The parameters of the electrode region of an electrode microwave discharge in nitrogen are studied by emission spectroscopy. The radial and axial distributions of the intensities of the bands of the second (N2(C 3Π u B 3Π g )) and first (N2(B 3Π g A 3Σ u + )) positive systems of molecular nitrogen and the first negative system of nitrogen ions (N 2 + (B 2Σ u + X 2Σ g + )), the radial profiles of the electric field E and the electron density N e , and the absolute populations of the vibrational levels v C = 0–4 of the C 3Π u excited state of N2 and the vibrational level v Bi = 0 of the B 2Σ u + excited state of a molecular nitrogen ion are determined. The population temperature of the first vibrational level T V of the ground electronic state X 1Σ g + of N2 and the excitation temperature T C of the C 3Π u state in the electrode region of the discharge are measured. The radius of the spherical region and the spatially integrated plasma emission spectra are studied as functions of the incident microwave power and gas pressure. A method for determining the electron density and the microwave field strength from the plasma emission characteristics is described in detail.  相似文献

The first cytogenetic comparisons of five snapper species from Thailand were presented here. Renal cell samples were taken from blacktail snapper (Lutjanus fulvus), five lined snapper (L. quinquelineatus), dory snapper (L. fulviflamma), brownstripe red snapper (L. vitta), and mangrove red snapper (L. argentimaculatus). The mitotic chromosome preparation was prepared directly from kidney cells. Conventional staining and Ag-NOR banding techniques were applied to stain the chromosomes. The results exhibited that all five snapper species have the diploid chromosome numbers of 2n = 48 and the fundamental numbers (NF) of 48. The presences of large, medium, and small telocentric chromosomes were 22-24-2, 24-20-4, 36-10-2, 28-16-4 and 36-10-2, respectively. The Ag- NORs banding technique provides the pair of nucleolar organizer regions (NORs) at subcentromeric region of the long arm of the respective telocentric chromosome pairs 9, 1, 3, 4 and 9. Their karyotype formulas is as follows: L. fulvus (2n = 48): L 22 t + M 24 t + S 2 t , L. quinquelineatus (2n = 48): L 24 t + M 20 t + S 4 t , L. fulviflamma (2n = 48): Lt36 + Mt10 + St2, L. vitta (2n = 48): L 28 t + M 16 t + S 4 t , and L. argentimaculatus (2n = 48): L 36 t + M 10 t + S 2 t .  相似文献

In a single-barrier discharge with voltage sharpening and low gas consumption (up to 1 L/min), plane atmospheric pressure plasma jets with a width of up to 3 cm and length of up to 4 cm in air are formed in the slit geometry of the discharge zone. The energy, temperature, and spectral characteristics of the obtained jets have been measured. The radiation spectrum contains intense maxima corresponding to vibrational transitions of the second positive system of molecular nitrogen N2 (C3Π u B3Π g ) and comparatively weak transition lines of the first positive system of the N 2 + ion (B2Σ u + X2Σ g ). By an example of inactivation of the Staphylococcus aureus culture (strain ATCC 209), it is shown that plasma is a source of chemically active particles providing the inactivation of microorganisms.  相似文献

Pigments produced by species of Monascus have been used to coloring rice, meat, sauces, wines and beers in East Asian countries. Monascus can produce orange (precursor), yellow and red pigments. Orange pigments have low solubility in culture media and when react with amino groups they become red and largely soluble. The orange pigments are an alternative to industrial pigment production because the low solubility facilitates the downstream operations. The aim of this work was to study the kinetic on the production of orange pigments by Monascus ruber CCT 3802. The shaking frequency of 300 rpm was favorable to production, whereas higher shaking frequencies showed negative effect. Pigment production was partially associated with cell growth, the critical dissolved oxygen concentration was between 0.894 and 1.388 mgO2 L?1 at 30 °C, and limiting conditions of dissolved oxygen decreased the production of orange pigments. The maintenance coefficient (mo) and the conversion factor of oxygen in biomass (Yo) were 18.603 mgO2 g x ?1  h?1 and 3.133 gx gO 2 ?1 and the consideration of these parameters in the oxygen balance to estimate the biomass concentration provided good fits to the experimental data.  相似文献

The effect of supplementation of reduced glutathione (GSH) to cryoprotectant solution on the generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) (e.g., H2O2, OH·, and O 2 ·? ) and antioxidants (e.g., SOD, POD, CAT, AsA, and GSH), as well as membrane lipid peroxidation (i.e., MDA content) mitigation in cryopreserving of embryogenic calli (EC) of Agapanthus praecox subsp. orientalis was investigated. The vitrification-based cryopreservation method was used in this study. The addition of GSH at a final concentration of 0.08 mM to the cryoprotectant solution has significantly improved cryotolerance of A. praecox EC. The EC post-thaw survival rate increased by 68.34 % using the cryoprotectant solution containing 0.08 mM GSH as compared to the control (GSH-free). EC treated with GSH displayed the reduction in  OH· generation activity and the contents of H2O2 and MDA, as well as enhancement in the inhibition of O 2 ·? generation and the antioxidant activity. Treatment with exogenous GSH also increased endogenous AsA and GSH contents after dehydration step. Expression of stress-responsive genes, e.g., peroxidase (POD), peroxiredoxin, ascorbate peroxidase (APX), monodehydroascorbate reductase (MDHAR), and glutathione peroxidase (GPX), was also increased during cryopreservation processes. The expression of DAD1 (Defender against apoptotic cell death) was elevated, while cell death-related protease SBT was suppressed. These results demonstrated that the addition of GSH to cryoprotectant solution affects the ROS level and could effectively improve survival of A. praecox EC through enhancing antioxidant enzyme activities and decreasing cell death.  相似文献

Previously we have characterized a threonine dehydratase mutant TDF383V (encoded by ilvA1) and an acetohydroxy acid synthase mutant AHASP176S, D426E, L575W (encoded by ilvBN1) in Corynebacterium glutamicum IWJ001, one of the best l-isoleucine producing strains. Here, we further characterized an aspartate kinase mutant AKA279T (encoded by lysC1) and a homoserine dehydrogenase mutant HDG378S (encoded by hom1) in IWJ001, and analyzed the consequences of all these mutant enzymes on amino acids production in the wild type background. In vitro enzyme tests confirmed that AKA279T is completely resistant to feed-back inhibition by l-threonine and l-lysine, and that HDG378S is partially resistant to l-threonine with the half maximal inhibitory concentration between 12 and 14 mM. In C. glutamicum ATCC13869, expressing lysC1 alone led to exclusive l-lysine accumulation, co-expressing hom1 and thrB1 with lysC1 shifted partial carbon flux from l-lysine (decreased by 50.1 %) to l-threonine (4.85 g/L) with minor l-isoleucine and no l-homoserine accumulation, further co-expressing ilvA1 completely depleted l-threonine and strongly shifted carbon flux from l-lysine (decreased by 83.0 %) to l-isoleucine (3.53 g/L). The results demonstrated the strongly feed-back resistant TDF383V might be the main driving force for l-isoleucine over-synthesis in this case, and the partially feed-back resistant HDG378S might prevent the accumulation of toxic intermediates. Information exploited from such mutation-bred production strain would be useful for metabolic engineering.  相似文献

S-11C-methyl-l-cysteine (LMCYS) is an attractive amino acid tracer for clinical tumor positron emission tomography (PET) imaging. d-isomers of some radiolabeled amino acids are potential PET tracers for tumor imaging. In this work, S-11C-methyl-d-cysteine (DMCYS), a d-amino acid isomer of S-11C-methyl-cysteine for tumor imaging was developed and evaluated. DMCYS was prepared by 11C-methylation of the precursor d-cysteine, with an uncorrected radiochemical yield over 50 % from 11CH3I within a total synthesis time from 11CO2 about 12 min. In vitro competitive inhibition studies showed that DMCYS uptake was primarily transported through the Na+-independent system L, and also the Na+-dependent system B0,+ and system ASC, with almost no system A. In vitro incorporation experiments indicated that almost no protein incorporation was found in Hepa 1–6 hepatoma cell lines. Biodistribution studies demonstrated higher uptake of DMCYS in pancreas and liver at 5 min post-injection, relatively lower uptake in brain and muscle, and faster radioactivity clearance from most tissues than those of l-isomer during the entire observation time. In the PET imaging of S180 fibrosarcoma–bearing mice and turpentine-induced inflammatory model mice, 2-18F-fluoro-2-deoxy-d-glucose (FDG) exhibited significantly high accumulation in both tumor and inflammatory lesion with low tumor-to-inflammation ratio of 1.40, and LMCYS showed low tumor-to-inflammation ratio of 1.64 at 60 min post-injection. By contrast, DMCYS showed moderate accumulation in tumor and very low uptake in inflammatory lesion, leading to relatively higher tumor-to-inflammation ratio of 2.25 than 11C-methyl-l-methionine (MET) (1.85) at 60 min post-injection. Also, PET images of orthotopic transplanted glioma models demonstrated that low uptake of DMCYS in normal brain tissue and high uptake in brain glioma tissue were observed. The results suggest that DMCYS is a little better than the corresponding l-isomers as a potential PET tumor-detecting agent and is superior to MET and FDG in the differentiation of tumor from inflammation.  相似文献

The goal of the study was to investigate the effects of exogenous selenium (Se) on the tolerance of faba bean plants to lead (Pb) stress under P-deficient conditions. The bean plants were grown for 2 weeks on Hoagland solution supplied with Pb (0, 50 μM) and Se (0, 1.5, or 6 μM), separately or simultaneously. It was shown that Pb did not affect shoot growth but caused major damage in the leaves, which was accompanied by Pb accumulation in these tissues. The exposure of the shoots to Pb led to significant changes in the biochemical parameters: the MDA content, glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), guaiacol peroxidase (GPOX), and catalase (CAT) activity increased. Furthermore, Pb intensified O 2 ?? and H2O2 production. Both the Se concentrations used increased the chlorophyll b, chlorophyll a+b, and carotenoid content in the faba bean plants. Selenite also generally enhanced CAT, GPOX, and GSH-Px activities and the T-SH level. Our results imply that the degree of disturbances caused by Pb could be partially ameliorated by Se supplementation. Selenite at a lower dose alleviated Pb toxicity by decreased H2O2 and O 2 ?? production and decreased the GSH-Px, GPOX, and CAT activities. The beneficial effect of the higher selenite concentration could be related to reduction of lipid peroxidation in the shoots of the Pb-treated plants. However, the effect of Se on the Pb-stressed plants greatly depended on the selenite dose in the nutrient solution.  相似文献

There are two close empirical scalings, namely, the T-11 and neo-Alcator ones, that provide correct estimates for the energy confinement time in tokamaks in ohmic heating regimes in the linear part of the dependence τ E (\(\bar n_e \)) in the range of low values of \(\bar n_e \) and 〈ν e * 〉 ≤ 1. The similar character of electron energy confinement in this range, which expands with increasing magnetic field B 0, has stimulated the search for dimensionless parameters and simple physical models that would explain the experimentally observed dependences χ e ~ 1/n e and τ Ee \(\bar n_e \). In 1987, T. Okhawa showed that the experimental data were satisfactorily described by the formula χe = (c 2 pe 2 )ν e /qR, in deriving of which the random spatial leap along the radius r on the electron trajectory was assumed to be the same as that in the coefficient of the poloidal field diffusion, while the repetition rate of these leaps was assumed to be ν e /qR. In 2004, J. Callen took into account the decrease in the fraction of transient electrons with increasing toroidal ratio ? = r/R and corrected the coefficient c 2 pe 2 in Okhawa equation by the factor σ Sp neo . If one takes into account this correction and assumes that the frequency of the stochastic process is equal to the reciprocal of the half-period of rotation of a trapped electron along its banana trajectory, then the resulting expression for χe will coincide with the T-11 scaling: χ e an ∞ ?1.75(T e /A i )0.5/(n e qR) at A i = 1. If the same stochastic process also involves ions, it may result in the opening of the orbit of a trapped ion at the distance ~(c pe )(m i /m e )1/4. The discovery of the TROSY effect (Pervushin et al. in Proc Natl Acad Sci USA 94:12366–12371, 1997) for reducing transverse relaxation and line sharpening through selecting pathways in which dipole–dipole and CSA Hamiltonians partially cancel each other had a tremendous impact on solution NMR studies of macromolecules. Together with the methyl TROSY (Tugarinov and Kay in J Biomol NMR 28:165–172, 2004) it enabled structural and functional studies of significantly larger systems. The optimal field strengths for TROSY have been estimated to be on spectrometers operating around 900 MHz (21.14 T) for the 1HN TROSY (Pervushin et al. in Proc Natl Acad Sci USA 94:12366–12371, 1997) while the aromatic 13C (13Caro) TROSY is posited to be optimal at around 600 MHz (14.09 T) (Pervushin et al. in J Am Chem Soc 120:6394–6400, 1998b; Pervushin in Q Rev Biophys 33:161–197, 2000). The initial rational was based on the consideration of where the quadratic B0 field dependences of the TROSY relaxation rates reach a minimum. For sensitivity consideration, however, it is interesting to estimate which field strengths yield the tallest peaks. Recent studies of 15N-detected TROSYs suggested that maximal peak heights are expected at 1.15 GHz (27.01 T) although the slowest relaxation rates or longest transverse relaxation times T2 are indeed expected around 900 MHz (21.14 T) (Takeuchi in J Biomol NMR 63:323–331, 2015; Takeuchi et al. in J Biomol NMR 64:143–151, 2016). This was based on the fact that the heights of Lorentzian lines are proportional to B o 3/2 * T2 (Bo). Thus, multiplying the parabolic T2(Bo) dependence with the increasing function of B o 3/2 shifts the maxima of peak-height field dependence from the T2 maximum at 900 MHz to higher fields. Moreover, besides shifting the peak height maximum for 15N TROSY, this analysis yields estimates for optimal peak heights for 1HN detected TROSY to 1.5 GHz, and to 900 MHz for 13C-detected 13CaroTROSY as is detailed below. To our knowledge, this aspect of field dependence of TROSY sensitivity has not been in the attention of the NMR community but may affect perspectives of NMR at ultra-high fields.  相似文献

The influence of the concentrations of carbon and energy sources (methanol) and nitrogen (NH 4 + ) on the yield and molecular mass (Mm) of poly-β-hydroxybutyrate (PHB) synthesized by the novel methylotroph Methyloligella halotolerans C2 was investigated. It was shown that the maximum concentrations of NH 4 + and methanol in the medium for PHB biosynthesis were 0.15 g/L and 1 ± 0.2 mL/L, respectively. A unique high-molecular (8000–10000 kDa) PHB was obtained with NH 4 + and methanol concentrations of 0.12 g/L and 1.25 mL/L, respectively, in a fermenter. The main physicochemical and mechanical properties of the obtained bioplastic with a molecular mass of 10000 kDa were determined.  相似文献

Objective

Through heterologous expression of the tetrahydrocannabinolic acid synthase (THCAS) coding sequence from Cannabis sativa L. in Nicotiana benthamiana, we evaluated a transient plant-based expression system for the production of enzymes involved in cannabinoid biosynthesis.

Results

Thcas was modularized according to the GoldenBraid grammar and its expression tested upon alternative subcellular localization of the encoded catalyst with and without fusion to a fluorescent protein. THCAS was detected only when ER targeting was used; cytosolic and plastidal localization resulted in no detectable protein. Moreover, THCAS seems to be glycosylated in N. benthamiana, suggesting that this modification might have an influence on the stability of the protein. Activity assays with cannabigerolic acid as a substrate showed that the recombinant enzyme produced not only THCA (123 ± 12 fkat g FW ?1 activity towards THCA production) but also cannabichromenic acid (CBCA; 31 ± 2.6 fkat g FW ?1 activity towards CBCA production).

Conclusion

Nicotiana benthamiana is a suitable host for the generation of cannabinoid producing enzymes. To attain whole pathway integration, careful analysis of subcellular localization is necessary.

α-Amino-ε-caprolactam (ACL) racemizing activity was detected in a putative dialkylglycine decarboxylase (EC 4.1.1.64) from Citreicella sp. SE45. The encoding gene of the enzyme was cloned and transformed in Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3). The molecular mass of the enzyme was shown to be 47.4 kDa on SDS–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The enzymatic properties including pH and thermal optimum and stabilities were determined. This enzyme acted on a broad range of amino acid amides, particularly unbranched amino acid amides including l-alanine amide and l-serine amide with a specific activity of 17.5 and 21.6 U/mg, respectively. The K m and V max values for d- and l-ACL were 5.3 and 2.17 mM, and 769 and 558 μmol/min.mg protein, respectively. Moreover, the turn over number (K cat) and catalytic efficiency (K cat/K m ) of purified ACL racemase from Citreicella sp. SE45 using l-ACL as a substrate were 465 S?1 and 214 S?1mM?1, respectively. The new ACL racemase from Citreicella sp. SE45 has a potential to be used as the biocatalytic application.  相似文献

l-Malic acid is an important component of a vast array of food additives, antioxidants, disincrustants, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. Here, we presented a pathway optimization strategy and a transporter modification approach to reconstruct the l-malic acid biosynthesis pathway and transport system, respectively. First, pyruvate carboxylase (pyc) and malate dehydrogenase (mdh) from Aspergillus flavus and Rhizopus oryzae were combinatorially overexpressed to construct the reductive tricarboxylic acid (rTCA) pathway for l-malic acid biosynthesis. Second, the l-malic acid transporter (Spmae) from Schizosaccharomyces pombe was engineered by removing the ubiquitination motification to enhance the l-malic acid efflux system. Finally, the l-malic acid pathway was optimized by controlling gene expression levels, and the final l-malic acid concentration, yield, and productivity were up to 30.25 g L?1, 0.30 g g?1, and 0.32 g L?1 h?1 in the resulting strain W4209 with CaCO3 as a neutralizing agent, respectively. In addition, these corresponding parameters of pyruvic acid remained at 30.75 g L?1, 0.31 g g?1, and 0.32 g L?1 h?1, respectively. The metabolic engineering strategy used here will be useful for efficient production of l-malic acid and other chemicals.  相似文献

A divalent cation-independent 16 kDa d-galactose binding lectin (AKL-2) was isolated from eggs of sea hare, Aplysia kurodai. The lectin recognized d-galactose and d-galacturonic acid and had a 32 kDa dimer consisting of two disulfide-bonded 16 kDa subunits. Eighteen N-terminus amino acids were identified by Edman degradation, having unique primary structure. Lectin blotting analysis with horseradish peroxidase-conjugated lectins has shown that AKL-2 was a glycoprotein with complex type oligosaccharides with N-acetyl d-glucosamine and mannose at non-reducing terminal. Two protein bands with 38 and 36 kDa in the crude extract of sea hare eggs after purification of the lectin was isolated by AKL-2-conjugated Sepharose column and elution with 0.1 M lactose containing buffer. It suggested that the lectin binds with an endogenous ligand in the eggs. AKL-2 kept extreme stability on haemagglutination activity if it was treated at pH 3 and 70 °C for 1 h. Glycan binding profile of AKL-2 by frontal affinity chromatography technology using 15 pyridylamine labeled oligosaccharides has been appeared that the lectin uniquely recognized globotriose (Galα1-4Galβ1-4Glc; Gb3) in addition to bi-antennary complex type N-linked oligosaccharides with N-acetyllactosamine. Surface plasmon resonance analysis of AKL-2 against a neo-glycoprotein, Gb3-human serum albumin showed the k ass and k diss values are 2.4 × 103 M?1 s?1 and 3.8 × 10?3 s?1, respectively. AKL-2 appeared cytotoxicity against both Burkitt’s lymphoma Raji cell and erythroleukemia K562. The activity to Raji by the lectin was preferably cancelled by the co-presence of melibiose mimicing Gb3. On the other hand, K562 was cancelled effectively by lactose than melibiose. It elucidated that AKL-2 had cytotoxic ability mediated glycans structure to cultured cells.  相似文献

The possibility of suppressing the Rayleigh-Taylor instability in a low-density plasma, Π=ω pi 2 Δ2/c2?1 (where Δ is the thickness of the current-carrying slab), is investigated for the case in which the electron currents are much higher than the ion currents. The suppression of this instability in an imploding cylindrical liner by an axial external magnetic field \(B_{0z} \) is considered. It is shown that, for the instability to be suppressed, the external magnetic field \(B_{0z} \) should be stronger than the magnetic field B of the current flowing through the liner.  相似文献

The level of active oxygen species (AOS)—superoxide anion radical (O 2 ·? ) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)—in pea (Pisum sativum L.) cultivar Marat seedlings was studied upon their inoculation with symbiotic (Rhizobium leguminosarum bv. viceae strain CIAM 1026) and pathogenic (Pseudomonas syringae pv. pisi Sackett) microorganisms. Different patterns of the changes in AOS in pea seedlings during the interactions with the symbiont and the phytopathogen were recorded. It is assumed that O 2 ·? and H2O2 are involved in the defense and regulatory mechanisms of the host plant.  相似文献

A study is made of the structure of a relativistic current filament with the azimuthal magnetic field Bθ in the range 4πn e m e c2?B θ 2 n i m i c2, when the plasma quasineutrality near the filament axis is violated and a narrow peak in electron density is formed there. The ion dynamics in a strong radial electric field of the filament on time scales of about several inverse ion plasma frequencies ω pi ?1 is investigated. The initial ion pressure prevents the ion plasma component from compression to infinitely high densities under the action of the electric field and leads to the formation of a dense hot plasma core near the axis of the Z-pinch on time scales of about a dozen ω pi ?1 . The compression of the ion component in the axial region gives rise to a collisionless “unloading” shock wave that propagates away from the axis and is accompanied by the vanishing of the radial ion velocity behind the shock front, the accumulation of positive charge near the axis, and the formation of a steady-state ion density profile. It is shown theoretically that ion-ion dissipation manifests itself as the destruction of the hot core of the formed Z-pinch on picosecond time scales. This may serve to explain the explosions of “hot points” in a current-carrying plasma.  相似文献

Aquatic vegetation of Hydrochari-Lemnetea and Potametea classes in the Danube-Tisza-Danube hydrosystem (Hs DTD) was studied in 2009–2012, by applying the standard Braun-Blanquet method. The canal network vegetation comprises 14 associations, with Trapetum natantis and Ceratophylletum demersi being the most widely distributed. Hs DTD is also a habitat for several important endangered species, which serve as edificators of the following phytocenoses: Nymphaeetum albae, Nymphaeetum albo-luteae, Nymphoidetum peltatae, Trapetum natantis, Lemno-Spirodeletum, Salvinio-Spirodeletum polyrrhizae, Lemno-Utricularietum vulgaris, Potametum nodosi, Myriophyllo-Potametum and Najadetum marinae. In the studied vegetation, we also found an invasive phytocenosis Elodeetum canadensis that did not have an expanding tendency, and Ceratophyllo demersi-Vallisnerietum spiralis that had this tendency, which made monitoring its stands necessary. Physico-chemical analyses of water, conducted at localities in which the studied phytocenoses thrive, revealed that the development and distribution of most phytocenoses is closely linked with specific habitat conditions. Among the studied parameters, the most significant for the phytocenoses differentiation were: pH, alkalinity, COD-MnO4, BOD5, NO 3 ? , NO 2 ? , PO 4 3? and the concentration of total phosphorus.  相似文献

We investigated the pharmacological actions of a slow-releasing H2S donor, GYY 4137; a substrate for the biosynthesis of H2S, l-cysteine and its precursor, N-acetylcysteine on potassium (K+; 50 mM)-evoked [3H]D-aspartate release from bovine isolated retinae using the Superfusion Method. GYY 4137 (10 nM–10 µM), l-cysteine (100 nM–10 µM) and N-acetylcysteine (10 µM–1 mM) elicited a concentration-dependent decrease in K+-evoked [3H]D-aspartate release from isolated bovine retinae without affecting basal tritium efflux. At equimolar concentration of 10 µM, the rank order of activity was as follows: l-cysteine?>?GYY 4137?>?N-acetylcysteine. A dual inhibitor of the biosynthetic enzymes for H2S, cystathionine β-synthase (CBS) and cystathionine γ-lyase (CSE), amino-oxyacetic acid (AOA; 3 mM) reversed the inhibitory responses caused by GYY 4137, l-cysteine and N-acetylcysteine on K+-evoked [3H]D-aspartate release. Glibenclamide (300 µM), an inhibitor of KATP channels blocked the inhibitory action of GYY 4137 and l-cysteine but not that elicited by N-acetylcysteine on K+-induced [3H]D-aspartate release. The inhibitory effect of GYY 4137 and l-cysteine on K+-evoked [3H]D-aspartate release was reversed by the non-specific inhibitor of nitric oxide synthase (NOS), l-NAME (300 µM). Furthermore, a specific inhibitor of inducible NOS (iNOS), aminoguanidine (10 µM) blocked the inhibitory action of l-cysteine on K+-evoked [3H]D-aspartate release. We conclude that both donors and substrates for H2S production can inhibit amino acid neurotransmission in bovine isolated retinae, an effect that is dependent, at least in part, upon the intramural biosynthesis of this gas, and on the activity of KATP channels and NO synthase.  相似文献
