Partially purified and crude mouse L cell interferon preparations inhibited the in vitro plaque-forming cell (PFC) response of mouse C57B1/6 spleen cells to the T-cell independent lipopolysaccharide antigen of Escherichia coli 0127. PFC responses of 5-day cultures were inhibited approximately 70–90% by 100–200 NIH reference units of interferon/culture. A similar inhibitory effect was obtained with spleen cells from athymic (nude) mice homozygous for the nu/nu allele. Spleen cultures depleted of adherent cells were also inhibited in their anti-0127 PFC response by interferon. Interferon, then, appears capable of inhibiting the PFC response to E. coli 0127 via direct action on B cells. Heating experiments along with the use of interferon preparations of different specific activities suggest that the inhibition was due to the interferon in the preparations.  相似文献

Short-term cultures of human tonsilar lymphocytes (HTL), 5 × 106 cells/culture, in medium RPMI 1640 supplemented with human group AB serum were studied for the production of plaque-forming cells (PFC) against sheep (SRBC) and bovine (BRBC) red blood cells following in vitro stimulation by various allogeneic lymphoid cells. Of 55 HTL specimens examined, 48 produced a significant number (50–300/culture) of PFC against SRBC and/or BRBC following the in vitro stimulation. The optimal doses of the stimulator HTL and peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) were 107 and 5 × 106/culture, respectively. After the stimulation, PFC appeared in significant numbers on the third day, reached the peak number on the sixth day, and decreased sharply in number thereafter. Removal of E-rosetting cells from both stimulator and responder populations abolished the PFC formation. PFC formation against SRBC was inhibited by solubilized Forssman antigen, while PFC formation against BRBC was inhibited strongly by Hanganutziu-Deicher antigen, hardly by Paul-Bunnell antigen and not at all by Forssman antigen. Supernatants of mixed lymphocyte culture of PBL were shown to enhance PFC formation of HTL cultures stimulated by allogeneic lymphocytes. The results of this study indicated that in vivo primed B cells of the HTL were triggered in vitro by allogeneic stimulation for the heterophile antibody formation. Since these antibodies are apparently directed against Forssman and Hanganutziu-Deicher antigens, the “allo” nature of these antigens as well as their relationship to the previously described heterophile transplantation antigens have to be clarified.  相似文献

The kinetics of the maturation of B cells were studied in adult thymectomized, lethally irradiated, and bone marrow-reconstituted mice. The spleen cells of the recipients were taken at various intervals after transfer and cultured in vitro with trinitrophenylated sheep erythrocytes (TNP-SRBC). The cultures were supplemented with either allogeneic culture supernatant or educated T-cell helper activity. Appearance of functional B cells in the bone marrow inoculum was assessed by the number of hemolytic plaque-forming cells (PFC) on the fourth day of culture. In a parallel series the frequency of surface Ig-bearing cells was determined by using fluorescent rabbit anti-mouse Ig serum. When helped by allogeneic culture supernatants, differentiating bone marrow cells showed a slower rate of maturation into functional B cells than when helped by specifically educated T cells. But in both cases the recovery of responsiveness reached the same level (number of PFC/106 cells) as that of normal spleen cells 55 to 60 days after transfer. During the initial periods of recovery, bispecific PFC (reacting both to TNP and to native SRBC determinants) were detected regularly in numbers far exceeding their frequency in normal spleen cell cultures; in some experiments, the number of bispecific PFC amounted to as much as 30% of the total PFC, whereas, when the bone marrow cells completely recovered (sixtieth day), the frequency of bispecific PFC was similar to that found in normal spleen cell cultures. The number of surface Ig-bearing cells also reached a normal level after the fiftieth day following transfer. In general, the degree of functional maturation was better correlated with the cells bearing surface Ig in the shape of rings or caps, whereas the predominance of spot-bearing cells indicated immaturity of the population.  相似文献

UDPgalactose inhibits the growth of mouse leukemic L1210 cells. In calf serum supplemented Dulbecco's medium (CS-DMEM), 1.2 mM UDPgalactose (UDPgal) inhibited cell growth by 50% (IC50), and 5 mM UDPgalactose inhibited cell growth by 92%. Other nucleotide sugars as well as galactose, glucose, and galactose-1-phosphate had little or no effect on cell growth. Uridine nucleotides, which inhibit galactosyltransferase activity, protected L1210 cells from the growth inhibitory effect of UDPgalactose when both were added simultaneously to culture media. Unlike mouse 3T12 cells, in which no inhibition of cell growth was observed with heat-inactivated calf serum (HICS)-DMEM, 5 mM UDPgalactose inhibited L1210 cell growth in HICS-DMEM to the same degree as that observed in CS-DMEM. In contrast to 3T12 cells, L1210 cells secrete significant galactosyltransferase activity into the media. Complete inhibition of 3T12 cell growth by UDPgal was observed if HICS-DMEM medium was first conditioned by L1210 cells for 48 hours. No difference in cell growth or [3H]thymidine uptake was detected after 6 hours of exposure to UDPgalactose, but both were significantly decreased at 24 and 48 hours. Flow cytometric analysis of UDPgalactose effects on L1210 cells revealed no differences in the distribution of cells in G1, S, or G2-M of the cell cycle after 6 hours of incubation, but after 16 hours of UDPgalactose treatment, L1210 cells were arrested in early S phase. These cells were completely viable and morphologically similar to control L1210 cells. Normal growth was resumed when UDPgal was removed. The data suggest that UDPgalactose inhibition of cell growth requires extracellular galactosyltransferase activity and that the effect is mediated via the cell membrane.  相似文献

Previously it was reported that the herbicide propachlor (alpha-chloro-N-isopropyl-acetanilide) has a strong inhibitory effect on the proliferation of L1210 mouse leukemia cells. It is now demonstrated that propachlor treatment causes L1210 cells to accumulate in the G1 phase as determined by flow cytometric analysis. This effect of propachlor is dose-dependent with more than 90% of G1 cells accumulating at 10 microM. Kinetic experiments demonstrated that the accumulation of cells in G1 starts in about 10 hours, and increased for up to about 44 hours of incubation with 10 microM propachlor. Treated cells can be revised to a normal DNA distribution by removing propachlor.  相似文献

In vitro PFC responses to the thymus-independent (TI) antigen Streptococcus pneumoniae R36a require T cell replacing factor(s) (TRF). This requirement for TRF is as significant as for the thymus-dependent (TD) antigen SRBC. TRF is shown to be distinct from IL 2 by the following observations: 1) culture supernatants from the cloned T cell line L2, collected over an 8-day period after allogeneic stimulation, transiently contain IL 2 activity but maintain high levels of TRF activity throughout 192 hr; 2) L2V, a variant subclone of L2, produces much higher levels of TRF activity than the parental line but no detectable IL 2 activity; 3) the addition of IL2+, TRF- supernatants from the T cell hybridoma FS6-14.13 does not affect the L2V SF-driven PFC responses to R36a or SRBC; and 4) the addition of contaminating T cells to cultures containing T cell-depleted spleen cells, L2V SF, and antigen does not affect the PFC response. TRF does appear to be indistinguishable from polyclonal B cell stimulating factor (BCSF), which stimulates polyclonal PFC responses in the absence of antigen, mitogen, or anti-Ig. The TRF and BCSF activities of L2V SF could not be separated by ion-exchange, hydrophobic-interaction, and gel-filtration chromatography. TRF and BCSF have an apparent m.w. of approximately 40,000.  相似文献

Spleen cells from mice previously immunized with turkey γ-globulin (TGG) were shown to give a vigorous secondary response in vitro when challenged in Mishell-Dutton cultures with TGG covalently coupled to pig erthrocytes (TGG-PRBC). However, 90–100% of the response could be abrogated by the incorporation of soluble TGG (sTGG) into the culture medium at concentrations greater than 1 mg/ml. Unresponsiveness, as measured by the absence of plaque-forming cells (PFC) in cultures receiving sTGG, was found to be antigen specific in that these cultures were still able to give normal PFC responses to sheep or burro erythrocytes. Spleen cells incubated with sTGG for short periods of time were shown to remain unresponsive after removal of sTGG from the culture and addition of TGG-PRBC. A 1-hr exposure period resulted in greater than 70% Unresponsiveness and a complete unresponsive state required only 8 hr of exposure. In contrast to the continued Unresponsiveness of sTGG-treated cells in vitro, spleen cells incubated with sTGG for 24 hr were fully responsive to an immunogenic challenge with alum-precipitated TGG when they were transferred into irradiated syngeneic mice. These data suggest that the readily induced unresponsive state in cultures of TGG primed cells may involve either a reversible antigen blockade of antigen-sensitive lymphocytes or a peripheral inhibition of reactive cells by suppressor lymphocytes.  相似文献

The turnover of dihydrofolate reductase has been studied in rapidly dividing cells of mouse lymphoma L1210 and Lactobacillus casei. Cells in culture were exposed to [14C]leucine for 24 hr and the subsequent decrease in radioactivity of the enzyme was followed as a function of time. The L1210 enzyme was isolated in pure form by subjecting the cell sonicate to affinity chromatography on amethopterin-Sepharose. The L. casei cells were processed by a multistep procedure which yielded the pure enzyme in both of its principal forms: (I), without TPNH; and (II), containing an equimolal amount of noncovalently bound TPNH. The half-lives (t12>) of dihydrofolate reductase in the amethopterin-sensitive L1210 cells (L1210/S) and in the cells of a partially resistant subline (L1210/R2), characterized by an 8-fold increase in enzyme level, were 18 and 19 hr. When these cells were grown in the presence of sublethal concentrations of amethopterin, t12 values were increased to 39 and 90 hr. These results suggest that the transient increase in dihydrofolate reductase activity, observed when cells are exposed to amethopterin, is due largely to a decreased susceptibility of the enzyme-inhibitor complex to degradation. Bound TPNH also increases the half-life of dihydrofolate reductase as shown by the fact that forms (I) and (II) of the L. casei enzyme had tx12 values of approximately 3 and 9 hr.  相似文献

The aim of the present work was to evaluate the effect of spent culture supernatants of different strains of lactobacilli on giardia trophozoites. The growth of Giardia intestinalis strain WB, as well as the attachment to the human intestinal epithelial cell line Caco-2, was evaluated by using proliferation and adhesion assays with radiolabeled parasites. In addition, scanning electron microscopy and flow cytometric analysis were performed. The effect of spent culture supernatants from lactobacilli was strain dependent. Lactobacillus johnsonii La1 significantly inhibited the proliferation of G. intestinalis trophozoites. Although the effect was strongly pH dependent, it was not simply due to lactic acid. According to flow cytometric analysis, trophozoites were arrested in G1 phase but neither significant necrosis nor apoptosis could be detected. Bacterial cells or their spent culture supernatants were unable to modify trophozoite attachment to Caco-2 cells. However, trophozoites treated with spent culture supernatants had little, if any, proliferative capacity. These results suggest that La1 produces some substance(s) able to inhibit proliferation of Giardia trophozoites. Partial characterization of the factors involved in the antigiardiasic action showed that they have a low molecular mass and are inactivated by heating. On this basis, it seems worthwhile to explore how colonization of the proximal small bowel with these lactic acid bacteria could interfere with giardiasis in vivo.  相似文献

Spleen cells from mice primed with virulent Listeria monocytogenes do not develop an anti-SRBC plaque forming cell response to SRBC in culture. Furthermore, when Listeria primed spleen cells are co-cultured with normal spleen cells and SRBC, the anti-SRBC response of the normal cells is suppressed. Listeria primed spleen cells from T cell depleted donors are equally effective at immunosuppression. The immunosuppressive effect does not appear to be due to the presence of the bacterium or its products per se in the cultures. Furthermore, the effect cannot be transferred across a 0.45 μm pore membrane. Kinetic studies show that the immunosuppressive effect develops by 2 days post-Listeria inoculation and peaks by Day 6. Low doses of Listeria are not immunosuppressive and produce some enhancement effect. From these results, it is suggested that a population of non-T cell dependent cells develop in Listeria primed hosts that nonspecifically suppress the response of B cells to an unrelated antigen in culture.  相似文献

Leukemia L1210 cells with acquired resistance to 1-methyl-1-nitrosourea (MNU) (L1210/MNU) and 1.3-bis(2-chloroethyl)-1-nitrosourea (BCNU) (L1210/BCNU) were developed from leukemia L1210 cells sensitive to these drugs (L1210/0). The modal chromosome number of leukemia L1210/MNU and L1210/BCNU cells increases from 40 (L1210/0) to 41. It was shown that in leukemia L1210/MNU cells the inhibition of DNA synthesis after MNU administration in a therapeutic dose (80 mg/kg) is lasted within 24 hours, while that in leukemia L1210/0 cell--within 96 hours. After administration of BCNU (20 mg/kg) inhibition of DNA synthesis in leukemia L1210/BCNU cells reached of 50% of control in comparison with practically complete inhibition of DNA synthesis in leukemia L1210/0 cells. Centrifugation on alkaline sucrose density gradients revealed no differences in the rate of sedimentation of leukemia L1210/0, L1210/MNU and L1210/BCNU cell lysates. After 1 hour treatment with MNU of mice bearing L1210/MNU and L1210/0 leukemia cells single-strand breaks in DNA were determined. After 4 hours these strand-breaks retained in leukemia L1210/0 cells, but were eliminated in leukemia L1210/MNU cells. Administration of BCNU to mice with leukemia L1210/0 and L1210/BCNU cells resulted in both cases in the production of DNA aggregates. There is no complete cross-resistance between MNU and BCNU which allows a substitution of these drugs providing for the increase in their therapeutic efficiency.  相似文献

A study has been made of the action of culture supernatants from guinea pig lymph nodes containing mycobacterial granulomas on protein and DNA synthesis of homologous fibroblast cultures. Supernatants from both the Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) and Mycobacterium leprae granulomas release soluble nondialysable factors in vitro which stimulate [14C]proline and [14C]leucine incorporation by fibroblasts and depress their [3H]thymidine uptake. These supernatants did not show any detectable migratory inhibitory activity in vitro. On the other hand, supernatants from sensitized lymphocytes incubated with purified protein derivative (positive migratory inhibitory activity) had no effect on fibroblast function. Thus, the effect of granuloma supernatants is unlikely to be due to lymphokines. However, supernatants from dinitrofluorobenzene-sensitized lymph nodes also showed a stimulation of [14C]proline incorporation into total protein synthesised by fibroblasts and depressed the [3H]thymidine uptake. Furthermore, supernatants from live BCG organisms in culture on addition to fibroblasts enhanced their [3H]thymidine uptake in vitro. It would appear therefore that fibroblast activation in lymph nodes containing mycobacterial granulomas could result from the release of soluble factors of lymphocyte origin rather than from cells of the mononuclear phagocyte system. These factors appear to be independent of classical lymphokines that act on macrophages in vitro. An additional factor may be derived from the mycobacteria themselves.  相似文献

Immune complexes (soluble antigens of L1210 and antibody to L1210) when given to allogeneic C3H mice generated suppressor cells that inhibited receptors for cytophilic antibody on macrophages. Thymocytes or nylon-nonadherent splenic T cells (4 × 107) from immune-complex-treated mice transferred this suppressive activity when injected into normal syngeneic mice. Maximal suppression of macrophages occurred 4 to 6 days after transfer. In contrast, even 5 × 107 nylon-adherent, non-T spleen cells from immune-complex-treated (“suppressed”) mice failed to induce macrophage suppression in the syngeneic recipients. When T-cell-depleted “B” mice were used as recipients, neither thymocytes nor splenic T cells from suppressed mice were able to transfer suppressive activity. However, the admixture of 2 × 107 normal syngeneic thymocytes with 4 × 107 thymocytes from suppressed mice restored the latter's ability to elicit suppression of macrophages in T-cell-deprived recipients. Peritoneal monocytes from recipients of suppressor thymocytes (to L1210) could not attach cytophilic antibody to L1210 but could attach cytophilic antibody to EL-4 and sheep erythrocytes. Thus, suppressor T cells induced by immune complexes can transfer immunologically specific macrophage suppression (inhibition of cytophilic antibody receptors) to syngeneic recipients. The suppressor cells required the cooperation of normal T cells, suggesting either recruitment of suppressor cells from, or a helper effect by, the normal T cells, in order to produce their effect.  相似文献

Mouse leukemia L 1210 cells were cultivated in the chemostat at growth rates ranging from 0.1 day−1 (population doubling time (Td) 166.3 h) to 2.0 day−1 (Td 8.3 h). At growth rates of 1.0 day−1 and above, the viability of the steady-state culture was greater than 99%. However, below 1.0 day−1 there was a progressive decrease in the viability of the culture with decreasing growth rate until a minimum growth rate (0.1 day−1) was reached below which steady-state cultures of L 1210 cells could not be established. Interferon treatment had no effect on the viability (>99%) of L 1210 cells cultivated at fast growth rates in the chemostat, whereas at slow growth rates (0.35 day−1) interferon treatment markedly reduced the viability of the culture, even though the percentage increase in the doubling time of interferon-treated cultures was the same for cells cultivated at both fast and slow growth rates. Thus, although interferon is not directly cytotoxic, it can cause cell death by reducing the rate of cell multiplication below the minimum value compatible with viability.  相似文献

By the 1g sedimentation method using discontinuous gradients of Ficoll solution (concentrations of 6 to 14%), keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH)-primed spleen cells of C3H/He or DBA/2 mice were fractionated into 4 to 10 populations after IgG antibody-coated erythrocytes (EA gamma) rosetting and then treatment with anti-Thy-1.2 + complement (C). No significant difference was observed in the distribution of isotype specificities of surface immunoglobulins on B cells in each population thus fractionated, when determined by indirect immunofluorescence staining. The mixture of the 12 and 14% Ficoll fractions contained 95% of B cells bearing Fc receptor for IgG (FcR+ gamma) and 3.58% of antigen-binding cells (ABC) for KLH, while the 8% Ficoll fraction included 15% of FcR+ gamma B cells and 1.53% of ABC. Nevertheless, the FcR- gamma B-cell-enriched populations caused intensive plaque-forming cell (PFC) responses to dinitrophenol (DNP), whereas FcR+ gamma B-cell-enriched populations generated weak responses. Noteworthy is that 4 days preculture of a population containing 95% FcR+ gamma B cells resulted in the appearance of precursor activity which was ascertained by a further 4 days culture of these cells with antigen, DNP-dextran. These findings suggest that FcR gamma bearing B cells intrinsically possess precursor activity for IgM/IgG antibody-forming cells, but lose it transiently by binding immune complexes (IC). Moreover, the titer of a factor suppressing anti-DNP PFC responses (suppressive B-cell factor, SBF) was higher in the 24-hr culture supernatants of the FcR+ gamma B-cell-enriched fraction than of the FcR- gamma B-cell-enriched fraction, suggesting that SBF is produced by FcR+ gamma B cells themselves. Thus, IC seems to play an important role for the negative feedback regulation of antibody production by stimulating FcR gamma bearing B cells.  相似文献

The antigen-specific activation of murine nonimmunized B lymphocytes subsequently used in hybridization experiments has been investigated by using phylogenetically conserved antigens or autologous immunogens. This in vitro immunization was supported by B cell growth and differentiation factors derived from phorbol myristate acetate-stimulated EL-4 thymoma cells and mixed lymphocyte cultures (MLC). A filter immuno-plaque assay was used to evaluate the effect of different activation procedures on the number of antigen-specific plaque-forming cells (PFC). We first determined the requirement for MLC-derived lymphokines in the in vitro immunization. An optimal number of antigen-specific PFC was obtained when using 33 to 50% of the supernatant from a 48-hr MLC to support the activation. B cell growth and differentiation factors derived from EL-4 cultures were then tested for their abilities to potentiate the number of PFC by using both unseparated spleen cells and highly purified Ig-positive B cells as target cells. The combination of lymphokines found in supernatants from 25% EL-4 thymoma culture and 33% MLC yielded the highest number of PFC when used to support an in vitro immunization. This optimal factor preparation was used to determine the kinetics (4 to 7 days) and the dose response (0.01 to 10 micrograms antigen/ml) of antigen-specific B cell activation before using the immunized splenocytes as parental cells in cell fusion experiments. Mouse albumin and hemoglobin, actin (25 micrograms/ml), RNA polymerase II (5 micrograms/ml), as well as syngeneic mouse serum were used to immunize BALB/c spleen cells in vitro. We obtained antigen-specific PFC by using all of the different immunogens, including syngeneic mouse serum, and the in vitro immunized cells were then used in hybridization experiments. The specific efficiencies of each fusion that made use of cells immunized with mouse albumin, hemoglobin, syngeneic mouse serum, actin, or RNA polymerase II were 12, 31, 33, 52, and 22%, respectively, which illustrated the apparent lack of immune tolerance found when the immunization was performed in culture.  相似文献

Normal adult mice have been shown to contain a large number of cells secreting antibodies against bromelain-treated syngeneic erythrocytes (Br.MRBC) and the numbers remarkably increase by the stimulation with LPS. In this report development of the anti-Br.MRBC response during ontogeny was examined and it was shown that on the injection of LPS suckling mice responded little to generate splenic plaque-forming cells (PFC) against Br.MRBC in vivo and in vitro. The responsiveness of suckling mice to produce anti-Br.MRBC was shown to be less developed than the anti-TNP response or the mitotic response to LPS. The low responsiveness of suckling mice was analyzed in terms of suppressor activity in the spleen cell population, proliferative capacities of the precursors of anti-Br.MRBC PFC, and their frequencies in the spleen. In the coculture experiment of suckling and adult spleen cells or culture of anti-brain-associated Thy 1-treated, macrophage-depleted spleen cell population, no evidence was obtained to show that suckling spleen cells contained suppressor cells. Kinetic profiles studied in vitro showed that anti-Br.MRBC PFC in the suckling spleen did not increase during the culture as those in the adult spleen. Studies on the precursor frequencies revealed that spleen cells of 15-day-old mice contained precursors of anti-Br.MRBC PFC amounting to 20.5% of the adult precursors whereas the PFC response in vitro by the former was only 4% of the latter. From these experimental data, it was concluded that the low responsiveness of suckling mice was partly due to the low frequency of the precursors in the spleen and, in addition, to the defective nature of the precursors in proliferating to differentiate into PFC.  相似文献

The murine leukemia cell lines L1210 and WEHI-3B show a very different sensitivity to the cholera toxin (CT).Thein vitro growth of L1210 is completely inhibited by 10–8 M CT, while WEHI-3B growth shows the same inhibition at 10–11 M.The analysis of membrane ganglioside pattern of the two cell lines shows that in L1210 cells the major component is the GM1a ganglioside while the monosialoganglioside fraction from WEHI-3B is entirely composed of gangliosides of the b series among which GM1b is the more represented. The total cholera toxin binding capacity of the ganglioside extract from L1210 cells is more than hundred fold higher than that of WEHI-3B and this difference is also confirmed by the number of CT receptors/cell and by the binding of FITC-B subunit of CT on the cells. These surprising data are in conflict with the poor sensitivity to CT evidenced by L1210 compared to WEHI-3B cells. In order to clarify this discrepancy we investigated the cAMP accumulation, the cell viability and the clonogenicity of these two leukemia cell lines following the treatment with CT and forskolin (FRSK).The treatment of WEHI-3B cells with CT induces a dramatic increase of intracellular cAMP which highly correlates with cell death and the decrease of clonogenicity and this result is partially obtained by the treatment with FRSK, L1210 cells do not evidence significant cAMP accumulation neither with CT nor with FRSK treatment. These data suggest that the different inhibiting effect of CT on WEHI-3B and L1210 cells does not correlate with their different pattern of gangliosides and the related toxin binding capacity. Further they indicate that the growth inhibition of WEHI-3B cells is closely related with a cAMP-dependent cell killing mechanism, while the inhibition of L1210 growth (produced by high concentration of CT) is mediated by a cAMP independent mechanism.  相似文献

The effect of the iron-binding glycoprotein lactoferrin (LF) on the in vitro primary antibody response of mouse splenic cells to a T-lymphocyte-dependent antigen, sheep erythrocytes (SE), and a T-lymphocyte-independent antigen, trinitrophenolated Brucella abortus, was examined. Both iron-saturated and native LF (8% saturated) at 10?10 to 10?6M concentrations but not transferrin (an iron-binding glycoprotein similar to LF) significantly (P < 0.05) decreased the number of direct (IgM) plaque-forming cells (PFC) to SE and trinitrophenol (TNP) as determined by the hemolytic plaque assay. LF was equally effective in decreasing the PFC response to TNP in T-lymphocyte-depleted splenic cell cultures. Concentrations of LF which decreased the PFC response were noncytotoxic. A 1-hr exposure of splenic cells to LF at the beginning of the 5-day culture period but not 1 hr prior to assaying for PFC, or exposure of isolated macrophage-rich but not lymphocyte-rich populations to LF prior to reconstitution resulted in a significant decrease in the anti-SE response. These data suggest that LF which is synthesized and released by polymorphonuclear leukocytes and present in inflammatory lesions may play a role in modulating the antibody response through an effect on the macrophage.  相似文献
