This study investigated the effects of royal jelly (RJ) on acetic acid-induced colitis in rats. Twenty adult female Wistar albino rats were divided into four treatment groups of 5 animals each, including a control group (Group I); Group II was treated orally with RJ (150 mg kg(-1) body weight); Group III had acetic acid-induced colitis; and Group IV had acetic acid-induced colitis treated orally with RJ (150 mg kg(-1) body weight) for 4 weeks. Colitis was induced by intracolonic instillation of 4% acetic acid; the control group received physiological saline (10 mL kg(-1)). Colon samples were obtained under deep anaesthesia from animals in all groups. Tissues were fixed in 10% formalin neutral buffer solution for 24 h and embedded in paraffin. Six-micrometre-thick sections were stained with Mallory’s triple stain and toluidine blue in 1% aqueous solution at pH 1.0 for 5 min (for Mast Cells). RJ was shown to protect the colonic mucosa against the injurious effect of acetic acid. Colitis (colonic damage) was confirmed histomorphometrically as significant increases in the number of mast cells (MC) and colonic erosions in rats with acetic acid-induced colitis. The RJ treatment significantly decreased the number of MC and reduced the area of colonic erosion in the colon of RJ-treated rats compared with rats with untreated colitis. The results suggest that oral treatment with RJ could be used to treat colitis.  相似文献

GIP receptor antagonism with (Pro3)GIP protects against obesity, insulin resistance, glucose intolerance and associated disturbances in mice fed high-fat diet. Furthermore, cannabinoid CB1 receptor antagonism with AM251 reduces appetite and body weight gain in mice. The present study has examined and compared the effects of chronic daily administrations of (Pro3)GIP (25 nmol/kg body weight), AM251 (6 mg/kg body weight) and a combination of both drugs in high-fat fed mice. Daily i.p. injection of (Pro3)GIP, AM251 or combined drug administration over 22 days significantly (P < 0.05 to <0.01) decreased body weight compared with saline-treated controls. This was associated with a significant (P < 0.05 to <0.01) reduction of food intake in mice treated with AM251. Plasma glucose levels and glucose tolerance were significantly (P < 0.05) lowered by 22 days (Pro3)GIP, AM251 or combined drug treatment. These changes were accompanied by a significant (P < 0.05) improvement of insulin sensitivity in all treatment groups. In contrast, AM251 lacked effects on glucose tolerance, metabolic response to feeding and insulin sensitivity in high-fat mice when administered acutely. These data indicate that chemical blockade of GIP- or CB1-receptor signaling using (Pro3)GIP or AM251, respectively provides an effective means of countering obesity and related abnormalities induced by consumption of high-fat energy-rich diet. AM251 lacks acute effects on glucose homeostasis and there was no evidence of a synergistic effect of combined treatment with (Pro3)GIP.  相似文献

AimsTo examine the effects of metoprolol on expression of myocardial inflammatory cytokines and myocardial function in rats following coronary microembolization (CME).Main methodsMale rats were randomly assigned to receive either sham-operation (control group), CME plus saline (CME group), or CME plus metoprolol (metoprolol group). CME was induced by injecting 3000 polyethylene microspheres (42 μm) into the left ventricle during a 10-second occlusion of the ascending aorta. Metoprolol (2.5 mg/kg) or saline was administered as three intravenous bolus injections after CME. At 3 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 h and 4 weeks after CME, myocardial function was measured with echocardiography; and the mRNA and protein levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-10 (IL-10) and interleukin 1-β (IL-1β) were determined.Key findingsInduced CME led to markedly higher mRNA and protein levels of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-10 at 3, 6, 12, and 24 h, as well as reduced left ventricular function, compared to the control group. Metoprolol administration reduced TNF-α and IL-1β levels, but increased IL-10 levels at 3, 6, 12, and 24 h compared to the CME group. Moreover, metoprolol treatment resulted in significantly improved left ventricular function at 12 h, 24 h and 4 weeks, but afforded no cardiac protection at 3 h and 12 h, compared to the CME group.SignificanceHigher levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in rats following CME are associated with the development of myocardial contractile dysfunction. Background

Minocycline prevents the development of neuropathic and inflammatory pain by inhibiting microglial activation and postsynaptic currents. But, how minocycline obviates acute visceral pain is unclear. The present study investigated whether minocycline had an any antinociceptive effect on acetic acid-induced acute abdominal pain after intraperitoneal (i.p.) administration of saline or minocycline 1 hour before acetic acid injection (1.0%, 250 ??l, i.p.).

Results

Minocycline (4, 10, or 40 mg/kg) significantly decreased acetic acid-induced nociception (0-60 minutes post-injection) and the enhancement in the number of c-Fos positive cells in the T5-L2 spinal cord induced by acetic acid injection. Also, the expression of spinal phosphorylated extracellular signal-regulated kinase (p-ERK) induced by acetic acid was reduced by minocycline pre-administration. Interestingly, intrathecal introduction of PD98059, an ERK upstream kinase inhibitor, markedly blocked the acetic acid-stimulated pain responses.

Conclusions

These results demonstrate that minocycline effectively inhibits acetic acid-induced acute abdominal nociception via the inhibition of neuronal p-ERK expression in the spinal cord, and that minocycline may have therapeutic potential in suppressing acute abdominal pain.  相似文献

目的:探讨L-精氨酸(L-Arg)对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的急性肺损伤大鼠肺表面活性物质和肺泡巨噬细胞功能的影响。方法:舌下静脉注射脂多糖(LPS)复制肺损伤模型。健康雄性SD大鼠48只,随机分为对照组、模型组(LPS组)和L-Arg治疗组(L-Arg组)(n=16)。分别于给予LPS 3 h或6 h后给予生理盐水(对照组及LPS组,ip)和L-Arg(500 mg/kg ip)(L-Arg治疗组),治疗3 h。原位杂交法(ISH)检测肺组织中肺表面活性蛋白A(SP-A)mRNA的表达;测定肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中的总蛋白(TP)。体外分离培养大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞,以LPS(终浓度10 mg/L)处理巨噬细胞,观察L-Arg对肺泡巨噬细胞的影响。结果:与对照组比较,大鼠肺损伤后SP-A mRNA表达减弱,BALF中TP增多(P<0.01)。肺损伤3 h用L-Arg治疗3 h后,SP-A mRNA阳性细胞表达明显增强,BALF中TP较LPS组相同时间点明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),肺损伤减轻。体外实验中,与正常对照组相比,LPS组细胞培养上清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、一氧化氮(NO)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNFα-)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)浓度明显增高(P<0.01);L-Arg明显减少LPS所致的LDH的释放,降低TNFα-和IL-6浓度。结论:L-Arg可减轻内毒素性肺损伤,此机制可能与增强SP-AmRNA表达有关;LPS可刺激巨噬细胞分泌促炎因子和NO,L-Arg可抑制LPS对巨噬细胞的作用。  相似文献

Inflammatory conditions of the gastrointestinal tract and iron-deficiency anemia are very common in humans. Acute intestinal inflammation was pathologically established in rats by intraluminal administration of acetic acid into the duodenum and the proximal jejunum. The study included two control groups of intact (untreated) rats and sham-operated (saline-treated) rats for each intestinal segment. A third group of rats received acetic acid. The acetic acid-induced inflammatory process was established histopathologically and biochemically. Two days after treatment, iron absorption was measured using ligated 10-cm loops of proximal jejunum or ligated duodenum in which 59Fe was injected intraluminally (n=6 in each group). In another four control groups (intact and sham-operated for each intestinal segment) and two acetic acid-treated groups, serosal-luminal secretion of 59Fe was measured after intravenous injection (n=5 in each group). 59Fe transfer from the lumens of the duodenum and jejunum to the portal system was significantly lower in those rats in whom inflammation was induced by acetic acid. There was no apparent serosal-luminal secretion of intravenously injected 59Fe in any of the studied groups. We conclude that acetic acid-induced intestinal inflammation significantly reduces iron absorption by the duodenum and the proximal jejunum.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the healing effect of interleukin-11 (IL-11) on acetic acid-induced gastric ulcer in rats. Gastric ulcers were induced in male Wistar rats by applying acetic acid to the fundus of the stomach. Recombinant human interleukin-11 (rhIL-11 100 microg/kg/twice daily, subcutaneously) was administered starting on the 2nd day before ulcer induction up through the 7th day after ulcer induction. Control rats were injected with bovine serum albumin. At 12 hours and 7 days after ulcer induction, the animals were sacrificed, and the ulcer index, proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) expression, and IL-11alpha receptor expression in the gastric tissues were studied. The ulcer index of the rhIL-11-treated rats was significantly lower than that of the control rats at the 7th day. The expression of PCNA as evaluated by Western blotting and immunohistochemistry, was enhanced in both the mucosal proliferative zone and proper muscle layer of the rhIL-11-treated rats in comparison with that in the control rats. IL-11alpha receptor expression was observed in the mucosal neck cells of the rhIL-11-treated rats and control rats. These findings suggest that IL-11 accelerates ulcer healing by inducing the proliferation of mucosal and muscular cells.  相似文献

The present study was designed to compare the effect of leptin on acute colonic inflammation with that of acute stress exposure, which acts via the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis. Sprague-Dawley rats of both sexes were administered intrarectally with acetic acid. Either leptin (10 microg/kg; i.p.) or saline was injected immediately before and 6 h after the induction of colitis. A group of rats was exposed to water avoidance stress (WAS) for 30 min at the 6th h of colitis induction. RU-486 (2 mg/kg; i.p.), a glucocorticoid receptor antagonist, was injected intraperitoneally, at 12 and 1 h before the initial leptin injection, and at 1 h before the second leptin injection or exposure to WAS. Rats were decapitated at 24 h and the distal 8 cm of the colon were removed for macroscopic and microscopic scoring, determination of tissue wet weight index (WI) and tissue myeloperoxidase activity (MPO). Acetic acid-induced colitis significantly increased macroscopic and microscopic damage scores, WI and MPO, compared to control group. Exposure to acute WAS or treatment with leptin reduced the elevations in damage scores, WI and MPO induced by colitis, but no additive inhibitory effect was observed when WAS and leptin were applied together. RU-486 treatment reversed the inhibitory effects of leptin or WAS on colonic inflammation. Our results demonstrate that exogenous leptin mimics the effects of HPA axis activation on colitis-induced inflammatory process. The results also suggest that the anti-inflammatory effect of leptin involves a tissue neutrophil-dependent mechanism and is dependent on the release of glucocorticoids.  相似文献

Oxytocin (OT), a nonapeptide produced in the paraventricular and the supraoptical nuclei in the hypothalamus has a wide range of effects in the body. However, the role of OT on the gastrointestinal (GI) tract has to be settled. OT may participate in the regulation of motility, secretion, blood flow, cell turnover and release of neurotransmitters and/or peptides in the GI tract, possesses antisecretory and antiulcer effects, facilitates wound healing and is involved in the modulation of immune and inflammatory processes. The present work was conducted to assess the possible therapeutic effects of OT against the acetic acid-induced colonic injury in the rat. METHODS: Colitis was induced by intracolonic administration of acetic acid (5%) in Sprague-Dawley rats (200-250 g). Either saline or OT (0.5 mg/kg) was injected subcutaneously, immediately after the induction of colitis and repeated two times a day for 4 days. On the 4th day, rats were decapitated and distal 8 cm of the colon were removed for the macroscopic and microscopic damage scoring, determination of tissue wet weight index (WI), malondialdehyde (MDA) levels, an end product of lipid peroxidation; glutathione (GSH) levels, a key antioxidant; and myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity, as an indirect index of neutrophil infiltration. Colonic collagen content, as a fibrosis marker was also determined. Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) levels were assayed in serum samples. In the acetic acid-induced colitis, macroscopic and microscopic damage scores, WI, MDA and MPO levels were significantly increased, while GSH levels were decreased when compared to control group (p <0.05-<0.001). Treatment with OT abolished the colitis-induced elevations in damage scores, WI, MDA and MPO levels and restored the GSH levels (p <0.05-0.001). Similarly, acetic acid increased the collagen content of colonic tissues and OT-treatment reduced this value to the level of the control group. Serum LDH and TNF-alpha levels were also elevated in the acetic acid-induced colitis group as compared to control group, while this increase was significantly decreased by OT treatment. The results suggest that OT, which improves the antioxidative state of the colonic tissue and ameliorates oxidative colonic injury via a neutrophil-dependent mechanism, requires further investigation as a potential therapeutic agent in colonic inflammation.  相似文献

Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a common cause of death and disability throughout the world. A multifunctional peptide adrenomedullin (AM) has protective effects in the central nervous system. We evaluated AM in an animal model as a therapeutic agent that reduces brain damage after traumatic brain injury. A total of 36 rats was divided into 3 groups as sham, head trauma plus intraperitoneal (ip) saline, and head trauma plus adrenomedullin ip. The diffuse brain injury model of Marmarou et al. was used. Blood samples were taken from all groups at the 1st, 6th and 24th hours for analysis of TNF-α (tumor necrosis factor-α), IL-1β (interleukin-1β) and IL-6 (interleukin-6) levels. At the end of the study (at the 24th hour) a neurological examination was performed and half of the rats were decapitated to obtain blood and tissue samples, the other half were perfused transcardiacally for studying the histopathology of the brain tissue. There were no statistically significant changes in plasma levels of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α relative to the sham group. Also, changes in tissue levels of malonedialdehyde, myeloperoxidase and glutathione were not statistically significant. However, neurological scores and histopathological examinations revealed healing. AM individually exerts neuroprotective effects in animal models of acute brain injury. But the mechanisms of action remain to be assessed.  相似文献

To assess the possible involvement of mast cells and/or their mediators in inflammatory bowel diseases, the effect of the histamine H1 antagonist Dithiaden was studied on a model of acetic acid-induced colitis in rats. Dithiaden pretreatment by intracolonic administration was found to reduce the extent of acute inflammatory colonic injury. This was manifested by a decrease in the score of gross mucosal injury, by lowered colonic wet weight and by diminished myeloperoxidase activity reflecting reduced leukocyte infiltration. Vascular permeability and gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase activity, elevated by acetic acid exposure, were decreased after Dithiaden pretreatment. The results indicate that locally administered Dithiaden may protect the colonic mucosa against an acute inflammatory attack by interfering with the action of the major mast cell mediator histamine.  相似文献

Leptin and cholecystokinin (CCK) have a synergistic interaction in the suppression of food intake, and afford similar gastroprotective activity. The present study was designed to investigate the putative protective effects of CCK and leptin on acute colonic inflammation. Leptin or CCK-8s was injected to rats intraperitoneally immediately before and 6 h after the induction of colitis with acetic acid. CCK-A receptor antagonist (L-364,718) or CCK-B receptor antagonist (L-365,260) was injected intraperitoneally 15 min before leptin or CCK treatments. In a group of rats, vagal afferent fibers were denervated by topical application of capsaicin on the cervical vagi. Rats were decapitated at 24 h, and the distal 8 cm of the colon were removed for macroscopic scoring, determination of tissue wet weight index (WWI), histologic assessment and tissue myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity. All inflammation parameters were increased by acetic acid-induced colitis compared to control group. Leptin or CCK-8s treatment reduced these parameters in a similar manner, while co-administration of leptin and CCK was found to be more effective in reducing the macroscopic score and WWI. CCK-8s-induced reduction in the score and WWI was prevented by CCK-A, but not by CCK-B receptor antagonist, whereas neither antagonist altered the inhibitory effect of leptin on colitis-induced injury. On the other hand, perivagal capsaicin prevented the protective effects of both CCK-8s and leptin on colitis. Our results indicate that leptin and CCK have anti-inflammatory effects on acetic acid-induced colitis in rats, which appear to be mediated by capsaicin-sensitive vagal afferent fibers involving the reduction in colonic neutrophil infiltration.  相似文献

Trypanosoma lewisi is an obligatory, flagellated parasite of the rat. Despite the fact that naturally the rats overcome the disease, a lethal infection can be induced by the administration of an immunosuppressive agent, i.e. cyclophosphamide (Cy). In the Cy treated infected rats (CyI) the severity of the trypanosome infection was demonstrated in the internal organs, in the following order: lungs > liver > heart > spleen > kidney. The parasites were not detected in the brain. The accumulation of the parasites in the lungs led to the development of hemorrhagic inflammatory foci. The rupture of blood vessels was accompanied by lymphocyte infiltrations into the damaged tissues and multiple foci of edema around the blood vessels. In most cases the lungs were dark brown in color due to intra-alveolar hemorrhages. The spleen of the CyI rats showed general deformation of the tissue's architecture, migration of macrophages and cell depletion due to the Cy action. The liver showed inflammatory hemorrhagic foci associated with massive destruction of the parenchyma. In spite of the heavy parasitemia (> 50%) developed in the CyI rats the brain remained free of parasites, which might explain the non-virulent character of this parasite compared to the African trypanosomes.  相似文献

Intracerebroventricular interleukin-6 treatment decreases body fat in rats   总被引:14,自引:0,他引:14  
Recently we found that interleukin-6 (IL-6) knockout mice develop mature-onset obesity and that a single intracerebroventricular (ICV) injection of IL-6 increases energy expenditure. In the present study we investigated if chronic ICV treatment with IL-6 can suppress body fat mass. IL-6 was injected ICV daily for two weeks to rats fed a high-fat diet. IL-6 treatment but not saline treatment decreased body weight by 8.4% and decreased the relative weights of mesenteric and retroperitoneal fat pads. Consistent with this, circulating leptin levels were decreased by 40% after IL-6 treatment but not after saline treatment. Average food intake per day was decreased in the IL-6 treated group compared to the saline treated rats. IL-6 treatment did not change hepatic expression of the acute-phase protein haptoglobin, serum levels of insulin or insulin-like growth factor-I, or the weights of the heart, liver, kidneys, adrenals, and spleen. We conclude that centrally administered IL-6 can decrease body fat in rats without causing acute-phase reaction.  相似文献

Fifteen different derivatives of an alpha- and beta-amyrin mixture were synthesized by acylation with appropriate anhydride or acid chlorides and oxidation in the presence of tert-butyl chromate or PCC. The molecular structures of the obtained compounds were confirmed by means of IR and (1)H NMR spectra. The compounds were screened for antinociceptive activity using the acetic acid pain model. The 3-O-acyl derivatives alpha- and beta-amyrin propionate 4, alpha- and beta-amyrin hexanoate 6, and alpha- and beta-amyrin octanoate 7 were found to be the most active compounds of the series. In addition, we also have found that alpha- and beta-amyrin octanoate 7 was able to reduce acetic acid-induced abdominal constriction when administered by oral route. Furthermore, this compound reduced the nociceptive response induced by intraplantar injection of formalin.  相似文献

Obestatin is produced in the stomach from proghrelin by post-translational cleavage. The initial report claimed anorexigenic effects of obestatin in mice. Contrasting studies indicated no effect of obestatin on food intake (FI). We investigated influences of metabolic state (fed/fasted), environmental factors (dark/light phase) and brain Fos response to intraperitoneal (ip) obestatin in rats, and used the protocol from the original study assessing obestatin effects in mice. FI was determined in male rats injected ip before onset of dark or light phase, with obestatin (1 or 5 μmol/kg), CCK8S (3.5 nmol/kg) or 0.15 M NaCl, after fasting (16 h, n = 8/group) or ad libitum (n = 10–14/group) food intake. Fos expression in hypothalamic and brainstem nuclei was examined in freely fed rats 90 min after obestatin (5 μmol/kg), CCK8S (1.75 nmol/kg) or 0.15 M NaCl (n = 4/group). Additionally, fasted mice were injected ip with obestatin (1 μmol/kg) or urocortin 1 (2 nmol/kg) 15 min before food presentation. No effect on FI was observed after obestatin administration during the light and dark phase under both metabolic conditions while CCK8S reduced FI irrespectively of the conditions. The number of Fos positive neurons was not modified by obestatin while CCK8S increased Fos expression in selective brain nuclei. Obestatin did not influence the refeeding response to a fast in mice, while urocortin was effective. Therefore, peripheral obestatin has no effect on FI under various experimental conditions and did not induce Fos in relevant central neuronal circuitries modulating feeding in rodents.  相似文献

Recent studies have indicated that pre-induction of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) expression in the pancreas protects against secretagogue-induced pancreatitis. In those studies, the HSP70 was mostly induced by unfeasible conditions. The aim of this current study was to investigate the effect of peritoneal lavage with hot 0.9 % saline (42 °C) on the pancreatic expression of HSP70 and its protective effect on cerulein-induced acute pancreatitis in rats. Male Wistar rats were peritoneally lavaged with 0.9 % saline at 42 °C for 30 min. HSP70 expression was evaluated by western blotting analysis. Prior peritoneal lavages with hot and warm saline were performed. Acute pancreatitis was induced by administration of intraperitoneal injection of cerulein (20 μg/kg) four times, and its severity was assessed by measuring serum amylase, tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and trypsinogen activation peptide (TAP) levels. Pancreatic sections were stained with hematoxylin and eosin for histological evaluation. Peritoneal lavage with hot 0.9 % saline increased intrapancreatic HSP70 expression and ameliorated the cerulein-induced pancreatitis in rats, judged by the significantly reduced serum amylase, TNF-α, and IL-6 concentrations; histopathological scores, and serum TAP levels. Peritoneal lavage with hot 0.9 % saline can induce HSP70 expression and prevent cerulein-induced acute pancreatitis in rats. The results suggest that HSP70 protects against cerulein-induced pancreatitis by preventing proinflammatory cytokine synthesis and trypsinogen activation during acute pancreatitis.  相似文献

Adrenomedullin (AM), a potent vasodilator, induces angiogenesis and inhibits cell apoptosis through the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/Akt pathway. Transplantation of bone marrow-derived mononuclear cells (MNC) induces angiogenesis. We investigated whether infusion of AM enhances the therapeutic potency of MNC transplantation in a rat model of myocardial infarction. Immediately after coronary ligation, bone marrow-derived MNC (5 x 10(6) cells) were injected into the ischemic myocardium, followed by subcutaneous administration of 0.05 microg x kg(-1) x min(-1) AM (AM-MNC group) or saline (MNC group) for 3 days. Another two groups of rats received subcutaneous administration of AM alone (AM group) or saline (control group). Hemodynamic and histological analyses were performed 4 wk after treatment. Cardiac infarct size was significantly smaller in the MNC and AM groups than in the control group. A combination of AM infusion and MNC transplantation demonstrated a further decrease in infarct size. Left ventricular (LV) maximum change in pressure over time and LV fractional shortening were significantly improved only in the AM-MNC group. AM significantly increased capillary density in ischemic myocardium, suggesting the angiogenic potency of AM. AM infusion plus MNC transplantation demonstrated a further increase in capillary density compared with AM or MNC alone. Although MNC apoptosis was frequently observed 72 h after transplantation, AM markedly decreased the number of terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick-end labeling-positive cells among the transplanted MNC. In conclusion, AM enhanced the angiogenic potency of MNC transplantation and improved cardiac function in rats with myocardial infarction. This beneficial effect may be mediated partly by the angiogenic property of AM itself and by its antiapoptotic effect on MNC.  相似文献

Gelatin from the sea cucumber (Acaudina molpadioidea) was hydrolyzed sequentially with bromelain and alcalase. The hydrolysate was fractionated into three ranges of molecular weight (GH-I, <10 kDa; GH-II, <5 kDa; GH-III, <1 kDa) using an ultrafiltration membrane bioreactor system. The GH-III brought about a high angiotensin-I-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory activity, with IC50 value of 0.35 mg/ml. An ACE inhibitory peptide was isolated from the GH-III, using the chromatographic methods including ion-exchange chromatography, gel filtration and reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography. The purified ACE inhibitory peptide with a molecular weight of 840 Da consisted of five main amino acids (Glu, Asp, Pro, Gly and Ala), and its IC50 value was 0.0142 mg/ml. This sea cucumber gelatin hydrolysate (GH-III) was used as drinks administered to renal hypertensive rats (RHR) for 1 month. The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the RHR were significantly reduced, which indicates an antihypertensive effect by oral administration.  相似文献
