科尔沁沙地沙漠化过程中土壤有机碳和全氮含量变化   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
通过地面调查,研究了沙漠化对科尔沁沙地农田和草地土壤有机碳和全氮含量的影响.结果表明,随着沙漠化的发展,科尔沁沙地土壤碳、氮含量明显下降.和非沙漠化农田相比,轻度、中度、重度和严重沙漠化农田土壤有机碳和全氮含量分别下降12.3%和15.3%、22.2%和24.7%、39.5%和44.7%、64.4%和63.5%;和非沙漠化草地相比,轻度、中度、重度和严重沙漠化草地土壤有机碳和全氮含量分别下降了56.3%和48.7%、78.4%和74.4%、88.9%和84.6%、91.6%和84.6%.截至2000年,科尔沁沙漠化总面积已经达到50197.5 km2,由于沙漠化而导致的土壤有机碳和全氮损失总量分别为36.39 Mt和7.89 Mt,其中草地分别占91.12%和86.06%,农田分别占8.88%和13.94%.相关分析结果表明,土壤有机碳和全氮的损失主要源于风蚀所引起的土壤粘粉粒的减少.因此,在科尔沁沙地,防治土壤风蚀对于减少农田和草地土壤碳、氮损失极为重要.  相似文献

用马拉硫磷和敌百虫单独处理30代和31代的淡色库蚊,见到对马拉硫磷和敌百虫的抗性分别为敏感品系的286和303倍,而以马拉硫磷和敌百虫轮用(32代)和混用(31代)处理的品系对马拉硫磷和敌百虫的抗性均在70倍以下。 离体酶的活性测定和酯酶同功酶的酶谱分析均表明,抗性品系体内羧酸酯酶活力高于敏感品系;酸性磷酸酯酶和乙酰胆碱酯酶的活力两者差异不显著,可见马拉硫磷和敌百虫的抗性主要和羧酸酯酶活力的增长有关。  相似文献

通过野外调查,研究了沙漠化对科尔沁沙质草地生态系统碳、氮储量的影响.结果表明:沙漠化对草地碳、氮含量和储量具有显著影响,随着草地沙漠化的进程,草地碳、氮含量和储量明显下降.与非沙漠化草地相比,轻度、中度、重度和严重沙漠化草地0~100cm深土壤有机碳和全氮含量分别下降了56.06%和48.72%、78.43%和74.36%、88.95%和84.62%、91.64%和84.62%,植物组分中的碳、氮含量分别下降了8.61%和6.43%、0.05%和25.71%、2.58%和27.14%、8.61%和27.86%;轻度、中度、重度和严重沙漠化草地地上植物组分中的碳、氮储量分别下降了25.08%和27.62%、30.90%和46.55%、73.84%和80.62%、90.89%和87.31%,0~100cm深地下植物组分中碳和全氮储量分别下降了50.95%和43.38%、75.19%和71.04%、86.76%和81.48%、91.17%和83.17%.2000年科尔沁沙地沙漠化草地总面积为30152.7km2,因沙漠化损失的碳、氮总储量高达107.53和9.97Mt.草地碳、氮含量的下降主要源于风蚀过程中土壤细颗粒的损失.土壤的粗化和贫瘠化最终导致了植物和凋落物中碳、氮储量的明显下降.  相似文献

为了防御和减轻玉米低温冷害,应用改进的玉米生长发育和干物质积累动态模型,采用新的玉米低温冷害指标和参数,建立了玉米低温冷害发生及损失程度的动态预测和评估方法.该方法遵循积温学说和玉米生物学、生态学原理,用相对积温作为发育期预报和灾害判别的主导因子,用干物质亏缺率代表冷害减产率.经代表地区不同气候年型的验证和试用,证明该冷害预报和评估方法具有较好的客观性和适用性,经过参数和指标调整后,可应用于东北地区各地.  相似文献

本文研究茶叶品种和质量、提取剂种类和萃取溶剂量对咖啡因和茶多酚提取得率、提取率和纯度的影响,结果表明:茶叶质量高,咖啡因和茶多酚的含量、得率和纯度就高。95%乙醇提取咖啡因和茶多酚的得率、提取率和纯度最高。1%氧化钙水溶液单纯提取咖啡因的得率、提取率和纯度较高。增加萃取次数和萃取溶剂量可提高咖啡因和茶多酚的得率,对产品纯度没有影响。  相似文献

可吸入颗粒物(PM10)和细颗粒物(PM2.5)既是造成空气污染的主要原因之一,也是大部分城市的首要污染物.本文在分析PM10和PM2.5对环境和人类健康影响的基础上,重点综述了PM10和PM2.5组成、来源、质量浓度变化规律及影响因素;介绍了PM10和PM2.5监测网络布局、分析方法的原理和特点;归纳了个体和区域尺度上森林去除PM10和PM25的研究方法、速率和影响机制.探讨了目前该领域研究中存在的问题:由于缺乏不同梯度和背景地区大气PM10和PM2.5比较观测研究,未能揭示各类因素对PM10和PM2.5的复合影响;合理布局PM10和PM2.5监测网络、正确选择监测方法,并以手工方法所获数据作为比对和校验,是保证监测数据有效性的基础;有关森林去除PM2.5研究较少,未能在细胞、组织、器官和个体水平上阐明其去除PM10和PM2.5的生理过程和生态学机理.  相似文献

目的:测量和比较感觉运动皮层Ⅱ/Ⅲ层锥体神经元和中间神经元的内在特性并研究其与动作电位编码频率和精确性的关系。方法:采用全细胞电流钳记录模式,获得的数据输入pClamp和Origin进行处理分析。结果:与锥体神经元相比,中间神经元群集动作电位具有较低的阈电位水平和较短的不应期,从而中间神经元具有较高的动作电位编码频率和精确性。结论:皮层神经元动作电位的阈电位水平和不应期调控动作电位的编码频率和精确性。  相似文献

以‘同色兜兰’品种为材料,采用RT-PCR和RACE技术获得了DEFICIENS(DEF)-和GLOBOSA(GLO)-like基因的cDNA全长,命名为PcDEF和PcGLO,并用半定量RT-PCR和实时PCR研究了PcDEF和PcGLO在花芽发育过程和不同组织部位的表达特性。结果表明,PcDEF和PcGLO的全长cDNA分别为1 039bp和934bp,分别编码224和210个氨基酸;蛋白比对表明,PcDEF和PcGLO蛋白都具有典型MADS-box蛋白的MADS和K结构域;蛋白同源性分析显示,PcDEF和PcGLO与已登录的其它兰科植物的DEF/AP3和GLO/PI蛋白的相似性分别在75%~96%和87%~98%;系统进化树分析表明,PcDEF和PcGLO分别属于B类MADS-box蛋白家族的AP3和PI亚家族。表达分析显示,PcDEF和PcGLO在花芽发育中均有表达,PcDEF在成熟花、唇瓣和花瓣中的表达量高,在蕊柱、萼片、苞叶和根中次之,在花茎和叶中较低,在子房中几乎不表达;PcGLO在各组织中均有不同丰度的表达。  相似文献

以广东连州自然分布的3种国家重点保护野生植物南方红豆杉〔Taxus chinensis var.mairei(Lemée et Lévl.)Cheng et L.K.Fu〕、半枫荷(Semiliquidambar cathayensis Chang)和金荞麦〔Fagopyrum dibotrys(D.Don)Hara〕为研究对象,分析了根、茎和叶片及根际土壤和岩石的C、N含量和C:N比以及δ13 C和δ15 N值的差异;在此基础上,通过δ13 C和δ15 N值的散点图比较了3种植物生态位的差异.结果表明:在同种植物中,根、茎和叶片的C和N含量及C:N比总体高于根际土壤和岩石,其中,叶片中C和N含量均最高,茎的C:N比最高;而根际土壤和岩石的δ13 C和δ15 N值总体高于根、茎和叶片.在供试的3种植物间,根际土壤和岩石中C和N含量总体上无明显差异,但根、茎和叶片中C和N含量以及根、茎和叶片及根际土壤和岩石的C:N比、δ13 C和δ15 N值均有一定差异;其中,金荞麦根中C含量显著(P<0.05)低于南方红豆杉和半枫荷,其根、茎和叶片中N含量和δ15 N值均极显著(P<0.01)高于后二者,其根、茎和叶片的C:N比和δ13 C值均极显著低于后二者,其根际土壤和岩石的C:N比和δ13 C值总体上也低于后二者;南方红豆杉和半枫荷的叶片中C和N含量以及茎和叶片的δ13 C值、根际土壤和岩石的δ13 C和δ15 N值均存在显著差异,但二者的整体差异相对较小.从散点图上看,金荞麦的生态位远离南方红豆杉和半枫荷,而后二者的生态位有交集.综合分析结果显示:草本植物金荞麦与木本植物南方红豆杉和半枫荷的C和N含量以及δ13 C和δ15 N值的差异不仅与植物自身的生活型有关,而且与各自生境中的光照和土壤因子等相关.另外,供试3种植物的根、茎和叶片的δ13 C值变幅为-31.69‰~-26.46‰,符合C3植物的δ13 C值范畴.  相似文献

通过野外调查采样和室内分析,研究了黄土高原小流域土壤pH、阳离子交换量(cation exchange capacity,CEC)和有机质的分布特征及其与土地利用方式、地形条件和土壤类型的关系.结果表明:黄土高原小流域土壤pH、CEC和有机质分别介于7.7~8.6、11.9~28.7 cmol·kg-1和3.0~27.9 g·kg-1,分别服从正态分布、对数正态分布和负二项分布.3种土壤性质随地形、土地利用方式和土壤类型的不同差异很大.不同土地利用方式下,土壤有机质和CEC以林地、草地和农田较高,果园较低;pH则以林地较低,其他利用方式较高;不同地形条件下,3种土壤性质均呈塬面和坡地大于沟道和梯田的趋势;不同类型土壤中,有机质和CEC以黑垆土和红土较高,pH则以黄绵土较高.整体上,土壤有机质和CEC呈现出相似的变化趋势,而pH的分布特征则与之相反.  相似文献

本文对长刺萤叶甲属和短鞘萤叶甲属的头部,口器,触角,体毛,刻点,前胸背板,鞘翅缘折,足的外部形态首次进行了扫描电镜观察,并对结果进行了分析,比较,发现纬度变化引起的形态变异不显著,而海拔的变化引起形态的适应性变化比较显著。因此,对两种不同海拔的萤叶甲进行形态比较,研究萤叶甲在不同地理环境下,其形态的适应性变化提供了有价值的依据。  相似文献

ObjectiveThere are no data regarding echocardiographic parameters in patients with normocalcemic primary hyperparathyroidism (NCPHPT). We compared the echocardiographic findings in postmenopausal women with NCPHPT with those in patients with hypercalcemic primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT) and controls.MethodsSeventeen consecutive Caucasian postmenopausal women with NCPHPT were compared with 20 women with hypercalcemic PHPT and 20 controls. Obesity, diabetes, kidney failure, and previous cardiovascular diseases were considered exclusion criteria. Each patient underwent biochemical evaluation, bone mineral density scan, and echocardiographic measurements. Patients with parathyroid disorders underwent kidney ultrasound evaluation.ResultsPatients with PHPT had significantly higher mean total serum calcium, ionized calcium, 24-hour urinary calcium, and parathyroid hormone and lower mean phosphorus levels compared with those in the controls (all P < .05). The only differences between patients with NCPHPT and PHPT were significantly lower mean total serum calcium, ionized calcium, and 24-hour urinary calcium and higher phosphorus levels in patients with NCPHPT (all P < .05). The only biochemical difference between patients with NCPHPT and the controls was a higher level of mean parathyroid hormone in patients with NCPHPT. There were no differences in cardiovascular risk factors between patients with NCPHPT and PHPT and the controls. Hypertension was the most frequent cardiovascular risk factor, diagnosed in 65% of patients with PHPT. This high prevalence was not statistically significant compared with that observed in patients with NCPHPT (59%) and in the controls (30%). Echocardiography parameters were not different between patients with NCPHPT and PHPT and the controls when subdivided according to the presence of hypertension (ANOVA followed by Bonferroni correction).ConclusionIn a population with a low cardiovascular risk, we found no differences in cardiovascular risk factors and echocardiographic parameters between patients with NCPHPT and PHPT and the controls.  相似文献

To facilitate cell kinetics studies of brain tumors labeled with thymidine analogs, we developed a new method to identify nuclei labeled sequentially with bromodeoxyuridine (BUdR) and iododeoxyuridine (IUdR) by double staining with immunogold-silver and alkaline phosphatase. Patients received an intraoperative infusion of BUdR: excised tumor specimens were immediately labeled with IUdR in vitro. fixed with 70% alcohol, embedded in paraffin, and cut into 6 pm sections. The sections were incubated first with BR-3. a monoclonal antibody that recognizes only BUdR, and then with IU-4. a monoclonal antibody that recognizes both BUdR and IUdR: sections were counterstained with hematoxylin to identify unlabeled nuclei. Nuclei labeled only with IUdR stained red, whereas those labeled with BUdR or with both BUdR and IUdR stained black against a red background: unlabeled nuclei stained blue. This method was the most efficient differential staining technique to identify nuclei labeled only with IUdR and those labeled with BUdR among unlabeled nuclei.  相似文献

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT对小儿急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析经临床手术病理证实的53例小儿急性阑尾炎的CT表现特点。所有患儿均行多排CT横断面扫描及MPVR重建。结果:53例中,单纯性阑尾炎2例;急性化脓性阑尾炎伴周围炎4例,其中1例合并紫癜;急性化脓性阑尾炎伴穿孔33例,其中1例合并回肠末端美克尔憩室;坏疽性阑尾炎伴穿孔6例;阑尾脓肿8例。CT平扫以及MPVR重建显示阑尾肿大、增粗(直径大于6mm)30例,阑尾内粪石27例,阑尾周围蜂窝织炎23例,阑尾周围脓肿8例,大量腹水6例。结论:多层螺旋CT扫描及重建技术能为小儿阑尾炎的诊断提供有力依据,提高临床术前诊断能力。  相似文献

目的分析人类与部分实验动物的RETN基因同源性,为人类RETN基因相关疾病及基因功能研究对理想实验动物的选择提供依据。方法提取猕猴、大鼠、小鼠和树鼩的脂肪组织总RNA,用相应的RETN引物进行RT-PCR,对其产物进行双向测序;同时在GenBank中查询人类、猪、牛的RETN基因序列;再运用ORF Finder软件调取其ORF核苷酸序列和氨基酸序列,用DANMAN软件对所获得的序列进行比对,分析其同源性。结果人类RETN的核苷酸序列与猕猴、小鼠、树鼩、大鼠、猪、牛的同源性分别为95.4%、65.4%、65.4%、66.4%、81.0%、81.0%;氨基酸序列分别为91.7%、55.6%、55.6%、53.7%、75.9%、72.2%。;系统进化树结果表明,就RETN基因而言,人与猕猴的亲缘关系较近。结论基于同源性分析结果,在RETN的进化上猕猴与人类存在较近的亲缘关系,是研究人类RETN生物学功能及其相关疾病的最佳实验动物。  相似文献

目的: 构建具有绿色荧光蛋白(copGFP)和嘌呤霉素抗性基因(PuroR)融合表达双筛选标记的慢病毒过表达载体,检测其嘌呤霉素抗性和绿色荧光蛋白表达的特性。方法: 从pCDH-CMV-MCS-copGFP载体中扩增copGFP编码区DNA序列,从pLKO.1载体中扩增PuroR编码区DNA序列,运用重组PCR方法,扩增copGFP与PuroR基因融合编码序列并克隆至经BamH Ⅰ+Sal Ⅰ双酶切的pCDH-CMV-MCS-copGFP载体片段中,构建含copGFP和PuroR融合表达双筛选标记的慢病毒过表达载体;载体的融合标签序列进行测序确证;将该载体用辅助包装质粒PLP1、PLP2、VSVG在293T细胞中包装成慢病毒后感染肝癌细胞MHCC97H,检测感染细胞对嘌呤霉素的抵抗作用以及绿色荧光蛋白的表达情况;为验证该载体表达外源目的基因的有效性,将Sp1编码区DNA序列插入该载体中包装成慢病毒,用对照及表达Sp1的慢病毒感染肝癌细胞MHCC97H,感染细胞经1 mg/ml嘌呤霉素筛选7 d后获得稳定感染细胞株,提取稳定感染细胞的总RNA及总蛋白,分别运用RT-qPCR和Western blot方法检测Sp1在对照及表达Sp1的慢病毒感染的肝癌MHCC97H细胞中的mRNA和蛋白表达水平的差异。结果: 成功构建含copGFP和PuroR融合表达双筛选标记的慢病毒过表达载体;该载体与辅助质粒包装出的慢病毒感染肝癌细胞后,感染细胞同时具有嘌呤霉素抗性和表达绿色荧光蛋白特性;将Sp1编码序列插入该载体,包装慢病毒并肝癌细胞,Sp1 的mRNA水平对照细胞相比分别升高3.3倍,蛋白水平升高2.2倍(P<0.01)。 结论: 成功构建含copGFP和PuroR融合表达双筛选标记的慢病毒过表达载体,该载体编码的融合双标记基因具有嘌呤霉素抗性和绿色荧光蛋白表达的特性,可高水平表达长片段的目的基因。  相似文献

The interactions of carbonmonoxyhemoglobin (HbCO), glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH), and polyhistidine with phospholipid monolayers at the air-water interface were studied at physiological pH and ionic strength. HbCO and GAPDH both interact more strongly with monolayers containing negatively charged lipids. The interaction of HbCO and GAPDH with lipid monolayers decreases with increasing pH. Both the HbCO-monolayer and the GAPDH-monolayer interactions can be modeled as diffusion-limited processes, with kinetic data fit to a stretched exponential equation. The significance of these kinetics are discussed. Polyhistidine interacts only with monolayers containing lipids with negatively charged headgroups. In total, the results presented are consistent with an HbCO-lipid interaction with a large electrostatic component, a GAPDH-lipid interaction with comparable electrostatic and hydrophobic components, and a polyhistidine-lipid interaction that is solely electrostatic.  相似文献

When green leaves of spinach (Spinacia oleracea L.) were surveyed for the presence of hexokinases which utilize glucose, fructose and-or mannose as a substrate, four kinases could be distinguished by their order of elution during chromatography on diethylaminoethyl (DEAE)-cellulose: (i) a hexokinase I with a specificity for fructose, glucose, and mannose, (ii) a fructokinase I with a specificity for fructose, (iii) a hexokinase II with a specificity for glucose, fructose and mannose, and (iv) a fructokinase II with a specificity for fructose. Hexokinases I and II had high apparent Km values for fructose (8 and 15 mM, respectively) and medium or low apparent Km values for glucose (150 and 18 μM, respectively) and mannose (18 and 15 μM, respectively). Maximal velocities were highest with fructose, medium with glucose and lowest with mannose. That hexokinases I and II used several sugars as substrate was concluded (i) from their identical elution profiles during enzyme separation and (ii) because their activities with two or three sugars at a time was always lower than the sum of activities with one substrate, indicating competition of the sugars for the reaction with the enzymes. Fructokinases I and II were very specific for fructose (85 and 140 μM, respectively) and had only little, if any, activity with glucose or mannose. All kinases showed varying degrees of activity with nucleoside triphosphates other than ATP. In the presence of all three sugars, hexokinases I and II were considerably more active with ATP than with uridine-, cytidine-, and guanosine 5'-triphosphate (UTP, CTP, GTP) except that, in the presence of glucose, hexokinase I was almost as active with UTP as with ATP. In the presence of fructose, fructokinase I exhibited highest activity with GTP and a gradually decreasing level of activity with CTP, UTP, and ATP. The activities in the presence of the other two sugars were highest with ATP. Fructokinase II was most active with ATP and fructose and progressively less active with GTP, UTP, and CTP. Cell fractionation by isopycnic density-gradient centrifugation or differential centrifugation indicated that fructokinase II was associated with chloroplasts, hexokinase II with mitochondria, and the other two kinases with the non-particulate cell fraction. In green leaves of pea (Pisum sativum L.), only a hexokinase (II) and fructokinase (II) were present. Corn (Zea mays L.) leaves exhibited only very low hexokinase activity. Forage quality characteristics of field-grown mixtures of sainfoin with cocksfoot (50:50%), sainfoin with tall fescue (50:50%), and the same with the addition of subterranean clover in their composition (33:33:33%) were measured. Forage biomass from the mixtures of sainfoin with cocksfoot had generally higher forage quality than mixtures with tall fescue. It had higher crude protein content (11.52% of dry matter (with 1.07% units), significantly higher digestibility (61.74%) (with 6.51% units), higher neutral detergent fiber content (53.42%) (with 3.22% units), higher nutritive value (Unité Fourragère Viande – Unité Fourragère Lait, 0.690–0.583) and higher protein feeding value (Total Digestible Protein – Protein digestible dans l’intestine in dependence of nitrogen – Protein digestible dans l’intestine in dependence of energy), 72–70–79 g/kg of dry matter. Forage biomass showed more balanced basic chemical composition after the addition of subterranean clover, i.e.: higher crude protein content (with 0.30% units) and lower crude fiber content (with 0.14% units) for mixtures with cocksfoot; higher digestibility (with 0.29% units) for mixtures with cocksfoot; lower neutral detergent fiber content (with 0.45% units) for mixtures with cocksfoot and with 3.15% units for mixtures with tall fescue, higher energy feeding value (Unité Fourragère Viande – Unité Fourragère Lait) (with 0.007–0.012 for mixtures with cocksfoot and with 0.009–0.014 for mixtures with tall fescue), higher protein feeding value for both mixtures with cocksfoot and tall fescue. Forage biomass from mixtures of sainfoin with cocksfoot and Trifolium subterraneum ssp. brachycalicinum had the highest crude protein (11.89% of dry matter), the lowest crude fiber content (27.07% of dry matter) and the highest digestibility (62.81% of dry matter).  相似文献

Abstract Epitope mapping with sera from a range of infected patients showed that antibodies are commonly produced which cross-react with a number of epitopes on human heat shock protein 90 (HSP 90). Such autoreactive antibodies were particularly frequent in patients suffering from systemic candidiasis (9 patients), invasive aspergillosis (6 patients), ABPA (2 patients), a patient with aspergilloma and one with malaria. The patient with malaria recognised similar epitopes to those with invasive aspergillosis and candidiasis including the highly conserved epitope LKVIRKVIRK and an epitope NNLGTI which was otherwise only recognised by patients with candidiasis. Crossreacting antibodies to relatively few epitopes occurred in patients with Enterococcus faecalis and Corynebacterium jeikeium endocarditis. This was contrasted with the results from 6 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) who were positive on immunoblot against fungal HSP 90. These did not react with the above epitopes but reacted with other areas within human HSP 90.  相似文献
