为了揭示12周高强度循环训练(high-intensity circuit training, HICT)对于超重肥胖男性的身体组成、心肺功能及代谢症候指标的影响,本研究将23位中年超重男性随机分配至HICT组((45.7±4.0) yrs,(172.1±5.1) cm,(76.6±10.2) kg, n=13)和控制组((47.8±4.8) yrs,(173.5±4.8) cm,(76.6±8.5) kg, n=10)。运动干预前、后分别测量受试者的各项指标。HICT组进行每周6次,为期12周(共72次)的高强度循环训练,即最大努力完成12个动作,运动30 s,休息15 s;控制组则维持日常身体活动。研究显示,相较于控制组,HICT组的体脂肪百分比由(25.1±5.1)%降至(23.2±4.1)%、体脂肪重由(19.5±5.7) kg降至(17.5±4.4) kg;体力指数由63.9±14.1升至72.4±16.9,腰围由(88.2±8.6) cm降至(84.2±8.1) cm、臀围由(99.5±5.1) cm降至(96.7±4.1) cm、收缩压由(136.1±11.8) mmHg降至(120.9±9.4) mmHg、舒张压由(88.9±9.3) mmHg降至(80.6±8.1) mmHg、空腹血糖由(105.9±25.0) mg/d L降至(97.1±22.1) mg/dL、血浆甘油三脂(triglyceride, TG)浓度由(101.5±61.7) mg/dL降至(117.5±50.3) mg/dL、胆固醇(total cholesterol, TC)浓度(161.9±20.0) mg/dL降至(117.5±50.3) mg/dL、高密度脂蛋白(high-density lipoproteincholesterol, HDL-C)浓度由(161.9±20.0) mg/dL升至(148.9±21.8) mg/dL,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, LDL-C)浓度由(105.1±25.0) mg/dL降至(97.2±23.5) mg/dL,实验前后,HITC组与控制组后测数值具有显著差异(p<0.05)。本研究表明,每周运动时间约60 min,为期12周共72次的高强度循环训练可有效改善中年超重肥胖男性的身体成分、心肺功能和代谢症候指标。  相似文献

传统的运动燃脂理论认为中等强度持续训练(moderate intensity continuous training, MICT)是减脂效果最佳的运动方式。然而,近年来发现高强度间歇训练(high intensity interval training, HIIT)不仅可以达到和MICT相似的减肥效果,在某些特定人群中还具有靶向减少内脏脂肪的优势。这些实验证据对传统的运动燃脂理论构成了挑战,亟需新的理论及实验证据来解释此种减脂效果。本文对近年来提出的HIIT减脂机制的新兴理论进行了综述,讨论了神经内分泌网络中的关键潜在靶点,为补充和完善传统的运动燃脂理论提供了新的视角。  相似文献

目的:探讨个体化精准运动为核心的整体康复方案对冠心病介入治疗术后患者整体功能再提高的作用。方法:选择2016年6月至2019年12月间在北京康复医院临床诊断为冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者20例,随机分为对照组(n=10)和运动组(n=10)。全部患者择期行冠状动脉介入治疗,术后对照组患者仅进行除运动康复之外的常规治疗指导;运动组患者进行12周个体化运动为核心的心脏康复,介入前、介入后2周、康复后12周分别评估患者标准化症状限制性极限运动的心肺运动试验(CPET)指标、心脏超声、6 min步行距离(6MWD)等。结果:所有患者均安全无并发症完成症状限制性CPET,运动组患者完成12周全程运动康复治疗。组间比较显示,介入前和介入后2周,对照组和运动组患者CPET指标以及左心室射血分数、6MWD等均无明显差异(P0.05)。康复12周后,运动组患者无氧阈(ml/min、ml/(min·kg))、峰值摄氧量(ml/(min·kg))、氧脉搏(ml/beat)和6MWD较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。组内比较显示,康复治疗12周后,运动组患者无氧阈(ml/min、ml/(min·kg)、%pred)、峰值摄氧量(ml/min、ml/(min·kg)、%pred)、峰值氧脉搏(ml/beat)和6MWD均较介入前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);而且与介入后2周比较,无氧阈(ml/(min·kg))和峰值摄氧量(ml/(min·kg))均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。对照组患者在康复12周后无氧阈(ml/min)和峰值氧脉搏(ml/beat)较介入前改善,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),但CPET指标与介入后2周比较无明显差异。结论:冠状动脉介入术后进行个体化运动康复为核心的整体管理可进一步提高冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者运动心肺功能和运动耐力。运动康复是介入术后患者二级预防的重要内容,需要大量推广。  相似文献

目的:探讨强化间歇训练对慢性心衰患者心肺耐力及自主神经功能的影响。方法:34名稳定期慢性心衰患者随机分成试验组和对照组,每组各17名,两组均采用常规药物治疗,其中试验组同时结合间歇运动训练治疗,训练周期12周,前2周为适应性训练,采用功率自行车和30%~50% HRmax强度进行训练,每周训练3次,每次运动20~30 min;后10周采用强化间歇训练,采用功率自行车和运动靶心率=80%~90% HRmax强度训练,训练时间30~40 min,每周训练3次;采用6 min步行距离和心率变异性指标进行效果评价。结果:与试验前比较,12周治疗后,对照组和试验组6 min步行距离均增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),反映自主神经功能的时域指标和频域指标均出现增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验后,试验组6 min步行距离、时域指标和频域指标改变幅度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:强化间歇训练可以作为慢性心衰患者心肺耐力提高和自主神经功能改善的康复手段,比单一的药物治疗效果更好。  相似文献

为探究最大脂肪氧化强度(fatmax)和无氧阈强度(AT)运动干预对糖尿病前期人群糖和骨质代谢的影响,本研究选取73名中老年糖尿病前期人群为受试者进行随机分组,分别分为最大脂肪氧化强度运动组(F组,25人)、无氧阈强度运动组(A组,25人)、对照组(C组,23人),并对所有受试者进行前测(身体成分,骨密度,生长激素分泌指标,骨质代谢指标,胰岛素敏感性指标),前测结束后24 h内分别对F组进行最大脂肪氧化强度测试;对A组进行无氧阈强度测试,前测结束48 h后开始为期36周的运动干预,运动干预结束后再对所有受试者进行后测。研究发现,以C组作为参照,F组、A组经过36周两种强度运动干预后,体重指数(BMI)、体脂率、腰臀比、葡萄糖耐量(OGT)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、抵抗素(resistin)水平的后测数据显著低于前测数据(p0.05);血清生长激素(GH)水平、类胰岛素一号增长因子(IGF-1)水平、血清骨钙素(BGP)水平的后测数据显著高于前测数据(p0.05)。相比C组,A组经过36周无氧阈强度运动干预后,股骨颈骨密度、大转子骨密度、Ward's三角区骨密度、腿部肌力的后测数据显著高于前测数据(p0.05);F组经过36周最大脂肪氧化强度运动干预后,股骨颈骨密度、大转子骨密度、Ward's三角区骨密度、腿部肌力后测数据高于前测数据但是未达到显著性差异(p0.05)。研究数据表明长期采用最大脂肪氧化强度或无氧阈强度运动均可有效改善中老年糖尿病前期人群的糖和骨质代谢,并且无氧阈强度运动对骨质代谢具有更好的改善效果。  相似文献

目的:研究甘草酸(GA)饮料对中等强度耐力训练的女大学生运动能力的影响及机制。方法:12名女大学生随机分为对照组和GA组(n=6),两组都进行4周的中等强度耐力训练,每周训练5 d,每天1 h。检测训练前、后女大学生的400 m、Wingate无氧功率测试和心率在170次/分时的身体工作能力(PWC170)、血液中白细胞总数和分类以及血浆总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、炎症因子白介素-1β(IL-1β)、IL-6,以及IL-10和骨骼肌乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和肌酸激酶(CK)水平。结果:与对照组比较,GA组的400 m跑和PWC170的成绩显著提高(P0.05),而Wingate无氧功率测试指标无差别。白细胞总数不变,但淋巴细胞比例增加、中性粒细胞比例降低(P0.05);血浆MDA降低(P0.05)、GSH-Px和T-AOC升高(P0.05);LDH和CK无显著变化,炎症因子在试剂盒的检测范围之下。Pearson相关分析显示GA组400m跑成绩和PWC170的提高与抗氧化能力和淋巴细胞比例的改变有关(P0.05)。结论:中强度耐力训练中补充GA饮料能提高女大学生的运动能力,其机制可能与其增强抗氧化能力和细胞免疫能力有关。  相似文献

目的:探讨竹节参对大强度耐力训练大鼠心肌线粒体抗氧化能力的影响,为该药运用于抗运动疲劳提供理论依据。方法:将大鼠随机分为安静对照组,大强度耐力训练组(训练组),大强度耐力训练+竹节人参组(训练加药组),测定心肌线粒体脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)和过氧化氢(H2O2)的含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,研究竹节参对大强度耐力训练大鼠心肌线粒体的保护作用。结果:力竭运动引起大鼠心肌线粒体MDA、H2O2含量显著升高(P0.01),心肌线粒体抗氧化酶CAT、GSH-Px、SOD活性显著下降(P0.01);训练加药组大鼠心肌线粒体MDA、H2O2含量明显低于训练组(P0.01),CAT、GSH-Px、SOD活性明显高于训练组。结论:竹节参可明显提高大强度耐力训练大鼠心肌线粒体的抗氧化能力,保护心肌线粒体的氧化损伤。  相似文献

为了探讨补充樟芝对力竭运动后大鼠肝功能及血脂的影响,本研究将40只雄性大鼠随机分成控制组(C)、力竭运动组(E)、樟芝组(A)和樟芝力竭运动组(AE)4组。依照大鼠每公斤体重每天投予0.3 g樟芝,为期四周;E及AE组以渐增式力竭运动模式跑至力竭。记录运动时间并分析血液生化指标包括:葡萄糖(glucose,GLU)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、丙氨酸氨基转氨酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、甘油三脂(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、高密度(high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol,HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,LDL-C)。研究显示E组的AST及ALT活性显著高于C组,Glu、TG及TC浓度显著低于C组,ALT活性显著高于AE组。A组的Glu浓度显著高于C组。AE组运动时间及Glu浓度显著高于E组。因此补充樟芝菌丝体能提升大鼠耐力运动时间,并减缓因力竭运动所导致的急性肝损伤。  相似文献

低氧环境和运动训练均可导致人体体重降低,然而,低氧结合中强度训练对肥胖人群能量代谢及氧化应激的影响尚不清楚。本研究招募了60名无系统运动训练史的健康男性大学生,将受试者分为低氧组和常氧组,每组30名。在一个110 m^2的训练室内通过低氧训练系统模拟人工低氧环境(海拔高度:2 500 m,氧浓度:15%)。两组受试者进行1个月的低氧/常氧中强度骑行训练。此外,对低氧和常氧中强度训练的大鼠进行力竭跑台运动测试,苏木精和伊红(HE)染色评价大鼠骨骼肌形态学变化,RT-PCR检测低氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α) mRNA的表达。研究显示,运动后低氧组的体重、脂肪重量和BMI均显著低于常氧组(p<0.05)。运动后低氧组的血清TC、HDL-C和LDL-C含量均显著低于常氧组(p<0.05),而总TG含量与常氧组无显著差异(p>0.05)。运动后,低氧组的游离脂肪酸含量显著高于常氧组(p<0.05),两组血糖无显著差异(p>0.05)。运动后,低氧组的SOD和GSH-PX水平显著高于常氧组(p<0.05),而MDA水平显著低于常氧组(p<0.05)。运动后,低氧组的IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α水平显著低于常氧组(p<0.05)。力竭运动后,低氧组大鼠的骨骼肌形态学改变异常情况明显低于常氧组。低氧组的HIF-1αm RNA水平显著高于常氧组。本研究表明,与常氧相比,低氧中强度训练可有效降低肥胖人群的血脂水平,促进脂肪动员,减弱氧化应激损伤,抑制促炎细胞因子表达,从而促进体重减轻,并防止糖尿病、高血脂等肥胖相关疾病的发生。此外,低氧中强度可通过上调HIF-1α来提高机体抗氧化能力并减弱运动损伤。  相似文献

目的 :通过分析耐力训练后再力竭运动小鼠部分生化指标的变化来探讨耐力训练提高机体抗疲劳能力可能机制及血液再分配的机制。方法 :建立耐力训练后再力竭运动模型 ,测定血清中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性、过氧化物酶 (POD)活性、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活性与丙二醛 (MDA )含量及肝、骨骼肌、心肌与血清中一氧化氮 (NO )含量。结果 :运动后即刻 ,非耐力组血清SOD活性及肝NO含量较安静组显著下降 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1) ,而血清POD与CAT活性及骨骼肌与血清NO含量则显著升高 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1) ,其余指标无显著变化 (P >0 .0 5)。耐力组CAT活性显著高于非耐力组 (P <0 .0 5) ,血清NO含量显著低于非耐力组 (P <0 .0 1) ,其余指标两组间无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5)。 2 4h恢复后 ,非耐力组血清CAT活性与MDA含量及肝NO较运动后即刻显著升高 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1) ,血清与骨骼肌NO含量显著下降 (P <0 .0 5) ,而其余指标则无显著变化 (P >0 .0 5)。耐力组血清SOD活性及肝、血清与心肌NO含量较运动后即刻显著升高 (P <0 .0 5) ,而血清CAT活性显著下降 (P <0 .0 5) ,其余指标无显著变化(P >0 .0 5)。耐力组血清CAT活性与MDA含量显著低于非耐力组 (P <0 .0 5) ,而心肌NO含量显著高于非耐力组 (P <0 .0 5) ,其余指标两组间  相似文献

[Purpose]

This study is aimed at analyzing how exercise and gardenia affect hormones that regulate energy metabolism by having middle aged, obese women exercise and take gardenia simultaneously.

[Methods]

This study assigned a total of 35 middle-aged obese women with body fat percentage of more than 35 percent into 9 people of the complex treatment group of intake of gardenia and exercise, 9 people of the exercise group, 9 people of the gardenia group and 8 people of the control group in order to find out the effect of the intake of gardenia fruits and Combined exercise of 8 weeks on the body composition, hormones regulating energy metabolism. This study arranged .08 g per weight of 1 kg of the gardenia fruits to be taken twice a day for 8 weeks after breakfast and dinner through the numerical method of roasting the gardenia fruits on fire. And the exercise program was set to be five times a week for 8 weeks, whereas the aerobic exercise of 60 to 70 minutes was 50 to 60 percent for HRmax; thus, the resistance exercise was set to be 1-RM 50 percent. As for the data analysis, the two-way repeated measures ANOVA was utilized for the analysis of interactive effect between groups and times.

[Results]

Thus, the obtained conclusion is as follows: The %fat and WHR has decreased further in the gardenia+exercise group and the exercise group as compared with the control group. And the visceral fat area has decreased further in the gardenia and exercise group and the gardenia group as compared with the control group (p<.05). In addition, the gardenia+exercise group and the exercise group were found to have a significant improvement effect in all the items of body composition, and the gardenia group has reduced the fat percentage and BMI after the treatment (p<.05). Leptin has decreased further in the gardenia+exercise group and the exercise group as compared with the control group, and the insulin resistance and GLP-1 have decreased in all the treatment groups (p<.05).

[Conclusion]

As a result of this study, all the treatment groups were found to have an improvement effect of research variables in general; therefore, the single treatment and complex treatment for the middle-aged obese women were found to have a positive impact on body composition, adjusting factors for energy metabolism. Also, the complex treatment was found to be more positive in terms of change amount. In particular, in the case of visceral fat area that is the major risk factor for metabolic disease of middle-aged obese women, it was found to have decreased further in the complex treatment group than the gardenia group; therefore, the complex treatment was found to be more advantageous.  相似文献

Purpose

To compare the effects of six weeks of high intensity interval training (HIIT) vs continuous moderate intensity training (MIT) for improving body composition, insulin sensitivity (SI), blood pressure, blood lipids, and cardiovascular fitness in a cohort of sedentary overweight or obese young men. We hypothesized that HIIT would result in similar improvements in body composition, cardiovascular fitness, blood lipids, and SI as compared to the MIT group, despite requiring only one hour of activity per week compared to five hours per week for the MIT group.

Methods

28 sedentary overweight or obese men (age, 20 ± 1.5 years, body mass index 29.5 ± 3.3 kg/m2) participated in a six week exercise treatment. Participants were randomly assigned to HIIT or MIT and evaluated at baseline and post-training. DXA was used to assess body composition, graded treadmill exercise test to measure cardiovascular fitness, oral glucose tolerance to measure SI, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy to assess lipoprotein particles, and automatic auscultation to measure blood pressure.

Results

A greater improvement in VO2peak was observed in MIT compared to HIIT (11.1% vs 2.83%, P = 0.0185) in the complete-case analysis. No differences were seen in the intention to treat analysis, and no other group differences were observed. Both exercise conditions were associated with temporal improvements in % body fat, total cholesterol, medium VLDL, medium HDL, triglycerides, SI, and VO2peak (P < 0.05).

Conclusion

Participation in HIIT or MIT exercise training displayed: 1) improved SI, 2) reduced blood lipids, 3) decreased % body fat, and 4) improved cardiovascular fitness. While both exercise groups led to similar improvements for most cardiometabolic risk factors assessed, MIT led to a greater improvement in overall cardiovascular fitness. Overall, these observations suggest that a relatively short duration of either HIIT or MIT training may improve cardiometabolic risk factors in previously sedentary overweight or obese young men, with no clear advantage between these two specific regimes (Clinical Trial Registry number NCT01935323).

目的: 研究持续性运动训练(CT)与高强度间歇运动训练(HIIT)对正常和肥胖大鼠血清和肝脏FGF21蛋白含量及肝脏脂肪代谢的影响。方法: 雄性SD大鼠随机分为两组:普通饲料及45%高脂饲料喂养,8周后以普通饲料喂养,大鼠体重增加20%为肥胖造模成功标准。将正常大鼠随机分为正常安静组(LC)、正常高强度间歇运动训练组(LHI)、正常持续性运动训练组(LCT),肥胖大鼠随机分为肥胖安静组(OC)、肥胖高强度间歇运动训练组(OHI)及肥胖持续性运动训练组(OCT),每组10只,运动干预组大鼠进行8周不同方式负重游泳运动训练干预,末次运动干预间隔24 h后取血液检测血清炎症因子、FGF21水平,取肝脏组织检测脂质含量、脂代谢酶含量及FGF21表达水平。结果: 与LC组比较,OC组大鼠体重、血清炎症因子、肝脏甘油三酯(TG)含量显著增高(P<0.05),LHI组肝脏TG含量显著降低,LCT组肝脏FGF21表达水平显著增高(P<0.05)。与OC组比较,OHI组大鼠肝脏TG含量显著降低(P<0.05),线粒体CPT-1β、β-HAD酶含量显著升高(P<0.05),OCT组大鼠肝脏LPL、FAT/CD36酶含量显著增高,血清、肝脏FGF21水平均显著上升(P<0.05)。结论: 两种运动方式均能降低正常、肥胖大鼠体重及肥胖大鼠肝脏脂质沉积现象,其中HIIT上调线粒体脂肪氧化水平,显著降低正常、肥胖大鼠肝脏TG含量,而CT通过提高正常、肥胖大鼠肝脏FGF21蛋白表达及血清FGF21水平,促进肝脏摄取脂肪酸,对缓解肥胖大鼠肝脏脂质沉积效果有限。  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of exercise training on ventricular epicardial fat thickness in obese men and to investigate the relationship of the change in epicardial fat thickness to changes in abdominal fat tissue following exercise training. Twenty-four obese middle-aged men [age, 49.4 +/- 9.6 yr; weight, 87.7 +/- 11.2 kg; body mass index (BMI), 30.7 +/- 3.3 kg/m(2); peak oxygen consumption, 28.4 +/- 7.2 ml.kg(-1).min(-1); means +/- SD] participated in this study. Each participant completed a 12-wk supervised exercise training program (60-70% of the maximal heart rate; 60 min/day, 3 days/wk) and underwent a transthoracic echocardiography. The epicardial fat thickness on the free wall of the right ventricle was measured from both parasternal long- and short-axis views. The visceral adipose tissue (VAT) and subcutaneous adipose tissues were measured by computed tomography. Following exercise training, the epicardial fat thickness was significantly decreased (P < 0.001). The percentage change of epicardial fat thickness was twice as high compared with those of waist, BMI, and body weight of original values (P <0.05). There was a significant relationship (r = 0.525, P = 0.008) between changes in the epicardial fat thickness and VAT with exercise training. Stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that the change in VAT, change in systolic blood pressure, and change in quantitative insulin sensitivity check index were independently related to the change epicardial fat thickness (P < 0.05). The ventricular epicardial fat thickness is reduced significantly after aerobic exercise training and is associated with a decrease in VAT. These results suggest that aerobic exercise training may be an effective nonpharmacological strategy for decreasing the ventricular epicardial fat thickness and visceral fat area in obese middle-aged men.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to assess the discriminatory power of the new reference system, power-duration product (PDP), for the analysis of haemodynamic and metabolic variables derived from cardiopulmonary exercise tests. The PDP was calculated as the cumulative index of the product of power (W) times the duration (minutes) of each individual exercise step. The study comprised 30 healthy male volunteers, who were classified into three groups with respect to their regular physical activity: 10 untrained medical students (students), 10 sprinters and long-jumpers (athletes) and 10 endurance athletes performing triathlon (triathletes). Twenty metabolic and haemodynamic variables were recorded throughout exhaustion-limited cycling ergometry. The data were analysed with respect to five reference systems (heart rate, relative and absolute oxygen consumption/body surface area, power, and PDP). A total of 14 differences between modified time courses of haemodynamic and metabolic variables in the three groups of volunteers were observed by reference to PDP, 12 by reference to relative oxygen consumption/body surface area, 11 by reference to heart rate, 8 by reference to absolute oxygen consumption/body surface area, and 7 by reference to power. When using PDP as the reference, the time courses of 8 parameters differed significantly between students and triathletes, 5 between students and athletes, and 1 between athletes and triathletes. In addition to its discriminatory superiority for the comparison of different groups characterized by different cardiopulmonary training and endurance, it was found that PDP permitted a better characterization of the individually performed exercise than the consideration of power per se.  相似文献

Human studies have shown high-intensity interval training (HIIT) has beneficial cardiovascular effects and is typically more time-efficient compared with traditional endurance exercise. The main goal of this study is to show the potential molecular and functional cardiovascular benefits of HIIT compared with endurance training (ET). Three groups of mice were used including sedentary-control, ET mice, and HIIT mice groups. Results indicated ejection fraction was increased in HIIT compared with ET while fractional shortening was increased in the HIIT group compared with both groups. Blood flow of the abdominal aorta was increased in both exercise groups compared with control. Increases in cross-sectional area and mitochondrial and antioxidative markers in HIIT compared with control were observed, along with several microRNAs. The aims of the present study were to compare the effects of two periodization models on metabolic syndrome risk factors in obese adolescents and verify whether the angiotensin‐converting enzyme (ACE) genotype is important in establishing these effects. A total of 32 postpuberty obese adolescents were submitted to aerobic training (AT) and resistance training (RT) for 14 weeks. The subjects were divided into linear periodization (LP, n = 16) or daily undulating periodization (DUP, n = 16). Body composition, visceral and subcutaneous fat, glycemia, insulinemia, homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA‐IR), lipid profiles, blood pressure, maximal oxygen consumption (VO2max), resting metabolic rate (RMR), muscular endurance were analyzed at baseline and after intervention. Both groups demonstrated a significant reduction in body mass, BMI, body fat, visceral and subcutaneous fat, total and low‐density lipoprotein cholesterol, blood pressure and an increase in fat‐free mass, VO2max, and muscular endurance. However, only DUP promoted a reduction in insulin concentrations and HOMA‐IR. It is important to emphasize that there was no statics difference between LP and DUP groups; however, it appears that there may be bigger changes in the DUP than LP group in some of the metabolic syndrome risk factors in obese adolescents with regard to the effect size (ES). Both periodization models presented a large effect on muscular endurance. Despite the limitation of sample size, our results suggested that the ACE genotype may influence the functional and metabolic characteristics of obese adolescents and may be considered in the future strategies for massive obesity control.  相似文献

目的:了解健身气功八段锦对肥胖中年女性糖尿病患者相关指标的影响,为糖尿病的干预治疗方案提供新的思路。方法:以40名中年女性肥胖糖尿病患者作为研究对象,年龄57.2±5.4岁,随机分为对照组和练功组(n=20);练功组进行新编健身八段锦功法24周干预,每周锻炼6 d,每天90 min的练功;对照组不进行任何运动。观察2组患者试验前后体重、腰围、臀围、体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和人血清视黄醛结合蛋白4(RBP4)等指标的水平变化。结果:练功组试验后其腰围、WHR、FPG、TG、HbAlc和血清RBP4水平与试验前及对照组试验后相比均明显下降(P<0.05);练功组试验后HDL-C水平与试验前及对照组试验后相比与明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:长期的健身气功八段锦练习可降低肥胖女性糖尿病患者的血糖,对身体的部分肥胖和血脂指标有一定的改善效果。  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of combined aerobic and resistance training on abdominal fat. Our participants in the study consisted of thirty obese women. They were separated into three groups: a control group (n=10), an aerobic training group (n=10) and a combined training group (n=10). The aerobic training group was composed of 60-70% HRmax (intensity), 60 minutes a day (duration) for 6 days a week (frequency). The combined training group was separated into resistance training (3 days a week, Mon, Wed, Fri) and the aerobic training (3 days a week, Tue, Thu, Sat). The levels for abdominal fat volume were measured by determining the subcutaneous fat volume (SFV), visceral fat volume (VFV), and VFV/SFV by CT (computed tomography). The VO(2max) was significantly (p<0.05) increased in both groups. The subcutaneous fat and visceral fat levels were decreased in the combined training group more than in the aerobics training group. Also, the lean body mass (LBM) was significantly increased only in the combined training group. In addition, the total cholesterol, triglyceride and LDL-C were significantly (p<.05) decreased and the HDL-C was significantly (p<.05) increased in both groups. In conclusion, our results observed that combined training decreased abdominal subcutaneous fat and visceral fat more than aerobic training only.  相似文献
