Synaptosomal membrane proteins solubilized with 8% CHAPS-8 M urea were analyzed with twodimensional electrophoresis (2DE). The membrane proteins were resolved up to 250 spots on a 2DE map, ranging in isoelectric points (pI) from 3.5 to 10.0 and molecular weights (MW) from 10 kDa to 200 kDa. Comparison of the mapped proteins of synaptosomal membranes with those of myelin and mitochondorial membranes revealed that synaptosomal membrane proteins were characteristic in the area of pI from 4.0 to 7.5 and MW from 20 kDa to 130 kDa, and that at least 30 spots were synaptosomal membrane-specific proteins. Most of these 30 proteins have not been previously described, named, and characterized Serial numbers (from SY1 to SY30) were assigned to the proteins on the map in order to investigate them systematically. A preliminary attempt to separate synaptosomal membrane proteins was carried out using a reversed-phase HPLC system. Several proteins could either be isolated or enriched. SY10 (pI 4.6; MW 56 kDa) was one of these proteins, and was of particular interest for its unusual behavior on the reversed-phase column, and for its binding to an immobilized protein A-gel.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to assess the protein profile of ovine seminal plasma using 2D-PAGE and verify if BSP A1/A2 are present in ovine seminal plasma. Seminal plasma was collected from three mature rams and pooled to eliminate individual differences. Seminal plasma samples were submitted to 2D-PAGE using 12% acrylamide gels. The image analysis software identified 21 protein spots on the air-dried gel, with molecular weight ranging from 15 to 115 kDa and pI 3.2 to 8.7. The most prominent spots were those <30 kDa. The most intensely stained spots were: 3 (18-19 kDa, pI 4.8-5.0), 5 (17-18 kDa, pI 5.0-5.2), 7 (15-16 kDa, pI 6.2-6.4), and 23 (105-108 kDa, pI 6.8-7.0). Three of these spots (spots 3, 5 and 7, respectively) accounted for 41.1% of the relative intensity of the spots of the gels, based on the intensity of the Comassie blue staining. Western blot analysis indicated that spots 3 and 5 were similar to BSP A1/A2 (16.5, pI 4.7-5.0 and 16 kDa, pI 4.9-5.2) identified in Manjunath's studies [Manjunath P, Sairam MR. Purification and biochimical characterization of three major acid proteins (BSP A1, BSP A2 and BSP A3) from bovine seminal plasma. Analysis by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and Western blotting of the atrial natriuretic factor (ANF) content of atrial granules revealed the presence of at least 15 immunoreactive spots whose molecular mass distribution ranged from 16.8 to 35 kDa and their pI values from 5.12 to 5.98. About 90% of the immunoreactive ANF material was contained within four spots (spot 1: 34.8 kDa, pI 5.67; spot 5: 16.8 kDa, pI 5.50; spot 6: 16.8 kDa, pI 5.67; spot 7: 16.8 kDa, pI 5.98). Investigation of the molecular nature of spot 1 indicated that it is a dimer of pro-ANF since it possesses the same immunoreactivity, the same charge, double its mass, and can be converted with dithiothreitol into a 16.8-kDa pro-ANF form. Alkaline phosphatase and protein kinase A treatments indicated that spots 5, 6, and 7 are probably not phosphorylated forms of pro-ANF. Carboxypeptide A and B treatments in conjunction with amino acid analysis suggested that spot 7 is ANF-(1-128); spot 6, the major one, ANF-(1-126); and spot 5, ANF-(1-123) or ANF-(1-124). Water deprivation or morphine injection, two maneuvers which are known to influence ANF secretion and atrial ANF content, failed to affect the molecular heterogeneity of pro-ANF except for spot 1. The formation of the dimer appeared to be time-dependent. These results emphasize the heterogeneity of the pro-ANF molecule stored in atrial granules. We suggest that this heterogeneity may be due, in part, to the action of some proteases, such as carboxypeptidase E or a tripeptidyl carboxyhydrolase.  相似文献

A protein that binds Concanavalin A (Con A) was detected on Western blots of Spiroplasma citri proteins. Its apparent molecular weight was 84000. It was localized in the plasma membrane. Affinity chromatography on Con A-agarose was used to isolate this protein. The glycosylation inhibitor, tunicamycin, inhibits S. citri growth and seems to block the glycosylation of the Con A-binding protein.  相似文献

通过对传统的双向电泳方法进行改进与优化,得到了一种适合于分析植物叶片蛋白质的双向电泳新方法。用改进后的方法对水稻不同时期成熟叶片蛋白质进行双向电泳分离,结果显示其稳定性和重复性好,分辨率较高,经考马斯亮蓝染色后可分辨出300多个蛋白质(肽)点。它们的等电点和分子量主要分布于p*4.1-8.2和10-100kDa之间,本还就实验过程中出现的一些技术问题进行了讨论。  相似文献

The products of the ras gene family are related proteins at a molecular weight of 21 kDa, designated p21. In the present study we used two-dimensional gel electrophoresis to compare p21 proteins from five different normal and malignant cell lines. Using a known protein (3H-labeled translation initiation factor [eIF-4D]) as a standard internal marker for isoelectric point (pI), we show that p21 proteins from various cells differ only slightly in molecular weight (21-24 kDa) but express a wide variety in charge (pI 4.8 to 7) that could only be detected by the use of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. p21 in NIH/3T3 cells was expressed as a single protein, which migrated at 21 kDa and pI 5.1. This peptide, which is probably the product of the normal cellular ras gene, was also detected in normal human lymphocytes. The synthesis of this peptide was not elevated in the transformed cells. However, transformation of NIH/3T3 fibroblasts and of human leukocytes was found to be associated with expression of qualitatively different forms of p21 peptides. Four additional p21-associated peptides of identical molecular weight (23 kDa), but multiple charge forms, were detected selectively in Kirsten murine sarcoma virus-transformed NIH/3T3 cells. Transformation of cells with Harvey murine sarcoma virus was found to be associated with prominent expression of two major pairs of p21-associated proteins, one at 21 kDa (pI, 5.2 and 5.3) and the other at 23 kDa (pI, 5.1 and 5.2). In HL-60 leukemic cells there was an additional, more acidic form (pI 5.0) of p21, which appeared to be absent or reduced in normal human lymphocytes. These results indicate that p21 from viral origin or cellular origin might be expressed in the cells in multiple charge forms. The capability to distinguish multiple forms of p21 and slight charge modifications associated with malignancy should call for the use of 2-D gel electrophoresis as an important tool in future studies involving p21 proteins.  相似文献

The cell-surface iodinatable proteins of Trypanosoma cruzi have been analyzed by two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis under equilibrium conditions. Antigenic polypeptides were characterized after immunoprecipitation and glycoproteins were identified by means of lectin-affinity chromatography. Two glycoproteins, with affinity for concanavalin A, were found to be common to both infective (trypomastigote) and non-infective (epimastigote) forms: protein 1 (90 kDa, pI 5.5-6.5) and protein 2 (80 kDa, pI 5.3-6.3). In epimastigotes a specific concanavalin-A-binding surface glycoprotein (70 kDa, pI 5.5) was identified. Trypomastigote forms, on the other hand, presented several specific iodinatable surface components: glycoproteins 3(85 kDa, pI 5.5), 4 (85 kDa, pI 5.0), 6 (100 kDa, pI 6.5), 7 (120 kDa, pI 6.3), 8 (68 kDa, pI 6.7) and several minor high-molecular-mass acid proteins, all containing glucose and/or mannose, and glycoprotein 5 (85 kDa, pI 6.3-7.5), containing N-acetyl-D-glucosamine (Tc-85). Proteins 1, 2 and 5 were the only ones which gave clear evidence of charge heterogeneity. Most of the surface proteins of trypomastigote forms, the exception being proteins 3, 4 and 8, were removed by treatment with trypsin. This proteolytic treatment results in 90% inhibition of the in vitro vertebrate-cell-invasion capacity of the parasites. Upon reincubation in culture medium for 4 h, the trypsin-removed glycoproteins are again detected, an observation that correlates well with the recovery of the cell-penetration capacity observed in the same period.  相似文献

Proteomics based on two-dimensional (2-D) gel electrophoresis of proteins followed by spot identification with mass spectrometry is a commonly used method for physiological studies. Physiological proteomics requires 2-D reference maps, on which most of the main proteins are identified. We present a reference map for the bacterial plant pathogen Agrobacterium tumefaciens proteins, which contains more than 300 entries with an isoelectric point (pI) between 4 and 7. The quantitative study of the proteins in the analytical window of the master gel demonstrated unique features, in comparison with other bacteria. In addition, a theoretical analysis of several protein parameters was performed and compared with the experimental results. A comparison of the theoretical molecular weight (MW) of the proteins and their theoretical pI with their vertical and horizontal migration distances, respectively, pointed out the existence of several proteins that strongly diverted from the graph trend-line. These proteins were clearly subjected to post-translational modifications, which changed their pI and/or MW. Additional support for post-translational modifications comes from the identification of multiple spots of the same gene products. Post-translational modifications appear to be more common than expected, at least for soluble proteins, as more than 10% of the proteins were associated with multiple spots.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to evaluate the low weight (10-30 kDa) protein profile of bovine seminal plasma using two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (2D-PAGE) and to determine if any of these proteins was associated with semen freezability. Seminal plasma was collected from 16 bulls of high or low semen freezability. Twelve protein spots were identified from the 2D gel (15%); six of these were present in all samples. Of the 12 proteins found, three spots, present in all samples, 3 (15-16 kDa), 5 (16-17 kDa), and 7 (10-12 kDa) had nonsignificant variation among bulls, regardless of their freezability classification. Four proteins were more abundant (P<0.05) in seminal plasma samples collected from bulls with high semen freezability than in samples of bulls with low semen freezability: the spots 3 (15-16 kDa, pI 4.7-5.2), 7 (11-12 kDa, pI 4.8-4.9), 11 (13-14 kDa, pI 4.0-4.5), and 23 (20-22 kDa, pI 4.8-5.2). On the other hand, spot 25 (25-26 kDa, pI 6.0-6.5) was more abundant (P<0.05) on seminal plasma samples from bulls with low semen freezability. The N-terminus sequence of protein 7 was identical to the acidic seminal fluid protein (aSFP). Protein 23 (after trypsin digestion) had structural similarity to bovine clusterin. We concluded that there were differences in the seminal plasma protein profile from bulls with low and high semen freezability; aSFP, clusterin, proteins 3 and 11 may be used as semen freezability markers; and protein 25 was related to low semen freezability.  相似文献

Summary After purifying plasma membranes from isolated maize sperm cells by aqueous polymer two-phase partition, peripheral and integral proteins were solubilized from the plasma membrane with Triton X-114 and separated in sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). Silver staining revealed 10 bands (19–68 kDa) of peripheral membrane proteins and about 40 bands (12–120 kDa) of integral proteins. Peroxidase-conjugated Con A was used to detect the surface glycopeptides. It was found that Con A particularly stained 8 peripheral polypeptide bands, including 68, 66, 55, 51,48, 44, 36, and 32 kDa, and 6 integral polypeptide bands, 68, 51, 48, 44, 38, and 34 kDa. These bands differed from those of somatic samples. Staining specificity was demonstrated by the control in the presence of competing inhibitory sugar. The above result indicates the existence of mannosyl and glucosyl residues in the surface glycoproteins of maize sperm cells. The prominent peripheral 68 kDa polypeptide was further separated into 4 spots by isoelectric focusing and sodium dodecyl sulfate two-dimensional (IEF-SDS 2-D) electrophoresis, showing pI values from 5.5 to 5.8. Three prominent glycopeptides (68, 48, and 32 kDa) were localized on the plasma membrane of maize sperm cells via the fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) technique. About 25% of sperm cells showed an intense positive reaction in each immunological labelling. Three synexin isotypes were identified in bovine liver or adrenal medullary tissues by immune blotting of one- or two-dimensional SDS gels and by two-dimensional tryptic peptide mapping of gel bands or spots. These isotypes were: alpha-synexin, mass 47 kDa, pI 6.9; beta-synexin, mass 47 kDa, pI 6.5; and mu-synexin, mass 51 kDa, pI 6.1. A non-secretory tissue, bovine skeletal muscle, was found to contain only mu-synexin. The absence of alpha- and beta-synexins in a non-secretory tissue suggests these proteins may perform specific roles in the process of exocytosis.  相似文献

Protein alterations during the development of the mouse brain were studied by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. A protein spot with a molecular weight (MW) of 68,000 and pI value of 5.6 was found in the brain of the 11th day of gestation. Between the 12th and the 14th day of gestation, spots with the same MW and lower pI values appeared progressively. Neuraminidase digestion converted the pI of these acidic spots to 5.6. Thus, increased sialylation appeared to occur during this period. This class of molecules became hardly detectable on the 15th day, and disappeared completely after the 16th day. Analogous spots were present in the heart, liver, and stomach of the embryos, although the increased sialylation was not observed in the liver. No adult organs so far examined showed these spots. On the other hand, two polypeptides (MW 55,000, pI 4.7, and 53,000, pI 4.6) appeared in the brain on the 13th day of gestation and persisted throughout the fetal period. After birth, they became hardly detectable. Furthermore, a spot (MW 48,000, pI 4.8) became newly detectable in the brain 4-5 weeks after the birth.  相似文献

Development of mating competency in Tetrahymena thermophila requires starvation for at least 70 min in low ionic strength buffer. Pair formation between conjugating cells is blocked at early stages by the lectin Concanavalin A (Con A). To investigate the role of Con A-binding proteins in this induced cellular change and pairing, and to confirm and extend an earlier study from our laboratory, a method was developed for preparation of Con A-binding proteins from ciliary membrane-rich fractions of T. thermophila. Con A-binding ciliary proteins were prepared from non-starved and starved cells from two wild type strains and a mating mutant, RH179E1. Comparison of these proteins by SDS-PAGE revealed on overall reduction in number of wild-type bands after starvation. In particular, a major band at 28 kDa was present in non-starved cells and absent in starved cells. However, in the mating mutant, no change in banding profile was seen after starvation: the 28 kDa band was present in both non-starved and starved cells. This, Con A-binding ciliary membrane proteins undergo a major change during starvation-induced development of mating competency in wild-type T. thermophila. In contrast, the mutant differed from wild-type in overall composition of its ciliary Con A-binding glycoproteins and in the response of these proteins to starvation, suggesting that it may be deficient in its ability to be initiated by starvation. Our results are consistent with the hypothesis that a change affecting ciliary membrane Con A-binding proteins is essential for the cellular response to mating signals.  相似文献

We applied two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE) to the total exoproteins secreted from pathogenic MRSA strains and identified major protein spots by N-terminal amino acid sequence analysis. In approximately 300 to 500 spots visualized on each gel, various exoproteins and cell-associated proteins were identified and their sites on the gels confirmed for construction of a reference map. Major exotoxins such as enterotoxins SEA, SEB, and SEC,, toxic shock syndrome toxin-1 (TSST-1), and hemolysins were distributed in the region of pI 6.8 to 8.1 and MW 21 to 35 kDa. Although the differences between calculated and observed values of pI and MW were relatively small in each exoprotein, those of several proteins including alpha-hemolysin and SEB were considerably deviated from the positions of the expected values. Some exoproteins were detected as multiple spots. These included beta-hemolysin, enterotoxins SEA, SEB, and SEC3, glutamic acid-specific endopeptidase, glycerophosphoryl diester phosphodiesterase and triacylglycerol lipase. The multiple spots of these exoproteins may be generated by the action of own proteases. Certain similarities of 2-DE patterns among strains belonging to the same coagulase types were observed. On the basis of 2-DE image analysis, coagulase type II strains secreted somewhat larger amounts of SEB and SEC3 as well as TSST-1 than the strains belonging to other coagulase types. Taken together, 2-DE analysis of exoproteins is applicable to epidemiological studies for MRSA, as compared with pulsed field gel electrophoresis of restricted chromosomal DNA.  相似文献

Tetrahymena thermophila cells were labeled with sulfosuccinimidyl 6-(biotinamido) hexanoate, a sensitive nonradioactive probe for cell surface proteins, and Western blots of axonemes and ciliary membrane vesicles were compared to cilia fractionated with Triton X-114 (TX-114) in order to study the orientation of ciliary membrane proteins. Greater than 40 ciliary surface polypeptides, from greater than 350 kDa to less than 20 kDa, were resolved. The major surface 50-60 kDa proteins are hydrophobic and partition into the TX-114 detergent phase. Two high molecular weight proteins, one of which is biotinylated, comigrate with the heavy chains of ciliary dynein, sediment at 14S in a sucrose gradient, and partition into the TX-114 aqueous phase. Fractions containing these high molecular weight proteins as well as fractions enriched in 88-kDa and 66-kDa polypeptides contain Mg(2+)-ATPase activities. Detergent-solubilized tubulins partition into the TX-114 aqueous phase, are not biotinylated, and must not be exposed to the ciliary surface. The detergent-insoluble axoneme and membrane fraction contains a 36-kDa polypeptide and a portion of the 50-kDa polypeptides that otherwise partition into the detergent phase. These polypeptides could not be solubilized by ATP or by NaCl extraction and appear to be associated with pieces of ciliary membrane tightly linked to the axoneme. The ciliary membrane polypeptides were also tested for Concanavalin A binding and at least sixteen Con A-binding polypeptides were resolved. Of the major Con A-binding polypeptides, three are hydrophobic and partition into the TX-114 detergent phase, three partition into the TX-114 aqueous phase, and four partition exclusively in the detergent-insoluble fraction, which contains axonemes and detergent-resistant membrane vesicles.  相似文献

Knowledge of host protein properties is critical for developing purification methods for recombinant proteins from a specific host, or for choosing suitable hosts and targeted expression tissues for a specific recombinant protein. A method to obtain a three-dimensional (3D) map (surface hydrophobicity (SH), isoelectric point (pI), and molecular weight (MW)), of a host's aqueous soluble protein properties was developed. The method consists of hydrophobic partitioning in a PEG 3350 (15.7%)-Na(2)SO(4) (8.9%)-NaCl (3%) aqueous two-phase (ATP) system followed by quantitative, 2D-electrophoretic characterization of the proteins of each equilibrium phase and the original extract. The pI and MW of host proteins were obtained directly through 2D electrophoresis. The partition coefficients of individual proteins were obtained by quantitative matching of protein spots in the top and bottom phase gels and calculating the protein partition coefficients from this information. Correlation of the partition coefficient to a SH scale was established by partitioning several model proteins with known surface hydrophobicities in the same ATP system. The inclusion of the extract gel provided for a spot selection criterion based on satisfactory mass balance closure. The method is illustrated by application to a mixture of model proteins and to complex mixtures, that is, corn germ proteins extracted at pH 7 and pH 4.  相似文献

To isolate high molecular weight (HMW) or low-abundance proteins we exploited the high resolving power provided by the molecular sieves of polyacrylamide gel matrices. Rice-leaf protein extracts were applied to a single well of an SDS-polyacrylamide gel with prestained molecular size markers at both ends. After electrophoresis, the gel was cut into 4 segments according to size, and each segment was ground in extraction buffer. The eluted proteins were separated from the gel matrix by centrifugation followed by acetone precipitation, and the precipitated proteins were subjected to SDS-PAGE and 2-DE. The SDS-PAGE-based prefractionation method provided non-overlapping discrete sample pools. About 27% more protein spots were detected in the fractionated samples than in the unfractionated samples, and 17% were enhanced. The improvement was especially prominent in the case of HMW proteins. Well-separated HMW proteins were analyzed by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry. The molecular masses of the identified proteins in the > 48 kDa gel segment were distributed between 50 and 112 kDa, thus validating this prefractionation method. Identified HMW proteins with similar mass but different pI were mostly isoforms. Thus SDS-PAGE-based size prefractionation provides improved separation and detection of HMW proteins.  相似文献

alpha 1-Microglobulin (alpha 1m) was determined by radio-immunoassay in the supernatants of five human hepatoma cell lines. High amounts of alpha 1m were produced by PLC/PRF/5, intermediate ones by Hep G2 and Hep 3B and very low ones by Malhavu and SK Hepl. alpha 1m isolated from hepatoma cell lines PLC/PRF/5 or Hep G2 supernatants displayed the same physicochemical properties as that purified from human urines: the apparent molecular mass was 26 kDa and the pI from 5.6 to 6.4 as measured after two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in denaturating conditions; for the native molecule the pI was estimated to be 4.0-4.9. Both urinary and hepatoma alpha 1m migrate as a diffuse band in the alpha zone in agarose gel at pH 8.6 in non-denaturing conditions and present a brown chromophore covalently associated with the molecule. After biosynthetic labelling with [35S]methionine, proteins extracted from hepatoma cell line PLC/PRF/5 and from isolated hepatocytes of human liver were separated by two-dimensional PAGE and transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane. alpha 1m was identified and found to be identical in both cases. However, when compared with the alpha 1m isolated from cell supernatants, less charge heterogeneity but also minor additional spots of higher molecular mass were observed.  相似文献

One of the problems encountered with two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (2D-PAGE) is the streaking of proteins so that individual spot identification is compromised. This study was conducted to determine whether a low loading dose (50 microg) of protein would permit resolution of more discrete protein spots using megapixel camera technology, and if so, to present a nomenclature for future comparisons of the identified proteins. If the major proteins could be identified in a 50-microg sample we aimed to determine whether they could be identified in the supernatant (seminal plasma plus extender) of cryopreserved semen. Two ejaculates were obtained from each of 6 bulls and bovine seminal plasma (BSP) protein concentration was standardized to 50 microg/10 microl. Isoelectric points (pI) and molecular weights (MWt) of BSP proteins were determined by measuring spot mobility on 2-D PAGE (15% polyacrylamide). Three distinct protein spot constellations (a,b,c) could be readily seen by the naked eye and a faintly stained constellation "d" was identified by the megapixel camera. The image analysis software located 6 protein spots in both constellation "a" (MWt 26 kDa; pI 4.2 to 4.8) and "b" ( MWt 27 kDa; pI 6.6 to 8.0). Constellation "c" contained 13 protein spots distributed in a right-angled triangle with its base towards the acidic end of the gel (MWt 14.7 to 18.8 kDa; pI 5.3 to 7.4). Only spots c(2), c(3), c(5), c(8), and c(13) were present in all 12 samples. Streaking can be eliminated by using 50 microg protein for 2-D PAGE, and the major protein spots are readily identified by megapixel camera technology. Protein spots c(3), c(5), c(13) and constellation "a" appear to correspond with Manjunath's proteins (BSP-A(1), -A(2); -A(3); -30 kDa). Killian's 2 low fertility proteins may lie in the "c" constellation, and 1 of the high fertility proteins may lie in the "b" constellation. The 3 major BSP proteins can be visualized in the supernatant of cryopreserved semen. We believe that the technique may prove useful for retrospective analysis of processed semen batches that achieve less than satisfactory results in the field.  相似文献

Tetrahymena thermophila cells were labeled with sulfosuccinimidyl 6-(biotinamido) hexanoate, a sensitive nonradioactive probe for cell surface proteins, and Western blots of axonemes and ciliary membrane vesicles were compared to cilia fractionated with Triton X-114 (TX-114) in order to study the orientation of ciliary membrane proteins. Greater than 40 ciliary surface polypeptides, from >350 kDa to <20 kDa, were resolved. The major surface 50–60 kDa proteins are hydrophobic and partition into the TX-114 detergent phase. Two high molecular weight proteins, one of which is biotinylated, comigrate with the heavy chains of ciliary dynein, sediment at 14S in a sucrose gradient, and partition into the TX-114 aqueous phase. Fractions containing these high molecular weight proteins as well as fractions enriched in 88-kDa and 66-kDa polypeptides contain Mg2+-ATPase activities. Detergent-solubilized tubulins partition into the TX-114 aqueous phase, are not biotinylated, and must not be exposed to the ciliary surface. The detergent-insoluble axoneme and membrane fraction contains a 36-kDa polypeptide and a portion of the 50-kDa polypeptides that otherwise partition into the detergent phase. These polypeptides could not be solubilized by ATP or by NaCl extraction and appear to be associated with pieces of ciliary membrane tightly linked to the axoneme. The ciliary membrane polypeptides were also tested for Concanavalin A binding and at least sixteen Con A-binding polypeptides were resolved. Of the major Con A-binding polypeptides, three are hydrophobic and partition into the TX-114 detergent phase, three partition into the TX-114 aqueous phase, and four partition exclusively in the detergent-insoluble fraction, which contains axonemes and detergent-resistant membrane vesicles.  相似文献
