不同饵料对卤虫生长、总脂含量及脂肪酸组成的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为了提高养殖卤虫的饵料营养价值,了解其不同生长阶段营养成分变化情况,采用单因子试验研究了8种饵料(三角褐指藻、小球藻、微绿球藻、酵母液、三角褐指藻+小球藻+微绿球藻、三角褐指藻+酵母液、小球藻+酵母液和微绿球藻+酵母液)对卤虫生长、总脂含量及脂肪酸组成的影响,结果表明:不同饵料种类对卤虫生长、总脂含量及脂肪酸组成的影响显著(P<0.05),增长率,以三角褐指藻+酵母液最优;总脂含量、以三角褐指藻最优(19.67%),除酵母液外,与其它饵料相差不显著(P>0.05);脂肪酸组成效果,以微绿球藻组最优(EPA:18.01%,DNA:0.55%,(n-3)HUFA:19.08%),与三角褐指藻组相差不大(P>0.05),显著高于其它各组(P>0.05).同时以三角褐指藻为饵料,研究了卤虫不同生长阶段(体长2、4、6、8、10 mm)总脂含量、脂肪酸组成变化,结果表明:卤虫体长2~10 mm总脂含量为14.27%~20.93%,随体长的增长降低;EPA、DHA及(n-3)HUFA的含量,均随体长的增长降低,EPA含量为:10.47%~20.77%,DNA含量为:0~0.70%,(n-3)HUFA含量为:10.85%~22.01%.结论认为,卤虫以三角褐指藻或三角褐指藻+酵母液为饵料培养营养价值最佳,其体长小于6 mm营养价值较佳.  相似文献

Of 105 isolates screened for growth on plates containing olive mill wastewater (OMW), five were selected and identified as Pichia fermentans (Y1, Y4) and Candida sp. (Y2, Y11, and Y18). On the basis of their ability to use phenol at 716 mg l−1, strains Y2 (15% reduction) and Y4 (18% reduction) were then used to detoxify stored OMW under various operational conditions. Yeast treatment of OMW increased the pH and, in the best conditions (aeration and no glucose addition), the COD decreased (47%) and phytotoxicity was also decreased (56%) probably due to the changes in the composition of phenolic compounds.  相似文献

The total lipid content in Artemia franciscana (21–23% ofdry weight (DW)) when enriched with either Super Selco or DHA Selco wastwice as high as in the adult copepods Temora longicornis and Eurytemora sp.(9–11% of DW). In Brachionus plicatilis the total lipid contentwas 11 and 6.6% for cultures growing at high and low growth rate,0.12 d–1 and 0.38 d–1, respectively. In thecopepodid stages I, II and III of Calanus finmarchicus the total lipid levelwas 12–13%, increasing to 24% in copepodid stage IV, Vand the adults. In T. longicornis and Eurytemora sp. the predominant fattyacids were DHA (22:6n-3), EPA (20:5n-3) and the saturated fatty acid 16:0,which constituted 40–45%, 21–24% and8–12% of total fatty acids, respectively. C. finmarchicuscontained the same dominant fatty acids. In both the cultivated live feedorganisms DHA, EPA and 18:1 were the predominant fatty acids. In A.franciscana the content of these fatty acids varied according to theenrichment medium and in B. plicatilis according to the growth rate.  相似文献

Biomass of the crustacean Artemia sp. has multiple uses. The biochemical composition and biomass production of Artemia grown from cysts produced by a native population from Real de Salinas were evaluated under laboratory conditions. Nauplii (instar I) were stocked at density of 10 nauplii/ml in 1.5 l tanks, fed with rice bran from day 2 to day 6, and with the microalgae Tetraselmis suecica from day 7 to day 15. At the end of the trial (day 15) the average length was 5.34 mm, biomass production was 15.72 g/l (wet weight), and survival was 79%. The proximal analysis and biochemical composition of Artemia biomass indicated that its nutrient percentages are closely similar to Artemia from other regions, making this species a suitable food for cultured fish and crustacean.  相似文献

壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NEPOs)是全球应用量最大的非离子型表面活性剂之一,具有环境雌激素毒性。NPEOs的中间代谢产物种类多、难降解,且毒性远高于其母系化合物。为研究金属离子对功能微生物Sphingomonas sp. Y2降解NPEOs特性的影响,分析了金属离子的最低抑制浓度(MIC)、细菌形态、NPEOs降解效率及代谢产物组成等变化。结果显示,菌株Y2对多种金属离子具有耐受性,在重金属培养基中对Mn2+、Zn2+具有较高的耐受性,MIC分别为500、90 mg/L;在500 mg/L Mn2+胁迫下,菌株Y2对NPEOs降解率为100.00%(3 d);在90 mg/L Zn2+胁迫下,菌株Y2对NPEOs的降解率为20.62%(5 d);两种离子双重胁迫下NPEOs降解率为15.65%(5 d);Mn2+胁迫下菌株Y2细胞表面结构和形态发生明显变化,且改变了NPEOs代谢产物中组分的含量组成,其中短链NPEOs与短链壬基酚聚氧乙烯酸(NPECs)的比例为0.68,与对照相比,抑制/减缓了短链NPEOs的羧化反应。结果表明,菌株Sphingomonas sp. Y2对多种金属离子具有耐受性,Mn2+胁迫对细胞表面超微结构及NPEOs中间代谢产物组分组成产生显著影响。该研究将为表面活性剂类污染物的生物降解及相应代谢产物在环境中的毒性评价提供理论依据。  相似文献

The marine diesel oil-degrading bacterium Acinetobacter sp. strain Y2 was isolated from oil-polluted seawater sampled from Dinghai port, Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province, China. The isolated bacterium was identified as Acinetobacter sp. based on its 16S rDNA gene sequence as well as various morphological and physiological characteristics. The degradation characteristics of strain Y2 were studied and its parameters for oil degradation optimized. These optimal conditions were determined to be an initial pH of 7.5, an incubation temperature of 30 °C, an initial diesel oil concentration of 2 % (v/v), and an initial inoculating bacteria concentration of 3?×?107 cells/mL. The results from the gas chromatography–mass spectrometry analysis showed that strain Y2 could almost completely degrade all components of diesel oil, with a degradation ratio of up to 80 % after 10 days of incubation at the optimal conditions.  相似文献

Two emergence trap designs were tested in Mono Lake, California, to measure in situ hatching of Artemia monica cysts on the lake bottom. One design incorporated a removable sample bottle; the other had a catch tube which was pumped from the surface. Both traps rested on the bottom and had a narrow gap between the collecting funnel and bottom flange to allow the chemical conditions within the trap to be similar to those outside. This gap was open during April and May but, because some animals entered from outside the area enclosed by the trap, the gap was covered with 400 µm or 800 µm screen during June and July. The two trap types without screens sampled a station in oxic water 7 m deep similarly in April and May 1985. Mean daily hatching rates from April to May 1985 ranged from 720 to 25 340 shrimp m-2 day-1. In contrast, mean daily hatching rates during the same period at a station in anoxic water 21 m deep were from 3 to 138 shrimp m-2 day-1. June and July hatching rates in the shallow station were lower than in the spring, usually less than 1000 shrimp m-2 day-1.  相似文献

An algal suspension containing protoplasmic detritus [termed, single cell detritus (SCD)] was prepared from freeze-dried fronds of Ulva and its dietary value to Artemia nauplii was tested after size fractionation. The dissolved fraction (<0.22 μm) ofthe Ulva suspension contained ca. 48% of theoriginal protein in the Ulva, but had no dietaryvalue to Artemia, which is a suspension feeder. In contrast, the fraction passing through a 100-μm meshand containing SCD of 2–14 μm in diameter, contributedto the survival of Artemia. The fraction remaining on the 100 μm mesh was further incubated with and without the bacterium Pseudoalteromonas espejiana strain AR06 FERM BP-5024. The bacterium degraded Ulva forming new SCD over 106 mL -1 level as rapidly as by 16 h of incubation. The dietary value of Ulva for Artemia growth was elevated over four times by the incubation. The protein content of the SCD was approximately doubled by the attaching of bacteria, suggesting the enhanced Artemia growth is attributable to the combined effect of the SCD and the bacteria. Development of a hatchery diet from Ulva , a resource with a low commercial value, is suggested utilizing the degrading and attaching ability of P. espejiana. Some aspects of the cellular responses to cadmium were extensively investigated in the yeast Rhodotorula sp. Y11. Scanning electron microscopy indicated that accumulation of cadmium in the Y11 did not cause any visible effects on cell morphology. More than 20% yeast cells still showed viability after 15 h of cadmium accumulation under 100 mg l−1 cadmium concentration, and transmission electron microscopy analysis showed that plasmolysis and thickened cell wall were not observed in all of the cells. In the presence of cadmium, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) were all greater than the control, but the increase was in a dose-independent manner. Changes in SOD and CAT activities were also dependent on the time of exposure. Therefore, it suggests that antioxidative defenses play an important role in cadmium tolerance in Rhodotorula sp. Y11. Nondenaturing polyacrylamide gels revealed only one SOD isoforms in Y11 even under exposure to cadmium.  相似文献

The hemoglobin molecule of the commercially important brine shrimp Artemia sp. has been used extensively as a model for the study of molecular evolution. It consists of nine globin domains joined by short linker sequences, and these domains are believed to have originated through a series of duplications from an original globin gene. In addition, in Artemia, two different polymers of hemoglobin, called C and T, are found which differ by 11.7% at the amino acid level and are believed to have diverged about 60 MYA. This provides a set of data of 18 globin domain sequences that have evolved in the same organism. The pattern of amino acid substitution between these two polymers is unusual, with pairs of equivalent domains displaying differences of up to 2.7-fold in total amino acid substitution. Such differences would reflect a similar range of molecular-clock rates in what appear to be duplicate, structurally equivalent domains. In order to provide a reference outgroup, we sequenced the cDNA for a nine-domain hemoglobin (P) from another genus of brine shrimp, Parartemia zietziana, which differs morphologically and ecologically from Artemia and is endemic to Australia. Parartemia produces only one hundredth the amount of hemoglobin that Artemia produces and does not upregulate production in response to low oxygen partial pressure. Comparison of the globin domains at the amino acid and DNA levels suggests that the Artemia globin T gene has accumulated substitutions differently from the Parartemia P and Artemia C globin genes. We discuss the questions of accelerated evolution after duplication and possible functions for the Parartemia globin.  相似文献

To investigate tropical roles of the newly described Yihiella yeosuensis (ca. 8 μm in cell size), one of the smallest phototrophic dinoflagellates in marine ecosystems, its trophic mode and the types of prey species that Y. yeosuensis can feed upon were explored. Growth and ingestion rates of Y. yeosuensis on its optimal prey, Pyramimonas sp. (Prasinophyceae), as a function of prey concentration were measured. Additionally, growth and ingestion rates of Y. yeosuensis on the other edible prey, Teleaulax sp. (Cryptophyceae), were also determined for a single prey concentration at which both these rates of Y. yeosuensis on Pyramimonas sp. were saturated. Among bacteria and diverse algal prey tested, Y. yeosuensis fed only on small Pyramimonas sp. and Teleaulax sp. (both cell sizes = 5.6 μm). With increasing mean prey concentrations, both specific growth and ingestion rates of Y. yeosuensis increased rapidly before saturating at a mean Pyramimonas concentration of 109 ng C mL−1 (2725 cells mL−1). The maximum growth rate (mixotrophic growth) of Y. yeosuensis fed with Pyramimonas sp. at 20 °C under a 14:10-h light-dark cycle of 20 μE m−2 s−1 was 1.32 d−1, whereas the growth rate of Y. yeosuensis without added prey was 0.026 d−1. The maximum ingestion rate of Y. yeosuensis fed with Pyramimonas sp. was 0.37 ng C predator−1 d−1 (9.3 cells predator−1 d−1). At a Teleaulax concentration of 1130 ng C mL−1 (66,240 cells mL−1), growth and ingestion rates of Y. yeosuensis fed with Teleaulax sp. were 1.285 d−1 and 0.38 ng C predator−1 d−1 (22.4 cells predator−1 d−1), respectively. Thus, Y. yeosuensis rarely grows without mixotrophy, and mixotrophy supports high growth rates in Y. yeosuensis. Y. yeosuensis has the highest maximum mixotrophic growth rate with the exception of Ansanella graniferaamong engulfment feeding mixotrophic dinoflagellates. However, the high swimming speed of Y. yeosuensis (1572 μm s−1), almost the highest among phototrophic dinoflagellates, may prevent autotrophic growth. This evidence suggests that Y. yeosuensis may be an effective mixotrophic dinoflagellate predator on Pyramimonas and Teleaulax, and occurs abundantly during or after blooms of these two prey species.  相似文献

In this study, pollen grains were identified using Durham sampler in the atmosphere of Sakarya in 2000 and 2001. During these two years, a total of 10 805 pollen grains were recorded. A total of 5 386 pollen grains per cm2 were recorded in 2000 and a total of 5 419 pollen grains per cm2 in 2001. Pollen fall in the years 2000–2001 comprised grains belonging to 40 taxa and some unidentified pollen grains. Of these taxa, 22 belonged to arboreal and 18 taxa to non arboreal plants. Total pollen grains consisted of 69.45% grains from arboreal plants, 28.11% grains from non-arboreal plants and 2.44% unidentified pollen grains. In the region investigated, Gramineae, Pinus sp., Quercus sp., Cupressaceae/Taxaceae, Salix sp., Platanus sp., Populus sp., Carpinus sp., Fagus sp., Chenopodiaceae/Amaranthaceae, Xanthium sp., Moraceae, Corylus sp., Fraxinus sp., and Urticaceae released the greatest amount of pollen. The season of maximum pollen fall was from March to May, with a prevalence of arboreal pollen in the first months, and of pollen from non-arboreal plants in the last months of the year.  相似文献

In this study, we report on the known Artemia habitats worldwide. Recent literature information is incorporated about the taxonomic status of the various populations studied. The genus is composed of di-, tri-, tetra- and pentaploid parthenogenetic populations and of the following bisexual species: A. franciscana franciscana , A. franciscana monica , A. franciscana sp., A. persimilis , A. salina , A. urmiana , A. sinica and A. sp. from Kazakhstan. The problems of characterizing new brine shrimp populations are discussed. In view of the great importance of Artemia as part of the live food chain for the culture of fish and shellfish larvae and the present cyst shortage from the market, the need for commercial exploitation and development of new Artemia sources is now, more than ever, necessary.  相似文献

A soil sample collected underneath a sewage pipe of the west side of Yangpu refining factory in Haikou city, Hainan Province, China was inoculated in minimum medium supplemented with fluoranthene. After 8 enrichment cycles, a bacterial consortium (Y12) was obtained through water-silicone oil dual system in the laboratory. The consortium Y12 could degrade a mixture of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) including phenanthrene, anthracene, fluoranthene, pyrene and benzo[a]pyrene. The consortium Y12 was repeatedly cultured for more than 40 circles, from which a bacterial strain FB3 was isolated. This strain was identified as a Sphingobium sp. through the 16S rDNA sequence alignment. Strain FB3 could degrade 99 ± 0.4%, 67 ± 2%, 97 ± 3%, 72 ± 8%, and 6 ± 2% (uncorrected degradation percentages) of phenanthrene, anthracene, fluoranthene and pyrene each at level of 100 mg L−1 and benzo[a]pyrene at 10 mg L−1, respectively, in 10 days, which the five PAHs were the sole carbon source as a mixture in minimum medium. The degradation percentages of phenanthrene, anthracene, fluoranthene, pyrene (each at level of 100 mg L−1) and benzo[a]pyrene (10 mg L−1) by consortium Y12 were 99 ± 0.1%, 65 ± 3%, 99 ± 0.3%, 79 ± 1% and 7 ± 6%, respectively, in 10 days. Strain FB3 could degrade those PAHs under a range of pH 5–9, being optimum at pH 7.  相似文献

本实验以产自美国旧金山湾,我国山西运城盐湖,河北张北,新疆阿勒泰的两性生死卤虫,及产于天津塘沽、新疆艾比湖的孤雌生殖卤虫,计3种6个品系卤虫为实验材料,分别测量它们在不同温度下的孵化率、生长、发育及生殖的情况,并比较了各品系卤虫以坑盐的耐受性。通过全长的测量,得出了各品系卤虫在不同温度及协度下的生长方程。除了旧金山卤虫为耐低温高盐的种外,张北卤虫也具此特性。在生殖特征方面,我斩5个地理品系卤虫之间  相似文献

通过对桑根达莱淖尔卤虫的养殖实验与卵囊解剖,研究了内蒙古沙漠小型盐湖投饵、施肥与自然状态3种营养模式下卤虫的生境、种群动态、生殖特征,分析了环境对卤虫资源的负载力。结果表明:1在起始种群相同的情况下,不同营养模式对种群结构与密度有显著影响;2不同营养模式对个体生长速度影响存在差异,投饵对加快个体生长速度效果最明显,但在性成熟速度方面不同营养模式没有出现统计学显著差异;3不同营养模式对卤虫的怀卵量、卵生/卵胎生比例有显著影响;与空白组相比,投饵组平均怀卵量提高了35.52%—72.71%,施肥组提高了11.34%—26.15%;4卤虫资源的环境负载力为0.3—0.4 kg/m3,加以补充肥料,可提高到0.45 kg/m3,在投喂饲料的情况下可以达到0.5 kg/m3;5卤虫蛋白可开发量按环境负载力的1/3估计,对照组、施肥组和投饵组的相应年开发量分别为2.61—2.98 kg/m3、4.5—5.4 kg/m3和7.51—8.67 kg/m3,滞育卵产量分别为0.73、1.10 g/m3和1.17 g/m3。  相似文献

Desulfosporosinus sp. strain Y5 is a spore-forming bacterium capable of dissimilatory arsenate reduction coupled to the oxidation of aromatic compounds. In arsenate respiration, the arsenate respiratory reductase (ARR) catalyzes the reduction of arsenate to arsenite. Our objective is to characterize the arrA gene, encoding the ARR, for Desulfosporosinus sp. strain Y5. Oligonucleotide primers were designed based on the few arrA gene sequences available at the time and validated against positive and negative controls. The resulting arrA-amplicon of approximately 2.0kb was cloned and sequenced. The arrA from Desulfosporosinus sp. Y5 is closely related to Desulfitobacterium hafniense (similarity of 77% and 81% at the nucleotide and amino acid levels, respectively). Phylogenetic topology based on the arrA gene was partially congruent with that of 16S rRNA-based analysis. This arrA sequence will support the development of specific tracking probes for Desulfosporosinus sp. Y5 and the molecular characterization and monitoring of dissimilatory arsenate reducing bacteria.  相似文献

The development of the gut epithelium in cod Gadus morhua was studied during the larval period in intensive rearing systems. Cod larvae were fed enriched rotifers from mouth opening. On 17 days post‐hatch (dph) one group of larvae were fed Artemia sp. nauplii while another group were fed both rotifers and a formulated diet (co‐fed). At the end of the experiment (30 dph) larvae receiving live feed were almost three times larger than the co‐fed larvae, although no clear signs of pathological effects due to feeding regime were found in any larvae sampled for morphological studies. The midgut volume in larvae fed live feed increased by a factor of 38 during the experiment, and in particular volume increased rapidly between 24 and 30 dph. The enterocyte size increased between 12 and 24 dph from 652 ± 64 to 1479 ± 144 μm3 (mean ±s .e .). When enterocytes reached their maximum size, several morphological changes in the gut epithelium were initiated, such as increased number of mitochondria per enterocyte, increased size of the nuclei and a considerable increase in microvilli surface area. The mitochondrial membrane structures changed during the experiment, suggesting a maturation process of the mitochondria. The midgut development was strongly related to larval size rather than age. On 30 dph co‐fed larvae were equal in size to Artemia sp. fed larvae on 24 dph. This was reflected by equal values of estimated midgut volume, midgut length and total number of enterocytes and the number of mitochondria per enterocyte. The microvilli surface area, however, was significantly larger in co‐fed larvae on 24 dph compared to live‐feed larvae on 30 dph. This increase in absorptive surface was probably a response to suboptimal feeding conditions. The strong correlation between gut development and larval size and the lack of clear pathological effects, suggested that the gut tissue is flexible and can withstand periods of suboptimal nutrition at this stage.  相似文献
