目的:比较三种不同浓度罗哌卡因的术后自控镇痛效果、运动阻滞及不良反应。方法:选择63例择期妇科手术病人.ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级,随机分为0.15%罗哌卡因(A组)、0.20%罗哌卡因(B组)和0.25%罗哌卡因(C组),均复合5ng/L芬太尼,以持续剂量4ml/11,PCA剂量4ml,锁定时间30min硬膜外自控镇痛,观察各组镇痛效果、运动阻滞情况及不良反应发生率。结果:术后6、12、24h和48hVAS评分,A组显著高于B、C组;C组Bromage评分显著高于A、B组;镇静及并发症的发生率差异无显著性意义。结论:三组均适合妇科手术的术后镇痛,其中0.2%罗哌卡因术后镇痛效果好,无明显运动阻滞,病人更加舒适。  相似文献

目的探讨吡那地尔对缺血缺氧PC12细胞凋亡及对Bcl-2蛋白表达的影响。方法取传代后3d PC12细胞,分为A(对照组),B(缺血缺氧组),C(KATP通道开放剂),D(KATP通道开放剂+阻断剂组)。采用Annexin—v FITC/PI双染流式细胞分析仪检测凋亡率,应用免疫荧光染色和Western blot检测Bcl-2蛋白表达水平。结果缺血缺氧后B,C,D组细胞凋亡率随时间点增加而增加,24h达高峰。B,C,D组与A组比较均有显著性差异(P〈0.01),C组和B,D组比较有统计学意义(P〈0.01),B,C,D组细胞Bcl-2蛋白表达随时间点增加而增加,12h达高峰。B,C,D组均显著高于对照组(P〈0.01或P〈0.05)。C组表达显著高于B和D组(P〈0.01)。B与D组各时间点细胞凋亡及Bcl—2蛋白表达均无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论KATP通道开放剂能抑制缺血缺氧PC12细胞凋亡,这一作用机制可能与增加Bcl—2蛋白表达有关。  相似文献

目的探讨滴虫性阴道炎的更佳治疗方法。方法2004年10月至2005年9月绍兴市妇幼保健院妇科门诊对92例滴虫性阴道炎病例随机分为A、B、C三组,A组31例,采用乳杆菌制剂0.25g塞阴道,每晚1次,共10d;B组31例.采用甲硝唑片0.2g口服,3次/d,共7d,同时用乳杆菌制剂塞阴道;C组30例,采用甲硝唑栓0.5g塞阴道,每晚1次,共10d,同时用甲硝唑片口服。结果停药3~5d的治愈率:A组67.74%、B组93.55%、C组93.33%;A组与B、C组之间差异有显著性(P〈0.05),B组与C组间差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。停药3月的治愈率:A组41.93%、B组87.10%、C组56.67%,B组与A、C组间差异有非常显著性(P〈0.01),有效率:A组54.84%、B组93.55%、C组70.00%,B组与A、C组间差异有显著性(P〈0.05),A组与C组间治愈率及总有效率差异无显著性(P〈0.05)。结论甲硝唑片口服联合乳杆菌制剂(定君生)塞阴道是一种治疗滴虫性阴道炎的更佳方法,值得临床推广应用。  相似文献

目的:观察纳米SiO2填料对纳米复合树脂poss的弯曲强度和抗压强度的影响,探究纳米SiO2的最佳添加比。方法:将经过硅烷偶联化的纳米SiO2颗粒加入poss复合树脂中,合成SiO2质量分数分别为0.5%,1%,1.5%和2%的Si02/poss复合树脂,分别为BCDE四组,纯poss组为A组(对照组)。每组试件固定于万能材料测试机上,以1.0mm/min的速度垂直加压直至试样破坏,采用SPSSl6.0软件对结果做单因素方差分析。结果:弯曲强度测试结果:C组最高,与其他四组均有统计学差异(P〈0.05);A、B、D三组无显著性差异,与E组差异明显(P〈0.05)。抗压强度测试结果:D组最高,与其他四组均有统计学差异(P〈0.05);B组和E组与A组差异显著(P〈0.05),与C组无显著差异。结论:纳米SiO2在一定范围内能够提高poss复合树脂的弯曲强度和抗压强度。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨能谱CT单能量成像联合自适应迭代重建(ASiR)技术对头颈部CT血管成像(CTA)质量影响及应用价值研究。方法:收集2019年1月至2019年12月于本院接受头颈部CTA的120例患者的影像及临床资料;随机分为A组、B组及C组,每组40例,A组进行能谱CT(60keV)+ASiR(40%),B组进行CT(60keV)+滤波反投影(FBP),C组进行常规CT扫描+FBP。比较三组间动脉期右侧颈内动脉C7段CT值、图像噪声值、信噪比、对比噪声比及图像质量主观评分,记录三种处理方法辐射剂量。结果:三组间右侧颈内动脉C7段CT值、背景噪声(SD)、信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)及主观评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);进一步两两比较发现,右侧颈内动脉C7段CT值A组>B组>C组,其中A组与B组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组与C组、B组与C组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);图像SD为A组0.05);SNR与CNR均为A组>B组>C组,且A组与B组、A组与C组、B组与C组间两参数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);主观评分A组>B组>C组,且A组与B组、A组与C组、B组与C组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组间容积CT剂量指数(CTDLvol)、总剂量长度乘积(DLP)、有效剂量(ED)比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);进一步两两比较发现,CTDLvol、DLP、ED均为A组0.05),但A组与C组、B组与C组间各剂量参数间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:能谱CT单能量成像联合ASiR可明显提高头颈部CTA图像质量且降低患者辐射剂量,推荐临床使用60keV联合40%ASiR图像。  相似文献

目的 试验选用体重7.0-12.5kg的长大二元杂断奶仔猪60头,随机分成A、B、C三个组,每组20头。A组为对照组,饲喂仔猪基础日粮;B组在基础日粮中添加0.1%绿宝素;C组在基础日粮中添加0.1%绿宝素和0.02%益生健。通过28d的饲喂试验表明:C组B组的日增重比对照组A分别提高11.06%和6.76%,C组比B组的日增重提高4.03%,方差分析结果显示差异均显著(P<0.05);A、B、C三组的饲料利用率虽然差异不大,但也以A、B、C递增;日采食量以两试验组较高(0.92Kg/头日),比对照组A提高4.54%;腹泻率以C组最低(0.54%);B组居中(0.89%),A组最高(1.07%);试验期间仔猪死亡2头,都因肺炎引起。证明绿宝素和益生健具有提高仔猪生产性能的作用。  相似文献

目的:探讨不同剂量的甲泼尼龙(Methylprednisolone,MPS)对急性百草枯(paraquat,PQ)中毒大鼠早期肺损伤的疗效。方法:采用腹腔注射20%的PQ溶液制作大鼠急性PQ中毒的模型,随机均分为五组,正常对照组(A组)、染毒组(B组)、5mg/kg甲泼尼龙干预组(C组)、15mg/kg甲泼尼龙干预组(D组)、30mg/kg甲泼尼龙干预组(E组)。分三个不同时间点(24、72、168h)处死大鼠(每组每时间点6只)。观察各时间点大体标本,组织病理、肺系数和氧合指数。结果:光镜下肺组织病理学观察,与B组比较C、D、E组大鼠肺的病理学改变,肺泡腔内出血、渗出,炎性细胞浸润、肺泡隔炎性细胞浸润相对较轻,其中以C、E组减轻最为明显。在各组相同时间点肺系数:在三个时间点的值均比B组低(P〈0.05),其中E组在24h、72h时间点上与C、D组有显著差异(P〈0.05)。C、D、E组与B组的氧合指数的比较各个时间点上均与B组有差异(P〈0.05),三组之间相互无明显差异。结论:本实验结果显示甲泼尼龙对急性百草枯中毒大鼠的肺损伤具有保护作用,且30mg/kg甲泼尼龙组要优于5mg/kg、15mg/kg甲泼尼龙组。  相似文献

目的:观察低浓度84消毒液对小鼠生殖生理的影响。方法将72只KM小鼠随机分为3组,即:0.5%84消毒液组( A组)、2.0%84消毒液组( B组)和生理盐水组( C组),每组24只,雌雄各半,各组每天1次灌胃给予相应药物,连续9周。阴道涂片镜检观察雌性小鼠的动情周期。9周后,观察雄性小鼠的精子畸形率;并用ELISA法测定小鼠血清中性激素的水平;并取睾丸(或卵巢)、心、肝、肺、肾进行组织学观察。结果与C组比较,A和B组小鼠体重差异无显著性( P >0.05);血清性激素水平差异无显著性( P >0.05);雌性小鼠动情周期差异无显著性(P >0.05);组织学观察未见异常;与C组比较,A组小鼠精子畸形率差异无显著性(P >0.05),B组小鼠精子畸形率显著增高( P =0.041<0.05)。结论0.5%84消毒液对小鼠的生殖生理无明显影响,在实际使用中要严格控制消毒液浓度。  相似文献

目的:研究蛋白酪氨酸激酶(PTK)抑制剂染料木黄酮对哮喘豚鼠肺部炎症和气道重塑的作用。方法:成年雄性豚鼠30只,随机分成3组(n=10):对照组(C组)、哮喘组(A组)和染料木黄酮干预组(B组),以腹腔内注射联合雾化吸入卵蛋白复制哮喘模型。测支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中细胞总数及其分类数,测细支气管炎症细胞浸润及支气管重塑指标,免疫纽化方法测磷酸化酪氨(p-tyrosine)在肺组织中的表达。结果:A组BALF中细胞总数、嗜酸性粒细胞分类与C组比较明显增加,B组与A组比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);A组细支气管嗜酸性粒细胞(E)数和淋巴细胞(L)数较C组明显增多,B组与A组比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);B组细支气管重塑较A组明显减轻(P〈0.01),与C组比较,差异无统计学意义(P〈0.05);免疫组化显示p-tyrosine在支气管平滑肌、支气管上皮、血管滑平滑肌及炎性细胞均有表达,尤其以支气管和血管平滑肌及炎性细胞明显,A组比C组表达明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),而B组与C组比较,无明显差别(P〉0.05)。结论:PTK对哮喘豚鼠肺部炎症和支气管重塑具有促进作用:PTK抑制剂染料木黄酮对哮喘豚鼠肺炎症和支气管重塑具有预防和抑制作用。  相似文献

目的:探讨不同浓度舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因鞘内注射应用于剖宫产术后镇痛的有效性及安全性。方法:将1460例行剖宫产术患者随机分为A组(489例)、B组(501例)和C组(470例)。所有患者均采用腰硬联合阻滞,分别给予0.3μg/mL、0.4μg/mL、0.5μg/mL舒芬太尼配伍0.1%盐酸罗哌卡因。结果:B组、C组术后2h、8h、12h VAS评分显著低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而该时间点B组、C组VAS评分比较则无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。三组术后24h VAS评分比较均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。B组、C组术后镇痛泵按压有效率较A组显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而B组、C组比较则无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。A组和B组不良反应的发生率分别8.0%和10.2%,显著低于C组20.2%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:0.4μg/mL舒芬太尼+0.1%盐酸罗哌卡因应用于剖宫产术后镇痛,可有效缓解术后早期的疼痛,并减少不良反应。  相似文献

Abstract

We review the model of the hydrogen bond developed by Lippincott and Schroeder and discuss the frequency range in which it is valid, specifically in the optical and near infrared range. We then show why and how to modify the Lippincott and Schroeder formulae to apply to the far infrared and lower ranges. The contrasts between the old and modified systems, particularly with respect to the effective force constants are worked out and plotted for an example.  相似文献

Bonding patterns and electron counts of high-symmetry transition metal cluster compounds are discussed using a simplified Tensor Surface Harmonic (TSH) treatment. An n-vertex metal cluster has 9n valence atomic orbitals. From this set orbitals concerned in metal–ligand bonding are eliminated to yield the effective valence orbitals available to cluster bonding. Applying TSH theory to this smaller set gives a clear classification of the cluster MOs and their bonding/antibonding characteristics. Orbital mixing allowed by point group symmetry gives a final, qualitative cluster MO diagram. Results for triangular, tetrahedral and octahedral clusters are compared with other models.  相似文献

Silicon (Si) composite electrodes are developed with increased cycle lifetimes and reliability through dynamic ionic bonding between active Si nanoparticles and a polymer binder. Amine groups are covalently attached to Si nanoparticles via surface functionalization. Si composite electrodes are fabricated by combining the Si nanoparticles with a poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) binder. The formation of ionic bonds between amine groups on Si particles and carboxylic acid groups on the PAA binder is characterized by X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy. Si composite anodes with ionic bonding demonstrate long term cycling stability with capacity retention of 80% at 400 cycles at a current density of 2.1 A g?1 and good rate capability. The dynamic ionic bonds effectively mitigate the deterioration of electrical interfaces in the composite anodes as suggested by stable impedance over 300 cycles.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

This study re-evaluated the Companion Animal Bonding Scale (Poresky, Hendrix, Mosier and Samuelson 1987) using a wide range of developmental levels. Participants included 714 individuals (284 boys and 430 girls) from fourth grade to undergraduate college status. The elementary, middle, and high school students were enrolled in a public school system in a large metropolitan area and the college students were enrolled in a medium size state university. The sample included 600 Caucasians and 114 members of other ethnic groups. Only responses from current pet owners (n=610) were included in data analysis. Analysis of the Companion Animal Bonding Scale revealed three factors related to human-animal attachment: (1) emotional bond/affectional tie, (2) physical proximity, and (3) caretaking. The caretaking factor found in this study differs from the third factor (animal responsiveness and autonomy) reported by Poresky et al. (1987). The three factors in this study also differ somewhat from those reported by Poresky (1997). The results of this study are discussed within the context of attachment theory.  相似文献

Carbon-oxygen (CH···O) hydrogen bonding represents an unusual category of molecular interactions first documented in biological structures over 4 decades ago. Although CH···O hydrogen bonding has remained generally underappreciated in the biochemical literature, studies over the last 15 years have begun to yield direct evidence of these interactions in biological systems. In this minireview, we provide a historical context of biological CH···O hydrogen bonding and summarize some major advancements from experimental studies over the past several years that have elucidated the importance, prevalence, and functions of these interactions. In particular, we examine the impact of CH···O bonds on protein and nucleic acid structure, molecular recognition, and enzyme catalysis and conclude by exploring overarching themes and unresolved questions regarding unconventional interactions in biomolecular structure.  相似文献

Since the late 1970s, disruptions and “failure” of maternal-infant bonding have been causally linked to postpartum depression. Part I of this paper examines the grounds for this connection while tracing the ramifications of bonding theory (Klaus and Kennell 1976) through obstetrics, pediatrics, and psychiatry, as well as in the (mis)representations of it in the popular media. This discussion resolves into a view of maternal attachment as a long-term development progressively established through intensive mother-infant interaction. The forms of this interaction are phylogenetically determined, albeit culturally and personally mediated. Flowing from this premise, Part II of the paper casts postpartum depression as an adaptive response to threat (from whatever cause) to adequate mothering, and develops an argument for the evolutionary role of enacted social ties in the establishment of maternal responsiveness.  相似文献

Formation probabilities of different hydrogen bonds between carbonyl oxygen and amide hydrogen were determined by Monte Carlo simulations using a computer model in the space of sterically allowable conformations of alanine and glycine oligopeptides, and the corresponding entropy losses for the peptide backbone, TS, were calculated. The model was studied at different criteria of steric interactions. Comparison with the data of other authors showed the values of TSto be mainly determined by overall extent and type of the state space and to be only slightly dependent on its energy profile. Both short-range and long-range steric interactions were shown to prevent hydrogen bonding, especially in alanine peptides. In the model studied, the initiation of (R)-helices is associated with TS= 8–10 kT, and prior formation of a 3/10-turn or one three-center H-bond does not appreciably decrease this entropy barrier. Elongation of the (R)-helix by one residue leads to TS= 3.0–3.7 kT, the helices begin to stabilize after at least three sequential H-bonds are formed. The difference in the probability of insertion of Ala and Gly into the helix is lower than it follows from comparison of their mobility. The results could be explained assuming that factors different from helical H-bonds take part in the stabilization of the helices. One may suppose upon modeling of folding that even three sequential H-bonds are unable to fix the structure of a flexible peptide loop, while the elongation of (R)-helices in the supersecondary helix-loop-helix structure is favorable as long as the loop conformation remains nearly optimal.  相似文献

Conditions required for in vitro bonding of14C-ofloxacin (OFX) to polytetrafluoroethylene suture (PTFE) were investigated. Bonding of OFX to PTFE was enhanced 22- and 75-fold in the presence of the cationic surfactant benzalkonium chloride (BAC) or silver and organic solvents (S/O), respectively. The optimal temperature and time of incubation for maximum OFX bonding was 37°C for 1 h (BAC) and 37°C for 25 min (S/O). BAC- and S/O-treated PTFE bound 3.94 nmoles and 17.79 nmoles OFX/cm suture. Prolonged in vitro incubation of OFX/PTFE for 7 days at 37°C in the presence of serum or saline resulted in 50% OFX retention. In vivo studies on OFX/PTFE placed into canine carotid arteries showed 8% OFX retention. The intravenous infusion of coagulase-positiveStaphylococcus aureus into OFX/PTFE animals resulted in colonization. Although significant in vitro bonding of OFX to PTFE was observed, in vivo studies demonstrate an accelerated release and inferior OFX/PTFE activity against microbial colonization.  相似文献
