Only three species belonging to the genus Ectomyelois Heinrich, 1956 are recorded from China, of which two species, Ectomyelois
bipectinalis
sp. n. and Ectomyelois
furvivena
sp. n. are described as new. We discuss the status of Ectomyelois that has been treated as a junior synonym by previous authors; we treat it as a valid genus, revised status, based on characters of the venation and female genitalia. Photographs of the adults and illustrations of the genitalia are given, along with a key to the three known Chinese species. 相似文献

Two new species of the genus Zilchistrophia Weyrauch, 1960 are described from Eastern Ecuadorian rain forest: Zilchistrophia
hilaryae
sp. n. and Zilchistrophia
shiwiarorum
sp. n. These two new species extend the distribution of the genus considerably northwards, because congeners have been reported from Peru only. For the first time we present anatomical data (radula, buccal mass, morphology of the foot and the genital structure) of Zilchistrophia species. According to these, the genus belongs to the family Scolodontidae, subfamily Scolodontinae (=“Systrophiini”). The previously assumed systematic relationship of Zilchistrophia with the Asian Corillidae and Plectopylidae based on the similarly looking palatal plicae is not supported. 相似文献

Hallodapomimus
antennatus
sp. n. (Hemiptera: Heteroptera, Miridae, Phylinae, Hallodapini) is described from a macropterous female found in Eocene Baltic amber. The new species can be recognized readily from the other species of the genus, mainly due to its unusual second antennal segment. A key for the identification of all known fossil Hallodapini is presented. 相似文献

Aegista
subchinensis (Möllendorff, 1884) is a widely distributed land snail species with morphological variation and endemic to Taiwan. Three genetic markers (partial sequence of the mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit I [COI], the 16S rDNA and the nuclear internal transcribed spacer 2 [ITS2]) were analysed to infer phylogenetic relationships and genetic divergence of closely related species of the genus Aegista, Aegista
vermis (Reeve, 1852) and Aegista
oculus (Pfeiffer, 1850). A new species from Aegista
subchinensis has been recognized on the basis of phylogenetic and morphological evidences. The nominal new species, Aegista
diversifamilia
sp. n. is distinguished from Aegista
subchinensis (Möllendorff, 1884) by its larger shell size, aperture and apex angle; wider umbilicus and flatter shell shape. The northernmost distribution of Aegista
diversifamilia
sp. n. is limited by the Lanyang River, which is presumed to mark the geographic barrier between Aegista
diversifamilia
sp. n. and Aegista
subchinensis. 相似文献

The Afrotropical Cynipoidea are represented by 306 described species and 54 genera in four families: Cynipidae, Figitidae, Liopteridae and Ibaliidae, the latter represented by a single introduced species. Seven of these genera are only represented by undescribed species in the region. Seven new genus-level synonymies, one genus resurrected from synonymy, 54 new combinations, one combination reinstated, and one new replacement name are presented. We provide identification keys to the families, subfamilies and genera of cynipoid wasps occurring in the Afrotropical region (Africa south of the Sahara, including Madagascar and southern Arabian Peninsula). Online interactive Lucid Phoenix and Lucid matrix keys are available at: http://www.waspweb.org/Cynipoidea/Keys/index.htm. An overview of the biology and checklists of species for each genus are provided. This paper constitutes the first contributory chapter to the book on Afrotropical Hymenoptera. 相似文献

Two new Mycetophilidae species, Neuratelia
jabalmoussae
sp. n. and Neuratelia
salmelai
sp. n. are described on the basis of material collected from Lebanon, Estonia and Finland. Detailed figures of male terminalia and photographs of general facies are provided along with discussions of their morphological distinction from sibling species. For the first time molecular characters are used to distinguish new fungus gnat species. Molecular analysis relies on cytochrome oxidase subunit one (COI) but has additionally been corroborated by information from the 28S and ITS2 regions of nuclear ribosomal DNA. Situations where morphological and molecular data provide conflicting evidence for species delimitation are discussed. A new country record from Georgia is provided for Neuratelia
caucasica. 相似文献

The New World genus Philonome Chambers, 1874 is revised. This genus comprises twelve species, seven of which are described as new: two species, Philonome
nigrescens
sp. n. and Philonome
wielgusi
sp. n., from the United States; four species, Philonome
albivittata
sp. n., Philonome
curvilineata
sp. n., Philonome
kawakitai
sp. n., and Philonome
lambdagrapha
sp. n., from French Guiana; and one species, Philonome
penerivifera
sp. n., from Brazil. Lectotypes are designated for Philonome
clemensella Chambers, 1874 and Philonome
rivifera Meyrick, 1915. Partially on evidence of their head morphology and particularly from molecular evidence, the genus Philonome, previously associated with Bucculatricidae or Lyonetiidae, is reassigned to Tineidae. A possible systematic position of Philonome within Tineidae is discussed. Eurynome Chambers, 1875, is synonymized with Argyresthia Hübner, 1825 (Argyresthiidae). Photographs of adults and illustrations of genitalia, when available, are provided for all described species of Philonome and two species previously misplaced in Philonome, Argyresthia
luteella (Chambers, 1875) and Elachista
albella (Chambers, 1877). In addition, DNA barcodes were used for the delimitation of most species. 相似文献

oliveirai Rezende, Lofego & Ochoa, sp. n., Excelsotarsonemus
caravelis Rezende, Lofego & Ochoa, sp. n. and Excelsotarsonemus
tupi Rezende, Lofego & Ochoa, sp. n. are described and illustrated. Measurements for these species are provided, as well as drawings, phase contrast (PC), differential interference contrast (DIC) and low temperature scanning electron microscopy (LT-SEM) micrographs. Some characters, which have not been used or clearly understood, are described herein. Biological, ecological and agricultural aspects about the role of these species in the rainforest and its surrounding environment are briefly discussed. 相似文献

Cerocephalinae (Chalcidoidea, Pteromalidae) is a small group of parasitoid wasps characterized by a number of derived diagnostic features. Their hosts are endophytic beetles. So far, 43 species of Cerocephalinae have been described, including one fossil species from the Miocene. In this study, we add two new genera and species from Baltic and Dominican amber to the fossil record. Tenuicornus
dominicus
gen. et sp. n. is the second genus described from Dominican amber, and Pteropilosa
lailarabanorum
gen. et sp. n., described from Baltic amber, represents the oldest record of the subfamily, pushing the minimum age of Cerocephalinae back to the Eocene. Diagnostic characters of both species are discussed in comparison with other Cerocephalinae. An updated key to extant and fossil Cerocephalinae is presented. 相似文献

Circanota, new genus, and its two new species, Circanota
undulata
sp. n. (type species), from Costa Rica and Panama, and Circanota
simplex
sp. n., from Panama and Ecuador, are described and illustrated. Although superficially similar to some species of Platynota Clemens, 1860, Circanota appears to be more closely related to members of a putative clade within Sparganothini defined by a slender crescent-shaped signum in the corpus bursae of the female genitalia. The most conspicuous autapomorphy for Circanota is the strongly undulate costa of the male and female forewing. Barcode sequence data (i.e., cytochrome oxidase I) from Circanota
undulata (n = 12) form a tight cluster with exceedingly limited genetic divergence (less than 0.1%); specimens of Circanota
simplex have not been sequenced. In neighbor-joining trees based on COI, Circanota is portrayed nearest Sparganothoides, which is consistent with morphological evidence. 相似文献

Seven new species of Hypselostomatidae are described from the Chinese province Guangxi: Angustopila
dominikae Páll-Gergely & Hunyadi, sp. n., Angustopila
fabella Páll-Gergely & Hunyadi, sp. n., Angustopila
subelevata Páll-Gergely & Hunyadi, sp. n., Angustopila
szekeresi Páll-Gergely & Hunyadi, sp. n., Hypselostoma
socialis Páll-Gergely & Hunyadi, sp. n., Hypselostoma
lacrima Páll-Gergely & Hunyadi, sp. n. and Krobylos
sinensis Páll-Gergely & Hunyadi, sp. n. The latter species is reported from three localities. All other new species are known only from the type locality. Specimens nearly identical to the type specimens of Angustopila
huoyani Jochum, Slapnik & Páll-Gergely, 2014 were found in a cave in northern Guangxi, 500 km from the type locality. Adult individuals of Angustopila
subelevata
sp. n. (shell height = 0.83–0.91 mm, mean = 0.87 mm) and Angustopila
dominikae
sp. n. (shell height of the holotype = 0.86 mm) represent the smallest known members of the Hypselostomatidae, and thus are amongst the smallest land snails ever reported. We note that Pyramidula
laosensis Saurin, 1953 might also belong to Krobylos. Paraboysidia
neglecta van Benthem Jutting, 1961, which was previously included in Angustopila, is classified in Hypselostoma. 相似文献
