From the rhizomes of Smilax corbularia Kunth. (Smilacaceae), 11 compounds, (2R,3R)-2″-acetyl astilbin, (2R,3R)-3″-acetyl astilbin, (2R,3R)-4″-acetyl astilbin, (2R,3R)-3″-acetyl engeletin, (2R,3S)-4″-acetyl isoastilbin, 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-3,4,9,10-tetrahydro-3,5-dihydroxy-10-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-(2R,3R,10R)-2H,8H-benzo [1,2-b:3,4-b′] dipyran-8-one, 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-3,4,9,10-tetrahydro-3,5-dihydroxy-10-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-(2R,3R,10S)-2H, 8H-benzo [1,2-b:3,4-b′] dipyran-8-one, 3,4-dihydro-7-hydroxy-4-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-5-[(1E)-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl) ethenyl]-2H-1-benzopyran-2-one, 3,4-dihydro-7-hydroxy-4-(3,4-dihydroxy-phenyl)-5-[(1E)-2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl) ethenyl]-2H-1-benzopyran-2-one, 3,4-dihydro-7-hydroxy-4-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-5-[(1E)-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl) ethenyl]-2H-1-benzopyran-2-one, and 5,7,3′,4′-tetrahydroxy-3-phenylcoumarin along with 34 known compounds were isolated and characterized as 19 flavonoids, 14 catechin derivatives, 6 stilbene derivatives, and 6 miscellaneous substances. All isolates had their estrogenic and anti-estrogenic activities determined using the estrogen-responsive human breast cancer cell lines MCF-7 and T47D. The major constituents were recognized as flavanonol rhamnosides by the suppressive effect on estradiol induced cell proliferation at a concentration of 1 μM. Meanwhile, flavanonol rhamnoside acetates demonstrated estrogenic activity in both MCF-7 and T47D cells at a concentration of 100 μM, and they enhanced the effects of co-treated E2 on T47D cell proliferation at concentrations of more than 0.1 μM.  相似文献

Five new N-acetyldopamine (NADA) derivatives (1–5) and one known NADA quinone methide (6) were isolated from Periostracum Cicadae (the cast-off shell of the cicada Cryptotympana pustulata Fabricius), which is known as chantui in China and is used in traditional Chinese medicine to treat soreness of the throat, hoarseness, itching, and spasms. By combined analysis of one-dimensional and two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, CD spectra, and chemical evidence, the structures of the isolated compounds were established as (R)-N-(2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-1-ethoxy-2-oxoethyl)acetamide (1), (1R,2R)-N-(1,2-diethoxy-2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-ethyl)acetamide (2), (R)-N-(1-acetamido-2-ethoxy-2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-ethyl)acetamide (3), (1R,2R)-N-(2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-ethoxy-1-methoxyethyl)acetamide (4), (1S,2S)-N-(2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-ethoxy-1-methoxyethyl)acetamide (5), and (R)-N-(2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-methoxyethyl)acetamide (6).  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation on Mentha canadensis led to the isolation of two new compounds, 3,4-dihydro-3,6,7-trihydroxy-2(1H)-quinolinone (1), (E)-2-methoxy-2- oxethyl-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl) acrylate (2), along with nine known phenolic compounds, syringic acid (3), p-coumaric acid (4), esculetin (5), methyl rosmarinate (6), nepetoidin B (7), syringaresinol (8), methyl ester of caffeoyl glycollic acid (9), 2″,3″-diacetylmartynoside (10) and bracteanolide A (12). Additionally, cis-3-[2-[1-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-1-hydroxymethyl]-1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl]-(E)-2-propenoic acid (11), which was isolated as a natural product for the first time. All these compounds were reported for the first time from this species, and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic techniques. Compound 11 may be a useful chemotaxonomic marker for M. canadensis. The p-coumaric acid derivatives identified in the present investigation may have chemotaxonomic significance at the generic level.  相似文献

The first phytochemical investigation of Caesalpinia furfuracea twigs led to the isolation and identification of four new compounds including two isopimarane diterpenes, caesalfurfuric acids A (1) and B (2), and two flavans, (2R)-caesalflavans A (5) and B (6), together with four known compounds, 4-epi-isopimaric acid (3), methyl (E)-3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)acrylate (4), (E)-resveratrol (7) and oxyresveratrol (8). Their structures were elucidated by intensive spectroscopic analysis. Compound 1 was found to exhibit antibacterial activity against MRSA SK1 with an MIC value of 16 μg/mL.  相似文献

A new diarylheptanoid, (5S)-hydroxy-1-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-7-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-hepta-1E-en-3-one (1), was isolated along with seventeen known diarylheptanoids (218) from the methanol extract of Alnus hirsuta f. sibirica leaves using bioactivity-guided fractionation. Among the isolated compounds, compounds 1 and 2 and 412 reduced lipid accumulation dose-dependently in 3T3-L1 preadipocytes. Of the compounds active in the present assay system, the most potent compound 7, platyphyllonol-5-O-β-d-xylopyranoside, significantly suppressed the induction of peroxisome proliferator activated receptor γ (PPARγ and CCAAT/enhancer binding protein α (C/EBPα) protein expression, and inhibited adipocyte differentiation induced by troglitazone, a PPARγ agonist. It was demonstrated that compound 7 has anti-adipogenic activity mediated by the regulation of PPARγ dependent pathways.  相似文献

Two sulfur-containing compounds, (S)-2-amino-5-((R)-1-carboxy-2-((E)-3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)allylthio)ethyl-amino)-5-oxopentanoic acid (1) and (S)-2-amino-5-((R)-1-(carboxymethylamino)-3-((E)-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)allylthio)-1-oxopropan-2-ylamino)-5-oxopentanoic acid (2), and one 1H-pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid derivative, 6-(3-(1H-pyrrole-2-carbonyloxy)-2-hydroxypropoxy)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-carboxylic acid (3), together with eighteen known phenolic compounds, were isolated from the fruits of pineapple. Their structures were elucidated by a combination of spectroscopic analyses. Some of these compounds showed inhibitory activities against tyrosinase. The half maximal inhibitory concentration values of compounds 1, 4, 5, 6, 7 are lower than 1 mM. These compounds may contribute to the well-known anti-browning effect of pineapple juice and be potential skin whitening agents in cosmetic applications.  相似文献

Two new dimeric lignans, zanthpodocarpins A (1) and B (2), and five known lignans, eudesmin (3), (1R,2R,5R,6S)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-6-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octane (4), dimethoxysamin (5), rel-(1R,5R,6S)-6-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octan-2-one (6), and magnone A (7), were isolated from the barks of Zanthoxylum podocarpum. Their structures were identified by using spectroscopic methods. Compounds 1 and 2 are rare dilignans bearing an unusual α,β-unsaturated ketone group from a natural source. Bioassay showed that compounds 1 and 2 could inhibit nitric oxide (NO) production in LPS stimulated RAW 264.7 cells with IC50 values of 5.31 μM and 12.15 μM, respectively.  相似文献

The phytochemical study of Piper pleiocarpum Chang ex Tseng led to the isolation of eighteen compounds (118), including ten lignanoids, galbelgin (1), (+) sesamin (2), denudatin A (3), hancinone (4), (7S,8S, 3′R)-Δ8'-3,3′,4-trimethoxy-3′,6′-dihydro-6′-oxo-7.0.4′,8.3′-lignan[(2S,3S,3aR)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-3,3a-dihydro-3a-methoxy-3-methyl-5-(2-propenyl)-6(2H))-benzofuranone] (5), (−)-(7R,8R)-machilin D (6), (1R,2R)-2-[2-methoxy-4-((E)-prop-1-enyl)phenoxy]-1-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)propyl acetate (7), piperbonin A (8), machilin D (9), 4-methoxymachilin D (10), one amide alkaloid, Δα,β-dihydropiperine (11), six polyoxygenated cyclohexenes, ent-curcuminol F (12), uvaribonol E (13), ellipeiopsol A (14), 1S,2R,3R,4S-1-ethoxy-2-[(benzoyloxy)methyl]cyclohex-5-ene-2,3,4-triol, 3-acetate (15), (+)-crotepoxide (16), (+)-senediol (17), and one benzoate derivative, 2-acetoxybenzyl benzoate (18). Their structures were established by spectroscopic data and by comparison with the literature. All the compounds were firstly isolated from P. pleiocarpum, while ten compounds 67, 910, 1215, 1718 were isolated from the genus Piper and the family Piperaceae for the first time. The chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds was also discussed. The isolation of compounds 67, 910 may be used as chemotaxonomic markers for the genus of Piper.  相似文献

Pleurotus cornucopiae (Pleurotaceae) is an edible and medicinal mushroom widely distributed in Korea, China, and Japan. The MeOH extract of the fruiting bodies of P. cornucopiae showed renoprotective effects against cisplatin-induced kidney cell damage. Chemical investigation of the MeOH extract led to the isolation and identification of 12 compounds including noransine (1), uridine (2), uracil (3), (3β, 5α, 6β, 22E, 24S) -ergosta-7, 22-diene-3, 5, 6, 9-tetrol (4), (22E,24S)-ergosta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6β-triol (5), (22E,24R)-ergosta-8(14),22-diene-3β,5α,6β,7α-tetrol (6), cerebroside B (7), (2R) -N- [(1S, 2R, 3E, 7E) -1- [(β-d-glucopyranosyloxy) methyl] -2-hydroxy-8-methyl-3, 7-heptadecadien-1-yl] -2-hydroxy-heptadecanamide (8), cerebroside D (9), nicotinamide (10), 1,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)-4,5-dimethoxybenzene (11), and benzoic acid (12). Among them, compounds 1 and 11 were isolated as naturally occurring products for the first time, though they were reported as synthetic products in previous papers. All of the compounds (except 8 and 11) abrogated cisplatin-induced LLC-PK1 cell damage in a dose-dependent manner. Of special note, compounds 2, 5, 6, and 12 ameliorated cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity to 80% of the control value at 10 μM. The protective effects of compounds 2, 5, 6, and 12 were mediated via the deactivation of JNK-caspase 3 apoptotic cascade. This study is the first to demonstrate that the chemical constituents of P. cornucopiae display renoprotective effects against anticancer drug-induced damage in kidney cells.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the aerial parts of Berchemiella wilsonii (Schneid.) Nakai (Rhamnaceae) led to the isolation of four flavonoids (14), three phenolic acids (57), two megastigmane derivatives (89) and one triterpene (10). The structures of these compounds were elucidated as taxifolin (1), (−)-epicatechin (2), quercetin 3-O-a-l-arabinopyranoside (3), vitexin (4), methyl p-hydroxycinnamat (5), 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (6), 2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-3,6-dimethyl benzoic acid (7), (3S,5R,6R,7E,9S)-3,5,6,9-tetrahydroxy-7-en-megastigmane (8), (6S,9R)-roseoside (9) and lupeol (10) on the basis of NMR spectral data and comparison with literature values. These results are the first chemical constituent data of the genus Berchemiella, and the chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds is discussed.  相似文献

Dolabellane diterpenoids, (1R,3E,7E,10S,11S,12R)-dolabella-3,7-dien-10,18-diol (1), (1R,3S,7E,11S,12R)-dolabella-4(16),7-dien-3,18-diol (2), (1R,7E,11S,12R)-18-hydroxydolabella-4(16),7-dien-3-one (3), (1R,3S,4S,7E,11S,12R)-3,4-epoxydolabella-7-en-18-ol (4), and (1R,3R,7E,11S,12R)-dolabella-4(16),7,18-trien-3-ol (5), were obtained from the ornamental plant Aglaia odorata. Their structures were characterized on the basis of spectroscopic analyses and further confirmed by X-ray diffraction. Compounds 1 and 5 showed weak cytotoxicity against the human myeloid leukemia HL-60, hepatocellular carcinoma SMMC-7721, and lung cancer A-549 cells.  相似文献

Bioassay-guided fractionation and chemical investigation of the extract of Rhus verniciflua bark resulted in the identification of six polyphenols, rhusopolyphenols A–F (16), together with four known compounds including (2R,3S,10S)-7,8,9,13-tetrahydroxy-2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2,3-trans-3,4-cis-2,3,10-trihydrobenzopyrano[3,4-c]-2-benzopyran-1-one (7), peapolyphenol C (8), cilicione-b (9) and (αR)-α,3,4,2′,4′-pentahydroxydihydrochalcone (10). The structures of these polyphenols were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis, including 1D and 2D NMR, and HR-ESIMS, and their absolute configurations were further confirmed by a combination of chemical methods and CD data analysis. All isolates were evaluated for their antiproliferative activities against four human tumor cell lines (A549, SK-OV-3, SK-MEL-2, and HCT-15), and compounds 46, 9 and 10 showed antiproliferative activity against the tested cells, with IC50 values of 3.31–18.51 μM. On the basis of the expanded understanding that inflammation is a crucial cause of tumor progression, the anti-inflammatory activities of these compounds were determined by measuring nitric oxide (NO) levels in the medium of murine microglia BV-2 cells. Compounds 5 and 10 significantly inhibited NO production in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated murine microglia BV-2 cells with IC50 values of 28.90 and 12.70 μM, respectively.  相似文献

One new bithiophenes, 5-(but-3-yne-1,2-diol)-5′-hydroxy-methyl-2,2′-bithiophene (2), two new polyacetylenic glucosides, 3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyloxy-1-hydroxy-4E,6E-tetradecene-8,10,12-triyne (8), (5E)-trideca-1,5-dien-7,9,11-triyne-3,4-diol-4-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (9), six new terpenoid glycosides, rel-(1S,2S,3S,4R,6R)-1,6-epoxy-menthane-2,3-diol-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (10), rel-(1S,2S,3S,4R,6R)-3-O-(6-O-caffeoyl-β-d-glucopyranosyl)-1,6-epoxy menthane-2,3-diol (11), (2E,6E)-2,6,10-trimethyl-2,6,11-dodecatriene-1,10-diol-1-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (12), 3β,16β,29-trihydroxy oleanane-12-ene-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (13), 3,28-di-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-3β,16β-dihydroxy oleanane-12-ene-28-oleanlic acid (14), 3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-d-glucopyranosyl oleanlic-18-ene acid-28-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (15), along with fifteen known compounds (1, 37, and 1624), were isolated from the aerial parts of Eclipta prostrata. Their structures were established by analysis of the spectroscopic data. The isolated compounds 19 were tested for activities against dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPP-IV), compound 7 showed significant antihyperglycemic activities by inhibitory effects on DPP-IV in human plasma in vitro, with IC50 value of 0.51 μM. Compounds 1024 were tested in vitro against NF-κB-luc 293 cell line induced by LPS. Compounds 12, 15, 16, 19, 21, and 23 exhibited moderate anti-inflammatory activities.  相似文献

The synthesis and bioactivities of Danshensu derivatives (R)-methyl 2-acetoxy-3-(3,4-diacetoxyphenyl)propanoate (1a), (R)-methyl 2-acetoxy-3-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl)propanoate (1b) and their racemates 7 and 10 were reported in this paper. These derivatives were designed to improve their chemical stability and liposolubility by protecting Danshensu’s phenolic hydroxyl groups with acetyl or methylene which could be readily hydrolyzed to release bioactive Danshensu. The asymmetric synthesis of 1a and 1b were achieved by catalytic hydrogenation of (Z)-methyl 2-acetoxy-3-(3,4-diacetoxyphenyl)-2-propenoate (6a) and (Z)-methyl 2-acetoxy-3-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl)-2-propenoate (6b) in excellent enantiomeric excesses (92% ee and 98% ee, respectively) and good yields (>89%). An unexpected intermediate product, (Z)-2-acetoxy-3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)acrylic acid (4c) was obtained with high chemoselectivity in 86% yield by keeping the reaction temperature at 60 °C and its structure was identified by X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. 1a, 1b and their racemates 7, 10 as well as 4c exhibited potent protective activities against hypoxia-induced cellular damage. The in vitro test showed that all these compounds could increase cell viability, and inhibit lipid hyperoxidation. Furthermore, 1a and 4c could inhibit apoptosis by regulating the expression of apoptosis-related molecule in gene and protein levels, up-regulating the expression of bcl-2 and down-regulating bax and caspase-3. The in vivo test indicated that 4c exhibited anti-myocardial ischemic effects featured by reducing infarction size and increasing the level of the intracellular enzymes detectable in serum. Therefore, these Danshensu derivatives may be good drug candidates for anti-myocardial ischemia therapy and merit further investigation.  相似文献

Boerhaavia diffusa L. is used in the traditional medicine of several Asian countries. The isolation and identification of five new compounds, together with 11 known compounds, from the ethyl acetate extract of the aerial part of B. diffusa grown Vietnam is reported. The structure of the new compounds was established by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy, and high resolution ESI-MS analysis. New compounds are two rotenoids: 9,11-dihydroxy-6,10-dimethoxy[1]benzopyrano[3,4-b][1]benzopyran-12(6H)-one (boeravinone P, 3) and 3-[2-(β-d-glucopyranosyloxy)-3-hydroxyphenyl]-5-hydroxy-2-hydroxymethyl-7-methoxy-6-methyl-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one (boeravinone Q, 9), an atropisomeric mixture of two rotenoid glycosides (3′,5-dihydroxy-2-hydroxymethyl-7-methoxy-6-methylisoflavone 2′-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, 11), a sesquiterpene lactone (4,10-dihydroxy-8-methoxyguai-7(11)-en-8,12-olide, 5) and a new phenylpropanoid glycoside (boerhaavic acid, 15).  相似文献

A comprehensive phytochemical investigation of the stems and leaves of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill. resulted in isolation of seventeen compounds, including five lignans: meso-dihydroguaiaretic acid (1), licarin-A (2), pregomisin (3), gomisin A (4), acutissimanide (5), three phenylpropanoids: 2-[4-(3-hydroxypropyl)-2-methoxyphenoxy]-propane-1,3-diol (6), 2-methoxy-4-(2-propenyl) phenyl β-D-glucopyranoside (7), erigeside 2 (8), six sesquiterpenoids: 7′-hydroxy-abscisic acid (9), burmannic acid (10), (3S,5R,6R,7E)-3,5,6-trihydroxy-7-megastigmen-9-one (11), 3-Cyclohexene-1,2-diol, 4-(3-hydroxybutyl)- 3, 5, 5-trimethyl- (12), (−)-loliolide (13), (3Z,5R,8R,11R)-Caryophyll-3-ene-5,8,15-triol (14), one monoterpenoid: (6R,3Z)-6,7-dihydroxy-3,7-dimethyl-2-octenoic acid (15) and two other compounds: methyl shikimate (16), 4-Hydroxydodec-2-enedioic acid (17). Their chemical structures were confirmed through NMR, HRESIMS and comparison with the data in the literature. This is the first report of compounds 5, 6, 815, 17 from the family Schisandraceae and compounds 2, 16 from the genus Schisandra. Furthermore, we performed a chemotaxonomic study of the separated compounds.  相似文献

Four phenolic compounds, (2R)-3-(4′-hydroxyphenyl) lactic acid, trans-cinnamic acid (2), protocatechuic acid (3) and rutin (4), and three ecdysteroids, amarasterone A1 (5), makisterone C (6) and ponastrone A (7) were isolated and identified from the young fronds of Diplazium esculentum (Retz.) Sw. (Athyriaceae). The structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of NMR spectral data and comparison with literature values. Compounds 1, 2 and 57 were isolated for the first time from title plant. Their structure elucidation and chemotaxonomic significance are explained in detail.  相似文献

A pair of new sesquiterpene isomers containing a spiro heterocyclic skeleton, dothimes A (1) and B (2), together with six known compounds, quindoline (3), (S)-3-(3-indolyl)lactic acid methyl ester (4), dankasterone B (5), dibutyl phthalate (6), (1S,3R,4R,7S)-3,4-dihydroxy-α-bisabolol (7), and p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (8), were isolated from the plant-derived fungus Botryosphaeria dothidea. The structures of all isolated compounds were determined based on extensive spectroscopic analyses, including 1D/2D nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and high resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HRESIMS) data, as well as by comparison with literature reports. Compounds 1 and 2 exhibited inhibitory effects on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced nitric oxide (NO) production with IC50 values of 63.66 and 58.29 μM, respectively.  相似文献

Three new phenolic compounds, sorlanin (4-(3-(hydroxymethyl)-5-methoxy-7-phenyl-2,3-dihydrobenzo[b][1,4]dioxin-2-yl)-2-methoxyphenol, 1), sorbanin (2-((3,5-dimethoxy-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-yl)oxy)-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)propane-1,3-diol, 2) and sorbalanin (4-(3-(hydroxymethyl)-5,6-dimethoxy-2,3-dihydrobenzo[b][1,4]dioxino[2,3-g]benzofuran-2-yl)-2-methoxyphenol, 3), together with eight known compounds, polystachyol (4), isolariciresinol (5), dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol (6), tuberculatin (7), ovafolinin E (8), aucuparin (9), 2′-methoxyaucuparin (10), and tetracosyl-3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)acrylate (11), were isolated from Sorbus lanata. The structures of these phytoconstituents were elucidated through extensive spectroscopic techniques, including UV, IR, 1D and 2D NMR, ESI-MS and HRESI-MS experiments. All the compounds except 9 and 10 were isolated for the first time from the genus Sorbus. The isolated compounds were also tested in DPPH radical scavenging reaction where compounds 6, 7, 10 and 11 showed significant activities with IC50 values of 9.2, 11.7, 23.0 and 33.7 μM, respectively.  相似文献
