棉田捕食性天敌群落动态研究 总被引:7,自引:10,他引:7
对安徽沿江棉田捕食性天敌群落动态进行了研究。结果表明,棉田捕食性天敌种类很多,共记录19种,主要优势种为龟纹瓢虫,草间小黑蛛,八斑球腹蛛,三突花蛛,小花蝽和三色长蝽,捕食性天敌数量丰富,但雨季较少,优势种中龟纹瓢虫,三突花蛛,小花蝽和三色长蝽主要分布于棉株上部和中部,草间小黑蛛和八斑球腹蛛主要分布于棉株中,下部,群落多样性在棉花生育期前期较高,7月上旬棉花蕾花期达最大值,此后不断下降,影响群落多样性的主要因子,在棉花生育前期(苗期至蕾花期)是物种丰富度,在棉花生育后期(花铃期至吐絮期)是均匀度。群落特征在8月中旬前棉花苗期至花铃期较为类似,以后群落优势种特征日益突出,群落变化显著。 相似文献

The apple snail Pomacea canaliculata is an invasive species and a serious pest of rice in many Asian countries. We studied predatory activities of various animals
living in Japanese freshwater habitats, by keeping each individual of a potential predator species with 36 snails of various
sizes for three days in the aquarium. Forty-six species were tested, and 26 in eight classes fed on small snails. A species
of leech, crabs, the common carp, turtles, the mallard duck and the Norway rat attacked even adult snails of 20–30 mm in shell
height. These findings will be helpful in identifying effective predators for biological control of the pest snail. In addition,
most of the animals attacking snails are reported to be common in rivers or ponds, but few live in modernized paddy fields
having little connections with natural water systems. This may be a reason why this snail maintains large populations in paddy

氮肥在增加粮食产量的同时也可能对整个农田生态系统产生负面影响。稻田过量施用氮肥后,会提高水稻对害虫的敏感性、改变害虫与天敌之间的关系,最终影响到天敌对害虫的自然控制功能,导致害虫大发生。为了合理、公正地评价施用氮肥对稻田节肢动物天敌对害虫自然控制能力的影响,探索性地应用笼罩的方法在菲律宾国际水稻研究所试验农场稻田中研究了害虫天敌在不同氮肥施用水平(0,100 kg N/hm~2和200 kg N/hm~2)稻田中对褐飞虱的捕食能力及自然控制作用。试验结果表明,旱季田间的捕食性天敌对褐飞虱若虫的捕食能力和主要天敌对褐飞虱种群的自然控制能力均随稻田氮肥施用量的增加而减弱。在雨季,虽然天敌对褐飞虱种群的自然控制能力也随稻田氮肥施用量的增加而减弱,但捕食性天敌对褐飞虱若虫捕食能力的差异不明显。本研究表明,天敌对褐飞虱自然控制能力的减弱是稻田过量施用氮肥后褐飞虱种群猖獗的主要原因之一。 相似文献

1. Density‐ and trait‐mediated indirect interactions (DMIIs and TMIIs, respectively) in food chains play crucial roles in community structure and processes. However, factors affecting the relative strength of these interactions are poorly understood, including in widespread and important freshwater rice ecosystems. 2. We studied the strength of DMIIs and TMIIs in a food chain involving a predator (the Reeve’s turtle Chinemys reevesii), its herbivorous prey (the apple snail Pomacea canaliculata) and a plant (rice Oryza sativa) in outdoor containers simulating rice fields. We also evaluated consumptive and non‐consumptive effects of the predator on the snail. We removed a fixed proportion of snails every 2 days to simulate prey consumption and introduced a caged turtle that was fed daily with snails to simulate non‐consumptive effects. 3. Direct consumptive effects increased growth of the remaining snails and their per capita feeding rate. Moreover, consumptive and non‐consumptive effects, and their interaction, affected the proportion of snails buried in the soil. This interaction was presumably because increasing food availability per snail induced their self‐burying behaviour. 4. Both DMIIs and TMIIs affected the number of rice plants remaining, whereas their interaction term was not significant. 5. In summary, density dependence and interactions between consumptive and non‐consumptive effects influenced snail growth and behaviour, respectively. However, no cascading effects of these complicated interactions on rice plants were detected. 相似文献

Abstract: We report here the first case of an efficient and specialized predator of the invasive ant species Wasmannia auropunctata : the army ant Neivamyrmex compressinodis . Our results are based on a study that we conducted in French Guiana, a part of the Wasmannia's native range. When N . compressinodis workers attacked W . auropunctata nests, the assaulted workers panicked and left the nests, some of them carrying brood. Nevertheless, during its raids on W . auropunctata , N . compressinodis was able to capture nearly all of the W . auropunctata brood and winged sexuals, whereas none of the attacks by N . compressinodis on other sympatric ant species were successful. Laboratory experiments revealed that the workers of eight compared sympatric species attacked the N . compressinodis individuals and that N . compressinodis workers accepted W . auropunctata brood as well as that of most of the tested species, showing that its specificity probably depends on the reaction of the W . auropunctata workers. 相似文献

农业生态系统中天敌多样性的保护和维持是当前生物多样性科学研究中的薄弱环节。作者对江苏通州市1970’s后期到1980’s前期和近年(2003~2004)棉田中捕食性节肢动物的多样性作了比较研究。调查表明,1970’s后期到1980’s前期,通州市棉田生态系统中常见的捕食性节肢动物的主要优势种维持在10余种。2003~2004年,在同一区域,采用相同的方法进行调查。结果表明,棉田的天敌物种多样性锐减,仅有龟纹瓢虫、草间小黑蛛等少数几类天敌。对棉田天敌的物种多样性锐减的原因作了初步的定性分析。 相似文献

Multiple predator-avoidance behaviours of the freshwater snail Physella heterostropha pomila: responses vary with risk 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
- 1 We examined the predator‐avoidance behaviour, exhibited in response to chemical cues, of two populations of the snail Physella heterostropha pomila. Snails were subjected to four treatments simulating different degrees of predation risk: control water (low risk), or water from tanks containing nonforaging crayfish (intermediate risk), crushed conspecifics (high risk) or crayfish consuming conspecifics (high risk). Data were analysed using three‐way ANOVA models (population × predator chemicals × injured conspecific chemicals).
- 2 Physella increased its avoidance behaviour as risk increased. Crayfish cue elicited a significantly greater response than from controls. Cues from injured conspecifics elicited the strongest response.
- 3 Physella exhibited several types of avoidance behaviour, including burial into the substratum, moving to the water surface, and crawling out of the water. The type of cue present influenced response type. Cues from crayfish reduced burial and increased movement to the water surface or out of the water. Cues from injured‐conspecifics significantly increased crawling completely out of the water.
- 4 The two populations differed in the type and degree of response exhibited. One population exhibited significantly greater ‘reactivity’ (i.e. any avoidance behaviour) in response to foraging crayfish, and more burial and crawl‐out behaviours were exhibited in high‐risk treatments.

捕食性天敌是害虫生物防治中的重要角色,如何精确评估捕食性天敌的捕食作用是生态学中尚待研究的问题之一。为探索柑橘园捕食性天敌对柑橘木虱Diaphorina citri的捕食作用,本研究根据柑橘木虱细胞色素氧化酶I(COI)的基因序列设计了PCR特异性引物,并应用DNA标记方法检测捕食性天敌对柑橘木虱的捕食作用。物种特异性检验结果发现:引物对A对柑橘木虱DNA扩增效果明显,对其他种类的害虫及其天敌不具有扩增作用。田间检测结果表明:在所检测的8类群20种捕食性天敌中,龟纹瓢虫Propylea japonica、斜纹猫蛛 Oxyopes sertatus、丽草蛉Chrysopa formosa对柑橘木虱具有明显的捕食作用,其阳性反应检出率分别达到58.06 %,57.89 %,48.00%。室内龟纹瓢虫对柑橘木虱的消化检测表明:龟纹瓢虫成虫取食1头柑橘木虱4龄若虫或成虫时,检测阳性率均随消化时间的延长而下降,其消化半衰期分别为4.93 h 和12.98 h。采用DNA标记技术探索捕食作用,为筛选柑橘木虱的优势天敌拓展了新的思路,也为进一步田间生物防治柑橘木虱奠定了基础。 相似文献

通过在果园地面种植牧草或花生、油菜等覆盖作物,改善了生态环境,为天敌种群提供了良好的栖息条件和充足猎物,促进天敌群落的早期发展,在4-6月份使树上天敌总量增加60%,地面捕食性天敌增加20倍以上,不仅使苹果蚜、螨高峰期推迟,并使高峰值分别降低39%和1倍以上,使前中期害虫得很好控制。良好的果园生态环境也可促 使周围农田生态系中的天敌因季节性变动向果园迁移,并通过不同生态系之间的运动,扩大天敌种群,达到控制中后期害虫的效果,对优势天敌因季节性变动向果园迁移,并通过不同生态之间的运动,扩大天敌种群,达到控制中后期害虫的效果,对优势天敌在果园生态系中的作用亦做了研究和评价,认为在天敌-害虫相互作用系统中,天敌群落的综合功能是最重要的,针对不同害虫,小花蝽、草蛉、六点蓟马、赤眼蜂等也具有各自的重要作用。通过天敌的人工操纵和补充释放技术以及选择性药剂的筛选运用,在地面覆草,增强天敌功能的基础上,建立起果园主要害虫的生态调控体系,每年可使苹果园比通常减少用农药40%-50%,使果园生态逐步形成良性循环。 相似文献

Water striders (Hemiptera: Gerridae) are predators found on the water surface that prey mainly on arthropods. The feeding on other organisms (dead vertebrates, fishes and tadpoles) is a rare event. To our knowledge, predation of frog eggs by water striders has not yet been reported. We observed that adult water striders, Gerris latiabdominis Miyamoto, 1958 (Hemiptera: Gerridae), preyed on the eggs of three frog species, Pelophylax nigromaculata Hallowell, 1861 (Anura: Ranidae), Rana japonica Boulenger, 1879 (Anura: Ranidae), and Rhacophorus schlegelii Günther, 1858 (Anura: Rhacophoridae). We found predation by the water striders affects the survival rate of frog eggs floating on the water surface. We suggest that this hunting event would occur in water bodies in which water striders and frogs coexist, especially the region where their phenology overlaps. 相似文献

Introductions of the harlequin ladybird Harmonia axyridis into Belgium for aphid biological control have been followed by declines in native aphid natural enemies. We first examined, in laboratory and field conditions, the impact of larval mobility of either H. axyridis or Episyrphus balteatus, the most abundant native hoverfly in central Europe, on aphid suppression. The hoverfly larvae consumed more aphids (Megoura viciae) in a short term, whereas the ladybird ones were more efficient in a long term. We second investigated the intraguild interactions between H. axyridis and E. balteatus larvae and adults. In larva pairings between the two species in laboratory microcosms containing aphid (M. viciae) infested broad bean (Vicia faba) plants, H. axyridis had an intraguild predation (IGP) advantage over the hoverfly. When conspecific larvae were paired together on aphid‐infested plants, no cannibalism between them was detected. The presence of either H. axyridis or E. balteatus larvae on aphid‐infested plants negatively influenced the ovipositional behaviour of H. axyridis and E. balteatus females; lower numbers of laid eggs were recorded compared to control treatment. Moreover, eggs laid by E. balteatus females were also dropped as victims of predation mainly by H. axyridis larvae. Our results suggest that while the exotic ladybird was more efficient in aphid biological control, larvae and eggs of the native hoverfly species face increased IGP by H. axyridis, which would contribute, as a consequence, to the decline in E. balteatus population following invasion. 相似文献

The corn earworm, Helicoverpa zea (Boddie) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) is a serious pest of many crops in North America, particularly sweet corn. The larvae of Coleomegilla maculata (DeGeer) (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) are the most frequently observed predators of H. zea eggs in sweet corn. Companion cropping strategies have been developed to augment densities of C. maculata in sweet corn plantings. In this study, the importance of predation by C. maculata larvae was evaluated in experiments when larval abundance was manipulated using hand removal and physical exclusion. In 2003 and 2004, sentinel H. zea eggs were exposed on corn for 48 h. Egg mortality was 13.8% greater in the treatment where C. maculata larvae were present. In 2004 and 2005 eggs were exposed on corn under the same hand removal and physical exclusion techniques and monitored at 3-h intervals for 24 h to directly observe predation on sentinel eggs. Coleomegilla maculata larvae were the most frequently observed predators of the eggs, accounting for 45.9% of 85 total observed predation events in the control. Whereas in the treatment where C. maculata larvae were reduced, egg survival was 26.13% greater and only 37 total predation events were observed. All pest eggs were eliminated from individual ears 22.1% more often when C. maculata larvae were present at natural densities indicating that predation by this predator stage lessens crop damage by H. zea. The results of this study suggest that C. maculata larvae are an irreplaceable source of natural mortality for H. zea eggs on sweet corn. 相似文献

研究结果表明,棉蚜的时间生态位宽度较小而空间生态位宽度较大,说明棉蚜种群的发生有高峰期明显和全株为害的特点.棉蚜的时动空间生态位宽度与种群密度无相关性,说明棉蚜的为害较复杂.捕食性天敌中草间小黑蛛和龟纹瓢虫的时空生态位宽度较大,说明它们发生期较长、分布范围较广.八斑球腹蛛和龟纹瓢虫与棉蚜的时间生态位重叠度较大,八斑球腹蛛和草间小黑蛛与棉蚜的空间生态位重量度较大.与棉蚜的时间×空间生态位重叠度,八斑球腹蛛>龟纹瓢虫>草间小黑蛛>其它天敌合计>三色长蝽>三突花蛛>小花蝽,这一结果同棉蚜与捕食性天敌数量的关联度大小排序相一致,表明捕食性天敌与棉蚜的时间同步和空间同线性与天敌的捕食作用密切相关. 相似文献

美国白蛾Hyphantria cunea(Drury)是国家林业和草原局的重点防控对象,也是我国重大外来林业检疫性有害生物.现阶段美国白蛾在我国的种群密度持续增加和扩散,缺乏有效天敌的控制应该是重要的原因之一.本文综述了国内、外美国白蛾的捕食性和寄生性天敌的种类.捕食性天敌主要包括昆虫、蜘蛛、两栖类和鸟类,整理出国外报道的捕食性天敌名录119种,国内捕食性天敌名录29种;寄生性天敌主要包括寄生蜂和寄生蝇类,整理出国外报道的寄生性天敌名录47种,国内寄生性天敌名录53种.本文回顾了我国在美国白蛾天敌利用方面取得的阶段成果,并针对将来天敌复合体的应用和原产地天敌的引进提出了展望. 相似文献
