在SO_2熏气9h过程中,小麦叶片中乙烯先上升,约6h达高峰,后下降;ACC含量则随熏气时间的延长而上升。停止熏气,乙烯继续下降,ACC含量也明显降低。MACC含量从熏气3h后不断上升,脱离接触后仍继续增加。6-BA预处理对SO_2引起的乙烯和ACC上升有促进作用,但对MACC含量无明显影响。SO_2熏气提高了乙烯形成酶活性。6-BA预处理对SO_2伤害有保护作用。对逆境乙烯的产生与调节作用进行了讨论。  相似文献

花粒期光照对夏玉米光合特性和叶绿体超微结构的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
在大田条件下,以夏玉米品种‘登海605’为试验材料,研究花粒期不同光照强度(正常光照、开花至收获期遮阴和开花至收获期增光)对夏玉米叶片光合、荧光性能和叶绿体超微结构的影响.结果表明:与对照相比,花粒期遮阴影响叶绿体排布及内部结构发育,基粒个数和基粒片层数均有不同程度减少,叶片的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、叶绿素含量下降,PSⅡ反应中心的实际光化学效率和最大光化学效率降低,非光化学淬灭系数数值增加,导致产量降低;增光后叶绿体结构良好,基粒片层排列紧致、清晰且数量增加,PSⅡ反应中心的实际光化学效率增加,净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、叶绿素含量上升,叶片光合性能增强,产量增加.即花粒期遮阴破坏了夏玉米叶片叶绿体超微结构,降低了叶片光合能力,产量下降;花粒期增光增加了叶肉细胞中叶绿体的基粒和基粒片层,导致基粒片层排列紧密有序,有利于增加作物产量潜力.  相似文献

对长期低浓度SO2熏气处理以后油桐叶片中氮和碳代谢进行了测定。结果表明:长期低浓度SO2熏气处理以后引起了油桐叶片中可溶性蛋白含量和脯氨酸含量的增加,而硝酸还原酶活性下降.可溶性糖含量和光合速率下降,呼吸速率增加。单位叶面积鲜重和干重均减少,由此得出结论:长期低浓度SO2熏气处理引起了油桐体内氮素代谢发生变化,碳素积累量减少,最终导致了油桐生长减缓。  相似文献

臭氧胁迫对水稻生长以及C、N、S元素分配的影响   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
采用开顶式气室(Open-top Chamber, OTC),对水稻"3694繁"(Oryza sativa L., 3694 Fan)在浙江嘉兴进行田间原位臭氧(O3)熏气实验,研究不同臭氧浓度熏气对水稻生长以及C、N,S元素分配的影响。实验设置分4个水平:过滤大气组(CF,10 nL/L)、自然大气组(NF,40 nL/L)和两个不同浓度的臭氧处理组(O3-1:100 nL/L; O3-2:150 nL/L)。主要结果表明:(1)开始臭氧熏气时,各个处理组单茎水稻各组分生物量没有差异. 在熏气后期(水稻成熟期),臭氧处理使单茎水稻根、茎和穗生物量显著下降,根冠比降低,株高显著降低,表明臭氧胁迫增加水稻地上部分的干物质分配,且对株高的影响可能大于对地上生物量的影响;(2)臭氧处理使水稻根和茎C元素含量下降,叶C元素含量上升,表明臭氧胁迫提高了叶片中碳分配,而降低了根和茎的碳分配;(3)各个组分N元素含量上升和碳氮比下降;(4)茎、叶和穗S元素含量上升,可能会增强水稻抗氧化系统的作用,从而抵抗臭氧胁迫。所有实验结果表明臭氧浓度升高会对水稻生长产生严重不利影响,从而导致水稻各个组分的C、N、S元素分配格局发生改变。  相似文献

用不同pH值(4.5、3.5、3.0、2.5)的模拟酸雨处理,研究其对番木瓜不同成熟度叶片细胞膜透性和膜 脂脂防酸组分变化的影响。结果表明,酸雨处理导致番木瓜叶片细胞膜透性、MDA含量、脂氧合酶(LOX)活 性和K+、Ca2+、Mg2+渗出量显著上升,膜脂肪酸组分中饱和脂肪酸含量增加,不饱和脂肪酸含量及不饱和指 数(IUFA)下降,嫩叶比成熟叶对酸雨的反应更敏感。运用生理指标差异达0.05显著水平评价酸雨对番木瓜 的影响阈值,嫩叶在pH3.5,成熟叶在pH3.0。  相似文献

水稻离体叶片衰老过程中,膜脂磷脂含量随着叶片离体时间的增加而下降,而质膜透性则随时间的增加而上升。BA,Ni~(2 )能延缓叶片磷脂的丧失,ABA,ACC则加速其含量下降,但它们对磷脂酶D活性影响不大。膜脂脂肪酸组分在叶片衰老过程中也发生着变化,其中亚麻酸(18:3)含量下降,不饱和度降低。ABA,ACC促进亚麻酸含量和不饱和度的下降,BA,Ni~(2 )则有延缓作用。  相似文献

镉污染对烟草叶片超微结构及部分元素含量的影响   总被引:25,自引:2,他引:23  
采用水培试验,利用电感耦合等离子体、透射电镜、扫描电镜等技术研究了镉污染对烟草(N icotiana tabacum)叶绿素含量及叶绿素a/b值、叶下表皮气孔器密度、腺毛密度、叶片细胞超微结构和P、K、C a等元素含量的影响,以及叶片细胞、腺毛对镉污染的反应。结果表明随着营养液中镉浓度的增高,烟草叶绿素含量及叶绿素a/b值降低;叶下表皮气孔器的密度及腺毛的密度增加;叶绿体中组成基粒的类囊体层数减少、分布不均、或粘连成索状,叶绿体膜系统崩溃,内外膜均解体,类囊体消失;但烟草可通过将镉隔离于细胞壁中或排出表皮细胞或通过腺毛分泌作用来减少其毒害。随着营养液中镉浓度的增高,腺毛分泌物中S i、K、A l、C a、M g、F e的含量增加;浓度为3m g/L的镉污染可增加叶片中P、C a、M g、F e、Cu、Zn、A l元素的含量,但浓度为30m g/L的镉污染造成叶片中P、C a、M g、F e、Cu、Zn、A l元素含量的减少;镉污染可引起叶片中N a含量增加,且随着营养液中镉浓度的增高N a含量增加;镉污染造成K、M n在叶片中的含量下降,而且随着营养液中镉浓度的增高,K、M n含量下降幅度增加。  相似文献

用开顶式熏气装置,研究了臭氧(O_3)和氟化氢(HF)单独与复合熏气对春小麦(TriticumaestivumL.)叶片伤害症状、叶片的膜透性、糖和叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明,复合熏气比单独熏气对叶片的伤害更重,它们都使膜透性增大,叶绿素含量下降。熏气初期可溶性糖含量升高,伤害加重时则含量下降。研究还得出O_3和HF复合熏气对小麦的伤害具有联合作用,对幼叶的伤害具有协同效应,而对老龄叶的危害似有一定的拮抗作用。  相似文献

研究了水杨酸(SA)和茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)处理对丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge)幼苗叶片显微结构、叶片光合能力及幼苗中非结构糖积累的影响.结果显示:SA处理增加了丹参幼苗叶片气孔密度;叶肉细胞排列紧密、体积减小,叶肉细胞内叶绿体数目减少,但叶绿体体积增大,叶绿体基粒片层结构的数目增加;叶片中叶绿素a、b含量、叶气孔导度、蒸腾速率以及净光合速率均增加;同时,幼苗根中和叶片中酸性转化酶活性降低,幼苗地上部分蔗糖含量及可溶性糖总量显著高于对照.MeJA处理减少了叶片气孔密度,气孔发育畸形;叶肉细胞间隙增大,栅栏细胞层数减少,叶肉细胞内叶绿体数目减少,叶绿体体积减小,叶绿体基粒片层结构被破坏;叶片中叶绿素a及类胡萝卜素含量、叶片的净光合速率低于对照,叶气孔导度、蒸腾速率增强;同时,幼苗根中及叶中酸性转化酶活性增加,幼苗根中蔗糖含量及可溶性糖总量显著低于对照.可见,SA处理能促进植物叶片显微结构发育,增强叶片光合能力,抑制蔗糖降解并促进蔗糖积累;而MeJA处理则破坏了植物叶片显微结构,降低了叶片光合能力,促进了蔗糖降解并减少蔗糖积累.  相似文献

以番茄为试验材料,研究番茄黄化曲叶病毒(TYLCV)侵染对植株叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度和叶绿体超微结构的影响.结果表明:TYLCV侵染番茄后,叶片叶绿素a、b以及总叶绿素含量分别下降50.2%、24.19%和43.84%,叶片净光合速率和气孔导度分别下降43.28%、27.07%,胞间CO2浓度增加13.04%.与健康叶片相比,叶绿体变形,叶绿体基质片层大部分消解,基粒结构消失,叶绿体外膜和内膜剥离,质壁分离和细胞膜内陷,细胞器消解.研究表明,TYLCV侵染破坏了番茄叶片的叶绿体结构,严重影响番茄叶片的光合作用.  相似文献

The effects of a low temperature (13 degrees C) treatment known to provide protection against sulphur dioxide (SO2) injury were assessed on leaf lipid composition in two cultivars of Coleus blumei Benth, found previously to differ in sensitivity to SO2 and other environmental stresses. After 5 days growth at 13 degrees C, there were significant differences in membrane lipid fatty acid composition as well as in free fatty acid (FFA) levels between SO2-sensitive 'Buckley Supreme' ('BS') and SO2-insensitive 'Marty' ('M'). Molecular species of chloroplast galactolipids in 'M' contained increased levels of linolenic acid (18:3). In the leaf FFA pools, the saturated components, palmitic (16:0) and stearic (18:0) acids, were predominant at 20 degrees C. After temperature hardening at 13 degrees C, the total amount of FFAs decreased in 'M' but increased in 'BS.' These modifications in lipid composition suggest an additional mechanism for cultivar differences in tolerance to SO2 and other stressors in coleus.  相似文献

选用抗旱型小麦品种陕合6号和水分敏感型小麦品种郑引1号的黄化幼苗为材料,研究了光处理对小麦幼叶脂氧合酶活性和膜脂氧化作用的影响。结果表明:光处理后黄叶变绿,叶片中的LOX活性降低,丙二醛含量和叶绿素含量增加,膜透性升高,IUFA升高。LOX活性与光抑制过程的恢复,光保护过程及膜脂过氧化作用有关。光诱导产生的膜脂过氧化作用是一种“准膜脂过氧化作用”。  相似文献

 在秋末冬初测定了高寒山区自然生境中生长的垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans)、早熟禾(Poa sphyondylodes) 和花雀麦(Bromus sinensis)3种牧草根膜脂脂肪酸组分和质膜流动性及ATPase活力。结果表明:随着秋末冬初气温下降到0℃以下,3种牧草根中膜脂肪酸配比发生较大变化,棕榈酸相对百分含量下降40.29%,亚油酸增加3倍多,亚麻酸增加112.39%,脂肪酸不饱和指数(IUFA)增大;同时根质膜流动性在低温期间较大,在融冻阶段有下降,冰冻阶段增大;质膜Mn2+ATPase、Ca2+ ATPase活力增大,Mg2+ ATPase活力下降。在冷冻适应中牧草根膜脂脂肪酸不饱和度的增加直接影响着膜的流动性,影响膜功能和植物抗冻性,并在维持根细胞膜完整性和抵抗组织结冰伤害方面起重要作用。  相似文献

Microbial lipids produced by Rhodotorula gracilis NRRL Y-1091 grown in continuous culture under nitrogen-limiting condition were evaluated and the effects of growth rate and oxygen concentration on the degree of unsaturatoin of fatty acids studied. As the growth rate increased the protein content of the biomass increased but cell biomass, lipid content, and lipid productivity decreased; the specific lipid production rate remained constant at about 0.012 g lipid/g dry biomass/h. The maximum lipid content recorded was 49.8% (w/w) of the cell mass at a growth rate of 0.02 h(-1). The growth rate also affected fatty acid composition; polyunsaturated fatty acids (C18:2 and C18:3) increaded with growth rate while other fatty acids (C16:0, C18:0, C18:1) decreased. Increase in oxygen concentration between 5 and 234muM increased the lipid content without significantly affecting its degree of unsaturation. On the other hand, the degree of unsaturation was significantly affected by specific oxygen uptake rate for this obligate aerobe, Rh. gracilis.  相似文献

Seasonal changes in the fatty acid composition of phospholipids (PL), monoglycerides (MG), diglycerides (DG), free fatty acids (FA) and triglycerides (TG) separated from oleosomes (lipid bodies) of perennial root nodules of beach pea (Lathyrus maritimus) were analysed. Thin layer chromatography (TLC) revealed that PL and MG are the major lipids in nodule oleosomes. The fatty acid profile and overall double bond index (DBI) varied among lipid classes depending upon the season. High DBI in PL and MG found during late winter and early spring indicated that they may play a major role in winter survival and regeneration of perennial nodules. The DBI of DG was high at the end of the fall season and the DBI of FA and TG was high in summer months. The dominant fatty acids are C16:0 followed by C18:0 and C18:1. The levels of many unsaturated fatty acids such as C18:1, C18:2 and C18:3 increased while saturated fatty acid C18:0 decreased during winter. These unsaturated fatty acids possibly play an important role in the protection of nodule cells from cold stress. Nodules seem to retain some fatty acids and selectively utilize specific fatty acids to survive the winter and regenerate in spring.  相似文献

Sixty-day-old soybean plants were exposed in the field to 78.7 parts per one-hundred million of SO2 in an open-air fumigation system for 20 days. Leaves from the top one-fourth and bottom one-fourth of the plants were analyzed for chlorophyll, free fatty acids, fatty acid esters, polar lipid fatty acids, and sterols. Fumigated plants had a lower chlorophyll, free fatty acid, and polar lipid content, but a higher fatty acid ester content. Of the individual fatty acids, linoleic and linolenic acid increased with SO2 fumigation while palmitic acid decreased. SO2 fumigations had only a minor effect on leaf sterols. In general, the lower, more mature leaves showed a greater response to SO2 exposure.  相似文献

The changes of children myocardium lipid composition were studied for the first time during surgical intervention under cold crystalloid cardioplegia. The surgical intervention was performed as a result of congenital heart disease--atrial septal defect. It was shown that the quantity of short chain fatty acids decreased and the amount of long chain fatty acids increased in the content of phospholipid fraction. Simultaneously the amount of linoleic (C18:2 omega 6), of docosahexaenoic (C22:6 omega 3) and of some other fatty acids decreased in the content of cholesterol esthers. The accumulation of free linoleic (C18:2 omega:6), (C18:2 omega:4) and linolenic (C18:3 omega:6) acids was found. Reperfusion caused the additional changes of myocardium lipid composition. The amount of palmitic (C16:0) acid decreased by 30%. The quantity of some other saturated free fatty acids also diminished. Simultaneously the content of free oleic (C18:1 omega 9) also decreased as a consequence of lipid peroxidative processes activation. The ratio of omega 6/omega 3 increased during the few first minutes of reperfusion in the fraction of free fatty acids and cholesterol esthers.  相似文献

When mature spinach (Spinacia oleracea L. cv. New Asia) plantswere continuously fumigated with 0.5 ppm (v/v) ozone, the totalfatty acids in the leaf lipids remained unchanged in both contentand composition during the initial 8 h, but thereafter they,especially hexadecatrienoic acid (16:3) and -linolenic acid(18:3), began to decrease with marked accumulation of malondialdehyde,indicating fatty acid peroxidation. During the first 6 h, fattyacids in polar lipids decreased to 68% of their initial level,and most were recovered in the neutral lipid fraction. Amongthe polar lipids, monogalactosyl diacylglycerol (MGDG), digalactosyldiacyiglycerol (DGDG) and phosphatidylcholine (PC) decreasedwhereas sulfoquinovosyl diacylglycerol, phosphatidyl glycerol(PG), phosphatidylethanolamine and phosphatidylinositol werestable during 6 h of ozone fumigation. Phosphatidic acid (PA)increased 3.4 times during the same period. Among the neutrallipids, triacyiglycerol (TG) and 1,2-diacylglycerol (1,2-DG)increased markedly with ozone fumigation. The constituent fatty acids of 16:3, oleic acid (18:1), linoleicacid (18:2) and 18:3 increased markedly in TG and 1,2-DG within6 h of ozone fumigation, whereas 3-trans-hexadecenoic acid (16:1),18:1, 18:2 and 18:3 increased in PA. Since 16:3 is specificto MGDG and DGDG, and 18:1 and 18:2 to PC among the glycerolipidsmainly reduced by ozone, the results suggest that the acyl moietiesof the galactolipids were converted to TG via 1,2-DG, and thoseof PC to TG through PA and 1,2-DG. The appearance of 16:1 inPA indicates that a small amount of PG, specifically acylatedwith 16:1, was degraded to PA by ozone fumigation. The fatly acid composition of different lipid fractions (neutral, glyco- and phospholipids) was studied in Sphagnum fimbriatum Wils, gametophytes grown in aseptic cultures at two temperatures (15°C and 25°C). The effect of a growth-retarding concentration (0.1 mM) of KF was also investigated. Fifteen-day treatment with KF affected the fatty acid composition more strongly at the higher than at the lower temperature. The proportion of palmitic acid (16:0) increased but the proportion of linoleic (18:2) decreased in all the lipid fractions, and that of linolenic (18:3) acid decreased in the fractions containing glyco- and neutral lipids. This indicates that the fluoride ions inhibit lengthening of the fatty acid chain. Compared with gametophytes grown at 25°C, material cultivated at 15°C had a much higher proportion of a highly unsaturated fatty acid, linolenic acid (18:3), in all the lipid fractions, but a lower proportion of oleic acid (18:1) in the neutral and phospholipids, and a lower proportion of linoleic (18:2) acid in all three fractions.  相似文献

The incorporation of [1-14C]acetate into total lipids in 1-day-old adult pea aphids is 3.3-fold higher than in 20-, 22-, and 24-day old adults. The polar lipid fraction was the main lipid class synthesized at any age and contained primarily eighteen carbon fatty acids. While the relative mass of 18:0, 18:1 and 18:2 decreased in older aphids, the relative amount of label incorporated into these fatty acids remained constant. Myristic acid was the main fatty acid of the triacylglycerol fraction, and the relative amount of radioactivity incorporated into this fatty acid decreased in older aphids. Twenty-day-old aphids had 60% fewer mycetocytes than did 1-day-old insects. We conclude that symbionts within the mycetocytes do not appear to be involved in the synthesis of linoleic acid, while their role in the synthesis of myristic acid is less clear.  相似文献
