白斑隐蛛在湖北省以成蛛和幼蛛混合群体越冬,全年可完成3代。3代平均发育历期:雌蛛分别为69.13d、71.80d和76.40d,雄蛛为67.30d、61.39d和69.45d。成蛛寿命一般70~90d,其寿命长短与温度呈负相关。发育起点温度、胚胎期为15.88℃;雌蛛全幼蛛期为13.71℃,雄蛛为14.51℃;全世代为13.69℃。有效积温、胚胎期为128.60日度;雌蛛的全幼蛛期为654.21日度,雄蛛全幼蛛期为655.87日度;全世代为818.67日度。抗高温能力较强,胚胎的最适温度是37℃;幼蛛期是35℃。25~30℃为产卵率最高温区。产卵袋最适温区是20℃~35℃之间,其中以30℃产卵袋数最多。产卵间隔在20℃~35℃温区内,与温度呈负相关。在15℃~35℃温区内,温度对卵袋含卵量影响不大,但超过35℃就显著减少。20℃~30℃为单雌产卵量最高温区,高温(35℃以上)可出现无效卵袋。在正常情况下,卵的孵化率达90%以上。  相似文献

在20—35℃温度范围内,随着温度升高黄褐新圆蛛发育历期逐渐缩短。其发育速率随温度增加的拐点约为25℃。雌蛛历期长于雄蛛历期,相差1—3天。发育历期随温度升高而缩短的极限值:雌蛛为24天,雄蛛为22天。幼蛛的死亡率随龄期的增长而逐渐减少。全代的发育起点温度为10.35℃,有效积温为738.19日度。 25—30℃为繁殖的最适温度。在该温度条件下,产卵袋致多、产卵总量多、孵化率也高。产的卵袋效与卵粒致总量成正比关系。  相似文献

本研究结果证明:(1)细毛水狼蛛(Pirata tenuisetae)的卵粒在15℃恒温条件下,不能孵化;(2)在20—32℃恒温条件下随着温度升高历期逐渐缩短;其中以25—30℃恒温条件下幼蛛的成活率较高。在同一温度梯度下雄蛛的历期均短于雌蛛;(3)在28—32℃恒温条件下产卵率为最高,产卵量最大,25—30℃时孵化率最高;(4)母蛛携带卵袋的时间随着温度的升高而缩短,在35℃条件下,有取食自产卵粒习性。  相似文献

纵条蝇狮Marpissa magister(Karsch,1879)在湖北省武汉市以幼蛛、亚成蛛和成蛛混合群体于11月下旬在杂草根下部越冬,翌年3月下旬至4月中旬出蜇活动.5月下旬至6月上旬越冬蜘蛛开始产卵,在该地区全年可发生1.5代.雌蛛1生可产2~4个卵袋,单雌平均产卵量为250粒左右,孵化率97%以上.该蛛生长发育的最适温区是25℃~35℃.  相似文献

食物和温度对猫卷叶蛛(Dictyna felis Boes.et Str.,1906)的产卵前期、卵袋形成数量、卵袋形成间隔、卵粒数和孵化率有较大影响。在4种不同食物中以喂摇蚊的产卵量为最高,喂粪蝇的次之,喂棉蚜的又次之,以喂豆蚜的最少;温度对产卵量影响是:以30℃恒温条件下产卵最高,依次是28℃、32℃,25℃、35℃、20℃和15℃。  相似文献

根据星豹蛛(Pardosa astribera Koch)在20℃、23℃、29℃、32℃和35℃6种恒温条件下的发育历期、幼蛛存活率、成蛛产卵率、产卵量和孵化率组建了星豹蛛在不同温度条件下的实验种群增长表,结果表明星豹蛛在所试验的6种恒温条件下其种群数量可保持上升趋势,其中以在29℃条件下种数量增长最快、繁殖1代种群数量对增加37.78倍;以在20℃的条件下种群数量增长最慢,繁殖1代其中种群数量可增加15.77倍。  相似文献

组建了棉铃虫在五种恒温条件下的种群生命表。分析结果表明,卵期孵化率在25℃中最高,在35℃中孵化率显著下降。在20°—35℃范围内,幼虫存活率变化不大;在15℃中幼虫死亡率显著增加,低温对幼虫存活的影响主要发生在4—6龄期间。在试验的温度范围内,蛹期存活率与温度呈直线相关。世代存活率以30℃中为最高,25℃中次之。在25°—30℃范围内,雌蛾平均产卵量最大,产卵率最高;15℃低温主要影响卵的形成,持续35℃高温主要影响成虫的产卵行为。在五种温度中的世代存活率和雌蛾平均产卵量均呈抛物线趋势。在试验温度范围内的种群增长指数可以用二次抛物线方程表示。计算结果表明,在15.05°—36.08℃范围内,棉铃虫种群世代数量都是上升的趋势,在最适温度下繁殖一代,种群的数量约增加350倍;在15.05℃或36.08℃中,种群世代数量基本保持稳定。  相似文献

研究了不同温度对家蝇(Musca domestica L.)广州种群繁殖力及卵黄蛋白发生的影响,旨在为利用家蝇广州种群大规模高效养殖提供技术支持。选同一天刚羽化的健康雌、雄蝇,分别置于20、24、28、32和36℃环境下单对饲养,重复6次。每天测定成虫日产卵量、卵孵化率及死亡数等,统计家蝇单雌产卵量、卵孵化率、成虫寿命、产卵前期和产卵期;同时自雌蝇羽化第一日起,连续15 d,每天每个温度处理下取雌蝇3头,采用间接酶联免疫(indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbentassay,ID-ELISA)法测定5种温度下雌蝇每日卵黄蛋白合成量及羽化后前15 d卵黄蛋白合成总量。结果表明,温度对家蝇成虫繁殖力影响显著。产卵量以24℃环境下最高(1 921.17粒/雌),24~28℃时产卵量显著下降。28℃时卵孵化率最高(93.48%),高或低于此温度,卵孵化率显著下降,当温度达36℃时,孵化率仅为60.78%。雌蝇在20~28℃范围内产卵期差异不显著,32℃及以上温度下,雌蝇产卵期显著缩短。产卵前期以20℃最长(9.83 d),28℃最短(3.00 d),高于28℃产卵前期又显著延长。雌、雄蝇寿命均随着温度升高而显著缩短。温度对广州种群雌蝇羽化后前15 d的卵黄蛋白合成影响显著,24℃下前15 d合成的总卵黄蛋白最高(1 683.15μg/雌),其次为28℃(1 591.95μg/雌),20℃最低(232.81μg/雌)。家蝇广州种群在24~28℃繁殖效率最高。  相似文献

Non-genetic parental effects may largely affect offspring phenotype, and such plasticity is potentially adaptive. Despite its potential importance, little is known about cross-generational effects of temperature, at least partly because parental effects were frequently considered a troublesome nuisance, rather than a target of experimental studies. We here investigate effects of parental, developmental and acclimation temperature on life-history traits in the butterfly Bicyclus anynana. Higher developmental temperatures reduced development times and egg size, increased egg number, but did not affect pupal mass. Between-generation temperature effects on larval time, pupal time, larval growth rate and egg size were qualitatively very similar to effects of developmental temperature, and additionally affected pupal mass but not egg number. Parental effects are important mediators of phenotypic plasticity in B. anynana, and partly yielded antagonistic effects on different components of fitness, which may constrain the evolution of cross-generational adaptive plasticity.  相似文献

1. Temperature-induced egg size variation and its effects on successive life stages in the carabid beetle Notiophilus biguttatus were examined.
2. In the laboratory, across temperature regimes, egg size and number were inversely related; number of eggs and total egg mass were higher, but egg size was smaller at high temperatures.
3. Food intake rate was shown not to be involved in the temperature effect on egg size.
4. Within the higher temperature regimes, among females, egg size was negatively correlated with number of eggs and with total egg mass.

利用柞蚕卵繁殖的松毛虫赤眼蜂的适宜冷贮虫期和温度   总被引:10,自引:1,他引:9  
我国普遍利用柞蚕Antheraea pernyi卵大量繁殖和释放赤眼蜂防治多种农林害虫。对赤眼蜂进行冷贮有助于其商品化生产、运输和释放应用。为了全面评价冷贮对柞蚕卵繁殖赤眼蜂的影响,作者采用柞蚕卵为寄主,以贮存温度(4℃、7℃、10℃和13℃)、贮存虫期(卵、幼虫、预蛹和蛹期)和贮存时间(2周、4周、6周和8周)为参试因子,研究了冷贮对松毛虫赤眼蜂Trichogramma dendrolimi羽化出蜂率、单卵出蜂数、单卵雌蜂比的影响。结果表明,3个因素均可单独或互作显著影响羽化出蜂率和单卵出蜂数,尤以贮存虫期的影响更为明显;但3个因素对单卵出蜂性比影响不大。综合各冷贮虫期对低温的反应,松毛虫赤眼蜂对10℃反应最敏感,各虫期羽化出蜂率和单卵出蜂数明显降低,不适宜长期冷贮;对7℃反应相对较不敏感,最适宜长期贮存。在适宜长期冷贮温度(4℃和7℃)条件下,适宜贮存虫期有所不同,4℃下为幼虫期和蛹期,7℃下为卵期和蛹期,在这些虫期和贮存温度条件组合下羽化出峰率和单卵出蜂数相对于其他虫期受冷贮的不利影响较小。从对羽化出蜂率的影响来看,于卵期7℃下冷贮为最适宜;从对单卵出蜂数的影响来看,于蛹期在4℃和7℃冷贮为适宜。  相似文献

为探明温度对贵州主要产虫茶昆虫紫斑谷螟Pyralis farinalis (Linnaeus)生长发育的影响, 本研究以白茶Litsea coreana为寄主植物, 分别设置5个恒温(19, 22, 25, 28和31℃)条件, 研究温度对紫斑谷螟卵、 幼虫、 蛹和未成熟期平均发育历期、 发育速率和存活率的影响, 计算各虫态发育起点温度和有效积温。 结果表明: 温度对紫斑谷螟各虫态发育历期、 发育速率和存活率影响显著。 在19 ~ 31℃范围内, 各虫态的平均发育历期均随温度的升高而缩短, 卵期、 幼虫期、 蛹期及未成熟期均在31℃达到最小值, 分别为4.56±0.24, 43.33±1.50, 7.89±0.20和55.78±1.69 d。 紫斑谷螟各虫态发育速率与温度呈二次回归关系, 且极显著相关。 此外, 温度显著影响各虫态存活率, 卵的存活率在28℃时最高, 为93%; 幼虫和蛹的存活率则在25℃最高, 分别为88%和93%; 温度过高或过低均不利于其生长发育。 由直接最优法计算得到紫斑谷螟卵期、 幼虫期、 蛹期及未成熟期的发育起点温度分别为13.30, 15.48, 13.19和14.82℃, 有效积温依次为88.36, 679.51, 159.73和952.04日·度。 这些结果为紫斑谷螟的繁殖提供了基础参考数据, 对指导虫茶生产有实用参考价值。  相似文献

在恒温 2 0 ,2 2 ,2 4,2 6,2 8和 3 0℃的实验条件下 ,利用黄粉甲TenebriomolitorL .做中间寄主繁育管氏肿腿蜂SclerodermaguaniXiaoetWu ,测定了其发育历期和寄生率等生物学参数。结果显示 ,在被测温度范围内 ,管氏肿腿蜂的发育速率与温度呈正比关系 ,即随着温度的升高 ,发育历期逐渐缩短。卵至羽化的发育起点温度为 1 3 60℃ ,有效积温为 3 2 0 0 7日·度。温度对管氏肿腿蜂的寄生率、寄生成功率、产卵量、子代蜂的数量和性比都有较显著影响。结合发育历期的结果 ,认为适于人工大量繁蜂的温度范围为 2 4~ 2 8℃ ,2 6℃为最适温度。  相似文献

We studied the allocation of total egg mass to size and number in the carabid beetle Notiophilus biguttatus F. at several temperature and day length regimes. Eggs increase in number and decrease in size with increasing (constant) temperature. Day length interacts with temperature: at short day the effect of temperature on size and number of eggs is weaker than at long day. In diurnally fluctuating temperature regimes, egg size is affected disproportionately by the high temperature period. All treatments, however, are similar in affecting number and size of eggs in an opposite direction. Consequently, egg size is explained to a high degree by egg production rate. The relationship between size and number of eggs among treatments is furthermore characterized by a decrease in egg size with an increase in total egg mass production. Within treatments, rate of egg production and egg size are negatively correlated among females in the low-temperature groups but not in the high-temperature groups; the correlations among females are also characterized by a decrease in egg size, with an increase in total egg mass production. Hence, possible trade-offs between size and number of eggs are masked by phenotypic variation in reproductive effort. The observations enable us to propose a simple conceptual model that explains the within-treatment correlation by the same causal factor as the negative relationship among treatment means.  相似文献

为探讨Hidryta sp.和Idris sp.对云南洱海周边拟环纹豹蛛Pardosa pseudoannulata(Boes.&Str.)和星豹蛛Pastvigera C.L.Koch卵孵化的影响,对具卵囊的拟环纹豹蛛和星豹蛛进行为期1年的野外采集和室内卵囊孵化观察,发现Hidryta sp.寄生蜘蛛卵囊后,每个卵囊内仅羽化出1只蜂,不再有幼蛛孵化出;而被Idris sp.寄生后每个卵囊羽化出一至数十只蜂,仍有幼蛛孵化出。比较未被寄生与被寄生蜘蛛卵囊的孵化量显示,拟环纹豹蛛未被寄生与被Idrissp.寄生后的孵化量间无显著差异(P〉0.05);星豹蛛未被寄生与被Idris sp.寄生后的孵化量问存在显著差异(P〈0.01)。比较单位个体孵化量显示,Hidrytasp.对拟环纹豹蛛卵孵化的影响程度大于Idris sp.;而Hidrytasp.对星豹蛛卵孵化的影响程度小于Idris sp.。  相似文献

Parallorhogas pyralophagus (Marsh) is the principal parasitoid of the Mexican rice borer [Eoreuma loftini (Dyar)], the primary pest of sugarcane in south Texas. Insect resistant transgenic sugarcane producing Galanthus nivalis agglutinin (GNA) was developed to improve control of E. loftini. The present laboratory study addressed whether over two consecutive generations transgenic sugarcane delivered via artificial diet has adverse host-mediated effects on P. pyralophagus life history parameters. The results of this study showed that a number of life history parameters were affected by transgenic sugarcane, whereas others were not affected, and that effects varied between generations. In the first generation, adult longevity was increased by approximately 2 d, and cocoon to adult and egg to adult developmental times were prolonged by approximately 1 d in parasitoids exposed to transgenic sugarcane, whereas effects were not evident on adult size; egg load; egg to cocoon developmental time; rates of gain of longevity and egg load with adult size; and egg, larval, and pupal mortality. However, in the second generation, adult longevity was reduced by approximately 3 d, adult size by approximately 5%, egg load by approximately 24%, and rate of gain of longevity with adult size by approximately 21%, whereas effects were not evident on the rate of gain of egg load with adult size. It was concluded that although GNA transgenic sugarcane, ingested via E. loftini tissues, was not acutely toxic to P. pyralophagus, the sublethal effects on life history parameters measured in this study must be considered in a broader context to determine their possible ecological significance.  相似文献

The effects of vaginal suppositories containing 1.0 mg of 15[S]15-methy-PGF2alpha on oviductal motility, egg transport, and fertility were determined in rabbits. Suppository treatment caused a significant increase (P less than 0.02) in the amplitude of oviductal contractions, and a decrease in the frequency of contractractions (P less than 0.04). Altered oviductal motility persisted for an average of 2 hr after treatment. Treatment with 1, 2, or 3 suppositories at various times after ovulation caused a significant reduction in the number of eggs located in the oviducts (P less than 0.025). There was, however, a great deal of variation in egg recovery in treated animals (range 0 to 100%). Treatment of mated rabbits during the time of tubal egg transport caused a significant reduction in the number of Day-12 implants (P less than 0.05). The percentage of corpora lutea represented by Day-12 implants was similar to egg recovery rates in animals similarly treated. The treatment had no effect on fetal survival from Day 12 to 28 of pregnancy. The decrease in fertility caused by these vaginal suppositories is presumably due to the stimulatory effect on oviductal motility which accelerates tubal transport of the embryos into the uterus. Embryos that arrive in the uterus prematurely probably do not implant and degenerate or are expelled.  相似文献

Intraspecific variation in egg size and hatching size, and the genetic and environmental trade‐offs that contribute to variation, are the basis of the evolution of life histories. The present study examined both univariate and multivariate temperature‐mediated plasticity of life‐history traits, as well as temperature‐mediated trade‐offs in egg size and clutch size, in two planktotrophic species of marine slipper limpets, Crepidula. Previous work with two species of Crepidula with large eggs and lecithotrophic development has shown a significant effect of temperature on egg size and hatching size. To further examine the effect of temperature on egg size in Crepidula, the effects of temperature on egg size and hatching size, as well as the possible trade‐offs with other the life‐history features, were examined for two planktotrophic species: Crepidula incurva and Crepidula cf. marginalis. Field‐collected juveniles were raised at 23 or 28 °C and egg size, hatching size, capsules/brood, eggs/capsule, time to hatch, interbrood interval, and final body weight were recorded. Consistent with results for the lecithotrophic Crepidula, egg size and hatching size decreased with temperature in the planktotrophic species. The affects of maternal identity and individual brood account for more than half of the intraspecific variation in egg size and hatching size. Temperature also showed a significant effect on reproductive rate, with time to hatch and interbrood interval both decreasing with increasing temperature. However, temperature had contrasting effects on the number of offspring. Crepidula cf. marginalis has significantly more eggs/capsule and therefore more eggs per brood at 28 °C compared to 23 °C, although capsules/brood did not vary with temperature. Crepidula incurva, on the other hand, produced significantly more capsules/brood and more eggs per brood at the lower temperature, whereas the number of eggs/capsule did not vary with temperature. The phenotypic variance–covariance matrix of life‐history variables showed a greater response to temperature in C. incurva than in C. cf. marginalis, and temperature induced trade‐offs between offspring size and number differ between the species. These differences suggest that temperature changes as a result of seasonal upwelling along the coast of Panama will effect the reproduction and evolution of life histories of these two co‐occurring species differently. © 2012 The Linnean Society of London, Biological Journal of the Linnean Society, 2012, ?? , ??–??.  相似文献
