目的:观察EXPASYL排龈膏法在不同牙龈指数(gingivalindex,GI)龈下牙体缺损充填修复中的排龈效果及远期疗效。方法:将152例(180颗牙)累及龈下的Ⅱ类洞按照不同GI分级原则,随机分为对照组、G1、G2 3组,对每组排龈临床效果及两年内充填体的脱落率进行对比分析。结果:不同牙龈指数的排龈效果及远期修复效果相同,差异无统计学意义。结论:GI指数≤2时,排龈效果及远期修复效果理想。  相似文献

楔状缺损为临床常见牙体病,多采用光固化树脂或玻璃离子体水门汀充填修复。楔状缺损为位于唇颊侧牙颈部的硬组织缺损,缺损部位多可达龈缘以下。充填修复的质量对牙及牙周的健康有重要的影响。近两年来我科应用排龈线在楔状缺损充填前进行排龈,使缺损部位充分暴露,充填效果满意。  相似文献

目的:探讨排龈线技术对牙体楔状缺损患者行充填修复术后发生悬突和炎症反应的预防作用。方法:选择我院收治的100例龈下牙体楔状缺损患者,根据治疗方式不同分为研究组和对照组。研究组采用排龈线技术对牙体楔状缺损排龈后以复合树脂充填,对照组对牙体楔状缺损常规处理后以复合树脂充填。观察并比较两组患者牙体楔状缺损的修复效果、悬突发生率,以及充填体颊侧龈沟液中天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)的水平变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者AST水平均较治疗前升高,但研究组AST水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);研究组充填体脱落率及边缘不密合率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);对患者随访1年,研究组悬突发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:排龈线技术可有效减少牙体楔状缺损患者牙周组织炎症反应,降低悬突的发生率,值得临床推广应用。  相似文献

目的:探讨双线排龈法在烤瓷冠修复牙体缺损中的临床应用效果,为临床提供参考。方法:选择2014年3月至2016年3月来我院拟行烤瓷冠修复的96例患者,按照患者入院顺序交替分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。观察组48例(56颗牙)采用双线排龈法,对照组48例(52颗牙)采用单线排龈法,观察和比较两组的排龈效果及随访24周的基牙与游离龈是否完全排开,龈沟宽度是否合适,牙体预备后肩台的边缘是否清晰、连续,印模肩台是否清晰、连续,有无气泡,模型是否清晰、光滑,牙龈有无渗血等。结果:观察组基牙与游离龈排开不全、印模肩台不清晰不连续或有气泡、模型不清晰不光滑、牙龈渗血的发生率均显著低于对照组(P0.05)。修复后24周,两组的修复体边缘隐蔽性比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),观察组0级牙数为52颗(92.9%),对照组0级牙数为41(80.8%),观察组的牙周组织情况明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:在前牙烤瓷冠修复中应用双线排龈法的排龈效果较单线排龈法更好。  相似文献

目的:用革兰染色和刚果红负染两种不同的染色方法对同一龈下菌斑样本进行分类计数,比较两种分类方法的优缺点,提出应用中的问题以及解决方法.方法:随机抽样采集40例牙周病患者的80个位点龈下菌斑,同一标本进行生理盐水涂片革兰染色和刚果红负染.光学显微镜油镜(15×100)镜检共计数200个细菌,包括5种不同形状细菌.采用SPSS 10.01统计软件,对数据进行分析.结果:两种染色分类方法计数统计结果为螺旋体、弯曲菌、梭形菌3种菌数值P>0.05无统计学意义,而球菌、杆菌2种菌数值经统计P<0.01有高度统计学意义.结论:刚果红负染简便易行,但龈下菌斑球菌、杆菌进行百分计数时,不适宜用刚果红负染法,应根据实验目的选择恰当的方法.  相似文献

牙周炎治疗过程中龈下菌斑的动态观察   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:5  
目的 通过对牙周炎治疗过程中龈下菌斑内螺旋体和球菌的百分比组成的改变进行动态观察研究,为牙周炎的诊断和疗效评价提供依据。方法 选择18 例经门诊确诊为成人牙周炎的患者,随机分为A、B、C 三组,均施以龈上洁治、龈下刮治和根面平整术。其中A 组和B 组分别给予艾利克及洗必太含漱液含漱。所有患者每周复诊一次,采集龈下菌斑,进行刚果红染色,镜检计数螺旋体及球菌的百分比,同时检测患处牙龈指数(GI) 。结果 A、B 组患者经治疗1 周后,GI值变化极为显著(P< 0.01) ,螺旋体的减少及球菌的增加也极具显著性(P< 0.01) ,至3 周时趋于稳定;C 组则在1 周时GI值及菌斑组成的变化有显著性(P< 0.05) ,至2 周时变化才最为明显(P< 0.01) ,4 周时趋于稳定。结论 牙周基础治疗能明显改善临床症状,使螺旋体百分比显著降低,球菌百分比显著增加。口腔含漱液作为一种牙周炎的辅助用药,可明显改善菌斑的组成,促进正常口腔卫生环境的建立。  相似文献

本文用2种非选择性培养基和12种选择性培养基对17名北京市成年牙周炎病人和9名健康对照者龈下及龈沟菌斑菌群进行了培养、分离和鉴定。结果,牙周炎患者龈下菌斑的菌群主要由专性厌氧的革兰氏阴性杆菌组成(60.8%),优势菌为牙龈拟杆菌等;而对照组的菌群主要由兼性厌氧的革兰氏阳性球菌组成(69.2%),优势菌为链球菌属等。这种菌群构成,两组样本存在显著性差异,对于我们认识牙周炎的病原及有关微生态学问题可能有重要意义。  相似文献

目的:探究两种全膝关节置换术胫骨假体旋转对线技术的临床应用效果。方法:A组均采用胫骨结节中内1/3线作为解剖标志,B组根据膝内翻程度,分别选择胫骨结节内侧缘至中内1/3线区间定位和胫骨结节中内1/3线作为解剖标志,观察对比临床应用效果。结果:术后经卡尺测量聚乙烯半月板垫片的旋转角度,B组0°~19°膝内翻改善效果明显优于A组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;两组20°以上膝内翻改善情况比较无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:胫骨结节内侧缘至中内1/3线区间定位对轻度和重度膝内翻患者的胫骨旋转定位效果较好,临床可进一步进行深入研究。  相似文献

目的 研究慢性牙周炎(CP)患者龈下菌群与病情及种植修复临床效果的相关性。方法 选择2019年5月至2020年5月在我院接受种植修复治疗的130例CP患者作为CP组,选择同期进行体检的100例牙周健康者作为对照组。检测两组对象龈下菌斑中口腔链球菌、口腔乳杆菌、伴放线放线杆菌(A.a)、牙龈卟啉单胞菌(P.g)、福赛坦菌(T.f)、中间普氏菌(P.i)的数量,龈沟液中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)的水平,随访种植修复后1年植体周炎的发生情况。结果 CP组患者龈下菌斑中A.a、P.g、T.f、P.i数量高于对照组(均P<0.05),口腔链球菌、口腔乳杆菌数量与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。CP组患者病情越重,龈下菌斑中A.a、P.g、T.f、P.i数量及龈沟液中TNF-α、IL-6、MMP9水平越高(均P<0.05)。CP组患者龈下菌斑中A.a、P.g、T.f、P.i数量与龈沟液中TNF-α、IL-6、MMP9水平呈正相关。CP组患者龈下菌斑中A.a、P.g、T.f、P.i数量大于等于中位数者种植修复后...  相似文献

Gingival tissue obtained from diphenylhydantoin-treated patients was cultured in the presence of [14C]proline for 24 h. The radioactive medium was removed and the tissue cultured for three days more. DNA, protein, hydroxyproline, proline and radioactivity determinations in the tissue indicated increased cellular proliferation, increased collagen contents and decreased breakdown of collagen in the affected tissues. The media were assayed for dialyzable and non-dialyzable hydroxyproline contents. It was found that the media in which diphenylhydantoin tissues were cultured contained more than twice as much non-dialyzable hydroxyproline than the controls. It was concluded that diphenylhydantoin brought about a reduction in collagen breakdown thus explaining the accumulation of hydroxylated collagen in the tissue.  相似文献

Spinal cord injury (SCI) induces the disruption of the blood-spinal cord barrier (BSCB) which leads to infiltration of blood cells, an inflammatory response, and neuronal cell death, resulting spinal cord secondary damage. Retinoic acid (RA) has a neuroprotective effect in both ischemic brain injury and SCI, however the relationship between BSCB disruption and RA in SCI is still unclear. In this study, we demonstrated that autophagy and ER stress are involved in the protective effect of RA on the BSCB. RA attenuated BSCB permeability and decreased the loss of tight junction (TJ) molecules such as P120, β-catenin, Occludin and Claudin5 after injury in vivo as well as in Brain Microvascular Endothelial Cells (BMECs). Moreover, RA administration improved functional recovery in the rat model of SCI. RA inhibited the expression of CHOP and caspase-12 by induction of autophagic flux. However, RA had no significant effect on protein expression of GRP78 and PDI. Furthermore, combining RA with the autophagy inhibitor chloroquine (CQ) partially abolished its protective effect on the BSCB via exacerbated ER stress and subsequent loss of tight junctions. Taken together, the neuroprotective role of RA in recovery from SCI is related to prevention of of BSCB disruption via the activation of autophagic flux and the inhibition of ER stress-induced cell apoptosis. These findings lay the groundwork for future translational studies of RA for CNS diseases, especially those related to BSCB disruption.  相似文献

神经元在体外的存活是衡量一种营养因子有无神经营养作用的重要指标之一。我们用人胚制备脊髓提取液,并用Centricon(Millipo-re)将粗提取液分成<10KD、10-30KD及>30KD三种组份,研究了粗提取液及这三种组份对体外培养中的脊髓神经元存活的影响,结果表明加粗提取液及<10KD的实验组比对照组活性要好,表现在线粒体中琥珀酸脱氢酶活性高(MTT法),神经元中NSE活性高(NSE-ELISA法)及细胞生长合成的总蛋白的量高等方面。但以<10KD组份对细胞的促活作用最强,与对照组相比有显著性差异。以上结果显示人胚脊髓中存在对脊髓神经元有促进存活的物质。  相似文献

12-Hydroxy-9-cis-methyl octadecenoate and its acetate are easily methoxybrominated.The main product of the reaction is a mixture in non equal properties of both possible methoxy bromides: the 10-bromo-9-methoxy isomer is always the most abundant (? 80%).Besides by-products usually found in such reactions (unreacted substrate — αβ dibromides from bromine addition), the crude reaction product contains supplementary components: the bromohydrines mixture and the 10-methoxy-9 β 12-epoxyde, and, only in the case of non acetylated substrate, the 10-bromo-9 · 12-epoxyde.During long storage, even in very mild conditions, the importance of these new by-products increases, while the proportion of bromoethers decreases.  相似文献

Humanin(HN)是近年来在人体内发现的内源性多肽,能够保护神经细胞免于各种阿尔采默病病相关因素诱导的凋亡,HN肽链第14位氨基酸被Gly取代的突变体[Gly14]-Humanin(HNG),神经保护活性比HN高近1 000倍。但由于HNG天然获取的途径有限,限制了对其功能的进一步研究。本课题组构建了HNG的表达质粒pET32a/HNG,并将其转化大肠杆菌BL21 trxB (DE3),诱导表达后HNG以可溶性融合蛋白的形式出现并用镍离子亲和层析纯化,纯化的融合蛋白用肠激酶切割后经反相层析得到纯化的HNG多肽(23 mg每1 L细菌培养液),重组HNG多肽的分子量经电喷雾电离质谱(ESI-MS)检测为2876.5道尔顿,其N末端8个氨基酸残基的序列经Edman降解法测定为A-M-M-A-P-R-G-F,均与理论值一致。神经细胞保护实验表明,重组HNG多肽的神经保护作用与天然的HNG相近  相似文献

在分析CHO C2 8细胞对培养基中氨基酸利用的基础上 ,对DMEM培养基进行初步优化。再采用统计学正交分析方法 ,在初步优化的DMEM培养基中添加胰岛素、转铁蛋白等促细胞生长因子 ,建立了一种适于CHO C2 8细胞持续用无血清培养基———CHO C2 8 SFM。经转瓶维持实验 ,在CHO C2 8 SFM中维持培养的细胞 ,其乙型肝炎表面抗原 (HBsAg)表达水平达到用含 5 %FBS培养液维持的 70 %~ 80 % ,但纯化收率提高 1 0 %以上 ,可用于大规模生产。  相似文献

由黄嘌呤和黄嘌呤氧化酶体系产生的超氧阴离子作用于心肌线粒体后,其膜脂双层内产生了脂类自由基。在一定时间内,脂类自由基与自旋捕捉剂形成的加合物的ESR信号强度随着孵育时间的增加而加强。1.0μmol/L硒代蛋氨酸(Se-Met)或2.3μmol/LmNa2SeO3可显著清除并抑制脂类自由基的产生。在的影响下,荧光探针DPH在膜脂双层中的荧光寿合和膜脂流动性发生了明显改变。一定浓度的Se-Met或Na2SeO3可明显拮抗的上述影响,前者的作用更为显著。  相似文献

Abstract: Binding of 1-[1-(2-[3H]thienyl)cyclohexyl]piperidine ([3H]TCP) to mouse brain and spinal cord membranes was studied using compounds selective for the NMDA-coupled 1-(1-phenylcyclohexyl)piperidine (PCP) and/or σ recognition sites. In both tissues, [3H]TCP labeled two populations of binding sites. Density of the low-affinity sites was approximately the same in both tissues, but the population of the high-affinity [3H]TCP sites was three times bigger in the brain than in the spinal cord. Self- and cross-displacement studies showed that the high-affinity [3H]TCP binding sites could be identical with NMDA receptor-coupled PCP sites, whereas the low-affinity [3H]TCP sites may be associated with σ binding sites in both tissues. The NMDA-coupled PCP sites labeled in the presence of 6.25 n M [3H]TCP constituted a much higher percentage of the total binding in the brain (75%) than in the spinal cord (44%). Consistent with this, reintroduction of glycine and glutamate significantly increased, but DA antagonists significantly inhibited [3H]TCP binding in the brain but not in the spinal cord. Together, these data suggest that a large component of [3H]TCP-labeled binding sites in the spinal cord may be associated with σ but not the NMDA receptor-coupled PCP sites.  相似文献

Abstract The influence of edge effect on ground-dwelling beetles (Coleoptera) across a forest-clearcut ecotone was studied in Wolong Natural Reserve, southwestern China. During the field research, a total of 30 739 beetles were collected with pitfall traps along transects, which extending 100 m from the edge into the forest interior and 100 m into the clearcut. Of the collection, Carabidae comprised 92%, Staphylinidae 3%, Curculionidae 2%, and Tenebrionidae 2%, and these four families can be considered as abundant groups. Family richness, Shannon diversity and equitability display a significant decrease from forest interior, edge to clearcut. Based on the family composition and abundance, ground-dwelling beetles of the forest interior can be separated from those in the clearcut by Principal coordinate analysis ordination, and beetle assemblages in the forest edge were more similar to forest assemblages than to those found in the clearcut by cluster analysis. Seasonal dynamics of family richness showed a monotone peak in the middle season, with a highest value in the forest interior and a lowest value in the clearcut. Family abundance showed two peaks in the middle season, always with more individuals in the clearcut than in the forest interior or in the edge. Multiple linear regression analyses showed that the cover of shrub and litter were the two most important factors in determining family richness, Shannon diversity, equitability and abundance. Our results show that the forest edge and clearcut have obviously different composition and diversity of ground-dwelling beetles from forest interior at the family level. However, more edges have been formed due to increasing forest fragmentation (clearcutting or logging), so it is necessary to preserve large and intact forest to protect the diversity of ground-dwelling beetles in Wolong Natural Reserve.  相似文献
