Background

Acute myocarditis may mimic myocardial infarction, since affected patients complain of "typical" chest pain, the ECG changes are identical to those observed in acute coronary syndromes, and serum markers are increased. We describe a case series of presumptive myocarditis with ST segment elevation on admission ECG.

Methods and Results

From 1998 to 2009, 21 patients (20 males; age 17-42 years) were admitted with chest pain, persistent ST segment elevation, serum enzyme and troponine release. All but one patients had fever and flu-like symptoms prior to admission. No abnormal Q wave appeared in any ECG tracing, and angiography did not show significant coronary artery disease. Patients remained asymptomatic at long term follow-up, except 2 who experienced a late relapse, with the same clinical, electrocardiographic and serum findings as in the first clinical presentation.

Conclusion

Presumptive myocarditis of possible viral origin characterized by ST elevation mimicking myocardial infarction, good short term prognosis and some risk for recurrence is relatively frequent in young males and appears as a distinct clinical condition.  相似文献

Background

Most studies on risk factors for development of coronary heart disease (CHD) have been based on the clinical outcome of CHD. Our aim was to identify factors that could predict the development of ECG markers of CHD, such as abnormal Q/QS patterns, ST segment depression and T wave abnormalities, in 70-year-old men, irrespective of clinical outcome.

Methods

Predictors for development of different ECG abnormalities were identified in a population-based study using stepwise logistic regression. Anthropometrical and metabolic factors, ECG abnormalities and vital signs from a health survey of men at age 50 were related to ECG abnormalities identified in the same cohort 20 years later.

Results

At the age of 70, 9% had developed a major abnormal Q/QS pattern, but 63% of these subjects had not been previously hospitalized due to MI, while 57% with symptomatic MI between age 50 and 70 had no major Q/QS pattern at age 70. T wave abnormalities (Odds ratio 3.11, 95% CI 1.18–8.17), high lipoprotein (a) levels, high body mass index (BMI) and smoking were identified as significant independent predictors for the development of abnormal major Q/QS patterns. T wave abnormalities and high fasting glucose levels were significant independent predictors for the development of ST segment depression without abnormal Q/QS pattern.

Conclusion

T wave abnormalities on resting ECG should be given special attention and correlated with clinical information. Risk factors for major Q/QS patterns need not be the same as traditional risk factors for clinically recognized CHD. High lipoprotein (a) levels may be a stronger risk factor for silent myocardial infarction (MI) compared to clinically recognized MI.  相似文献

Background

Extrapulmonary manifestations of tuberculosis have become increasingly important in the era of HIV/AIDS.

Case presentation

We describe a case of tuberculosis (TB) dactylitis in a patient with AIDS who originated from the Ivory Coast. The diagnosis was established by direct visualization of acid-fast bacilli on joint fluid and bone biopsy of the proximal phalanx. Imaging of the chest revealed multiple bilateral nodules. Confirmation of the diagnosis was made by isolation of Mycobacterium tuberculosis from sputum and bone cultures.

Conclusion

Tuberculosis should be considered in patients with unusual soft tissue or skeletal lesions, especially when an immunosuppressive condition is present. Ziehl-Neelsen staining and culture of tissue obtained via surgical biopsy offer the most direct approach to diagnosis.  相似文献

Introduction

The testicular trauma is uncommon in children and the literature about this topic is very poor. The aim was to investigate the testicular trauma in children from a retrospective study.

Materials and methods

All the French pediatric surgical departments were requested to send their cases of testicular trauma reported between 2000 and 2009. The analysis was performed from the data and the operative report. Isolated scrotal wounds, testicular torsions revealed by trauma, and incomplete files were excluded.

Results

Fifteen departments sent their data and 2 had no cases. From 60 cases, 15 were excluded and 45 selected. The mean age was 12.3 years (2 days–18 years). The circumstances of the trauma were 23 knocks (foot, knee, and fist), 13 falls, 4 motorcycle accidents, 4 unknown traumas, and 1 obstetrical trauma. There were 4 wounds and 41 without wound. A color Doppler sonography was performed in 34 cases (75.5%) with an accurate diagnosis in 30 cases; 2 testicular fractures and 1 intratesticular hematoma were not confirmed at surgery, and 1 epididymal hematoma was not seen on sonography. The lesions were testicular fractures (15), intratesticular hematomas (8), benign testicular blunt traumas (6), spermatic cord hematomas (6), epididymal hematomas (6), isolated hematoceles (3), and avulsion (1). Surgical treatment was done in 33 children and 12 had nonoperative treatment. Among the 15 testicular fractures, 13 were operated (8 sutures and 5 partial orchidectomies) and 2 were only observed. For the intratesticular hematomas, a surgical treatment was performed in 5 children and a nonoperative treatment in 3, with a good evolution. Only 20 children were controlled beyond 4 months, especially the testicular fractures and no secondary testicular atrophy was seen.

Conclusion

The testicular trauma in children is rare and the prognosis is rather good. The color Doppler sonography now allows a good diagnosis in most cases and the surgery can be often avoided in benign blunt trauma. In this situation, it is important to repeat sonography 24 or 48 hours after trauma to ensure there is no fracture or other lesion necessitating a surgical treatment.  相似文献

Objectives

There is no consensus among physicians as to whether or not pectus excavatum can produce symptoms sometimes even severe enough to justify a surgical procedure. The aim of this study was to assess the prevalence and severity of complaints and symptoms of senior patients with a pectus excavatum and to evaluate the results of surgical correction of the chest deformation.

Design

This is a prospective clinical study, case series.

Participants

The participants are 42 senior patients with a pectus excavatum and somatic complaints.

Methods

Cardiological screening included medical history taking, physical examination, electrocardiography, transthoracic echocardiography and treadmill cardiography. Complaints, symptoms and test results were arranged in a clinical score. Indication for a therapeutic surgical correction by a modified Ravitch operation was a high clinical score in combination with radiological evidence of cardiac compression on CT or MRI.

Results

The clinical picture of the 42 senior patients with a pectus excavatum showed complaints of fatigue and low exercise tolerance, shortness of breath, palpitations, inspiratory obstruction and sometimes chest discomfort or pain. The serious and sometimes invalidating complaints of 19 patients (45%) had started only in their fourth or fifth decade of life and were labelled in 12 patients (63%) as ‘Unexplained cardiovascular complaints’. To date, 11 patients have undergone surgical procedures. Symptoms were reduced substantially or had disappeared completely. All patients indicated that their health-related quality of life was significantly improved.

Conclusion

Recognising the clinical picture of SPES is relevant because surgical reconstruction of the chest can provide substantial relief of symptoms.  相似文献

Background

Performing electrocardiography is common in general practice, but the quality of indication setting and diagnostic accuracy have been disputed.

Objectives

To assess the competence of general practitioners (GPs) in their decision-making process with regard to recording and interpreting an electrocardiogram (ECG) and evaluating the relevance of the result for management.

Methods

An online case vignette survey was performed among GPs and cardiologists (in 2015). Nine cases describing situations for which Dutch clinical guidelines recommend or advise against recording an ECG were presented. In each case, the participant had to make choices on recording an ECG, interpreting it, and using the result in a management decision. The reference standard for each ECG diagnosis was set by the expert author team.

Results

Fifty GPs who interpret ECGs themselves, eight GPs who do not and 12 cardiologists completed the survey. Adherence to guidelines recommending an ECG was high for suspected atrial fibrillation, suspected arrhythmia present during consultation, including bradycardia, but much lower for progressive heart failure and stable angina. Diagnostic accuracy of GPs was best in atrial fibrillation (96%), sick sinus syndrome (85%) and old myocardial infarction (82%), but poor in left anterior fascicular block (16%) and incomplete right bundle branch block (10%). GPs often acknowledged the low relevance of the results of a non-indicated ECG.

Conclusion

GPs do not fully adhere to Dutch cardiovascular guidelines on indications for recording ECGs. Diagnostic accuracy was high for atrial fibrillation, sick sinus syndrome and old myocardial infarction and poor for left anterior fascicular block and incomplete right bundle branch block.

Aims

In pre-hospital settings handled by paramedics, identification of patients with myocardial infarction (MI) remains challenging when automated electrocardiogram (ECG) interpretation is inconclusive. We aimed to identify those patients and to get them on the right track to primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).

Methods and results

In the Rotterdam-Rijnmond region, automated ECG devices on all ambulances were supplemented with a modem, enabling transmission of ECGs for online expert interpretation. The diagnostic protocol for acute chest pain was modified and monitored for 1 year.Patients with an ECG that met the criteria for ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) were immediately transported to a PCI hospital. ECGs that did not meet the STEMI criteria, but showed total ST deviation ≥800?µv were transmitted for online interpretation by the ECG expert. Online supervision was offered as a service if ECGs showed conduction disorders, or had an otherwise ‘suspicious’ pattern according to the ambulance paramedics. We enrolled 1,076 patients with acute ischaemic chest pain who did not meet the automated STEMI criteria. Their mean age was 63 years; 64% were men. After online consultation, 735 (68%) patients were directly transported to a PCI hospital for further treatment. PCI within 90?min was performed in 115 patients.

Conclusion

During a 1-year evaluation of the modified pre-hospital triage protocol for patients with acute ischaemic chest pain, over 100 acute MI patients with an initially inconclusive ECG received primary PCI within 90?min. Because of these results, we decided to continue the operation of the modified protocol.

Introduction

Pleomorphic adenoma is the most common benign neoplasm of the salivary glands. Extensive lipomatous involvement of the tumor is, however, a very rare finding.

Case report

Herein, a rare case of lipomatous pleomorphic adenoma arising in the parotid gland of a 14-year-old Japanese woman is presented.

Conclusion

This is the sixth case of lipomatous pleomorphic adenoma in the English literature. Recognition of this rare subtype of pleomorphic adenoma is important for clinical diagnosis and management. On CT scan, it may not be detected possibly due to the extensive fatty component.  相似文献

Background

Adrenal gland trauma is a rare condition that typically stems from blunt force trauma, and is associated with multiple organ injuries. Alternatively, isolated adrenal gland trauma is extremely rare, accounting for only 1.5 to 4% of all adrenal trauma cases. While isolated adrenal trauma is a mostly self-limiting condition, it is potentially life-threatening, representing a significant cause of bleeding, and/or hypotension due to adrenal insufficiency and adrenal crisis. Due to its rare occurrence, there are no reported guidelines for monitoring and observing isolated adrenal trauma.

Case presentation

Here we report on an isolated adrenal hemorrhage from a blunt trauma without associated injuries. A 53-year-old white man presented with abdominal pain after a high-speed motor vehicle accident. An initial evaluation revealed minimal abdominal pain and negative focused assessment with sonography for trauma examination; computed tomography imaging revealed a significant fluid collection consistent with adrenal hemorrhage. He was observed in our intensive care unit for 24 hours, and had stable hemoglobin and vital signs, after which he was discharged. At 1-month follow-up, he reported persistent intermittent abdominal pain, which was completely resolved by the 4-month follow-up.

Conclusions

This case report demonstrates isolated adrenal gland injury resulting from significant blunt trauma to the abdomen. There are no current guidelines for monitoring isolated adrenal hemorrhage. Recognizing possible adrenal injury in blunt trauma cases is important due to potentially severe adrenal hemorrhage; therefore, we recommend follow-up with serial abdominal computed tomography until the resolution of hemorrhage and symptoms.

Background

Although mediastinal tumors compressing or invading the superior vena cava represent the major causes of the superior vena cava syndrome, benign processes may also be involved in the pathogenesis of this medical emergency. One of the rarest benign causes is a pseudoaneurysm developing in patients previously having heart surgery.

Case report

We present the case of a large pseudoaneurysm of the ascending aorta, five years after primary surgery, with a significant compression of the right mediastinal venous system causing superior vena cava syndrome, detected at chest CT angiography. Perioperative findings showed two rush out points both coming from the distal aortic suture line which was performed five years ago. The patient underwent reoperation under circulatory arrest facilitating safe exploration and repair of the distal anastomotic leaks

Conclusion

Enhanced chest CT should be always undertaken in all patients with superior vena cava syndrome, especially in those previously having cardiac or aortic surgery to correctly evaluate the presence of a pseudoaneurysm. Mass effect to the superior vena cava makes necessary an open surgical treatment of the pseudoaneurysm so as to concurrently resolve the right mediastinal venous system's compression. Surgery should be performed in terms of safe approach to avoid exsanguination and cerebral malperfusion.  相似文献

Background

Studies suggest that Goal Directed Therapy (GDT) results in improved outcome following major surgery. However, there is concern that pre-emptive use of inotropic therapy may lead to an increased incidence of myocardial ischaemia and infarction.

Methods

Post hoc analysis of data collected prospectively during a randomised controlled trial of the effects of post-operative GDT in high-risk general surgical patients. Serum troponin T concentrations were measured at baseline and on day 1 and day 2 following surgery. Continuous ECG monitoring was performed during the eight hour intervention period. Patients were followed up for predefined cardiac complications. A univariate analysis was performed to identify any associations between potential risk factors for myocardial injury and elevated troponin T concentrations.

Results

GDT was associated with fewer complications, and a reduced duration of hospital stay. Troponin T concentrations above 0.01 μg l-1 were identified in eight patients in the GDT group and six in the control group. Values increased above 0.05 μg l-1 in four patients in the GDT group and two patients in the control group. There were no overall differences in the incidence of elevated troponin T concentrations. The incidence of cardiovascular complications was also similar. None of the patients, in whom troponin T concentrations were elevated, developed ECG changes indicating myocardial ischaemia during the intervention period. The only factor to be associated with elevated troponin T concentrations following surgery was end-stage renal failure.

Conclusion

The use of post-operative GDT does not result in an increased incidence of myocardial injury.  相似文献

Background

A case series of the cardiac magnetic resonance imaging findings in seven adult Alström patients.

Methods

Seven patients from the National Specialist Commissioning Group Centre for Alström Disease, Torbay, England, UK, completed the cardiac magnetic resonance imaging protocol to assess cardiac structure and function in Alström cardiomyopathy.

Results

All patients had some degree of left and right ventricular dysfunction. Patchy mid wall gadolinium delayed enhancement was demonstrated, suggesting an underlying fibrotic process. Some degree of cardiomyopathy was universal. No evidence of myocardial infarction or fatty infiltration was demonstrated, but coronary artery disease cannot be completely excluded. Repeat scanning after 18 months in one subject showed progression of fibrosis and decreased left ventricular function.

Conclusion

Adult Alström cardiomyopathy appears to be a fibrotic process causing impairment of both ventricles. Serial cardiac magnetic resonance scanning has helped clarify the underlying disease progression and responses to treatment. Confirmation of significant mutations in the ALMS1 gene should lead to advice to screen the subject for cardiomyopathy, and metabolic disorders.  相似文献

Background

Most patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) have asymmetric septal hypertrophy and among them, 25% present dynamic subaortic obstruction. Apical HCM is unusual and mid-ventricular HCM is the most infrequent presentation, but both variants may be associated to an apical aneurysm. An even more rare presentation is the coexistece mid-ventricular and apical HCM. This case is a combination of obstructive HCM with mid-ventricular HCM and an apical aneurysm, which to date, has not been reported in the literature.

Case presentation

The patient is a 49 year-old lady who presents a combination of septal asymmetric hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and midventricular HCM, a subaortic gradient of 65 mm Hg and a midventricular gradient of 20 mm Hg, plus an apical aneurysm. Her clinical presentation was an acute myocardial infarction in June 2005. One month after hospital discharge, the electrocardiogram (ECG) showed a right bundle branch block (RBBB) with no Q waves or ST segment elevation. Coronary angiography revealed normal coronary arteries, left ventricular hypertrophy and an apical aneurysm.

Conclusion

This case is a rare example of an asymptomatic patient with subaortic and mid-ventricular hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, who presents a myocardial infarction and normal coronary arteries, and during the course of her disease develops an apical aneurysm.  相似文献

Background

Splenosis is a heterotropic implantation of splenic fragments onto exposed vascularised peritoneal and intrathoracic surfaces, following splenic injury or elective splenectomy.

Case presentation

A 60 year old cirrhotic patient was referred to us with a hepatic mass, suspected to be HCC in a cirrhotic liver. A computerized tomography scan (CT) demonstrated a cirrhotic liver with a 2 × 2.7 cm focal hypervascular nodule, lying peripherally at the junction of segment 7 and 8. Diagnostic laparoscopy demonstrated a 3 cm exofitic dark brown splenunculus attached to the diaphragm and indenting the surface of segment 7 of the liver. The lesion was easily resected laparoscopically and shaved from the live surface with no need for a liver resection. The histopathological assessment confirmed the diagnosis of splenunculus, with no evidence of neoplasia.

Conclusion

Hepatic splenosis is not a rare event and should be suspected in patients with a history of splenic trauma or splenectomy. Correct diagnosis is essential and will determine subsequent management plans. In doubtful cases laparoscopic investigation can offere essential information and should be part of the standard protocol for investigating suspected splenosis.  相似文献

Introduction

Medial antebrachial cutaneous nerve (MACN) neuropathy is reported to be caused by iatrogenic reasons. Although the cases describing the posterior branch of MACN neuropathy are abundant, only one case caused by lipoma has been found to describe the anterior branch of MACN neuropathy in the literature. As for the reason for the forearm pain, we report the only case describing isolated anterior branch of MACN neuropathy which has developed due to repeated minor trauma.

Case presentation

We report a 37-year-old woman patient with pain in her medial forearm and elbow following the shaking of a rug. Pain and symptoms of dysestesia in the distribution of the right MACN were found. Electrophysiological examination confirmed the normality of the main nerve trunks of the right upper limb and demonstrated abnormalities of the right MACN when compared with the left side. Sensory action potential (SAP) amplitude on the right anterior branch of the MACN was detected to be lower in proportion to the left. In the light of these findings, NSAI drug and physical therapy was performed. Dysestesia and pain were relieved and no recurrence was observed after a follow-up of 14 months.

Conclusion

MACN neuropathy should be taken into account for the differential diagnosis of the patients with complaints of pain and dysestesia in medial forearm and anteromedial aspect of the elbow.  相似文献

Background

Hemorrhagic pleural effusion, especially in the right hemithorax rarely occurs as the sole presentation of pancreatitis.

Case Presentation

This article reports massive right-sided hemorrhagic pleural effusion as the sole manifestation of pancreatitis in a 16-year-old Iranian boy. The patient referred to Nemazee Hospital, the main hospital of southern Iran, with right-sided shoulder and chest pain accompanied with dyspnea. His chest x-ray showed massive right-sided pleural effusion. The pleural fluid amylase was markedly elevated (8840 U/L), higher than that in the serum (3318 U/L). Abdominal CT scan showed a cystic structure measuring about 5·2 cm in the head of pancreas, highly suggestive of a pancreatic pseudocyst. Pleural effusion resolved after 3 weeks of chest tube insertion but not completely. After this period of conservative therapy another CT scan showed that pseudocyst was still in the head of pancreas. So, external drainage was done with mushroom insertion and the patient was discharged after 40 days of hospitalization. The cause of pancreatitis could not be identified.

Conclusion

Pancreatitis should be taken into consideration when hemorrhagic pleural effusion, especially in the right hemithorax occurs.  相似文献

Background

Exercise echocardiography (EE) is an established method to diagnose coronary artery disease (CAD). Chronotropic incompetence (CI) during the EE may be a marker of myocardial ischemia. The purpose of this investigation was to evaluate the additive value of CI during EE in CAD diagnosis.

Methods

Between 2000 and 2006, 4042 patients (1900 men with a mean age of 56 ± 11 years) were evaluated by EE. Based on the heart rate (HR) reached during the exercise test, the subjects were divided into two groups: G1 group – 490 patients who failed to achieve 85% of the maximal age-predicted HR, and G2 group – 3552 patients who were able to achieve 85% of the maximal age-predicted HR. Clinical characteristics, left ventricular wall motion abnormalities – wall motion score index (WMSI) – and coronary angiography (CA) were the parameters compared between the two groups.

Results

The left ventricular wall motion abnormalities were more frequent in G1 group than in G2 group (54% versus 26%; P < 0.00001). WMSI was higher in G1 group than in G2 group, both at rest (1.06 ± 0.17 versus 1.02 ± 0.09; P < 0.0001) and after exercise (1.12 ± 0.23 versus 1.04 ± 0.21; P < 0.0001). In G1 group, 82% of the patients with positive EE for myocardial ischemia presented obstructive coronary, compared to 71% (P = 0.03) in G2 group.

Conclusion

CI is associated with a higher frequency of myocardial ischemia during EE, reinforcing the concept that CI is a marker of the severity of myocardial ischemia.  相似文献

Objective

To determine the long-term prognostic value of stress imaging and clinical risk scoring for cardiovascular mortality in chest pain patients after ruling out acute coronary syndrome (ACS).

Methods

A standard rule-out protocol was performed in emergency room patients with a normal or non-diagnostic admission electrocardiogram (ECG) within 6 h of chest pain onset. ACS patients were identified by troponin T, recurrent angina and serial ECG. Dobutamine stress echocardiography (DSE) was performed after ACS was ruled out. Myocardial perfusion scintigraphy (MPS) was performed within 6 months in an outpatient setting according to the physician’s discretion.

Results

524 patients were included. GRACE and TIMI risk scores were 75 (57–96) and 1 (0–2) in the rule-out ACS group, and 89 (74–107) and 2 (1–3) in the ACS group, respectively (median, interquartile range). Follow-up (median 9.4 (8.9–10.0) years) was complete in 96%. 350 of 379 rule-out ACS patients had an interpretable DSE and 52 patients underwent an MPS. 21 of the rule-out ACS patients (6%) died of a cardiovascular cause compared with 24 (17%) ACS patients (p?<?0.001). For rule-out ACS patients, C-statistics were 0.829 and 0.803 for the GRACE and TIMI scores. In these patients, DSE and MPS outcome did not predict long-term cardiovascular mortality. In multivariate analysis, known chronic heart failure, ACE inhibitor use, and GRACE score were independent predictors of cardiovascular mortality.

Conclusions

TIMI and GRACE score but not DSE and MPS are accurate predictors of long-term cardiovascular mortality, even in chest pain patients with a normal or non-diagnostic electrocardiogram undergoing a rule-out protocol.  相似文献

Background

Subaortic and midventricular hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in a patient with extreme segmental hypertrophy exceeding the usual maximum wall thickness reported in the literature is a rare phenomenon.

Case Presentation

A 19-year-old man with recently diagnosed hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) was referred for sudden death risk assessment. The patient had mild exertional dyspnea (New York Heart Association functional class II), but without syncope or chest pain. There was no family history of HCM or sudden death. A two dimensional echocardiogram revealed an asymmetric type of LV hypertrophy; anterior ventricular septum = 49 mm; posterior ventricular septum = 20 mm; anterolateral free wall = 12 mm; and posterior free wall = 6 mm. The patient had 2 types of obstruction; a LV outflow obstruction due to systolic anterior motion of both mitral leaflets (Doppler-estimated 38 mm Hg gradient at rest); and a midventricular obstruction (Doppler-estimated 43 mm Hg gradient), but without apical aneurysm or dyskinesia. The patient had a normal blood pressure response on exercise test and no episodes of non-sustained ventricular tachycardia in 24-h ECG recording. Cardiac MRI showed a gross late enhancement at the hypertrophied septum. Based on the extreme degree of LV hypertrophy and the myocardial hyperenhancement, an implantation of a cardioverter-defibrillator was recommended prophylactically for primary prevention of sudden death.

Conclusion

Midventricular HCM is an infrequent phenotype, but may be associated with an apical aneurysm and progression to systolic dysfunction (end-stage HCM).  相似文献

Aims

A commonly accepted challenge when visualising plant roots in X-ray micro Computed Tomography (μCT) images is the similar X-ray attenuation of plant roots and soil phases. Soil moisture content remains a recognised, yet currently uncharacterised source of segmentation error. This work sought to quantify the effect of soil moisture content on the ability to segment roots from soil in μCT images.

Methods

Rice (Oryza sativa) plants grown in contrasting soils (loamy sand and clay loam) were μCT scanned daily for nine days whilst drying from saturation. Root volumes were segmented from μCT images and compared with volumes derived by root washing.

Results

At saturation the overlapping attenuation values of root material, water-filled soil pores and soil organic matter significantly hindered segmentation. However, in dry soil (ca. six days of drying post-saturation) the air-filled pores increased image noise adjacent to roots and impeded accurate visualisation of root material. The root volume was most accurately segmented at field capacity.

Conclusions

Root volumes can be accurately segmented from μCT images of undisturbed soil without compromising the growth requirements of the plant providing soil moisture content is kept at field capacity. We propose all future studies in this area should consider the error associated with scanning at different soil moisture contents.  相似文献
