从药用植物蓄 (Polygonumaviculare)全草的丙酮提取物中分离鉴定了 10个化合物 ,经波谱学鉴定为 :山奈酚 (kaempferol) (1) ,槲皮素 (quercetin) (2 ) ,胡桃宁 (juglanin) (3) ,黄芪甙 (astragalin) (4) ,蓄甙 (avicularin) (5 ) ,槲皮甙 (quercetrin) (6 ) ,杨梅树皮甙 (myricitrin) (7) ,desmanthin 1(8) ,loliolide(9)和丁香脂素 (syringaresinol) (10 )。其中 ,化合物 (8) ,(9) ,(10 )为首次从该植物中分离得到。  相似文献

亚热带季雨林林下阴生植物罗伞(Ardisia quinquegona)叶片的气体交换速率(PN.μmol.m~(-2),s~(-1))随光强(PFD,μmol,m~(-2),s~(-1))增高而增大。在光强低于80μmol,m~(-2),s~(-1),PN=29.21PFD×10~(-3)+0.36。在光强150μmol,m~(-2),s~(-1)对出现气体交换的光饱和现象。在低光强下,气孔传导率(G,m mol,m~(-2),s~(-1)与光强(m mol,m~(-2),s~(-1)的关系为G=265.6 PFD+4.6。在低光强下。开阔地的阳生灌木桃金娘(Rhodmyrtus tomentosa)的气体交换速率和气孔传导率与光强关系曲线的直线部分斜率皆较罗伞的低,在红光上,罗伞叶片气体交换速率(μmol,m~(-2),s~(-1)与光强(μmol,m~(-2),s~(-1)的关系为PN=32.4 PFD×10~(-3)-0.04。气孔传导率(m mol,m~(-2),s~(-1)与光强(m mol,m~(-2),s~(-1)的关系为G=339.08 PFD+7.37。同时气体交换速率的饱和红光光强亦较白光的高。在蓝光光强低时,气体交换速率(μmol,m~(-2),s~(-1))与光强(μmol,m~(-2),s~(-1))的关系为PN=13.54 PFD×10~(-3)—0.17,而气孔传导率(m mol,m~(-2),s~(-1))与光强(mμmol,m~(-2),s~(-1))的关系为G=80.5 PFD+4.35。在低的蓝光下,体交换速率和气孔传导率与光强关系曲线的直线部分斜率显著较在白光和红光下的低。罗伞叶片气体交换对红光的反应敏感。  相似文献

从肾茶 (Clerodendranthusspicatus)的地上部分共分离了 19个化合物 ,分别被鉴定为 5 羟基 7,3′ ,4′ 三甲氧基黄酮 (1) ,鼠尾草素 (2 ) ,5 羟基 6 ,7,3′ ,4′ 四甲氧基黄酮 (3) ,泽兰黄素 (4 ) ,3′ 羟基 5 ,7,8,4′ 四甲氧基黄酮 (5 ) ,异橙黄酮 (6 ) ,黄芪苷 (7) ,异槲皮素 (8) ,咖啡酸 (9) ,对 -羟基苯甲醛 (10 ) ,对 -羟基苯甲酸 (11) ,原儿茶醛 (12 ) ,原儿茶酸 (13) ,3,4 二羟基苯酰甲醇 (14 ) ,迷迭香酸 (15 ) ,迷迭香酸乙酯 (16 ) ,秦皮乙素(17) ,neoorthosipholA (18)和β 谷甾醇 (19)。迷迭香酸和其它酚性化合物可能与该植物的抗菌、消炎的药效有着直接的关系。  相似文献

以苗用型大白菜品种‘油绿3号’为材料,设置日光温室内盆栽实验,在蓝膜(B_(flim))、绿膜(G_(flim))、黄膜(Yflim)、红膜(R_(flim))、无色膜(W_(flim))下进行叶面喷施0(CK)、12和24 mmol·L^(-1) NaCl的组合处理(B_(flim0)、B_(flim12)、B_(flim24)、G_(flim0)、G_(flim12)、G_(flim24)、Y_(flim0)、Y_(flim12)、Y_(flim24)、R_(flim0)、R_(flim12)、R_(flim24)、W_(flim0)、W_(flim12)、W_(flim24)),测定幼苗的干鲜物质量、叶面积、净光合速率(P_(n))、气孔导度(G_(s))以及光合色素、可溶性糖和游离氨基酸含量等指标,以明确有色薄膜下叶面喷施NaCl对苗用型大白菜的生长及物质累积的复合调节效应。结果表明:(1)相同薄膜颜色下,与对照(0 mmol·L^(-1) NaCl)相比,苗用型大白菜的各项生长指标在12和24 mmol·L^(-1) NaCl处理下均不同程度增加,并以Y_(film12)处理的生长促进效应最大,其鲜物质量、干物质量、叶面积、可溶性糖含量分别比W_(film0)处理显著增加54.40%、45.06%、38.99%和76.77%;R_(film12)和W_(film12)处理的生长促进效应较大,但B_(film12)处理更有利于游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白质累积以及叶绿素形成。(2)相同盐浓度条件下(0~24 mmol·L^(-1) NaCl),5种有色薄膜下苗用型大白菜的干鲜物质累积量以Y_(film0)处理最大,W_(film0)处理较大,R_(film0)处理较低,B_(film0)和G_(film0)处理最低。(3)叶面喷施12 mmol·L^(-1) NaCl不仅对红膜下可溶性糖含量和蓝膜下光合色素含量的增加会有进一步提升的较强叠加效应,且对蓝膜下干物质累积、可溶性糖含量、P_(n)和G_(s)以及红膜下叶面积、游离氨基酸含量和可溶性蛋白质含量的降低具有较强的补偿效应。(4)有色薄膜下苗用型大白菜的干鲜物质量、可溶性糖含量、光合色素含量以及P_(n)等因变量不仅受到R、FR光谱范围参数的直接通径因子调节,而且受到R∶FR、B∶R光谱比例参数的调节;叶面积还受到YR、R∶FR、B∶Y、B∶G等光谱特征参数的调节。研究发现,5种有色薄膜下,叶面喷施低浓度NaCl对苗用型大白菜生长及物质累积均呈现促进效应,且既有协同叠加效应也有补偿缓解效应,并以黄膜尤其是黄膜下叶面喷施12 mmol·L^(-1) NaCl处理对苗用型大白菜生长的促进效应最优。  相似文献

本文采用全细胞穿孔膜片钳技术研究uTP对急性酶分离的猪冠状动脉平滑肌细胞(coronary artery smooth muscle cells,CASMCs)自发性瞬时外向电流(spontaneous transient outward currents,STOCs)的作用,探讨细胞内Ca2 释放在UTP产物三磷酸肌醇(inositol 1,4,5.trisphosphate,IP3)调控STOCs过程中的作用机制.结果显示:(1)UTP(40 gmol/L)可明显激活CASMCs的STOCs,使其幅度和频率分别增~0(57.54±5.34)%和(77.46±8.42)%(P<0.01,n=38).(2)磷脂酶C(phospholipase C,PLC)阻断剂U73122(5 gmol/L)可明显抑制STOCs的活性,使其幅度和频率分别降低(31.04±7.46)%和(41.65±16.59)%(P<0.05,,n=10);细胞外再加入UTP小能再次激活STOCs(n=7).(3)L型电压依赖性钙通道(L-type voltage-dependent Ca2 channels,L-VDCCs)阻断剂verapamil(20 gmol/L)和CdCl2(200 gmol/L)几乎不影响UTP对STOCs活性的调节(n=8).(4)1 gmol/L的bisindolylmaleimide I[Bisl,蛋白激酶C(protein kinase C,PKC)的特异性阻断剂]可明显激活STOCs,使其幅度和频率分别增加(65.44±24.66)%和(61.35±21.47)%(P<0.01,n=12),细胞外再加入UTP(40 gmol/L)可使STOCs的幅度及频率进一步明显增加(P<0.05,P<0.01,n=12),细胞外继续加入ryanodine(50 gmol/L)则可完全阻断STOCs.(5)UTP(40 gmol/L)预处理细胞后,IP受体(IP3 receptors,IP3Rs)阻断剂2-aminoethoxydiphenyl borate(2-APB,40 gmol/L)可使STOCs的幅度降低(24.08±3.97)%(P<0.05,n=8),对其频率的影响较小(n=8);而80 gmol/L的2-APB则可明显抑制STOCs的活性,使其幅度和频率分别降低(31.43±6.34)%和(40.59±19.01)%(P<0.05,P<0.01,n=6),细胞外继续加入高浓度的ryanodine(50 Bmol/L)可完全抑制STOCs(n=6).用2-APB(40 gmol/L)或ryanodine(50 gmol/L)预处理细胞后,UTP(40 gmol/L)不能再次激活STOCs.以上结果提示:UTP主要通过PLC-IPl信号通路激活急性酶分离的猪CASMCs的STOCs,IP3Rs和ryanodine受体(ryanodine receptors,RyRs)介导的细胞内Ca2 释放在此过程中发挥重要作用.  相似文献

为了研究引进树种对干热河谷环境的适应性,以生长于干热河谷野外环境中的新银合欢(Leucaena leucocephala)为研究对象,研究分析了其在湿季(7月)和干季(11月)的光合生理特征和叶绿素荧光特征。结果表明:(1)在P_n-C_i响应曲线中,当C_i150μmol/mol,干季的净光合速率(Net photosynthetic rate,P_n)高于湿季,而当C_i150μmol/mol,干季的P_n低于湿季;(2)相较于湿季,干季的初始羧化效率(Initial carboxylation efficiency,CE)、光合能力(Photosynthetic capacity,A_(max))、CO_2补偿点(CO_2 compensation point,Γ)、光呼吸速率(Photorespiration rate,R_p)、最大羧化速率(Maximum carboxylation rate,V_(cmax))、最大电子传递速率(Maximum electron transport rate,J_(max))、磷酸丙糖利用率(Triose phosphates utilization rate,TPU)、J_(max)/V_(cmax)、气孔限制值(Stomatal limitation,L_s)和叶片饱和水汽压差(Vapor pressure deficit,VPD)均显著下降(P0.05),而暗呼吸速率(Dark respiration rate,R_d)、胞间CO_2浓度(Intercellular CO_2 concentration,C_i)、气孔导度(Stomatal conductance,G_s)、蒸腾速率(Transpiration rate,T_r)、饱和光下最大净光合速率(Light-saturated net photosynthetic rate,P_(nmax))和水分利用效率(Water use efficiency,WUE)则显著上升(P0.05);(3)干季的PSII实际光化学效率(Actual photochemical efficiency of PSII,Ф_(PSII)),光化学猝灭系数(Photochemical fluorescence quenching,qP),电子传递效率(Electron transport rate,ETR)较湿季出现显著下降(P0.05),非光化学猝灭系数(Non-photochemical fluorescence quenching,NPQ)显著增加(P0.05);(4)叶绿素荧光参数的Ф_(PSII)、NPQ、ETR与各光合生理指标相关性较强。在干热河谷地区,气孔限制是影响新银合欢湿季光合速率的主要因素;而非气孔限制是影响其干季光合速率的主要因素。  相似文献

以油茶品种‘长林4号’2年生幼苗为材料,在人工气候箱内设置盆栽实验,研究不同光照强度(10%、40%、70%光照和全光照)对油茶光能利用特性的影响。结果显示:(1)油茶叶片净光合速率(P_(n))、电子传递效率(ETR)、光补偿点(I_(c))、CO_(2)补偿点(Γ)、饱和光强(I_(sat))、饱和胞间CO_(2)浓度(C_(isat))、光呼吸速率(R_(p))、暗呼吸速率(R_(d))以及在叶片水平与植株水平上的光能利用效率均随光照强度的增强而提高。(2)在弱光条件下,油茶叶片光化学淬灭系数(qP)提高,非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ)降低,所吸收的光能被更多地分配向光化学耗散和过剩激发能,使_(PSⅡ)光化学效率(F_(v)/F_(m)、Φ_(PSⅡ))提高。(3)油茶通过提高叶片叶绿素含量、捕光色素分子数(N_(0))和本征光能吸收截面(σ_(ik))来增强对光的捕获能力,但随光照强度降低,其捕光色素分子的有效光能吸收截面(σ_(ik)')减小,捕光色素分子处于最低激发态的最小平均寿命(τ_(min))变长,累积在最低激发态的天线色素分子数(N_(k))增多。研究表明,在低光照强度环境下,电子在捕光色素分子之间的传递和光合电子流的产生受到限制,油茶叶片光能捕获与光合电子传递效率无法同时提高,最终导致其光合碳同化能力和光能利用效率下降。  相似文献

分别用 35种植物乙醇提取物处理的叶片饲养小菜蛾幼虫 ,研究非嗜食植物提取物对小菜蛾化蛹率和蛹重的影响。研究表明 ,茶枯 (Camelliaoleifera)、番石榴 (Psidiumguajava)、飞扬草 (Euphorbiahirta)、南洋楹 (Albiziafalcataria)、薄荷 (Menthahaplocalyx)、蓖麻 (Ricinuscommunis)、假连翘 (Durantarepens)的乙醇提取物对小菜蛾化蛹有显著的抑制作用 (P <0 0 1,DMRT) ,化蛹率都低于 30 0 0 % ;从蛹重来看 ,经积雪草 (Centellaasiatica)、芒果(Mangiferaindica)、构树 (Broussonetiapapyrifera)、细叶桉 (Eucalyptustereticornis)的乙醇提取物处理 ,小菜蛾蛹重显著减轻 (P <0 0 1,DMRT) ,蛹重 (10只蛹 )都低于 0 0 30 0 g。  相似文献

以一缩二乙二醇双环氧丙基醚为交联剂,合成了以壳聚糖为母体的凝胶型螯合树脂,并研究了其对金属离子Cu(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)的吸附性能。结果表明,该树脂能在Cu(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)三种离子共存时,选择吸附Cu(Ⅱ)离子,其选择性系数分别为KCu(Ⅱ)/Ni(Ⅱ)=6.28和KCu(Ⅱ)/Co(Ⅱ)=4.23。  相似文献

以沙质草地优势物种猪毛蒿、胡枝子和糙隐子草为研究对象,利用开顶式生长室(OTC)模拟增温,研究降水减少20%、40%和60%与增温的交互作用对3种典型植物叶片光合气体交换特征及叶绿素荧光特征的影响,以揭示沙质草地3种优势植物对气候变化的响应规律。结果显示:(1)与自然温度相比,OTC模拟增温增加了猪毛蒿C_(i),显著降低了胡枝子G_(s)、P_(n)和T_(r)、糙隐子草G_(s)和P_(n)、猪毛蒿WUE和L_(s),也显著降低了猪毛蒿和胡枝子F_(v)/F_(m)和F_(v)/F_(o)。(2)无论增温与否,随着降水减少幅度的增加,猪毛蒿G_(s)和P_(n)呈下降趋势,且中度以上的干旱胁迫下(降水减少>40%)胡枝子和糙隐子草P_(n)显著低于对照。(3)在自然温度条件下,轻度干旱胁迫时(降水减少20%)猪毛蒿T_(r)显著低于对照,重度干旱胁迫时(降水减少60%)其WUE、F_(v)/F_(m)和F_(v)/F_(o)显著低于对照;重度干旱胁迫时,胡枝子C_(i)显著高于对照,差异幅度达10.7%,L_(s)显著低于对照,轻度干旱胁迫时(降水减少20%)其F_(v)/F_(m)和F_(v)/F_(o)显著高于中度以上的干旱胁迫;中度以上的干旱胁迫下糙隐子草T_(r)和G_(s)显著低于对照,重度干旱胁迫时,其C_(i)、F_(v)/F_(m)和F_(v)/F_(o)显著低于对照,WUE和L_(s)显著高于对照。(4)增温与降水减少交互作用下,所有处理猪毛蒿C_(i)均高于对照,差异幅度分别达4.5%,6.0%和8.4%;胡枝子T_(r)均显著低于对照,差异幅度达57.8%;重度干旱胁迫时猪毛蒿L_(s)和WUE显著低于对照,糙隐子草F_(v)/F_(m)和F_(v)/F_(o)随降水减少而降低,中度以上的干旱胁迫时其值显著低于对照。(5)相关性分析表明,3个优势物种的P_(n)与F_(v)/F_(m)和F_(v)/F_(o)均呈显著正相关关系,其中猪毛蒿和糙隐子草的P_(n)—F_(v)/F_(m)和P_(n)—F_(v)/F_(o)斜率明显高于胡枝子。研究表明,气候变暖会在一定程度上加剧降水减少对沙质草地3种群落优势物种光合作用的抑制。  相似文献

Anoplophora glabripennis (Motschulsky) (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae) is one of the most serious nonnative invasive forest insects discovered in North America in recent years. A. glabripennis is regulated by federal quarantines in the United States and Canada and is the subject of eradication programs that involve locating, cutting, and chipping all infested trees. Other control methods are needed to aid in eradication and to form an integrated management program in the event eradication fails. We conducted laboratory bioassays to determine the toxicity of two systemic insecticides, azadirachtin and imidacloprid, for potential control of A. glabripennis and the cottonwood borer, Plectrodera scalator (F.) (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae), a closely related native cerambycid. Larvae of both cerambycid species were fed artificial diet with dilutions of azadirachtin or imidacloprid for 14 wk. Both insecticides exhibited strong antifeedant effects and some toxicity against A. glabripennis and P. scalator larvae. For A. glabripennis, the highest larval mortality at the end of the bioassay was 60% for larvae fed artificial diet treated with azadirachtin (50 ppm) or imidacloprid (1.6 ppm). For P. scalator, the highest larval mortality at the end of the bioassay was 100% for larvae fed artificial diet treated with azadirachtin (50 ppm) or imidacloprid (160 ppm). At 14 wk, the LC50 values for P. scalator were 1.58 and 1.78 ppm for azadirachtin and imidacloprid, respectively. Larvae of both species gained weight when fed diet treated with formulation blanks (inert ingredients) or the water control but lost weight when fed diet treated with increasing concentrations of either azadirachtin or imidacloprid. In a separate experiment, A. glabripennis adults were fed maple twigs treated with high and low concentrations of imidacloprid. A. glabripennis adult mortality reached 100% after 13 d on twigs treated with 150 ppm imidacloprid and after 20 d on twigs treated with 15 ppm imidacloprid. There was no visible feeding by A. glabripennis adults on twigs treated at the higher imidacloprid rate, and feeding was significantly reduced for adults placed on twigs treated at the low imidacloprid rate compared with adults on untreated twigs. In summary, imidacloprid and azadirachtin had both antifeedant and toxic effects against A. glabripennis and P. scalator and have potential for use in management programs. Based on our results, the delivery of high and sustained insecticide concentrations will be needed to overcome the antifeedant effects and lengthy lethal time for both larvae and adults exposed to these insecticides.  相似文献

光肩星天牛种群间及其近缘种遗传关系的RAPD研究   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
利用RAPD技术对采自中国和美国的星天牛属Anoplophora 5个种及8个光肩星天牛Anoplophora glabripennis (Motschulsky)地理种群共13个样品进行了遗传相似性分析。选用了Operon公司生产的引物H系列20个,L系列20个,Q系列11个共51个引物,最后从40个引物中筛选出26个具有多态性的引物作为第一组用于星天牛属种间和光肩星天牛种群间分析,从31个引物中筛选出19个具有多态性的引物作为第二组单独用于光肩星天牛种群分析。根据第一组引物实验获得的RAPD聚类图及遗传距离表明,各个地理种群的光肩星天牛和黄斑星天牛A. nobilis都聚在一起,形成一个大的分枝,而四川星天牛A. freyi、楝星天牛A. horsfieldi和星天牛A. chinensis均在此分枝之外。来自美国纽约和芝加哥的光肩星天牛种群聚于中国光肩星天牛种群之外的另一个独立的分枝上。分布在我国宁夏、内蒙古和河北的光肩星天牛以及宁夏黄斑星天牛和山东、陕西的光肩星天牛分别聚在一起,而甘肃的光肩星天牛与甘肃的黄斑星天牛则聚于另一枝,且它们之间的遗传距离很近,仅为0.1324,说明这两者之间有着极其相近的亲缘关系,由此推断光肩星天牛和黄斑星天牛的差异很小,遗传关系难以区分,进一步证实了它们很可能是同一个种下的两个不同的型。第二组引物实验得到了相似的结果,来自中国的6个光肩星天牛种群全部聚于同一枝中并分成两小枝: 分布于我国宁夏、河北、山东、甘肃的光肩星天牛聚在一起,内蒙古和陕西的光肩星天牛则成另一枝,而分布于美国纽约和芝加哥的光肩星天牛仍聚于中国光肩星天牛种群之外的一个单独的分枝上。但是美国光肩星天牛与中国光肩星天牛之间的遗传距离最近的为0.4578, 最远的为0.5960。由此认为,本研究中采自美国的两个光肩星天牛种群的样本和采自中国的光肩星天牛种群的样本之间存在显著差异,遗传关系较远。有必要从中国和世界其他天牛分布地采集更多样本做进一步DNA 分析。  相似文献

评述了我国光肩星天牛种组种类的外部形态和外生殖器主要鉴别特征、寄主、地理分布、起源及其演化。光肩星天牛主要分布在山西吕粱山、太行山以东的广大平原地区 ,寄主广泛 ,主要有榆、复叶槭、杨、柳、五角枫等。黄斑星天牛主要分布在秦岭以北 ,山西吕粱山、太行山以西的陕甘宁地区 ,向东已扩展到河南、河北 ;主要危害杨树 ,也为害柳、榆。四川星天牛主要分布于秦岭以南的云、贵、川地区 ,主要危害柳树 ;在这里至今还没有发现光肩星天牛和黄斑星天牛。  相似文献

光肩星天牛Anoplophora glabripennis和星天牛Anoplophora chinensis是我国两种重要的林业蛀干害虫,存在很多共同的寄主植物。为了阐明两种星天牛之间的物种竞争关系,本文采用行为观察试验,研究两种星天牛寄主危害部位、异种危害寄主识别和种间争斗行为等试验。结果显示,光肩星天牛和星天牛在寄主植物上的取食危害部位有很大差异,光肩星天牛主要取食寄主植物的枝条上部,取食面积为2 390.0 mm^2,占整个寄主植物取食面积的69.3%,星天牛主要取食寄主植物的树干上部,取食面积为3 140.0 mm^2,占整个寄主植物的96.6%;两种星天牛都能识别异种天牛危害过的寄主,对其具有显著的回避性,其中光肩星天牛对星天牛危害过的寄主取食量平均值为420.8 mm^2,显著低于健康寄主取食量平均值2 518.8 mm^2,同样,星天牛对光肩星天牛危害过的寄主取食量平均值为436.8 mm^2,显著低于健康寄主取食量平均值1 803.5 mm^2,而对同种天牛危害过的寄主没有显著的选择性;两种星天牛之间争斗共发生34次,其中星天牛获胜30次,表现出更强的竞争力。两种星天牛之间存在显著的种间竞争关系,并且能够识别对方物种的存在,其对寄主的感受机制和植物免疫反应机制需要进一步的试验研究。  相似文献

Anoplophora glabripennis Motschulsky, a wood borer native to Asia, was recently found in New York City and Chicago. In an attempt to eradicate these beetle populations, thousands of infested city trees have been removed. Field data from nine U.S. cities and national tree cover data were used to estimate the potential effects of A. glabripennis on urban resources through time. For the cities analyzed, the potential tree resources at risk to A. glabripennis attack based on host preferences, ranges from 12 to 61% of the city tree population, with an estimated value of $72 million-$2.3 billion per city. The corresponding canopy cover loss that would occur if all preferred host trees were killed ranges from 13-68%. The estimated maximum potential national urban impact of A. glabripennis is a loss of 34.9% of total canopy cover, 30.3% tree mortality (1.2 billion trees) and value loss of $669 billion.  相似文献

Anoplophora glabripennis (Motschulsky) (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae), a pest native to China and Korea, was discovered in North America in 1996. Currently, the only reliable strategy available for eradication and control is to cut and chip all infested trees. We evaluated various doses of the systemic insecticides azadirachtin, emamectin benzoate, imidacloprid, and thiacloprid for control of A. glabripennis in naturally infested elms (Ulmus spp.), poplars (Populus spp.), and willows (Salix spp. ) in China between 2000 and 2002. Significantly more dead A. glabripennis adults were found beneath elm and poplar trees treated with imidacloprid (in 2000 and 2001) or thiacloprid (in 2001) and beneath willow trees injected with imidacloprid or thiacloprid (in 2002) compared with control trees. In 2000, 4 mo after injection, the density of live A. glabripennis was significantly reduced in poplar trees treated with imidacloprid (90%) and in willow trees treated with imidacloprid (83%) or emamectin benzoate (71%) compared with controls. In 2001, 9 mo after injection, the density of live A. glabripennis was significantly reduced in poplar (76%) and willow (45%) trees treated with imidacloprid compared with control trees. Similarly, percentage mortality of all life stages of A. glabripennis feeding within trees was significantly higher on poplar trees 4 mo after injection with imidacloprid (64%) in 2000 and on elms (55%) and poplars (63%) 9 mo after injection with imidacloprid in 2001 compared with control trees. Imidacloprid residue levels in leaves and twigs collected at various times from 1 d to 9 mo after injection ranged from 0.27 to 0.46 ppm. Injecting A. glabripennis-infested trees with imidacloprid can result in significant mortality of adults during maturation feeding on leaves and twigs and of all life stages feeding within infested trees. Imidacloprid is translocated rapidly in infested trees and is persistent at lethal levels for several months. Although, injection with imidacloprid does not provide complete control of A. glabripennis, systemic insecticides may prove useful as part of an integrated eradication or management program.  相似文献

利用网室接种和树干套笼接种光肩星天牛Anoplophora glabripennis(Motschulsky)成虫的方法,于2005年~2006年在新疆光肩星天牛的发生疫区,进行10种主要造林树种对其抗性的测定试验。结果显示:2种接种试验结果基本一致,各试验树种都不同程度地受到光肩星天牛的危害,表现出不同的抗虫性。根据孵化幼虫数综合分析,判断出试验树种的抗性高低的顺序为:桑树、沙枣>胡杨、圆冠榆、新疆杨、白榆、箭杆杨>复叶槭、旱柳、馒头柳。另外根据网室内试验树种上出现的羽化孔判断,光肩星天牛在新疆巴音郭楞蒙古自治州1年发生1代。  相似文献

The mortality of naked Anoplophora glabripennis Motschulsky (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae) larvae exposed to ethanedinitrile (cyanogen; C2N2) varied with temperature, time of exposure, and dose of ethanedinitrile. The concentration x time (Ct) product of ethanedinitrile over a range of temperatures (4.4, 10.1, 15.6, and 20.1 degrees C) decreased with increasing temperature, for both 3- and 6-h exposures. The Ct products varied with time of exposure at different temperatures. The variations in mortality at different temperatures are described with a slope ratio (Y = [slope]6h/ [slope]3h). At different temperatures, the concentration of ethanedinitrile and the duration of exposure play different roles in killing A. glabripennis larvae. These results suggest the control of A. glabripennis larvae within wood is achievable.  相似文献
