脂肪肝超声图像定量分析研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
本文应用DFY-I型超声定量分析诊断仪,测定60例脂肪肝超声图像的分贝(dB)灰阶(GS)值,同时与60例的肝脏作比较。结果表明:脂肪组远场dB,GS值明显低于健康组,近场与远场的反差大于健康组,其它相关值亦有明显差异,本资料提示:“定量仪”对超声图像进行定量分析,对脂肪肝的诊断提供的可靠的依据。 相似文献

目的:自动增强与分析眼底图像血管改变的细微变化,使得视网膜动脉硬化的分级定量化、客观化及精确化。方法:1.对图像进行二维双正交小波正变换。2.对高频子带图像采用LLMMSE算法进行自适应滤波。3.对重构的低频子带图像LL1采用数学形态学的滚动球算法进行背景去除,然后进行对比度提升。4.图像重构。5.定量分析增强后的眼底图像在动静脉交叉(A-V)处的细微变化。结果:本文方法对均匀区的噪声抑制,保持边沿(管径基本不变)及增强各种细节都有良好的效果。眼底血管图像经快速增强后的定量分析结果表明具有显著性,可为视网膜动脉硬化各级的定量划分提供依据,临床意义显著。 相似文献

建立了运动目标图象自动分析MCELL应用软件和方法,并用于微血管中运动红细胞变形参数的定量分析。该图象处理主要特征功能包括压缩数字图象的灰度窗口设置,运动目标的抽取,形态相似性判决和运动目标的跟踪。同时给出运动图象处理的主要算式、动态曲线和应用结果。此外,还抽提和录取在微血管中红细胞快速运动情况下,所呈现拖鞋形的二值图象。研究结果证明红细胞具有可变性生理功能,这对于心脑血管的发病机理、早期病变的预测和有关药物疗效的研究有着十分重要的意义。 相似文献

In a retinal ischemic ex vivo model, we have reported protective effects of somatostatin (SRIF) receptor 2 (sst(2) ). As an ischemic condition not only causes cell death but also induces a vascular response, we asked whether vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is altered in this model and whether its expression, release or localization are affected by sst(2) activation. Ex vivo retinas of wild-type (WT) and sst(1) KO mice (which over-express sst(2) ) were incubated in ischemic conditions with SRIF, octreotide (OCT) or a VEGF trap. Ischemia in WT retinas caused increase of VEGF release and decrease of VEGF mRNA. Both effects were counteracted by SRIF or OCT. VEGF immunoreactivity was in retinal neurons and scarcely in vessels. Ischemia caused a significant shift of VEGF immunoreactivity from neurons to vessels. The increase of vascular VEGF was reduced in sst(1) KO retinas and in WT retinas treated with SRIF or OCT. VEGF trap also limited this increase, demonstrating that vascular VEGF was of extracellular origin. Together, the data show a VEGF response to ischemia, in which VEGF released by damaged neurons reaches the retinal capillaries. The activation of sst(2) protects neurons from ischemic damage, thereby limiting VEGF release and the VEGF response. 相似文献

Quantitative analysis of digitized IHC-stained tissue sections is increasingly used in research studies and clinical practice. Accurate quantification of IHC staining, however, is often complicated by conventional tissue counterstains caused by the color convolution of the IHC chromogen and the counterstain. To overcome this issue, we implemented a new counterstain, Acid Blue 129, which provides homogeneous tissue background staining. Furthermore, we combined this counterstaining technique with a simple, robust, fully automated image segmentation algorithm, which takes advantage of the high degree of color separation between the 3-amino-9-ethyl-carbazole (AEC) chromogen and the Acid Blue 129 counterstain. Rigorous validation of the automated technique against manual segmentation data, using Ki-67 IHC sections from rat C6 glioma and β-amyloid IHC sections from transgenic mice with amyloid precursor protein (APP) mutations, has shown the automated method to produce highly accurate results compared with ground truth estimates based on the manually segmented images. The synergistic combination of the novel tissue counterstaining and image segmentation techniques described in this study will allow for accurate, reproducible, and efficient quantitative IHC studies for a wide range of antibodies and tissues. 鼠单克隆抗体AA98是我室研制的一株新型抗肿瘤血管抗体,体内实验证明它可以抑制血管生成,抑制肿瘤生长。从分泌抗体AA98的杂交瘤细胞中提取总RNA,采用逆转录PCR(RT-PCR)分别扩增重链Fd及轻链κ,并进行序列测定。将Fd和κ链依次与噬菌粒pComb3H连接,构建pComb3H-AA98Fab表达载体。在大肠杆菌中表达了AA98Fab。免疫印迹表明该Fab片段识别分子量为100kD的蛋白,具有原抗体AA98的抗原特异性。AA98Fab是研究抗体AA98作用机理的工具,也为制备重组免疫毒素,尝试肿瘤血管靶向治疗实验打下了基础。 相似文献

Current flow‐based blood counting devices require expensive and centralized medical infrastructure and are not appropriate for field use. In this article we report a streamlined, easy‐to‐use method to count red blood cells (RBC), white blood cells (WBC), platelets (PLT) and 3‐part WBC differential through a cost‐effective and automated image‐based blood counting system. The approach consists of using a compact, custom‐built microscope with large field‐of‐view to record bright‐field and fluorescence images of samples that are diluted with a single, stable reagent mixture and counted using automatic algorithms. Sample collection utilizes volume‐controlled capillary tubes, which are then dropped into a premixed, shelf‐stable solution to stain and dilute in a single step. Sample measurement and analysis are fully automated, requiring no input from the user. Cost of the system is minimized through the use of custom‐designed motorized components. We compare the performance of our system, as operated by trained and untrained users, to the clinical gold standard on 120 adult blood samples, demonstrating agreement within Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments guidelines, with no statistical difference in performance among different operator groups. The system's cost‐effectiveness, automation and performance indicate that it can be successfully translated for use in low‐resource settings where central hematology laboratories are not accessible. 相似文献

Quantitative image analysis has been applied to the monitoring of cultures of a mammalian cell line on microcarriers. Procedures have been developed to investigate microcarrier colonization and cluster formation and to determine the eventual modification of cell size during cultivation using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) microphotography. The human kidney tumor cells (TCL 598) on which the procedures were tested underwent a slight size decrease during the development of the first cell layer on the microcarriers. The cluster size and the cell size remained constant during the culture stationary phase. 相似文献

The extracellular matrix plays a number of important roles, among them providing structural support and information to cellular structures such as blood vessels imbedded within it. As more complex organisms have evolved, the matrix ability to direct signalling towards the vasculature and remodel in response to signalling from the vasculature has assumed progressively greater importance.
