In renal transplant recipients, polyomavirus BK can reactivate resulting in graft nephropathy. Screening for BK virus replication may allow for earlier interventions with reduced allograft loss. The measurement of urinary cell BKV VP1 mRNA for identify viral replication levels at risk of developing nephropathy has been proposed. In this article, the development, optimization, and standardization of a Taqman real-time RT-PCR assay for the quantitation of BKV VP1 mRNA levels in urine is described. Subsequently, the method has been validated on urine specimens obtained from renal transplant recipients. The use of VP1 mRNA measurement as a marker for viral replication and a tool for noninvasive diagnosis of nephropathy should be regarded with great caution, given the potentially limited positive predictive value and the drawbacks associated with the complexity of the real-time RT-PCR assay requiring an expert well trained operator and the relatively poor cost-efficiency ratio.  相似文献

While BK virus (BKV) is frequently associated with pathological conditions in bone marrow and renal transplant recipients, BKV infection in neurological individuals has been rarely reported. As a result of a BKV, JCV, and SV40 large T antigen-specific multiplex PCR on 2,062 cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) samples from neurological patients suspicious of JCV infection, we identified 20 subjects with at least 1 CSF specimen positive for BKV large T antigen DNA. Because VP1 protein has been suggested to influence the biological/pathological properties of BKV, we tried to sequence the entire VP1 gene in the BKV-positive neurological patients and succeeded in 14 of the 20 neurological patients. To compare the VP1 sequence of the BKV neurological strains with that of non-neurotropic strains in other clinical situations, full-length VP1 DNA was sequenced in 15 renal and 6 bone marrow transplant recipients positive to BKV-viremia, and in 8 pregnant women as non-pathological controls. An increased (respectively, decreased) tendency for mutations in the BC loop (respectively, EF loop) was observed, and no mutations were detected in the CD, GH, and HI loops. Subtype I was predominant (93%) and compared to archetypal BKV (WW), amino acid substitutions were detected in 4/14 neurological patients, 10/15 renal transplant recipients, 3/6 bone marrow transplant patients, and in all the pregnant women. Each patient group had distinctive VP1 mutations, but these unique substitutions were not present in all patients of this group. However, molecular modeling simulations of the VP1 mutants predicted changes in protein surface properties which might affect the VP1-receptor interaction.  相似文献

Objective:  BK virus (BKV) may be associated with interstitial nephritis in renal transplant recipients and this can lead to irreversible chronic allograft dysfunction. Early diagnosis of BKV nephropathy determines its progress because no specific antiviral therapy exists. Urine cytology, detection of viral DNA in urine or blood and renal biopsy are the main diagnostic tools. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the use of urine cytology for diagnosis of BKV replication in renal graft recipients.
Patients and methods:  We studied 32 de novo renal transplant recipients prospectively with sequential urine samples for a period of 1 year. Thin-Prep methodology was used to prepare the slides. Cytology results were correlated with polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in urine and blood.
Results:  Decoy cells indicative of BKV infection were detected in 14 (7.3%) of the 190 urine samples derived from 11 recipients. In three cases with positive decoy cells, BK viraemia and viruria were simultaneously identified. In a further three cases, BKV active replication was confirmed in urine by both cytology and PCR.
Conclusions:  Urine cytology is an easy and rapid method of detecting decoy cells in cases where renal biopsy is not possible. However, the low incidence of detection of decoy cells in the present study, together with poor correlation with PCR results, questions its sensitivity and specificity in diagnosing BKV reactivation.  相似文献

Reactivation of the polyomavirus BK (BKV) causes polyomavirus nephropathy (PVN) in kidney transplant (KTx) recipients and may lead to loss of the renal allograft. We have identified two HLA-A*0201-restricted nine-amino-acid cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) epitopes of the BKV major capsid protein VP1, VP1(p44), and VP1(p108). Using tetramer staining assays, we showed that these epitopes were recognized by CTLs in 8 of 10 (VP1(p44)) and 5 of 10 (VP1(p108)) HLA-A*0201+ healthy individuals, while both epitopes elicited a CTL response in 10 of 10 KTx recipients with biopsy-proven PVN, although at variable levels. After in vitro stimulation with the respective peptides, CTLs directed against VP1(p44) were more abundant than against VP1(p108) in most healthy individuals, while the converse was true in KTx recipients with PVN, suggesting a shift in epitope immunodominance in the setting of active BKV infection. A strong CTL response in KTx recipients with PVN appeared to be associated with decreased BK viral load in blood and urine and low anti-BKV antibody titers, while a low or undetectable CTL response correlated with viral persistence and high anti-BKV antibody titers. These results suggest that this cellular immune response is present in most BKV-seropositive healthy individuals and plays an important role in the containment of BKV in KTx recipients with PVN. Interestingly, the BKV CTL epitopes bear striking homology with the recently described CTL epitopes of the other human polyomavirus JC (JCV), JCV VP1(p36) and VP1(p100). A high degree of epitope cross-recognition was present between BKV and corresponding JCV-specific CTLs, which indicates that the same population of cells is functionally effective against these two closely related viruses.  相似文献

Despite dramatic improvements in first-year patient and graft survival rates, chronic allograft dysfunction (CAD) remains the leading cause of late renal allograft loss, while current immunologic strategies have little effect on this condition. The renin–angiotensin system (RAS) plays an important role in progression of chronic renal disease. It was shown that plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) functions in the RAS. This study investigates the possible links between angiotensinogen (AGT M235T), angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) and PAI-1 genotypes with CAD. Assessments of polymorphism were performed in 127 renal allograft recipients (77 with CAD and 50 with normal renal function). Fifty healthy subjects were also considered for comparison. Genotypes were determined using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) sequence-specific primers and PCR followed by restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis. Kidney recipients with CAD had significantly higher frequencies of the TT than the recipients without CAD (P < 0.05). The transplant recipients with CAD also had significantly higher frequencies of the DD genotype than those without CAD (P < 0.05). No significant differences were observed between the allelic and genotypic distributions of PAI-1 polymorphisms. Therefore, determination of AGT M235T and ACE genotypes prior to transplantation may be useful to identify patients who are at risk for chronic renal transplant dysfunction.  相似文献

Transplant recipients are more susceptible to bacterial and viral infections. Cytomegalovirus (CMV), Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), and polyomavirus BK (BK) are risk factors for graft dysfunction. All three of them are latent viruses that can cause serious disease in immunocompromised patients. Mainly qualitative PCR tests are required for diagnosis and quantitative monitoring, which are used to follow the response to transplantation. We developed a multiplex real-time PCR (qPCR) method to detect these viruses during blood screenings of transplant recipients. We also validated analytical and clinical performance tests using the developed multiplex qPCR. The limit of detection (LOD) was 100, 125, and 183 copies/ml for CMV, EBV, and BK, respectively. These results had high linearity (R2 = 0.997) and reproducibility (CV range, 0.95–2.38%, 0.52–3.32%, and 0.31–2.45%, respectively). Among 183 samples, we detected 8 samples that were positive for CMV, while only 6 were positive for EBV, and 3 were positive for BK. Therefore, the viral infection prevalence in transplant candidates was 4.40% for CMV, 3.29% for EBV, and 1.64% for BK. This multiplex qPCR method should be used widely for diagnosing and monitoring latent viral infections in transplant recipients.  相似文献

A molecular study was conducted to investigate the prevalence of Hepatitis C virus genotypes in HCV infected population of Balochistan. Forty HCV seropositive samples belonging to seven different locations of Balochistan were collected from different health care centres. Qualitative analysis of these samples using PCR resulted in 28 positive samples. The PCR positive samples were subjected to genotyping using the method described by Ohno et al (J Clin Microbiol 35:201–202, 1997) with minor modifications. Genotyping of 28 samples revealed three different genotypes including 3a, 3b and 1a. The most prevalent genotype was 3a with rate of 50% followed by genotype 3b and 1a, respectively. Nine samples remained untyped, suggesting the need of further investigation of genotypes in this region. It has been proposed that sequencing of these samples may be helpful to unreveal these genotypes and further epidemiology of HCV genotypes. Further more, extensive and large scale studies are needed to understand the epidemiology of HCV genotypes, as no such study has been carried in this province.  相似文献

Four isolates of human papovaviruses (RF, GS, DW, and MG viruses) obtained from the urine specimens of renal allograft recipients in widely separated locations were compared with BK virus. Hemagglutination inhibition tests and plaque neutralization assays showed that all were antigenically related to BK virus. All isolates transformed baby hamster kidney cells, transformation being determined by the ability of the cells to plate in soft agar. Purified preparations of each isolate were iodinated with chloramine T and the polypeptide compositions were compared by electrophoresis of disrupted viruses in polyacrylamide gels containing sodium dodecyl sulfate. The gel patterns of all isolates were similar to that of BK virus. The tryptic digests of two major iodinated virion proteins, VP1 and VP3, were analyzed on an ion exchange column. The peptide patterns of GS, DW, and BK virus were identical; those of RF and MG virus closely resembled the patterns of the above three with only minor differences in some peptides. The results show that the four isolates and BK virus are antigenically closely related, have similar onocogenic potential, and are distinguishable from simian virus 40 and JC virus.  相似文献

BK polyomavirus (BKV) causes significant urinary tract pathogenesis in immunosuppressed individuals, including kidney and bone marrow transplant recipients. It is currently unclear whether BKV-neutralizing antibodies can moderate or prevent BKV disease. We developed reporter pseudoviruses based on seven divergent BKV isolates and performed neutralization assays on sera from healthy human subjects. The results demonstrate that BKV genotypes I, II, III, and IV are fully distinct serotypes. While nearly all healthy subjects had BKV genotype I-neutralizing antibodies, a majority of subjects did not detectably neutralize genotype III or IV. Surprisingly, BKV subgenotypes Ib1 and Ib2 can behave as fully distinct serotypes. This difference is governed by as few as two residues adjacent to the cellular glycan receptor-binding site on the virion surface. Serological analysis of mice given virus-like particle (VLP)-based BKV vaccines confirmed these findings. Mice administered a multivalent VLP vaccine showed high-titer serum antibody responses that potently cross-neutralized all tested BKV genotypes. Interestingly, each of the neutralization serotypes bound a distinct spectrum of cell surface receptors, suggesting a possible connection between escape from recognition by neutralizing antibodies and cellular attachment mechanisms. The finding implies that different BKV genotypes have different cellular tropisms and pathogenic potentials in vivo. Individuals who are infected with one BKV serotype may remain humorally vulnerable to other BKV serotypes after implementation of T cell immunosuppression. Thus, prevaccinating organ transplant recipients with a multivalent BKV VLP vaccine might reduce the risk of developing posttransplant BKV disease.  相似文献

目的:比较寡核苷酸芯片法、实时荧光PCR和测序法在对慢性乙肝患者病毒基因分型的比较和方法学评价。方法:对126例不同基因型的慢性乙肝患者的血清样本分别用寡核苷酸芯片法、实时荧光PCR法和测序法进行基因分型,并评价各种方法的临床表现、所需时间和检测成本。结果:寡核苷酸芯片法、实时荧光PCR分别能检测到1%和0.1%比例的基因型。在126例慢性乙肝患者的临床样本中,寡核苷酸芯片法、实时荧光PCR和测序法分别检测出41(33%)、41(33%)和45(36%)例为B型,76(60%)、76(60%)、81(64%)例为C型。寡核苷酸芯片法、实时荧光PCR均检出9例B、C混合基因型。在三种检测方法中实时荧光PCR是最快速和廉价的。结论:寡核苷酸芯片法、实时荧光PCR能检出B、C混合基因型,而测序法只能检测出样本的主导基因型。  相似文献

With an increased emphasis on genotyping of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in disease association studies, the genotyping platform of choice is constantly evolving. In addition, the development of more specific SNP assays and appropriate genotype validation applications is becoming increasingly critical to elucidate ambiguous genotypes. In this study, we have used SNP specific Locked Nucleic Acid (LNA) hybridization probes on a real-time PCR platform to genotype an association cohort and propose three criteria to address ambiguous genotypes. Based on the kinetic properties of PCR amplification, the three criteria address PCR amplification efficiency, the net fluorescent difference between maximal and minimal fluorescent signals and the beginning of the exponential growth phase of the reaction. Initially observed SNP allelic discrimination curves were confirmed by DNA sequencing (n = 50) and application of our three genotype criteria corroborated both sequencing and observed real-time PCR results. In addition, the tested Caucasian association cohort was in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium and observed allele frequencies were very similar to two independently tested Caucasian association cohorts for the same tested SNP. We present here a novel approach to effectively determine ambiguous genotypes generated from a real-time PCR platform. Application of our three novel criteria provides an easy to use semi-automated genotype confirmation protocol.  相似文献

Due to the variant functions that estrogens play in the regulation of reproduction, development of the mammary gland, growth and differentiation of cells, estrogen receptors and their genes are considered as a candidates for the markers of production and functional traits in farm animals, including cattle. In the earliest study, a 2853-bp bovine ER gene 5′-region was PCR amplified and sequenced. Moreover, for the first time, a polymorphism was described within 5′ region of the bovine ERα gene—A/G transition lying upstream at position 2591 from acceptor splice site +85, possibly within its promoter—which could be recognized with RFLP-BglI. In other study we are found second polymorphism—A/G transition at position 1213 from acceptor splice site +85, located in promoter for exon B. We have examined the specific mRNA expression of ERα in various genotypes using real-time RT-PCR. We used four animals from each genotype group—AG, GG for BglI and AA, AG for SnaBI—to analyse liver ERα expression at the level of Real-time PCR. Liver samples were taken from the 16 young Friesian bulls of the different ERα genotypes, slaughtered at the local abattoir. As shown by Real-Time PCR, on the livers of animals with different genotype ERα mRNA for BglI polymorphism we didn’t found variability, but for SnaBI we have found variability between AG and AA genotypes.  相似文献

BK polyomavirus (BKV or BKPyV) associated nephropathy affects up to 10% of kidney transplant recipients (KTRs). BKV isolates are categorized into four genotypes. It is currently unclear whether the four genotypes are also serotypes. To address this issue, we developed high-throughput serological assays based on antibody-mediated neutralization of BKV genotype I and IV reporter vectors (pseudoviruses). Neutralization-based testing of sera from mice immunized with BKV-I or BKV-IV virus-like particles (VLPs) or sera from naturally infected human subjects revealed that BKV-I specific serum antibodies are poorly neutralizing against BKV-IV and vice versa. The fact that BKV-I and BKV-IV are distinct serotypes was less evident in traditional VLP-based ELISAs. BKV-I and BKV-IV neutralization assays were used to examine BKV type-specific neutralizing antibody responses in KTRs at various time points after transplantation. At study entry, sera from 5% and 49% of KTRs showed no detectable neutralizing activity for BKV-I or BKV-IV neutralization, respectively. By one year after transplantation, all KTRs were neutralization seropositive for BKV-I, and 43% of the initially BKV-IV seronegative subjects showed evidence of acute seroconversion for BKV-IV neutralization. The results suggest a model in which BKV-IV-specific seroconversion reflects a de novo BKV-IV infection in KTRs who initially lack protective antibody responses capable of neutralizing genotype IV BKVs. If this model is correct, it suggests that pre-vaccinating prospective KTRs with a multivalent VLP-based vaccine against all BKV serotypes, or administration of BKV-neutralizing antibodies, might offer protection against graft loss or dysfunction due to BKV associated nephropathy.  相似文献

A polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis of a 587-bp region of the Cryptosporidium parvum 70-kDa heat shock protein (HSP70) gene was developed for the detection and discrimination of the two major genotypes of C. parvum, genotype 1 and genotype 2. Ten Cryptosporidium isolates from non-immunocompromised people were identified as genotypes 1 and 2 (five each) by DNA sequencing of the 587-bp PCR product. This distinction was also achieved with the combination of two endonucleases, HinfI and ScaI, which generated a specific pattern for each genotype. A thorough screening of published sequences showed that this combination of enzymes could also be used for the discrimination of other species/genotypes of Cryptosporidium, especially Cryptosporidium meleagridis and the 'dog' genotype of C. parvum, both of which are infectious in humans. The PCR, conducted on genotypes 1 and 2 of C. parvum, could detect one oocyst per reaction. This new and sensitive genotyping procedure should be of particular interest when applied to the monitoring of water resources in which low concentrations of parasites usually occur.  相似文献

A transgenic mouse model was used to identify an HLA-A*02-restricted epitope within the VP1 polypeptide of a human polyomavirus, BK virus (BKV), which is associated with polyomavirus-associated nephropathy in kidney transplant patients. Peptide stimulation of splenocytes from mice immunized with recombinant modified vaccinia virus Ankara expressing BKV VP1 resulted in expansion of cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) recognizing the sequence LLMWEAVTV corresponding to amino acid residues 108 to 116 (BKV VP1p108). These effector T-cell populations represented functional CTLs as assessed by cytotoxicity and cytokine production and were cross-reactive against antigen-presenting cells pulsed with a peptide corresponding to the previously described JC virus (JCV) VP1 homolog sequence ILMWEAVTL (JCV VP1p100) (I. J. Koralnik et al., J. Immunol. 168:499-504, 2002). A panel of 10 healthy HLA-A*02 human volunteers and two kidney transplant recipients were screened for T-cell immunity to this BK virus VP1 epitope by in vitro stimulation of their peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) with the BKV VP1p108 peptide, followed by tetramer labeling combined with simultaneous assays to detect intracellular cytokine production and degranulation. PBMC from 4/10 subjects harbored CTL populations that recognized both the BKV VP1p108 and the JCV VP1p100 peptides with comparable efficiencies as measured by tetramer binding, gamma interferon production, and degranulation. CTL responses to the JCV VP1p100 epitope have been associated with prolonged survival in progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy patients (R. A. Du Pasquier et al., Brain 127:1970-1978, 2004; I. J. Koralnik et al., J. Immunol. 168:499-504, 2002). Given that both human polyomaviruses are resident in a high proportion of healthy individuals and that coinfection occurs (W. A. Knowles et al., J. Med. Virol. 71:115-123, 2003), our findings suggest a reinterpretation of this protective T-cell immunity, suggesting that the same VP1 epitope is recognized in HLA-A*02 persons in response to either BK or JC virus infection.  相似文献

Infections from human polyomaviruses BK and JC (BKV and JCV) occur independently, but concomitant infections and the simultaneous persistence of both viruses have been observed in renal transplant recipients. Several studies have disclosed a correlation between BKV and interstitial nephritis in renal transplant recipients, and an association between JCV and some cases of nephropathy has recently been hypothesized. This article describes the development of a semiquantitative-nested polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay to simultaneously detect BKV and JCV viral load in urine and serum. The first-round amplification step uses primers that amplify a 385-bp DNA fragment from the “large T antigen” region of both viruses. Samples testing positive in the first step are then run in the second step. In the second-round amplification, different inner primers are used to separately quantify BKV-DNA and/or JCV-DNA. The assay offers several advantages including: (1) rapid submission of clinical samples to screening; (2) verification of the absence of Taq polymerase inhibitors with the use of an internal control; (3) a sensitivity threshold of 10 copies/reaction; and (4) assay running is less labor intensive, cheap, and easy to perform. The assay may be easily used to monitor viral loads versus baseline levels in urine and serum samples from renal transplant recipients to detect those at risk of BKV- or JCV-related nephropathy, and to monitor their response to immunosuppression reduction therapy if it occurs. Background

The diagnosis and management of BK virus (BKV) reactivation following renal transplantation continues to be a significant clinical problem. Following reactivation of latent virus, impaired cellular immunity enables sustained viral replication to occur in urothelial cells, which potentially leads to the development of BKV-associated nephropathy (BKVAN). Current guidelines recommend regular surveillance for BKV reactivation through the detection of infected urothelial cells in urine (decoy cells) or viral nucleic acid in urine or blood. However, these methods have variable sensitivity and cannot routinely distinguish between different viral subtypes. We therefore asked whether mass spectrometry might be able to overcome these limitations and provide an additional non-invasive technique for the surveillance of BKV and identification of recipients at increased risk of BKVAN.

Results

Here we describe a mass spectrometry (MS)-based method for the detection of BKV derived proteins directly isolated from clinical urine samples. Peptides detected by MS derived from Viral Protein 1 (VP1) allowed differentiation between subtypes I and IV. Using this approach, we observed an association between higher decoy cell numbers and the presence of the VP1 subtype Ib-2 in urine samples derived from a cohort of 20 renal transplant recipients, consistent with the hypothesis that certain viral subtypes may be associated with more severe BKVAN.

Conclusions

This is the first study to identify BK virus proteins in clinical samples by MS and that this approach makes it possible to distinguish between different viral subtypes. Further studies are required to establish whether this information could lead to stratification of patients at risk of BKVAN, facilitate distinction between BKVAN and acute rejection (AR), and ultimately improve patient treatment and outcomes.  相似文献

Human papillomaviruses (HPV) are epitheliotropic viruses, with some types suggested to be associated with skin cancer. In this study, swab samples collected from five different sites on the skin of renal transplant recipients, dialysis patients, and age- and sex-matched healthy controls were analyzed for HPV DNA by a newly designed PCR test. Most individuals were found to have asymptomatic HPV infections; more specifically, 94% of the renal transplant patients, 82% of the dialysis patients, and 80% of the healthy controls were positive for HPV DNA. The multiplicity of the HPVs detected was astounding: 20 previously described and 30 putatively new types were identified by cloning and sequencing of 33 samples from 13 individuals. These results demonstrate that normal human skin harbors an array of papillomaviruses, most of them previously unknown.  相似文献

Haemagglutination-inhibition (HAI) antibodies to BK virus, including BK-virus-specific IgM, were determined before and after renal transplantation in 20 patients, in 57 patients with malignant disease, and in 66 healthy controls, Before transplantation 11 of the renal transplant recipients were seronegative, but eight later serocconverted, two before and six after transplantation. Twenty of the patients with malignant disease and 22 controls were also seronegative. The geometric mean titre of BK HAI antibodies was significantly higher among transplanted patients (1/180) than among controls (1/90). BK-virus-specific IgM antibody was detected in seven renal transplant recipients, six patients with malignant disease, and 13 healthy controls. In transplant recipients BK-virus-specific IgM antibody usually persisted throughout the duration of the study, and studies on controls from whom second serum samples were available suggested that they too had persistent BK-virus-specific IgM responses. The geometric mean titre of BK-virus-specific IgM HAI antibody was significantly greater in post-transplantation sera (1/223) than in control sera (1/28). The specificity of the detection of BK-virus-specific IgM HAI antibody was confirmed by direct visualisation of antibody by immune electron microscopy. The persistence of BK-virus-specific IgM suggested that BK virus continued to provide an antigenic stimulus. Nevertheless, there was no obvious association between the serological findings and any clinical features, and prospective studies will be needed to elucidate any such association.  相似文献

P[8]b基因亚型是国内外新近发现的A组人轮状病毒(HRV)VP4基因的一种新亚型,本研究旨在建立有效鉴别HRV P[8]a和P[8]b基因亚型及P[4]和P[6]基因型的VP4基因打点杂交分型方法,并运用此方法对2009~2010年首都儿科研究所附属儿童医院门诊及住院腹泻患儿中P[8]b基因亚型HRV的流行情况及其G/P基因组合情况进行研究。通过对GenBank序列数据库可检索到的国内外HRV各种P基因型及亚型的VP4基因序列应用相关软件进行基因分析,在不同基因型别间核苷酸变异密集而相同P基因型内核苷酸高度保守的的位置设计各型别探针,并分别以本实验室上传GenBank的北京HRV地方株P[4]和P[6]基因型及P[8]a和P[8]b亚型的VP4基因作为相应型别探针的合成引物的设计模板及探针经PCR合成的合成模板,合成地高辛素标记的DNA探针。经测序验证所建立的VP4基因杂交分型方法结果可靠。对门诊88例(55%,88/160)及住院79例(70.5%,79/112)HRV腹泻患儿的P分型结果显示P[8]a亚型仍为主要型别,前者为96.6%(85/88),而后者为62.0%(49/79);P[8]b亚型在住院HRV感染腹泻患儿中占较高比例(27.9%,22/79),虽然其在门诊HRV感染患儿中也存在,但仅占2.3%(2/88);另外单纯P[4]基因型HRV感染仅在住院腹泻患儿中检测到1例(1.3%,1/79),而P[6]基因型在门诊及住院HRV感染腹泻患儿中均未检测到;本组标本中HRV P[8]b亚型主要与G9基因型组合。本研究表明G9P[8]b型HRV在北京腹泻儿童中有流行。  相似文献
