Recently, growing attention has been paid to the detection of hydrazine (NH2NH2) because of its important roles in industrial chemical and high toxicity to human beings. Herein, we have constructed a new colorimetric and far‐red fluorescent probe containing a receptor of 4‐bromobutanoate to selectively detect hydrazine. The probe could detect hydrazine quantitatively in the range of 40–500 μM with the detection limit of 2.9 μM. In addition, the probe could monitor hydrazine by the ratiometric method with a large (185 nm) red‐shifted absorption spectrum, and the color changes from yellow to blue make it as a ‘naked‐eye’ indicator for hydrazine. Consequently, our proposed probe would be of great benefit for monitoring hydrazine in aqueous solution.  相似文献

In this study, a rapid method for the detection of berberine hydrochloride (BRH) was developed based on a water‐soluble pyrenyl probe, 8‐hydroxypyrene‐1,3,6‐trisulfonic acid (HPTS). This method features low cost, good selectivity, high sensitivity and a fast response. The sensing mechanism of this probe is attributed to the formation of a complex between HPTS and BRH induced by electrostatic interaction and π–π stacking. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first fluorescent sensor for BRH based on organic materials that has low cost and a visual response. The detection limit of this method was as low as 1.24 μM and the linear response range is 2–50 μM. This method also allowed rapid detection of BRH real samples.  相似文献

A three-dimensional (3D) continuous and interconnected network graphene foam (GF) was synthesized by chemical vapor deposition using nickel foam as a template. The morphologies of the GF were observed by scanning electron microscopy. X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy were used to investigate the structure of GF. The graphene with few layers and defect free was closely coated on the backbone of the 3D nickel foam. After etching nickel, the GF was transferred onto indium tin oxide (ITO) glass, which acted as an electrode to detect uric acid using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The GF/ITO electrode showed a high sensitivity for the detection of uric acid: approximately 9.44 mA mM−1 in the range of 25 nM–0.1 μM and 1.85 mA mM−1 in the range of 0.1–60 μM. The limit of detection of GF/ITO electrode for uric acid is 3 nM. The GF/ITO electrode also showed a high selectivity for the detection of uric acid in the presence of ascorbic acid. This electrode will have a wide range of potential application prospects in electrochemical detection.  相似文献

We find that the catalytic activity of gold nanoparticles (GNPs) on luminol-H2O2 chemiluminescence (CL) system is greatly enhanced after it is aggregated by 0.5 M NaCl. We use this observation to design a CL detection of DNA hybridization. It is based on that the single- and double-stranded oligonucleotides have different propensities to adsorb on GNPs in colloidal solution, and the hybridization occurred between the probe DNA and target DNA can result in aggregation of the GNPs, producing strong CL emission. In the assay, no covalent functionalization of the GNPs, the probe, or the target DNA is required. The assay, including hybridization and detection, occurs in homogenous solution. The detection limit of target DNA (3σ) was estimated to be as low as 1.1 fM. The sensitivity was increased more than 6 orders of magnitude over that of GNPs-based colorimetric method. The present CL method for DNA hybridization detection offers the advantages of being simple, cheap, rapid and sensitive.  相似文献

Combining the surface modification and molecular imprinting technique, a novel piezoelectric sensing platform with excellent molecular recognition capability was established for the detection of uric acid (UA) based on the immobilization of TiO2 nanoparticles onto quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) electrode and modification of molecularly imprinted TiO2 (MIT) layer on TiO2 nanoparticles. The performance of the fabricated biosensor was evaluated, and the results indicated that the biosensor exhibited high sensitivity in UA detection, with a linear range from 0.04 to 45 μM and a limit of detection of 0.01 μM. Moreover, the biosensor presented high selectivity towards UA in comparison with other interferents. The analytical application of the UA biosensor confirmed the feasibility of UA detection in urine sample.  相似文献

In this study, a colorimetric method was developed for rapid and sensitive determination of gallic acid (GA) by using floral‐like magnetic Fe3O4@MnO2 composite material with enhanced oxidase‐like activity. Fe3O4@MnO2 composite material is able to oxidize 3,3′,5,5′‐tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) to a blue product (oxTMB) with apparent color change and absorbance at 652 nm. GA can reduce the oxTMB yielding a fading blue color. Based on these results, a technique is proposed to detect GA quantitatively and qualitatively with UV–vis spectroscopy and bare eyes. A low detection limit of 0.105 μM and a detection range of 0.01 to 15 μM were obtained with UV–vis spectroscopy. This methodology possesses high potential for application in determination of GA.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel chemiluminescence (CL) system was introduced based on the use of CdTe quantum dots (QDs) with the mixture solutions of fluorescein and potassium periodate (KIO4) in alkaline medium. The CL signal of an ultra‐weak system was strongly enhanced in the presence of QDs. The application of CdTe QDs–fluorescein–KIO4 system is reported for the first time. It was found that catechol had a diminishing effect on the CL reaction. Under optimal experimental conditions, CL intensity decreased linearly in a 1 to 100 μM catechol concentration range, with a 0.18 μM detection limit. A possible reaction mechanism was proposed according to the results of kinetic analyses, CL spectra, ultraviolet–visible and fluorescence spectra. The results pointed to an efficient energy transfer between the CL energy donor CdTe QDs and acceptor fluorescein. Finally, the CL method was successfully applied to the determination of catechol in environmental water samples.  相似文献

As large numbers of people are suffering from gout, an accurate, rapid, and sensitive method for the detection of gout biomarker, uric acid, is important for its effective control, diagnosis, and therapy. Although colorimetric detection methods based on uricase have been considered, they still have limitations as they produce toxic H2O2 and are expensive and not stable. Here, a novel uricase-free colorimetric method was developed for the sensitive and selective detection of uric acid based on the light-induced oxidase-mimicking activity of a new photosensitized covalent organic framework (COF) (2,4,6-trimethylpyridine-3,5-dicarbonitrile–4-[2-(4-formylphenyl)ethynyl]benzaldehyde COF [DCTP–EDA COF]). DCTP–EDA COF has a strong ability to harvest visible light, and it could catalyze the oxidation of 1,4-dioxane, 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine under visible light irradiation to produce obvious color changes. With the addition of uric acid, however, the significant inhibition of the oxidase-mimicking activity of DCTP–EDA COF remarkably faded the color, and thus uric acid could be colorimetrically detected in the range of 2.0–150 μM with a limit of detection of 0.62 μM (3σ/K). Moreover, the present colorimetric method exhibited high selectivity; uric acid level in serum samples was successfully determined, and the recoveries ranged from 96.5% to 105.64%, suggesting the high accuracy of the present colorimetric method, which demonstrates great promise in clinical analysis.  相似文献

In this paper, a new ‘turn‐on' fluorescence probe for the rapid, sensitive, and visual detection of hypochlorite is reported. The push–pull type trianiline–tricyanofuran‐based fluorescent probe was prepared using a condensation reaction between tricyanofuran and the thiophene–trianiline derivative that had high quantum yields and showed aggregation‐induced emission enhanced properties. Upon exposure to hypochlorite, prominent fluorescence enhancement of the probe was observed via the release of the fluorophore from the probe. The probe showed a ratiometric absorption change at 315 nm and 575 nm. Importantly, the probe showed an excellent detection limit for hypochlorite at 1.2 × 10?7 M in solution and it was successfully applied for monitoring hypochlorite in waste water by test strip. This work reports a new fluorescence analytical sensing method for hypochlorite that has potential practical value in environmental monitoring and biological discrimination.  相似文献

A novel sensor was fabricated by electrochemical deposition of ZnO flower-like/polyaniline nanofiber/reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite (ZnO/PANI/RGO) on glassy carbon electrode (GCE) for direct detection of dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA) in the presence of fixed concentration of ascorbic acid (AA). Surface morphology and characterization of the modified electrodes were confirmed by field emission scanning microscopy (FE-SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman and FT-IR spectroscopies. For individual detection, the linear responses were in the two concentration ranges of 0.001–1 μM and 1–1000 μM with detection limit 0.8 nM (S/N = 3) for DA, and also 0.1–100 μM and 100–1000 μM with detection limit 0.042 μM (S/N = 3) for UA. Simultaneous determination of these species in their mixture solution showed the linear responses in the two concentration ranges of 0.1–90 μM and 90–1000 μM with detection limit 0.017 μM (S/N = 3) for DA and also showed two linear range of 0.5–90 μM and 100–1000 μM with detection limit 0.12 μM (S/N = 3) for UA, with coexistence of 1000 μM AA. The applicability of sensor for the analysis of DA, and UA in dopamine injection solution, human serum and human urine samples was successfully demonstrated.  相似文献

A novel fluorescent sensor, 1‐((2‐hydroxynaphthalen‐1‐yl)methylene)urea (ocn) has been designed and applied as a highly selective and sensitive fluorescent probe for recognition of Al3+ in Tris–HCl (pH = 7.20) solution. The probe ocn exhibits an excellent selectivity to Al3+ over other examined metal ions, anions and amino acids with a prominent fluorescence ‘turn‐on’ at 438 nm. ocn binds to Al3+ with a 2:1 binding stoichiometry and the detection limit was 0.3 μM. Furthermore, its capability of biological application was evaluated and the results showed that the sensor could be used to detect Al3+ in living cells.  相似文献

The flow‐injection chemiluminescence (FI‐CL) behavior of a gold nanocluster (Au NC)–enhanced rhodamine B–KMnO4 system was studied under alkaline conditions for the first time. In the present study, the as‐prepared bovine serum albumin‐stabilized Au NCs showed excellent stability and reproducibility. The addition of trace levels of fluvoxamine maleate (Flu) led to an obvious decline in CL intensity in the rhodamine B–KMnO4–Au NCs system, which could be used for quantitative detection of Flu. Under optimized conditions, the proposed CL system exhibited a favorable analytical performance for Flu determination in the range 2 to 100 μg ml?1. The detection limit for Flu measurement was 0.021 μg ml?1. Moreover, this newly developed system revealed outstanding selectivity for Flu detection when compared with a multitude of other species, such as the usual ions, uric acid and a section of hydroxy compounds. Additionally, CL spectra, UV–visible spectroscopes and fluorescence spectra were measured in order to determine the possible reaction mechanism. This approach could be used to detect Flu in human urine and human serum samples with the desired recoveries and could have promising application under physiological conditions.  相似文献

Heteroatom‐doped carbon nanoparticles (CNPs) have attracted considerable attention due to an effective improvement in their intrinsic properties. Here, a facile and simple synthesis of nitrogen, boron co‐doped carbon nanoparticles (NB‐CNPs) from a sole precursor, 3‐aminophenylboronic acid, was performed via a one‐step solid‐phase approach. Because of the presence of boronic acid, NB‐CNPs can be used directly as a fluorescent probe for glucose. Based on a boronic acid‐triggered specific reaction, we developed a simple NB‐CNP probe without surface modification for the detection of glucose. When glucose was introduced, the fluorescence of NB‐CNPs was suppressed through a surface‐quenching states mechanism. Obvious fluorescence quenching allowed the highly sensitive determination of glucose with a limit of detection of 1.8 μM. Moreover, the proposed method has been successfully used to detect glucose in urine from people with diabetes, suggesting potential application in sensing glucose.  相似文献

A novel and sensitive chemiluminescence (CL) procedure based on the synergetic catalytic effects of gold nanoclusters (Au NCs) and graphene quantum dots (GQDs) was developed for the reliable measurement of cimetidine (CM). The initial experiments showed that the KMnO4‐based oxidation of alkaline rhodamine B (RhoB) generated a very weak CL emission, which was intensively enhanced in the simultaneous presence of Au NCs and GQDs. CL intermediates can be adsorbed and gathered on the surface of Au NCs, becoming more stable. GQDs participate in the energy transferring processes and facilitate them. These improving effects were simultaneously obtained by adding both Au NCs and GQDs into the RhoB‐KMnO4 reaction. Consequently, the increasing effect of the Au NCs/GQDs mixture was more than that of pure Au NCs or GQDs, and a new nano‐assisted powerful CL system was achieved. Furthermore, a marked quenching in the emission of the introduced CL system was observed in the presence of CM, so the system was examined to design a sensitive sensor for CM. After optimization of influencing parameters, the linear lessening in CL emission intensity of KMnO4‐RhoB‐Au NCs/GQDs was verified for CM concentrations in the range 0.8–200 ng ml?1. The limit of detection (3Sb/m) was 0.3 ng ml?1. Despite being a simple CL method, good sensitivity was obtained for CM detection with reliable results for CM determination in human urine samples.  相似文献

Chemiluminescence (CL) of copper nanoclusters (CuNCs) induced by cerium (IV) (Ce(IV)) or potassium permanganate (KMnO4) in acidic medium was observed. The potential application of CuNCs CL in analytical chemistry was also demonstrated using trihexyphenidyl hydrochloride (THP) as an example based on its enhancing CL intensity for the CuNCs–Ce(IV)/KMnO4 systems. The excited state of the CuNCs acted as a luminophore in the CuNCs–Ce(IV) system, while CuNCs played the role of reductant in the CuNCs–KMnO4 system. The increased CL intensity for Ce(IV)–CuNCs system was proportional to the THP concentrations in the range of 0.1 to 10.0 μM. The detection limit was 49.0 nM and the relative standard deviation was 2.2% for 2.0 μM THP (n = 11). The proposed method was applied to detect THP in pharmaceutical formulations and human plasma samples.  相似文献

A simple and sensitive DNA‐stablized gold nanoparticle (AuNP)‐based chemiluminescent (CL) probe for detecting mercury ion (Hg2+) in aqueous solution has been developed. The CL strategy relies upon the catalytic activity of unmodified AuNPs on the luminol–H2O2 CL reaction, and the interaction of unmodified AuNPs with DNA. The unmodified AuNPs can effectively differentiate unstructured and folded DNA. The DNA desorbs from AuNPs in the presence of Hg2+, leading to the increase in CL signal. By rationally varying the number of thymine in single‐strand oligonucleotides, the detection range could be tuned. Employing single‐strand oligonucleotides with 14 thymine in the detecting system, a sensitive linear range for Hg2+ ions from 5.0 × 10–10 to 1.0 × 10–7 mol/L and a detection limit of 2.1 × 10–10 mol/L are obtained. Changing the number of thymine to 10 and 6, it leads to a narrow detection range but a high sensitivity. Besides, DNA‐based CL nanoprobes exhibit a remarkable selectivity for Hg2+ ions over a variety of competing metal ions. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This article suggests a new sequential injection analysis chemiluminescence (SIA‐CL) strategy for monitoring the caffeine (CAF) content in soft and energy drinks using the catalytic activities of different nano‐metal oxides. The present study describes three different SIA‐CL systems (luminol–ferricyanide (III) coupled with Fe2O3 or ZnO nanoparticles (NPs), and luminol–H2O2 coupled with CuONPs. All experimental conditions were optimized and the linear concentration ranges of pure CAF were evaluated using the calibration graphs. The selectivity of the developed SIA‐CL systems was studied under the influence of various interfering species that may be present in soft or energy drinks such as sodium ions, sucrose, glucose, sodium benzoate, sodium citrate, riboflavin, niacin, citric, phosphoric and ascorbic acids. International Council for Harmonization (ICH) guidelines were obeyed for the validation of the suggested CL methods. The developed SIA‐CL systems displayed linear relationships over the concentration ranges 1.0–350, 5.0–400 and 10.0–400 μg ml?1 with Fe2O3 NPs, ZnO NPs and CuO NPs, respectively. The recorded lower limits of detection and quantification were 0.7, 2.7 and 7.8 μg ml?1, and 1.0, 5.0 and 10.0 μg ml?1 for the previously mentioned SIA‐CL systems. The results revealed high selectivity for CAF determination and were in good agreement with those obtained by other reported methods.  相似文献

8‐Amino‐5‐chloro‐7‐phenylpyrido[3,4‐d]pyridazine‐1,4(2H,3H)dione (L‐012) was recently synthesized as a new chemiluminescence (CL) probe; the light intensity and the sensitivity of L‐012 are higher than those of other CL probes such as luminol. Previously, our group developed four lophine‐based CL enhancers of the horseradish peroxidase (HRP)‐catalyzed CL oxidation of luminol, namely 2‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐4,5‐diphenylimidazole (HDI), 2‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐4,5‐di(2‐pyridyl)imidazole (HPI), 4‐(4,5‐diphenyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl)phenylboronic acid (DPA), and 4‐[4,5‐di(2‐pyridyl)‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl]phenylboronic acid (DPPA), and showed that DPPA was suitable for the photographic detection of HRP. In this study, we replaced luminol with L‐012 and evaluated these as L‐012‐dependent CL enhancers. In addition, to detect HRP and/or H2O2 with higher sensitivity, each detection condition for the L‐012–HRP–H2O2 enhanced CL was optimized. All the derivatives enhanced the L‐012‐dependent CL as well as luminol CL; HPI generated the highest enhanced luminescence. Under optimized conditions for HRP detection, the detection limit of HRP was 0.08 fmol. By contrast, the detection limit of HRP with the enhanced L‐012‐dependent CL using 4‐iodophenol, which is a common enhancer of luminol CL, was 1.1 fmol. With regard to H2O2 detection, the detection limits for enhanced CL with HPI and 4‐iodophenol were 0.29 and 1.5 pmol, respectively. Therefore, it is demonstrated that HPI is the most superior L‐012‐dependent CL enhancer. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A new chemiluminescence (CL) method using flow injection has been described for the rapid and sensitive determination of promazine hydrochloride (PMH). The method is based on the CL reaction of PMH with tris(1,10 phenanthroline)ruthenium(II), [Ru(phen)32+] and Ce(IV) in sulfuric acid medium. Effects of chemical variables were investigated employing central composite design and response surface methodology. Under the optimum conditions, the CL intensity was proportional to the concentration of the drug in solution over the ranges 0.020–0.32 and 0.32–32 µg/mL. The limit of detection (signal‐to‐noise ratio = 3) was 0.012 µg/mL. The method was applied successfully to the determination of PMH in drug formulations and human serum (recovery percentages between 96.7 and 105.0%). The relative standard deviation for 11 replicate determinations of 1.5 µg/mL of PMH was 1.7%. The minimum sampling rate was 100 samples per hour. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Measurement of the uric acid level in the body can be improved by biosensing with respect to the accuracy, sensitivity and time consumption. This study has reported the immobilization of uricase onto graphene oxide (GO) and its function for electrochemical detection of uric acid. Through chemical modification of GO using 1-ethyl-3-(dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide (EDC) and N-hydroxysulfosuccinimide (NHS) as cross-linking reagents, the enzyme activity of the immobilized uricase was much comparable to the free enzyme with 88% of the activity retained. The modified GO-uricase (GOU) was then subjected to electrocatalytic detection of uric acid (UA) via cyclic voltammetry (CV). For that reason, a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was modified by adhering the GO along with the immobilized uricase to facilitate the redox reaction between the enzyme and the substrate. The modified GOU/GCE outperformed a bare electrode through the electrocatalytic activity with an amplified electrical signal for the detection of UA. The electrocatalytic response showed a linear dependence on the UA concentration ranging from 0.02 to 0.49 mM with a detection limit of 3.45 μM at 3σ/m. The resulting biosensor also exhibited a high selectivity towards UA in the presence of other interference as well as good reproducibility.  相似文献
