Elevation of intracellular Ca2+, excessive ROS production and increased phospholipase A2 activity contribute to the pathology in dystrophin-deficient muscle. Moreover, Ca2+, ROS and phospholipase A2, in particular iPLA2, are thought to potentiate each other in positive feedback loops. NADPH oxidases (NOX) have been considered as a major source of ROS in muscle and have been reported to be overexpressed in muscles of mdx mice. We report here on our investigations regarding the effect of diapocynin, a dimer of the commonly used NOX inhibitor apocynin, on the activity of iPLA2, Ca2+ handling and ROS generation in dystrophic myotubes. We also examined the effects of diapocynin on force production and recovery ability of isolated EDL muscles exposed to eccentric contractions in vitro, a damaging procedure to which dystrophic muscle is extremely sensitive. In dystrophic myotubes, diapocynin inhibited ROS production, abolished iPLA2 activity and reduced Ca2+ influx through stretch-activated and store-operated channels, two major pathways responsible for excessive Ca2+ entry in dystrophic muscle. Diapocynin also prevented force loss induced by eccentric contractions of mdx muscle close to the value of wild-type muscle and reduced membrane damage as seen by Procion orange dye uptake. These findings support the central role played by NOX-ROS in the pathogenic cascade leading to muscular dystrophy and suggest diapocynin as an effective NOX inhibitor that might be helpful for future therapeutic approaches.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to determine the functional recovery and adaptation of dystrophic muscle to multiple bouts of contraction-induced injury. Because lengthening (i.e., eccentric) contractions are extremely injurious for dystrophic muscle, it was considered that repeated bouts of such contractions would exacerbate the disease phenotype in mdx mice. Anterior crural muscles (tibialis anterior and extensor digitorum longus) and posterior crural muscles (gastrocnemius, soleus, and plantaris) from mdx mice performed one or five repeated bouts of 100 electrically stimulated eccentric contractions in vivo, and each bout was separated by 10-18 days. Functional recovery from one bout was achieved 7 days after injury, which was in contrast to a group of wild-type mice, which still showed a 25% decrement in electrically stimulated isometric torque at that time point. Across bouts there was no difference in the immediate loss of strength after repeated bouts of eccentric contractions for mdx mice (-70%, P = 0.68). However, after recovery from each bout, dystrophic muscle had greater torque-generating capacity such that isometric torque was increased ~38% for both anterior and posterior crural muscles at bout 5 compared with bout 1 (P < 0.001). Moreover, isolated extensor digitorum longus muscles excised from in vivo-tested hindlimbs 14-18 days after bout 5 had greater specific force than contralateral control muscles (12.2 vs. 10.4 N/cm(2), P = 0.005) and a 20% greater maximal relaxation rate (P = 0.049). Additional adaptations due to the multiple bouts of eccentric contractions included rapid recovery and/or sparing of contractile proteins, enhanced parvalbumin expression, and a decrease in fiber size variability. In conclusion, eccentric contractions are injurious to dystrophic skeletal muscle; however, the muscle recovers function rapidly and adapts to repeated bouts of eccentric contractions by improving strength.  相似文献

Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) is an X-linked, fatal muscle wasting disease for which there is currently no cure and limited palliative treatments. Poloxomer 188 (P188) is a tri-block copolymer that has been proposed as a potential treatment for cardiomyopathy in DMD patients. Despite the reported beneficial effects of P188 on dystrophic cardiac muscle function, the effects of P188 on dystrophic skeletal muscle function are relatively unknown. Mdx mice were injected intraperitoneally with 460 mg/kg or 30 mg/kg P188 dissolved in saline, or saline alone (control). The effect of single-dose and 2-week daily treatment was assessed using a muscle function test on the Tibialis Anterior (TA) muscle in situ in anaesthetised mice. The test comprises a warm up, measurement of the force-frequency relationship and a series of eccentric contractions with a 10% stretch that have previously been shown to cause a drop in maximum force in mdx mice. After 2 weeks of P188 treatment at either 30 or 460 mg/kg/day the drop in maximum force produced following eccentric contractions was significantly greater than that seen in saline treated control mice (P = 0.0001). Two week P188 treatment at either dose did not significantly change the force-frequency relationship or maximum isometric specific force produced by the TA muscle. In conclusion P188 treatment increases susceptibility to contraction-induced injury following eccentric contractions in dystrophic skeletal muscle and hence its suitability as a potential therapeutic for DMD should be reconsidered.  相似文献

The muscle creatine kinase (MCK) gene is expressed at high levels only in differentiated skeletal and cardiac muscle. The activity of the cloned enhancer–promoter has previously been shown to be dependent on the Trex element which is specifically bound by a yet unidentified nuclear factor, TrexBF. We have further characterized the function of the Trex site by comparing wild-type and Trex-mutated MCK transgenes in five mouse skeletal muscles: quadriceps, extensor digitorum longus (EDL), soleus, diaphragm, and distal tongue, as well as in heart ventricular muscle. Several types of statistical analysis including analysis of variance (ANOVA) and rank sum tests were used to compare expression between muscle types and between constructs. Upon mutation of the Trex site, median transgene expression levels decreased 3- to 120-fold in the muscles examined, with statistically significant differences in all muscles except the EDL. Expression in the largely slow soleus muscle was more affected than in the EDL, and expression in the distal tongue and diaphragm muscles was affected more than in soleus. Median expression of the transgene in ventricle decreased about 18-fold upon Trex mutation. Transfections into neonatal rat myocardiocytes confirmed the importance of the Trex site for MCK enhancer activity in heart muscle, but the effect is larger in transgenic mice than in cultured cells.  相似文献

Isometric contractile properties of isolated phrenic nerve-diaphragm muscle preparations were used to study the effects of picornavirus infections on diaphragm muscle function. Properties of muscles from virus-inoculated and control mice were similar during brief contractions. However, when subjected to a series of fatiguing contractions by indirect or direct stimulation, muscles of mice inoculated with a paralytic variant of encephalomyocarditis (EMC) virus showed a greater rate of fatigue and a reduced capacity to recover from fatigue than did muscles from uninoculated control mice or muscles from mice inoculated with a nonparalytic coxsackievirus B3 (CVB3). Mice paralyzed by EMC virus infection had high titers of virus in the brain and similar titers of virus in diaphragm muscle as found in diaphragm muscles of CVB3-inoculated mice. The results indicate that EMC virus infection of mice leads to increased fatigability of the diaphragm muscle and that there are both neural and muscular components of this enhanced fatigue.  相似文献

Duchenne muscular dystrophy is a musculoskeletal disease caused by mutations in the dystrophin gene. The purpose of this study was to use the mouse model of muscular dystrophy (mdx) to determine if the progression of the dystrophic phenotype in the diaphragm (costal) versus limb skeletal muscle (tibialis anterior) is associated with specific changes in extracellular regulated kinase (ERK1/2), p70 S6 kinase (p70(S6k)), or p38 signaling pathways. The studies detected that consistent with an earlier dystrophic phenotype, phosphorylation of p70(S6k) is elevated by 40% in the diaphragm with no change in limb muscle. In addition, phosphorylation of p38 kinase was decreased by 33% in the mdx diaphragm muscle. Levels of ERK1/2 as well as phosphorylation states were elevated in the diaphragm and limb muscle of mdx mice compared with age-matched control muscles. These results indicate that distinct signaling pathways are differentially activated in skeletal muscle of mdx mice. The specificity of these responses, particularly in the diaphragm, provides insight for potential targets for blunting the progression of the muscular dystrophy phenotype.  相似文献

Connective tissue growth factor (CTGF/CCN-2) is mainly involved in the induction of extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins. The levels of CTGF correlate with the degree and severity of fibrosis in many tissues, including dystrophic skeletal muscle. The CTGF overexpression in tibialis anterior skeletal muscle using an adenoviral vector reproduced many of the features observed in dystrophic muscles including muscle damage and regeneration, fibrotic response and decrease in the skeletal muscle strength. The renin-angiotensin system is involved in the genesis and progression of fibrotic diseases through its main fibrotic components angiotensin-II and its transducer receptor AT-1. The use of AT-1 receptor blockers (ARB) has been shown to decrease fibrosis. In this paper, we show the effect of AT-1 receptor blockade on CTGF-dependent biological activity in skeletal muscle cells as well as the response to CTGF overexpression in normal skeletal muscle. Our results show that in myoblasts ARB decreased CTGF-mediated increase of ECM protein levels, extracellular signal regulated kinases 1/2 (ERK-1/2) phosphorylation and stress fibres formation. In tibialis anterior muscle overexpressing CTGF using an adenovirus, ARB treatment decreased CTGF-mediated increase of ECM molecules, α-SMA and ERK-1/2 phosphorylation levels. Quite remarkable, ARB was able to prevent the loss of contractile force of tibialis anterior muscles overexpressing CTGF. Finally, we show that ARB decreased the levels of fibrotic proteins, CTGF and ERK-1/2 phosphorylation augmented in a dystrophic skeletal muscle from mdx mice. We propose that ARB is a novel pharmacological tool that can be used to decrease the fibrosis induced by CTGF in skeletal muscle associated with muscular dystrophies.  相似文献

miRNAS in normal and diseased skeletal muscle   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The last 20 years have witnessed major advances in the understanding of muscle diseases and significant inroads are being made to treat muscular dystrophy. However, no curative therapy is currently available for any of the muscular dystrophies, despite the immense progress made using several approaches and only palliative and symptomatic treatment is available for patients. The discovery of miRNAs as new and important regulators of gene expression is expected to broaden our biological understanding of the regulatory mechanism in muscle by adding another dimension of regulation to the diversity and complexity of gene-regulatory networks. As important regulators of muscle development, unravelling the regulatory circuits involved may be challenging, given that a single miRNA can regulate the expression of many mRNA targets. Although the identification of the regulatory targets of miRNAs in muscle is a challenge, it will be critical for placing them in genetic pathways and biological contexts. Therefore, combining informatics, biochemical and genetic approaches will not only expected to reveal the elucidation of the miRNA regulatory network in skeletal muscle and to bring a better knowledge on muscle tissue regulation but will also raise new opportunities for therapeutic intervention in muscular dystrophies by identifying candidate miRNAs as potential targets for clinical application.  相似文献

Attempts to repair muscle damage in Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) by transplanting skeletal myoblasts directly into muscles are faced with the problem of the limited migration of these cells in the muscles. The delivery of myogenic stem cells to the sites of muscle lesions via the systemic circulation is a potential alternative approach to treat this disease. Muscle-derived stem cells (MDSCs) were obtained by a MACS(R) multisort method. Clones of MDSCs, which were Sca-1+/CD34-/L-selectin+, were found to adhere firmly to the endothelium of mdx dystrophic muscles after i.v. or i.m. injections. The subpopulation of Sca-1+/CD34- MDSCs expressing L-selectin was called homing MDSCs (HMDSCs). Treatment of HMDSCs with antibodies against L-selectin prevented adhesion to the muscle endothelium. Importantly, we found that vascular endothelium from striate muscle of young mdx mice expresses mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule-1 (MAdCAM-1), a ligand for L-selectin. Our results showed for the first time that the expression of the adhesion molecule L-selectin is important for muscle homing of MDSCs. This discovery will aid in the improvement of a potential therapy for muscular dystrophy based on the systemic delivery of MDSCs.  相似文献

In Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and in the mdx mouse model of DMD, the lack of dystrophin is related to enhanced calcium influx and muscle degeneration. Stretch-activated channels (SACs) might be directly involved in the pathology of DMD, and transient receptor potential cation channels have been proposed as likely candidates of SACs. We investigated the levels of transient receptor potential canonical channel 1 (TRPC1) and the effects of streptomycin, a SAC blocker, in muscles showing different degrees of the dystrophic phenotype. Mdx mice (18 days old, n = 16) received daily intraperitoneal injections of streptomycin (182 mg/kg body wt) for 18 days, followed by removal of the diaphragm, sternomastoid (STN), biceps brachii, and tibialis anterior muscles. Control mdx mice (n = 37) were injected with saline. Western blot analysis showed higher levels of TRPC1 in diaphragm muscle compared with STN and limb muscles. Streptomycin reduced creatine kinase and prevented exercise-induced increases of total calcium and Evans blue dye uptake in diaphragm and in STN muscles. It is suggested that different levels of the stretch-activated calcium channel protein TRPC1 may contribute to the different degrees of the dystrophic phenotype seen in mdx mice. Early treatment designed to regulate the activity of these channels may ameliorate the progression of dystrophy in the most affected muscle, the diaphragm.  相似文献

Skeletal muscle is maintained and repaired by resident stem cells called muscle satellite cells, but there is a gradual failure of this process during the progressive skeletal muscle weakness and wasting that characterises muscular dystrophies. The pathogenic mutation causes muscle wasting, but in conditions including Duchenne muscular dystrophy, the mutant gene is not expressed in satellite cells, and so muscle maintenance/repair is not directly affected. The chronic muscle wasting, however, produces an increasingly hostile micro-environment in dystrophic muscle. This probably combines with excessive satellite cell use to eventually culminate in an indirect failure of satellite cell-mediated myofibre repair. By contrast, in disorders such as Emery-Dreifuss muscular dystrophy, the pathogenic mutation not only instigates muscle wasting, but could also directly compromise satellite cell function, leading to less effective muscle homeostasis. This may again combine with excessive use and a hostile environment to further compromise satellite cell performance. Whichever the mechanism, the ultimate consequence of perturbed satellite cell activity is a chronic failure of myofibre maintenance in dystrophic muscle. Here, we review whether the pathogenic mutation can directly contribute to satellite cell dysfunction in a number of muscular dystrophies.  相似文献

Background information. DMD (Duchenne muscular dystrophy) is a devastating X‐linked disorder characterized by progressive muscle degeneration and weakness. The use of cell therapy for the repair of defective muscle is being pursued as a possible treatment for DMD. Mesenchymal stem cells have the potential to differentiate and display a myogenic phenotype in vitro. Since liposuctioned human fat is available in large quantities, it may be an ideal source of stem cells for therapeutic applications. ASCs (adipose‐derived stem cells) are able to restore dystrophin expression in the muscles of mdx (X‐linked muscular dystrophy) mice. However, the outcome when these cells interact with human dystrophic muscle is still unknown. Results. We show here that ASCs participate in myotube formation when cultured together with differentiating human DMD myoblasts, resulting in the restoration of dystrophin expression. Similarly, dystrophin was induced when ASCs were co‐cultivated with DMD myotubes. Experiments with GFP (green fluorescent protein)‐positive ASCs and DAPI (4′,6‐diamidino‐2‐phenylindole)‐stained DMD myoblasts indicated that ASCs participate in human myogenesis through cellular fusion. Conclusions. These results show that ASCs have the potential to interact with dystrophic muscle cells, restoring dystrophin expression of DMD cells in vitro. The possibility of using adipose tissue as a source of stem cell therapies for muscular diseases is extremely exciting.  相似文献

Alpha-sarcoglycan (Sgca) is a transmembrane glycoprotein of the dystrophin complex located at skeletal and cardiac muscle sarcolemma. Defects in the alpha-sarcoglycan gene (Sgca) cause the severe human-type 2D limb girdle muscular dystrophy. Because Sgca-null mice develop progressive muscular dystrophy similar to human disorder they are a valuable animal model for investigating the physiopathology of the disorder. In this study, biochemical and functional properties of fast-twitch extensor digitorum longus (EDL) and slow-twitch soleus muscles of the Sgca-null mice were analyzed. EDL muscle of Sgca-null mice showed twitch and tetanic kinetics comparable with those of wild-type controls. In contrast, soleus muscle showed reduction of twitch half-relaxation time, prolongation of tetanic half-relaxation time, and increase of maximal rate of rise of tetanus. EDL muscle of Sgca-null mice demonstrated a marked reduction of specific twitch and tetanic tensions and a higher resistance to fatigue compared with controls, changes that were not evident in dystrophic soleus. Contrary to EDL fibers, soleus muscle fibers of Sgca-null mice distinctively showed right shift of the pCa-tension (pCa is the negative log of Ca2+ concentration) relationships and reduced sensitivity to caffeine of sarcoplasmic reticulum. Both EDL and soleus muscles showed striking changes in myosin heavy-chain (MHC) isoform composition, whereas EDL showed a larger number of hybrid fibers than soleus. In contrast to the EDL, soleus muscle of Sgca-null mice contained a higher number of regenerating fibers and thus higher levels of embryonic MHC. In conclusion, this study revealed profound distinctive biochemical and physiological modifications in fast- and slow-twitch muscles resulting from alpha-sarcoglycan deficiency.  相似文献

Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) is a lethal inherited muscle disorder. Pathological characteristics of DMD skeletal muscles include, among others, abnormal Ca(2+) homeostasis and cell signalling. Here, in the mdx mouse model of DMD, we demonstrate significant P2X7 receptor abnormalities in isolated primary muscle cells and cell lines and in dystrophic muscles in vivo. P2X7 mRNA expression in dystrophic muscles was significantly up-regulated but without alterations of specific splice variant patterns. P2X7 protein was also up-regulated and this was associated with altered function of P2X7 receptors producing increased responsiveness of cytoplasmic Ca(2+) and extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) phosphorylation to purinergic stimulation and altered sensitivity to NAD. Ca(2+) influx and ERK signalling were stimulated by ATP and BzATP, inhibited by specific P2X7 antagonists and insensitive to ivermectin, confirming P2X7 receptor involvement. Despite the presence of pannexin-1, prolonged P2X7 activation did not trigger cell permeabilization to propidium iodide or Lucifer yellow. In dystrophic mice, in vivo treatment with the P2X7 antagonist Coomassie Brilliant Blue reduced the number of degeneration-regeneration cycles in mdx skeletal muscles. Altered P2X7 expression and function is thus an important feature in dystrophic mdx muscle and treatments aiming to inhibit P2X7 receptor might slow the progression of this disease.  相似文献

In this study we have shown that the skeletal muscle fibres from adult (older than 26 weeks) mdx mice have gross structural deformities. We have characterized the onset and age dependence of this feature in mdx mice. The three dimensional structure of these deformities has been visualized in isolated fibres and the orientation of these deformities was determined within the muscle by confocal laser scanning microscopy. We have also shown that the occurrence of morphologically abnormal fibres is greater in muscles with longer fibres (extensor digitorum longus (EDL) and soleus, 6-7.3 mm long), than in muscles with shorter fibres (flexor digitorum brevis (FDB), 0.3-0.4 mm long). A population of post-degenerative fibres, with both central and peripheral nuclei coexistent along the length of the fibre, has also been identified in the muscles studied. We showed that a mild protocol of lengthening (eccentric) contractions (the muscle was stretched by 12% during a tetanic contraction) caused a major reduction in the maximal tetanic force subsequently produced by mdx EDL muscle. In contrast, maximal tetanic force production in normal soleus, normal EDL and mdx soleus muscles was not altered by this protocol. We suggest that the deformed fast glycolytic fibres which are found in adult mdx EDL but not in adult mdx soleus muscles are the population of fibres damaged by the lengthening protocol.  相似文献

The goals of this study were first to determine the effect of temperature on the force loss that results from eccentric contractions in mouse extensor digitorum longus (EDL) muscles and then to evaluate a potential role for altered Ca(2+) homeostasis explaining the greater isometric force loss observed at the higher temperatures. Isolated muscles performed five eccentric or five isometric contractions at either 15, 20, 25, 30, 33.5, or 37 degrees C. Isometric force loss, caffeine-induced force, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release, muscle accumulation of (45)Ca(2+) from the bathing medium, sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) Ca(2+) uptake, and resting muscle fiber free cytosolic Ca(2+) concentration ([Ca(2+)](i)) were measured. The isometric force loss after eccentric contractions increased progressively as temperature rose; at 15 degrees C, there was no significant loss of force, but at 37 degrees C, there was a 30-39% loss of force. After eccentric contractions, caffeine-induced force was not affected by temperature nor was it different from that of control muscles at any temperature. Loss of cell membrane integrity and subsequent influx of extracellular Ca(2+) as indicated by LDH release and muscle (45)Ca(2+) accumulation, respectively, were minimal over the 15-25 degrees C range, but both increased as an exponential function of temperature between 30 and 37 degrees C. SR Ca(2+) uptake showed no impairment as temperature increased, and the eccentric contraction-induced rise in resting fiber [Ca(2+)](i) was unaffected by temperature over the 15-25 degrees C range. In conclusion, the isometric force loss after eccentric contractions is temperature dependent, but the temperature dependency does not appear to be readily explainable by alterations in Ca(2+) homeostasis.  相似文献

Acute effects of free fatty acids (FFA) were investigated on: (1) glucose oxidation, and UCP-2 and -3 mRNA and protein levels in 1 h incubated rat soleus and extensor digitorium longus (EDL) muscles, (2) mitochondrial membrane potential in cultured skeletal muscle cells, (3) respiratory activity and transmembrane electrical potential in mitochondria isolated from rat skeletal muscle, and (4) oxygen consumption by anesthetized rats. Long-chain FFA increased both basal and insulin-stimulated glucose oxidation in incubated rat soleus and EDL muscles and reduced mitochondrial membrane potential in C2C12 myotubes and rat skeletal muscle cells. Caprylic, palmitic, oleic, and linoleic acid increased O2 consumption and decreased electrical membrane potential in isolated mitochondria from rat skeletal muscles. FFA did not alter UCP-2 and -3 mRNA and protein levels in rat soleus and EDL muscles. Palmitic acid increased oxygen consumption by anesthetized rats. These results suggest that long-chain FFA acutely lead to mitochondrial uncoupling in skeletal muscle.  相似文献

Calcineurin activation ameliorates the dystrophic pathology of hindlimb muscles in mdx mice and decreases their susceptibility to contraction damage. In mdx mice, the diaphragm is more severely affected than hindlimb muscles and more representative of Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The constitutively active calcineurin Aalpha transgene (CnAalpha) was overexpressed in skeletal muscles of mdx (mdx CnAalpha*) mice to test whether muscle morphology and function would be improved. Contractile function of diaphragm strips and extensor digitorum longus and soleus muscles from adult mdx CnAalpha* and mdx mice was examined in vitro. Hindlimb muscles from mdx CnAalpha* mice had a prolonged twitch time course and were more resistant to fatigue. Because of a slower phenotype and a decrease in fiber cross-sectional area, normalized force was lower in fast- and slow-twitch muscles of mdx CnAalpha* than mdx mice. In the diaphragm, despite a slower phenotype and a approximately 35% reduction in fiber size, normalized force was preserved. This was likely mediated by the reduction in the area of the diaphragm undergoing degeneration (i.e., mononuclear cell and connective and adipose tissue infiltration). The proportion of centrally nucleated fibers was reduced in mdx CnAalpha* compared with mdx mice, indicative of improved myofiber viability. In hindlimb muscles of mdx mice, calcineurin activation increased expression of markers of regeneration, particularly developmental myosin heavy chain isoform and myocyte enhancer factor 2A. Thus activation of the calcineurin signal transduction pathway has potential to ameliorate the mdx pathophysiology, especially in the diaphragm, through its effects on muscle degeneration and regeneration and endurance capacity.  相似文献

Muscle spindles from the slow-twitch soleus and the fast-twitch extensor digitorum longus (EDL) muscles of genetically dystrophic mice of the dy2J/dy2J strain were compared with age-matched normal animals at neonatal ages of 1-3 weeks according to histochemical, quantitative, and ultrastructural parameters. Intrafusal fibers in both the soleus and EDL exhibited similar regional differences in myosin ATPase activity, and conformed to those noted previously in various adult species. In distal polar regions, all nuclear bag fibers resembled extrafusal fibers of the type 1 variety, whereas in capsular zones they could be divided into two subtypes. Nuclear chain fibers possessed a staining pattern similar to type 2 extrafusal fibers, and in contrast to the bag fibers they exhibited no regional variations. These features were consistently observed in both the normal and dystrophic muscles at all ages. Spindles varied only slightly in their number and distribution in the two types of muscle, and their location followed the neurovascular branching pattern in each. Irrespective of age or genotype, spindles in the soleus were more homogeneously dispersed, but those in the EDL were concentrated along the dorsal aspect of the muscle. No significant differences were noted in the total number of spindles between normal and dystrophic muscles. In addition, no dramatic differences were observed in the muscle spindle index for soleus and EDL. The first obvious disease-related changes were noted in extrafusal fibers of the soleus of 3-week-old mice, and spindles were often located close to these areas of fiber degeneration. Despite alterations in the surrounding tissue, however, spindles appeared morphologically unaltered in dystrophy. These observations indicate that intrafusal fibers of spindles in neonatal mice appear enzymatically and histologically unaffected in incipient stages of progressive muscular dystrophy.  相似文献
