丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)和植物共生放线菌(PSA)具有促进植物生长、抑菌、抗逆和防病等作用.然而,AMF与PSA之间是否能协同发挥促生防病作用值得探究.本试验旨在评价AMF和PSA对茄科蔬菜的促生防病效应,获得高效AMF+PSA组合.温室盆栽试验采用辣椒(羊角椒)和茄子(黑冠长茄子),分别接种和不接种AMF摩西斗管囊霉(Fm)、变形球囊霉(Gv)、PSA浑圆链霉菌(H6-1)、娄彻氏链霉菌(S2-2)、珊瑚链霉菌(D11-4)和病原真菌灰葡萄孢,共48个处理,测定各处理植株生长、发病和根系共生体发育状况等.结果表明: Fm与PSA能相互促进侵染定殖,而Gv与PSA相互抑制.与不接种对照相比,接种AMF、PSA和AMF+PSA各处理均能不同程度地提高辣椒和茄子植株的光合性能、根系活力和生长量.接种病原真菌条件下,接种AMF和PSA处理均显著促进植株生长,降低植株的病情指数,其中,PSA的促生防病效应大于AMF,Fm+H6-1组合对辣椒的促生防病效果最好,对灰霉病的防效达69.1%;Fm+D11-4对茄子的促生防病效果最佳,对灰霉病的防效达75.5%.在本试验条件下,Fm+H6-1和Fm+D11-4分别是辣椒和茄子促生防病的高效组合,有待进一步开展田间试验.  相似文献

茄子黄萎病菌抗性根际芽孢杆菌的筛选与鉴定   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
利用离体抑菌圈法从茄子根际土壤筛选出8株对黄萎病菌大丽轮枝菌(Verticillium dahliae)抑菌效果明显的芽孢杆菌,其中F53菌株分泌几丁质酶和-β1,3-葡聚糖酶,对所检测的12种植物病原菌具明显的抑制作用,其发酵液热、酸碱稳定性强,用F53菌株制成的菌剂对茄子黄萎病盆栽试验防效为52.4%~75.8%,初步鉴定F53菌株为环状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus circulans)。  相似文献

以茄子黄萎病为研究对象,采用在营养钵中施加不同浓度Ca(NO3)2(80、120、160、200 mg·L-1)的方法,研究了不同浓度Ca(NO3)2对茄子黄萎病抗性、茄子幼苗生长以及生理指标的影响。结果表明:与清水对照相比,不同浓度的Ca(NO3)2均能降低茄子黄萎病的发病率和病情指数,促进茄子幼苗生长,提高相关抗性生理指标;其中Ca(NO3)2的最佳作用浓度为160 mg·L-1;与清水对照相比,茄子幼苗的株高、茎粗、地上鲜重、地下鲜重分别增加了32%、22%、93%和114%,叶绿素含量和根系活力分别提高了35%和63%,相对电导率和丙二醛分别降低了51%和54%,3种防御酶PAL、PPO和POD的活性分别增加了60%、721%和144%。  相似文献

西部露天煤矿区气候干旱,提高矿区植物利用深层土壤水是矿区生态环境恢复的重要步骤,明晰微生物生态修复技术下植物根系及土壤水分分布特征对于矿区生态重建具有重要意义。为了探讨接种丛枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)对玉米根系形态及土壤水分分布的影响,本研究以饱和粉质黏土作为隔水层,砂土作为土壤层来进行室内土柱试验,共设置了不种玉米不接种AMF (CK)、种植玉米不接种AMF (YM)、种植玉米接种AMF (YF) 3个试验处理,并在试验过程中对土壤水分分布和植物生长相关指标进行监测。结果表明:试验前期接菌处理下土壤平均含水率比不接菌处理低14.5%,而试验后期接菌处理比不接菌处理高20.1%,同时还发现97.4%的玉米根系主要分布在0–40 cm的土层中。与不接种AMF处理相比,接种AMF的玉米细根的根长度、根体积和根表面积占比分别增加4.4%、1.2%和2.6%。通过直接对比法和贝叶斯混合模型分析表明,接菌处理下玉米对中层土壤(10–50 cm)水分吸收为47.1%,而不接菌处理对该层土壤水分吸收则为35%。这些结果表明接种AMF能提高植物对土壤...  相似文献

丛枝菌根可以改善植物营养状况,提高宿主植物的抗病性.本文研究了番茄幼苗预先接种丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)地表球囊霉后对番茄植株保护酶活性和防御反应基因表达,以及对番茄早疫病抗性的影响.结果表明:被AMF侵染的番茄植株在接种早疫病病原菌茄链格孢菌后,其叶片内的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性迅速提高.其中SOD酶活性在接种后18h达到最高,比只接种地表球囊霉(G)、茄链格孢菌(A)以及未接种AMF和病原菌的对照(CK)分别高28.6%、79.2%和82.8%;POD酶活性在接种后65 h达到最高,分别比G、A处理和CK高762%、18.3%和1710%.经荧光定量PCR检测表明,AMF侵染后的番茄植株再接种病原菌,其叶片中PR1(病程相关蛋白基因)、PR2(β-1,3-葡聚糖酶基因)和PR3(几丁质酶基因)基因的最高转录水平达到CK的9.67、8.54和13.4倍.与CK相比,先接种地表球囊霉再接种茄链格孢菌的番茄植株(GA)的早疫病发病率和病情指数分别降低了36.3%和61.4%.预先接种AMF的番茄植株在遇到病原菌袭击时诱导的防御反应强而迅速,诱发(priming)可能是菌根真菌提高宿主植物抗病性的重要机制.  相似文献

以野生茄子托鲁巴姆(Solanum torvum Swartz)和苏崎茄(Solanum melongena L.)为主要材料,通过比较两种茄子在大丽轮枝菌(Verticillium dahliae Kleb)侵染过程中体内的生理生化指标变化,分析托鲁巴姆对黄萎病的抗性响应机制。结果表明:(1)与苏崎茄植株相比,托鲁巴姆植株表现出很强的自我防御和自我修复能力。(2)托鲁巴姆体内存在的活性氧清除系统(如SOD、POD、CAT等酶的活性)高于苏崎茄;在侵染后,托鲁巴姆体内各种酶的活性快速增加,其幅度高于苏崎茄;MDA的变化则恰恰相反。这个结果提示,黄萎病菌胁迫可能激活了托鲁巴姆体内活性氧清除系统,从而加快了某些防御物质(如木质素和抗菌物质绿原酸等)的形成,同时减缓或降低MDA等有害物质在植株体内的积累。(3)黄萎病菌侵染后各生理指标的响应时间表现出差异。托鲁巴姆中POD、PAL的活性和可溶性蛋白含量在侵染后的12h内就迅速作出响应(POD增加、PAL和可溶性蛋白减少);而SOD、PPO、CAT的活性和MDA的含量则在处理后初始阶段(至少12h)进行了一些调整,随后才进入持续性的增加或减少阶段。由此可见,托鲁巴姆对黄萎病病菌侵染的响应具有时序性,其体内POD酶、PAL酶和可溶性蛋白首先参与植物的防卫反应以应对黄萎病的胁迫,其它酶随后参与响应,它们的共同作用形成对黄萎病菌的有效防卫。  相似文献

以黄萎病菌粗毒素接种不同茄子品种的结果表明:接种后抗病品种比感病品种的过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性高,而多酚氧化酶(PPO)和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性则相对稳定;前者叶的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和细胞间CO2浓度(Ci)的变化幅度比后者小,但72 h后二者的叶片Pn、Gs、Tr都明显呈下降趋势.  相似文献

为了研究丛枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus, AMF)对菌根植物与非菌根植物种间竞争的影响,以玉米(菌根植物)和油菜(非菌根植物)作为供试植物,分别进行间作、尼龙网分隔和单作,模拟这两种植物之间不同的竞争状态,接种丛枝菌根真菌Glomus intraradicesGlomus mosseae,比较菌根植物和非菌根植物的生长和磷营养状况,分析AMF侵染对植物种间竞争作用的影响。结果显示,与单作相比,间作模式下玉米的生物量及磷营养状况有所降低,但其菌根依赖性却有所提高。与不接种相比,接种处理显著降低了间作体系油菜根系的磷含量和磷吸收量,但趋于改善菌根植物玉米的磷营养状况。因此,接种AMF可以降低非菌根植物的磷营养状况及生物量,使得菌根植物的相对竞争能力明显提高,说明AMF在维持物种多样性方面有着重要的作用。  相似文献

作者于塑料连栋大棚栽培条件下,研究了接种丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)Glomus mossea-2对低温下黄瓜(Cucumis sativus L.)幼苗同化产物积累、光合生理和过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)的活性及基因表达的影响。结果表明:低温显著抑制了AMF对黄瓜根系的侵染能力和菌根相对依赖性。接菌后30d—45d AMF为快速侵染期。接种AMF植株的鲜重根冠比、总干重、总鲜重均显著大于未接菌处理。低温胁迫下,接种AMF延缓了光合速率、根系活力、羧化效率和叶绿素、可溶性蛋白含量的下降,并且使丙二醛(MDA) 的含量保持相对较低的水平,诱导了抗氧化酶基因的表达及活性提高。接种AMF可以使叶片维持较高的抗氧化酶水平和光合能力,增强了对低温胁迫的抗性。 关键词:黄瓜;丛枝菌根真菌;低温;抗氧化酶  相似文献

天然植物提取物对茄子黄萎病菌的抑制活性   总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12  
以茄子黄萎菌为供试菌种,研究了54种天然植物的乙醇提取液对茄黄萎菌的抑菌活性. 结果表明, 有15种植物提取物对茄子黄萎菌菌丝生长抑制率大于50%,其中细辛、黄连、厚朴、儿茶、苦参、甘草、蛇床子、桔梗、洋葱的提取物对供试菌菌丝生长抑制作用较强,抑制效果均在65%以上,蛇床子的抑菌率达86.84%.有16种植物提取物对病菌孢子萌发的抑制作用大于70%,其中7种植物提取物对孢子萌发的抑制率大于95%以上,细辛、黄连、厚朴基本上抑制了孢子的萌发.儿茶提取物对菌丝生长的抑制效果较差,但却显著抑制了孢子萌发,抑制率达100%.蛇床子提取物虽然抑菌效果较高,但其处理的孢子萌发率为11.3%.研究发现天然植物提取物中存在着抑制黄萎菌的活性物质,这为生物防治黄萎病和进一步研究蔬菜抗病增产理论提供了新的思路与途径.  相似文献

Summary No quantitative information is available regarding the salt tolerance of eggplant (Solanum melongena L.). The present study was conducted over a two-year period in small field plots irrigated by drip, where irrigation frequency was also a variable. The salt tolerance function may be described by the equation Yr=100–6.9 (ECe−1.1), where Yr=relative yield of fruit, ECe=the mean integrated electrical conductivity at the soil saturation extract, 1.1 dS/m=threshold salinity. Eggplant (Solanum melongena L.), an economically important vegetable crop in many countries in Asia and Africa, often has insufficient levels of resistance to biotic and abiotic stresses. Genetic resources of eggplant have been assessed for resistance against its most serious diseases and pests (bacterial and fungal wilts, nematodes and shoot and fruit borer). Attempts at crossing eggplant with its wild relatives resulted in limited success due to sexual incompatibilities. However, the ability of eggplant to respond well in tissue culture, notably plant regeneration, has allowed the application of biotechnology, particularly the exploitation of somaclonal variation, haploidisation, somatic hybridisation and genetic transformation for gene transfer. Somaclonal variation has been used to obtain lines with increased resistance to salt and little leaf disease. Traits of resistance against bacterial and fungal wilts have successfully been introduced into the cultivated eggplant through somatic hybridisation. However, most somatic hybrids were sterile when the parental lines were distantly related. In contrast, the use of close relatives as fusion partners or highly asymmetric fusion resulted in the production of fertile hybrids with resistance traits and a morphology close to the cultivated eggplant, thus avoiding the series of backcrosses necessary for introgression of desired traits into eggplant. As far as molecular markers and genetic engineering are concerned, the information available for eggplant is very scanty. Two genetic linkage maps have been established by using RAPD and RFLP markers. In order to analyse the genetic relationships between eggplant and its relatives, some studies based on AFLP and ctDNA analyses have also been conducted. So far only resistance against insects, and parthenocarpic fruit development have successfully been developed in eggplant using Agrobacterium tumefasciens transformation. However, some work on genetic engineering of eggplant for other biotic and abiotic stresses has recently been initiated. 采用室内生物测定的方法,研究了不同砧木、不同浓度和不同生育期嫁接茄子根系分泌物的化感效应.结果表明,嫁接茄根系分泌物与自根茄相比,促进了茄子种子的萌发和幼苗生长.各砧木品种嫁接茄根系分泌物的化感效应显著或极显著高于对照,其中发芽率和苗高最高,增加29.1%和37.1%;不同浓度试验结果呈现“低促高抑”的规律,当浓度为0.04g·ml-1时发芽率最高,比对照增加50%,当浓度增加到0.24g·ml-1时,根长比对照降低了30.3%;在生长后期嫁接茄的根系分泌物对种子萌发的促进作用小于前中期,而自根茄抑制作用增强.因此,生产中使用嫁接技术是缓解由自毒作用引起的连作障碍的有效方法之一.  相似文献

从蔬菜、花卉、树木、作物和杂草等植物中选取29科73种植物材料,通过室内生物测定和田间试验,筛选出的葡萄叶、大葱叶提取物对黄萎菌具有较强的抑制作用,菌丝生长抑制率达68.44%和61.31%,孢子萌发抑制率达到95%以上,田间防病效果与茄子"病菌净"药剂达到同一显著水平,防效分别达到了75.76%和71.72%。丁香枝叶、薄荷叶、辣椒叶、番茄叶、醉蝶根、南瓜叶、韭菜叶、核桃叶、银杏叶、大蓟叶、藿香叶、苣卖菜叶、万寿菊叶、柳枝叶、花椒果和橘皮等也具有较好的抑菌活性,可作为其它病原菌的天然抗菌剂筛选研究试材。  相似文献

在高温条件下对6个茄子品种(成都墨茄、90-17-1、早丰红茄、屏东长茄(701)、九叶茄、长杂6号)进行电导率、水分、花粉活力、产量及果实木栓化程度等的测定。结果表明,成都墨茄、90-17-1为高抗热品种,早丰红茄为中抗热品种,屏东长茄(701)为低抗热品种,而九叶茄、长杂6号为不抗热品种。  相似文献

Background and Aims

Changes in key traits occurring during the processes of plant domestication have long been subjects of debate. Only in the case of genetic analysis or with extensive plant remains can specific sets of changes be documented. Historical details of the plant domestication processes are rare and other evidence of morphological change can be difficult to obtain, especially for those vegetables that lack a substantial body of archaeological data. Botanical records chronicled in the ancient literature of established ancient civilizations, such as that of China, are invaluable resources for the study and understanding of the process of plant domestication. Here, the considerable body of ancient Chinese literature is used to explore the domestication process that has occurred with the eggplant (Solanum melongena), an important vegetable in Old World.

Methods

Information about eggplant domestication in the ancient Chinese literature was retrieved using a variety of methods. The information obtained was then sorted by taxon, examined and taxonomic identifications verified.

Key Results

It was found that the earliest record of the eggplant documented in ancient Chinese literature was in a work from 59 bc. As far as is known, this is the earliest reliable and accurately dated record of eggplant in cultivation. The analysis reveals that the process of domestication of the eggplant in China involved three principal aspects of fruit quality: size, shape and taste. These traits were actively and gradually selected; fruit size changed from small to large, taste changed from not palatable to what was termed at the time sweetish, and that over time, a wider variety of fruit shapes was cultivated.

Conclusions

The results indicate that, in addition to data gleaned from archaeology and genetics, evidence as to changes in key traits occurring during the process of plant domestication and selective forces responsible for these changes can be traced through the ancient literature in some civilizations.Key words: Solanum melongena, ancient Chinese literature, domestication process, domestication traits, selective forces  相似文献

The reactive site peptide bond of the eggplant inhibitor against trypsin [EC 3.4.21.4] was identified by chemical modifications with 1,2-cyclohexanedione, 2,4,6-trinitrobenzenesulfonic acid, acetic anhydride and glyoxal, and by sequential treatments with trypsin and carboxypeptidase B [EC 3.4.12.3]. The inhibitor was significantly inactivated by chemical modifications of arginine residues, but was not affected by lysine modifications. Free arginine was released from the trypsin-modified inhibitor by carboxypeptidase B digestion, accompanied by a marked loss of inhibitory activity. A serine residue was newly exposed at the N-terminal amino acid of the inhibitor after modification with trypsin. The reactive site of the inhibitor against trypsin was concluded to be an arginylseryl bond. The inhibitor was completely inactivated by full reduction of its disulfide bonds.  相似文献
