa of Korean Spiraea was made. Our counts are the first report for eight taxa;S. blumei (2n=18, 36),S. chartacea (2n=36),S. chinensis (2n=36),S. fritschiana (2n=27, 36),S. microgyna (2n=18),S. prunifolia var.simpliciflora (2n=18),S. pseudocrenata (2n=36), andS. trichocarpa (2n=18). A new chromosome number of 2n=36 (tetraploid) is reported forS. pubescence. Populations of three species includingS. blumei, S. pubescence and .V.fritschiana, show different ploidy levels; diploid and tetraploid populations are found in the former two species and triploid and tetraploid ones, in latter species. Multiplication of chromosome numbers contributes to increase in size of pollen and stomata in the three species. Populations with different ploidy levels inS. blumei occupy different regions; diploid populations in inland Korea and tetraploid ones in Ullung Island. Island tetraploid population of 5.blumei might be originated from intra-island polyploidization through the introduction of diploid from inland Korea, considering the worldwide distribution of this species. Pollen fertilities of island populations of ,S′.blumei are relatively low, and sometimes no pollen grain is produced in anther sacs; it suggests that tetraploid population of the island is gynodioecious which may serve reduction of inbreeding depression.  相似文献

本文对分布于陕西省的3种绞股蓝植物进行了染色体观察,其结果:绞股蓝染色体数为2n=2x=22,长梗绞股蓝为2n=2x=22,心籽绞股蓝为2n=6x=66。后两种为本文首次报道,这些观察结果为我国绞股蓝属植物的分类和推广利用提供了细胞学依据。  相似文献
