Dried leaves of Schefflera octophylla afforded a new sulphated triterpene glycoside. From spectroscopic data and chemical transformations the structure of the new constituent was determined as 3-epi-betulinic acid 3-O-sulphate 28-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----4)-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1----6)]-beta-D-glucopyranoside.  相似文献

A new triterpene and its glycosides were isolated from the bark of Schefflera octophylla together with asiatic acid and asiaticoside. Based on spectroscopic data, especially 2DNMR, and chemical transformations the structures of the new compounds were determined as 3 alpha-hydroxy-urs-12-ene-23,28-dioic acid and 3 alpha-hydroxy-urs-12-ene-23,28-dioic acid 28-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1----4)-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1----6)]-beta-D-glucopyranoside. For the first time asiaticoside was isolated from a plant other than Centella asiatica.  相似文献

Four new oleanane triterpenoid saponins named triplosides D-G were isolated from the roots of Triplostegia grandiflora. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical degradation and spectral evidence. The saponins investigated were: oleanolic acid 3-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1----4)-beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1----3)-beta-D- xylopyranosyl(1----4)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----3)-beta-D- xylopyranosyl(1----3)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----2)-beta-D-xylopyranos ide, oleanolic acid 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1----6)-[beta-D- xylopyranosyl(1----4)]-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1----3)-beta-D- xylopyranosyl(1----4)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----3)-beta-D- xylopyranosyl(1----3)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----2)-beta-D-xylopyranos ide, oleanolic acid 3-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1----3)-beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1----4)- alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----3)-beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1----3)-alpha-L- rhamnopyranosyl(1----2)-beta-D-xylopyranoside and oleanolic acid 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----3)-beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1---3)-alpha-L- rhamnopyranosyl(1----2)-beta-D-xylopyranoside, respectively. In addition to 3-epi-betulinic acid, three triterpene glycosides were isolated from leaves of Schefflera octophylla. The structures of the glycosides have been determined as 28-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----4)-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1----6)-be ta-D- glucopyranosides of 3 alpha-hydroxy-lup-20(29)-ene-23,28-dioic acid, 3 alpha,11 alpha- dihydroxy-lup20(29)-ene-23,28-dioic acid and 3-epi-betulinic acid by spectroscopic data and chemical transformations. The last two compounds were found for the first time in the plant kingdom.  相似文献

Two new triterpenoidal saponins, butyrosides A and B, were isolated from the seeds of Madhuca butyracea, along with two known saponins, Mi-saponin A and 16 alpha-hydroxy Mi-saponin A. On the basis of chemical and spectroscopic evidence, the structures of butyrosides A and B were established to be 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl protobassic acid 28-O-beta-D-apiofuranosyl(1----3)-beta-D-xylopyranosyl (----4)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside and 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl 16 alpha-hydroxy protobassic acid 28-O-beta-D-apiofuranosyl(1----3)-beta-D-xylopyranosyl (1----4)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside , respectively.  相似文献

Four steroidal saponins were isolated from the dried rhizomes of Smilax menispermoidea. One of them is new and its structure was established as (25S)spirost-5-en-3 beta,17 alpha-triol-3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----2)] [alhpa-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----4)]-beta-D-glucopyranoside using spectrometry and chemical methods, as well as comparison with three known steroidal saponins, dioscin, methyl protodioscin and pseudoprotodioscin.  相似文献

In addition to four known glycosides, icariin, epimedin B, epimedosides A and E, two new glycosides of a flavonol with a gamma,gamma-dimethylallyl group were isolated from the underground parts of Vancouveria hexandra. A new phosphonoglycosphingolipid containing two 2-aminoethylphosphonate residues was isolated from the skin of Aplysia kurodai, a marine gastropod, using two systems of silicic acid chromatography. By methanolysis, permethylation, mild acid hydrolysis and hydrogen fluoride treatment combined with thin layer chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, the new phosphonoglycosphingolipid was shown to be 3-O-MeGal (1----3) GalNAc (1----3) [6'-O-(2-aminoethylphosphonyl) Gal (1----2)] [2-aminoethylphosphonyl (----6)] Gal (1----4) Glc (1----1) ceramide. Most of the fatty acid (90 per cent) was palmitic acid. Octadeca-4-sphingenine and anteiso-nonadeca-4-sphingenine were the major sphingosine bases of the new glycolipid.  相似文献

From Sophora subprostrata Radix, the roots of Sophora subprostrata, six triterpenoidal saponins having soyasapogenol A, B, sophoradiol and kuzusapogenol A as aglycones, were isolated as their methyl esters. Oligosaccharides were cleaved by base-borohydride from an I, H and Lea active ovarian cyst glycoprotein and purified by Bio-Gel P-6 and paper chromatography. The structures of five oligosaccharides, determined by compositional analyses, quantitative periodate oxidation, chronic acid oxidation, methylation analyses and enzymatic degradations, were as follows: oligosaccharide I, beta DGal1----3DGalNAc-ol; II, beta DGal1----4 beta DGlcNAc1----6(beta DGal1----3)DGalNAc-ol; III, alpha LFuc1----2 beta DGal1----4 beta DGlcNAc1----6(beta DGal1----3)DGalNAc-ol; IV, beta DGal1----3(alpha LFuc1----4)beta DGlcNAc1----3beta DGal1----4 beta DGlcNAc1----6(beta DGal1----3)DGal1NAcol; and V, beta DGal1----3(alpha LFuc1----4)beta DGlcNAc1----3 beta DGal1----4 beta DGlcNAc1----6[beta DGal1----3(alpha LFuc1----4)beta DGlcNAc1----3 beta DGal1----3 beta DGal1----3]DGalNAc-ol. Of the oligosaccharides 60% had a molecular size of a decasaccharide or smaller, the tetra- and pentasaccharides II and III predominating. Oligosaccharides I through IV have been previously isolated from several glycoproteins by other laboratories; the decasaccharide, V, is a new structure.  相似文献

The synthesis is reported of 3-aminopropyl 4-O-(4-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-2-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-beta-D- galactopyranosyl)-beta-L-rhamnopyranoside 3'-(glycer-2-yl sodium phosphate) (25 beta), which represents the repeating unit of the capsular polysaccharide of Streptococcus pneumoniae type 23F (American type 23) [(----4)-beta-D-Glcp-(1----4)-[Glycerol-(2-P----3)] [alpha-L- Rhap-(1----2)]-beta-D-Galp-(1----4)-beta-L-Rhap-(1----)n). 2,4,6-Tri-O-acetyl-3-O-allyl-alpha-D-galactopyranosyl trichloroacetimidate (5) was coupled with ethyl 2,3-di-O-benzyl-1-thio-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside (6). Deacetylation of the resulting disaccharide derivative, followed by benzylidenation, and condensation with 2,3,4-trio-O-acetyl-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl trichloroacetimidate (10) afforded ethyl 4-O-[3-O-allyl-4,6-O-benzylidene-2-O-(2,3,4-trio-O-acetyl- alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl)-beta-D-galactopyranosyl]-2,3-di-O-benzyl-1-thio - alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside (11). Deacetylation of 11, followed by benzylation, selective benzylidene ring-opening, and coupling with 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-alpha-D-glucopyranosyl trichloroacetimidate (15) gave ethyl 4-O-[3-O-allyl-6-O-benzyl-4-O-(2,3,4,6- tetra-O-acetyl-beta-D-glucopyranosyl)-2-O-(2,3,4-tri-O-benzyl-alpha-L- rhamnopyranosyl)-beta-D-galactopyranosyl]-2,3-di-O-benzyl-1-thio-alpha-L - rhamnopyranoside (16). Deacetylation of 16 followed by benzylation, deallylation, and acetylation yielded ethyl 4-O-[3-O-acetyl-6-O-benzyl-4-O-(2,3,4,6-tetra-O-benzyl-beta-D-glucopy ran osyl)- 2-O-(2,3,4-tri-O-benzyl-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl)-beta-D-galactopyranosyl ]-2,3- di-O-benzyl-1-thio-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside (20). The glycosyl bromide derived from 20, when coupled with 3-benzyloxycarbonylamino-1-propanol, gave the beta-glycoside (21 beta) as the major product. Deacetylation of 21 beta followed by condensation with 1,3-di-O-benzylglycerol 2-(triethylammonium phosphonate) (27), oxidation, and deprotection, afforded 25 beta.  相似文献

A detailed phytochemical study on the 70% aqueous ethanol extract of stems of Akebia trifoliata (Thunb.) Koidz. var. australis (Diels) Rehd led to isolation of five compounds, together with 12 known triterpenoid saponins and three known phenylethanoid glycosides. The structures of the five compounds were elucidated on the basis of analysis of spectroscopic data and physicochemical properties as: 2alpha, 3beta, 23-trihydroxy-30-norolean-12-en-28-oic acid beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (1), 2alpha, 3beta, 23-trihydroxy-30-norolean-12-en-28-oic acid beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->3)-O-alpha-D-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (2), 2alpha, 3beta, 23-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->3)-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (3), 3-beta-[(beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->3)-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl)oxy]-23-hydroxy-30-norolean-12-en-28-oic acid alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (4) and 3-beta-[(alpha-L-xylopyranosyl-(1-->2)-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl)oxy]-30-norolean-12-en-28-oic acid alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (5), named mutongsaponin A, B, C, D and E, respectively.  相似文献

O-(3,6-Di-O-methyl-beta-D-glucopyranosyl)-(1----4)-O-(2,3-di-O-methyl- alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl)-(1----2)-3-O-methyl-L-rhamnopyranose, the haptenic trisaccharide of the Mycobacterium leprae-specific phenolic glycolipid I (PGL-I) antigen, and related trisaccharides, were synthesized by allylation of O-2 of benzyl 4-O-benzyl-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside using phase-transfer catalysis, methylation of the product, deallylation, and coupling to O-(2,4-di-O-acetyl-3,6-di-O-methyl-beta-D-glucopyranosyl)-(1----4)-2,3- di-O-methyl-L-rhamnopyranosyl bromide or related disaccharides. Anomeric mixtures of the trisaccharide derivatives were separated by preparative t.l.c., deacetylated, and hydrogenolyzed, to give the pure trisaccharides. It had already been demonstrated that only those trisaccharides containing an intact, terminal 3,6-di-O-methyl-beta-D-glucopyranosyl unit are effective in inhibiting the specific binding between PGL-I and anti-PGL-I immunoglobulin M antibodies in human lepromatous leprosy sera.  相似文献
