研究叶片光合气体交换参数和叶绿素荧光参数对土壤干旱的响应,分析濒危的乡土风箱果和引种紫叶风箱果的抗旱能力及其差异.结果表明: 土壤干旱第7天时,紫叶风箱果叶片明显失水萎蔫,而乡土风箱果却有较高的叶片含水率和水分利用效率.土壤干旱降低了2种风箱果叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率,紫叶风箱果降低幅度明显大于乡土风箱果.土壤干旱7 d时,紫叶风箱果叶片的胞间CO2浓度(Ci)高于未干旱处理,而乡土风箱果Ci低于未干旱处理.乡土风箱果叶片的电子传递速率(ETR)和光化学淬灭系数(qP)明显降低,而PSⅡ反应中心光能捕获效率(Fv′/Fm′)没有发生明显变化;但是紫叶风箱果叶片的Fv′/Fm′、ETR和qP均明显降低,并且其降低幅度大于乡土风箱果.土壤干旱7 d时,乡土风箱果叶片OJIP曲线上J点的相对可变荧光(VJ)没有发生明显变化,而紫叶风箱果叶片VJ明显增加.紫叶风箱果的叶片碳同化能力和PSⅡ功能对土壤干旱的敏感性明显大于乡土风箱果,土壤干旱降低乡土风箱果光合能力的原因以气孔因素限制为主,而紫叶风箱果以非气孔因素限制为主.  相似文献

The radiosensitivity of spermatogonial stem cells of C3H/HeH × 101/H F1 hybrid mice was determined by counting undifferentiated spermatogonia at 10 days after X-irradiation. During the spermatogenic cycle, differences in radiosensitivity were found, which were correlated with the proliferative activity of the spermatogonial stem cells. In stage VIIIirr, during quiescence, the spermatogonial stem cells were most radiosensitive with a D0 of 1.4 Gy. In stages XIirr−Virr, when the cells were proliferatively active, the D0 was about 2.6 Gy. Based on the D0 values for sensitive and resistant spermatogonia and on the D0 for the total population, a ratio of 45:55% of sensitive to resistant spermatogonial stem cells was estimated for cell killing.

When the present data were compared with data on translocation induction obtained in mice of the same genotype, a close fit was obtained when the translocation yield (Y; in % abnormal cells) after a radiation dose D was described by Y = eτD, with τ = 1 for the sensitive and τ = 0.1 for the resistant spermatogonial stem cells, with a maximal eτD of 100.  相似文献

Nine polymorphic out of 13 isoenzymes (Gdh-A, Lap-A, Mdh-B, Mdh-C, Ndh-A, 6Pgd-B, Pgi-B, Pgm-A and Pgm-B) were used to assess genetic diversity in seven natural Cupressus sempervirens populations in South-western Anatolia. Except for Pgi-B, all loci were in Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium. A high level of genetic diversity was observed within populations. The mean number of alleles was 2.3±0.08, the effective number of alleles was 1.53±0.10, the percentage of polymorphic loci was 82.6±8.7%, expected heterozygosity was 0.350±0.039, observed heterozygosity was 0.326±0.039, and the fixation index was 0.049. Interpopulation differentiation was moderate, with differentiation indices of GST=0.073 and δ=0.104. A UPGMA tree and differentiation (Dj) showed that Kumluca, Kemer and Kas were the most differentiated populations. Pgm-B was one of the loci contributing most to interpopulation differentiation (GST=0.119; Di=0.201), clearly distinguishing Eastern populations, as indicated by a highly significant correlation coefficient between Dj and longitude (R2=0.88**). No other significant correlation was found between genetic measures and geographical traits for the Turkish cypress populations. A metanalysis of these and other cypress populations from Crete and the Aegean islands, that had been characterised previously using the same isoenzymes, showed no significant relationship between altitude and genetic measures (within-population differentiation or δT, observed heterozygosity, fixation index and Dj). Observed heterozygosity and latitude were negatively correlated. Longitude was found to be correlated with heterozygosity, fixation index and differentiation. Genetic and geographic distances were positively correlated over loci. Deviations from selective neutrality by Ewens–Watterson test were observed for Pgm-B, Ndh-A and 6Pgd-B.  相似文献

The normal-alkane range in leaf cuticular waxes from 22 Persea species and cultivars and from the closely related genus Beilschmiedia was C23 H48 to C35, H72; alkanes with an odd number of carbon atoms predominated, C33 H68 usually constituting about half of the total wax. The alkane profiles gave good agreement with established taxonomy. Beilschmiedia showed an alkane distribution quite different from that of the Persea taxa. Amongst Persea species, the geographical and phylogenetic distinctiveness of P. indica and P. donnell-smithii were reflected in the distinctiveness of their alkanes. Within the subgenus Persea. the morphologically most distinct entity. P. schiedeana, also had a distinct alkane profile. Cultivars of hybrid origin indicated in their alkane proportions pronounced gene interaction.  相似文献

林分密度是影响林下植物多样性的重要因子。本研究以马尾松人工林为对象,设置低密度(1575株·hm-2,D1)、中密度(2474株·hm-2,D2)和高密度(3550株·hm-2,D3)3个林分密度,分析林下植物和土壤种子库多样性及二者的关系,为马尾松人工林实现多目标可持续发展提供科学依据。结果表明: 3种林分密度林下草本与灌木植物共有42科62属70种,D1密度以喜光植物种类分布较多,而D2、D3密度以耐阴植物为主;3种林分密度间的草本、灌木的Margalef (M)、Shannon (H)、Simpson (D)、Pielou (Jsw)、Alatalo (Al)指数均随林分密度增加而呈下降趋势,且在草本与灌木层中对密度的响应不同。在草本层中,D1与D3HDJswAl指数均存在显著差异;在灌木层中,不同林分密度JswAl指数存在显著差异,H和D指数差异不显著。土壤种子库HDJswAl指数均随林分密度增加呈先下降后升高趋势,D1密度的物种丰富度及多样性最高;不同林分密度下土壤种子库Jaccard与Sorensen相似性系数均较低。草本层MJsw指数呈显著正相关;灌木层林分密度与HDJswAl指数的相关性大于草本层,而草本、灌木层的林分密度与Jsw指数均呈显著负相关。林分密度1575株·hm-2是马尾松林下植被生长发育较为合适的密度,能够维持林下植物多样性,有利于马尾松人工林的可持续经营。  相似文献

A procedure has been developed for purification of the cytochrome oxidase from Pseudomonas aeruginosa (EC 1.9.3.2) using DEAE- and CM-cellulose chromatography, gel filtration and crystallization. The final preparation was found to be homogeneous according to ultracentrifugal and disc electrophoretic criteria. The crystalline preparation also exhibited nitrite reductase activity. The spectrum of the enzyme characterizes it as cytochrome cd. At 280 nm E1 %1 cm was 18.5 after dry weight analysis.

The molecular weight of the cytochrome oxidase was calculated to be 119000 based on a sedimentation coefficient s° 20,w = 7.36 S, diffusion coefficient D 20,w = 5.36×10−7 cm2×s−1 and partial specific volume of 0.72 ml/g. The iron content of the enzyme (0.166 %) indicates that this entity contains four iron atoms per molecule. Succinylation of the enzyme produced two probably identical subunits containing both hemes c and d, having a sedimentation coefficient s° 20,w = 4.30 S and an approximate molecular weight of 65000. In dodecylsulphate-acrylamide gel electrophoresis the cytochrome oxidase also dissociates into two subunits with molecular weight of 63000.  相似文献

以牡丹江地区的白牛槭(Acer mandshuricum)、茶条槭(Acer tataricum subsp. ginnala.)、糖槭(Acer saccharum)、五角槭(Acer pictum subsp. mono)4种槭树为研究对象,分别于春季、夏季和秋季进行取样,测定叶片性状指标(叶厚度、气孔长度、气孔宽度、气孔密度、叶脉密度、比叶面积及色素质量分数),分析叶片各性状的季节变化趋势,并探讨色素与叶性状间在不同季节下的关系。结果如下(:1)4种槭树均表现为在夏季具有较高的叶厚度、较低的比叶面积和气孔密度,在秋季具较高的比叶面积和叶脉密度、较低的叶厚度。(2)4种槭树均为在夏季有较高的叶绿素a、b,在秋季色素质量分数均降低,季节变化区间分别为叶绿素a 77.40%~98.80%,叶绿素b 85.60%~99.53%,类胡萝卜素4.29%~78.52%。(3)色素与叶性状关系密切,季节动态下色素与比叶面积、气孔密度、叶脉密度正相关,与叶厚度、气孔长度、气孔宽度负相关(P<0.05),但不同季节相关性略有差异。4种彩叶植物的叶片在应对不同季节的气候条件时形成了不同的构建策略...  相似文献

Relative D(Ti-R)rel have been measured previously for (silox)2(tBu3SiNH)TiR (1-R). Pauling and Matcha equations of D(MR) that contain elements of electronegativity, D(MM), D(HH) and D(RH) were used to estimate absolute D(TiR) in 1 with minimal success. The electronegativity approaches need a variety of substituents with a wide spread in χR, hence examination of 1-H and 1-R are heavily and incorrectly weighted by D(TiH)-D(TiR). Absolute D(TiR) generated in this manner approach those of related systems only when χXTi = 2.9, a value shown to be irrational. Drago's ECT parameters were used in the hope that the three parameter fit would compensate for inadequacies in electronegativity-based methods. The limited set of alkyl parameters available, and a lack of distinguishing parameters that can significantly differentiate one alkyl from another, render this potentially useful method imprecise.  相似文献

In this paper, we report the crystal and molecular structure of μ-oxo-bis(5,10,15,20)tetrakispentafluorophenyl)porphinatoiron(III) [(TPP(F5)Fe)2O]. The crystals belong to the tetragonal system, space group I41/a, with a =b = 26.362(7),c = 30.886(8)Å,V = 21465Å3,Z = 8 and Dcalc = 1.496. Discrepancy indices are R1 = 0.084 and R2 = 0.104 for 3320 reflections having I3σ(I). The FeNp average distance, 2.088(11)Å, is at the long end of the range of high-spin ferric porphyrin while the FeO distances (1.775(1)Å) are similar to those of the non-halogenated analog (TPPFe)2O. The FeOFe angle of 178.4(5)° shows an essentially linear oxo bridge. The 0.673(2)Ådisplacement of the iron atom from the porphyrin mean plane is unusually large. The facing porphyrin rings are twisted 47° with respect of each other giving the molecule nearly exact D4d symmetry.  相似文献

全球气候变暖背景下, 西南地区气候呈现出明显的暖干化特征, 但区域优势树种云南松(Pinus yunnanensis)对气候暖干化的响应存在不确定性。该研究根据树木年代学方法选择研究区域87株云南松样本进行树芯采集, 构建云南松树轮年表, 结合1952-2016年的气温和降水等气象资料, 利用响应分析、多元回归分析以及滑动相关分析等方法研究了影响南盘江流域云南松径向生长的关键气候因子及其对气候暖干化的响应规律。研究结果表明: 1985年以来, 研究区域气候暖干化特征明显, 气温上升和降水量下降的速率是1984年前的5和6倍, 年平均气温、年平均最高气温、年平均最低气温的上升速率为0.044、0.041和0.050 ℃·a -1, 年降水量的下降速率为 6.02 mm·a -1。气候暖干化使云南松的生长对温度响应的敏感度降低, 对水分响应的敏感度增强, 气温的解释率由暖干化前的44.95%下降到21.97%, 水分的解释率由暖干化前的55.05%上升到78.03%。暖干化增强了当年气候因子对径向生长的影响, 减弱了上年气候因子的影响, 与径向生长显著相关的当年气候因子增加了3个, 当年气候因子对径向生长的解释率增加了16.05%。暖干化减弱了云南松生长的“滞后效应”, 气候变化对树木生长影响的时效性增强。在5-7月和9-11月, 气候变暖使径向生长与气温、水分的响应关系变得不稳定。该研究可为气候暖干化区域云南松林的经营、管理以及区域气候重建提供理论依据和基础数据。  相似文献

A method of determining of the effective diffusion coefficient of substrate in a particle, where the diffusion and consumption of substrate by biocatalytic reaction are present simultaneously, was designed and experimentally verified. The method is based on measuring the overall rate of heterogeneous biocatalytic reaction in particles of varying diameter. The effective diffusion coefficient, De, was determined by fitting the measured reaction rates with the solution of the reaction-diffusion equation. The method is tailored for cases where the enzyme reaction is governed by the Michaelis-Menten kinetics. The value of Km required for the solution of the mathematical model was adopted from the measurement of the kinetics of free cells, whereas the rate parameter, k2, was optimized together with De. As an experimental model, the sucrose hydrolysis catalyzed by Ca-alginate-entrapped yeast cells was examined. The particle diameter varied in the range of 1.2–3.9 mm and the initial reaction rates were measured in a batch-stirred reactor at a sucrose concentration of 100 m . The De of sucrose at 30°C was found to be 2.9 · 10−10 m2s−1.  相似文献

The effect of dilution rate on the production of lactic acid from whey permeate by Lactobacillus helveticus has been investigated. In the first chemostat of a two-stage system, total conversion (98.1%) and maximum lactic acid concentration (43.7 g l−1) were obtained at a dilution rate (DItot) of 0.06 h−1. Maximum volumetric productivities of lactic acid (8.27 g l−1 h−1) and biomass (1.90 g l−1 h−1) occurred at DItot of 0.40 h−1. The fraction of -lactate in the product was found to increase with dilution rate and reached a maximum of 66% at the same dilution rate. The maximum specific growth ratemax) on this medium was 0.7 h−1. A YATP (max) value of 22.4 g dry weight (mol ATP)−1 and a maintenance coefficient of 8.0 mmol ATP (g dry weight h)−1 were determined. The second stage, in series with the first, confirmed these results and further showed that the total residence time could be reduced by 50%, compared with a single chemostat for the same nearly complete level of substrate conversion.  相似文献

Aims Populus deltoides is an important plantation tree species in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and in Huai River Plain. The extensively cultivated varieties are consisted of both females and males of P. deltoides. The objective of this paper was to characterize the difference in cadmium (Cd) tolerance between the sexes and the effects of symbiosis with Rhizophagus intraradices on their Cd tolerance.
Methods The experiment was carried out under semi-controlled conditions in a natural light greenhouse, protected from rain. Rhizophagus intraradices was inoculated on roots of both females and males when transplanting to a sand culture substrate. After one month, half of cuttings were exposed to Cd pollution (10 mg·kg-1). All cuttings were irrigated with sterile water to avoid infection by other microorganism. About three months later, the gas exchange rate, net photosynthesis rate (Pn)-intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) curve, chlorophyll fluorescence, osmotic adjustment and phytohormone content of both females and males of P. deltoides were measured.
Important findings Our main results are as follows: (1) when compared to the controls, decreases in Pn, stomatal conductance, Ci, transpiration rate, maximum photochemical efficiency of photosystem II (PSII), effective quantum yield of PSII, photo-chemical quenching coefficient, maximum rate of carboxylation of Rubisco, photosynthetically active radiation-saturated rate of electron transport and rate of triose phosphate utilization to a different degree in both sexes of P. deltoides under Cd pollution were found, and females exhibited a greater decrease in such parameters than males. Rhizophagus intraradices inoculation mitigated the toxic effect of Cd on such parameters to a different degree in females, not in males. (2) Under Cd pollution, there was an increase in proline content in both sexes when compared to the controls. A further increase in proline content occurred in females, not in males, when inoculated with R. intraradices. (3) When compared to the controls, there was a decrease in indoleacetic acid, but an increase in abscisic acid in leaves of both sexes when exposed to Cd pollution. The amplitude changed in both phytohormones in females was greater than that in males. Rhizophagus intraradices inoculation was helpful for recovery of phytohormone balance in females, which was not observed in males. Therefore, our results indicated that (1) there were a greater negative effect exerted by Cd pollution on gas exchange rate, carbon fixation capacity and phytohormone balance and a more impairment of photosynthetic apparatus in females when compared to males, showing a less tolerance to stress conditions in females; (2) Rhizophagus intraradices inoculation could enhance the osmotic adjustment capacity in females, thus mitigate the negative effect of Cd stress on ability of carbon fixation and phytohormone balance in females. However, such positive effects derived from R. intraradices symbiosis were not observed in males.  相似文献

The syntheses of nitrosyl–dimethylsulfoxide–ruthenium(II) complexes with general formula mer-[RuCl3(L)(DMSO)(NO)] (L=DMSO or CD3CN) is reported. The mer-[RuCl3(DMSO)2(NO)] (1) complex was obtained from the reaction of [RuCl3(NO)] with the sulfoxide ligand in acetone. The mer-[RuCl3(CD3CN)(DMSO)(NO)] (2) compound was obtained from mer-[RuCl3(DMSO)2(NO)] maintained in deuterated acetonitrile. These data suggest a slow kinetic reaction due the low lability of the DMSO ligand coordinated to the {RuII–NO+} species. The crystal and molecular structures of (1) and (2) have been determined from X-ray studies. Crystal data: for (1), monoclinic, P21/c, a=8.8340(2) Å, b=12.0230(3) Å, c=13.7064(4) Å, β=114.546(2)°, Z=4, R1=0.0429; for (2), monoclinic, P21/n, a=10.0180(7) Å, b=9.5070(7) Å, c=13.3340(9) Å, β=102.264(4)°, Z=4, R1=0.0472. The spectroscopic characterization of (1), in solid state (infrared spectrum) and in solution (nuclear magnetic resonance and cyclic voltammetry) is also described.  相似文献

Continuous fermentations were performed in order to correlate the production of retamycin, an anthracycline antibiotic produced by Streptomyces olindensis in submerged cultures, with the dilution rate. Maximum retamycin production was achieved at a dilution rate of 0.05 h−1 (Dx=0.05 h−1), while higher dilution rates caused a decrease in antibiotic production, which ceased completely at a dilution rate of 0.30 h−1. Otherwise, biomass productivity was favoured by high dilution rates, achieving a maximum at D=0.25 h−1, whereas retamycin productivity reached a maximum at D=0.05 h−1. Dilution rate influenced morphology, which was assessed by image analysis. The percentage of clumps decreased with an increase in dilution rate, with a correspondent increase in pellet percentage.  相似文献

研究水蚀风蚀交错区土地利用方式转变对土壤水气传输的影响,可为黄土高原生态恢复过程中有限水土资源的高效利用提供参考.为了分析不同土地利用方式下的土壤水气传输特性,探究饱和导水率(Ks)、导气率(Ka)和相对气体扩散率(DP/D0)间的关系,对柠条地、撂荒地、苜蓿地、农地和裸地样地0~5 cm深度土层原状土,采用定水头法测定Ks,气室法测定DP/D0,土壤导气率测定仪测定田间持水量(FC)下的Ka.结果表明: 土壤0~5 cm容重(ρb)的大小顺序为苜蓿地>裸地>撂荒地>柠条地>农地,撂荒地、裸地和苜蓿地ρb与农地差异显著.土壤总孔隙度(Φ)的大小顺序为农地>柠条地>撂荒地>裸地>苜蓿地,相比农地,苜蓿地、裸地和撂荒地土壤Φ分别低7.5%、4.7%和3.1%.充气孔隙度(ε100)的大小顺序为农地>撂荒地>柠条地>裸地>苜蓿地,苜蓿地、裸地、柠条地和撂荒地ε100分别较农地低38.3%、33.6%、12.8%和10.1%.土壤Ks的大小顺序为撂荒地>柠条地>苜蓿地>裸地>农地,其中,撂荒地Ks显著高于其他4种土地利用方式;土壤Ka的大小顺序为撂荒地>苜蓿地>柠条地>裸地>农地,撂荒地与农地之间差异显著;土壤DP/D0的大小顺序为撂荒地>柠条地>苜蓿地>农地>裸地,其中,柠条地和撂荒地土壤DP/D0显著大于农地,分别较农地高36.8%和61.6%.土壤Ks和FC条件下的KaDP/D0之间呈显著相关.土地利用方式转变显著改变了土壤的通透性,耕地撂荒或者种植柠条及苜蓿改善了表层土壤导水和导气性能,农地和裸地土壤水气传输能力较差.  相似文献

Effects of eight insecticides on Diadegma insulare (Cresson), a parasitoid of the diamondback moth, Plutella xylostella L., were evaluated under the laboratory conditions. The insecticides were three azadirachtin-based products (Ecozin, Agroneem and Neemix), two Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) products (Xentari and Crymax), indoxacarb, spinosad, and λ-cyhalothrin. When D. insulare pupae were treated, none of the insecticide treatments except λ-cyhalothrin significantly reduced adult emergence, with 76-90% adults emerged from the treated pupae. In the λ-cyhalothrin treatment, only 10% D. insulare pupae produced adult wasps. Indoxacarb, spinosad, and λ-cyhalothrin caused 100% D. insulare adult mortality in 24 h in Petri dishes sprayed with insecticides in the contact bioassays, and 95.8, 100 and 95.8% adult mortality in 24 h in the ingestion bioassays, respectively. In contrast, all three azadirachtin-based insecticides and the two Bt-insecticides caused only 0-10.4% mortality of D. insulare adults after ingestion. The surviving D. insulare from ingestion treatments with Bt- and azadirachtin-insecticides parasitized 50.8-67.6% of P. xylostella larvae, respectively, compare to 72.1% for the water control. After ingesting indoxacarb, spinosad and λ-cyhalothrin mixed in honey-water, both the females and the males lived significantly shorter than those ingesting Bt- and azadirachtin-insecticides and the non-insecticide honey-water. Effects of leaf residues of indoxacarb, spinosad and λ-cyhalothrin varied significantly. The leaf residues of spinosad had the least effects on D. insulare adults, and 7- and 10-day-old residue only caused 5.6 and 7.4% mortality in 24 h, whereas 10-day-old leaf residues of indoxacarb and λ-cyhalothrin caused 40.7 and 57.4% mortality in 24 h, respectively.  相似文献

The synthesis of the tetradentate pendant arm macrocycles 1,4,7-triazacyclononane-N-acetate (L1) and N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)-1,4,7-triazacyclononane (HL2) and their coordination chemistry with vanadium(IV) and (V) are reported. The following mononuclear species have been prepared and characterized by UV-Vis, IR spectroscopy: [L1VIVO(NCS)] (1), [L1VO2]·H2O (2), [L2VO(NCS)] (3), [L2VO(NCS)]Cl (4), and [L2VO2] (5). In addition, the dinuclear, mixed valent complexes [L21V2O3]Br (6), [L22V2O3](ClO4)·0.5acetone (7), and the homovalent complex [L22V2O3](ClO4)2 (8) have been synthesized. Complexes 2, 3, 6 and 7 have been characterized by single crystal X-ray crystallography. Crystal data: 2, space group P21c,a=9.944(4),b=6.701(3),c=18.207(8)Å, β=102.88(3)°, V=1182.7 Å3, Z=4, Dcalc=1.51 g cm−3, R=0.049 based on 4760 reflections; 3, space group Pbca, A=11.003(6), b=14.295(7), C=20.21(1) Å, V=3178.8 Å3, Z=8, Dcalc=1,50 g cm−3, R=0.057 based on 1049 reflections; 6, space Pbcn, a=12.922(3), B=13.852(3), C=12.739(3) Å, V=2280.3 Å3, Z=4, Dcalc=1,75 g cm−3, R=0.047 based on 1172 reflections; 7, space group C2/c, A=23.553(9), B=13.497(5), C=20.951(8) Å, β=90.03(3)°, V=6660.2 Å3, Z=8, Dcalc=1.49 g cm−3, R=0.053 based on 3698 reflections. Complexes 6 and 7 are mixed valent V(IV)/(V) complexes containing the [OV---O---VO]3+ core. In the solid state 6 belongs to class III (delocalized) and 7 to class I (localized) according to the Robin and Day classification of mixed valent compounds. The structures of 25 proteins arbitrarily chosen are investigated by fractal geometry, and their fractal dimensions (Df) and conformational entropies S(N0) are calculated by Havlin—Ben Avraham and Monte Carlo method, respectively. Comparison of the Df and S(N0) gives the relation: Df = 1.532 - 3.00 × 10−4 S(N0). The entropy data obtained by Monte Carlo method for the chain of random self-avoiding walks confirm the prediction of renormalization group: S(N0) = 1.544N0 + 0.1667 In N0 + 0.1570 where N0 is the number of residues in a protein chain. Both the Df and S(N0) reflect the conformational properties of a protein molecular chain. The idea resulting from the present communication suggests that the thermodynamic behaviours of proteins may be related to multifractals.  相似文献

Pea (Pisum sativum L.) is an important legume crop that is widely grown worldwide for human consumption and livestock feed. Despite extensive studies, the population genetic structure and classification of cultivated and wild pea (Pisum sp.) remain controversial. To characterize patterns of genetic and morphological variation and investigate the classification of Pisum, we conducted comprehensive population genetic analyses for 323 accessions from cultivated and wild pea, representing three species of Pisum and utilizing 34 morphological traits and 87 polymorphic simple sequence repeat markers. First, we identified three distinct genetic groups among all samples. Group I was primarily composed of Pisum fulvum, Pisum abyssinicum, and some wild P. sativum accessions, whereas Groups II and III consisted of the two genetic groups under P. sativum that represented different geographic distributions of cultivated pea. Analyses of morphological variation revealed significant differences among the three species. Second, among pea germplasms representing eight taxa of Pisum, P. fulvum and P. abyssinicum possessed unique genetic backgrounds and morphological characteristics, corroborating their independent species status. The intraspecific subdivisions of P. sativum described by some authors were not supported in this study, with the exception of several genotypes of P. sativum subsp. elatius that clustered with P. fulvum and P. abyssinicum. Finally, we confirmed that the Chinese pea germplasm was genetically distinct and could be divided into two genetic groups, each of which included both spring-sowing and autumn-sowing ecotypes. These results provide a robust foundation for understanding pea domestication and the utilization of wild genetic resources of pea.  相似文献
