From the methanol extract of the stem bark of Scaphopetalum thonneri, two new compounds, including one lignan, named scaphopetalone, one new ester of ferulic acid, named scaphopetalumate were isolated together with three known compounds including: two coumarins (scopoletin and scopolin), and one pentacyclic triterpene (oleanolic acid). The structure of the new compounds were elucidated by means of spectroscopic analyses.  相似文献

To search for new bioactive constituents from Pedicularis tricolor, a new xanthone named pedicutricone A (1)and a new iridoid named pedicutricoside A (2), along with fifteen known compounds, were isolated from the ethanol extracts of the whole plants of P. tricolor for the first time. Their structures were elucidated based on spectroscopic methods, including two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance analysis.  相似文献

A new monoterpene-glycoside (2-exo-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-1,8-cineol) named bucharioside from the methanol-soluble part and a new sesquiterpenoid (4,10-epoxy-6alpha-hydroxyguaiane) named buchariol from the hexane-soluble part of Salvia bucharica were obtained. Their structures were elucidated with the help of NMR spectroscopy including 1D and 2D experiments.  相似文献

In 1987, 4516 species and 339 genera of the phylum Apicomplexa had been named. They consisted of the gregarines (subclass Gregarinasida) (1624 named species and 231 named genera), the hemogregarines (family Haemogregarinidae) (399 species and 4 genera), the eimeriorins (order Eimeriorida) (1771 species and 43 genera), the hemospororids (order Haemospororida) (444 species and 9 genera), the piroplasmids (order Piroplasmorida) (173 species and 20 genera), and a few others (105 species and 32 genera). The first apicomplexan protozoon was seen by Antony van Leeuwenhoek; in 1674 he saw oocysts of Eimeria stiedai in the gall bladder of a rabbit. The first member of the phylum to be named (by Dufour in 1828) was Gregarina ovata in earwigs. During the quarter century 1826–1850, 41 species and 6 genera of Apicomplexa were named. These numbers increased progressively. In the quarter century 1951–1975, 1873 new species and 83 new genera were named. Data are given for the numbers of named species and genera of apicomplexan protozoa of each group known in 1850, 1875, 1900, 1925, 1950, 1975, and 1987.  相似文献

A new lindenane sesquiterpene glucoside named yinxiancaoside A (1), a new, rare bidesmosidic megastigmane sesquiterpene glucoside named yinxiancaoside B (5), and three known sesquiterpene glucosides, chloranoside A (2), pisumionoside (3), and sarcaglaboside A (4), were isolated from the whole plant of Chloranthus japonicus Sieb. The structures of the new compounds were established by an extensive study of their spectral data, especially 1D- and 2D-NMR. The cytotoxic activity of the isolated compounds against human hepatoma (Hepg-2), human ovarian carcinoma (OV420), and human breast cancer (MCF-7) cells was investigated.  相似文献

A new norditerpene named aculeaterpene A ( 1 ) and a new indone named aculeaindone A ( 2 ), along with eight known compounds 3 – 10 were isolated from the culture extract of Aspergillus aculeatinus WHUF0198. The structural characterization of compounds 1 and 2 were performed by spectroscopic analysis, including 1D and 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS experiments, whereas the absolute configurations were determined by comparing their experimental or calculated ECD spectra. Compound 1 was the first report of fusicoccane-based norditerpene, in which the C-20 was degraded and tured into a hydroxy group.  相似文献

Four new tetrahydrofuran-type sesquilignans, named bonaspectin A, bonaspectin B, bonaspectin C 4'-beta-glucoside and bonaspectin D 4'-beta-glucoside, as well as two new 8.O.4'-type sesquineolignans, named neobonaspectin A and B, were isolated from the aerial vegetative parts of Bonamia spectabilis (Convolvulaceae), together with the known compound rel-(7S,8S,7'R,8'R)-3,3',4,4',5,5'-hexamethoxy-7.O.7',8.8'-lignan. Three new labdane type diterpenes; 4-epiagathadiol (named kayadiol), 18-hydroxymanool (named torreferol), 18-hydroxy-13-epimanool (named 13-epitorreferol), were isolated from the non-steam-volatile fraction of leaves of Torreya nucifera Sieb. et Zucc. (Taxaceae, Japanese name “Kaya”).

In addition to two known compounds, 5,4'-di-O-methylalpinumisoflavone and cajanin, a new 3-phenylcoumarin metabolite, named indicanine B, and a new isoflavone derivative, named indicanine C, were isolated from the root bark of Erythrina indica. By means of spectroscopic analysis, the structures of the new compounds were characterized as 4-hydroxy-3-(4'-hydroxyphenyl)-5-methoxy-2",2"-dimethylpyrano [5",6":6,7] coumarin and 4'-hydroxy-5-methoxy-2",2"-dimethylpyrano [5",6":6,7] isoflavone, respectively. The 13C-NMR data of cajanin and the in vitro antimicrobial spectrum and potencies of the isolated compounds are also reported.  相似文献

Three new (1-3) and four known iridoid glucosides (4-7) as well as a known phenylethanoid glycoside (8) were isolated from the aerial parts of Veronica anagallis-aquatica and their structures were determined as 6'-O-benzoyl-8-epiloganic acid named aquaticoside A (1), 6'-O-p-hydroxybenzoyl-8-epiloganic acid named aquaticoside B (2), 6'-O-benzoyl-gardoside named aquaticoside C (3), veronicoside (4), catalposide (5), verproside (6), verminoside (7) and martynoside (8) on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR spectral analysis.  相似文献

Abstract:  A large number of fenestrate bryozoan species were named in 'A Synopsis of the Characters of the Carboniferous Limestone Fossils of Ireland' by Frederick M'Coy (1844). At the same time, M'Coy named the bryozoan genera Ichthyorachis , Ptylopora and Polypora , each of which by monotypy or by subsequent designation was based on new species within that work. Subsequently, d' Orbigny (1849) named Fenestrellina with the type species Fenestella crassa M'Coy, 1844 as type species; Miller (1961) named Parafenestella with the type species Fenestella formosa M'Coy, 1844 as type species; and Wyse Jackson (1988) named Baculopora with the type species Vincularia megastoma M'Coy, 1844. We re-describe here in more detail than previously the fenestrate type species originally published in M'Coy (1844), provide diagnoses of the genera, and compare the nineteenth century genera with more recently named genera that have been discriminated specifically from them.  相似文献

During studies on bulking of activated sludge some new sulphur micro-organisms, which were able to grow aerobically and anaerobically on reduced sulphur compounds, were isolated on thiosulphate agar. These were capable of autotrophic and heterotrophic growth on a wide range of substrates. In view of their ability to oxidize reduced sulphur compounds, and because one of them was an oxidase- and catalase-positive, Gram-negative, motile coccus (0.36–0.48 μm) it was named Thiosphaera persica . The second one was an oxidase- and catalase-positive, Gram-negative, motile rod (1.32–1.80 μm) and was named Thiobacillus persica . The third one was oxidase-negative, catalase-positive, motile, Gram-negative and polymorphic and was named Sulphobacter polymorpha .  相似文献

From the acetone extract of the roots of Derris trifoliata an isoflavonoid derivative, named 7a-O-methyldeguelol, a modified rotenoid with an open ring-C, representing a new sub-class of isoflavonoids (the sub-class is here named as rotenoloid), was isolated and characterised. In addition, the known rotenoids, rotenone, deguelin and alpha-toxicarol, were identified. The structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic evidence. Rotenone and deguelin were identified as the larvicidal principles of the acetone extract of the roots of Derris trifoliata.  相似文献

Crystal V, VI and VII were isolated from the seeds of Goniothalamus howii Merr. Et Chun. Based on the analysis of IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, MS and spectral analysis of their derivatives, they were identified as a new type of annonaceous acetogenins—seco-biste-trahydrofuran annonaceous acetogenins. V and VI were named as howiicin D and howiicin E, respectively. VII is a mixture of two compounds, named howiicins F and C, which have the same plane structure.  相似文献
