目的观察扶正活血祛瘀法治疗慢性足底溃疡的临床疗效。方法采用四妙勇安汤加减内服,红萝卜加马齿苋煎液浸泡外洗溃疡处,外敷呋喃西林纱布保护伤口的综合治疗方法。结果36例中治愈27例,占75.0%;好转6例,占16.7%;无效3例,占8.3%.姑论以扶正活血祛痰法内服为主,结合红萝卜加马齿苋煎液浸泡外洗与呋喃西林纱布外敷治疗慢性足底溃疡有较好的临床疗效.  相似文献

采用紫外可见分光光度法,以芦丁为参照品,以硝酸铝为显色剂,在510 nm波长处测定总黄酮的含量。结果显示四妙勇安汤加石斛、牛膝治疗心脑血管有效部位中的总黄酮平均含量为37.76%。研究结果表明该方法操作简单,重现性好,可用于的质量控制,适合用于四妙勇安汤加石斛、牛膝治疗心脑血管有效部位中总黄酮含量的测定。  相似文献

近 30年来 ,我院腹部手术后发生下肢深静脉血栓形成 6例 ,应用四妙勇安汤加减 ,取得满意效果 ,现报道如下。1 临床资料1 .1 一般资料  6例患者中 ,男 5例 ,女 1例 ;年龄 2 3~ 45岁 5例 ,61岁 1例。均为腹部手术 ,其中机械性肠梗阻 2例 ,胆囊切除、胆总管引流术 2例 ,胃大部分切除术 2例。下肢深静脉血栓形成均发生在手术后 1 0~ 1 4天 ,且均为单侧 ,其中右下肢 4例 ,左下肢 2例。临床症状及体征 :患者因手术后长期卧床 ,下肢不活动 ,出现患肢疼痛 ,体温在 38℃左右 ,患肢出现均匀性肿胀 ,但无明显凹陷 ,亦无红晕 ,平均患肢的周径增粗 4…  相似文献

摘要 目的:观察加味四妙勇安方辅助治疗系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)合并冠心病心绞痛的疗效及对脂代谢、炎症因子和血液流变学的影响。方法:选取2019年5月~2022年3月期间我院收治入院的97例SLE合并冠心病心绞痛患者。按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(48例)和实验组(49例)。对照组接受常规西医治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上接受加味四妙勇安方辅助治疗。对比两组治疗后的疗效、脂代谢指标、炎症因子、血液流变学、心功能及临床症状改善情况。结果:实验组的临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)高于对照组,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组全血黏度(WBV)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血浆粘度(PV)、血小板黏附率(PAR)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组左心室射血分数(LVEF)、心排血量(CO)高于对照组,心绞痛每次发作持续时间短于对照组,心绞痛发作次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味四妙勇安方辅助治疗SLE合并冠心病心绞痛,可减轻患者的心绞痛症状,有效改善脂代谢、炎症因子和血液流变学。  相似文献

目的:观察安血汤加减对剖宫产后恶露不绝的临床疗效。方法:将60例剖宫产后的产妇随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组采用西医常规治疗4-7天,治疗组采用安血汤和西医常规治疗4-7天,临床观察产后恶露不绝的情况。结果:治疗组的有效比率高于对照组。结论:安血汤对剖宫产后子宫复旧效果良好。  相似文献

目的探讨四妙汤配合臭氧治疗急性痛风性关节炎的效果。方法选取2017年3月~2018年10月我院收治的急性痛风性关节炎患者58例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各29例。对照组给予四妙汤治疗,研究组在四妙汤治疗基础上给予臭氧注射治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后关节活动受限、红肿、疼痛症状体征积分以及C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉、血尿酸水平。结果研究组临床总有效率为96.55%(28/29),明显高于对照组的82.76%(24/29)(χ~2=11.450,P0.05)。两组治疗后关节活动受限、红肿以及疼痛积分均低于治疗前(P0.05)。研究组治疗后关节活动受限、红肿以及疼痛积分均明显低于对照组(t=9.921、8.524、13.284,P0.05)。两组治疗后CRP、血沉、血尿酸水平较治疗前下降(P0.05)。研究组治疗后CRP与血沉水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.362、1.282,P0.05),但血尿酸水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=23.154,P0.05)。结论四妙汤配合臭氧治疗急性痛风性关节炎有助于缓解患者关节活动受限疼、红肿及疼痛的症状,可促进血尿酸排泄,临床效果显著。  相似文献

目的:探讨四妙散加味与秋水仙碱治疗湿热蕴结型痛风的临床疗效和安全性。方法:收集2015年内我院收治的湿热蕴结型痛风患者120例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为A组、B组及C组,每组各包含患者40例。A患者采用四妙散加味治疗,B组患者采用秋水仙碱治疗,C组患者采用四妙散加味联合秋水仙碱治疗。对三组的治疗效果、症状得分、治疗前后炎性因子水平及其他生化指标、不良反应及复发情况进行检测与比较。结果:A组总有效率及总显效率分别为92.5%及57.5%,C组为95.0%及65.0%,均显著高于B组的77.5%及35.0%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。三组治疗后症状得分均显著低于治疗前,实验室指标均较治疗前明显改善,差异显著(P0.05)。其中,C组血沉(ESR)及血尿酸水平(UA)变化幅度最大,较其他两组比较有显著差异(P0.05)。A组及C组不良反应发生率分别为5.0%及7.5%,显著低于B组的22.5%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。C组SF-36评分明显低于A组及B组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:四妙散加味联合秋水仙碱治疗湿热蕴结型痛风对比任何一种单药治疗疗效更佳,显著改善患者的生活质量,安全性更高。  相似文献

目的分析蝮蛇咬伤后局部组织坏死的原因,预防和治疗蛇伤性溃疡,降低致残率。方法 2003~2010年我院收治514例蝮蛇咬伤患者,对其中75例合并蛇伤性溃疡患者局部伤口的缚扎、血泡清除、切开排毒方法进行综合分析以及观察中药内服外敷的疗效。结果 514例蝮蛇咬伤患者中合并组织坏死75例,占14.59%;缚扎方法不当、过紧或时间过长,切开排毒,血泡处置不当均可引起或加重组织缺血和坏死;中药蛇伤解毒汤的内服与外敷可改善局部组织坏死。结论蝮蛇咬伤后的组织坏死原因复杂,正确的缚扎、血泡清除,不予切开排毒可降低组织坏死发生率;给予中药蛇伤解毒汤内服与外敷,对蛇伤溃疡有较好的疗效。  相似文献

目的:"观察以手法按摩穴位针罐配合中药内服外敷治疗肩周炎的临床方法及疗效。方法:2010年2月至2011年12月。门诊接诊80例患者,采用完全随机分组。进行复合处理对照治疗组,以手法按摩穴位针罐配合中药内服外敷治疗;对照组以非留体类抗炎药配合中药内服,外敷治疗,均治疗4周。结果:治疗组优良率78.10%,总有效率97.01%,对照组优良率45.04%,总有效率80.05%,经统计学处理两组总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.01),结论:通过手法按摩针罐配合中药内服外敷治疗肩周炎比非留体类抗炎药配合中药内服外敷治疗效果非常显著。  相似文献

Of 15 594 high school students (ages, 15 to 20) whose blood pressure was measured in a screening program, 350 (2.2%) has hypertensive readings (150 mm Hg or more systolic, or 95 mm Hg or more diastolic, or both). The mean blood pressure for the boys was 125.0 plus or minus 12.1/71.8 plus or minus 10.9 mm Hg, and for the girls, 119.8 plus or minus 10.2/72.3 plus or minus 9.2 mm Hg. The parents of the students with hypertensive readings were advised to send their children to a physician. By 6 months, of the 232 who were followed up, 156 (67.2%) has visited a physician and in 19 cases (12.2%) the physician had confirmed the hypertensive readings. Only one student, an asymptomatic 17-year-old boy whose hypertension had not previously been detected, was found to have secondary hypertension, which was relieved surgically. Of the 18 hypertensive students 4 are currently receiving antihypertensive medication and 8 continue to have their blood pressure monitored. The mean blood pressures recorded in the physicians'' offices averaged 23.7/11.1 mm Hg less than those recorded in the schools. One reason for this was that none of the physicians used pediatric cuffs, but these were required by 62.4% of the students at the screening. Hence, the intravascular blood pressure was probably underestimated in a number of cases in the physicians'' offices.  相似文献

We examined the effect of peptone yeast extract glucose broth (PYG), RPMI 1640 and Antibiotic Medium 3 (M3) on the in vitro susceptibility of clinical isolates (n = 200) of Aspergillus fumigatusto amphotericin B (AMB), itraconazole (ITZ) and voriconazole (VCZ). The MICs (mug/mL) of various antifungal agents (geometric mean plus/minus standard deviation) obtained in PYG, RPMI 1640 and M3, respectively, were as follows; AMB: 1.64 plus/minus 0.92, 0.42 plus/minus 0.21, 0.33 plus/minus 0.16; ITZ: 0.44 plus/minus 0.54, 0.40 plus/minus 0.65, 0.17 plus or minus 0.32; VCZ: 0.70 plus/minus 0.58, 0.29 plus/minus 0.22, 0.36 plus/minus 0.21. Pairwise comparisons of the MICs of AMB, ITZ and VCZ obtained in PYG, RPMI 1640 and M3 showed no significant differences except for AMB in PYG broth compared to those obtained in RPMI 1640 and M3 (p相似文献

Experimental intrauterine growth retardation was studied in sheep. Endometrial caruncles (anlagen of maternal cotyledon) were removed before pregnancy and at a second operation, catheters were implanted into the ewe and fetus at 105-135 days of pregnancy. Three groups of fetuses were defined: low birthweight-for-dates (small-caruncle), normal birthweight-for-dates (normal-sized-caruncle) from ewes which had endometrial caruncles removed and the controls. The mean placental weights in these groups were 139 plus or minus 5 g, 283 plus or minus 46 g, 334 plus or minus 22 g respectively. The brains, kidneys and adrenals of the small-caruncle-fetuses were significantly greater in proportion to body weight than in the controls and the appearance of ossification centres was delayed. Arterial oxygen tension was lower and packed cell volume higher in the small-caruncle-fetuses (PaO2 15 plus or minus 0.6 mmHg; packed cell volume 37.3 plus or minus 1.6%) and normal sized caruncles (PaO2 20.7 plus or minus 1.2 mmHg; packed cell volume 35.2 plus or minus 0.7%) than in the controls (PaO2 23.2 plus or minus 0.7 mmHg; packed cell volume 29.8 plus or minus 0.7%). Plasma concentrations of glucose (0.65 plus or minus 0.12 micromol/ml), lactate (0.9 plus or minus 0.1 micromol/ml) and pyruvate (0.08 plus or minus 0.025 micromol/ml) were lower in small-caruncle fetuses than in the control fetuses (glucose 1.05 plus or minus 0.06 micromol/ml, lactate 1.83 plus or minus 0.7 micromol/ml, pyruvate 0.21 plus or minus 0.06 micromol/ml). The corresponding values for the normal-sized-caruncle fetuses were glucose 0.71 plus or minus 0.12, lactate 1.18 plus or minus 0.7 and pyruvate 0.12 plus or minus 0.03 micromol/ml. The plasma concentration of alanine in the small-caruncle-fetuses (0.25 plus or minus 0.09 micromol/ml) was higher than in the normal-sized-caruncle (0.073 plus or minus 0.009 micromol/ml) or control fetuses (0.12 plus or minus 0.013 micromol/ml). The results indicate that fetal growth retardation due to restriction of placental growth after removal of endometrial caruncles is associated with chronic hypoxaemia, polycythaemia and hypoglycaemia. The restriction of nutrient supply probably accounts for the altered pattern of fetal growth but the relative importance of the changes observed remains uncertain.  相似文献

The regional distribution and frequency of pancreatic endocrine cells in the red-bellied frog, Bombina orientalis, were studied by the immunohistochemical peroxidase anti-peroxidase (PAP) method using five types of specific mammalian antisera to insulin, glucagon, somatostatin, bovine pancreatic polypeptide (PP) and secretin. The frequency was calculated as the mean number of each endocrine cell type/1,000 total cells (including exocrine and endocrine cells) using an automated image analysis process. The percentage of each immunoreactive (IR) cell species to the total IR cell population was also calculated. In the pancreas of the red-bellied frog, all five endocrine cell types were demonstrated. Insulin IR cells were located in the pancreas as single cells or islet-like clusters. The latter were localized in central regions. The insulin-IR cells showed a frequency of 65.40 plus/minus 14.56/1,000 cells. Glucagon IR cells were also detected as single cells or as clusters but in the case of clusters, two distributional patterns were detected - a central core type and a marginally distributed type. They showed an abundance of 32.70 plus/minus 7.32/1,000 cells. Somatostatin-IR cells were dispersed throughout the pancreatic parenchyma as single cells, three to four cells, or clusters. The clusters were located in the marginal regions. The somatostatin-IR cell frequency was 19.40 plus/minus 6.52/1000 cells. PP-IR cells were randomly distributed throughout the pancreatic parenchyma as single cells with a frequency of 14.70 plus/minus 4.92/1,000 cells. Secretin-IR cells were demonstrated as clusters or as single cells, and as clusters they occupied the central regions. They showed a frequency of 39.60 plus/minus 10.36/1,000 cells. This is the first report of the presence of secretin-IR cells in amphibian pancreatic endocrine cells. Overall, there were 37.20 plus/minus 6.84% insulin-, 21.90 plus/minus 5.55% glucagon-, 11.60 plus/minus 4.33% somatostatin-, 8.60 plus/minus 2.72% PP- and 23.40 plus/minus 4.45% secretin-IR cells.  相似文献

The enthalpies of hydrolysis of acyclic, monocyclic, and glycoside cyclic phosphate diesters have been measured by flow microcalorimetry using a phosphohydrolase isolated from Enterobacter aerogenes as catalyst. The values so obtained (kilocalories per mol) (at 25 degrees) for sodium salts are: diethyl phosphate, minus 1.8 plus or minus 0.5; ethylene phosphate, minus 6.4 plus or minus 0.2; trimethylene phosphate, minus 3.0 plus or minus 0.2; tetramethylene phosphate, minus 2.2 plus or minus 0.1; methyl beta-D-ribofuranoside cyclic 3:5-phosphate, minus 11.1 plus or minus 0.2; methyl alpha-D-glucopyranoside cyclic 4:6-phosphate, minus 6.3 plus or minus 0.1; and cyclic adenosine 3:5-monophosphate (5-ester bond), minus 11.1 plus or minus 0.4 (10-minus 3 M Mg-2+). The enthalpy of hydrolysis of the 3-ester bond of cyclic adenosine 3:5-monophosphate (10-minus 3 M Mg-2+) has been revised to minus 11.1 plus or minus 0.2 kcal/mol from the value of minus 13.2 plus or minus 0.4 kcal/mol reported previously (greengard, p., rudolph, s.a., and sturtevant, j. m. (1969) j. biol. Chem. 244, 4798). All these values pertain to the hydrolysis of singly charged diesters to form singly charged monoesters. The data for the acyclic and monocyclic phosphodiesters are in qualitative agreement with their hydrolytic reactivities. The enthalpies measured for the hydrolysis of the glycoside cyclic phosphates cannot now be explained on the basis of their structures or reactivities; perhaps a contribution to the enthalpies by solvation or a previously unrecognized geometric strain effect may be responsible for the large exothermic enthalpies of these cyclic phosphate diesters. Changes in the heat capacity, increment Cp, for some of the hydrolytic reactions were also measured.  相似文献

Transgenic plants overproducing indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) from expression of the Agrobacterium tumefaciens T-DNA IAA biosynthesis genes were used to study the conjugation of IAA. At the 11-node stage, free IAA, as well as ester- and amide-conjugated IAA, was analyzed in wild-type tobacco SR1 and in transgenic plants denoted 35S-iaaM/iaaH (line C) and 35S-iaaM x 35S-iaaH (line X). The transgenic plants contained increased levels of both free and conjugated IAA, and the main increase in IAA conjugates occurred in amide conjugates. Two amide conjugates were identified by fritfast atom bombardment liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry as indole-3-acetylaspartic acid (IAAsp) and indole-3-acetylglutamic acid (IAGlu), and one ester conjugate was identified as indole-3-acetylglucose. IAAsp and IAGlu were also identified as endogenous substances in wild-type plants. In wild-type plants, the percent of total IAA in the free form was significantly higher in young leaves (73 [plus or minus] 7%, SD) than in old leaves (36 [plus or minus] 8%), whereas there was no difference between young (73 [plus or minus] 8%) and old internodes (70 [plus or minus] 9%). In IAA-overproducing transformants, both free and conjugated IAA levels were increased, but the percent free IAA was maintained constant (57 [plus or minus] 10%) for both leaves and internodes, independent of the total IAA level or tissue age. These results suggest that synthesis or transport of IAA conjugates is regulated in the vegetative wild-type plant, and that different organs possess a unique balance between free and conjugated IAA. The IAA-overproducing plant, however, acquires a lower proportion of free IAA in the stem and younger leaves, presumably determined by a higher conjugation in those tissues compared with wild type.  相似文献

Two auxin-inducible glutathione S-transferase (GST, EC 2.5.1.18) isozymes from tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum, White Burley) were partially characterized. GST1-1 and GST2-1 are members of a recently identified new type of plant GST isozymes that we will here refer to as type III. Both enzymes were active, with 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene as a substrate, when expressed in bacteria as fusion proteins. The apparent Km for 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene was found to be 0.85 [plus or minus] 0.25 mM for GST1-1 and 0.20 [plus or minus] 0.15 mM for GST2-1. The apparent Km for glutathione was similar for both enzymes, 0.40 [plus or minus] 0.15 mM. The in vitro activity of both enzymes could be inhibited by the synthetic auxin 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid, with an apparent Ki of 80 [plus or minus] 40 [mu]M for GST1-1 and 200 [plus or minus] 100 [mu]M for GST2-1. The GST1-1 was also inhibited by structurally related substances, such as 2,4-dichlorobenzoic acid, with a roughly similar Ki. The nonchlorinated structures benzoic acid and phenoxyacetic acid did not inhibit. p-Chloroisobutyric acid, or clofibric acid, an auxin-transport inhibitor, was found to be an active inhibitor as well. The strongest inhibitor identified, however, was a phenylacetic acid derivative, ethacrynic acid, which showed an apparent Ki of 5 [plus or minus] 5 [mu]M for both enzymes. This substance is a known inducer as well as a substrate of specific mammalian GSTs. The results presented here indicate that the type III plant GSTs might be involved in the metabolism or transport of chlorinated substances that are structurally related to auxins. The possibility that auxins are endogenous ligands or substrates for GSTs is discussed.  相似文献

Intracellular Ca2+, K+, Cl-, and NO3- activities were measured with ion-selective microelectrodes in the liverwort Conocephalum conicum L. at rest, during dark/light changes, and in the course of action potentials triggered by light or electrical stimuli. The average free cytosolic Ca2+ concentration was 231 [plus or minus] 65 nM. We did not observe any light-dependent changes of the free cytosolic Ca2+ concentration as long as no action potential was triggered. During action potentials, on average a 2-fold increase of the free cytoplasmic Ca2+ concentration was recorded. Intracellular K+ activity was 76 [plus or minus] 10 mM. It did not depend on K+ concentration changes in the bath solution between 0.1 and 10 mM. The average equilibrium potential for K+ in the standard medium containing 1 mM K+ was -110 mV, which differed significantly from the resting potential of -151 [plus or minus] 2 mV. During action potentials, either a slight decrease or no changes in intracellular K+ activity were recorded. The average Cl- activity was 7.4 [plus or minus] 0.2 mM in the cytoplasm and 43.5 [plus or minus] 7 mM in the vacuole. The activities of NO3- were 0.63 [plus or minus] 0.05 mM in the cytoplasm and 3.0 [plus or minus] 0.3 mM in the vacuole. For both anions the vacuolar activity was 5 to 6 times higher than the cytoplasmic activity. After the light was switched off both the Cl- and the NO3- activity showed either no change or a slight increase. Illumination caused a gradual return to previous values or no change. During action potentials a slight decrease of intracellular Cl- activity was recorded. It was concluded that in Conocephalum, as in characean cells, chloride channels are involved in the depolarization phase of the action potentials. We discuss a model for the ion fluxes during an action potential in Conocephalum.  相似文献

P50 was calculated from a single measurement of pH, Po2, and So2 at a known temperature in 135 blood samples from 21 normal nonsmokers and eight patients. In the 92 blood samples with So2 between 20 and 90 per cent, the standard deviation of repeated calculated P50's on the same sample of blood at different So2 was plus or minus 1.0 Torr. Below So2 of 20 per cent and above So2 of 90 per cent, the standard deviations were plus or minus 5.5 and plus or minus 2.4 Torr, respectively. Combined measurement errors of plus or minus 1 Torr in Po2, plus or minus 1 percent in So2, plus or minus 0.01 in pH, and plus or minus 0.1 degree C in temperature are sufficient to explain the observed variation in calculated P50 in 90 per cent of 135 blood samples from 29 subjects and account for the greater observed variation at So2 less than 20 per cent and greater than 90 per cent.  相似文献
