分别以采自沅江水系142例和西江水系92例稀有白甲鱼标本为材料,采用差异系数法、方差分析法、判别分析法和主成分分析法,研究了稀有白甲鱼沅江种群、西江种群包括10个可数性状和31个比例性状等形态度量学性状的差异性.方差分析表明,2个种群之间共有6个可数性状和27个比例性状存在着显著性差异(P<0.05).判别分析筛选出了9个对区分2个种群贡献较大的比例性状,并建立了2个种群的判别函数式.主成分分析显示,稀有白甲鱼种群鱼体沿背腹轴、头尾轴分别有16和6个比例性状表现出了明显的变化,在尾部有2个比例性状差异明显.可见2个种群之间形态度量学性状已显示了明显的分化.这可能是两个种群长期隔离,在不同水系生态环境中产生了适应性进化的结果.然而,差异系数的计算结果表明,两个种群之间形态度量学性状的差异尚未达到亚种分化的水平.  相似文献

淞江鲈(Trachidermus fasciatus Heckel)隶属于鲉形目杜父鱼科淞江鲈鱼属,是中国四大淡水名鱼之一。该物种属暖温性底层小型肉食性降海洄游鱼类,曾在中国东南沿海地区较为常见,但近几十年来在许多地区却难以找到其踪迹。为查明其分布区的历史变化,1999年开始,通过查询文献资料和标本馆藏,结合实地考察,比较分析了有记载以来中国境内淞江鲈种群地理分布的历史变迁。结果显示,历史上,淞江鲈广泛分布于环太平洋的渤海、黄海、东海沿岸及与之相通的河流中。文献资料记载的分布区涵盖辽宁、河北、山东、江苏、浙江、福建、台湾7省和天津、上海2市;馆藏标本记录的仅涵盖辽宁、河北、山东、江苏、浙江5省和天津、上海2市;实地调查的现有种群分布区已退缩为辽宁、山东、浙江3省。造成淞江鲈种群分布区减小的原因主要在于人类干扰导致环境污染、洄游通道受阻、产卵场破坏等,致使其生存生境质量显著下降,甚至丧失,以至于其无法完成整个生命周期。基于目前的状况,建议进一步加强对该物种的拯救工作,进一步完善保护措施,使得该物种免遭灭绝之厄运。  相似文献

采用多元分析方法,对采自长江老江河国家级四大家鱼原种场255尾1—5龄鲢、鳙的30项形态度量数据进行了分析。聚类分析显示,鲢可明显地聚成欧氏距离相对较远的1龄组和2—5龄组,鳙也可聚成欧氏距离较远的1、2龄组与3—5龄组。判别分析显示,144尾鲢个体对所聚类的两个组别的判别准确率高达98.0%,111尾鳙个体对所聚类的两个组别的判别准确率也达90.7%。这表明,在幼体向成体的发育过程中,鲢和鳙在形态上均存在着两个具有显著差异阶段。单因素方差分析显示,鲢两个组别之间有18个参数差异极显著,4个差异显著,其中10个显著或极显著地变小,12个显著或极显著地变大。鳙两个组别间有极显著和显著差异的参数分别有14个和3个,其中极显著或显著差异变小和变大的分别有12个和5个。这表明在鲢、鳙个体发育过程中,分别有73.3%和56.7%的特征参数具有生长异速现象。因此,在根据形态鉴别物种、分析种群差异、确立种质标准和作生长退算时,均应考虑所选用特征的生长异速现象。  相似文献

对隆肛蛙属Feirana中隆肛蛙F.quadrana和太行隆肛蛙F.taihangnicus的15个种群565只标本的28项形态性状进行了测量,并运用典型判别分析法对其进行分析,分析结果表明:1)太行隆肛蛙和隆肛蛙的形态差异明显,形态度量信息支持太行隆肛蛙与隆肛蛙是不同的物种;2)原隆肛蛙河南伏牛山种群和山西中条山种群均为太行隆肛蛙的地理种群;3)隆肛蛙的种群间形态差异明显,其中四川安县种群、陕西周至种群和湖北利川种群与模式产地重庆巫山种群的差异可能达到了亚种或亚种以上分化水平.  相似文献

鄱阳湖及邻近水系银鲴的种群分化研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以2010 ~2011年采自鄱阳湖及邻近水系(赣江和洞庭湖)的7个地理种群的228例银鲴样本为研究对象,结合形态和线粒体Cyt b数据,研究了银鲴种群的分化情况.主成分分析显示,银鲴地理种群间已具有一定的形态差异,尤其是赣江种群与其他种群间形态差异显著,能够明显区分.判别分析显示各地理种群间判别率较高,尤其是赣江种群高达100%.综合形态分析结果,银鲴各地理种群间形态差异明显.分子分析中,获得长度为1131 bp的Cyt b基因部分序列,共检测到107个单倍型.各地理种群单倍型多样性均较高(0.96471 ~ 0.99310),核苷酸多样性均较低(0.00419~0.00560).分子变异分析(AMOVA)表明,银鲴群体的遗传变异主要发生在地理种群内,地理种群间分化程度很低,相互间存在着广泛的基因交流.结合形态和分子分析结果,认为银鲴不同地理种群间的形态差异主要是其对特定环境适应的结果,而不是遗传分化所产生的.  相似文献

为探讨群居型西藏飞蝗Locusta migratoria tibetensis Chen地理种群数量性状关系,从青藏高原9个地区采集到不同地理种群,以数值分析对形态指标及其比值进行了分析。结果表明,前翅长度(E)、后足股节长度(F)、头宽(C)形态指标和E/F、F/C两个比值可以作为分析种群关系的参数。聚类分析和主成分分析结果相似,能够较好地说明青藏高原9个种群的地理变异和种群相互关系,9个地理种群可以分三个类群,即第Ⅰ类群包括百巴(BB)与八美(BM)种群;第Ⅱ类群包括普兰(PL)、扎囊(ZN)、洛须(LX)种群;第Ⅲ类群包括噶尔(GE)、香孜(XZ)、日土(RT)、那嘎(NG)种群。  相似文献

对天津厚蟹6个种群和侧足厚蟹4个种群的33项形态比例参数进行了多元分析和差异系数(CD)计算。聚类分析没有把天津厚蟹和侧足厚蟹作为2个种分开,而是除侧足厚蟹泉州种群外的9个种群聚类到一起,10个种群之间的欧氏遗传距离也表明它们之间有着较近的亲缘关系。判别分析结果显示,除侧足厚蟹泉州种群(88.9%)和天津厚蟹塘沽种群(75.0%)的判别准确率较高外,其余8个种群的判别准确率均较低,且综合判别准确率仅为63.4%,说明各种群之间的形态差异较小。主成分分析的结果表明,天津厚蟹和侧足厚蟹的10个种群基本重叠在一起,也说明它们之间的形态差异较小。差异系数值均小于亚种分类的阈值1.28。在宁波分布的天津厚蟹和侧足厚蟹种群中出现下眼缘隆脊(突起)介于二者之间的中间过渡类型,提示天津厚蟹和侧足厚蟹可能交配并产生后代。天津厚蟹和侧足厚蟹可能为同一个物种,建议将其作为亚种处理。    相似文献

应用单因子方差分析和判别分析方法,分别比较了采自芜湖市3个自然水体的萼花臂尾轮虫种复合体内3个姐妹种(分别以克隆HE1和HE5、克隆HE3和SE1、克隆LE9为代表)的成体和幼体的形态差异。结果表明,克隆HE3成体的各形态参数均最小,而克隆HE1和LE9成体的各形态参数间无显著的差异;克隆HE1和HE3幼体的前中棘刺间距离和后侧棘刺长度、克隆LE9和HE1幼体的前侧棘刺间距离以及前中棘刺和侧棘刺间距离均无显著性差异,轮虫幼体的其它形态参数均以克隆LE9最长,克隆HE1次之,克隆HE3最短。对克隆HE1、HE3和LE9幼体有明显差异的形态参数所作的分布图显示,它们的分布区有很高程度的重叠。以判别分析建立的判别函数对3姐妹种成体的综合判别率中形态分析Ⅰ为47.8%,形态分析Ⅱ为55.6%;对3姐妹种幼体的综合判别率中形态分析Ⅰ和Ⅱ均为71.1%;两种形态分析对克隆HE1判别准确率均较低,分别为0-76.7%和0-74.2%;依据形态特征无法准确甄别萼花臂尾轮虫姐妹种。  相似文献

利用9个耳石形状指标对我国鱚属鱼类少鳞鱚、多鳞鱚及斑鱚共78个个体的矢耳石形态进行了多元统计分析,同时对3个群体的74个少鳞鱚矢耳石形态进行了判别分析。单因子方差分析结果显示,少鳞鱚与多鳞鱚矢耳石的9个形状指标均存在显著差异(P<0.05);反映耳石长、短轴差异程度的第1主成分与反映耳石三维特征的第2主成分解释了85.943%的形态差异;9个指标在种间判别分析中的综合判别正确率为93.6%,种内判别分析中的综合判别正确率为93.2%。研究表明形状指标法可以作为中国鱚属鱼类鉴别的有效手段。  相似文献

对云南省松墨天牛Monochamus alternatus Hope 6个地理种群159个个体体长、前胸背板纵长、前胸背板横宽值及前胸背板斑纹进行了差异系数计算、聚类分析及判别分析.各松墨天牛种群间的差异系数均小于1.28;聚类分析表明,畹町种群形态与其他5个种群差异较大;基于4个形态特征建立的判别函数可以将畹町种群与云南其他种群区别开来.畹町种群与其他松墨天牛种群的形态差异可能由于其遗传差异造成.  相似文献

Gobiocypris rarus, a small, native cyprinid fish, is currently widely used in research on fish pathology, genetics, toxicology, embryology, and physiology in China. To develop this species as a model laboratory animal, inbred strains have been successfully created. In this study, to explore a method to discriminate inbred strains and evaluate inbreeding effects, morphological variation among three wild populations and three inbred stocks of G. rarus was investigated by the multivariate analysis of eight meristic and 30 morphometric characters. Tiny intraspecific variations in meristic characters were found, but these were not effective for population distinction. Stepwise discriminant analysis and cluster analysis of conventional measures and truss network data showed considerable divergence among populations, especially between wild populations and inbred stocks. The average discriminant accuracy for all populations was 82.1% based on conventional measures and 86.4% based on truss data, whereas the discriminant accuracy for inbred strains was much higher. These results suggested that multivariate analyses of morphometric characters are an effective method for discriminating inbred strains of G. rarus. Morphological differences between wild populations and inbred strains appear to result from both genetic differences and environmental factors. Thirteen characters, extracted from stepwise discriminant analysis, played important roles in morphological differentiation. These characters were mainly measures related to body depth and head size.  相似文献

Population structure of the important commercial fish, Coilia ectenes was investigated in samples from three freshwater lakes in the Eastern China using a multivariate approach of morphometries and mitochondrial DNA control region sequencing. A total of eighteen morphological distances of truss method and eight morphometric variables were taken from each fish. Multivariate analyses of the morphometric data revealed significant morphological differences among the three lake populations, especially for those samples from Taihu Lake. Discriminant functions were used to compare sites, and these permitted an 83% success rate in distinguishing fish from the three sites. However, no obviously geographical differentiation was found among those populations of C. ectenes based on the genetic data. In the AMOVA analysis, only 2.2% genetic variability came from different populations, and most of them were present within the sub-populations. Experience a recent population expansion and some movement of fish among those areas, quite possibly enough to bring about relative genetic homogeneity, but there is insufficient to prevent the three populations from differing phenotypically. The diversified environmental factors may be playing an important role in shaping morphological variations among those populations.  相似文献

We evaluated the impacts of entrainment and impingement at the Salem Generating Station on fish populations and communities in the Delaware Estuary. In the absence of an agreed-upon regulatory definition of "adverse environmental impact" (AEI), we developed three independent benchmarks of AEI based on observed or predicted changes that could threaten the sustainability of a population or the integrity of a community. Our benchmarks of AEI included: (1) disruption of the balanced indigenous community of fish in the vicinity of Salem (the "BIC" analysis); (2) a continued downward trend in the abundance of one or more susceptible fish species (the "Trends" analysis); and (3) occurrence of entrainment/impingement mortality sufficient, in combination with fishing mortality, to jeopardize the future sustainability of one or more populations (the "Stock Jeopardy" analysis). The BIC analysis utilized nearly 30 years of species presence/absence data collected in the immediate vicinity of Salem. The Trends analysis examined three independent data sets that document trends in the abundance of juvenile fish throughout the estuary over the past 20 years. The Stock Jeopardy analysis used two different assessment models to quantify potential long-term impacts of entrainment and impingement on susceptible fish populations. For one of these models, the compensatory capacities of the modeled species were quantified through meta-analysis of spawner-recruit data available for several hundred fish stocks. All three analyses indicated that the fish populations and communities of the Delaware Estuary are healthy and show no evidence of an adverse impact due to Salem. Although the specific models and analyses used at Salem are not applicable to every facility, we believe that a weight of evidence approach that evaluates multiple benchmarks of AEI using both retrospective and predictive methods is the best approach for assessing entrainment and impingement impacts at existing facilities.  相似文献

This account presents an analysis of allopatric, sympatric and juxtaposed populations of the pinyon pines, Pinus cembroides Zucc. and P. johannis M.-F. Robert, based on phenetic analysis of morphological data, and draws on a comparison and differentiation of P. culminicola Andresen & Beaman. A qualitative and quantitative database for populations has been assembled and used for a cluster and ordination analysis using NTSYS. It was found that individual populations of the taxa were distinguishable. The emergence of morphological intermediate populations between P. cembroides and P. johannis was confirmed. The pattern of variation in P. johannis was found to be discrete, showing three geographical groups. The phenetic similarity between P. johannis from Zacatecas and P. johannis from San Luis Potosi and Queretaro was lower than that of P. johannis from Zacatecas and P. culminicola from Nuevo Leon. The following traits distinguish P. cembroides and the other two species: colour and fertility of seeds; cone shape; colour and width of needles; physiognomy; seed dimensions. This last trait can be used to distinguish three subgroups of pines with white endosperm in the northern, central and southern regions of the Mexican highlands.  相似文献

Genetic variability of AFLP markers was studied in 20 populations of Siberian fir (Abies sibirica (Pinaceae) and in two populations of Far-Eastern Manchurian fir A. nephrolepis and Sakhalin fir A. sachalinensis each. Four pairs of selective primers were used. In total, 168 samples from three fir species were genotyped for 117 polymorphic loci. According to the AMOVA results, the variability proportion characterizing the differences between three Abies species was several times higher (F(CT) = 0.53) than that accounting for among-population differences within the species (F(SC) = 0.125). Differentiation of the A. sibirica populations based on AFLP markers exceeded 14% (F(ST) = 0.141). Significant correlation between the genetic distances calculated from the AFLP data and the geographic distances between populations was found. The results of AFLP variability analysis supported and supplemented the conclusions inferred previously from allozyme and cpSSR data: several genetically similar geographic groups of Siberian fir were identified. These groups differ both in allele frequencies and in the levels of genetic variation.  相似文献

The evolution of five island populations of Green gecko, representing inter- and intra-specific divergence, was studied using biochemical data, scalation and shape. The data were numerically analysed using ordination analyses for the phenetic classification and Wagner trees to hypothesize the phylogeny. These studies revealed three phenetic groups corresponding to three mono-phyletic lineages. The numerical analysis of morphological data agreed with the numerical analysis of biochemical data. It is concluded that the classification based on biochemical affinities differed from the previous classification based on conventional analysis of morphology due to methodological and philosophical differences rather than differences between morphological and biochemical evolution.
The ordination analyses were very congruent between data sets (biochemical, shape, scalation, total) and the Wagner trees were generally congruent between data sets. Some Wagner trees based on scalation data were incongruent. The phenetic and cladistic classifications corresponded to each other but differed from the conventional classification. The phylogenetic analysis of the total data set indicated that the three specific lineages showed relatively equal anagenesis. However, anagenic divergence differed markedly between character types. It is suggested that a range of character types be used when studying anagenesis.  相似文献

A new polymerase chain reaction-based screening method for microsatellites is presented. Using this method, we isolated 12 microsatellite loci from Drosophila buzzatii, two of which were X-linked. We applied the other 10 microsatellite loci to the analysis of genetic variation in five natural populations of D. buzzatii. Two populations were from the species' original distribution in Argentina, whereas the other three were from Europe (two) and Australia that were colonized 200 and 65 years ago, respectively. Allelic variation was much larger in the original populations than in the colonizing ones and there was a tendency to decreased heterozygosity in the colonizing populations. We used three different statistical procedures for detecting population bottlenecks. All procedures suggested that the low variability in the populations in the Old World was not the result of the recent population decline, but was due to a founder effect followed by a population expansion. In fact, one procedure which detects population expansions and declines based on the genealogical history of microsatellite data suggested that an expansion had taken place in all the colonized populations.  相似文献

We synthesized population structure data from three studies that assessed the fine-scale distribution of Vibrionaceae among temporally and spatially distinct environmental categories in coastal seawater and animals. All studies used a dynamic model (AdaptML) to identify phylogenetically cohesive and ecologically distinct bacterial populations and their predicted habitats without relying on a predefined genetic cutoff or relationships to previously named species. Across the three studies, populations were highly overlapping, displaying similar phylogenetic characteristics (identity and diversity), and were predominantly congruent with taxonomic Vibrio species previously characterized as genotypic clusters by multilocus sequence analysis (MLSA). The environmental fidelity of these populations appears high, with 9 out of 12 reproducibly associating with the same predicted (micro)habitats when similar environmental categories were sampled. Overall, this meta-analysis provides information on the habitat predictability and structure of previously described species, demonstrating that MLSA-based taxonomy can, at least in some cases, serve to approximate ecologically cohesive populations.  相似文献

Study of mechanisms responsible for regulating populations of living organisms is essential for a better comprehension of the structure of biological communities and evolutionary forces in nature. Aphids (Hemiptera: Sternorrhyncha) comprise a large and economically important group of phytophagous insects distributed worldwide. Previous studies determined that density-dependent mechanisms play an important role in regulating their populations. However, only a few of those studies identified specific factors responsible for the observed regulation. Time series data used in this study originated from the untreated control plots that were a part of potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) insecticide trials in northern Maine from 1971 to 2004. The data set contained information on population densities of three potato-colonizing aphid species (buckthorn aphid, Aphis nasturtii; potato aphid, Macrosiphum euphorbiae; and green peach aphid, Myzus persicae) and their natural enemies. We used path analysis to explore effects of weather and natural enemies on the intrinsic growth rates of aphid populations. Weather factors considered in our analyses contributed to the regulation of aphid populations, either directly or through natural enemies. However, direct weather effects were in most cases detectable only at P ≤ 0.10. Potato aphids were negatively affected by both fungal disease and predators, although buckthorn aphids were negatively affected by predators only. Parasitoids did not have a noticeable effect on the growth of any of the three aphid species. Growth of green peach aphid populations was negatively influenced by interspecific interactions with the other two aphid species. Differential population regulation mechanisms detected in the current study might at least partially explain coexistence of three ecologically similar aphid species sharing the same host plant.  相似文献

 对攀枝花苏铁(Cycas panzhihuaensis)种群的地理分布、数量特征、空间分布格局和毁坏历史进行了野外调查和研究。结果表明:攀枝花苏铁种群的自然栖息地是相互隔离和片断化的。已发现的13个自然种群中,8个分布在金沙江河谷,5个种群分布在金沙江支流河谷;最大的种群位于攀枝花市郊,占有面积约3.80km2。79年以来的商业采挖使8个种群灭绝,种群分布区从30700km2减少到8800km2,种群占有面积从11.50km2减少到6.30km2。3个被研究种群的分布格局为集群分布,以幼苗聚集程度最大,随着年龄的增加,聚集程度逐渐下降。  相似文献
