由外来杂草入侵引发的严重生态和经济问题已倍受关注,外来杂草在新生境成功入侵,除了具备一些基本的生物生态学特征外,还应具备一些特有的入侵机制,阐明外来杂草的各种入侵机制可以为入侵杂草的预测和控制提供科学依据。外来杂草只有在新生境中与原产地生物种间的相互作用中取得优势,才能定植并扩增种群而成功入侵.在这些外来杂草和原产地生物种间的相互作用关系中,化学关系是不可忽视的方面.目前研究已经证实:植物的化感作用在外来杂草成功入侵中发挥着重要的作用.事实上,植物也可以通过合成和释放特定的化学物质防御或抑制新生境的动物、植物和微生物.外来杂草入侵的化学机制涉及到植物化学生态学的各个方面。因此,外来杂草的化学生态学特征应作为入侵种预测的重要指标之一,外来杂草入侵的化学机制应是今后重要的研究方向。  相似文献

用入侵杂草一年蓬(Erigeron annuus)地上部分的水浸提液对几种经济作物种子进行萌发培养实验,分别测定种子的最终萌发率、根长以及苗高来研究一年蓬是否存在他感作用。结果表明:(1)一年蓬的化感作用是存在的;(2)一年蓬水浸提液在高浓度下对作物种子萌发、根长和苗高均有明显的抑制作用,而在低浓度下则对长梗白菜、番茄的苗高具有促进生长的作用。  相似文献

在最近的几十年,在全球范围内的外来植物入侵的频率达到了前所未有的水平,所以对其入侵机制的研究显得尤为重要。目前,已有几种假说从不同的侧面解释外来植物的成功入侵。本文在综述前人工作基础上,从化感作用的角度解释外来植物入侵,并给出解释模式。由于本土动植物对某些外来植物释放的化感物质比较敏感,外来植物可以利用它的“化学武器”与本土植物竞争,抵御植食性动物的取食和病源菌的感染,从而在与本土物种的相互干扰中占据优势,实现成功入侵。进一步从理论和应用的角度探讨了化感作用作为外来植物入侵的机制给我们的启示,并对今后这方面研究提出几点建议和看法。  相似文献

测定了加拿大一枝黄花水浸提液对辣椒、番茄、萝卜、长梗白菜和小麦等五种经济作物种子萌发和生长的影响。结果表明:(1)高浓度的加拿大一枝黄花水浸提液对几种作物种子萌发和生长有明显的抑制作用,而低浓度下则对萝卜、长梗白菜和番茄的种子生长有一定的促进作用;(2)加拿大一枝黄花茎叶部分水浸提液的抑制作用要强于地下部分。  相似文献

综述了与外来植物入侵相关的理论假说。并主要介绍了从化感角度提出的“N ove lW eapons”假说(NW假说)。某些外来入侵植物能产生一些化学物质。这些物质可以发挥较强的化感作用,或者成为植物和土壤微生物之间相互作用的调节者。由于不同区域的植物群落共同进化的轨迹不同,被入侵群落的植物对这些化学物质缺乏适应性,因此,这些物质成为了外来种入侵的利器。而对外来种发源地的群落来说,由于长期的共存关系,这些物质对其伴生植物的影响相对较小。NW假说为化感作为外来植物入侵的一种机制奠定了理论基础,为外来入侵植物的防治提供了理论依据,但作为一种较新的理论假说,还需要更多的实验研究加以支持。  相似文献

利用改进的差时播种共培法,以麦田伴生恶性杂草播娘蒿为对照,在实验室条件下研究反枝苋根系分泌物及其不同浓度残枝浸提液对小麦、玉米、油菜种子萌发及生长的影响.结果显示:(1)反枝苋幼苗的根系分泌物能够显著抑制作物根长和苗高的生长;(2)反枝苋不同浓度浸提液均能抑制作物种子的萌发,其抑制作用随浓度的增加而增强;(3)除0.025 g·mL-1处理对小麦根长和苗高、玉米苗高有促进作用外,其余各浓度反枝苋浸提液对作物幼苗的根长和苗高有不同程度的抑制,且对根长的抑制作用更强;(4)反枝苋对作物幼苗的抑制作用强于恶性杂草播娘蒿,风险评估定量分析结果认定反枝苋为陕西省高度危险性植物.  相似文献

当前入侵植物种类和入侵范围均日益扩大;而多种入侵植物共同入侵同一生境的概率也逐渐增加。为探讨这些入侵植物种内和种间的化感作用以及化感作用对其竞争能力的影响;本研究以北美车前(Plantago virgica)和野胡萝卜(Daucus carota)为例;采用室内生物学测定法;分析了2种植物不同器官(根、茎或花序轴、叶)、不同浓度(CK、0.005、0.01和0.05 g·mL-1)的水浸提液培养对其自身和对方种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明;浸提液浓度对2种入侵植物种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响最大;且浓度、器官及物种之间存在显著交互作用。2物种各器官各浓度浸提液对二者种子萌发总体表现为抑制;中低浓度浸提液对同种植物幼苗生长有一定促进作用;高浓度浸提液尤其是野胡萝卜叶浸提液对二者种子萌发与幼苗生长均有显著抑制作用。综合化感效应指数表明;浸提液浓度越高抑制作用越强;地上部分化感效应强于地下;且野胡萝卜对北美车前的种间化感作用最强。由此可见;种内和种间化感作用是入侵植物在相同入侵地相互竞争的重要方式。  相似文献

为探讨全球变化温度升高对外来入侵植物薇甘菊(Mikania micrantha)化感作用和入侵能力的影响,研究不同温度(22、26和30℃)处理对其种子萌发、幼苗生长、生物量分配、挥发物成分和化感作用的影响。结果表明,薇甘菊种子在温度为22、26和30℃时的萌发率分别为29.2%、52.4%和75.2%。30℃条件下薇甘菊种子萌发率最高,萌发速度快。温度升高显著增加薇甘菊茎的生长、增加对茎的生物量分配。GC-MS和GC测定显示,温度升高改变了薇甘菊挥发物的化学成分。同时,生物测定表明,温度升高增强薇甘菊挥发物对萝卜(Raphanus sativus)和油菜(Brassica campestris)的化感作用。说明温度升高促进了薇甘菊种子的萌发和生长,同时增强了该植物的化感作用,温度升高可能加速薇甘菊的生物入侵。  相似文献

采用人工气候箱培养试验,初步研究了入侵杂草加拿大一枝黄花对本地植物的化感作用.测定了根系和根状茎的不同浓度浸提液对白三叶发芽率和幼苗生长的影响;不同播种密度下根系1:60提取浓度对白三叶种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响;根状茎1:60提取浓度对白三叶、红三叶、天蓝苜蓿、黑麦草、北美车前、鸡眼草、苇状羊茅、胜红蓟、马齿苋、碱蓬和刺苋的种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,加拿大一枝黄花根系和根状茎的化感抑制作用均随浓度的升高而增强,且根状茎提取物的抑制效应高于根系提取物的效应;在1:60低浓度根系浸提液作用下,不同密度的白三叶幼苗萌发率和幼根、幼芽长度差异不显著;1:60低浓度根状茎提取物对11个物种的种子萌发均有显著抑制作用,但对不同物种的抑制程度有差异,对禾本科植物的抑制作用大于非禾本科和豆科;1:60低浓度根状茎提取物对10个物种的幼根影响与对萌发率的影响相似,但在对幼芽的影响上,仅对鸡眼草、刺苋和苇状羊茅起抑制作用,而对其他植物无显著抑制(黑麦草、北美车前、胜红蓟、马齿苋和刺苋)或起促进作用(白三叶、红三叶、天蓝苜蓿).  相似文献

【背景】紫茎泽兰是一种入侵我国的世界性恶性杂草,给当地的农、林、畜牧业生产造成严重的经济损失,使生态环境面临\"绿色灾难\"。紫茎泽兰的化感作用是其成功入侵的重要原因,其化感物质对当地植物的生长具有明显的抑制作用。【方法】利用培养皿滤纸法研究了紫茎泽兰叶片水提液对9种草本植物种子萌发的影响,这些植物包括紫茎泽兰入侵早期直接与之竞争的云南草本植物:鲁梅克斯、高丹红、鸭茅(安巴)、苕子、胡枝子,以及为替代控制紫茎泽兰而引进的外来优良牧草:紫花苜蓿(敖汉)、白三叶(海发)、红三叶、黑麦草(速达)。【结果】紫茎泽兰叶片提取液对9种受体植物种子萌发均具有化感作用。低浓度提取液对受体植物的化感作用较弱(对部分植物种子萌发有促进作用);高浓度提取液对受体植物的化感作用较强,且能降低种子发芽率及发芽速率,其中,发芽速率对化感作用更敏感。不同植物对紫茎泽兰化感作用的敏感程度不同,鲁梅克斯、鸭茅和苕子对紫茎泽兰的化感作用较敏感;黑麦草、胡枝子和高丹红最不敏感;紫花苜蓿、红三叶和白三叶对低浓度紫茎泽兰叶片水提液不敏感,对高浓度提取液较敏感。【结论与意义】不同植物种子对紫茎泽兰化感作用的敏感性存在差异,研究结果有利于了解紫茎泽兰成功入侵的机制,并可为筛选具有替代控制潜力的优良牧草奠定基础。  相似文献

Axillary buds on the most basal portion of the seedling shootof Sorghum halepense differentiate directly into rhizome buds.The initial orientation of these buds is upwards, but this orientationstarts to be reversed almost immediately. The reversal is causedby the combined effect of differential radial expansion of thebasal internodes immediately above and below the bud, and differencesin the extent of mitotic activity on the abaxial and adaxialsides of the bud. Reorientation is a geotropic and is progressivelyless with acropetal nodal position of the bud. Further growthof the rhizomes proceeds in the same orientation as that ofthe bud from which they had developed, until they change theirorientation again by exhibiting diageotropic, or negativelygeotropic responses. The second reorientation coincides moreor less with the onset of flowering and it exhibits a positionalgradient, such that the change is more extensive the higherthe nodal position of the rhizome. A 10 C dark prechilling of johnsongrass [Sorghum halepense (L.) Pers.] seeds, when terminated by a 2-hr, 40 C temperature shift, potentiates about 40% germination at 20 C in darkness. Irradiation of the seeds before, during, and at the end of prechilling with far red light reduces the subsequent germination, although red irradiation after the far red can overcome some of the inhibition. However, either brief red or far red irradiation given immediately after the temperature shift inhibits subsequent germination by one-third to one-half. The results suggest that the far red-absorbing form of phytochrome is a factor in the prechill-induced dark germination and that phytochrome participates in the inhibition of germination by irradiations immediately after the temperature shift.  相似文献

Summary Sorghum vulgare Pers. a tropical fodder crop significantly reduced the vertical growth and drymass of Sorghum vulgare, Pennisetum americanum, Zea mays and Setaria italica. Aqueous extracts of various plant parts, field soils and decaying mulch significantly reduced germination, radicle growth and water contents of all test species. The toxicity levels were depending upon the plant parts used in the biossay experiments and the sensitivity of the test species. It is suggested that the Sorghum fields be rotated with other crops to maximize the crop productivity.  相似文献

The allelopathic potential of two invasive alien Ludwigia [Onagraceae: L. peploides (Kunth) Raven and L. grandiflora (Michaux) Greuter and Burdet], that have developed quasi-monotypic stands in many aquatic ecosystems in France, was investigated. Since allelopathy involves the release of compounds into the environment, the water of monospecific experimental cultures was directly tested against two target species: Lactuca sativa L., the standard cultivar for bioassays, and Nasturtium officinale R. Brown, a resistant and widespread native hydrophyte. The treatment was carried out at the three main phases of development of both Ludwigia in February, May and August. For each experiment, the germination, mortality and culture yield percentages, the seedling growth (radicle and hypocotyl elongation) and the health of 15-day-old-seedlings were measured. The water of each Ludwigia tank induced: (1) a decrease in germination for watercress in August (control: 68.6%, L. peploides: 48.6%, L. grandiflora: 61.1%); (2) an increase in mortality in May only for watercress (control: 3.4%, L. peploides: 13.5%, L. grandiflora: 12%) and in August for both target species (up to 22.3% vs. 3% for lettuce and 27% vs. 12.5% for watercress); (3) a disturbance of seedling elongation for lettuce in all seasons; and (4) a seedling chlorosis of both target species, particularly in May and August. This study showed that L. peploides and L. grandiflora possess an allelopathic activity that influences the water quality throughout the year. Combined with the various competitive attributes, allelopathy may contribute to the great success of these two invasive Ludwigia in Europe. In threatened wetland communities of the Mediterranean area, in particular, allelopathy might have an important impact by diminishing the seedling survival of the most vulnerable species.  相似文献

This study evaluated the effects of native plants (Sorghum halepense and Aeluropus littoralis), total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) concentrations, and nutrients on the removal of TPHs from a highly saline clay soil. For a period of 180 days, rhizosphere microbial number, plant biomass, and residual TPHs were determined monthly. Results showed that TPH removal from soil in the rhizosphere was 13% higher than that in the control (unplanted soil). In addition, the number of heterotrophic bacteria in the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil was 7.407 and 6.629 log10CFU/g, respectively. The maximum TPH removal, microbial numbers, and plant biomass were measured in the treated soil, polluted with 0.86% (w/w) of TPH. The high clay and salinity of the experimental soil had a negative effect on the phytoremediation efficiency. Hence, it was necessary to improve the physicochemical properties of the soil to provide a good condition for plants and microbes, thereby increasing the phytoremediation efficiency.  相似文献

Abstract  To quantify the role of Johnson grass, Sorghum halepense , in the population dynamics of the sorghum midge, Stenodiplosis sorghicola , patterns of flowering of Johnson grass and infestation by sorghum midge were studied in two different climatic environments in the Lockyer Valley and on the Darling Downs in south-eastern Queensland for 3 years. Parasitism levels of S. sorghicola were also recorded. In the Lockyer Valley, Johnson grass panicles were produced throughout the year but on the Darling Downs none were produced between June and September. In both areas, most panicle production occurred between November and March and infestation by S. sorghicola was the greatest during this period. The parasitism levels were between 20% and 50%. After emergence from winter diapause, one to two generations of S. sorghicola developed on S. halepense before commercial grain sorghum crops were available for infestation. Parasitoids recorded were: Aprostocetus diplosidis , Eupelmus australiensis and two species of Tetrastichus. Relationships between sorghum midge population growth rate and various environmental and population variables were investigated. Population size had a significant negative effect ( P  < 0.0001) on population growth rate. Mortality due to parasitism showed a significant positive density response ( P  < 0.0001). Temperature, rainfall, open pan evaporation, degree-days and host availability showed no significant effect on population growth rate. Given the phenology of sorghum production in south-eastern Queensland, Johnson grass provides an important bridging host, sustaining one to two generations of sorghum midge. Critical studies relating population change and build-up in sorghum to sorghum midge populations in Johnson grass are yet to be performed.  相似文献

A very interesting survey was performed to measure the distribution of invasive Parthenium (Parthenium hysterophorus L.) weed in the University Campus, Peshawar, the capital city of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The University Campus comprised on; The University of Peshawar, Islamia College University, The University of Agriculture Peshawar, Pakistan Forest Institute and the New Developmental Research Farm. In these selected areas Parthenium weed distribution was measured in particular the academic, residential and research farm. Moreover, the survey also investigated the impact of parthenium weed upon native weeds flora inside the University campus. A 1m2 quadrat was used to collect the data. During the survey, a total of 32 weeds species were recorded belonging to 18 different families and 32 genera, the life cycle of 23 weeds were annual while 9 weeds have a perennial. The data were recorded on absolute density (%), relative density (%), absolute frequency (%), relative frequency (%) and importance values (%) of parthenium weed and others flora. The collected data show that parthenium weed was the most dominant species having 76.8 m?2 plants density in the NDF and (32.0 m?2) at Islamia College University. However, the highest frequency (100%) of Parthenium was observed for The University of Agriculture, while minimum (80%) occurred in the Agronomy field. A More, the relative frequency of Parthenium was maximum (25%) in Islamia College; whereas, it's minimum (12.9%) at Agronomy field. Finally, the Importance Value of Parthenium indicates the highest (45.98%) at Dairy Farm followed by (40.33%) at the Horticulture field's area. In short, the Parthenium weed becomes more problematic and replaces all the native flora in the non-crop area specially Dicanthium annulatum L. a native grass species on the ridges of the field being replaced by parthenium. Due to no proper management and high growth rate, nowadays it becomes like a superweed in the KPK and especially in Pakistan. So, the management of Parthenium weed requires the call attention from the Govt. policymaker and proper quarantine inspection to conserve the native flora and field crops to get maximum crop yield.  相似文献

Exotic plants invading new habitats frequently initiate broad changes in ecosystem functioning. Sorghum halepense is an invasive grass capable of growing in nitrogen (N)-poor tallgrass prairie soils that creates near monocultures in once phylogenetically diverse-communities. The biogeochemistry of soils invaded by S. halepense was compared to that of un-invaded native prairie soils. Invaded soils contained two to four times greater concentrations of alkaline metals, micronutrients, and essential plant nutrients than native prairie soils. The notable exception was Ca+2, which was always significantly lower in invaded soils. The N-content of S. halepense above-ground biomass was 6.4 mg g?1 (320 mg N plant?1) and suggested a supplemental N source supporting plant growth. Altered soil biogeochemistry in invaded areas coupled with high above-ground biomass in N-poor soils suggested N2-fixing activity associated with S. halepense. Nitrogenase activity of plant tissues indicated that N2-fixation was occurring in, and largely restricted to, S. halepense rhizomes and roots. A culture approach was used to isolate these N2-fixing bacteria from plant tissues, and 16S rRNA gene sequencing was used to identify these bacterial isolates. Nitrogenase activity of bacterial isolates indicated several were capable of N2-fixation. In addition to N2-fixation, other roles involved in promoting plant growth, namely mobilizing phosphorus and iron chelation, are known for closest matching relatives of the bacterial isolates identified in this work. Our results indicate that these plant growth-promoting bacteria may enhance the ability of S. halepense to invade and persist by altering fundamental ecosystem properties via significant changes in soil biogeochemistry.  相似文献

加拿大一枝黄花Solidago canadensis原产于北美,现已入侵到欧洲、亚洲和大洋洲等地,成为一种世界性的入侵性外来杂草,威胁着生态系统的生物多样性和农业生产,并造成显著的环境与经济损失。1935年,该物种作为庭院植物被引入上海,后逸生成为杂草,目前正在我国境内尤其是东部地区迅速扩散。本文较系统地介绍了加拿大一枝黄花在形态学、生物系统学、遗传多样性和生活史等方面的特征,并试图从其入侵力(繁殖力、化感作用、菌根营养)、被入侵生态系统的可入侵性(适宜的气候、生境破坏、天敌释放和土壤氮水平的影响)以及人类活动的直接影响等三方面分析其入侵成功的原因。最后,提出加拿大一枝黄花的防治关键在于控制其有性繁殖,现有的人工铲除和化学防治等措施都应在其有性繁殖之前实施。  相似文献

采用根癌农杆菌介导法将杀虫晶体蛋白基因cryIA(b)转入高粱胚性愈伤组织中,建立农杆菌转化高粱的遗传转化体系,获得70棵再生植株。经GUS及PCR检测,结果表明,cryIA(b)基因确实转移到高粱恢复系0-30中,报告基因GUS在再生植株中也得到表达。转化植株的抗病性鉴定正在进行中。  相似文献
