In present study, the capabilities of multiple linear regression (MLR) and adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) in developing pedotransfer functions (PTFs) for estimating geometric mean diameter (GMD) and mean weight diameter (MWD), from routine soil properties and combination of routine soil properties and fractal dimension of aggregates were evaluated. For this reason 101 samples were collected form the Northwest of Iran and some their properties such as soil texture, pH, cation exchange capacity (CEC), and organic matter (OM), fractal dimension of aggregates between number-diameter (Dn), mass-diameter (Dmt), and bulk density-diameter (Dmy) were determined and used as an input variables for determining of mean weight diameter (MWD) and geometric mean diameter (GMD) by MLR and ANFIS PTFs. Results showed that the application of fractal dimension of aggregates as a predictor in two methods improved the accuracy of PTFs. As well as, results showed that ANFIS have greater potential for determination of the relationships between soil aggregate stability indices and other soil properties in compared with MLR. Therefore using of adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) in developing pedotransfer functions is recommended.  相似文献

研究了西藏不同地区核桃的形态特征,分析比较了西藏不同地区核桃的生化成分.结果表明:三径均值最大为4.04cm,最小为3.11cm.壳厚测定表明集中分布在3.1~3.9mm之间.蛋白质含量最高的是麻达嘎,为21.85%,其变化范围为15.1%~21.85%.脂肪含量最高的是八宿2号.为69.6%,其变化范围为61.7%~69.6%.据此筛选出8个优系.  相似文献

Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), rheological measurements and granule size analyses were performed to characterize the influence of phosphorylation substitution levels on the properties of cross-linked potato starch. Phosphorus oxychloride (POCl3) was used to produce the cross-linked potato starch. The levels of the reagent used for the reaction ranged between 40 and 5000 ppm (dwb). Storage (G′) and loss (G″) moduli were measured for a 5% (w/w) gelatinized starch dispersion stored at 20 °C for 24 h after heating at 85 °C for 30 min. The samples from 80 to 500 ppm were recognized as ‘strong gel'systems, whereas native potato starch showed ‘weak gel'behavior. Steady shear and dynamic viscoelastic properties of gelatinized starch dispersion were compared. Furthermore, granule mean diameter was measured by laser scattering for a 1% (w/w) dispersion heated at 85 °C for 30 min. The granules in the 100 ppm sample swelled to a maximum of about 2.6 times the native starch granule mean diameter.  相似文献

研究了水杨酸、萘乙酸及青霉素对大白桩菇、褐环粘盖牛肝菌及野蘑菇菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:对大白桩菇,水杨酸的致死浓度不大于1.94×10-4g/mL,培养基中浓度大于1.07×10-4g/mL抑制大白桩菇菌丝生长,浓度在(5.6×10-7)~(5.6×10-5)g/mL范围内能够促进菌丝生长,浓度小于5.6×10-8g/mL则没有明显影响。对褐环粘盖牛肝菌,培养基中水杨酸浓度大于4.76×10-6g/mL有抑制菌丝生长的作用,致死浓度不大于1.90×10-4g/mL。培养基中水杨酸浓度在大于5.6×10-6g/mL条件下对野蘑菇菌丝生长有一定的抑制作用。培养基中萘乙酸浓度在0.056 6~2.264 mg/L范围内对大白桩菇菌丝生长有一定的促进作用。培养基中萘乙酸浓度在0.95~4.75、0.056 6~1.132 mg/L范围内分别对褐环粘盖牛肝菌、野蘑菇菌丝生长基本无影响。培养基中青霉素浓度在(4.57×10-7)~(4.57×10-3)g/mL范围内对褐环粘盖牛肝菌菌丝生长具有抑制作用。培养基中青霉素浓度较低时对大白桩菇菌丝生长起促进作用,浓度大于1.88×10-3g/mL时对大白桩菇菌丝生长起抑制作用。而培养基中青霉素浓度在(1.88×10-7)~(1.88×10-3)g/mL范围内对野蘑菇菌丝生长无明显作用。  相似文献

Measurements of diurnal diameter variations of the xylem and phloem are a promising tool for studying plant hydraulics and xylem-phloem interactions in field conditions. However, both the theoretical framework and the experimental verification needed to interpret phloem diameter data are incomplete. In this study, we analytically evaluate the effects of changing the radial conductance between the xylem and the phloem on phloem diameter variations and test the theory using simple manipulation experiments. Our results show that phloem diameter variations are mainly caused by changes in the radial flow rate of water between the xylem and the phloem. Reducing the hydraulic conductance between these tissues decreases the amplitude of phloem diameter variation and increases the time lag between xylem and phloem diameter variation in a predictable manner. Variation in the amplitude and timing of diameter variations that cannot be explained by changes in the hydraulic conductance, could be related to changes in the osmotic concentration in the phloem.  相似文献

Anoplin is a decapeptide amide, GLLKRIKTLL-NH2 derived from the venom sac of the solitary spider wasp, Anoplius samariensis. It is active against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria and is not hemolytic towards human erythrocytes. The present paper reports a structure-activity study of anoplin based on 37 analogues including an Ala-scan, C- and N-truncations, and single and multiple residue substitutions with various amino acids. The analogues were tested for antibacterial activity against both S. aureus ATCC 25923 and E. coli ATCC 25922, and several potent antibacterial analogues were identified. The cytotoxicity of the analogues against human erythrocytes was assessed in a hemolytic activity assay. The antibacterial activity and selectivity of the analogues against S. aureus and E. coli varied considerably, depending on the hydrophobicity and position of the various substituted amino acids. In certain cases the selectivity for Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria was either reversed or altogether eliminated. In addition, it was generally found that antibacterial activity coincided with hemolytic activity.  相似文献

在GIS技术支持下,结合岷江上游黑水河流域1988-2002年多年平均降水量和蒸散量空间分布,对不同景观结构的小流域多年平均径流系数进行比较.结果表明:不同土地覆盖类型组合流域多年平均径流系数大小关系依次为林灌流域《林灌草复合流域《森林流域《林草流域,这与流域土地利用类型、流域海拔分布和迎风坡向分布特征有关;对于森林流域和灌木流域,其多年平均径流系数主要受多年平均降水量、多年平均蒸散量和平均坡度共同影响;对于林草流域和林灌草复合流域,其多年平均径流系数主要受流域的多年平均降水量、多年平均蒸散量和多林草面积比共同影响.  相似文献

植物吸收根的生理功能是从土壤中吸收水分和营养物质, 研究其解剖结构有助于揭示植物的环境适应策略。热带亚热带地区蕨类植物丰富, 生态和经济价值较高, 但目前对这一重要植物类群的吸收根解剖特征的研究仍然缺乏。该研究测定了分布在热带亚热带地区4种典型森林的共26种蕨类植物吸收根的解剖特征, 分析它们的种间差异, 结合系统发育与全球自然分布区的气候因子解释根系性状的变异。同时, 通过收集亚热带木本被子植物和温带蕨类植物相关的已发表数据, 比较不同类群的根系性状相关关系的差异。结果表明: (1)这些蕨类植物吸收根特征的种间差异显著, 8个根系性状的种间变异系数范围为20.61%-41.75%。(2)除皮层厚度外根系性状无显著的系统发育信号, 说明性状变异受系统发育的影响较小; 气候因子显著影响根系特征, 根直径和皮层厚度随着最干月(季)降水量减少而增大。(3)随着吸收根直径的减小, 亚热带木本被子植物趋于具有更低的皮层厚度/中柱直径比值, 而蕨类植物则相反; 与温带蕨类相比, 该研究中蕨类植物具有更大的根直径、皮层厚度和管胞直径。该研究有助于提高对热带亚热带蕨类植物根系生理生态适应性的认识。  相似文献

Size at reproduction is a key aspect of species life history that is relatively understudied for long‐lived tropical trees. Here, we quantified reproductive diameter for 31 major timber species across 11 sites in Cameroon, Congo, and Central African Republic. Specifically, we examined whether (1) between‐species variability is correlated with other species traits; (2) reproductive diameter varies within‐species among sites; (3) reproductive status varies with crown exposure; and (4) the minimum cutting diameter limits (MCDL) imposed by national forest regulations enable seed trees to persist after logging operations. Consistent with studies conducted elsewhere in the tropics, we found great variability in diameter at reproduction among species, which correlated with adult stature (maximum diameter and height). For some species, reproductive diameter thresholds substantially varied between sites, and crown exposure had a significant positive effect on reproductive status. Most MCDLs were found to be suitable, with trees having a high probability of being seed trees at MCDL. Our findings have implications for the sustainable management of production forests, and they highlight questionable MCDLs for some species and between‐site variation in reproductive diameter. The study also highlights the need for long‐term phenological monitoring of tree species spanning a large range of ecological strategies to address both theoretical (species life history, allocation trade‐offs) and practical questions (MCDL).  相似文献

茎干直径的动态微变化是研究植物体水分和生长状况的重要指标。利用测树器监测西北旱区盛果期苹果树茎干直径微变化规律,根据监测记录获得茎干直径日最大值(MXTD)、茎干直径日最大收缩量(MDS)数据,并探讨茎干直径微变化规律及其对环境因素的响应,为茎干直径微变化用于指导精确灌溉提供科学依据。实验结果表明,晴天或多云天气下,苹果树茎干直径在每天的7:00或8:00时刻达到一天最大值,在16:00左右达到一天的最小值,茎干直径年增长量与果实产量成反比例关系。整个生育期MXTD呈先快速增加后平稳的变化特征。2010年MDS与茎干水势(φstem)呈显著负相关关系(r2=0.76***,n=14),这表明MDS可以反映苹果树的水势状况。生育后期的MDS对环境因素响应比生育前期敏感,全生育期MDS与气象因素的决定系数大小顺序为日最大水汽压差(VPDmax)日最高温度(Tmax)净辐射(Rn)。茎干直径微变化规律可以反映西北旱区盛果期果树的水分状况,可以为果园灌溉制度的确定提供科学依据。  相似文献

The volume of resealed erythrocyte ghosts formed during hypotonic hemolysis of normal human erythrocytes was measured by means of a continuous mean corpuscular volume analyzer. The final volume of resealed ghosts was 140.6 ± 15.2 fl. Strong correlations exist between the volume of ghosts and the initial mean corpuscular volume and mean corpuscular hemoglobin of the erythrocyte, and between the enlargement ratio and the mean corpuscular volume or mean corpuscular hemoglobin of the erythrocyte.  相似文献

Two linear functions for discriminating with qualitative variables (Fisher's linear discriminant function and the independence rule) are compared with the general multinomial procedure, a rule based on Lancaster's definition of higher order interactions and the quadratic discriminant function. A modified and derived ethanol injection (MDEI) process was developed to produce liposomes. The aim of the present study was to more efficiently control the vesicle diameter than with the conventional ethanol injection method. A hot ethanolic solution of lipids (60°C) was injected into a hot aqueous buffer (70°C). Then, ethanol was removed by rotary evaporation under reduced pressure. The size of the liposomes could be controlled by the ratio of ethanol to hydroalcoholic solution before evaporation. The concentration of lipids, the charge of lipids, and the type of aqueous phase had little effect on the vesicle diameter when the process involved a ratio of 33% (v/v) ethanol. In addition, it was possible to obtain lipid concentrations 10- to 30-fold higher that the conventional ethanol injection method. The encapsulation of a hydrophilic compound was feasible with this MDEI process. The observation by cryogenic transmission electron microscopy revealed that these liposomes were predominantly unilamellar at a ratio as high as 33 or 50% (v/v) ethanol. Thus, the results showed that MDEI is an appropriate alternative for the manufacture of liposomes with respect to the ethanol injection process.  相似文献

The intensely fluorescent lumazine protein is believed to be involved in the bioluminescence of certain marine bacteria. The sequence of the catalytically inactive protein resembles that of the enzyme riboflavin synthase. Its non-covalently bound fluorophore, 6,7-dimethyl-8-ribityllumazine, is the substrate of this enzyme and also the committed precursor of vitamin B2. An extensive crystallization screen was performed using numerous single-site mutants of the lumazine protein from Photobacterium leiognathi in complex with its fluorophore and with riboflavin, respectively. Only the L49N mutant in complex with riboflavin yielded suitable crystals, allowing X-ray structure determination to a resolution of 2.5 Å. The monomeric protein folds into two closely similar domains that are structurally related by pseudo-C2 symmetry, whereby the entire domain topology resembles that of riboflavin synthase. Riboflavin is bound to a shallow cavity in the N-terminal domain of lumazine protein, whereas the C-terminal domain lacks a ligand.  相似文献

The present study was conducted to determine the effect of okadic acid (OA), a potent inhibitor of seronine/treonine 1 and 2A phosphatase, on meiotic resumption and progression in canine oocytes with different diameters. Cumulus-oocyte complexes were collected from ovaries of bitches at different oestrous phases. In Experiment 1, to determine the optimal concentration of OA (0.5 or 2 μM), the oocytes were pre-incubated for 1, 3, and 20 h in TCM 199 supplemented with 20% SCE and thereafter cultured in the same medium without OA. In Experiment 2, the selected oocytes were divided into three groups according to their diameter: <110 μm, 110-120 μm, >120 μm, and pre-incubated in OA 0.5 μM for 1 h. Oocytes were cultured in vitro as previously described. After 72 h of IVM, in Experiment 1, significantly more oocytes reached MII stage with 0.5 μM for 1 h (30.8% P <0.001%) for oocytes cultured in other OA condition and in control group. In Experiment 2, OA induced a significantly higher incidence of MII oocytes in the 110-120 μm and >120 μm groups (P <0.001) compared to control group, but a significantly higher proportion of the oocytes >120 μm pre-incubated with OA progressed to MII (51.3% P <0.001). In contrast, smaller oocytes (<110) did not develop to MII stage with or without OA. In conclusion, treatment of canine oocytes with 0.5 μM for 1 h, improves meiotic maturation. The culture of fully grown (>120 μm) oocytes with OA at the onset of in vitro maturation can result in a higher frequency of meiotic maturation.  相似文献

Although belowground biomass (BGB) plays an important role in global cycling, the storage of BGB and climatic effects on it are remaining unclear. With data from 49 sites, we aimed to investigate BGB and its climatic controls in alpine shrublands in the Tibetan Plateau. Our study showed that the BGB (both grass‐layer and shrub‐layer biomass) storage in the alpine shrublands was 67.24 Tg, and the mean BGB density and shrublands area were 1,567.38 g/m2 and 4.29 × 104 km2, respectively. Shrub layer had a larger BGB stock and accounted for 66% of total BGB this area, while only 34% was accumulated in the grass layer. BGB of the grass layer in the Tibetan Plateau shrublands was larger than that of Tibetan alpine grasslands, indicating that shrubland ecosystem played a critical importance role in carbon cycle on the Tibetan Plateau. The BGB in the grass layer and shrub layer demonstrated different correlations with climatic factors. Specifically, the effects from mean annual temperature on shrub‐layer BGB were not significant, similarly to the relationship between mean annual precipitation and grass‐layer BGB. But shrub‐layer BGB had a significantly positive relationship with mean annual precipitation (p < .05), while grass‐layer BGB showed a trend of decrease with increasing mean annual temperature (p < .05). Consequently, the actual and potential increases of BGB varied due to different increases of mean annual precipitation and temperature among different areas of the Tibetan Plateau. Therefore, in the warmer and wetter scenario, due to contrary relationships from mean annual precipitation and temperature on shrub‐layer BGB and grass‐layer BGB, it is necessary to conduct a long‐term monitoring about dynamic changes to increase the precision of assessment of BGB carbon sequestration in the Tibetan Plateau alpine shrublands.  相似文献

Whereas in constant environments parental survival has no effect on optimal clutch size in the absence of trade-offs between juvenile and parental survival, the situation is drastically different in fluctuating environments. We consider a model in which, with respect to reproduction, parents and offspring are equivalent at the start of the next breeding season. When generations are non-overlapping, the clutch size maximizing geometric mean surviving number of offspring is optimal among all pure clutch size strategies. We prove that, as parental survival increases relative to that of the offspring, the optimal clutch size converges to the arithmetic mean maximizing clutch size (the so-called ‘Lack clutch size’). We also give a numerical procedure for calculating optimal mixed strategies and we show that, as environmental variance increases and/or parental survival decreases, mixed rather than pure strategies become optimal. Furthermore, we explain how to estimate fitness from empirical data under the assumptions of our model. Geometry of tapered fiber sensors critically affects the response of an evanescent field sensor to cell suspensions. Single-mode fibers (nominally at 1300 nm) were tapered to symmetric or asymmetric tapers with diameters in the range of 3–20 μm, and overall lengths of 1–7 mm. Their transmission characteristics in air, water and in the presence of Escherichia coli (JM101 strain) at concentrations of 100, 1000, 7000 and 7 million cells/mL were measured in the 400–800 nm range and gave rich spectral data that lead to the following conclusions. (1) No change in transmission was observed due to E. coli with tapers that showed no relative change in transmission in water compared to air. (2) Tapers that exhibited a significant difference in transmission in water compared to air gave weak response to the presence of the E. coli. Of these, tapers with low waist diameters (6 μm) showed sensitivity to E. coli at 7000 cells/mL and higher concentration. (3) Tapers that showed modest difference in water transmission compared to air, and those that had small waist diameters gave excellent response to E. coli at 100–7000 cells/mL. In addition, mathematical modeling showed that: (1) at low wavelength (470 nm) and small waist diameter (6 μm), transmission with water in the waist region is higher than in air. (2) Small changes in waist diameter (0.05 μm) can cause larger changes in transmission at 470 nm than at 550 nm at waist diameter of 6 μm. (3) For the same overall geometry, a 5.5 μm diameter taper showed larger refractive index sensitivity compared to a 6.25 μm taper at 470 nm.  相似文献
