癫痫大鼠与正常大鼠脑中钙调神经磷酸酶及其底物的研究   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
报道了听源性癫痫大鼠发作后其脑内钙调神经磷酸酶(Calcineurin,CaN)及其底物蛋白磷酸化水平的改变,以PNPP为底物测CaN的活力,用间接ELISA测CaN的含量,SDS-PAGE和2-D-PAGE并放射自显影的方法研究脑内蛋白质磷酸化水平,发现与正常大鼠相比,听源性癫痫大鼠发作后,脑内CaN的含量并没有改变,但比活力下降,其底物的磷酸化状态也有改变,其中一个30kD蛋白磷酸化程度明显降  相似文献

于大鼠皮下埋入含醋酸去氧皮质酮(DOCA)的硅胶管以形成DOCA-salt高血压,其中一组动物在埋管前切除(T_9-L_2)脊髓右侧背根神经,每周以尾套法测定大鼠收缩压,埋管后6周测定大鼠脑和血浆中儿茶酚胺(CA)和血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)的浓度,用电脑血管显微图像分析系统测量血管的结构变化。与对照鼠相比,DOCA-salt高血压大鼠下丘脑和延脑的肾上腺素含量和AngⅡ放免活性及血浆去甲肾上腺素(NE)浓度均明显增加,血浆AngⅡ浓度降低,心系数(心重/体重)和肠系膜动脉的中层厚度、壁厚与腔径(壁腔)比值增大;切除脊髓背根可明显延缓DOCA-salt高血压的形成、预防以上组织CA浓度和AngⅡ放免活性增加以及缓解心肌和血管平滑肌的肥厚。提示,肾神经传入纤维在DOCA-salt高血压形成中起作用,其机制可能通过影响脑内肾上腺素能神经元和激活脑肾素-血管紧张素系统增加交感传出而起作用。  相似文献

用PEG、PEG+ABA、ABA分别处理15d龄的山黧豆幼苗,取其叶片为实验材料,测定内源ABA、ODAP、MDA和H2O2含量以及几种抗氧化酶活性,结果表明,与对照相比处理材料叶片中ABA和ODAP含量显著增加;外源ABA的加入降低了PEG胁迫引起的MDA和H2O2含量的增加,延缓了PEG胁迫引起的CAT活性的衰减,提高了GR活性。用外源ABA长时间处理山黧豆,发现叶片中ABA含量显著增加,随后  相似文献

本文应用放射免疫分析(RIA)、RNA点杂交和Northern blot、单克隆抗体免疫组织化学和计算机图像处理技术研究电针对切除卵巢大鼠脑内雌激素受体(ER)蛋白和mRNA表达的影响。以探讨针刺作用的分子生物学机理。结果表明,切除卵巢可导致血雌二醇(E2)水平降低,动物脑内ER蛋白和mRNA的表达增强;电针实验穴位后,去卵巢大鼠血的E2含量明显增加,脑内ER蛋白和mRNA表达受到明显抑制。正常大  相似文献

Some closely related members of the monocotyledonous familiesAlismataceae, Liliaceae, Juncaceae, Cyperaceae, Poaceae andAraceae with variable modes of pollination (insect- and wind-pollination) were studied in relation to the ultrastructure of pollenkitt and exine (amount, consistency and distribution of pollenkitt on the surface of pollen grains). The character syndromes of pollen cementing in entomophilous, anemophilous and intermediate (ambophilous or amphiphilous) monocotyledons are the same in principal as in dicotyledons. Comparing present with former results one can summarize: 1) The pollenkitt is always produced in the same manner by the anther tapetum in all angiosperm sub-classes. 2) The variable stickiness of entomophilous and anemophilous pollen always depends on the particular distribution and consistency of the pollenkitt, but not its amount on the pollen surface. 3) The mostly dry and powdery pollen of anemophilous plants always contains a variable amount of inactive pollenkitt in its exine cavities. 4) A step-by step change of the pollen cementing syndrome can be observed from entomophily towards anemophily. 5) From the omnipresence of pollenkitt in all wind-pollinated angiosperms studied one can conclude that the ancestors of anemophilous angiosperms probably have been zoophilous (i.e. entomophilous) throughout.

2) A significant antiviral effect of rHuIFN-α1b was shown with EC50=0.12 IU/mL in Vero cells and EC50=0.52 IU/mL in Calu-3 cells, which was better than rHuIFN-α2b (EC50=0.25 IU/mL in Vero cells and EC50=2.48 IU/mL in Calu-3 cells).
