Two new guaianolides, (1R,4R,5S,6R,7R,8S)-8,15-dihydroxyguaia-10(14),11(13)-dien-12,6-olide (1) and (1R,4R,5S,6R,7R,8S,11S)-8,15-dihydroxyguaia-10(14)-en-6,12-olide (2), and two known elemanolides, (4S,5R,6R,7R,8S,10R,11S)-11,13-dihydrovernolepin (3) and (5R,6R,7R,8S,10R,11S)-melitensin (4) were isolated from the aerial parts of Vernonia anthelmintica Willd. The structures of these compounds were determined on the basis of IR, UV, MS, 1D-NMR and 2D-NMR, and their absolute configurations were deduced using the CD exciton chirality method and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The possible biosynthetic relationships of compounds 14 are postulated. Compounds 14 were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against HL-60 and SMMC-7721 cell lines.  相似文献

This work describes the isolation and characterization of twenty-nine compounds from the fruits of Rhus typhina L., including eleven flavonoids (1–11), eleven phenols (12–22), two pentacyclic triterpenes (23–24), two organic acids (25–26), one lumichrome (27), one courmarin (28) and one pyrimidine (29) on the basis of their spectroscopic data. Compounds apigenin (1), daidzein (4), orobol (5), 3′, 5, 5′, 7-tetrahydroxyflavanone (6), naringenin (7), butein (8), (-)-catechin (9), quercetin-3-O-α-L-(3″-O-galloyl)-rhamnoside (11), 2-hydroxybenzoic acid (13), 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde (14), vanillin (15), methyl 3,4-dihydroxybenzoate (16), 3,5-dihydroxybenzamide (18), tyrosol (19), caffeic acid (20), 3-(2,4,6-trihydroxyphenyl)-1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-propan-1-one (21), phlorizin (22), friedelin (23), oleanolic acid (24), 4,4-dimethyl-heptanedioic acid (25), anthranilic acid (26), lumichrome (27), scoparone (28) and uracil (29) have not been recorded before in this plant. This is the first report on the occurrence of compounds 4–7, 9, 11, 13–14, 16, 18–21, 25–29 from the genus Rhus. Moreover, the chemotaxonomic significance of these isolated compounds was also summarized.  相似文献

Fourteen compounds were isolated from fruits of Ziziphus jujuba Mill., including two flavonoids (12), one phenolic glycosides (3), one lignan (4), four phenols (58), three alkaloid (910, 14), three sesquiterpenoid (1113). The structures of all the compounds were established by the NMR techniques, as well as by comparison with previously reported data in literature. Compounds 2″-glucosyl-8-C-glucosyl-4′-O-methylapigenin (1), 3′, 4′, 5′-trimethoxycinnamyl alcohol (5), 2-{4-[(1E)-3-Hydroxyprop-1-en-1-yl]-2, 6-dimethoxy-phenoxy}propane-1, 3-diol (6), 1-(4-Hydroxyphenyl)ethane-1, 2-diol (8), (1S, 3S)-1-Methyl-l, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydro-β-carboline-3-carboxylic acid (9), (1R, 3S)-1-Methyl-l, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydro-β-carboline-3-carboxylic acid (10), grasshopper ketone (12), methyl (3R, 5R)-5-methoxy-3-phenylisoxazolidine-5-carboxylate (14) were firstly reported from the genus Ziziphus and the family Rhamnaceae. Furthermore, the chemotaxonomic significance of the isolates was discussed.  相似文献

The phytochemical study of Piper pleiocarpum Chang ex Tseng led to the isolation of eighteen compounds (118), including ten lignanoids, galbelgin (1), (+) sesamin (2), denudatin A (3), hancinone (4), (7S,8S, 3′R)-Δ8'-3,3′,4-trimethoxy-3′,6′-dihydro-6′-oxo-7.0.4′,8.3′-lignan[(2S,3S,3aR)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-3,3a-dihydro-3a-methoxy-3-methyl-5-(2-propenyl)-6(2H))-benzofuranone] (5), (−)-(7R,8R)-machilin D (6), (1R,2R)-2-[2-methoxy-4-((E)-prop-1-enyl)phenoxy]-1-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)propyl acetate (7), piperbonin A (8), machilin D (9), 4-methoxymachilin D (10), one amide alkaloid, Δα,β-dihydropiperine (11), six polyoxygenated cyclohexenes, ent-curcuminol F (12), uvaribonol E (13), ellipeiopsol A (14), 1S,2R,3R,4S-1-ethoxy-2-[(benzoyloxy)methyl]cyclohex-5-ene-2,3,4-triol, 3-acetate (15), (+)-crotepoxide (16), (+)-senediol (17), and one benzoate derivative, 2-acetoxybenzyl benzoate (18). Their structures were established by spectroscopic data and by comparison with the literature. All the compounds were firstly isolated from P. pleiocarpum, while ten compounds 67, 910, 1215, 1718 were isolated from the genus Piper and the family Piperaceae for the first time. The chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds was also discussed. The isolation of compounds 67, 910 may be used as chemotaxonomic markers for the genus of Piper.  相似文献

Two lanostane triterpenoid derivatives, astrasiaone (2), (22S, 25R, 26R)-26-methoxy-22-26-epoxylanost-8-en-3-one, and astrasiate (3), (3α, 22S, 25R)-3, 22-dihydroxylanost-8-en-26 -oate, together with six known compounds, astraodorol (1), artabotryol B (4), artabotryol C1 (5), 6-dehydrocerevisterol (6), ergosterol (7) and hypaphorine (8) were isolated from the edible mushroom Astraeus asiaticus. 3 and 4 exhibited weak cytotoxicity against KB and NCI-H187 cancer cell lines. A comparison of the structures of 2 and 3 to that of 1, 4 and 5 suggest that these two new compounds could be the intermediate form that occurs during biogenesis.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the aerial parts of Eremostachys moluccelloides Bunge led to the identification of a new diterpene, 2β,14-dihydroxy −11-formyl- 12-carboxy-13-des-isopropyl-13-hydroxymethyl-abieta-8,11,13- triene- 16(17)- lactone (1), along with the known compounds 12, 18-dicarboxy-14-hydroxy-13-des -isopropyl-13-hydroxymethyl- abieta-8,11,13-triene-16(17)-lactone (2), 5-hydroxy-3′,4′,7-trimethoxyflavone (3), 5-hydroxy-4’,7-dimethoxyflavone (4), luteolin-7-O-β-glucoside (5), verbascoside (6), luteolin 7-O-(6″-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl) -β-D-glucopyranoside (7), chlorogenic acid (8), echinacoside (9), apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (10), p-coumaric acid (11), vanillic acid (12), apigenin-7-O-(6″-E-p-coumaroyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (13), apigenin-7-O-(3″,6″-E-p-dicoumaroyl)-β-glucoside (14), lamalbide (15), 6β-hydroxy-7-epi-loganin (16), phloyoside II (17) The structures were elucidated on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy, UV, MS and by comparison with compounds previously reported in the literature. Compounds 14, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14 have not been reported previously from any species within the genus Eremostachys. Compounds 114, 17 were obtained from this species for the first time. The chemotaxonomic significance of the isolated compounds is discussed.  相似文献

Pleurotus cornucopiae (Pleurotaceae) is an edible and medicinal mushroom widely distributed in Korea, China, and Japan. The MeOH extract of the fruiting bodies of P. cornucopiae showed renoprotective effects against cisplatin-induced kidney cell damage. Chemical investigation of the MeOH extract led to the isolation and identification of 12 compounds including noransine (1), uridine (2), uracil (3), (3β, 5α, 6β, 22E, 24S) -ergosta-7, 22-diene-3, 5, 6, 9-tetrol (4), (22E,24S)-ergosta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6β-triol (5), (22E,24R)-ergosta-8(14),22-diene-3β,5α,6β,7α-tetrol (6), cerebroside B (7), (2R) -N- [(1S, 2R, 3E, 7E) -1- [(β-d-glucopyranosyloxy) methyl] -2-hydroxy-8-methyl-3, 7-heptadecadien-1-yl] -2-hydroxy-heptadecanamide (8), cerebroside D (9), nicotinamide (10), 1,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)-4,5-dimethoxybenzene (11), and benzoic acid (12). Among them, compounds 1 and 11 were isolated as naturally occurring products for the first time, though they were reported as synthetic products in previous papers. All of the compounds (except 8 and 11) abrogated cisplatin-induced LLC-PK1 cell damage in a dose-dependent manner. Of special note, compounds 2, 5, 6, and 12 ameliorated cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity to 80% of the control value at 10 μM. The protective effects of compounds 2, 5, 6, and 12 were mediated via the deactivation of JNK-caspase 3 apoptotic cascade. This study is the first to demonstrate that the chemical constituents of P. cornucopiae display renoprotective effects against anticancer drug-induced damage in kidney cells.  相似文献

Two new hydroperoxy pentacyclic triterpenoids, 3β-hydroxy-11α-hydroperoxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid (1) and 3β-hydroxy-11α-hydroperoxyursan-12-en-28-oic acid (2), together with nine known triterpenoids, squalene (3), β-amyrin acetate (4), α-amyrin acetate (5), lupeol acetate (6), lupeol (7), lanosta-7,24-dien-3β-ol (8), cycloeucalenol (9), oleanolic acid (11) and ursolic acid (12), a known phytosterol, 24-methylenepollinastanol (10), and two known flavanols, (–)-catechin (13) and (–)-gallocatechin (14), were isolated from the methanolic extract of the fresh seedpods of Holarrhena curtisii. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis (one and two dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance, high resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry and attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy). All compounds (except squalene) were evaluated for their in vitro α-glucosidase inhibitory activity. Compounds 1, 2, 11 and 12, which had a pentacyclic triterpenoid acid skeleton, showed a strong in vitro α-glucosidase inhibitory activity compared to that of the standard control, acarbose.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the ethanolic extract from the leaves of Cinnamomum parthenoxylon (Jack) Meisn. led to the isolation of (3R, 4R, 3′R, 4′R)-6,6′-dimethoxy-3, 4, 3′, 4′-tetrahydro-2H, 2′H-[3, 3′]bichromenyl-4, 4′-diol (1), 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde (2), 1,2,4-trihydroxybenzene (3), kaempferol-3-O-α-l-rhamnoside (4), herbacetin (5), quercetin-3-O-α-l-rhamnoside (6), daucosterol (7), and β-sitosterol (8). The structures were established by extensive analysis of their MS and NMR spectroscopic data and comparison with literature data. In the present research, all of the isolated compounds 18 are reported for the first time in the species C. parthenoxylon. Compounds 16 were firstly isolated from genus Cinnamomum. Compounds 1, 3, 5 and 6 have not been reported from any species in Lauraceae family. The chemotaxonomic significance of the isolated compounds is discussed.  相似文献

Microbial transformation of neoandrographolide (1), was performed by Mucor spinosus (AS 3.2450). Ten metabolites were obtained and identified as 14-deoxyandrographolide (2), 17,19-dihydroxy-8,13-ent-labdadien-16,15-olide (3), 3,14-dideoxyandrographolide (4), 7β-hydroxy-3,14-dideoxyandrographolide (5), 17,19-dihydroxy-7,13-ent-labdadien-16,15-olide (6), 8(17),13-ent-labdadien-16,15-olid-19-oic acid (7), 8α,17β-epoxy-3,14-dideoxyandrographolide (8), 8β,17,19-trihydroxy-ent-labd-13-en-16, 15-olide (9), phlogantholide-A (10), 19-[(β-d-glucopyranosyl)oxy]-19-oxo-ent-labda-8(17),13-dien-16,15-olide (11) by spectroscopic and chemical means. Among them, products 3, 5, 6, 8 and 9 were characterized as new compounds. The inhibitory effects of compounds 111 on nitric oxide production in lipopolysaccharide-activated macrophages were evaluated and their preliminary structure–activity relationships (SAR) were discussed.  相似文献

Crude extract of Eremophila spathulata leaves was investigated by semi-preparative scale high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), analytical scale HPLC, and hyphenated high-performance liquid chromatography-photodiode array-high-resolution mass spectrometry-nuclear magnetic resonance (HPLC-PDA-HRMS-SPE-NMR), which afforded seven previously unreported caryophyllane sesquiterpenoids. Semi-preparative scale separation of the crude extract afforded (1R*,4R*,9S*,E)-8-formyl-11,11-dimethylbicyclo[7.2.0]undec-7-ene-4-carboxylic acid (5) and analytical-scale HPLC separation afforded (1R*,4S*,7S*,9S*)-7-hydroxy-11,11-dimethyl-8-methylenebicyclo[7.2.0]undecane-4-carboxylic acid (1), (1S*,6R*,9R*,E)-10,10-dimethylbicyclo[7.2.0]undec-2-ene-2,6-dicarboxylic acid (2), (1R*,4S*,9S*)-11,11-dimethyl-8-oxobicyclo[7.2.0]undecane-4-carboxylic acid (3), and (1R*,4R*,9S*)-11,11-dimethyl-8-oxobicyclo[7.2.0]undecane-4-carboxylic acid (4). HPLC-PDA-HRMS-SPE-NMR afforded (1R*,4R*,9S*)-11,11-dimethyl-8-methylenebicyclo[7.2.0]undecane-4-carboxylic acid (6) and (1R*,4S*,9S*)-11,11-dimethyl-8-methylenebicyclo[7.2.0]undecane-4-carboxylic acid (7). The structures of all isolated compounds were established based on HRMS as well as extensive 1D and 2D NMR analysis. Relative configurations were determined by correlations in spectra from rotational Overhauser effect spectroscopy.  相似文献

A comprehensive phytochemical investigation of the stems and leaves of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill. resulted in isolation of seventeen compounds, including five lignans: meso-dihydroguaiaretic acid (1), licarin-A (2), pregomisin (3), gomisin A (4), acutissimanide (5), three phenylpropanoids: 2-[4-(3-hydroxypropyl)-2-methoxyphenoxy]-propane-1,3-diol (6), 2-methoxy-4-(2-propenyl) phenyl β-D-glucopyranoside (7), erigeside 2 (8), six sesquiterpenoids: 7′-hydroxy-abscisic acid (9), burmannic acid (10), (3S,5R,6R,7E)-3,5,6-trihydroxy-7-megastigmen-9-one (11), 3-Cyclohexene-1,2-diol, 4-(3-hydroxybutyl)- 3, 5, 5-trimethyl- (12), (−)-loliolide (13), (3Z,5R,8R,11R)-Caryophyll-3-ene-5,8,15-triol (14), one monoterpenoid: (6R,3Z)-6,7-dihydroxy-3,7-dimethyl-2-octenoic acid (15) and two other compounds: methyl shikimate (16), 4-Hydroxydodec-2-enedioic acid (17). Their chemical structures were confirmed through NMR, HRESIMS and comparison with the data in the literature. This is the first report of compounds 5, 6, 815, 17 from the family Schisandraceae and compounds 2, 16 from the genus Schisandra. Furthermore, we performed a chemotaxonomic study of the separated compounds.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation on the leaves of Labisia pumila (Myrsinaceae), an important medicinal herb in Malaysia, has led to the isolation of 1-O-methyl-6-acetoxy-5-(pentadec-10Z-enyl)resorcinol (1), labisiaquinone A (2) and labisiaquinone B (3). Along with these, 16 known compounds including 1-O-methyl-6-acetoxy-5-pentadecylresorcinol (4), 5-(pentadec-10Z-enyl)resorcinol (5), 5-(pentadecyl)resorcinol (6), (−)-loliolide (7), stigmasterol (8), 4-hydroxyphenylethylamine (9), 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid (10), 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (11), (+)-catechin (12), (−)-epicatechin (13), kaempferol-3-O-α-rhamnopyranosyl-7-O-β-glycopyranoside (14), kaempferol-4′-O-β-glycopyranoside (15), quercetin-3-O-α-rhamnopyranoside (16), kaempferol-3-O-α-rhamnopyranoside (17), (9Z,12Z)-octadeca-9,12-dienoic acid (18) and stigmasterol-3-O-β-glycopyranoside (19) were also isolated. The structures of these compounds were established on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy techniques (1H, 13C, COSY, HSQC, NOESY and HMBC experiments), mass spectrometry and chemical derivatization. Among the constituents tested 1 and 4 exhibited strongest cytotoxic activity against the PC3, HCT116 and MCF-7 cell lines (IC50 values ⩽10 μM), and they showed selectivity towards the first two-cell lines relative to the last one.  相似文献

Two new steroids, (2β,3β,4α,5α,8β)-4-methylergost-24(28)-ene-2,3,8-triol (1) and (3β,7α)-24-methyl-7-hydroperoxycholest-5,24(28)-diene-3-ol (2), together with 13 known analogues (315) were isolated from the soft coral Sinularia depressa Tixier-Durivault. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by detailed spectroscopic analysis and comparison with reported data. In the bioassay in vitro, compounds 3a, 4, and 14 exhibited potent PTP1B inhibitory activity, being similar as that of positive control oleanolic acid. Compound 14 also displayed a notable neuroprotective activity against both amyloid-β25–35- and serum deprivation-induced injuries in SH-SY5Y cells while compound 11 showed a considerable antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus. Preliminary structure–activity relationships of these steroids were discussed.  相似文献

Chemical investigation of an acidic methanol extract of the whole plants of Datura metel resulted in the isolation of two new guainane sesquiterpenes, 1β,5α,7β-guaiane-4β,10α,11-triol (1) and 1α,5α,7α-11-guaiene-2α,3β,4α,10α,13-pentaol (2), along with eight known compounds: pterodontriol B (3), disciferitriol (4), scopolamine (5), kaempferol 3-O-β-d-glucosyl(1  2)-β-d-galactoside 7-O-β-d-glucoside (6), kaempferol 3-O-β-glucopyranosyl(1  2)-β-glucopyranoside-7-O-α-rhamnopyranoside (7), pinoresinol 4′′-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (8), (7R,8S,7′S,8′R)-4,9,4′,7′-tetrahydroxy-3,3′-dimethoxy-7,9′-epoxy-lignan-4-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (9), and (7S,8R,7′S,8′S)-4,9,4′,7′-tetrahydroxy-3,3′-dimethoxy-7,9′-epoxylignan-4-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (10). Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods, including 1D and 2D NMR and MS spectra. Compounds 2-4 and 6-10 were shown to have modest anti-inflammatory effects through inhibition of NO production in LPS-stimulated BV cells.  相似文献

Three new compounds, 4-{erythro-2-[3-(4-hydroxyl-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-propan-1-ol]}-O-medioresinol (1), (7⿳E,9⿳E,1⿳R*,3⿳S*,5⿳R*,6⿳S*)-5-O-caffeoyl-3-O-dihydrophaseicoylquinic acid (2), and (7⿳E,9⿳E,1⿳R*,3⿳S*,5⿳R*,6⿳S*)-5-O-caffeoyl-4-O-dihydrophaseicoylquinic acid (3), were isolated from Chinese folk herb Erycibe obtusifolia together with six known compounds (4⿿9). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of comparisons of literatures and extensive spectroscopic analysis, including UV, IR, HRMS, and 1D and 2D NMR techniques. Further, the cytotoxicities of these compounds were evaluated against five cell lines (HCT-8, Bel-7402, BGC-823, A549, and A2780), but they were inactive against these tumor cell lines (IC50 > 10 μmol/L).  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of Lespedeza cuneata led to the isolation of seventeen compounds including three steroids (β-sitosterol 1, β-sitosterol-6′-linolenoyl-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside 3, and β-sitosterol glucoside 13), nine flavonoids (quercetin 4, kaempferol 5, isovitexin 8, hirsutrin 9, nicotiflorin 10, vitexin 11, astragalin 12, trifolin 14, and isorhamnetin 17), two phenolics (benzyl-β-d-glucopyranoside 7 and homovanillyl alcohol 16), one carotenoid (loroxanthin 2), one lignin (7R,8S–dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 15), and one hexose (pinitol 6) on the basis of their spectroscopic data. Among these compounds, 2, 3, 7, 15 and 16 were reported for the first time from the genus Lespedeza. The taxonomic significance of these isolated compounds was also summarized.  相似文献

Phytochemical research of the whole plant Atractylis humilis (Asteraceae family) led to the isolation of one cyclolignan, namely (8R,7′S,8′S)-9′-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3,4′,9-trihydroxy-3′,4,5,5′-tetramethoxy-2,7′-cyclolignan (1), together with thirteen known phytochemicals 214 from the ethyl acetate and n-butanol extracts. The structures of all isolated secondary metabolites 114 were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis (1D and 2D-NMR, HR-ESI-MS) and measurement of optical rotation [α]D, whereas the known compounds were described by spectral comparison data with those published in the literature. This is the first report of lignans in the genus Atractylis. Furthermore, the chemotaxonomic significance of isolates was discussed.  相似文献

Chemical investigation of Ulmus wallichiana stem bark resulted in isolation and identification of three new compounds (2S,3S)-(+)-3′,4′,5,7-tetrahydroxydihydroflavonol-6-C-β-d-glucopyranoside (1), (2S,3S)-(+)-4′,5,7-trihydroxydihydroflavonol-6-C-β-d-glucopyranoside (3) and 3-C-β-d-glucopyranoside-2,4,6-trihydroxymethylbenzoate (8), together with five known flavonoid-6-C-glucosides (2, 47). Their structures were elucidated using 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic analysis. The absolute stereochemistry in compounds 1 and 3 were established with the help of CD data analysis and comparison with the literature data analysis. All the isolated compounds (18) were assessed for promoting the osteoblast differentiation using primary culture of rat osteoblast as an in vitro system. Compounds 13 and 5 significantly increased osteoblast differentiation as assessed by alkaline phosphatase activity.  相似文献
