在全面调查昆仑山北坡前山带塔里木沙拐枣(Calligonumroborovskii A.Los.)分布的基础上,设置3个海拔梯度:A1(2190m)、A2(2355m)、A3(2495m),对不同海拔梯度塔里木沙拐枣的生理生态特性进行研究。结果显示:叶绿素a(Chla)、叶绿素b(Chlb)和总叶绿素(chl(a+b))含量均随着海拔的上升而增大,高海拔A3与低海拔A1相比,Chla、Chlb和Chl(a+b)含量分别增大了48.30%、40.10%和43.71%,差异均达显著水平(P0.05)。SLA和Nmass随着海拔的升高都增大,A3与A1相比分别增大了33.99%和20.97%,差异达到显著水平(P0.05)。LMA随着海拔升高而减小,A3与A1相比减小了30.15%,差异达到显著水平(P0.05)。丙二醛(MDA)含量和质膜透性(MP)变化较为一致,随着海拔上升而减小,A3与A1相比分别减小了184.06%和58.33%,差异均达显著水平(P0.05),说明在A1受到的伤害更大。类胡萝卜素(Car)、脯氨酸(Pro)和抗坏血酸(AsA)含量随着海拔的上升呈下降趋势,A3与A1相比分别下降了65.88%、290.21%和38.97%,差异均达显著水平(P0.05),说明A1处非酶类保护物质含量最高。酶保护系统中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX),只有CAT活性随海拔上升而升高,其余3种酶的活性均随着海拔的升高而降低,A3与A1相比分别降低了18.75%、122.37%、23.03%%,差异均达到显著水平(P0.05)。与此同时,随着海拔的升高,超氧阴离子自由基(O2-)和过氧化氢(H2O2)含量也呈下降趋势,A3与A1相比分别下降了54.48%、9.69%,差异达显著水平(P0.05)。在整个研究区域,AOS维持在低浓度范围,而低浓度AOS正好诱导防御基因表达,及时清除活性氧,另外非酶类保护物质含量的增加也有利于清除细胞内的活性氧,维持细胞膜的稳定性,从而保证塔里木沙拐枣正常的生理功能。  相似文献

以云南高黎贡山百花岭不同海拔梯度(1500~3100 m)的短肋羽藓(Thuidium kanedae)为材料,通过测定其叶绿素含量和实际光合量子产量,研究其光合特性随海拔梯度变化的规律。结果表明,短肋羽藓的实际光合量子产量Y(Ⅱ)与叶绿素总量、叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量及叶绿素a/b比值之间都呈负相关关系。随着海拔升高,其叶绿素总含量、叶绿素a及叶绿素b含量都呈先升高而后下降的“单峰”分布模式,但随着海拔进一步升高,叶绿素总含量及叶绿素a含量变化不明显,而叶绿素b含量呈现明显上升趋势。叶绿素a/b比值随着海拔升高先呈现“单峰”分布模式,然后随着海拔继续升高呈现缓慢下降的趋势。实际光合量子产量Y(Ⅱ)整体表现出随海拔升高而增加的趋势,并在高海拔处出现急剧上升的趋势。本研究为揭示苔藓植物在不同海拔梯度下适应生态环境的生理机制提供参考。  相似文献

 在全面调查大盘山国家级自然保护区香果树(Emmenopterys henryi)分布的基础上, 设置了4个海拔段(A1: 550 ~ 650 m, A2: 680 ~ 770 m, A3: 810 ~ 900 m, A4: 970 ~ 1 100 m), 对不同海拔段内香果树的生理生态特性进行研究, 结果显示, 叶绿素a (Chla)、叶绿素b (Chlb)和总叶绿素(Chl(a+b))含量均随着海拔的上升而减小, 高海拔A4与低海拔A1相比, Chla、Chlb和Chl(a+b)含量分别下降了21.32%、31.53%和24.96%, 差异均达到显著水平。分析认为, 主要是由于相对较强的光照以及干旱胁迫的增强所致。同样, 比叶面积(SLA)也随着海拔的上升而减小, A4与A1相比下降了27.55%, 差异达到显著水平。丙二醛(MDA)含量和质膜透性(MP)变化较为一致, 两者均在A3处达到最低水平, 在A4处达到最高, 说明在A3受到的伤害最小而在A4受到的伤害最大; 脯氨酸(Pro)和抗坏血酸(AsA)含量先升高再降低, 在A3处则均达到最高, 与A1相比分别增加了139.33%和10.60%; 酶保护系统中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性在A1均最小, 随着海拔的升高, 其活性变化则不太一致: SOD活性一直增加, POD、CAT和APX活性虽然都是先增加后减小, 但POD和APX在A3达到最高, CAT则是在A2最高。非酶类保护物质含量的增加和酶活性的增强有利于清除细胞内的活性氧, 维持细胞膜的稳定性, 从而保证植物的正常生长。综合此次实验结果表明, 在中海拔(810~900 m)比较适合香果树的生长, 而高海拔(970~1 100 m)则不适合香果树的生长。  相似文献

通过比较浙江大盘山不同海拔(A1:550~660 m,A2:700~800 m,A3:900~990 m,A4:1 000~1 015 m,A5:1 020~1 100 m)七子花(Heptacodium miconioides)叶片色素含量、含水量及比叶面积变化,探讨不同海拔对七子花生长的影响。结果表明,随着海拔的升高,叶绿素含量(包括叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b)先增加后减少,在A3达最高值;叶绿素a/b比值、类胡萝卜素含量变化呈先低后高,在A3降至最低;比叶面积及叶片含水量,在较高海拔A4、A5都明显下降。七子花通过叶片色素、比叶面积、干重和含水量的变化以适应高海拔环境。  相似文献

通过分析长白山国家级自然保护区内不同海拔(A1:1700 m, A2:1800 m, A3:1900 m, A4:2000 m, A5:2050 m)梯度岳桦叶片中各种生理指标含量的变化,探讨了林线树木适应高山环境的生理机制.结果表明:随着海拔的升高,比叶面积(SLA)显著减小,A5与A1相比下降了35.90%,差异达到显著水平;叶绿素含量随海拔梯度升高而降低,但叶绿素a/b比值(Chla/Chlb)和Car的相对含量(Car/Chl)随海拔梯度升高而增加;在海拔1900 m左右,MDA含量和MP均处于最低水平,各种酶的活性均为最低;当海拔超过2000 m,接近森林分布的界限时,MDA含量和MP升高,并达到最大值,各种酶的活性都出现了一定程度的下降.综合本次研究表明, 在海拔1900 m比较适合岳桦的生长;海拔超过2000 m,岳桦体内生理抗性下降,不利于岳桦的生长发育,因此高海拔限制了岳桦的分布.  相似文献

通过OTC试验研究了生长60和120 d的转Bt水稻克螟稻及其对照亲本秀水11在2种CO2浓度(375、750μL·L-1)处理下的生理变化。结果表明:叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b、可溶性蛋白含量以及谷氨酰胺合成酶活力等均随水稻生长而显著提高,游离氨基酸含量随水稻生长而显著下降,叶绿素a/b值在高CO2浓度下显著增加;CO2浓度升高会引起水稻组织含水量、叶绿素a和c含量显著降低,叶绿素b含量呈先增加后降低的趋势;同时,可溶性蛋白含量显著下降,游离氨基酸含量显著增加,谷氨酰胺合成酶活性初期变化不显著、后期显著降低;转Bt水稻及其对照亲本之间可溶性蛋白含量和谷氨酰胺合成酶活力差异显著,但叶绿素和游离氨基酸含量差异不显著;与亲本相比,不同CO2浓度处理下克螟稻的谷氨酰胺合成酶活力显著降低。  相似文献

以祁连山林线附近(海拔2 860~3 323m)祁连圆柏(Sabina przewalskii)为研究对象,于7月下旬对不同海拔祁连圆柏成年树(胸径20cm左右)及幼树(胸径10cm左右)当年生叶的光合色素(叶绿素和类胡萝卜素)和非结构性碳水化合物(NSC,包括可溶性糖和淀粉)含量变化进行研究。结果显示:(1)祁连圆柏幼树叶片总叶绿素含量呈升高-降低-升高的趋势,成年树呈先降低再升高的趋势,但二者最低值均出现在海拔3 120m;类胡萝卜素含量成年树最高值出现在海拔3 320m处,幼树的最高值则出现在低海拔2 980m处。(2)NSC含量随海拔升高呈升高-降低-升高的变化趋势,最低值出现在海拔3 120m,而且幼树的NSC平均含量在各海拔显著高于成年树。研究说明,祁连圆柏随着海拔升高光合能力可能并未降低,而且在高海拔地的NSC供应充足,这暗示在全球气候变化背景下祁连圆柏林线具有沿海拔上升的潜力。  相似文献

以地被菊品种‘紫重楼’为试材,设置4种光环境梯度:L0(CK,全光照)、L1(80%全光照)、L2(60%全光照)和L3(40%全光照),研究花序不同发育期遮光处理对‘紫重楼’开花过程中叶绿素含量、干重、干重比、花色苷含量、可溶性糖含量和CmUFGT基因表达量的影响,以探讨光在花色苷合成和降解过程中的作用。结果表明:(1)现蕾期、露色期遮光处理下,叶绿素a、b含量随光照强度的降低而逐渐增加,其中L3处理下叶绿素a、b含量显著高于其他处理;盛花期遮光处理下,叶绿素a、b含量随光照强度的降低呈先增后降的趋势,其中L1处理下叶绿素a、b含量极显著高于其他处理。(2)花序干重随着光照强度的降低呈下降趋势,花序干重比呈先升后降的趋势,其中L1处理下花序干重比增加。(3)现蕾期、露色期遮光处理下花色苷含量随着花序发育呈先升后降的变化趋势,盛花期遮光处理下呈下降趋势;花序发育第3、4阶段,光照越强花色苷含量越高;第7、8阶段,光照越弱花色苷含量越高。(4)遮光处理下舌状花可溶性糖含量随着花序发育呈先升后降趋势,其中L1处理下可溶性糖含量增加。(5)遮光处理极显著抑制花序发育第5阶段CmUFGT基因的表达,且表达量随着光照强度的降低而逐渐降低;现蕾期、露色期L1处理下,花序发育第3、4阶段CmUFGT基因表达量降低。研究表明,地被菊花序发育中期(第3、4阶段)轻度遮光(L1)抑制CmUFGT基因表达,促进可溶性糖含量增加,有利于花色苷的合成;花序发育后期(第7、8阶段)重度遮光(L3)有利于缓解花色苷的降解。  相似文献

通过室内盆栽实验,研究镉(Cd)、锌(Zn)复合污染对栝楼(Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.)幼苗生理特性的影响.结果显示,随着Cd、Zn浓度的升高,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素、可溶性糖及紫外吸收物含量下降;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性先升高再下降,过氧化物酶(POD)活性及类胡萝卜素含量呈升—降—升趋势;丙二醛(MDA)和可溶性蛋白含量分别呈S"型及倒N"型曲线变化.与对照相比,在不同浓度复合污染条件下,光合色素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、紫外吸收物含量及SOD活性均有所下降,POD活性和MDA含量上升.研究表明,栝楼幼苗对Cd、Zn胁迫具有一定的耐受力,但高浓度Cd、Zn对幼苗正常生长有较为显著的抑制作用.  相似文献

选取福建梅花山海拔1200m和455m地区57种常绿植物为研究对象,测定两海拔的植物叶片叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量,并计算叶绿素a/b、总叶绿素含量。结果表明:(1)植物叶绿素a、b,叶绿素a+b及叶绿素a/b值大多分布在一个相对集中的区域。(2)多数植物新叶叶绿素含量高于老叶,叶绿素a/b值低于老叶,但是新、老叶无显著差异。(3)不同海拔的植物叶片总叶绿素含量和叶绿素a/b值有明显差异,低海拔地区明显高于高海拔地区。植物通过总叶绿素含量和a/b值的变化以适应不同环境条件。  相似文献

A study on the seasonal changes in the ranging area of Brown-eared pheasant and its affecting factors was conducted in the Huanglongshan Nature Reserve, Huanglong County, Shaanxi Province, China, from March 2006 to January 2007. Forty used sites and forty random plots were selected along 8–9 transects crossing the study area. Fifteen factors related to the changes of altitude were measured in each site. The results showed that the altitude of home range of Brown-eared pheasant varied with seasons: the highest home range was found in summer, and the lowest one was found in winter, while the home range in autumn was higher than that in spring. According to the frequency of occurrences of Brown-eared pheasant in different seasons, we found that its home range occurred mainly at an altitude below 1400 m in spring, above 1500 m in summer, between 1200 m and 1500 m in autumn and below 1300 m in winter. The possible reason that Brown-eared pheasants preferred to live at lower altitude in spring was to have access to water sources and the abundance of food, correlated to the slope locations, number of trees and number of shrubs; in summer, they tended to appear at highest altitude, and the average height of shrubs, average height of grasses, sheltering class and distance to edge of woods, and human disturbance were affecting factors; in autumn, they appeared at higher altitude which was correlated with the covers of trees, shrubs and grasses, and ultimately related to the abundance of food; in winter, they lived at lowest altitude, which was correlated to the distance from the edge of woods, cover of trees and sheltering class, and ultimately related to the abundance of food and shelter.  相似文献

Altitudinal distribution of evergreen broad-leaved trees and changes in their leaf sizes were studied on a humid subtropical mountain, Mt. Emei (3099 m a.s.l., 29°34.5 N, 103°21.5 E), Sichuan, China. Among the total woody flora of ca. 540 species, evergreen broad-leaved trees account for 88 species in 39 genera and 23 families, corresponding to the northern limit of subtropical evergreen broad-leaved trees. The number of evergreen broad-leaved tree species greatly decreased from the low-altitudinal, evergreen broad-leaved forest zone (600–1500 m) to the mid-altitudinal, mixed forest zone (1500–2500 m), and to the high-altitudinal, coniferous forest zone (2500–3099 m). The overall trend of reduced leaf size toward upper zones was analyzed and documented in detail. The 88 species were assigned to three leaf-size classes: notophylls (48%), microphylls (36%), and mesophylls (16%). The leaf size was relatively small and the specific leaf weight (SLW, mg cm–2) was much larger in high altitude as compared to low altitude. No overall correlation was found between leaf size and SLW, but leaf size decreased as SLW increased toward high altitude for certain species having relatively wide altitudinal ranges. Moreover, leaf size varied with forest stratification: canopy trees were predominantly notophyllous species, while subcanopy and understorey trees were mainly microphyllous species. The tendency is compatible with the trend found in other mountains of East Asia.  相似文献

From 700 to 2600 m on northern slope of Changbai Mountain, twenty plots were investigated with an interval of 100 m in altitude, and alpha diversity of communities and their variety along altitude gradient were studied. The results showed that in different successional layers of trees, or shrub and herb layers, richness and diversity decreased linearly with the increase of altitude. Tree species decreased from 19 species at 700 m to only 1 species at timberline. Shrub and herb species decreased from 20 and 61 species at 700 m to 2 and 15 species at 2600 m respectively. The peak values of richness of trees and herbs along altitude gradient were appeared just in the ecotones between different types of vegetation, and it reflected the characteristics of high species richness in ecotones.  相似文献

Abstract 1 The abundance of aphids and their honeydew are important in shaping the ecology of food web interactions and nutrient cycling in forests of Norway spruce. Here, the effects of the different environmental conditions at two study sites located at different altitudes (500 m, 765 m a.s.l.), in the Fichtelgebirge, north‐eastern Bavaria, Germany, on the abundance of Cinara pilicornis and their influence on epiphytic microorganisms on shoots of Picea abies were compared. Subsequent changes in throughfall fluxes were measured over a period of 12 weeks beneath infested and reference trees. In a laboratory experiment, the effects of ultraviolet (UV) radiation on microbial mortality and C and N concentrations in leachates were determined. 2 The warmer and drier conditions at the low altitude site favoured an early onset to aphid multiplication in spring compared with the high altitude site, where aphid numbers peaked 3 weeks later. 3 The presence of honeydew was associated with a significant increase in the total number of cultured epiphytic filamentous fungi, yeasts and bacteria in 12 of the 18 sample units, indicating better culturability or growth, whereas altitude had no significant effect on cultured cell numbers. By contrast to the reference trees, the high dissolved organic carbon (DOC) and hexose‐C fluxes beneath infested trees at the peak in aphid abundance, in June and July, resulted in a concomitant decrease in the fluxes of total inorganic nitrogen beneath infested trees (low altitude: ?19.7%; high altitude: ?52.3%). Fluxes of organic nitrogen were significantly higher beneath infested trees at the time of infestation. Similarly, potassium fluxes in throughfall increased 1.6–2.0‐fold in response to aphid infestation. 4 The exposure of infested and uninfested shoots of Norway spruce to UV‐A and UV‐B radiation only weakly affected epiphytic microbial mortality and did not affect the concentrations of the different nitrogen compound in leachates. However, bacteria, tended to be more active in the leachates collected from infested shoots, which resulted in the higher concentrations of aminosugar‐N. The aphids had a more pronounced effect on the concentrations of DOC in leachates, with average DOC concentrations being 4.2‐fold higher than in leachates from uninfested shoots. 5 It is suggested that, even at very low densities, aphids exert a strong influence via honeydew on the performance of microorganisms, and nutrient and energy flow, in spruce forests.  相似文献

Upper montane forest (UMF) within Doi Inthanon National Park, Northern Thailand, was investigated by means of fifty, 40 × 40 m stratified random plots situated between 2080 and 2565 m altitude. The aim was to address a number of community ecological questions concerning woody species composition and structural heterogeneity of the forest. A total of 7474 individuals of trees and woody climbers ≥ 15 cm gbh (girth at breast height) were included in the study and these were identified to 47 species, 39 genera and 26 families. The average density was 934 individuals/ha and the average stem basal area was 71.8 m2/ha. The most important species were: Quercus eumorpha, Sjzygium angkae, Litsea martabanica, Helicia nilagirica, Lindera caudata, Schima wallichii, Osmanthus fiagrans, Eurya acuminata, Myrsine semiserrata and Ilex umbellulata and the most important families were Fagaceae, Lauraceae, Theaceae and Myrtaceae. Altitude was the most important environmental variable explaining species composition and vegetation structure. Most of the calculated vegetation variables showed significant correlation with altitude: species richness, family richness, diversity, density and crown cover declined with altitude, average tree height was uncorrelated with altitude and basal area increased with altitude. An analysis of size class distributions indicated good forest conditions and reverse-J-shaped age class distribution of most species.  相似文献

Microarthropod communities in the soil and on the bark of trees were investigated along an elevation gradient (1,850, 2,000, 2,150, 2,300 m) in a tropical montane rain forest in southern Ecuador. We hypothesised that the density of microarthropods declines with depth in soil and increases with increasing altitude mainly due to the availability of resources, i.e. organic matter. In addition, we expected bark and soil communities to differ strongly, since the bark of trees is more exposed to harsher factors. In contrast to our hypothesis, the density of major microarthropod groups (Collembola, Oribatida, Gamasina, Uropodina) was generally low and decreased with altitude. However, as we predicted the density of each of the groups decreased with soil depth. Density of microarthropods on tree bark was lower than in soil. Overall, 43 species of oribatid mites were found, with the most abundant higher taxa being Poronota, pycnonotic Apheredermata, Mixonomata and Eupheredermata. The oribatid mite community on bark did not differ significantly from that in soil. The number of oribatid mite species declined with altitude (24, 23, 17 and 13 species at 1,850, 2,000, 2,150 and 2,300 m, respectively). Rarefaction curves indicate that overall about 50 oribatid mite species are to be expected along the studied altitudinal gradient. Results of this study indicate (1) that microarthropods may be limited by the quality of resources at high altitudes and by the amount of resources at deeper soil layers, and (2) that the bark of trees and the soil are habitats of similar quality for oribatid mites.  相似文献

Abstract. Vascular epiphytes were studied in forests at altitudes from 720 to 2370 m on the Atlantic slope of central Veracruz, Mexico. The biomass of all trees of each species > 10 cm diameter at breast height within plots between 625 and 1500 m2 was estimated. The number of species per plot ranged between 22 and 53, and biomass between 9 and 249 g dry weight/m2. The highest values, both of species and biomass, were found at an intermediate altitude (1430 m). Habitat diversity may contribute to epiphyte diversity in humid forests, but the importance of this effect could not be distinguished from the influence of climate. A remarkably high number of bromeliads and orchids grew in relatively dry forests at low altitudes. In wet upper montane forests, bromeliads were replaced by ferns, while orchids were numerous at all sites, except for a pine forest. The number of epiphytic species and their biomass on a tree of a given site were closely related to tree size. According to Canonical Correspondence Analysis, the factor determining the composition of the epiphytic vegetation of a tree was altitude and to some extent tree size, whereas tree species had practically no influence. The only trees which had an evidently negative effect on epiphytes were pines, which were particularly hostile to orchids and to a lesser degree to ferns, and Bursera simaruba, which generally had few epiphytes due to its smooth and defoliating bark.  相似文献

Clones of Norway spruce (Picea abies L.) were grown for several years on an altitudinal gradient (1750 m, 1150 m and 800 m above sea level) to study the effects of environmental × genetic interactions on growth and foliar metabolites (protein, pigments, antioxidants). Clones at the tree line showed 4.3-fold lower growth rates and contained 60% less chlorophyll (per gram of dry matter) than those at valley level. The extent of growth reduction was clone-dependent. The mortality of the clones was low and not altitude-dependent. At valley level, but not at high altitude, needles of mature spruce trees showed lower pigment and protein concentrations than clones. In general, antioxidative systems in needles of the mature trees and young clones did not increase with increasing altitude. Needles of all trees at high altitude showed higher concentrations of dehydroascorbate than at lower altitudes, indicating higher oxidative stress. In one clone, previously identified as sensitive to acute ozone doses, this increase was significantly higher and the growth reduction was stronger than in the other genotypes. This clone also displayed a significant reduction in glutathione reductase activity at high altitude. These results suggest that induction of antioxidative systems is apparently not a general prerequisite to cope with altitude in clones whose mother plants originated from higher altitudes (about 650–1100 m above sea level, Hercycnic-Carpathian distribution area), but that the genetic constitution for maintenance of high antioxidative protection is important for stress compensation at the tree line. 2003—2005年的冬季,在黑龙江省完达山地区的五泡林场,通过样线调查,利用逐步判别分析的方法,对冬季马鹿和狍子在森林采伐区和非采伐区生境选择的差异进行了比较研究,其结果表明,在该地区虽然两物种在生境选择上发生部分重叠,但在生境利用方式上均存在显著差异在采伐区马鹿主要利用中坡位或上坡位、半阴半阳或阳坡、人为干扰距离大于1000m、海拔相对较高、食物丰富度较高、乔木胸径较小、灌木密度较高的灌丛或杂木林生境;狍子主要利用中坡位或下坡位、阳坡、海拔相对较低、食物丰富度适中、乔木胸径较大、灌木密度较低、人为干扰距离要求不严格的杂木林或柞树林生境。在非采伐区,马鹿主要选择距人为干扰大于1000m、海拔较高、食物丰富度较高、乔木胸径较小的杂木林生境;狍子主要选择中坡位或下坡位、人为干扰距离要求不严格、海拔较低、食物丰富度较适中和乔木胸径较大的杂木林或杨-桦混交林生境。  相似文献
