甜菜夜蛾抗寒与越冬能力研究   总被引:28,自引:2,他引:28

研究了甜菜夜蛾不同虫态的过冷却点、耐低温能力、可能的越冬虫态及其越冬能力,并结合气象资料的分析,初步确定了我国甜菜夜蛾的越冬北界.甜菜夜蛾3~5龄幼虫的过冷却点较高,分别为-11.17℃、-11.96℃和-10.50℃(平均-11.21℃),预蛹期次之,为-12.47℃,蛹期最低,平均为-17.16℃.在5℃、0℃、-10℃和-5℃条件下,甜菜夜蛾各种虫态的LT50、LT90和LT99.9均随温度的降低而缩短,尽管不同虫态的耐低温能力有很大的差别.其耐低温能力由弱至强的排列顺序依次为卵<成虫<幼虫<蛹.这些结果表明,蛹是甜菜夜蛾的四个虫态中耐低温能力最强的,因而是最可能的越冬虫态.但由于蛹在0℃条件下的LT99.9为38.06d,表明甜菜夜蛾在冬季0℃以下的温度超过38d的地区不能越冬.另外,连续两年冬春的田间试验结果表明,蛹在北京西郊越冬死亡率均为100%,说明甜菜夜蛾在北京地区不能越冬.根据这些结果并结合我国气温的变化规律,初步将我国甜菜夜蛾的越冬北界定于北纬38°左右,即1月份-4℃等温线左右.  相似文献

赤松毛虫越冬幼虫生化物质变化与抗寒性的关系   总被引:12,自引:2,他引:12  
昆虫的抗寒性与其体内生化物质的种类、含量密切相关。测定了赤松毛虫(Dendrolimusspectabilis)越冬幼虫体内和血淋巴内抗寒物质含量的变化,结果表明,血淋巴内小分子碳水化合物总量1月份为10月份的3.8倍,其中以葡萄糖、海藻糖和山梨醇增加幅度较大,依次为10月份的10.08倍、2.84倍、7.44倍。3月份有较大幅度的下降,虫体内糖原含量下降了56.5%。越冬期苏氨酸、丝氨酸、谷氨酸、丙氨酸、胱氨酸增加幅度较大,分别比越冬前增加了493.8%、433.7%、474.2%、21.5%和47.1%,甘氨酸、天门冬氨酸、蛋氨酸、亮氨酸、酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸、组氨酸、精氨酸、脯氨酸含量则有较大幅度的降低。越冬幼虫体内脂肪含量下降,蛋白质含量上升。应用蛋白质垂直平板电泳法对糖蛋白进行电泳分析发现糖蛋白含量增加,为越冬前的300%。综合分析认为赤松毛虫越冬幼虫体内抗寒物质系统为小分子碳水化合物类(山梨醇、海藻糖、葡萄糖)-糖蛋白-氨基酸类(丙氨酸、苏氨酸、谷氨酸等)。该系统可随生态条件的改变而变化。  相似文献

用高效液相色谱法、氨基酸分析法、分光光度法等测定了不同时期松阿扁叶蜂AcantholydaposticalisMatsumura越冬幼虫体内抗寒物质含量,结果显示越冬期较越冬初期小分子碳水化合物、血淋巴丙氨酸、甘油、糖蛋白含量均有明显增加,依次增加了105,95,210和81%;而蛋白质、脂肪含量分别下降了16%,15%。据此认为越冬幼虫的抗寒物质系统为:小分子碳水化合物—丙氨酸—甘油—糖蛋白。  相似文献

在室内测定了二化螟滞育幼虫与非滞育幼虫对杀虫单和三唑磷的抗药性。测试结果表明,二化螟滞育幼虫比非滞育幼虫具有更高的抗药性。杀虫单对二化螟滞育幼虫与非滞育幼虫的LD50分别为24.3452μg/头与10.4721μg/头;三唑磷的LD50分别为0.0685μg/头和0.0497μg/头.  相似文献

泰安地区松阿扁叶蜂越冬幼虫抗寒性   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
松阿扁叶蜂越是松树的重要食叶害虫之一。其幼虫在松林土壤中越冬,越冬幼虫的抗寒能力影响翌年的种群密度和危害程度。用NTC-TD热敏电阻 数字电表法研究了越冬幼虫的过冷却能力并调查了越冬场所、龄期、死亡率等。结果表明:越冬幼虫的过冷却点随外界温度的高低而变化。4、5、6龄越冬幼虫平均过冷却点依次由越冬初期的-19.3℃-、20.3℃-、21.6℃降至越冬期的-22.5℃-、24.8℃-、23.1℃,冰点依次由越冬初期的-12.8℃-、12.9℃-、12.1℃降至越冬期的-14.1℃、-16.8℃-、15.3℃。从越冬期进入早春出蛰期后,随着温度的回升,过冷却点也随之升高。调查林间越冬幼虫龄期表明,4龄、5龄、6龄皆有,以5龄为最多,占53%;越冬幼虫以山坡中部和顶部土壤瘠薄处虫口密度较小,分别占28.6%和29.3%,山坡基部土层较厚处密度较大,占42.1%;越冬幼虫在树冠内的分布,以南部方位最多(27.0%),东部方位(26.3%)和西部方位(25.6%)略少,北部方位最少(21.1%);调查幼虫死亡因子,以真菌感染致死最多,占总死亡数的42.4%,细菌和其它因子分别为28%和29.7%。  相似文献

为明确柑桔大实蝇Bactrocera minax (Enderlein)老熟幼虫和蛹的抗寒能力,对柑桔大实蝇老熟幼虫、滞育蛹和滞育解除蛹的过冷却点和结冰点进行了测定。结果显示,同一虫态不同个体间其过冷却点和结冰点具有不同程度的变异,但其变异范围均符合正态分布。柑桔大实蝇不同发育状态间的过冷却点和结冰点均具有显著差异,其中,已解除滞育进入发育状态的蛹的过冷却点和结冰点最低,分别为-11.15℃和-9.76℃;其次为滞育蛹,分别为-8.93℃和-7.63℃;而老熟幼虫最高,分别为-7.09℃和-3.43℃。此外,老熟幼虫的结冰点和过冷却点之间的差值最大为3.24℃,显著高于滞育蛹(1.30℃)和滞育解除蛹(1.39℃)。表明,倒春寒对已进入发育状态的柑桔大实蝇蛹不会造成不利影响。  相似文献

对桔小实蝇Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel)不同发育阶段的过冷却点进行了测定。结果表明:同一虫期个体间的过冷却点出现不同程度的变异,但均服从正态分布。不同虫期的过冷却点差异显著,其中蛹的过冷却点最低(-12.2℃~-15.0℃)。老熟幼虫的过冷却点为-8.1℃。成虫的过冷却点最低值为7日龄雄虫(-10.5℃)和雌虫(-10.1℃),最高值为60日龄雄虫(-5.9℃)和雌虫(-6.4℃),但同一发育时期的雌、雄成虫之间的过冷却点没有差异。测定结果提示蛹期最有可能是该虫在温带地区越冬的虫态。  相似文献

运用热电偶方法测定了飞蝗LocustamigratoriaL .越冬卵过冷却点月份间的变化。结果表明 :飞蝗卵的过冷却点值波动较大 ,主要形成 2部分 ,一部分分布在 -2 5℃左右 ,另一部分分布在 -1 0℃左右 ,同时 ,这两部分的比例随着季节性气温的变化有明显的差异 ,气温较低的月份 ,-2 5℃左右的比例增加 ,而且最小过冷却点的值也更低 ;反之 ,-1 0℃左右的比例增加 ,过冷却点最高值也升高。这种现象说明了飞蝗卵对冬季低温的一种生态适应。  相似文献

马尾松毛虫Dendrolimus punctatus Walker和油松毛虫 Dendrolimus tabulaeformisTsai et Liu都属于长日照型昆虫。它们的光周期反应却存在着明显的差开。马尾松毛虫初龄幼虫对光照时数虽然敏感,可是只有在整个幼虫期都处在短光照周期条件下才能维持幼虫的滞育。 而且, 幼虫的滞育强度明显较弱,解除滞育所要求的条件也不如油松毛虫严格。在较高温度条件下,幼虫的滞育更不稳定,一般仅表现为生长的短暂停滞和幼虫历期的相对延长。温度和光周期还可影响到幼虫的存活和性比。马尾松毛虫幼虫呈典型的浅滞育现象。正是由于这一特性,在环境条件的影响下,长江沿岸省份不同年份马尾松毛虫二、三代分化的比例才有较大的波动,这直接关系着当地的种群动态,也是当年当地高虫口区二代虫能否成灾的关键。  相似文献

【目的】重阳木锦斑蛾Histia rhodope是为害重阳木Bischofia polycarpa的重要害虫之一。本研究旨在了解重阳木锦斑蛾幼虫的抗寒能力,并为探讨抗寒机理提供理论基础。【方法】在越冬期的不同阶段(2017年11月7日、2017年12月7日、2018年1月5日、2018年2月4日和2018年3月5日)分别采集室外重阳木锦斑蛾越冬幼虫,对其体重、过冷却点、结冰点、含水量、脂肪、总糖和总蛋白质含量进行测定。【结果】重阳木锦斑蛾幼虫的过冷却点在越冬期不同月份有显著差异,与环境温度呈显著正相关(P<0.05),最低值出现在1月份,为-15.26℃,最高值出现在3月份,为-13.30℃;结冰点变化趋势与过冷却点一致;体重和脂肪含量在越冬期间逐渐下降,与过冷却点无相关性(P>0.05);过冷却能力随着虫体游离水含量的升高而降低,随其降低而升高,而结合水含量的变化趋势恰好相反;总糖含量在11月最高,为14.95 μg/mg,显著高于3月份的5.07 μg/mg;总蛋白质含量在越冬期间呈先升高后降低的趋势,在1月份含量最高,为23.66 μg/mg,显著高于11月份的含量(16.69 μg/mg)。【结论】重阳木锦斑蛾幼虫的耐寒性在越冬期间随气温的降低逐渐增强,随气温的回升又逐渐减弱;蛋白质可能是该虫重要的耐寒物质。  相似文献

The pine caterpillar Dendrolimus punctatus (Walker) with a larval facultative diapause is one of the most destructive insect pests of the pine tree Pinus massoniana in China. The larvae feeding on pine trees with different damage levels were studied to determine the induction of diapause under both laboratory and field conditions. Developmental duration of larvae before the third instar was the longest when fed with 75%–90% damaged needles, followed by 25%–40% damaged needles and intact pine needles, whereas mortalities did not differ among different treatments under the conditions of 25° and critical photoperiod 13.5:10.5 L:D. At 25°, no diapause was induced under 15:9 L:D, whereas 100% diapause occurred under 12:12 L:D regardless of the levels of needle damage. Incidences of larvae entering diapause when they were fed with intact, 25%–40% and 75%–90% damaged pine needles were 51.7%, 70.8% and 81% under 13.5:10.5 L:D, respectively. Similar results were obtained in the field experiment. Incidence of diapause was significantly different among the pine needle damage levels of pine trees when the photoperiod was close to the critical day length, indicating that the effect of host plants on diapause induction was dependent on the range of photoperiod. The content of amino acid and sugar decreased and tannin increased in pine needles after feeding by the pine caterpillars, suggesting that changed levels of nutrients in damaged needles or a particular substance emitted by damaged pine trees was perhaps involved in the diapause induction of the pine caterpillar.  相似文献

根据林间调查和室内观察资料,分析了江西省万年县不同松林中马尾松毛虫不同发生代别低龄幼虫期的主要捕食天敌种类及数量。结果表明低龄幼虫期捕食无敌有13科31种,其中以蜘蛛类最多,其次为蚂蚁类。不同林型中捕食天敌的种类和数量在年份间代别间均存在一定差异,数量差异尤其显著。在室内研究了几种主要捕食无敌对马尾松毛虫低龄幼虫的捕食作用及其功能反应,结果表明功能反应为S型,由此建立了它们的功能反应模型。  相似文献

The pine caterpillar, Dendrolimus punctatus (Walker) (Lepidoptera: Lasiocampidae), is a multivoltine pest of pine trees in China, overwintering as larvae. Winter diapause was induced by short day length. The critical night length was about 10 h 40 min at 25, 28, and 31 °C in the field, showing a temperature‐compensated diapause induction. Transfer experiments from a short night (L16:D8) to a long night (L12:D12) or vice versa at different times after hatching showed that sensitivity to day length was restricted to the first 14 days; the required day number for a 50% response at 25 °C was about 3.5 days for short nights but 7.5 days for long nights, indicating that short nights are photoperiodically more effective. When four successive short nights (L16:D8) were used to interrupt the long‐night regime (L12:D12) at different development stages and vice versa, the results showed that the highest sensitivity to photoperiod occurred on the 4th?8th day, corresponding to the second larval instar. Experiments of alternating short‐night (L16:D8) and long‐night (L12:D12) cycles during the larval period showed that the information of short nights as well as long nights could be accumulated. By rearing the larvae under conditions other than 24‐h light–dark cycles, we clearly showed that the dark period (scotophase) played a major role in the determination of diapause. The Nanda‐Hamner and Bünsow experiments failed to reveal rhythmic fluctuations with a period of about 24 h in the occurrence of diapause. Therefore, the photoperiodic clock in D. punctatus is an hourglass timer or a damped circadian oscillator.  相似文献

为探讨混交林中松树对害虫的生态调控作用机制,研究了不同林分类型下马尾松林和湿地松林对马尾松毛虫生长发育的影响。结果表明,取食马尾松针叶的马尾松毛虫与取食湿地松针叶的相比,其发育历期缩短,死亡率降低,幼虫及蛹(雌、雄)重增加,化蛹率、羽化率和产卵量均提高;且其幼虫的代谢量(取食量与排泄量)更大,对食物的利用与消耗的各项指标均高。取食不同林分类型下的同一种松树(马尾松或湿地松)针叶的马尾松毛虫,以取食纯林松针的幼虫生长发育更快,死亡率更低,化蛹率、羽化率和产卵量更高,对食物的利用、转化和消耗率更强。混交林中的松针不利于马尾松毛虫的生长发育和种群增长。  相似文献

研究不同受害程度松林与马尾松毛虫Dedrolimuspunctatus(Walker)种群发育阶段的关系。结果表明,松毛虫大面积发生时松林的受害程度可以很好地标示着松毛虫种群的发生阶段。松林点片受害显示松毛虫种群进入上升开始阶段;松林受害程度中等时,松毛虫仍处于上升种群阶段;当松林的针叶被吃光,表明松毛虫已处暴发阶段。松毛虫暴发种群在自然情况下,将出现典型的蛹期和下一代卵期的寄生率大幅度升高、雌性比、蛹重和产卵量等种群参数大幅度下降等特征;其后代会自然转入下降种群或进入低虫口期。但这些暴发种群的卵转入在保证充足饲料的可控条件下饲养时,其后代的生长发育、存活率、性比、蛹重等主要种群参数没有明显差异。即没显示出上升种群和暴发种群的特征差异,说明暴发种群的终止主要是受外界环境的限制而不是松毛虫本身的内因所致。  相似文献

To improve the accuracy of forecasting the peak occurrence of Dendrolimus punctatus Walker, we here used the Bayes discriminant analysis to predict this peak occurrence for the first and second generation of Dendrolimus punctatus larvae based on these data from 1983 to 2016 in Qianshan County, Anhui Province. Our present results showed that this discriminant equation for the first generation was as follows: f(1) = ?3.2588‐6.2700x1 + 1.2870x2 + 0.7920x3 + 0.4152x4; f(2) = ?14.5215‐8.5710x1 + 2.9790x2 + 2.0280x3 + 0.5031x4; f(3) = ?3.5264; f(4) = ?66.8312‐12.5216x1 + 5.1740x2 + 4.7162x3 + 0.6033x4. And that the prediction accuracy for the first generation was 97.22%. Whilst this discriminant equation for the second generation was as follows: f(1) = ?3.536‐1.192x5 + 1.338x6 + 0.638x7?0.025x8; f(2) = ?7.317‐1.337x5 + 4.240x6 + 1.010x7?0.295x8; f(3) = ?16.488‐3.192x5 + 4.955x6 + 1.900x7–0.411x8; f(4) = ?34.502‐4.184x5 + 7.484x6 + 2.583x7–0.443x8. The prediction accuracy for the second generation was 85.71%. Overall, our findings revealed that the Bayes discriminant analysis could screen out key factors to significantly improve the prediction accuracy of peak occurrence of Dendrolimus punctatus larvae.  相似文献

运用阿维灭幼脲生物复合剂对3-4龄的马尾松毛虫幼虫进行毒力测定,用机率分析法求得马尾松毛虫的死亡率与阿维灭幼脲剂量对数—机率直线,建立毒力回归线。研究表明,25%阿维灭幼脲悬浮剂对3-4龄幼虫的致死中稀释浓度为49.6倍液,即LC50=5.04 mg.L-1;阿维灭幼脲悬浮剂与尿素混合剂对3-4龄的致死中稀释浓度为52.5倍液,即LC50=4.76 mg.L-1;25%阿维灭幼脲悬浮剂10倍稀释液对3-4龄马尾松毛虫幼虫的LT50为0.57 d,到50倍稀释液时LT50为7.35 d;25%阿维灭幼脲悬浮剂与尿素混合剂10倍稀释液对3-4龄马尾松毛虫幼虫的LT50为0.71 d,到50倍稀释液时LT为6.13 d,随着浓度稀释倍数的增加,致死中时间延长。研究结果可为今后马尾松毛虫的林间防治提供科学依据。  相似文献

A set of 10 polymorphic di‐ and trinucleotide microsatellite loci were developed for the forestry pest insect, masson pine moth, Dendrolimus punctatus Walker. The expected heterozygosity at these loci ranges from 0.285 to 0.859, and the observed allele numbers from five to 19. Cross species amplification of these loci in four other congeneric pine moth species indicates variable levels of loci conservation and thus cross‐applicability. Therefore, the microsatellite loci reported here should be useful for population genetic and other related studies in the masson pine moth and other closely related species.  相似文献

Sex pheromone production in the female pine caterpillar moth, Dendrolimus punctatus is controlled by a PBAN-like substance located in the head of female moth. Pheromone titer was significantly decreased by decapitation of female moth, and restored by injection of either Hez-PBAN or head extract prepared from male or female moth. Stimulation of pheromone production by head extract followed a dose-dependent pattern from 0.5 to at least 4 head equivalent. A gland in vitro assay was used to study the relationship between gland incubation time and pheromone production as well as calcium involvement in the stimulation of pheromone production by head extract. Maximum pheromone production was occurred at 60 min after pheromone gland was incubated with two equivalents of head extracts. In vitro experiments showed that the presence of calcium in the incubation medium was necessary for stimulation of pheromone production. The calcium ionophore, A 23187, alone stimulated pheromone production. The pheromone components (Z,E)-5,7-dodecadienol and its acetate and propionate were produced in these experiments but in addition to the aldehyde, (Z,E)-5,7-dodecadienal was also found. This indicates that females are capable of producing four oxygenated functional groups. The PBAN-like substance control of the pheromone biosynthetic pathway was investigated by monitoring the incorporation of the labeled precursor into both pheromone and pheromone intermediates.  相似文献
