Osteoporotic (Colles’ type) fractures of the distal radius occur relatively early in lifetime and could estimate risk of fracture of other, more endangered anatomical sites. High-resolution peripheral quantitative computed tomography (HR-pQCT) based micro finite element (μFE) analysis was shown to better predict fracture load of the distal radius than densitometry or histomorphometric measures. As an alternative to μFE, homogenization-based FE (hFE) approach may provide at least equivalent predictive power with reduced computational needs. The aim of this study was to validate the hFE approach with compression tests of 25 distal radius sections extracted at the location which is relevant in Colles’ fractures. HR-pQCT-based input parameters of the hFE models were calibrated with respect to μCT. HR-pQCT-based hFE models were then built and their ability to predict experimental stiffness and ultimate load was compared to those of the density-based parameters, histomorphometric indices and μFE models assessed from the same input images. Bone mineral content was the best non-FE-based predictor (R 2 = 0.86) of ultimate force. Both FE methods were not only the strongest predictors, but provided quantitatively correct fracture loads. The calibrated hFE approach provided closely as strong prediction (R 2 = 0.94) as μFE (R 2 = 0.95), but the former was computationally cheaper. The results of this validation study suggest that FE simulation could be used as an efficient and precise tool to predict Colles’ fracture load.  相似文献

AimOxidative stress is considered one of the main events that lead to aging and neurodegeneration. Antioxidant treatments used to counteract oxidative damage have been associated with a wide variety of side effects or at the utmost to be ineffective. The aim of the present study was to investigate the antioxidant property of a natural mineral, the tribomechanically micronized zeolite (MZ).Main methodsCell death and oxidative stress were assessed in retinoic acid differentiated SH-SY5Y cells, a neuronal-like cell line, after a pro-oxidant stimulus. In vivo evaluation of antioxidant activity and amyloidogenic processing of beta amyloid have been evaluated in a transgenic model of aging related neurodegeneration, the APPswePS1dE9 transgenic mice (tg mice) after a five-month long period of water supplementation with MZ.Key findingsThe study showed that 24 h of cell pretreatment with MZ (1) protected the cells by radical oxygen species (ROS)-induced cell death and moreover (2) induced a reduction of the mitochondrial ROS production following a pro-oxidant stimulation. Looking for an antioxidant effect of MZ in vivo, we found (3) an increased activity of the endogenous antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the hippocampus of tg mice and (4) a reduction in amyloid levels and plaque load in MZ treated tg mice compared to control tg mice.SignificanceOur results suggest MZ as a novel potential adjuvant in counteracting oxidative stress and plaque accumulation in the field of neurodegenerative diseases.  相似文献

In one family three brothers were found to have a moderate deficiency of alpha 1-antitrypsin associated with the unusual Pi (protease inhibitor) phenotype FZ. The Pi phenotypes of their six living siblings were found to be FM (in three), M (in two) and MZ (in one). The three FZ brothers all had moderate to severe obstructive airways disease, and two had at least moderately severe pulmonary emphysema. Additional risk factors included moderate cigarette smoking in two and prolonged exposure to grain dust in all three. The same risk factors applied to the six non-FZ siblings, but they had only mild symptoms and pulmonary dysfunction or no lung problems at all; one, a female smoker with the MZ phenotype, had probable early emphysema demonstrated radiologically. The three FZ men may have had reduced fertility, as they produced only 1 child among them, as compared with 39 among the other eight siblings. This family study thus suggests that individuals with the FZ phenotype are at risk for pulmonary emphysema and chronic obstructive airways disease, particularly in the presence of other risk factors, such as cigarette smoking and grain dust exposure.  相似文献

Prevention of osteoporotic bone fractures requires accurate diagnostic methods to detect the increase in bone fragility at an early stage of osteoporosis. However, today's bone fracture risk prediction, primarily based on bone density measurement, is not sufficiently precise. There is increasing evidence that, in addition to bone density, also the bone microarchitecture and its mechanical loading conditions are important factors determining the fracture risk. Recently, it has been shown that new high-resolution imaging techniques in combination with new computer modeling techniques based on the finite-element (FE) method can account for these additional factors. These techniques might provide information that is more relevant for the prediction of bone fracture risk. So far, however, these new imaged-based FE techniques have not been feasible in-vivo. The objectives of this study were to quantify the load transfer through the trabecular network in a distal radius using a computer model based on in-vivo high-resolution images and to determine if common regions of fractures can be explained as a result of high tissue loading in these regions. The left distal radius and the two adjacent carpal bones of a healthy volunteer were imaged using a high-resolution three-dimensional CT system providing an isotropic resolution of 165 microm. The bone representation was converted into a FE-model that was used to calculate stresses and strains in the trabecular network. The two carpal bones were loaded using different load ratios (for each load case 1000 N in total) representing impact forces on the hand either in near-neutral position or ulnar/radial deviation. The load transfer through the trabecular network of the radius was characterized by the tissue strain energy density (SED) distribution for all load cases. It was found that the distribution of the tissue loading depends on the ratio of the forces acting on the carpal bones. For all load cases the higher SED values (on average: 0.02 +/- 0.08 (S.D.) N mm(-2)) are found in a 10 mm region adjacent to the articular surface which corresponds well with the region where Colles- or Chauffeur-fractures occur. We expect that, eventually, this new approach can lead to a better prediction of the fracture risk than methods based on bone density alone since it accounts for the bone microstructure as well as its loading conditions.  相似文献

The calcaneus bone is formed of extensive trabecular bone and is therefore well suited to be used as an example of loaded bone to establish the ability of combining microfinite element (microFE) technique with high-resolution peripheral quantitative computed tomography (HR-pQCT) in determining its mechanical properties. HR-pQCT is increasingly used as a tool for in vivo bone clinical research, but its use has been limited to the distal radius and tibia. The goal of this study was to determine the applicability of HR-pQCT-derived microFE models of the calcaneus trabecular bone with 82 μm voxel size with reference to higher-resolution microCT-based models taken as gold standard. By comparing the outputs of microFE models generated from both HR-pQCT and microCT images of the trabecular bone of five calcaneus cadaveric specimens, it was found that the HR-pQCT-based models predicted mechanical properties for fracture load, total reaction force and von Mises stress are considerably different from microCT-based counterparts by 33, 64 and 70%, respectively. Also, the morphological analysis showed a comprehensive geometrical difference between HR-pQCT-based microFE models and their microCT-based equivalents. The results of the HR-pQCT-based models were found to have strong dependency on the threshold value chosen to binarise the images prior to finite element modelling. In addition, it was found that the voxel size has a strong impact on accuracy of imaged-based microFE models compared to other factors such as the presence of soft tissue and image scanning integration time. Therefore, although HR-pQCT has shown to be useful to predict overall structural and biomechanical changes, it is limited in providing local accurate biomechanical properties of trabecular bone and therefore should be used with caution when assessing bone remodelling through local changes of trabecular bone apposition and resorption in disease treatment monitoring.  相似文献

BackgroundMolecular xenomonitoring (MX), the detection of parasite nucleic acid in the vector population, is recommended for onchocerciasis surveillance in elimination settings. However, the sensitivity of MX for detecting onchocerciasis-positive communities has not previously been evaluated. MX may have additional applications for control programmes but its utility is restricted by a limited understanding of the relationship between MX results and human prevalence.MethodsWe conducted a systematic review of studies reporting the prevalence of Onchocerca volvulus DNA in wild-caught Simulium spp. flies (MX rate) and corresponding prevalence of microfilaria (mf) in humans. We evaluated the sensitivity of MX for detecting onchocerciasis-positive communities and describe the characteristics of studies with reduced sensitivity. We conducted a linear regression to evaluate the relationship between mf prevalence and MX rate.ResultsWe identified 15 relevant studies, with 13 studies comprising 34 study communities included in the quantitative analyses. Most communities were at advanced stages towards elimination and had no or extremely low human prevalence. MX detected positive flies in every study area with >1% mf prevalence, with the exception of one study conducted in the Venezuelan Amazonian focus. We identified a significant relationship between the two measurements, with mf prevalence accounting for half of the variation in MX rate (R2 0.50, p<0.001).ConclusionMX is sensitive to communities with ongoing onchocerciasis transmission. It has potential to predict human mf prevalence, but further data is required to understand this relationship, particularly from MX surveys conducted earlier in control programmes before transmission has been interrupted.  相似文献

Diastereoisomcric specificity of oligodeoxyribonucleoside phosphorothioate (OPT) in DNA/OPT and RNA/OPT hybrid formation was investigated. The difference in the configuration between RRRR and SSSS was reflected in the conformation and the stability of the DNA/OPT and RNA/OPT hybrids. Therefore, findings of this report rationalize the antisense effect by non-stereoregulated OPT and the difference of diastereoisomerism in susceptibility to RNase H.

BackgroundCandida albicans-related infections are common infections in clinic, among which biofilm-associated infections are most devastating and challenging to overcome. Myricetin (MY) is a plant-derived natural product with various pharmacological activities. Its anti-biofilm effect against C. albicans and its ability to increase the antifungal effect of miconazole nitrate (MN) were unclear and yet need to be explored.Hypothesis/PurposeIn this study the anti-biofilm effect of MY and its ability to increase the antifungal effect of MN were investigated in vitro and in vivo.Study design and methodsMY or/and MN were incorporated into a thermosensitive hydrogel (TSH) of poloxamer. The safety of MY or/and MN loaded TSHs towards human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) was evaluated by a MTT assay and the in vivo safety towards mice knees was confirmed by histopathological examination. The anti-biofilm effect of MY and its ability to increase the antifungal effect of MN were investigated in vitro with C. albicans ATCC 10231 by broth microdilution method, crystal violet staining and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), as well as in vivo in an established mouse model of periprosthetic joint infection (PJI) by SEM, histological analysis, microorganism culture and detection of the serum levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6). The mechanism of action of MY was analyzed by qRT-PCR assay with C. albicans SC5314.ResultsOur results showed that MY and MN incorporated into TSHs exhibited good stability and safety, excellent temperature sensitivity and controlled drug release property. MY (5-640 µg/ml) exhibited no effect on C. albicans cell viability and MY (≥80 µg/ml) showed a significantly inhibitory effect on biofilm formation. MIC50 (the lowest concentrations of drugs resulting in 50% decrease of C. albicans growth) and MIC80 (the lowest concentrations of drugs resulting in 80% decrease of C. albicans growth) of MN were respectively decreased from 2 µg/ml to 0.5 µg/ml and from 4 µg/ml to 2 µg/ml when used in combination with MY (80 µg/ml). The mouse PJI was effectively prevented by MY and MN incorporated into TSH.ConclusionsLocal application of MY and MN incorporated into TSH might be useful for clinical biofilm-associated infections.  相似文献

Background aimsHuman myeloperoxidase has been shown to be overexpressed in many types of leukemia, such as chronic myeloid leukemia, acute myeloid leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome. The authors identified two myeloperoxidase-derived HLA-A2-restricted peptides, MY4 and MY8, as novel leukemia-associated antigens.MethodsEx vivo-elicited MY4- and MY8-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes were generated, and tested for leukemia cell lysis in vitro and in NOD/SCID AML xenograft model.ResultsThese MY4- and MY8-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes killed leukemic blasts while sparing healthy donor bone marrow cells. In addition, co-injection of MY4- and MY8-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes into nonobese diabetic/severe combined immunodeficiency mice with acute myeloid leukemia drastically reduced tumor burden in vivo. The authors also found that MY4- and MY8-specific T cells could be detected in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of allogeneic stem cell transplant recipients.ConclusionsThese antigen-specific T cells were significantly increased in blood samples from patients compared with healthy donors, suggesting that both MY4 and MY8 are immunogenic and that MY4- and MY8-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes may play a role in reducing leukemia in vivo. Thus, the discovery of MY4 and MY8 as novel leukemia-associated antigens paves the way for targeting these antigens in immunotherapy against myeloid leukemia.  相似文献

Measurements of in-vitro carpal kinematics of the wrist provide valuable biomechanical data. Tendon loading is often applied during cadaver experiments to simulate natural stabilizing joint compression in the wrist joint. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of tendon loading on carpal kinematics in-vitro.A cyclic movement was imposed on 7 cadaveric forearms while the carpal kinematics were acquired by a 4-dimensional rotational X-ray imaging system. The extensor- and flexor tendons were loaded with constant force springs of 50 N, respectively. The measurements were repeated without a load on the tendons. The effect of loading on the kinematics was tested statistically by using a linear mixed model.During flexion and extension, the proximal carpal bones were more extended with tendon loading. The lunate was on the average 2.0° (p=0.012) more extended. With tendon loading the distal carpal bones were more ulnary deviated at each angle of wrist motion. The capitate was on the average 2.4° (p=0.004) more ulnary deviated.During radioulnar deviation, the proximal carpal bones were more radially deviated with the lunate 0.7° more into radial deviation with tendon loading (p<0.001). Conversely, the bones of distal row were more flexed and supinated with the capitate 1.5° more into flexion (p=0.025) and 1.0° more into supination (p=0.011).In conclusion, the application of a constant load onto the flexor and extensor tendons in cadaver experiments has a small but statistically significant effect on the carpal kinematics during flexion–extension and radioulnar deviation.  相似文献

This paper aimed at investigating the alterations in interstitial cells of Cajal (ICC) in the proximal, middle and distal colon of mice from 0-day to 56-day post-partum (P0–P56) by immunohistochemistry. The Kit+ ICC, which situated around myenteric nerve plexus (ICC–MY) were prominent at birth, meanwhile those cells within the smooth muscle layers (ICC–IM) and in the connective tissue beneath serosa (ICC–SS) began to appear. ICC–SM, which located at the submucosal border of circular muscle layer emerged at P6 in the proximal colon and subsequently in the distal colon at P8, and ICC in the oral side of colon revealed an earlier development in morphology and a higher density than that in the anal side. The density of ICC altered obviously during postnatal period, and the estimated total amount of ICC increased ~30 folds at P56 than that at P0. Some Kit+/Ki67+ and Kit+/BrdU+ cells were observed in ICC–MY, ICC–IM and ICC–SS, but not in ICC–SM from P0 to P24. Our result indicates a proximal to distal and transmural gradient development of ICC in the postnatal colon along with a dramatic increase of ICC cell number from neonatal to adult life, and an age-dependent proliferation of ICC is also involved.  相似文献

Capsule Field methods used by the UK's Breeding Bird Survey (BBS) provide a practical approach to estimating breeding bird abundance and this paper discusses how they might be adapted to increase accuracy.

Aims Using Salisbury Plain as a case study, examine the use of distance sampling to produce estimates of breeding bird abundance.

Methods During 2005, 157 1 km squares were surveyed on Salisbury Plain using the UK’s BBS methods, with the exception that all birds were sexed whenever possible and allocated to one of five distance bands (0–10 m/10–25 m/25–100 m/100–250 m/ >250 m). Data were modelled to investigate the effects of truncated, pooled and sexed bird data in estimating breeding populations.

Results Pooling of the inner distance bands made little difference to estimates, while truncation over 100 m affected them by up to 25%, generally leading to an increase in density and the width of the confidence limits. The national BBS does not distinguish between bird sexes and therefore any density estimate produced relates to individuals. Our analysis suggests that halving the number of individuals (assuming an equal sex ratio) could lead to significant underestimation of population. This is particularly the case for species where there are differences in detectability between sexes or skewed sex ratios. In such cases, the density of males may represent a more accurate assessment of the population.

Conclusions Bird surveys incorporate distance sampling because it assesses changes in detection probability and this paper suggests how these methods might be adapted to increase accuracy. Changes include increasing both survey effort (e.g. number of visits or distance covered), the number of distance bands, and recording sexed bird data. Numbers of pairs or territories could then be estimated by either halving the density of individuals, or using the density of males, whichever is highest. These suggestions have not been tested against a known population and further work is desirable.  相似文献

Bone adapts its morphology (density/micro- architecture) in response to the local loading conditions in such a way that a uniform tissue loading is achieved (‘Wolff’s law’). This paradigm has been used as a basis for bone remodeling simulations to predict the formation and adaptation of trabecular bone. However, in order to predict bone architectural changes in patients, the physiological external loading conditions, to which the bone was adapted, need to be determined. In the present study, we developed a novel bone loading estimation method to predict such external loading conditions by calculating the loading history that produces the most uniform bone tissue loading. We applied this method to murine caudal vertebrae of two groups that were in vivo loaded by either 0 or 8 N, respectively. Plausible load cases were sequentially applied to micro-finite element models of the mice vertebrae, and scaling factors were calculated for each load case to derive the most uniform tissue strain-energy density when all scaled load cases are applied simultaneously. The bone loading estimation method was able to predict the difference in loading history of the two groups and the correct load magnitude for the loaded group. This result suggests that the bone loading history can be estimated from its morphology and that such a method could be useful for predicting the loading history for bone remodeling studies or at sites where measurements are difficult, as in bone in vivo or fossil bones.  相似文献

ObjectiveTo present 4 cases of distal renal tubular acidosis (RTA) in patients with primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT) and discuss their possible etiopathogenetic correlation.MethodsWe diagnosed distal RTA in 4 patients with symptomatic primary PHPT on the basis of the baseline biochemical variables and the results of the ammonium chloride loading test. Complete resolution of distal RTA was documented after surgical cure of PHPT by removal of a parathyroid adenoma.ResultsAll our patients presented with symptomatic bone disease and metabolic myopathy. One patient presented with recurrent renal stones. Inappropriately alkaline fasting urine (pH > 5.5) in association with a normal anion gap metabolic acidosis suggested the diagnosis of distal RTA. All cases were confirmed by an ammonium chloride loading test. Three patients responded to surgical cure of PHPT by normalization of the acid-base status.ConclusionHypercalciuria in PHPT can lead to nephrocalcinosis and renal tubular dysfunction, which manifests as distal RTA. Mixotrophy (MX, also called partial mycoheterotrophy) in plants is characterized by isotopic abundances that differ from those of autotrophs. Previous studies have evaluated mycoheterotrophy in MX plants associated with fungi of similar ecological characteristics, but little is known about the differences in the relative abundances of 13C and 15N in an orchid species that associates with several different mycobionts species. Since the chlorophyllous orchid Cremastra variabilis Nakai associates with various fungi with different ecologies, we hypothesized that it may change its relative abundances of 13C and 15N depending on the associated mycobionts. We investigated mycobiont diversity in the chlorophyllous orchid C. variabilis together with the relative abundance of 13C and 15N and morphological underground differentiation (presence or absence of a mycorhizome with fungal colonization). Rhizoctonias (Tulasnellaceae, Ceratobasidiaceae, Sebacinales) were detected as the main mycobionts. High differences in δ13C values (– 34.7? to?– 27.4 ‰) among individuals were found, in which the individuals associated with specific Psathyrellaceae showed significantly high relative abundance of 13C. In addition, Psathyrellaceae fungi were always detected on individuals with mycorhizomes. In the present study, MX orchid association with non-rhizoctonia saprobic fungi was confirmed, and the influence of mycobionts on morphological development and on relative abundance of 13C and 15N was discovered. Cremastra variabilis may increase opportunities to gain nutrients from diverse partners, in a bet-hedging plasticity that allows colonization of various environmental conditions.

The evolution of the aedeagus, juxta, and microstructures on the valvae in the subtribe Polyommatina (Lycaenidae) during the last 5 MY is considered, and the chronology of morphological changes in these structures is established. The morphological characters of 47 species of the subtribe were tested by molecular analysis. Numerous cases of parallel evolution were discovered in the taxa of various taxonomic levels within Polyommatina. The principal shapes of the aedeagus apex developed independently in different clades. Multiple independent cases of an increase in the number of marginal denticles on the dorsal valvar clasps were observed in the genera Polyommatus, Plebejus, and Kretania. Parallel cases of a decrease in the number of these denticles were observed less frequently, in Aricia, Plebejus (P. argus), and Agriades (A. glandon). The juxta evolved from V- to U-shaped almost in all the clades. The rates of evolution of microcuticular and skeletal structures were shown to be different. For example, the number of cuticular denticles may change in 1 MY, while changes in the functionally important cuticular structures took as long as 2–3.5 MY. However, some structural changes were relatively fast; for instance, the club-shaped apex of the aedeagus was modified into a more typical conical form in less than 1 MY in species of the genus Agriades. Skeletal changes occurred in different moments of the evolutionary time frames of monophyletic species groups.  相似文献

An all-optical switch based on plasmonic metal–insulator–metal (MIM) waveguides and the Mach–Zehnder (MZ) interferometer is designed. In order to realize an all-optical and active switch, a nonlinear material with intensity-dependent refractive index is introduced in one arm. Other than studying a typical MZ structure, we also investigate the asymmetric case where unequal thicknesses and distances for MZ arms are proposed. The finite element method (FEM) with a refined triangle mesh is employed for simulations. Results for ON and OFF states are provided with or without employing the pump field. Investigation of the geometrical dispersion reveals tunability of the structure for specific frequencies in the terahertz region. Finally, we show that introducing asymmetric arms provides better tunability in the designed ultrafast nano-scale switch and suggests its potential applications in integrated optical circuits.

ABSTRACT

There is growing evidence that pet ownership and human–animal interaction (HAI) have benefits for human physical and psychological well-being. However, there may be pre-existing characteristics related to patterns of pet ownership and interactions with pets that could potentially bias results of research on HAI. The present study uses a behavioral genetic design to estimate the degree to which genetic and environmental factors contribute to individual differences in frequency of play with pets among adult men. Participants were from the ongoing longitudinal Vietnam Era Twin Study of Aging (VETSA), a population-based sample of 1,237 monozygotic (MZ) and dizygotic (DZ) twins aged 51–60 years. Results demonstrate that MZ twins have higher correlations than DZ twins on frequency of pet play, suggesting that genetic factors play a role in individual differences in interactions with pets. Structural equation modeling revealed that, according to the best model, genetic factors accounted for as much as 37% of the variance in pet play, although the majority of variance (63–71%) was due to environmental factors that are unique to each twin. Shared environmental factors, which would include childhood exposure to pets, overall accounted for <10% of the variance in adult frequency of pet play, and were not statistically significant. These results suggest that the effects of childhood exposure to pets on pet ownership and interaction patterns in adulthood may be mediated primarily by genetically-influenced characteristics.  相似文献

BackgroundDespite being essentially genetically identical, monozygotic (MZ) twins can be discordant for congenital heart disease (CHD), thus highlighting the importance of in utero environmental factors for CHD pathogenesis. This study aimed to identify the epigenetic variations between discordant MZ twin pairs that are associated with CHD at birth.MethodsCord blood of CHD-discordant MZ twins from the Chongqing Longitudinal Twin Study Cohort was subjected to whole-genome bisulfite sequencing, then validated by MeDIP-qPCR and qRT-PCR.Results379 DMRs mapped to 175 differentially methylated genes (DMGs) were associated with CHD. Functional enrichment analysis identified these DMGs are involved in histone methylation, actin cytoskeleton organization, the regulation of cell differentiation, and adrenergic signaling in cardiomyocytes. Of note, SPESP1 and NOX5 were hypermethylated in CHD, and associated with lower gene expression levels.ConclusionsSpecific DNA methy (DNAm) variations in cord blood were associated with CHD, thus illustrating new biomarkers and potential interventional targets for CHD.Trial registrationChiCTR-OOC-16008203, registered on 1 April 2016 at the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry.  相似文献

The objective was to determine if single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in porcine MX2 gene affect its antiviral potential. MX proteins are known to suppress the multiplication of several viruses, including influenza virus and vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV). In domestic animals possessing highly polymorphic genome, our previous research indicated that a specific SNP in chicken Mx gene was responsible for its antiviral function. However, there still has been no information about SNPs in porcine MX2 gene. In this study, we first conducted polymorphism analysis in 17 pigs of MX2 gene derived from seven breeds. Consequently, a total of 30 SNPs, of which 11 were deduced to cause amino acid variations, were detected, suggesting that the porcine MX2 is very polymorphic. Next, we classified MX2 into eight alleles (A1–A8) and subsequently carried out infectious experiments with recombinant VSVΔG*-G to each allele. In A1–A5 and A8, position 514 amino acid (514 aa) of MX2 was glycine (Gly), which did not inhibit VSV multiplication, whereas in A6 and A7, 514 aa was arginine (Arg), which exhibited the antiviral ability against VSV. These results demonstrate that a SNP at 514 aa (Gly-Arg) of porcine MX2 plays a pivotal role in the antiviral activity as well as that at 631 aa of chicken Mx.  相似文献
